WINX'S REAL NIGHTMARE | Interesting facts about World of Winx: Nemesis [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 4:11.

Hello everyone, my name is Una Fata,

and today I'm going to tell you about what lies behind the images of Winx's nightmares from the second season of "World of Winx".

We've reached more than 250 thumbs up and more than 50 comments under the previous video.

Will it be possible to break the record this time?

Well, if this is your first time on my channel,

then welcome to my magical world,

be sure to subscribe and press the bell so that magic can come to your life!

Well, we turn to the interesting facts!

First I want to tell you what these nightmares are called and what it means.

In the English version they are called as "Nemesis".

If we turn to ancient Greek mythology, we can find that Nemesis is the winged goddess of retribution,

punishing for violation of social and moral order.

But still speaking about pop culture, Nemesis is most often called as the antagonists of the main characters,

the complete opposites of the main characters, with which they often enter the battle, overcoming themselves and fighting with their worst self.

It is this task that faces Winx fairies in the second season of spin-off.

I've already told about the first nemesis, which met the audience when viewing the World Winx, in the previous video about the interesting facts of the animated series.

If you have not watched it yet, you can go to it on the pop-up link in the upper right corner of the screen.

Obscura is the nemesis of Stella.

Obscura is a Latin word which means "ghostly, vague".

This character is shown only in his debut episode.

Obscura is distinguished by snow-white skin, that makes her different from the other nemesis.

The only other nemesis that can boast such an external quality is the Virus, the antagonist of Tecna.

Sinka is Leyla's/Aisha's nemesis.

Its name comes from the English word "sink", which means "drown".

[Talking about what shit happens in Russian official dub].

Sinka is the only Nemesis whose hair is never visible because of the biker helmet that she wears without taking off.

Stoney is the nemesis of Flora.

Stony is shown only in a single debut episode, just like Obscura.

Her name comes from the English word "stone", which reflects the essence of her power.

She reminds Medusa Gargon, because looking into her eyes can turn a living being into a stone statue.

Stoney fights Flora, using the opposite of the fairy's magical powers.

Virus is the nemesis of Tecna.

The origin of her name is obvious: most likely, it comes from computer viruses,

which is also displayed in the actions of the character in the series.

As I said earlier, Virus has a snowy shade of skin unusual for Winx's other nemesis (except for Stella's one),

but because of the fact she is a robot, her white "skin" is rather a white metal coating.

It's funny that Tecna's nemesis has long hair, which can not be said about the fairy.

Banshee is the nemesis of Musa.

The most horrifying in my opinion.

The prototype of this Nemesis is the mythical creature of Irish folklore and the inhabitants of the mountainous Scotland.

She utters shrill cries, mourning the death of any member of the family.

Banshee torments Musa during 3 episodes, which is the longest occurrence of the nemesis in the series.

Whenever Banshee appears or prepares to attack, we can hear ominous music.

Despite the fact that the character makes screams and other harsh sounds, Banshee is the only Nemesis who does not speak.

Along with Stoney, Banshee is created in opposition to her fairy based on her abilities.

That's all I wanted to share with you today.

Was it interesting for you to learn a little more about these characters?

Share your opinion by giving this video like or dislike and by leaving a comment.

The magic's around us, it is only important to learn to notice it in small things. See ya!

Okay So Booksically Tag - Duration: 11:13.

My bad [Laughs]

[Music]

Hi, my name is

A-U-D-R-E-I

Audrei, and welcome back to my channel CharisseAudrei.

Today I'm doing a book TAG

Okay So Booksically

Book tag I saw Rocky from Blonde With A Book do this and

I want to do it too. So booksically

I'm going to do this tag starting with the questions. Question number one: is tell us about

tell us about your user blog channel name and

your real name?

My channel name if you don't know is CharisseAudrei. It's my middle name and first name because my name is Audrei

and

So yeah, so when you go through my Twitter. It says AudreiCharisse and then and says you know my

BookTube - name CharisseAudrei. I really like to talk about books. Hopefully

I'm I get better about talking about books question number two: open Instagram search and chat about

the first three images?

Alright I'm at the search I

I see poetry so I'm gonna click on this is by Leia or Lia

Jai's bone and

The picture is called "when you wake up tomorrow morning take a second to breathe don't check your phone

Don't panic about what time in it. It is take a second breathe into your body say good morning and

Mean it."

Okay, there's another poetry it says "I will love you

night and day

shadows and all." by Gery

the game word.

But I'll follow these people these are on my search. There's another poetry I think

"It okay, you don't have to love me

you've inspired me and that's

Kind of the same thing" by Zack gray right pretty cool

Question number three:

open

YouTube and talk about the first three videos. I'm just gonna go to my subscriptions and see who pops up there first I see,

Blonde With A Book, Rocky, She just

Did a tag video totally shouldn't tag probably should check that out

I like her like I like her videos, and she's really nice to talk to on social media.

So if you guys haven't checked her out, check her out.

Next I see is Peter Likes Books. He is talking about

popular books I'll never read. A lot of book tubers are doing that lately. he's well-known on booktube now. I

Start. I actually watched his videos when he first started booktube and I saw him grow

In his videos and and how he is confident on screen. The next book.... I mean

The next video I see is Read By Zoe. I didn't finish this video, but I will after this

After I'm done filming.

And it's a huge spring book haul and I just love her videos especially the 24 hour read-a-thon she does

That's very inspiring. You know what I think I'm gonna put a little splurge on this

Because I'm pretty sure you guys want to know what I watch other than Book Tube.

I'll tell you guys the three videos that pop up on my

subscription.

First is Jessica Flores. She is deaf, and I love watching her videos

She talks about you know death culture

And why to caption and what it's like to be deaf and what hearing aids look like.

So it's very educational check Jessica Flores out.

Next is TED Talks. I haven't watched TED Talks in a while, but I guess this TED talk is about beyond IQ and EQ

my

Anchor I don't know how to say his name, but I love TED talks. Do you guys love TED talks? Third one is

Avalon

Cameron

Cameron yeah

I've been watching her videos for a long time she talks about witch, witchy things, New Age things,

Oracle, Tarot, stones

All that jazz, but right now her video right here is called witches atar tour.

So I don't know what that is, but I can't wait to watch it. Question number four:

Your favorite song to listen to while reading writing

And how many plays it got ? I don't listen to music while I read, and I certainly don't listen to music

well, I don't really listen to music when I write poetry, but I do have like a song in mind like the

music

To a song, but I do have favorite song right now. I do I recently discovered this girl and her name is

Lolo, Lolo

Zouai.

I don't know. I'll leave it in description down below, but this song of hers is called

IDR the meaning of

IDR is( I don't remember)

[Music]

[Music]

Love that song.

Love her stuff. I can't wait for her to come out with more stuff. My favorite song right now. It feels like

my life. Number five:

Favorite book on your shelf shelf at the moment?

(How many books did you read this month? Hold on let me check Goodreads to see

how many books I read this month.)

It's not on my shelf yet, but it will have a home on my shelf since I finished this book in March.

So I'll put it on my shelf after my March wrap-up

But that is The Sun and Her Flowers by Rupi Kaur and I mark tabs.

Let me see the last tab. I okay. I'm gonna flip to a random tab.

"Look at what they done the earth cried to the moon. They turned me into one

entire bruised

Green and blue". I don't know why I laugh, good read,

I definitely like this more than her first one Milk and Honey.

Can't wait for her to come out with more poetry collections.

Question number six: favorite bookish thing you love using as a prop in your photos or videos?

I don't really have bookish things. I haven't Harry Potter shirt, but it's not in my background.

I love using my incense and that

salt

Candle right there.

So I guess those are my favorite props to use in all my videos if I can get it in the shots, but

This bookshelf I guess I guess this bookshelf is a prop in all my books..

They're all books and they're all bookish things Okay question number seven:

Three books you're dying to reread

But probably will never one probably never will? How to Build a Girl, Kardashian

Confidential book, These Broken Stars.

Question number eight:

amazing bookish finds this can be books bookish things or

Book moments? Last year I saw that

life time was

Giving away book and I was saying hey what the heck made me let me just sign up to win a free book

I probably might not get it and I got it and I loved it and that this is Sea Change

Please check it out. Anna from It's My Birthwrite

Mention this sounded like the Tempest by Shakespeare, and I am reading that right now.

I wish there was like a second book to this. Oh

Yeah

What's amazing about this is that I kept the giveaway thing and

The author put it "never changed" and it has her autograph right here.

So that's amazing and it's amazing too because I

Really like the book and the last question. Question number nine:

hottest authors

slash author crush? Tarryn Fisher she

She is a babe like

She is pregnant now like she has the full-on bump, and she still looks good. Yeah, even though

I didn't read any of her

Her books I read Never Never with Colleen Hoover. But I'm going to get her book,

One of her books

Eventually maybe maybe I'll buy her books right now one of them at least. Rupi Kaur She's really

she is a a babe too. I love how she

Puts her culture and - her style

And her culture into her writing her culture and always just speaking out about it, and that is just amazing I love

When people talk about their culture and what they gone through and that is

Sexy, I don't know. I don't really have author crushes, but those are the two that I think

That come to mind. That is it for the book TAG.

I will tag the people down below, so please check down below to see if you're tagged

And if you're not tagged you are free to do this tag

Just let me know when you done it and so I can check out your videos so you can get more views and more

Support. Oh one other thing. I just hate 100

subscribers, I never

thought in a million years

I would get a hundred subscribers.

But thanks for supporting me and subscribing and watching my videos.

I really appreciate it so much it motivates me to continue.

please like and subscribe and follow me on all my social medias because I'm active on there and

I'll see you later

Bye.

Penny-Punching Princess Review (Nintendo Switch + PS Vita) | The BEST kind of Pay to Win? - Duration: 5:17.

Penny Punching Princess is set in a world that's filled to the brim with monsters,

dragons, skeleton people, you know, typical rpg stuff.

The major thing that sets it apart, though, is the dynamic between them.

You'd think that with monsters like these only the strongest survive and you'd be

right UNTIL a hero came and changed all of that.

NOW the ones with the most money are at the top of the food chain.

The world has adopted capitalism and that was the root of the problem here.

Princess, the main character, a former princess whose name is apparently Princess, is PISSED

ALL of the time because she has lost her kingdom, her dad, and the rest of her family at the

hands of the worst kind of evil, a money-lending company the Dragoloan family.

I enjoyed this twist to the typical fantasy RPG formula.

Money is usually a factor but this game takes it to the next level.

I'm pretty sure this is the 1st game wherein a pay to win mechanic is a GOOD thing.

It's refreshing.

Obviously, not REAL money, but, my point still stands.

Beyond that, this game has a fun cast of characters.

You have your loyal servant Sebastian, a beetle with a big mouth and absolutely no backbone,

AND another playable character Isabelle, Princess's zombie relative who smells terrible and can't

use the calculator.

& arguably the most important supporting character, Zenigami, the God of Money, he's a cat that

has a lot of power in this capitalistic world.

So much so that HE'S the one that gifts Princess with the mysterious calculator that

affords her the power to bribe literally anyone and pretty much anything.

Which brings me to the gameplay.

The gameplay at face value is a 2d top down action rpg, meaning the combat is a kin to

a beat'm up but there's also a leveling system for Princess's attributes, there's

armor upgrades, each armor has its own stats and special moves.

Stuff you'll be very familiar with if you're a fan of action RPGs.

The major differentiator here, is the calculator.

As I said before, this calculator gives you the power to bribe most things in the world.

All you do is pay a set fee that varies depending on the payee.

All of these things give you different advantages.

You can bribe enemies which both removes them from the battlefield AND affords you their

abilities.

Some enemies have physical attacks, some have special attacks, some have healing abilities.

Beyond that you can bribe the environment.

This includes stage hazards, healing panels, and secret areas.

All of this costs gold, a commodity that is reasonably easy enough to get your hands on,

especially when you consider how powerful it is in the context of the gameplay.

This doesn't mean it's a cakewalk, though.

Money management is very much so a thing.

You'll find yourself debating whether it's worth spending gold on bribing an enemy, or

bribing the hazards around it to make fighting it with normal attacks more manageable.

This mechanic isn't without its flaws though.

I found myself frustrated when playing in console mode on Switch, which is a shame because

the game looks great on a TV, but the entry method for bribing is too much of a hassle

to deal with with button controls.

I'd recommend playing this game almost entirely in handheld mode in touch screen mode.

Even then I found myself frustrated in hectic moments with a group of bribable things being

too close.

I can't begin to tell you how often I meant to bribe a healing enemy but ended up bribing

a skeleton or something like that.

Bribing goes beyond each individual level, as well.

The enemies you bribe also serve as a material of sorts to craft better armor with new stats,

attacks, and abilities.

Beyond that, in your kingdom, which is the hub where you can apply any upgrades, craft

armor, change out abilities, do tutorials and the like, you use enemies you bribe to

open up facilities that require more citizens

Aside from the bribing, the calculator gets the ability to heal, do massive special attacks,

obtain gold, even reverse game overs through what are called "Money Miracles."

I feel this is a better usage case for the calculator because you're not required to

be AS precise but some may see value in the annoyance I found with the regular calculator

abilities.

I know some people see clunky mechanics as being part of a game's challenge after all.

In summary, I enjoyed my time with Penny Punching Princess, the satirical view of capitalism

mixing into the gameplay is a nice touch, the beat-'em-up combat is solid, the characters

are charming, the announcers voice acting is nice, and the game ramps up well as you

go on.

I just wish there was a more intuitive way to use the calculator.

The current setup felt clunky to me and ultimately ended up being my only glaring gripe with

the game.

To keep things consistent with Logan's rating system from his Cuphead review (because numbers

are dumb and too absolute for our tastes) I'd have to slot a rating in between "stupid

for not getting" and "meh, I'd wait on it"…

Let's call it, Worth playing if you like what you see."

If you don't feel the main problem I talked about in the calculator system is a deal breaker,

Penny Punching Princess is definitely a game I'd recommend getting when it's released

in the US on April 3rd, or in Europe on March 30th.

Liam & Patricia go punting in Cambridge– On the go with EF #70 - Duration: 6:09.

Hi everyone. I'm still in Cambridge here with some new friends.

We've seen a lot of beautiful buildings on this trip,

but there's more to Cambridge than just buildings.

Over here, you can see the River Cam that flows alongside the entire city.

I always thought that gondolas were only in Venice, but apparently,

they have the same thing here in Cambridge as well.

Only here, it's known as punting.

Of course, I have to try out this punting tour, but I won't be doing it alone.

This is my sister, Patricia, and she has kindly volunteered to join me.

What do you think of Cambridge so far?

It's been really good so far.

I just got here last night, so I haven't been able to see too much.

But it's going to be good to be able to see it from the perspective of a punting boat.

That will be interesting. Yeah, that's true.

I mean, we haven't been to Italy,

but do you think it will be better than the Venice version?

I can only know that when I go to Italy, so let's do the first half of the experiment

and then we can also plan a trip to Italy if you want to go!

Yeah, I wouldn't mind that.

We like England. This is going to be good!

Looks like that's our boat. Are we on the right side? This is comfy.

Does this go around the whole city?

No, the river just goes straight through the city, so it doesn't do a loop at all.

How long have they actually been doing the tours?

I think Scudamore's been punting since 1905 or something like that.

Oh, okay. For a while.

It does feel a bit Italian, doesn't it? Yeah, we are getting some Italian vibes here.

This is where we start.

The bridge up ahead of me is one of the more famous bridges we go past.

It's officially called the Wooden Bridge.

All the bridges are named basically what they are. Yeah, they're not the most creative names.

It's more widely known as the Mathematical Bridge. Oh, right! I read about that one.

I've had loads of British comedians go through there. Most notably Borat.

Really? Yeah, Sacha Baron Cohen studied there.

Didn't Stephan Fry go here as well? Yeah. That's where they all met.

That's cool.

Top notch banter. Yeah, they study banteology.

It's called punting because that's the actual action that you're doing.

You're punting the boat forward. Also, the boat is called a punt.

It's slightly confusing, but punting is both the verb and the boat.

It's just a bunch of punt words.

That was my description. Was that a good explanation? Yeah.

Thanks. Thank you. You're welcome.

Approval. I've been waiting all my life for this. All our lives.

That looks really nice, that view there.

It's called the Bridge of Sighs. It's nicknamed after a bridge in Venice.

Have you gone to Venice at all? No.

It's actually named after Lord Baron. It sounds like something from Game of Thrones.

The nature is nice, too. What do you make of it? It's very British nature.

What, like the species of trees?

I don't know much about the species, but they do seem to look the same all around England.

That's a good observation. And the grass is nicely cut, as always.

That's British people in general.

No matter how small their garden is, they really take care of it.

Yeah. It's as clean as my skin fade.

I had to get a fresh trim for Cambridge, you know what I'm saying?

That used to be the dominant library for Trinity College.

It's not so much anymore. They've got lots of work there.

For example, they've got hand written and hand drawn illustrations of Winnie the Pooh.

Like, the originals? Yeah.

They also had quite a cool Newton exhibition.

But Newton was hundreds of years ahead of his time.

Like, how do you become that much smarter?

Good genes! I got it from my mamma.

Has anyone ever fallen off the boat? Oh, yeah.

Loads of times? Yeah, you might get caught.

There are a lot of people that do it themselves.

It's quite a nice day and the river's quite busy, so you might see someone fall in.

Fingers crossed.

It looks like our tour is coming to an end.

We've seen a lot of immortal buildings and learned a lot about the history.

This is really nice.

Yeah. It's a nice alternative to walking through the city.

Many British comedians studied here.

Stephan Fry, Sacha Baron Cohen, Hugh Laurie … They all studied here.

So, if you want to learn good jokes, come to Cambridge!

Thanks for the tour. Thank you!

So, that was the punting tour. Yes.

It was really good.

I'd definitely recommend anyone who is coming here to Cambridge to do that.

Me, too.

What do you like to do on a sunny day?

Leave a comment below and the winner gets a chance to get this:

How To Get Your First 1000 YouTube Subscribers - Duration: 7:41.

Okay so you've set up your channel you're on a roll and you want to get

your first 1000 subscribers on YouTube that's what we talked about today.

Hello and welcome back to another video. Now if you're new around here and you're

looking to start a YouTube channel, grow your YouTube channel or push your brand

out there it's the second largest search engine on the Internet.

Click Subscribe, START CREATING. Now growing your YouTube channel can be one

of the hardest things that you ever put effort into on your online life ever

it's not one of those things where you put up a video and immediately you've

got 10,000 subscribers and you're getting paid by YouTube it's a load of

grind and a lot of effort but before I deep dive into how you can get your

first 1000 subscribers I want to know how long have you been on YouTube how

many subscribers have you got were you affected by the recent YouTube changes

for monetization and that's why you'd try to look for 1,000 subscribers or are

you researching in you looking to grow in general please leave a comment down

below number one now if you're trying to grow your channel and get your first

1,000 subscribers I'm assuming you've been going for a while you've got your

first starting subscribers got your first 100 and you know the core

fundamentals and the foundations and if you want to know how to get your first

100 subscribers there is a video up here with that said we will move on to point

number two now that you've done all those basics and you've got everything

up running and going you need to have a look at what content you currently have

if you've already created content enough to get your first 100 subscribers

you've got enough content to go back and have a look and learn from your content

the best way to grow on YouTube is to continually reassess what you're doing

and learn from your mistakes so go and have a look at your own videos are they

tinny are they Orange are they weirdly lighted are you certain a corner and

slumped are you framed wrong are you talking too fast objectively look at

your videos get out a notepad and note down these things right and if you can

pick out five or ten bullet points and then slowly work your way through each

bullet point and correct them in future correct that bad lighting slow down

you're talking make sure that they can hear you properly make sure the cameras

okay then each of those points will be addressed going forward that will be

eliminated and that's no longer a problem in your ongoing video three and

a very important one engage with your subscribers if they've come to your

channel to subscribe and you get the notification that they have subscribed

go and have a look at their Channel go and say hello comment on one or two

of their videos see what they're like see if they've got any questions if they

comment on your video reply ask questions see what they need see what

they want from you see what they like from you it's these people that will

help you grow your understanding of what your audience wants from you because

sometimes it seems like an echo chamber or you're all alone because you're

putting out your content and maybe you don't know what they need maybe one

video really does well but you don't understand why if you're engaging with

the people that are leaving comments maybe they can tell you why that video

did so well or so badly for end cards now these are things right at the end of

the video you know the last 10 15 20 seconds where something will pop up here

now these end cards are fantastic for generating not only ongoing views but

for subscribing end cards are a great way to make sure that when they get to

the end of the video they don't disappear to somebody else or they don't

click off of YouTube itself if they aim to session watch time with you it can

hurt you but if they click into another one of your videos it can positively

help you which leads the number five info cards are the same thing that

little prompts that will help you push people around your contents that are

related to your content and deep though further within your videos which helps

you rank better in regards of these little things here that pop up here

right so in this case right at the start of the video I said if you want to learn

how to get your first 100 subscribers check out the card Bing I'm putting new

places you're engaging in my content you watch some more of my videos which can

only help me and my traffic and helps educate you also builds kind of like an

engagement you're you know you're more likely to do something there friends

refers you to it tip number six on how to grow your channel and get 1000

subscribers on YouTube is share your content it doesn't matter how good your

videos are if they're not in front of people it doesn't matter how good your

phone happens to be if you're sat in a field trying to sell your phone with no

advertising then no one's even going to know you're there go out there and share

your videos everywhere go and share it and read it go and share it on Facebook

go and put it in groups put it in forums put it on discussion areas share it with

friends the end of the day the more people that

can see it the more people that can refer you and subscribe to you don't

just rely on YouTube putting your videos in front of the people with the

suggested tab you need to do the legwork as well

seven and this is a really good tip that I personally use help people if you're

sat there and you're helping people and you're giving them value you're leading

up front they're more likely to trust you and they're more likely to stick

around so let's say you're a gaming channel and you're doing tips on the top

five guns of destiny oh you're a make up tutorial channel and you're like how to

put your mascara on in the morning how to sort out waterproof makeup or how to

use the best Kylie Jenner makeup tutorials all you're a vlogger and you

want to offer tips on top ten tips on how to survive at a music festival what

these can do is one find people that are outside your current subscriber base

because they're looking for that search term they're looking for those music

festival tips and then you've helped them with their five or ten tips and

then they'll comment and then because you've helped them they're more likely

to stick around I liked this video maybe he'll make more

educational helpful videos like this subscribe tip number eight double down

on your content now I don't mean putting out double the amount of videos what I

mean is go back have a look at your most popular video right and then start

creating content around that there's a reason that video is popular the reason

your audience wanted to see that and obviously they'd want to see more of it

if it's got loads of views compared to everything else on your channel the best

way to do this is go to your channel page go to your videos tab and then

click the filter and filter by most popular it will then list all of your

videos your top viewed videos and then start writing things around it so that

say once again that your top video happens to be music festival tips and

that did really well maybe do top ten fashion music festival tips top ten

shoes top ten tools that you can take to a music festival top ten bands that

you've seen a music festival if it's related to that topic then they're more
