Meghan Markle was praised by New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern for working while pregnant - Duration: 10:47.

Meghan wows in $4,860 navy gown she previously wore at one of first polo events with Prince Harry as royal couple attend glitzy evening bash hosted by New Zealand's prime minister

The Prime Minister of New Zealand has praised the 'incredible' Duchess of Sussex for continuing to work while pregnant

Jacinda Ardern, who gave birth to her own baby in June, lauded Meghan for the 'role she's playing at such an often tiring time,' adding: 'I have real empathy and I think she's incredible'

The PM praised the couple as they arrived for one of their final engagements on their tour of New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Tonga which is now drawing to a close

The couple were a picture of elegance as they made their way into the Auckland War Memorial Museum, Harry looking dapper in a navy suit and unbuttoned white shirt and his wife in a navy asymmetric dress Antonio Beradi dress, which retails at some £2,683

The Duchess recycled the gown which she wore back in May 2017 for her first polo event with Harry early in their relationship, at the Audi Polo Challenge in Coworth, Berkshire

The mother and father-to-be will head home after visiting Rotarua, having spent four days in the Land of the Long White Cloud

Earlier on in the day, Prince Harry and Meghan cut casual figures as they arrived to dedicate a 20-hectare area of native bush to The Queen's Commonwealth Canopy in Auckland and partake in a spot of welly wangling

The Duchess of Sussex donned a £317 blazer by New Zealand designer, Karen Walker, which she paired with J

Crew Toothpick jeans and £120 wellington boots by Muck

Meghan accessorised her look with Boh Runga earrings, which were a present from the New Zealand president, Jacinda Ardern, and the Swirl Tattoo Diamond Pendant

She later ditched her wellington boots for trusty Stuart Weitzman Legend stilettos worth some £292, pairing them with a Brandon Maxwell customised version of the Flutter Sheath dress £1,413 in Auckland

She then added a Burberry Silk 'Maythorne' sleeved trench costing £1,869 and wore her hair in a neat bun, as she and Prince Harry attended the opening of a charity that supports children who have a parent in prison through mentoring schemes

At the evening reception, the Duke of Sussex also showed his impressive language skills are as sharp as his sense of humour as he addressed a reception in six languages

Harry, addressing an audience of young people at a reception in New Zealand, offered his greetings in a few words of six languages: Samoan, Tongan, Fijian, Niuean, Cook Islands, and Maori

After rattling off Talofa lava (Samoan), Malo e lelei (Tongan), Bula Vinaka (Fijian), Fakaalofa lahi atu (Niuean), Kia orana (Cook Islands) and Tena koutou katoa (Maori), Harry was applauded by the New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and the Duchess of Sussex

He said: 'This is definitely the first time I have spoken most of those languages, so I apologise if my accent wasn't any good, but I had to give it a go'

The reception was aimed at celebrating Pacific cultures, with singing, dancing and conversation with young people working to lead their communities

The duke also used his speech to joke about his morning's work welly wanging, which saw him narrowly beaten by his wife

'We're meeting little Kiwis, we're meeting big Kiwis, being treated to your fantastic food, culture and sporting activities - well, if you can call welly-wanging or gum-boot throwing a sport,' he said

'Perhaps we should have a three-test series and see who comes out on top?'

Jacinda Ardern, introducing the royal couple, told an audience at the Auckland War Memorial Museum: 'You all probably think you're here to meet our wonderful esteemed guests

But I'm sure Their Royal Highnesses won't mind me saying this: theyre actually here to meet all of you'

She added: 'Thank you for the warmth you have brought to your visit

Thank you for bringing such a genuine interest and focus on issues like mental health'

The couple watched an energetic performance from dancers SaintzUp and singers Tone6, with Harry nodding his head and tapping his foot as he got into the Polynesian rhythm

As they gave the performers a rapturous round of applause, young people aged 17-25 were arranged into small groups so they could come and mingle

The Duke told them: 'You guys are amazing', while Meghan asked: 'What issues are you working on?'

Hearing about their concerns about the environment, diversity and mental health, the duke, who is now a commonwealth youth ambassador, told them he hoped to 'make people more aware of some of the issues that matter to you guys'

Encouraging them to continue speaking out for their generation, he said: 'This energy, this connectivity, it's all here in you'

The duchess listened closely to a group from charity Inspiring Stories, as young women spoke to her about empowering indigenous minorities, getting young people involved in politics, and mental health

Speaking before the reception at the Auckland War Memorial Museum, Jacinda Ardern added: 'There's a real connection between particularly William and Harry in recent years so it's nice to have been able to host them in such close proximity'

New Zealand, like Australia, is a constitutional monarchy and as such the Queen is their head of state, represented by a Governor-General

When asked if the question of whether the Duke and Duchess's visit has changed views on New Zealand becoming a republic, Ms Ardern said: 'It just really doesn't come up as much

'The only time it really comes up is, often off the back of visits, people tend to ask the question

'What you'll pick up from the New Zealand public is that there is a real affinity for the Queen and a real strength of feeling around members of the royal family, particularly given, in the wake of some of our disasters, that they've been quick to respond and be present'

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also donned a pair of stylish Wellington boots to take part in a 'welly-wanging' contest while visiting Auckland on the third day of their royal tour of New Zealand

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's first engagement of the day was a trip to a native bush reserve at Redvale on the city's North Shore

The royal couple's main focus of the visit was to dedicate the 20-hectare (49-acre) area of bush to the Queen's Commonwealth Canopy

They unveiled a plaque recognising the dedication to the QCC, which conserves indigenous forests for future generations, before planting trees at the site

But it was the Wellington boot throwing contest involving local schoolchildren which proved to be a hit with the crowds who turned out for the royal visit

Meghan's team emerged victorious, with the Duchess proving quite the natural in the unusual contest, given it was most likely her first time partaking in such a sport

She had swapped a stylish navy blue blazer for a black hooded zip-up jacket with a QEII National Trust logo for the occasion - the same jacket her husband wore

The $219 (£120/US$155) Wellington boots worn by the couple are from The Original Muck Boot Company

Meghan pressed her forehead and nose up against another woman for the traditional 'Hongi' greeting while shaking her hand at a ceremony to dedicate the area of native bush to the Queen's Commonwealth Canopy

Harry also embraced the woman's hand and gave her a similarly intimate Hongi hello at the ceremony

The couple received gifts from locals following the ceremony, including what appeared to be a knitted rug and a pair of green children's Wellington boots with cartoon characters on them

A drizzle of rain did not appear to dampen the spirits of Meghan, who appeared cheerful in the front row of the ceremony

Harry on the other hand appeared rather glum at one stage as he held an umbrella above himself and a man seated at his side

Meghan made good use of her Wellington boots in the wet weather, helping two school children plant a native tree to add to the area of bush in the Queen's honour

She appeared focused on the task at hand, as did her two young helpers, who also wore rain jackets and Wellington boots to protect them in the soggy conditions

.The couple later joined with the country's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern in a visit to Pillars, 'a charity for children of prisoners' operating across New Zealand

The charity, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, a day ealier had spoken of their excitement about the royal couple's visit

'We are very much looking forward to welcoming the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to Pillars

It will be an exciting afternoon for our families and our staff and the small group of Pillars kids who will actually get to meet them,' the charity wrote on Facebook

The final day of their Royal Highnesses' tour will take place in Rotorua on Wednesday

The Duke and Duchess will head to Rainbow Springs to learn more about the centre's kiwi breeding programme

Later that afternoon, Meghan and Harry will head into the city for the chance to meet members of the public gathered there

The royal couple then heads back to London

New Zealand is the fourth country the royal couple have visited on their mammoth 16-day tour following visits to Australia, Fiji and Tonga

Youtube Is Broken AGAIN - Duration: 5:00.

Its been just over a couple weeks since the youtube blackout and Youtube appears to be

broken yet again.

This time people are getting error messages that say that you need to pay to watch videos

that shouldn't require a payment at all.

Youtube is supposed to be free guys, unless you're paying for something like youtube

red or youtube tv.

Obviously theres something going on in the backend of youtube's servers.

Welcome back to inform overload I'm charlotte dobre are you ready for another ranty video

where I complain about youtube?

Lately this platform has been experiencing some serious problems.

If you haven't seen our previous coverage of this, check out our last video thats clickable

on the screen right now.

And by the way if this is your first time on this channel why don't you hit subscribe

for more daily news updates you actually want to hear about.

bEfore I get into this video, tell me in the comments, would you use youtube if you had

to pay for it?

I love how whenever there's a youtube glitch people honestly don't know what to do with

their lives.

But for a lot of users, youtube is pretty much their only entertainment, and a huge

reason for that is because it's a free service.

So when people were getting error messages for youtube videos, they were shocked.

Its like, im sorry, do I need to pay to watch leon lush's new video?

cuz that's not happening.

I even got some dms from fans who were angry about us putting up a paywall.

Just fyi IO is free and will always be free.

On Monday October 29th, shortly after 2 pm eastern time, people using youtube were getting

error messages like 'this video requires payment to watch' on videos that were supposed

to be free to watch.

And also messages that said 'we are experiencing problems with our servers, please try again

later.

According to the website downdetector, there was a spike in users error messages around

2pm where most people were reporting a problem with watching videos, but The issue seemed

to be affecting people on the East coast of the US.

Team youtube started tweeting in response to the reports and said that they were investigating

the glitches.

They updated us at around 4:30 pm and said 'if you saw an error message while watching

a video on youtube or youtube TV earlier today, the issue has been fixed, thanks for your

reports.

So I guessed this issue is fixed, for now, but I have a feeling that this kind of stuff

is going to keep happening.

Other than that, youtube hasn't responded to requests for more information.

On October 16th, youtube users across the world could not access youtube for around

an hour and a half.

The outage affected both the main site, youtube TV and youtube music.

Youtube apologised and gave one week credits to youtube tv subscribers, but it didn't

give any explanation, and still hasn't given any explanation for the problems.

Honestly I don't really get why youtube isn't being transparent about all the glitches

lately, unless theres something seriously troubling going on that they don't want

to talk about.

In a video we did on Friday, we talked about how its likely the shutdown of google plus

that's affecting the rest of youtube.

It was actually markiplier that brought this to our attention.

Google announced that they would be shutting down google plus over the coming months, but

on the Tuesday they changed something with the google plus servers, the youtube blackout

happened.

This is possibly because youtube and google plus are so integrated.

You cant comment on youtube without a google plus account.

You get notifications for youtube uploads because you have a google plus account.

Youtube is secretly still trying to figure out what went wrong, and because the problem

is so big, its going to take them a while.

So maybe this recent payment glitch also has something to do with google plus as well?

The bad news is, until youtube figures out what's wrong, we are going to continue experiencing

problems like this.

It would be nice if youtube provided a little more information on what's going on in the

backend.

Alright guys that's all I have for you on that, I'm going to respond to some comments

from our video, google plus is killing youtube.

Grimm hades – lets make a new and better platform.

For sure, does anyone know how to code?

Cool akram TV – google plus is currently holding youtube hostage in the basement of

the google house.

That is essentially whats happening.

At least, it's the best explanation I've heard.

Better than the explanation about the moon exploding cuz guess what, the moon is still

there.

Hufflepuff girl – is the legend true?

Can you really get featured by charlotte.

Only if you're a slytherin like me.

Mega pelotes – I watch every io video, I don't know why.

I don't know either man.

Gingerbreadprime 23 – if u really have legs then prove it.

Alright, that's it, the video is over, I know you're really disappointed and stuff

but remember we post 3 videos a day, Tuesday to Saturday every week, so we've got another

video comin right up either later today or tomorrow.

By the way I absolutely love it when you guys tip me off about news you hear about, its

actually so helpful because lately I've been picking all the stories myself.

So if you hear about a story that you would like to hear on IO, contact me directly either

through twitter or instagram.

And don't forget to leave a thumbs up, subscribe and turn on notifications so I can see you

beauties in the next video.

🌿 Vegan Diets - Pros & Cons, Facts vs Myths - Duration: 9:42.

Hi, it's Dr Sam Robbins,

Over the past few months, I've gotten lots of questions about a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Are they healthier than meat eaters (carnivores)?

Are they lacking in nutrients, since they don't eat animal products?

What are the benefits?

What are typical mistakes?

How does it affect exercise performance, muscle size and strength?

Does it prevent illnesses and diseases such as high cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure,

cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc.

Is it easier to lose weight on it or will I get fat?

Will I live longer?

Etc.

These are all great questions and today I'm going to give you a quick overview and summary

about all of this.

Difference Between Vegetarian & Vegan

Before I start, I want to first give some clarity to the difference between a vegetarian

vs a vegan.

A vegetarian excludes meat, poultry, and seafood from their diet.

Some vegetarians also exclude dairy, some don't, and some may consume eggs.

Likewise, vegans also avoid meat, poultry, and seafood, but they also take it a step

further by eliminating all animal products from their diet.

This includes any type of animal milk and eggs.

Vegans avoid foods produced using animals or animal products in any way, including honey.

Many vegans also avoid household products, clothing, or other items made from animal

products or tested on animals.

However, since we're discussing "diet" today, the main difference will be that a

Vegan will also NOT eat any dairy or eggs.

So, let me quickly answer the earlier mentioned questions:

Are they healthier than meat eaters (carnivores)?

I have lots of vegetarian and vegan friends and associates.

So, I've seen all the different versions of "health" in this eating category.

One of my friends is a really smart guy, he's a vegetarian, does yoga and teaches meditation

daily.

However, he is NOT "healthy" in my opinion because he's overweight, has high cholesterol

and blood pressure.

Why?...

Because when we go out to eat, he'll order fried Mozzarella sticks, French Fries and

a vegetarian burger with lots of Ketchup and dressing.

Just because he's not eating meat, does NOT mean that he is having a healthy diet.

First, as you may already know - I don't approve of dairy.

Of course, I don't think fried foods and sauces are healthy.

Technically, a bag of potato chips can be part of a vegetarian/vegan diet.

But, this is NOT a healthy food choice.

The point is that, no matter what type of diet you are on - you have to prepare foods

in a healthy way.

However, assuming one does do this, a diet that's primarily plant based, is without

a doubt, extremely healthy and one that I suggest everyone try.

In fact, over the years I've put dozens of my clients and patients, who were very

sick or ill or had a disease or even cancer, on a plant based, vegan diet and every single

person was healthier because of it.

HOWEVER, some of them couldn't sustain it long-term for over a year and we had to make

changes and adjustments, and I'll tell you why and how in a minute.

Are they lacking in nutrients, since they don't eat animal products?

Assuming their diet is well balanced, the only thing they will be lacking over time

are some B vitamins and more specifically, B12.

This is an easy fix.

You can take a sublingual B12 or I suggest B12 shot and sometimes, a full B-Complex shot.

However, some are lacking in essential fatty acids, especially Omega 3's, iron, calcium,

iodine or zinc.1 Again, all of this can be fixed with better food choices or the addition

of supplements.

Some are also lacking in complete proteins, all the essential amino acids.

And I'll tell you how you can fix this in a minute.

What are the benefits?

Assuming the vegan diet is done right, it's well balanced, no fried foods and so forth,

there are LOTS of benefits: Weight Loss

Vegans tend to be thinner than non-vegans.2

The interesting part is that a vegan diet can cause weight loss faster than a calorie

restricted diet.

And the reason is because the diet is high in fiber and bulk, so you can eat a lot of

food, get full and it'll still be less calories.3 Lower Blood Sugar

vegans tend to have lower blood sugar levels, higher insulin sensitivity and up to a 78%

lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes.4,5

Cancer Protection Vegans generally eat considerably more legumes,

fruit and vegetables than non-vegans.

This may explain why a recent review of 96 studies found that vegans may benefit from

a 15% lower risk of developing or dying from cancer.7

There's a lot more evidence about cancer protection and prevention, that I could keep

going.

Suffice to say, a plant based vegan diet is very beneficial at reducing your risk for

many cancers.

Lower Risk Of Heart Disease Obviously, eating fresh fruits, vegetables,

legumes and fiber is linked to better health and also a lower risk of heart disease.

Studies comparing vegans to the general population report that vegans may benefit from up to

a 75% lower risk of developing high blood pressure.7

Vegans may also have up to a 42% lower risk of dying from heart disease.7

… anyway, these are just some of big benefits.

There are also other benefits such as reduced inflammation, better skin, less pain, better

digestion and colon health.

What are typical mistakes?

Sadly, I've seen a lot of mistakes by "newbie" vegans or people who haven't done the research

yet.

Eating unhealthy, fried and processed foods.

Lacking in Omega 3 fats and vitamins and minerals like B12, Iron, Calcium, iodine and zinc.

Not drinking enough water.

Since Vegans have more fiber, they also require more water.

Not eating enough protein and essential amino acids, which I'll get to in a minute.

Not taking getting regular blood and hormone tests.

For some people, a vegan diet lowers lots of youthful hormones such as testosterone

in men, estrogen in women, growth hormone and thyroid - just to name a few.

How does it affect exercise performance, muscle size and strength?

This is a big question I've received from those that exercise regularly.

The truth is, this one is hit or miss.

SOME people do better on a vegan diet.

Some, do worse.

Genetics, age and proper planning has a lot to do with it.

As I stated earlier, I've had male athletes on a very well designed vegan diets and after

a few months, their performance drops.

Less muscle and strength.

And when taking a hormone test, you can clearly see why - lowered testosterone levels.

However, when I've modified it with a "hybrid" Vegan diet, their performance goes right back

to before and in fact, it gets better.

Of course, this took a lot of experimenting for me to figure out the right solution and

changes that needed to be made.

Some of the changes that were made was that we did add in some animal protein - a little

bit of salmon, pasture raised bison or beef and whole eggs.

THIS was only for those people who were okay with this change.

We also added in vegan protein powders to increase their total protein in take and in

essential amino acids - such as rice and hemp protein.

And if you'd like more about this topic, I've got links below, on customizing your

own vegan protein powders, so your diet is better balanced, and your athletic performance

and muscle mass doesn't decrease.

Will I live longer?

Studies have shown that people who eat a more plant based diet, especially Vegans - do live

longer and are healthier.

However, there's a LOT that can be said about this.

For example, people who live the longest (over 100 years old), which some researchers refer

as the "Blue Zones", are more plant based diets.

HOWEVER, the are not vegans.

The still consume animal proteins such as beef and fish.

But, it's just at a much lower amount - like 3 oz, 1-2x weekly.

Additionally, these people exercise, don't eat processed foods, are outside in the sunshine,

manage their stress levels by resting and sleeping better and so forth.

Summary

All things considered, a plant based vegan diet is very healthy.

For some, they can stick to it all the time.

For others, doing so 80-90% of the time with the occasional consumption of healthy sources

of animal protein, is still extremely beneficial and will for sure reduce your risks for many

illnesses.

At the very least, I suggest you reduce some of your animal proteins and substitute more

plants and even vegan protein powders.

And you can get more details about making your own customized protein powders by clicking

the link below in the description area and watching my other YouTube videos about this

topic.

That's it for today.

I hope this video gave you more clarity.

Please share it with a friend who may benefit and if you liked this video, please subscribe.

Thanks for listening and have a happy and healthy day!

Inktober 2018 November Youtube Plans | Cute Kawaii Food Snack Illustration - Duration: 6:10.

Hey, hey, it's charle rae, welcome back to my channel for another art video!

Before we get into it, I would like to say

please click the like button down below if you enjoyed this video and

If you would like to see more art videos like this one, please subscribe to my channel.

Also, if you want to be notified when new videos post click the notification bell.

moving on

okay, so I just recently post my posted the video of my last blue girl that I'm

doing for

inktober and

This video is actually my last video for inktober. Today is the 30th and

We just have one more day

But this one is my last one.

It was actually going to be three different days

I was going to split these up but they were so short in comparison to my other ones

That I decided to go ahead and do them all at once.

So I went ahead and put them into the one video and I'm

editing it right now here today for you guys.

So

what I would like to talk to you guys about today is actually

next month November. October

flew by so fast

So now we're going into November. It's the end of the year. It's well

The holiday season is upon us, you know

so I have lots to do because you may or may not know that I am in the process of

moving and

I'm moving pretty far. So it's like states away. So there's a lot to do and

I'm trying to keep up with this

Whole inktober and um my first at least couple of weeks of November

so anyway

I wanted to get more organized about the way I post to my or upload videos. I

Guess I should say published

Anyway videos to my youtube channel

because

I've been doing it whenever I could get them in but I mean honestly it's better if

people

know around when you're gonna post so I've decided to

Try to get more organized about when I'm posting

so

As we roll into November since it's starting a new month my goal here is to

Post three days per week and

On the same days every week for the time being I don't know if I will be doing the exact same time every day

But I will attempt to do so like if I could get the videos done

But they before and edited then surely I can get them posted

on time

So I know you can schedule videos out as well

And that's an excellent way to make sure that you stay on track. So again, I'll have to just make sure that I'm doing

the videos before I actually need to post them and

as I mentioned with the move, there's a lot going on and actually

makes a whole lot of sense with the move because I can go ahead and

Make a few more videos for you guys. So that while I'm getting this stuff moved across the country and

driving out, Then I can still have videos posted

so I wanted to know if

Any of you guys are struggling with getting your videos out in a consistent manner.

I know consistency is very important for I'm

gonna say Instagram, but I meant to say YouTube and

I know consistency is important for a lot of things but is it just me that struggles with this?

I'm sure other people if you have like kids or family or just

a lot of work obligations

Or school like it can be difficult to try to fit this in sometimes

So I have been like I guess

trying to figure out the best ways for me to do this and

I was thinking like what I would like to do is shoot more than one video at once

And then that way I can upload edit them all and upload them all and then schedule them all

but just trying to do all that and one day I would definitely have to like

Mark off a day of the week. That's like the entire day

That's just dedicated to that

But it does seem like it might be a good way to do it because then the rest of the week I can spend time

just going and looking at other people's videos that responding to people whenever

Whenever I have time to be on YouTube, so anyway, let me know what you guys think of

Getting organized with YouTube, that's all I have today. Thanks for watching. Byyee!

[Darrin] Tell me why you want to be a lawyer!

[Student] "Because, I'm fascinated with the law,"

Animal Right Presentation - Voices We Don't Hear - Duration: 32:59.

I wanna also thank deeply to Valery who gave me this opportunity to stand here in front of you tonight

and have this lecture.

Before I start, I'd like you to turn your mobile phones on silent mode,

and please keep your questions until the end.

you can write them down so you won't forget them.

For some of you who may not know me, I am Idan, I am 26 years old today.

-Congratulations-

Thanks

I have been a student here for about 2 years or so, and I have been vegan for about five and a half years.

Over the last year, I've started being an activist on and off, and recently I've started doing it on a weekly basis

Today I am going to talk with you about one of the biggest industries

that the biggest corporations do not want us to know about.

which is the animal industry.

Now, I want to clarify that I am not here to judge you nor preach you or something like that.

Choosing veganism is not like joining a cult, nor changing your religion or something like that.

All I want is to show you the evidence,

the truth which is being hidden from us, so you could reconsider your lifestyle.

I am going to start with a short video and then we'll continue.

-Yeah we apologizing that it's too slow, be patient-

-Sometimes it does that-

That was an intense video.

While you watched it, I looked at your faces and I saw that some of may have felt bad, angry or sad.

And it's good! Because this is what I want to focus on. The compassionate side of you, the humane side of you.

And the good thing is that we don't have to be that guy who destroys and ruins Earth and kills its creatures.

Today I am going to talk with you about the law in Israel against animal abuse,

the industries, ecological effects, vegan diet, and what can we actually do.

Does anyone know what the law in Israel says about cruelty against animals?

Anyone?

Well the law says that: "A person shall not torture an animal, he shall not be cruel to it,

nor abuse it in any way".

Now I have a question.

To whom does this law apply to?

Is it only for some people? when some people can torture and some cannot? Or dose it apply to anyone?

Allegedly, it's supposed to be to anyone, it's above the judge and even the officers .

However, we can see two kinds of harms, yet one of it is out of our awareness.

The first one is the domestic harm.

We all hear about these kind of harms in the media.

About a guy who hit a dog, punched a cat, killed an animal.

And if we see this kind of harm on the street, we'll try as much as we can to do something.

To get involved, maybe to call the cops. And we can see how these vicious people will go to custody, the court.

We can see the law is being upheld.

However, there is another kind of harm which is being hidden by the institutions and the government itself.

Which is the Institutionalized harm.

This kind of animal abuse ...

*Sorry, I had a blackout*

is approved by the government and it let hundreds of corporations, institutions, and companies practice it.

And it doesn't really matter whether it's a goose, a cat, a sheep, a tiger or an elephant in Thailand.

They are both feeling the same pain.

And just to clarify your thought, while there are thirty thousand cases of domestic harm,

there are three hundred million cases of Institutionalized harm.

Now I believe that you are not a number in the statistics of the domestic harm, god I hope not.

But in indirect way we do pay for these people, this institute, to make these (animals) suffer for us.

He doesn't do it because it's fun, because we pay him to do it.

Now once again, it doesn't really matter which animal is it. They are all feel the same suffer.

Does anyone know which basic needs and rights do animals have?

Any guesses?

Well. Their basic needs are: Freedom from violence, satisfying basic needs,

appropriate environment, to be socialized and have a family.

And surprisingly, these are also their rights. To have this freedom of violence, and so on..

To have these basic needs.

I'm going to explain about the industry, I'll start from the biggest industry

which is 220 million chickens for meat, to the smallest industry which is about 600 thousand mammals.

cows, sheep that come from the meat and the milk industry.

The logic that stands behind this is while a chicken, a fish is a small animal

that one person, two people can eat it, for a whole cow, a goat you need several people.

The poultry industry

For the poultry industry we need both male and female chicks.

And like in any other industry, we need an appropriate stock,

we need to sort the damaged one and to get rid of the damaged stock.

and by saying get rid of them I mean, kill them.

They throw.. they kill them by throwing them into the garbage and then they let them suffocating.

The chicks in the bottom will die from the massive weight that crushes them.

That was a humane way to kill them until a couple of years ago.

Now the humane way is to grind them up alive in a crusher.

I have a question, by raising your hand who do you think is older?

who think is it the right one?

who think is it the left one?

Only you?

It's ok -who is older guys?-

who is older?

Who is older? Which one is older?

The right one or the left one?

The left one?

Ok, so most of you said it was the left one, the right answer is neither of them. They are both 42 days old.

How is that?

By using a technique that called "Artificial selection".

This is a technique that is used to create new strains of animals,

by only breeding certain animals with certain traits .

In this example, only chicken which has large breasts were bred in order to be..

to create new chickens that are naturally meaty for the meat industry,.

They are overfed by playing with their bodies.

A chicken in the nature eats in the day light and sleeps at night, so the technique here is to bring them food,

turn on the light, let them eat and after a while to turn off the light.

And once again, they turn it on and over and over again.

Same thing with turkeys, you can see the lights on the side.

Again you also can see the massive density where they have to live.

After about two years...

no, sorry.

You can also see the consequences that they can't barely stand, barely walk properly.

Their chest is getting forward, the leg is very small,

the reason is because we don't eat the feet, but we eat the chest.

After two years old..

After 42 days they will be violently transported to the slaughterhouse in a small cages.

To make the job easier, the workers will shake the cages. Sometimes the body parts....

stuck behind the bars. And body parts can torn off .

The fish industry. I wrote here that the fish industry responsible for the cruelest kill.

Why is that? because for some of you may not know, fish do feel pain. They also need oxygen.

for some of you who have an aquarium in your house needs..

he also needs to buy oxygen, and also to replace its water, because they live in the same water.

Do you think this fish has oxygen?

He is suffocating.

Moreover, he lives in a crowded space. We can compare the size of this space to a bottle of water

Plus they don't replace their water, so they still live in their own filth.

We can dived the fish industry into two. The aquaculture which is fish ponds and sea cages.

While from distance it may seem spacious and clean, but inside this pool, they are thousand of fish.

They are all crowded, and in this kind of aquaculture, once again we use the artificial selection.

These two salmons are at the same age, only that one was raised in the fish pond.

the other technique is the commercial fishing, to throw a net into the ocean.

Whatever comes to the nets goes up and they are all suffocating when they are not being in their natural area.

Not only fish get inside these nets but also other water animals like seals, dolphins, sharks, turtles, and so on.

Another victim are the pelicans who come from Europe and they want to go to Africa.

They want to have a break and eat from our fish , but we can't let them to eat our goods,

so the solution is to shoot them.

The egg industry. People may ask what is so wrong about the egg and the dairy industry?

because there is no animal that was died for it. Let me refute this claim.

For egg we need a female chicken that will lay this egg.

The male chicks are not appropriate and they are not profitable.

So? what we are doing with an unprofitable product?

To get rid of it. All the male chicks that were just hatched go to be ground up in a crusher.

This is the humane way. The female chicks...

This is about fifteen thousand chicks per day .

the female chick will get her beak cut by a hot metal blade heated to 700 degrees,

this is so they can prevent violence when they'll put her in a battery cages.

A battery cages is a small place, we can compare the size of the space to a half size of A4 paper.

This is all the place she has. If one chicken wants to turn, the other chicken must change her position as well .

The battery cages' floor. As I was saying, it's a slanted battery cage made of bars,

the reason for it is for the egg can roll, and their feces will fall to the ground and they won't live in their own filth.

After two years, when they cannot lay anymore eggs, they will be electrocuted.

Their meat will come to our pet food or they will just bury it.

Does anyone know How much a hen, a female chicken lay in nature and how much does she lay the industry?

Any guesses?

While in nature she lays approximately between 12 to 30 eggs per year,

in the industry, using the artificial selection, she lays about 300 eggs per years.

The dairy industry. It may seems clean and harmless industry. But I want you think about it for a minute..

To whom does the milk belong?

-Cow-

cows, the baby cow right

To the baby, to the calf, to the kitten, to the puppy, to any mammals who need to nurse from its own mother.

how did we make it possible to drink from another animal? We are to only species who does it.

This milk has lots of hormones inside so it gets this calve to be a bull, to be a cow, to get to tones.

And we drink it instead of it? have you have seen a dog who drinks from a rat? A pig that drinks from a dolphin?

No. we are the only species who drink from another animal, from goats, from cows.

So If you go to a random cow, which is not from the industry and you press its udders, there will be a zero percent

there will be milk inside. Why is that? because for milk you need pregnancy. How do they do it?

They take a sperm from a bull, and they artificially inject it, put it, into the cow.

this is called an Artificial insemination.

After 9 month, like us humans, the cow will give birth, she will lick it she will clean it , she will try to protect it.

But after no longer than half an hour, the calf will be taken away from her.

The mother will try to scream, she will mooing she will do anything she can. but there is nothing she can..

If it's a male calf , he will be put in a crowded cage , he will eat a lean substitute of milk,

so its mussels will be soft, and he will be slaughtered for veal.

if it's a female calf, after half a year, she will live like her mother, be over milked and over impregnated.

Until her udder will be huge, full of infections, blood, and other gross things. In the end we drink from this.

She will eventually collapse, she lives in filth.

This cow was held like that so the farmer could inject her , so she cannot resist.

A cow in the past produced about 8 liters during her whole life.

Now she produces about 30 to 40 liters during her whole life.

Eventually she will die, she will live near death.

Does anyone know for how long a cow lives in nature and how long she lives in the industry?

Any guesses?

-20 years-

20 years yeah, 20 years she lives in nature. And she will die..

she will transported to the slaughterhouse at the age of 5 years old,

when she cannot produces anymore milk for the meat industry.

The meat industry consumption is divided into two. We have 35% that comes from fresh meat.

And 65% which is a frozen meat from South America.

The distribution of fresh meat consumption is divided into three,

we have the calves and cows that from the dairy industry, what we spoke about right now.

The herds, 13% of herds of cattle and 47% from the live shipping.

In both dairy and meat industries they use the same technique to marking them.

They use hot blade to number them. They take out their horns by using caters and caustic powder.

This female calf is a half years old calf that was go back to the cowshed so she would live like her mother.

She still have the instincts to nurse from its mother, But she has a nose ring. So if she tries, the cow will kick her.

In the live shipping, when they come from Australia and Europe. They will be transported in a..

It's a journey of about two weeks to a month in this crowded boat. Where they have no place to breath,

to drink, to eat. They'll live in their own filth.

Some of them will die during this journey, and the ones who died will be thrown to the ocean.

Sometimes we can see bodies of calves on our beaches. on the way, it also pollutes the ocean.

. When they come here they will violently transported to the slaughterhouse, they will do anything to make them

move. The will use shockers. And I saw once a technique that one of the workers drug a calf from his

leg and made the other pack of calves to chase him, and that how he made them move.

In the end they will be under the sharp knife in the slaughterhouse.

Now I want you to think about of the word a slaughterhouse. A house of slaughter.

we've actually built a house where we violently put innocent, loving, feeling creatures, and we kill them for us.

Because of taste? Tradition? Habits maybe?

Is that really worth it ? Is that really the right thing to do? and the only way to exist?

Some people will say that animals do not feel pain, and they have no awareness.

I want to show you a great story from the Freedom Farm Sanctuary,

here in Israel that made a reunion between a mother sheep and her two lambs.

Well, that was a relief. I want to go over quickly about the ecological effects.

You can see that while all human being weigh 300 million tons on Earth, all domesticated animals weigh

700 million tons. More than double! you can ask yourselves how come the consumption of the meat is so

huge? I mean it wasn't at all like it used to be in the past. One of the reasons is greed.

We have it, and we can eat as much as we can. Sometimes it can effect illness like obesity and other

illness. On the way it's also..we can see a massive of wasting food. And if you think about it for a minute

These animals need to eat. 70% of the world's grain goes directly to the animals in the farm.

We can use this agriculture properly, maybe we can solve the hunger problem.

If we use this energy, we can use this water to ourselves. Also as you could see from the life shipping,

It also pollutes our ocean, the water sources where we drink, the sea, where we are swimming.

And it also contributes the global warming.

A funny fact is that a cow's fart that pollutes methane gas,

in this kind of amount pollutes much more than the whole transportation industry.

So what do we have?

We have over consumption of meat that can cause illnesses like cancers, diabetes, strokes, and much more.

The hunger problems - we can may solved it by using agriculture properly.

Food that is been wasted,

water pollutes,

cutting rain-forests

global warming

and of course the suffering of innocent animals.

So over the years people ask themselves:"Ok what can we do?"

So they tried to avoid and to reduce animal products, and it made dietitians and nutritionists to see if this

avoiding is really good for us. And they found that it is possible. One of the great example is the position of the

American Dietetic Association that says that : "Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals

during all stages of the life cycle". A balanced vegan diet contains all essential nutritional values like zinc, iron,

calcium , protein, ,vitamins. For some of you who may concerned about vitamin B12.

This vitamin is grown next to.. it's a bacteria that grows next to plants. Vegetarian animals get it when they eat

plants, but the animals in the industry get it throw injections or they get this supplement in their food.

So this is the only vitamin that we need to take as a supplement.

There is also a saying that vegans are weak. But like any other thing in life you cannot generalized things.

For example, these athletes are vegans and they achieved amazing scores

So the bottom of line what we can we actually eat?

Legumes like beans, chickpeas, lentils, soy.

With soy we can do all kind of great things like milk and tofu, vegetarian cream, cheese, yogurts,

and also drinks, milk from oat milk, coconut milk, rice milk, almond milk, and so on.

Grains, fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, with all of these great ingredients we can do almost anything!

like burgers, I ate this one last week. our national food! The Falafel, Hummus, Shawarma

made of soy and mushroom, and on the top is not fat it's onion. Seitan, omelets that made from lentils flour

and chickpeas flour. Veggie "meatballs" and salted pastries ,sweet pastries, sandwiches, ice creams,

and of course all the restaurants. Every restaurant that respect itself has a vegan option.

And of course sites! technology! just Google whatever you want, any dish that you want, you have the vegan option for it.

And don't be afraid of being different .Over the years people have made this change and they've seen these

advantages. And if you're still unsure on how to do it. There is a great solution for it , which is Challenge 22+ .

I'll give you this flair after it, this Challenge 22 is on Facebook, and also on Whats'app for teenagers.

where you can get professional help by professional clinical nutritionists and also vegans, you can speak with

them , talk with them one on one, and they will help you, whatever you want.

Whether you're an athletic or you have a pregnant, anything.

We are not alone in this battle, we are a many. And in the bottom line you should to live according to your heart.

Said Gandhi: " Be the change that you wish to see in the world".

When you have the option, please explain it to other; share this information.

To save life, to save our planet, to save yourselves.

In the name of all animals – thank you so much for listening, I really appreciate it. Have a great night

7 Silent Signs of a Heart Attack - Duration: 6:18.

7 Silent Signs of a Heart Attack.

More than 1 million Americans suffer a heart attack every year.

Traditional symptoms—chest pain or pressure, cold sweat, extreme weakness—are well known.

But there are more subtle signs you're having or are about to have a heart attack that can

be easy to miss.

If you experience any of the following symptoms, see a doctor.

Noticing heart attack signs early and getting prompt treatment can save your life.

Fatigue.

Dr. Stacey E. Rosen, MD, a Go Red For Women cardiologist at North Shore-LIJ Health System,

says this is one of the most common symptoms she sees (especially in women heart attack

patients).

"In my 25 years of practice, people on the verge of a heart attack report feeling tired

and not able to do their usual activities," she says.

During a heart attack, blood flow to the heart is reduced, putting extra stress on the muscle,

which could make you feel exhausted, according to WebMD.

Don't be afraid to ask your doctor to do an electrocardiogram (EKG), which checks heart

activity.

"Sometimes when people present with lethargy, doctors won't immediately order an EKG,

which can detect a heart attack; but you should request one from your doctor, just to be safe,"

says Annapoorna Kini, MD, of The Mount Sinai Hospital.

Soreness in the back, arms, or chest.

Noticeable pain or soreness in the back, chest, or either arm is often a silent heart attack

sign.

As MyHeartSisters.org explains it: "When heart muscle cells begin to run out of oxygen

during a heart attack because of a blocked artery preventing oxygenated blood from feeding

that muscle, they begin to send off pain signals through the nervous system.

Your brain may confuse those nerve signals with signals coming from the arm (or the jaw,

shoulder, elbow, neck or upper back) because of the nerve proximity."

Because the pain is often not accompanied by the typical chest heaviness associated

with heart attack, people tend to ignore it, says Dr. Rosen.

"I've had patients say they only felt the pain when they were working out, so they

assumed it was just from exercise, but that's not right," says Rosen.

"If the symptom is something new, that's worrisome and you should see a doctor."

Here are some non-medical signs you might be at risk of a heart attack.

Shortness of breath.

If a flight of stairs up from the subway is usually no problem, but suddenly you find

yourself gasping for air at the top, it could signal a heart attack.

"Women especially tell me that walking up steps or carrying groceries they noticed feeling

fatigued or breathless when they normally wouldn't," says Rosen.

If you feel short of breath right after waking up, that's also a sign that something could

be wrong, says Dr. Kini.

The heart plays a key role in transporting oxygen to the rest of your body and removing

carbon dioxide from tissues, so blocked blood flow to the heart could affect your breathing,

according to MayoClinic.com.

Here are some other ways heart attack symptoms are different for women.

Heartburn or belching.

If you have an occasional heartburn flare-up after a heavy pizza lunch, it's probably

nothing to worry about, but if it's out of the ordinary or heartburn has never bothered

you before, call your doctor because it could signal a heart attack.

Angina, a heartburn-like chest pain, is caused by lack of blood flow to the heart, which

is what happens during a heart attack, Ryan Madonick, MD, a gastroenterologist, told Health.com.

Here are some other reasons you shouldn't ignore heartburn.

Stomach upset.

Heart attack symptoms can sometimes mimic stomach problems like nausea, vomiting, or

overall GI upset—especially in women, says Dr. Rosen.

"If you don't feel well, always call your doctor.

It could be that taco you had at 10 p.m. but it can also be a heart attack, which could

turn out to be catastrophic," she says.

Throat, neck, or jaw discomfort.

Unexplained discomfort of the neck or jaw, or a tightness in the throat you've never

felt before, can indicate a heart attack, says Dr. Kini, and you should immediately

contact a doctor.

It's especially important for people with diabetes to pay attention to subtle changes

like this because they have trouble feeling sensations, says Dr. Rosen.

They're less likely to feel more typical symptoms like chest pain.

An overall feeling that something's wrong.

"Heart attack patients have told me they have a feeling of doom—like something's

just not right," says Dr. Rosen.

"Listen to that little voice in your head.

If something feels off, it's always better to be overly cautious and call a doctor."

Dr. Rosen says some of her patients have reported feeling "less mentally sharp" right before

a heart attack.

Vladimir Putin Marks 25th Anniversary of Russia's Electoral System - Duration: 5:31.

Good afternoon, colleagues, friends.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

I think you will agree with me, everyone here is an adult and remembers how it was.

The Constitution was born with great pains, when our country faced the launch of aggression by forces of international terrorism, an incipient civil war in the Caucasus and a very severe internal political crisis, which led to clashes in our capital and loss of life.

However, its adoption was a turning point where Russia clearly chose to be a free, sovereign, law-based and democratic state, in which the people exercising their rights, primarily through free elections, are the sole source of power.

The first Central Election Commission was formed in the run-up to a popular vote on the draft Constitution and elections to the Federal Assembly.

The history of Russia's modern electoral system dates back to that event.

The challenges our country was dealing with determined the way it was formed and developed.

However, all changes in the electoral system have always sought to reinforce the institutions of democracy and expand popular representation in our political system.

A full-fledged legislative framework was put in place over the years.

It regulates the organisation and holding of elections at various levels and, most importantly, provides guarantees that the electoral rights of Russian citizens are protected.

There have been 14 elections, seven to the State Duma, and seven for the presidency of the Russian Federation; there have been over 1,000 elections to regional governments and over 100,000 municipal elections.

Election commissions at all levels have accumulated vast practical experience, and, importantly, elections are now widely popular with our citizens.

They see elections as a natural and necessary form of participation in the life of our state, not just as their undisputed right, but also as a way to have real influence in shaping the development priorities of their region, city, village and our entire country.

Much credit for that goes to the Central Election Commission, which has always set high standards for election procedures.

I want to thank all the CEC members who have served and all its chairs for their professionalism and responsibility.

Our electoral system is constantly being improved.

This is an objective process for a multi-level, complex organism such as Russia, which must adapt to a growing political culture and the emergence of modern technologies,

meet the needs and expectations of society, its level of development and the accountability its members feel for the state of affairs in their village, city, region, and in Russia in general.

At the same time, any changes in the electoral system should strengthen the principles of openness, honesty and transparency of the entire electoral process, its independence from any interference, both internal and external, by other states.

I emphasize that no one has the right to interfere with the free will of citizens, to distort their position stated at the voting.

Any illegal intrusion into the course of elections, social and political life, attempts of an unclean game in this field must be firmly stopped.

The electoral system is effective only when people trust it, they know that their voice will be heard.

We, of course, must protect such trust, respect and value the opinions and position of our citizens.

Colleagues,

Elections are always very tense, difficult times, you know this better than anyone else, not only for candidates, political parties, but also for you, for your colleagues, for election commissions.

Today there are almost a million members of election commissions of various levels in our electoral system.

Their work is very important for our society.

I emphasize once again that their professional, personal qualities, honesty, decency, and professionalism depend not only on strict observance of all procedures provided by law, but also on the stable, democratic development of our society and state.

During any election, the election commissions are in the center of attention of candidates, observers, citizens, the media.

They are expected to clarity, coherence, efficiency and impartiality.

I am convinced that our electoral system, the people who work in it, are able to fully meet the requirements of society.

Friends and colleagues,

I congratulate you on the 25th anniversary of the Russian electoral system!

I want to wish you success and prosperity.

Thank you very much.
