Lada Niva Urban 4x4 vs Mercedes GL350 (Review-My-Ass) - Duration: 29:29.

Oh, screw that dash panel. It's too much without it.

Are you recording this?

[T]: Sasha, stop pulling!

Syop it, Tigran. People would think we're high again.

Today, Lada Niva is the best off-road car in the world

Today, Lada Niva is the best off-road car in the world. (c) Lada Niva owners

So what do we do with this '14 now? I mean, it's cool and people are waiting for a review but it's so in the way now.

[S]: I'm slowly putting it down!

[T]: Are you fcking kidding me! Careful, man!

No, why? Fail, you guys. At least there will be something interesting in the video. The car's not lowered yet, and the jack can't get down there already.

Hi, everyone! Loud Sound atelier here. Today, as usual, we have an unusual review.

Why unusual? For one, we're having two cars in one review.

For two, we're going to compare them. We decided to compare a Russian off-road to a German off-road.

And since they both are in the Loud Sound atelier, we're going to compare the audio of on Mercedes GL.

Btw, did you know that Germans do not pronounce the letter G as [dji] but rather as [gae].

We're going to compare the sys that's in Mercedes GL. We have a Focal powered SQ 3-way in there.

Alpine amp, stealth sub etc.

We're gonna compare it to a brutal 3-way powered by stage acoustics. Unfortunately, we lack a sub int he Niva for now.

We'l compare basic parameters of both cars to find out which one is better 'cuz you can't just tell it from afar.

Let's start under the hood, shall we. 40 years old? This one? Is this a car or a museum piece?

[T]: Not really.

Sounds like these are common in horror movies.

Okay, under the hood we can see the spare tire. It' good. I bet you can't see a spare under a GL hood, can you?

Next, please, note the proofing. Not only is it noise- but it is also thermo-proofing.

Here it's just noise, no thermo-proofing.

So it's safe to say that Niva noise-proofing is a bit more progressive than that of Mercedes Benz.

The next thing you know is that you know nothing. If, God forbid, anything happens you won't be able to do anything but to visit the dealership.

Here, however, any Russian car - especially Niva - owner can and must constantly spend time fixing it.

Show how you close the hood on a Niva.

Let's go for a break here. Now we swiftly move forward to the looks.

It's obvious which one's exterior design is better. This car's design was developed in this century. This one's - in the previous century.

It must have been so successful that they have decided to not change it. They restyled it a pinch, added a couple plastic details and called it Urban.

Here, on the other hand, we have a totally fresh design. We could draw a parallel with a Geländewagen. That one was designed last century, too.

Well, GL is a car for those who, first, didn't have enough money for a Geländewagen,

and second, who were smart enough not to buy one.

This car looks more modern while this one is pure classics.

Let's now check out the optics. We have two specially trained people who turned on the lights simultaneously so that we can see it right away.

Here we see perfect rings. Dare I say, Angel Eyes. But gotta say these are not stock but custom lights.

The factory can't do this yet.

Here, however, we have some debatable design. Some weird LED strip. This is xenon. Blink. It's got curtains. It's bi-xenon, I guess.

Your turn, Tigran. Whoop! These are LED. So Niva is a bit more modern.

Let's check out inside. And to start, let's see the welcome lights. Can you turn off the atelier light?

For starters, here is a very nicely lighted inscription reading Mercedes-Benz.

Plus this nice lighting pointed to your feet.

And Niva... Oh, it has one, too. This car warns you. First, it lights up the area for you not to step in mud, and it warns you that you are going to ride a Lada.

I think it is obvious whose open door lighting is better, isn't it? Let's do a face to face comparison.

The doors on the Niva are closing perfectly well.

[T]: It's 'cuz the other one is open.

Wait, so if you close that one, this one is gonna close worse?

[T]: Yep.

In the Mercedes, if you don't close the door... it closes itself.

Another thing - right, Tigran? - that could possibly break and demand repairing.

This sign here sats Bluetec. Do you know, Tigran, what that is?

I think only Mercedes-Benz dealership managers and some owners only know what Bluetec technology is.

[T]: As far as I know it's some sort of economy mode. Something like eco-mode.

[with this sort of economy eco-mode]

Okay, admit it. Noone knows what Bluetec is. ...And now Mercedes experts are flooding our comments.

Note the muffler endings. There are two of them, chrome plated. Very pretty.

What do we have here in Mercedes? Bananas! There is no exhaust pipe on the Mercedes.

Where does it put the exhaus gas? Do you know, Tigran?

[T]: It's all under the bumper.

This Mercedes doesn't have an exhaust pipe!

I want to sit in the Mercedes first. Well, I actually want to sit only in the Mercedes.

The first thing you notice on sitting in Mercedes, like in any other car, is that you ar enot comfortable 'cuz the seat is not set for you.

For some reason, only Mercedes are unwilling to move the seat adjustment control to the seat. They are here, on the door panel.

So once you've sat, you can't adjust it right away or you have to stretch out really far. You need to close the door and then adjust the seat.

Now you are facing a very difficult challenge. You will have to get to the rear seat.

Btw, it's not that bad. Can you reach the door? Okay.

Let's try and do the same with the Mercedes - try and close the front door sitting at the rear seat.

[T]: Okay.

Okay!

In the Niva, it all went really well.

[T]: Nope. No can do.

So what? Do you call this a comfortable car? You can't even close the front door sitting at the rear seat unless you get out and close it?

When getting in a Niva, you don't need to lean all the way to the door cover or anywhere.

There is this thingy here that helps you bring the seat to the position you need very quickly.

No need to wait for the motor. Pull - and there you go.

The scroller, however, is on the right which is really a mystery for me. But still it works faster.

We have the Command system here. Nothing like this in the Niva and we gotta note it.

But we have an enormous number of various buttons. Which is also noteworthy.

Note how HACV is controlled.

We have a scroller, a button here, a 'plus' button here, a 'minus' button over here, an air conditioner on/off button.

Direction, windscreen fanning button, rear glass heating, and this scroller is pretty much the same temp regulator.

Control panel in the Niva. Things are way easier here. These are all the buttons we have. 6 buttons total.

Plus this button and this one. The later II'm going to cover in a moment.

So this ont turns on the corner lights. Easy.

Then comes the button the purpose of which I just found out from Tigran. It turns on the rear wiper. And it's not just a button It has two positions.

If you press it deeper it sprinkles water on the rear window. But it doesn't work in all Nivas.

In fact, it works over the first year. After that, I'd say you don't use it because it may hydrate not only the car's rear window but also anywhere inside.

Then comes the heater. Easy peasy. It has two positions: on and very on. And off, for sure.

Rear window heating, for lights and two ass heaters. None for the rear seats, unlike Mercedes. This is a con.

As for the rest, I think this is a lot easier, a lot more compact. Even a blond would understand this.

But a blond wouldn't be able to move all the arms. This one moves okay. This is not air recirculation as they call it in foreign cars,

this is merely a shutter to the outside.

So in this position the air from the outside comes in, and in this one, it's closed.

This arm, a lady wouldn't probably be able to move without chipping a nail.

[5 minutes earlier...]

Fck! Ouch! Shit! I chipped my nail!

This one... Well, safer not to touch.

This thing -- those to have seen Russian classics must'e seen a little tap, usually over there,

Anyway, this thing usually broke pretty quick. It let the radiator's cooling liquid into the heater's radiator

[T]: Don't. You'll break it.

When this thing breaks - not 'if' but 'when'! - they just put in a water tap in this duct

And they just let the cooling liquid to the inside. Sometimes there's this nice odour of anti-freeze inside.

So how does the HACV work? It's a lot easier here than in a Mercedes. No scrollers with half the alphabet on 'em.

Here, in order to enable the AC, we need to turn on the heater's fan. Turn on the AC

and then do something to this scroller. Tbh, I don't know what to do with it.

It shows turn up and down but I don't know how it works. Do you?

[T]: It only works when you turn it up.

Yes, but how does it do it? Does it do something to the anti-freeze or something?

Wait. It just hit me only now. There is a conditioner here. Here, it says A/C.

Anyway, you scroll this thing, and if the conditioner is not working, it's gonna start working.

Of course I can. How can I not find the window raiser.

No way. Wait. I will wind it. Really? Here?

[T]: And the mirror adjustment controllers are there, too.

Mirrors, too? Was this originally like this?

[T]: Yes. Just like they don't have armrests originally.

Handy. The gearstick is very convenient. You don't need to lean far to get it.

Plus, you can set the gear scheme whichever way you want it. You can rotate it all the way. So if you have some gearbox troubles --

Okay, let's go on.

Gotta note, Mercedes has no stick. With a Niva, however, you can get a fully developed 5-step gearbox, plus a reverse.

In Mercedes, they got rid of the stick completely. There's nothing there. Cup holders and an ashtray.

Niva also has cup holders so you can drink coffee. It has a cigarette lighter so you can light a cigarette.

[T]: But you can't plug in anything.

Just the lighter? So no Euro?

No ashtray but you can shake your ash off right here. See how convenient? You can just vacuum it at a carwash.

Or sweep it all off on the carpet, and then vacuum or just clean the carpets.

Since both cars are off-roads, let's see what each of them can do.

What this handle is for, we can see. There's a special instruction in Russian here.

The stuck it there on the factory. The front one blocks/unblocks the differential,

The closer handle turns on a higher or a lower gear.

Differential control here. Just butons and some pictures. Not understandable. You have to pull out the manual and read it.

And we don't know where it is. So I think Niva has it better.

It has a manual, and two handles which a real man can only move anywhere. Here, some buttons. What's what? Who knows?

Driving around the city on a lower gear is an unforgettable experience. It starts really cool, and then the tough part starts.

You're kicking it down, really down, and yest ou only have 40 km/h on your speedometer.

And the engine is working like hell.

[T]: Nay, I used to leave home every day turning on the 5th gear, then I'd kick in the lowened gear and go.

Tigran used to ride lowened ger 'cuz when a Niva rides one, it wins any drag racing. But only the first 10 meters (35 ft).

It jumps forward so fat that poele around start panicking.

[T]: It comes over any car before 70 km/h.

70, okay. Even a GTR? Here we go. Here come anecdotes.

Look. You get to the start, you pull the stick to one. By that time, GTR has already finished.

Let's go to the Mercedes.

The steering wheel and the control panel. The main thing the driver sees. We have buttons here to control speakerphone and multimedia.

Voice assistant, computer controller We also have speed switches under the steering wheel, and cruise control.

We found whole two buttons ont his wheel. But they do the same thing. They beep. The claxon button doesn't do tha, tho.

This is Niva's evolution. Nivolution.

But when something happens on the road when everyone does this-- Here, you can't do it, can you?

The dash panel is lighted whte, very nice, realy pretty. Look all great.

This dash panel is standard, right? They put the same ones in Lada 2114. We have one here. Oh, screw the '14 dash. It's too much w/out it.

Not the panels here. This is natural wood. Walnut I think. You don't know it?

As far as I know, German cars always have wooden panels. They barely have plastic. These edges only.

All the rest covered realy nicely, looks very rich, very pretty.

A lot of wood. Wood here, wood here.

In Niva, we have lots of plastic. No wood, lots of plastic. Dash, glovebox, control panel, deflectors, arms, buttons - all is damn plastic.

However we added some wood Tigran added a lot of wood. We're about to show you.

Now this car has more wood than the Mercedes does. So much wood.

We're gonna have a battle now. We'r egonna check whose trunk lid goes up faster, the Niva's or the Mercedes's.

I need to push a lever and go open the lid, and Tigran only needs to pusha button.

Are you going already? Oh, you, cheater. Okay, let's do it by three. One, two, three.

Come on! Simultaneously? It was, btw.

Let's try closing now.

[T]: One, two, three!

[T]: You didn't close.

No way. I did. Niva wins.

Note that we have a third row of seats. And in this respect, Mercedes is definitely a loser.

Usually, the rear passengers are annoying. Here, you have twice as many rear seat passengers.

Look! The logo is lit up. I didn't know that.

Niva has a lighted logo on the radiator grill, too. Take away your phone, you're blowing the cover.

Note, Mercedes shutt off all the lights 'cuz we're not using it. Niva will do it only when the batteries die.

And now it has some batteries...

Now let's show you the stereos. We'll do comparative telling. We'll show you one thing here and then go show it in the other car.

We have completely different approaches, different approaches and different objectives. I think you'll find it interesting to watch.

Let begin with the HU. HUs, rather. Niva has Alpine 92 with a processor, time delays, well developed crossover,

And it's an advantage as compared to the Mercedes 'cuz we can use this HU to control a 3-way sys.

We can set the frequency, the slope steepness and all the other stuff from right here, the driver's seat.

The HU in Mercedes remained the stock one, and the signal is processed by one Audison Bit One.

Bit One is an upgraded Bit Ten with an extra channel and richer settings.

Here we have - pretty much like in Niva - Bluetooth, iPhone, aux plugging options.

Here we aldo have a disc option. So we can watch a movie or listen to music CD or DVD which we wouldn't be able to do with that Alpine.

Out of pros, we have more sourse options, we have a screen but we cannot control the system without extra devices such as laptop.

The only loophole is we can buy a remote control for the processor and set some of the parameters there, plus turn on presettings.

The front pillars are covered in real alcantara. We have K2 Power speakers comprising a 3-way.

The tweeter and the mid are in the pillar, and the mid-bass goes to the stock spot in he door panel.

In the rear doors, we have a 2-way, powered also by Focal but of Performance series. We have tweetera and mid-basses in stock spots.

Which makes it for 3 bands in the front and 2 bands in the back.

Let's take a lok at Niva's arrangement. Everything here is a lot more rough. No alcantara and stuff.

The shape and the size of the podium were only dictated by the size and the quantity of the speakers.

Here we have Deaf Bonce MX-80, Alphard's newest very loud mid-bass speakers.

These are a very loud copy of Momo 410. And we have P.Audio, pure top notch Thai horn tweeters.

These are very loud and very high quality. The only their flaw keeping 'em back is their enormous size.

Here, noone took care of the rear passengers. But even if they did, this is not the best car to instal rear stereo.

AvtoVAZ didn't care as much as not to make these panel in single piece but for these caps which as far as I get are not even clip-ons but screws.

[T]: Yes, they are screwed in.

There is this thing that looks like a soft decor clap on piece. But it's not a clap-on, and it's not soft. It's the same cover.

This is a single piece that serves as an armrest and from what I get, the mudguards are fixed on the arches that come from these.

So your arm rests on an external arch.

Under the cover that comes off ike this, you see amps for which Tigran took pains and provided cooling. You can see a cooler if you look in there.

There are two Alpine PDX series installed, very mall, very powerfull yet quite high quality for D-class amps.

Their trademark is the small size which makes 'em very convenient to install. Put your hand as a scale.

One is a 4-channel, the other one is a 5-channel which allowed us to arrange the whole system with little crossovers.

The only cross is int he rear 2-way. The front is all wired channel-on-channel, plu a separate channel for the sub.

The sub here is installed behind a very neat panel. It is one of Focal Performance series.

The cone is made of linen. A very interesting device.

It's not cheap but it's very good. I remember it surprised us. Played really great for a sub its size put in stealth.

We managed to keep the trunk completely stock. Nothing hints you that there is a stereo installed in there.

I'd say the stock loks remained here, too, but we have this pedestal. We should put a 1 on it, like the 1st place.

We haven't installed the sub yet. After we do that, it wouldn't look so stock. Let me put it differently. There will be no trunk.

[T]: Nope.

Let's take a look at this arrangement. It's different. If there we saw two amps and a Bit One processor placed nearby,

here, the batteries occuy three times that space. Two of 'em here, AGM both. Plus one under the hood.

And for the amps, we have Magnums. Not Alphard Magnum but just Magnum, Deaf Bonce DB-200.4 D-class amp, very powerful, by Alphard.

And our fav GZ EA2235. Tigran installs it for tweeters almost all the time but he can't memorize the name.

Wait, did yo just dust these while I was filming? I think I'm not even gonna edit anything out of this review.

They are gonna troll you for not having cooling. And I am. Right now. You know you're gonna need a cooler.

In summer, when it's 35°C (95°F) outside, we'll see than. Now you may not need it with this cold outside.

I mean, it can hardly warm up the inside of the car.

You know what's the trick with Niva?

[T]: It's either to hot or too cold.

For one leg. I'm serious. I was driving a Niva to Moscow, and when you turn it up to make it hot inside,

the right leg feels like it's being blowtorched, and the left one freezes. And if you turn it off, everything freezes.

The arrangements in these two systems are totally different in terms of character, and quality, and volume.

You understand those were two different objectives set here. And sure,

aesthetically and maybe from the viewpoint of acoustic accuracy and staging, Mercedes would sound better,

but if you speed it up to 200 km/h and want to kick the music up and enjoy it, you won't be able to do it

because systems like that, especially original ones, suffer a lot from the lack of volume.

Here, that problem is off the table. There's enough volume to crush your teeth when inside the car,

and enough setting for a dacing picnic party.

It's all a matter of taste. I can see comments being flooded with loud system advocates saying SQ sucks,

and SQ advocates saying these are too loud, too poorly arranged. People say lots of stuff. Well, those are different things.

Unfortunately, we failed to understand how GL is better than Niva so I called my pal Stas from 'KlyuchAvto' dealer's

who helped me shot the E400 review. I texted him this car's VIN, and here's what he texted me back.

I don't know if it's gonna make the scale turn in favor of this Mercedes but here's what it has:

Active parking assistand, rear seat headrests are taken off to improve the visual properties, automatic 7G-tronic

Front and rear mudguards, daptive shock absorbing system which adapts to speed and pavement type to improve the driving experience quality.

an injector, pneumo-aimatic, road sign detection system.

Window deflectors allow you to smoke without the ash flying back in your face.

Cameras al around. - Bumpers painted the color of the body.

AMG-pack. - Shadowline black door handles

Intelligen Light System - Spare tyre under the hood.

Bixenon lighting with variable light distribution system, dynamic light angle control for highway driving in stiff fog, adaptive turn lighting --

A jack under the hood.. - Third seat row with electric tilt drive.

Increased comfort seats made of combined artificial leather and artificial fabric.

Command online. - Inbuilt carputer that showes outside temp and voltage.

[T]: Where am I supposed to plug this crap?!

Calm down, bruh, it's okay. It's just once you buy an iPhone 7, yo have to carry this around.

Okay, to play this system, let's turn on Sektor Gaza (Russian punk rock band) in Tartar.

Needs tuning, huh? Okay, let's play.

As we can see, Mercedes's noise proofing is no salvation from installs like these.

Here we go.

Turn off that crap!

Okay, this was a creepy review. We told you briefly about both cars and systems. Hope you found it interesting.

This turned out to be an unusual review of two cars at a time. Hope you liked it.

You know the drill. Bye, everyone. Live LOUD!

Note that if I don't stop he engine now we'll suffocate a lot faster than if I didn't stop the Mercedes 'cuz the latter has Bluetecwhich I think is just 'bout it.

[T]: Well, we started it in here.

And you're all still alive. I guess it's working.

Let's try and get a ride.

That's it. This was a Niva test-drive.

What's Holding the Arab World Back? - Duration: 5:35.

In the judo competition of the 2016 Olympics in Brazil, an Israeli heavyweight judo fighter

named Or Sasson defeated his Egyptian opponent, Islam El Shehaby, in a first-round match.

The Egyptian then refused to shake the Israeli's extended hand, earning boos from the crowd.

If you want the short answer for why the Arab world is sliding into the abyss, look no further

than this little incident.

It illustrates how hatred of Israel and Jews corrupts every element of Arab society.

You won't find this explanation for the Arab world's decline among journalists and academics.

They reflexively blame the usual suspects: the legacy of colonialism, unemployed youth,

the Sunni-Shia sectarian divide, and every other politically correct excuse they can think of.

For them, hatred of Israel is treated like sand in Arabia -- just part of the landscape.

Yet the fact remains that over the past 70 years the Arab world expelled virtually all

of its Jews, some 900,000 people, while holding on to its hatred of them.

Over time the result proved fatal: a combination of lost human capital, expensive wars against

Israel, and an intellectual life perverted by conspiracy theories and a perpetual search

for scapegoats.

The Arab world's problems are a problem of the Arab mindset, and the name of that problem

is anti-Semitism.

As a historical phenomenon, this is not unique.

Historian Paul Johnson has noted that wherever anti-Semitism took hold, social and political

decline almost inevitably followed.

Just a few examples:

Spain expelled its Jews in 1492.

The effect, Johnson noted, "was to deprive Spain (and its colonies) of a class already

notable for the astute handling of finance."

In czarist Russia, the adoption of numerous anti-Semitic laws ultimately weakened

and corrupted the entire Russian government.

These laws also led to mass Jewish emigration, resulting in a breathtaking loss of intellectual

and human capital.

Germany might well have won the race for an atomic bomb if Hitler hadn't sent Jewish scientists

like Albert Einstein and Edward Teller into exile in the U.S.

These patterns were replicated in the Arab world.

Contrary to myth, the cause was not the creation of the state of Israel in 1948.

There were bloody anti-Jewish pogroms in Palestine in 1929, Iraq in 1941, and Libya in 1945.

Nor is it accurate to blame Israel for fueling anti-Semitism by refusing to trade land for peace.

Among Egyptians, hatred of Israel barely abated after Prime Minister Menachem Begin

returned the entire Sinai Peninsula to Egypt.

And among Palestinians, anti-Semitism became markedly worse during the years

of the Oslo peace process.

Johnson calls anti-Semitism a "highly infectious" disease capable of overwhelming intellectuals

and simpletons alike.

Its potency, he noted, lies in transforming a personal and instinctive irrationalism

into a political and systematic one.

For the Jew-hater, every crime has the same culprit and every problem has the same solution.

Anti-Semitism makes the world seem simple.

In doing so, it condemns the anti-Semite to a permanent darkness.

Today there is no great university in the Arab world, no serious scientific research,

a stunted literary culture.

In 2015 the U.S. Patent Office reported 3,804 patents from Israel, as compared with 30 from

Egypt, the largest Arab country.

Hatred of Israel and Jews has also deprived the Arab world of both the resources

and the example of its neighbor.

Israel quietly supplies water to Jordan, helping to ease the burden of Syrian refugees,

and quietly provides surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities to Egypt

to fight ISIS in the Sinai.

But this is largely unknown among Arabs, for whom the only permissible image of Israel

is an Israeli soldier in riot gear, abusing a Palestinian.

Successful nations make a point of trying to learn from their neighbors.

The Arab world has been taught over generations only to hate theirs.

This may be starting to change.

Recently, the Arab world has been forced to face up to its own failings in ways it cannot

easily blame on Israel.

The change can be seen in the budding rapprochement between Jerusalem and Cairo,

Riyadh and Abu Dhabi.

But that's not enough.

So long as an Arab athlete can't pay his Israeli opposite the courtesy of a handshake,

the disease of the Arab mind and the misfortunes of its world will continue.

For Israel, this is a pity.

For the Arabs, it's a calamity.

I'm Bret Stephens.

Tratarea Stresului Post Traumatic - Tehnica Rewind - Interviu cu Dr David C. Muss - 3 - Duration: 8:55.

interesting yesterday workshop a lot of

people were saying how little a lot of

other people were about three enormity

of drove around us because very many

people think because he just he came

from the Army and the war but it's

war-related where is practically

everybody has something that's bothering

them if people if they can control that

is great you know it's my distance me

but it's affecting the daily life like

for example to the woman who saw a child

died at the age of three she just

swallowed the child swallows up being

suffocated and died 10 years ago she's

not another children to copy them to

converse TV she called us into the

radius you can't watch program doesn't

want to socialize with anybody showed

one session with me and now she's

feeding awaiting she's out

so from almost everywhere

well I think we've got a lot of

information and I'm very very happy that

we've had those who talk is there

something that you would want to add to

you know the questions about is there

anything else who people should know

about the of people who ask me regularly

during these people this is all rifle

one trauma but what about people who go

many dramas and so that's a question we

will address the answer is yes you can

be used for multiple controllers the

other question is all the other

advantages of this treatment can be used

two groups

okay yeah that's what I didn't rule and

i-225 people in the group you in their

own language was a track later

eighty-five percent success rate in one

session 85% when they were suffering

from genocide the symptoms and so that

that's the other thing say there is

another question which is important for

the grassman which is is let's say

during the session you look like it's

traumatized

somebody says I can't do this you cannot

find a home you have to complete that

treatment on the base their behalf of

worship for their benefit

yeah yeah yeah and then after treatment

we follow them off two weeks time and

have some work with you one more time of

the separate one more times in one more

session

yeah because you don't want people

thinking about everything i'm going to

go this guy's gonna do the same thing I

mean I they got it they don't get it

Oh 95% get it yeah children from the age

of 42 the age of 80 get it i like your

children under the age of lady here

that's good

they're very good yeah normally when

somebody comes for recession

how long does the session last two

minutes well I have had people say how

do we get there are living it so quick

well first of all to say that maybe

you'd like to practice the evil witch

practice but if you really identify hey

there's the cause or the effect you got

to ethically now that you know the

reason why you gotta treat it so what

you can do

or let's say even the first presentation

you think that history you get this

questionnaire you explain what you got

hoping to achieve and then you could say

come back next week we'll do it next

week you'll just make sure there was a

student you'll do it without taking half

an hour at the most and then the week

after you tell them what can happen when

they go home what to expect what to

expect and then the next week you know

or whatever you will just see how

they're doing if they're not doing well

what usually happens is doing very well

for a few days and then it wears off and

you need to tell them that or they feel

just amazing all along you're not

feeling well then you just leave it at

the whole thing say what do we do

let's see where you might have gone

wrong and then we'll do it again and

that come back next week you're pretty

sure they're okay but of course because

that happens they say well now we need

to deal with that second problem i got

we got over again and deal with the

second problem but he's not need to

explain you just start doing it straight

away another hour

how would you define trauma well as i

like to thank you it is an event or

events that take place in which either

your life is chocolate threatened or you

feel totally in potential what's

happening around you can't control it so

you're being threatened your life might

be in danger party but your you have no

control of what's going on around you

it's also told us for those who are on

looking you know you could be crossing

the street and a little lady killed my

car and you like it traumatized

yesterday there was a lady who daughter

had a car accident hit by a car 220

miles an hour from behind the car was

shown across the motorway she heard

about this and so on his daughter died

but the daughter is alive and so there's

that kind of thinking and people came

back from the two million escapes and

when they came back they heard the story

certainly they start creating them in

their line so all these people need to

be treated slightly differently which

obviously teach but that's what you do

and it's amazing

alright and would you say that the

rewind technique is doing with the cause

or with the effects i know it is the

only treatment of deals with the course

you take your cause into tree you stop

cutting off the branches you take away

the route

yeah that's what I also you like to talk

to people about saying I'm Tongo the

fruit scope of the route exactly because

that's what the Americans do they deal

only with the effects of a CBE emdr it's

it is trying to help you cope with the

symptoms and not stop them because they

don't over the route

yeah once proud but it will you when you

say to be buying stock in nightmares now

it sounds incredible you know thank

goodness is no longer media saying that

but for people remember

so when people are taking your horse is

there a certification is there how what

is the procedure there

ok after the course they obviously get a

certificate of attendance but then when

they go home they will receive a

multiple-choice questionnaire have to

answer a hundred percent he hold it for

me to then send the certificate of

competence to treat ok a change then if

they didn't send me for case histories

they can go on our international

register that two years they have to

send in four cases to confirm every two

years for publication so I notice still

working he's had some people have

drifted off somewhere else

we never have to send a reminder some

beautiful and so basically it's just get

to the chorus learn the methods practice

of methods sinful case studies and then

you'll have a international

certification with the rewinding me

yeah but if you don't send those and

then you just get a certificate that you

could treat but I you know I'm not

responsible for that all right excellent

David thank you so much for your time

that's all the pressures I had again you

say something you'd like to add this

would be a great time is not we're

looking forward to seeing you hearing

flashing bones and that with some skin

to in Romania yeah like some kid you

have a rewinding workshop in diversity

in newbury forward 2017 and you'd like
