Hello & welcome back to F3 health & beauty tips
Today i am going to tell you a very effective anti-ageing mask
for that you require cucumber, lemon juice, rose water and aloe vera gel
you can easily take aloe vera gel from its plant
take a leaf, break a leaf from the middle extract the gel with the help of spoon
now how to make this mask
curt out the cucumber in small pieces
put the piece of cucumber & aloe vera gel, 1 spoon of lemon juice & 1 spoon of rose water into the blender
blend them all and make a nice paste
so a nice paste is ready, after that wash your face and pat it dry
apply this mix on your face on the circular motion
message it for 1-2 minutes and leave it for around 20 minutes
after 20 minutes wash it off with cold water, you will feel refresh you can use this twice a week.
Aloe vera gel is a great ingredient for ageing the skin
Also it fights acne and sunburns
so you can use aloe vera gel . even if you don't want to make this mask
then you can mix aloe vera gel and honey mix and put it on your face
it is also said that you can take aloe vera gel internally
yes, it will boost the elasticity of your skin
but be careful don't consume too much just 1/4 of the spoon
so, you must try this anti-ageing cucumber mask it is really very effective & it is very -very inexpensive.
