Hi guys!

I just want to talk about

close captioning really quick.

I am hard of hearing

I have

almost to nothing, hearing in this ear

and I have pretty good hearing in this ear.

and i just wanted to,

I just wanted to talk about

closed captioning

because of...

I can't hear that well!

and

no matter how much I turn my phone up or my computer up,

I still can't hear it that well.

and same goes with TV

just being on the computer, any of that.

so I rely on closed captioning

and with closed captioning

not all of closed captioning is

accurate.

and when it comes to that

it's hard for me to understand

videos, yes I know how to read lips

but it's extremely hard

and i have - it'll take me forever to be able to read someone else's lips

I've been watching another Youtuber

her name is Rikki

I will put her name in the description box below if you want to check out her videos

she is also hard of hearing too,

actually Deaf, well yeah.

there's little d then big D

I don't know how to explain that better

If you look at her (Rikki) videos she explains it great :)

But I, uh, just encourage

other Youtubers who watch this,

If you could, please put captioning on your videos

because it is really important!!!!

Especially to the D(d) and hard of hearing

community (I know they're one)

It is very very important because

we're just like you, we want to watch Youtube videos.

And be able to understand what they're saying

and sometimes we just don't have access to that

so

please and thank you

kay, bye.

Comfort - Duration: 3:18.

This week we're going through Luke chapter 16,

the portion where Jesus tells a story about a rich man and Lazarus.

And for the rich man, life was good as long as he was rich.

That's how he defined his life.

It's not wrong to be rich.

It's not wrong to have wealth, even a lot of it.

The Bible doesn't say that money is the root of all evil.

It says that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.

And it's possible to love money,

whether you have a lot of it or whether you have a very little bit of it.

And it's not just money that we can love more than we love God.

There are so many things in this world that we can love more than God.

Really, a good question for us to ask ourselves is, you know,

"What is it in this world that has the biggest impact on our joy,

on our mood,

on our emotions?"

Is it God?

Or is it something else?

This past football season there was one night when I was having trouble sleeping at night.

It may have had something to do with the soda, and the chips,

and the chicken nuggets that I had right before I went to bed.

But every time I closed my eyes,

my head started spinning with thoughts

of my favorite football team losing to their arch rival.

Every time I closed my eyes, that just kept replaying

these scenes in my mind over and over, again and again.

And I could not get over it.

When I finally prayed to God,

"Please God, take these thoughts out of my mind so I can get some sleep."

And then right after that,

I fell immediately into a very deep sleep.

And I had a very vivid dream

in which my wife was shot.

And then it wasn't difficult at all for me to not think about the football game anymore.

My perspective changed.

And there was, there was a moment for that,

there was a moment like that in the lives of the rich man and Lazarus.

And we pick it up and Luke 16 at verse 22 where he says,

The one thing that the rich man and Lazarus had in common

is that they both died.

There was an end date to their life on earth.

But what happened after they died was incredibly different

because the rich man loved his wealth more than he loved God.

He was in torment.

He was in agony.

He was in hell.

For Lazarus, he experienced something entirely different.

Lazarus received

comfort.

The same comfort that the book of Colossians promises you

when it talks about the comfort that we receive from Jesus' love.

Jesus, who was willing to suffer,

even more than Lazarus did during his time on earth,

to comfort you with forgiveness.

He gives us, God gives us an eternal perspective,

the reminder that your comfort

is coming.

Are you in need of some additional comfort as you walk through life?

Go to our website, yourtimeofgrace.org,

where you will find all sorts of videos and devotionals

designed to give you just that.

We'll see you tomorrow.

Hello everyone and welcome to a new

Ebm computer tutorial lesson today

22 Course Excel 2016

from scratch While we will continue

the date and time functions and that

Let's see is this is a

NETWORKDAYS function called him

good thing about this feature is that we

You will say the days between two

but dates will obviate the end of

week and also if we give a list

the parties are in that community in that

country so as we will say

exactly working days

We will work or days there

between two parties but if they are

weekdays well then I'm going to

by fx here and I'm going to

the date and time functions and here

I NETWORKDAYS

then tells me start date date

Initial doing puts us your number

dates represents the initial date

in because I give this to the first

and deliver serial date 01/01/2017

end date which I have above

31/12/2017 and

directly to me it puts me you are 260

working days but I'm going to

add parties

This list simply marked me here

He pulled down and enters it from

new parties makes you as

are already out there me 249 days

working between this function is very

either because it avoids directly

weekends and takes away the days

either party are seen as a

function is very easy to do and

We will add more than two functions

They are the volatile type

because they are volatile why not

need any argument

Let's assume that we want

I use a function to date and

today that we choose for

Here we will see

here today then we automatically

returns today's date in the

we would have no more problems it

only that it is changing and tomorrow

You could then tomorrow's date

that we could serve a

template would then etc.

another called now is exactly

but also it puts us equal time

there we have 04.30.2017 14:40

well here today's tutorial

with the second part of the functions

date and time, if you liked me

HOW TO CREATE A PYROGRAPHY LOGO ON WOOD - Duration: 8:44.

Hello everyone and welcome to a new

Ebm computer tutorial today in the

section Photoshopearte Well, today

what we do is an image effect that

pirograbada it in a timber like

us had done a

logo but burned wood

well then we will need this

I leave wood in the video description

They can use another and a logo that is

in black and white or we could also

serve a text in black and white

say directly or

regardless of how we do

in my case

because what I'm going to take that logo

I have here and what I do is

take it to the other image as the

I will select and I will

copy and I'll paste this image

well there I have it

So now what I do is what

being either the image or the

text've gotten whenever

as in this black and white that I go

by selection and I'm going to range

colors and I

to seek that puts shadows and I will

ok then to see how we have

selected some edges and

Then I'll give Control

+ J for I believe a layer if

well what I'll do

Layer 1 is now going to put the top

Layer 2 and continued well now I

I'll put on layer 2 and what will

do is click control over that

way back to be selected and

Now I'm going to selection I'm going to

and change the option to modify

I will seek to expand and put

I'll put a pixel give ok

get a little bigger

and now what I'll do is fill

directly with the bucket and color

black as the fill and so I filled the

part I added

me

put on layer 1 and I will invest

then to invest what you can

done in two ways I can say

I can say or control + I

reverse image adjustments

right now I have

the black and white as black white

well then what I'll do

stylize filter is go and

Wind and I'll mark

Wind method and from the left give

ok there and I'll do twice

transfer more than once more control

F

well and I'll make him twice

I say alt control and F be a and two in

Previous versions of Photoshop

it is simply more control F and I'll

filter again wind and styling

this case change the option right

and I'll do it again twice

Ctrl + Alt + F

While continuing now what I'll do

It is investing again what he had done

I then Control + image settings

invest any of the two options

It can serve well

So now I have it as

I had but with the wind

to soften a bit

I go by Gaussian blur filter and

simply put a pixel

see how they look little

more smoothing option we had

this right now what I do is

enter image adjustments and I will

levels or I can enter contol + L

and here in output levels I will

72 and put it down and another 255

I will

hide the layer that I have here in

means not bother me and what

layer in the layer one I'm going to

changing the blending mode and will

put follows fusion

is it says here underexpose

Color well within the already started

see the burn-in

wood but we are still missing

some more, we are going opacity

we called down to 60% so that it is not

so strong right now I make a new layer

Layer 2 and I get

Control over and I make more click

back again to the layer where

It was in this case is 3 and I will

black lame filling the bucket and fill

and I will now select

I give this change and

If I am going to get me to the last option

will fade away and fade away

I will put two pixels

and now in the filling

I have here the layer changed to

40% so that it is not so

strong

fx here in blending options and I

Bevel and Emboss

Exterior

technique

rounded or soft also

and we are going to

well put some options are

I'll put as 50 percent

in depth and then take them here

let's make up and here

size options we will put 20

and soften that we will leave

zero

We continue to the bottom of the

angle viewing're going to put in 30

degrees and the overall light we are going to

Remove and then we'll continue here

We put now and then we are going to

put let's see let's put plot

we have here the opacity to let

48 and put where we

shadow mode to multiply

what we are going to change the way

merger and we will put underexposure

linear and opacity that

we

22

and and now I

I will go is this that puts shadow

inside

I'll change it to multiply by

linear underexposure

then

because here we will put 10

147 opacity can we put in the

angle and remove from global light and

values left here are 5, 0 and 50

and would give an OK and we would have

because our appearance made this effect

pirograbada wood or wood

Burnt which has been very well

we can get one thing is

CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + E, THIS

leaves us with a layer all

options we have used if

we want to be more

strong because I can wear more

filling

well as far video

Today if you liked them can give me

like me can subscribe

Learn English by listening to podcasts - Duration: 5:14.

In this short video, we'll be looking at

how you can learn English by listening

to podcasts. I'm Dr. Norman and I want to

help you to learn English with these

five useful tips. Now at the end of this

video, I'll give you a link to my blog

article so that you can learn more about

this topic. But first, let's get started

with my first tip. First of all, it's

important that you choose the right

podcast for learning. Now it's important

that you start with something that

you're interested in, and of course, there

are so many podcasts about, so many

topics, you're sure to find something

that you'll find interesting. They may

be interviews, they may be stories from

the past, they may be talks on science

or even comedic sketches. Whatever it is,

it's got to be something that grabs your

interest. Now interest alone isn't, of

course, going to help you to learn

English. It's very important that you get

that podcast at the right level for you.

Now if you have a really solid

vocabulary base in the topic that you're

interested in, well then simply get a

podcast, of course, with a native

speaker, and get going. But if you think

'Gee, I found something that's really

interesting but it's a little bit

difficult for me', then try to find a

podcast that has some additional

supports. There might be some visual

material. There might be a transcript,

something written that you can follow

what you're hearing, and read it at the

same time. Now once you've got your

podcast, I'd like to move you to my

second tip, and that is to listen to

understand. Now it will help your

understanding a lot, if you read the

summary or the synopsis of what is going

to be discussed in the podcast first.

That will tune you in to what is going

to happen. Then listen to the podcast

several times. Really strive for

understanding. You will find that each

time you listen, you'll start to hear

more words, and you'll start to get more

details. Now once you think you've

understood most of the podcast, you've

heard most of the words, you've got most

of the details, then you can start

looking at how to use the podcast for

other ways to learn and improve your

English. So my next tip is to listen to

pronunciation, because of course, you have

chosen a native speaker and this is a

wonderful opportunity to hear how they

said all those new words that you're

learning, what kind of phrases they use

when they were putting together this

podcast and this topic, and how they said

them. Listen to the sounds. Listen to

where the emphasis was placed. Where was

the emphasis in each word: at the

beginning, the middle, the end? Where was

the emphasis placed in each phrase, and

in the sentences that they said. Listen

to the lilt; the flow as it moves from

one word to another. Listen to how long

sounds were being held. Were they cut

off quickly, or were they dragged out a

little bit? All of this will help you to

be able to pronounce these types of

words and this topic in the way that a

native speaker does. Now my next tip,

my fourth tip, is to then listen again

for the structure of the podcast. How did

the speaker grab your attention at the

beginning? How did they keep you engaged

through the course of the whole podcast?

And what did they do at the end to draw

the podcast together? Now understanding

how this really good podcast was

constructed will help you anytime that

you need to construct a speech, tell a

story, or even start your own podcast. And

finally, my very last tip is to tell

someone else about what you've heard.

Preferably, try and tell it to a native

speaker. This gives you an opportunity to

try out those new words, and phrases

that you've learned, to try and

pronounce it correctly, to answer

questions, and of course to discuss that

topic that little bit more. Now if you

want to find out more about how to learn

English by listening to podcasts, then

have a read of my blog. It's coming up

now at the end of this short video, and

I'm sure that by following these tips

you will be able to learn English by listening.

you
