Narcissists are all around you � they work at your office, attend the same parent-teacher
interviews and are even members of your family.
Their presence in your life, however, is not the problem, their skill in manipulating others,
including yourself, for their own benefit is.
It is necessary to learn how to recognize their tricks.
Toxic people will often act �normal� for periods of time, forming relationships and
friendships, their true nature going unnoticed.
Once these relationships have been formed, narcissists will often use a variety of tactics
to manipulate and control the people in their lives.
They refuse to take responsibility for their actions or to acknowledge that they may aver
be wrong, instead using diversion tactics to victimize others.
Learn to recognize these tricks, so that you can distance yourself from the toxic people
in your life.
Shaming
A narcissist will try to manipulate you by belittling you and making you feel less valuable,
especially in front of other people.
They may do so by shaming your appearance, social class or lack of education.
Their goal is to leave you feeling ashamed, which will in turn make them feel better about
themselves, feeding into their shallow ego.
There is power in believing in yourself, and they need to stop you from feeling that power.
Gaslighting
Regardless of what accusation you may have against them, a narcissist will always have
proof, even if it they have to fabricate it, that you are wrong.
They will make you question your own sanity by instantly offering their proof, and then
assert that it never happened.
If they can convince you that what you believe your have seen is not true, then they obviously
could not have been wrong in that moment.
�Joking� Maliciously
In order to get away with putting you down, a narcissist may attempt to do so in the form
of a �joke�.
Taking this approach will allow them to claim you simply have no sense of humor if you react
negatively, suggesting you should learn to better appreciate the joke.
Don�t allow them to convince you that you are wrong for standing up for what you believe
in.
If you try to laugh it off, and play into their joke charade, you are only going to
open yourself up to more of these �jokes� in the long run.
Name Calling
When a narcissist is running out of tactics to spin a situation to show they are correct,
this will anger them.
They will then resort to name calling, in an attempt to degrade you.
They know that they cannot change your belief about the topic you are currently disagreeing
on, so instead they will criticize and ridicule you directly so that you are left feeling
incapacitated to defend yourself.
Nonsensical Conversations
Narcissists need to ensure that they are always right, and if they aren�t they will resort
to whatever means they feel are required to make it appear as though they are.
If you find that you are in a conversation that became so turned around that you no longer
even remember what you were fighting about, stop and take a step back.
Rather than accept that their attitude towards to conversation may be what requires work,
they are steering the conversation enough to avoid admitting the error of their ways.
Playing Victim
A favorite phrase of many narcissists is �I can�t win with you.� This ensures that
regardless of whether they are right or wrong, they are the victim in any situation.
They are looking to put you into a position in which you feel you need to console them
or help them to justify their inflated ego.
Don�t fall into this trap and back down or they will always get their way.
Claiming to Always Be Nice
For the most part, those who are genuinely nice people will not fell the need to shout
it out to the world, they will allow their actions to speak for themselves.
They will attempt to hide their character flaws by bragging about how compassionate,
sympathetic and well meaning they are.
Controlling
A narcissist will go out of their way to control your life.
If you live together, for example, they may try to keep you inside your home as much as
possible, away from the influence of other people.
This will leave you dependent on them for all your needs.
If you are financially independent, they will also take control of your finances to ensure
that you do not have the means to leave them, and instead require them to support you.
Twisting Your Point
While your point may have been simple, and clear, a narcissist will put their own spin
on it, accusing your of having said or meant things simply because they believe they know
what you are trying to say.
They do, however, know all, right?
By the end of a conversation they may have turned it all around so much, even you are
starting to question if you are that bad of a person for thinking that underlying reason
which they accuse you of actually meaning.
Inappropriate Behavior
Those who have been found to be narcissistic are often found to behave in ways that others
feel are questionable or inappropriate.
They are more likely to engage in ways that are seen as vulgar, or resort to obscene language
in public.
They will embarrass you, leaving your apologizing for their actions.
Projection
If ever you accuse a narcissist of having done something that you do not agree with,
you will find that they are going to project their errors onto you to ensure that you are
the one who is �wrong�.
This technique will in turn take the attention off their errors, ensuring they can maintain
their flawless image.
For example, if they are a cheater they will accuse you of cheating instead.
Devaluing You to Others
If a narcissist is unable to make you feel badly about yourself, you can bet that they
are going to instead bring you down in their conversations with others.
They may accuse you of actions which reflect negatively on your character, even if they
didn�t happen.
For example, they may accuse you of having cheated on your ex-partner to others regardless
of whether you had previously cheated or not.
Manufacturing Faults
If a narcissist needs you to question yourself in order to move their own agenda, they may
spin all of the things you are good at, your strengths, into faults.
This will ensure that you can�t possibly be better than them.
If you have positive feelings in regards to an achievement in your past, they will manipulate
your memories to spin them into a negative.
Their goal is to leave you feeling frustrated and out of control of your emotions.
This tactic is not going to happen over night, but rather over an extended period of time.
Generalizations
Narcissists are selfish, and their only interests are those subjects that relate directly to
them.
For this reason, if you are speaking they are not listening to what you have to say.
This is until a topic arises that either is about them, or creates enough drama to put
the attention on them due to their need to argue.
At this point, their lack of attention has left them with no details from your previous
conversation.
Instead of admitting they weren�t listening, they will speak in large generalizations,
such as using the excuse that �you are always unhappy�.
Playing with Your Feelings
Early on in your relationship a narcissist will take the time to know and understand
your insecurities.
They are not doing this so that they can support you, but rather so that they can use them
against you during an argument if they feel they need to in order to come out on top.
For example, if you make a simple accusation against them that they can�t directly refute,
the conversation may turn ito a full blown session to expose

Good spiritual health can manifest in a couple of different ways.
First, there is the collective or cultural spiritual health; This is something you see
in a society, for example, the way they treat the elderly or the attitude toward impoverished
members of that society.
The ability to accept those who are different from them is also a big indicator.
The second way this manifests is in an individual manner.
This is how well you truly know yourself or your own soul.
How connected you are to your own inner space, or your base instincts and inclinations is
a pretty clear indicator of spiritual health.
A healthy spiritual connection within yourself can be cultivated by raising your personal
consciousness and being as present in the moment as possible.
Many people achieve this through traditional practices like meditation or yoga, but it
can also be achieved by getting in touch with the things you have passion and love for.

the day during which we have no external stimuli engaging our senses.
This might be fine for the most part, but truthfully one of the best things you can
do to enhance spiritual growth is to spend some time totally alone with just yourself
and your thoughts.
Simple introspection without any distractions will do wonders for a person�s relationship
to their spirituality.
Some do this through a meditative practice, but it can also be done just by withdrawing
into a quiet place where you�re comfortable and safe to question and work on yourself
without fear of judgment or disturbance.

I used this extra strong glue

Therefore, you have to watch out for the direction of the fur.
The fur always "grows" into one direction
