Video sounds'll be in polish
Hello everyone!
Here's Klemi
and welcome in the tablet review of UGEE 1910b
and
At the very beggining:
Thanks UGEE for providing me this tablet to review
I got it from UGEE, who produces Drawing tablets
and
it's 19 inches display tablet, which means that we draw on exactly what we see
Much better than just drawing on the pad in front of us and looking at another monitor
His size is around 43x32 cm
And he has this adjustable standing
That way we can adjust it to our needs
In addiction there was
Cd-drivers, manual
2 pieces-charger that we need to connect this way
And VGA cable that is used to connect display to computer
There were also 2 pens
UGEE brand
and 2 matching chargers which we put in the endings
Pen stand, with a hole in the middle
Inside we can find 8 spare nibs and nib remover
We can put our pen on the stand vertically or horizontally
We also get USB cable that we connect computer and tab to make pen drivers work
We connect charger too, and the VGA cable
Which one we connect to this blue spot
After installing drivers from cd or web page
we can check up settings and adjust stuff as we wish
we can programm pen buttons, change display settings
and refine pen pressure, or just see how it goes
and something I really recommend you is to calibrate pen position, with 4 or 9 points tool
it's like in interactive boards
we just need to hit red points in correct place
and my advice is to do it with looking just straight in front of your device
don't change your eye position like from the side, because
it will be worthless, the view angle will be different from our normal one and it won't work good
The pen is well sensitive, the nib itself has 2048 pressure levels
Here is the brush with stabilizer on, so it look a little bit off but very smooth
here'll be normal brush
in my opinion pen works really nice
I had no problem with stuff like wiggly lines etc.
Sweet surprise was the thing that pen can change into eraser with one click,
because wacom pens has eraser on the end of the pen, and ugee has charger input here
but after clicking shorter pen button we get eraser mode
about distance between the display and the nib, where is located the glass layer, there is a little when you look from the side
but, from normal angle it isn't noticable when you make good calibration
here is a comparision between wacom bamboo and ugee pen
Ugee pen is covered with sensuous silicone
and is a little bit thicker and more massive
for me it's better than wacom one, it feels to be heavier and more solid
here is my drawing comparison with display of my samsung galaxy tablet
and because the display is TFT, not IPS with moving the colors are a bit off, but with normal angle the're fine
blueish colors are because filming another screen with camera
About buttons on the display we have menu, with which one we get to display settings
where we can adjust brightness, contrast etc
to navigate we choose things with 'menu' and adjust with narrows
we have few different preprogrammed trybes, I use standard to make my eyes less tired
And we have 'auto' button which works like in every other display
nice surprise for me was finding polish language in avaible ones
ok,
So about pros and cons of the tablet
and my opinion about it;
*PROS* Definitely the price
Because we can name it cintiq alternative, popular wacom display tablet
And it price, for the 22" one is now around 8000 PLN
and this display in polish zloty's is around 1700 PLN
On American Amazon now it costs around 400$
All links, like amazon one's nad ugee page with more info are in the description
Another pro for it is the size itself
it price compared to the smallest cintiq is still 2 times smaller
Button eraser- I wanted to describe you here stuff that makes it special between other cintiq alternatives
It's definitely the eraser, because with the two adjustable buttons
we actually can't choose all comands, like keyboard ones
we have few preinstalled to choose
I use factory settings, where the bottom button is for eraser mode which I reaally like
I think that the pen itself is very solid
In the web you can read that they're feeling cheap etc
I think that they're really well made, maybe it's just ugee thing
But the pen is really comfy to use, and even a little bit better, because the nib ending is a little bit thicker,
This way my fingers have place to rest
And the soft silicone cover (wacom bamboo has just plastic one)
Everything is much nicer to hold
There is also this pen stand with the hole
I love the idea with hole, because I really wanted to kkep my pen in it vertically
And when I was looking through other alternatives many brands don't make the hole in it
So it's definitely big pro for Ugee
And the adjustable stand
It's very easy to use
when I want to see the colors better, I'm making it stand more straight
while sketching I put it flatter
this way it's more comfy to draw on it, we don;t need to keep it like easel, all time same angle
The last pro it's that everything is very firm, standings are covered in rubbery silicone,
This way nothing moves, even with big pressure from my hand movement
*CONS* Of course I will mention lack of Expresskeys, cuz I'm very used to them
but I think the display has many other pros and I will just get used to it
Other bad thing was after some time I could get headache, so it's good to get some rest from the display
but I think it is noticable in using many others tablets, when the face is very close to bright display
Generally I have good opinion about this tablet,
I'm giving it 7.5 star out of 10
it's really nice
If it would be IPS with full HD
And if it wouldn't be so tiring for my eyes it could be the best
I really recommend this display to you,
All the links are in the description
One more time a BIG thanks to Ugee for sending me this tablet
I hope that in future I could give you more device reviews like this one
So far you can see how the drawing turned out ( sorry 'bout the lamp glare)
See ya in another videos, in the comments you can send me questions about this display
cuz I'm going to make another episde with some tips on it ets
Right now I'm waiting for DVI cable to get both of my displays connected
Right now I hope you enjoyed the review, I'm very curious what do yall think about it
See ya, bye!
