Waching daily May 25 2017

today I'm going to show you how to turn

your YouTube audience into customers by

targeting them on Facebook and we've got

a very special guest so stick around I'm

Owen video hey everyone welcome back to

thevideospot.net - the only channel

on YouTube completely dedicated to

helping you make sales and grow your

business with online video I'm Owen

video and today I have a very special

guest someone who I very affectionate

feelings for but not in a gross way you

sicko he's a nationally recognized video

marketer he's the owner at

soldwithvideo.com he's worked with james

wedmore sonny leonard uzi and a ton of

other really high-level video marketers

I want to introduce you guys to my new

friend Brandon Lucero Brandon you there

oh and thanks so much man I'm super

happy to be here I have a very serious

video to talk about today but first

air-five today we have a very important

topic to go over and it's actually a

topic that most youtubers dread because

they actually avoid putting their

YouTube content on Facebook for all

sorts of weird reasons and you may

actually be doing this yourself

but if you're looking to make money off

of your YouTube channel without having

to depend on those pennies that adsense

is going to give you or pimp your

channel out for sponsorships

I am personally offended by that

statement okay that's hilarious

but seriously pay attention to this

video because this video is going to

show you how to turn your YouTube

channel into a real actual business that

gives you a full-time income even if you

don't have a lot of subscribers ready

let's do it then let's begin so there

are seven steps to this process we're

going to start with step number one

which is adding real actual value in

your YouTube videos now the other thing

you want to keep in mind is that you

want to offer more of that same value on

the same topic of your video but offer

it outside your YouTube video maybe you

offer a new training video or a free pdf

it was along with the video when they

opt in to your email list or join your

Facebook group or something along those

lines basically you need to add value

offer more value and you offer more of

that value anywhere you want them to go

and step number two is to have a strong

call to action and not waste your time

or money giving simple called actions

like subscribe or hit the

thumbs up button yes you can include

those make sure that you have a strong

call to action right at the end of your

video so what I like to use is the are

PS recap problem solution I recap what I

taught the video I create some kind of

problem that they're still going to face

and then I give a solution maybe the

solution is a PDF guide or an extra

training video and I tell them often to

my email list and I will give you that

solution this is all great but how do

they get to your opt-in page in order to

get on your list a good question so when

I view my call to actions I actually put

the link in the description underneath

and we do a card at the end of the video

so what I'll do is I'll just tell them

click the link below right now to get

our free PDF or training video or

whatever click the link below enter your

name and email address and I'll send it

right over to you that's basically how

you make sure that they know where the

link is and what they need to do in

order to get it now let's move on to

part number three now that you're

building your email list the next thing

you want to do is actually survey your

email list yes air-five now one of the

reasons why I love this is because when

you survey people you start to find out

what are they really struggling with

what language are they using what pain

points are they going through and what

do they want solved when you know

exactly what your audience is struggling

with the language they're using what

they want solved it becomes very easy

for you to develop a product or service

around what they're telling you and need

help with now part number four is

actually developing a product develop

the product or the service around what

they're telling you they want because

when you start to develop a product or

service around what they need it becomes

ten times easier to sell your product or

service it's almost too easy so now that

you're building your audience on YouTube

you're building your email list you're

surveying them and now you're developing

a product around what they want it's

time to actually market to them outside

of YouTube so that you can get them down

your sales process or your sales funnel

so they can go and buy your product or

service and the easiest way to do this

is to download your email list because

you know all of those people are your

YouTube fans you take that email list

you give it to Facebook you upload it to

Facebook and now they let you run

advertising to your email list which

means you get to target your YouTube

audience

on Facebook retargeting so hot right now

and to take a step further you can take

your Facebook pixel which is a line of

code put it on your website and if

anyone ever visits your website or any

page you ever have you can then run and

add to them to set them down your sales

funnel and last but not least if you

take your YouTube content put it on

Facebook you can actually retarget

anyone who watches your content on

Facebook and run advertising to them as

well so what are we doing well we're

building an audience on YouTube but

we're then targeting them on Facebook

that send them down to our sales funnel

and the reason we want to do this is

because we want to capture people

everywhere in our YouTube audience is

always going to be our highest

converting audience no matter what you

do and no one if you're cool with it I

have one more bonus hit awesome cool so

let's move on to part number seven which

is actually talking about launching your

product so here's the thing when you go

to release your product or your service

it's good to build up momentum and build

up little teasers and let people know

that it's coming now most people think

they need to like spend a million

dollars just like that to do a product

launch and in fact you can have really

low budgets because what we're doing is

we're targeting your audience on

Facebook and we're launching your

product to them so it's a very low-cost

thing to do a product launch especially

your first starting out but what most

people don't realize about product

launches they actually build your

following faster than anything else when

you go to launch your products and you

put your content in your ads and stuff

on Facebook you guess what you're

getting people offering into your email

list you're getting people liking your

Facebook page you're getting people that

are going to watch your videos that

build remarketing audiences and you know

what that means to you that means more

eyeballs on your YouTube content and the

reason why is because the bigger email

list you have bigger Facebook fan page

you have the bigger remarketing

audiences you have those are going to be

more people going and watching your

YouTube video can you imagine if you're

able to build a thousand people on your

email list and then you publish a brand

new YouTube video and you're able to

email those a thousand people say hey

guess what I just upload a new YouTube

video you need to go watch it we're

talking instant views so by targeting

your YouTube audience on Facebook you

actually going to start building a

bigger email list your get more views on

your content you're going to get more

subscribers and most importantly you're

going to get more sales now that sounds

like a mic drop

hey thanks so much for having me Owen

Top 5 Craziest Ways Pokémon Evolve - Duration: 8:21.

Hey guys, HDvee here.

Now, Most Pokémon that evolve do so after leveling up.

This can be triggered by gaining experience in battle or by using a Rare Candy.

Sometimes, several additional conditions must be met in addition to gaining a level for

a Pokémon to evolve, such as being at or above a specific level, knowing a move, or

being in a specific location.

When these conditions are met, a Pokémon will attempt to evolve every time it gains

a level unless the conditions are removed.

A Pokémon left in the Daycare will not evolve, though, even if the conditions are met.

Before Generation 7, Pokémon would not evolve if the player loses the battle, no matter

if the conditions have been met.

With that being said though, some Pokemon take it a step further and have even crazier

evolution methods, and so, looking into this topic a bit more, today's video takes a

look at the top five craziest pokemon evolution methods.

Don't hesitate to drop a comment down below about the video and if you found it interesting

or not!

Don't forget to leave a like on this video too to show your support and I'll be sure

to bring out a new video very shortly.

Make sure to subscribe if you haven't already to keep up to date and follow my twitter to

hear updates about the channel.

Now, without further ado, let's get into the video and I really hope that you enjoy!

Starting things off, and claiming the number five spot in today's top five video is Mantyke,

and evolving it into Mantine.

Mantyke is a water-type Pokémon that first appeared in the fourth generation of Pokemon

games, being Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon Pearl and Pokemon Platinum.

It has a wide blue body with large fins, which it uses to swim, and it closely resembles

a manta ray, only without the long tail.

As we all know, Mantyke can evolve into a much stronger form, Mantine, but Mantyke is

one of the few Pokémon that needs a special condition to be met before it can change to

its adult stage.

In order for Mantyke to evolve into a Mantine, you need to meet the only condition it needs

to evolve, which is to have a Remoraid in your Pokémon party while Mantyke levels up

at least once.

This is a very unique evolution method, but you can see how it makes sense seeing as Mantine

actually has a remoraid under it's fin.

The cool thing though, is that you don't even lose your Remoraid when evolving Mantyke

into a Mantine.

For all of these reasons, Mantyke takes the number five spot in today's top five video.

Coming in at the number four spot in today's top five video is Tyrogue.

Tyrogue is a humanoid Pokémon with a predominantly pale purple body and brown hips and feet that

resemble short pants and shoes.

The cool thing about Tyrogue's evolution chart, is that it can evolve into one of three

different Pokemon, being Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and Hitmontop.

The evolution method for this Pokemon is even cooler though, as the Pokemon that you evolve

Tyrogue into completely depends on the Pokemon's stats.

Starting at level 20, if you want your Tyrogue to evolve into a Hitmonlee, then you will

have to make sure that your Pokemon's Attack is higher than its Defense, you can obviously

achieve this by using EV training or by using the expensive Pokemon vitamins.

If you want your Tyrogue to evolve into a Hitmonchan, then you will have to make sure

your pokemon's Defense is higher than its Attack stat, again, you can do this through

EV training or by using Pokemon vitamins.

Finally, if you want your Tyrogue to evolve into a Hitmontop, then you will have to make

sure that your pokemon's Attack and Defense stats are both the same.

Again, you can accomplish this by doing the methods we've already gone over.

For all of these reasons, Tyrogue takes the number four spot in today's top five video.

Coming in at the halfway point in today's top five video is Feebas and evolving it into

the beautiful Milotic.

Feebas is a shabby, old-looking fish-like Pokémon with a light brown body covered in

dark, irregular spots.

Now, Feebas has a very unique way of evolving into it's evolved form, which of course

we will go over right now.

Feebas evolves into Milotic when its Beauty stat reaches the maximum.

In order to do that, the trainer would need to feed it beauty poffins to increase its

beauty stat, and then It will still need to level up.

So, sounds like a pretty tedious task if you ask me, but then again, the prize you get

at the end of it is a Milotic, so the whole ugly ducking concept is pretty cool in this

situation.

However, In Pokémon Black and Pokemon White, with no contests, an item known as the prism

scale was introduced, and if you let your Feebas hold this item whilst trading it, the

pokemon would evolve into a Milotic.

This actually means that to date, Feebas is the only Pokemon that has two completely different

ways of evolving into the same Pokemon, pretty cool if you ask me.

For all of these reasons, Feebas takes the number three spot in today's top five video.

Coming in at the number two spot in today's top five video is Karrablast and Shelmet,

and evolving them both into their evolutions Escavalier and Accelgor.

Karrablast is a round, bipedal Pokémon with a primarily blue carapace that comprises a

horn at the tip, whilst Shelmet is a bivalve or snail-like Pokémon.

Karrablast and Shelmet are both Bug-type Pokémon introduced in Generation 5.

However, with these two Pokemon joining the world of Pokemon, the new evolution method

they brought with them is really cool and unique, but unfortunately, you're gonna

need a friend to do it.

Karrablast evolves into Escavalier when traded for a Shelmet, which evolves into Accelgor

simultaneously.

However, neither of the Pokemon evolve if at least one holds an Everstone during the

trade.

I thought this was a really cool new form of evolution, and it really does help promote

trading between trainers, especially if you're wanting to fill up your Pokedex.

For all of these reasons, Karrablast and Shelmet evolving into Escavalier and Accelgor take

the number two spot in today's top five video.

Finishing things off though and claiming the number one spot in today's top five video

is Inkay, and evolving it into a Malamar.

Inkay is a dual-type Dark and Psychic type Pokémon introduced in Generation 6.

It is a primarily blue squid-like Pokémon.

It has a transparent mantle that resembles a hat with a pink "inner body" overlaid with

yellow lights.

Now, the evolution method introduced along with Inkay and Malamar is so unique that it

actually causes you to have to do something outside of the actual Pokemon game.

After getting your Inkay all the way up to level 30, Inkay has the ability to evolve,

but in order to successfully complete it you need to turn your 3DS upside-down when it

levels.

Yes, seriously--flip it over and hold it the wrong way during a level and it'll turn into

Malamar.

For me, this was such a cool new inventive way to evolve a Pokemon, and it just makes

you wonder what Pokemon might come up with next for evolving their creatures.

For all of these reasons though, Inkay takes the number one spot in today's top five

video.

But with that, wraps up this video.

I really hope you enjoyed it as much as i did making it!

If you did enjoy the video though, please leave a like i'd really appreciate it!

Like i said at the start of the video, I would also love to hear your guys opinions too on

this subject so be sure to leave them in the comment section below.

Actors Who Were In Both Star Trek And Star Wars - Duration: 12:52.

Star Trek and Star Wars are often looked upon as two sides of the same sci-fi coin, locked

in a never-ending battle of philosophy versus action that will last until the end of time…

or at least until the arguing nerds need a nap.

In truth, both franchises probably owe their continued existence to each other.

George Lucas admitted that Star Trek basically paved the way for Star Wars.

And William Shatner conceded that Paramount only became interested in giving Star Trek

a real shot on the big screen after Star Wars took the world by storm in 1977.

Generally, fans pledge outright allegiance to one franchise over the other, but that's

an idea that the following actors chose to ignore entirely.

Here are a few actors who visited both a galaxy far, far away and the Alpha Quadrant.

George Takei

Star Trek legend George Takei has been a part of the Enterprise from the very beginning,

first appearing as Lieutenant Sulu in the original series, and going on to reprise the

role for six Star Trek feature films, video games, and even an episode of Voyager.

But like many Star Trek alumni, it was through voice work that he made the transition between

the two biggest universes in sci-fi.

Takei became the most high profile name to take the leap when he landed the part of General

Lok Durd in the Clone Wars animated series.

"I congratulate you on your good fortune."

When asked about appearing in Star Wars, Takei remarked that he didn't consider it to be

jumping ship, telling Comic Book Resources,

"The Star Trek philosophy is to embrace the diversity of life, and Star Wars is a part

of that diversity.

[...] Star Trek is science fiction and Star Wars is more science fantasy.

But with the episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars that I worked on, I think there is a

merging there."

Star Trek and Star Wars living together in harmony?

"Oh my!"

Brent Spiner

Another legend of Trek, Brent Spiner's run as Lieutenant Commander Data spanned fifteen

years.

That includes seven seasons of The Next Generation and four feature films, one of which earned

him a Saturn Award for best supporting actor.

He also played Data's brother, Data's creator, and even made an appearance in the prequel

series Enterprise, as Data's great-great-grandfather, so his place in Trek spans more than just

one series.

Spiner eventually put Trek behind him.

At one point, he even publicly took issue with fans' perception of the show, saying

in 2011,

"We carry guns.

It's a joke.

It's like that illusion that it is somehow all about peace.

It's really not."

"Oh, s---!"

After provoking the wrath of Trekkies everywhere, Spiner's subsequent casting in Star Wars Rebels

must have struck a nerve.

The actor voiced Senator Gall Trayvis, a character who, coincidentally, is a total traitor.

No kidding, Brent.

"No!"

Ethan Phillips

Though he pops up in everything from Girls to Veep to Homeboys in Outer Space, Ethan

Phillips' most memorable role remains Neelix, the USS Voyager's chef and ambassador.

Phillips portrayed the Talaxian for the show's entire seven-season run, but he also made

three minor appearances as different Star Trek characters.

In Next Generation and Enterprise, Phillips played two different Ferengi, and he also

made a cameo appearance in Star Trek: First Contact as a holographic maitre d'.

Phillips has since become something of a regular in the world of Star Wars video games, providing

the voice of transport pilot Hamman Flatt in Force Commander.

He also played an Imperial medical droid, Krantian governor and Royal grenade trooper

in 2002's Galactic Battlegrounds, as well as several additional characters in 2003's

Knights of the Old Republic.

"Hello to you.

You're new to The Academy, aren't you?"

Simon Pegg

British actor Simon Pegg is known for many roles, from his zombie-fighting hero in Shaun

of the Dead, to his recurring role in the Mission Impossible film franchise.

But Trek fans know him as Montgomery Scott in J.J. Abrams' Star Trek reboot movies.

He proved to be such as asset to Abrams that the director later admitted he had an ulterior

motive when he cast him in the minor role of Unkar Plutt in Star Wars: The Force Awakens,

saying,

"When we were shooting The Force Awakens in Abu Dhabi he was there as an actor.

But for me, he was there as a writer and film-maker, and as someone to go around the issues I was

having at the time with the story and to get some great feedback."

It probably didn't take much for Abrams to convince Pegg to appear in the film, either:

"It's Star Wars.

I'd burn for Star Wars."

Pegg's input didn't end there, either.

He was also sought out by Paramount bosses when Abrams left the Star Trek franchise,

bringing Pegg on board as a co-writer for the third installment, Star Trek Beyond.

Ron Perlman

Best known for playing the demonic anti-hero Hellboy, as well as his starring role on Sons

of Anarchy, and a few hundred voice roles, Ron Perlman has been around the block more

than once.

Many of Perlman's hundreds of credits lie in genre films, an area of cinema he's has

always supported.

So when the opportunity came along to join the cast of 2002's Star Trek: Nemesis as the

Reman Viceroy, Perlman asked his manager for the time and place.

While he enjoyed working on the movie, neither audiences nor critics seemed to share his

enthusiasm.

Fortunately, his foray into Star Wars received a much more positive reaction.

Perlman voiced Gha Nachkt, a Trandoshan scavenger who meets his untimely end at the hands of

General Grievous, in the highly acclaimed first season of The Clone Wars.

Ed Begley Jr.

Veteran actor and environmentalist Ed Begley Jr. is probably best known for his seven-year

stint on St. Elsewhere, though he actually has hundreds of TV and movie credits to his

name.

Among them are his appearance on the Star Trek: Voyager two-parter "Future's End", in

which he took on the one-off role of 20th century industrialist Henry Starling — who

just happens to be working with a character played by Sarah Silverman.

Begley Jr. has since said he "felt really blessed" to be a part of the Star Trek franchise,

as a huge fan of the show, though that didn't stop him from taking a gig with the rival

franchise the very same year.

He was hired to provide the voice of Boba Fett in the radio adaptation of Return of

the Jedi, produced with the blessing of George Lucas.

And speaking of Boba Fett…

Jason Wingreen

A victim of the dreaded Star Wars DVD editions, Jason Wingreen saw his part as the voice of

Boba Fett in The Empire Strikes Back chopped and replaced with the voice of Temuera Morrison,

the man who played Jango Fett in the prequel trilogy.

To add insult to injury, Wingreen was never actually credited for his contribution to

the Star Wars universe, which only became common knowledge four years before the great

remastering of '04.

While he may be best remembered as Harry Snowden from All in the Family, for Star Trek fans

he'll always be Doctor Linke, the Federation scientist who gets sent to the uninhabited

planet Minara II to conduct studies in Original Series episode "The Empath."

Deep Roy

The diminutive Deep Roy has an impressive filmography stretching back about 40 years,

including two big screen Star Wars installments.

Roy played musician Droopy McCool in Return of the Jedi, a member of the Max Rebo Band,

the 12-piece ensemble that performs in Jabba the Hutt's Tatooine palace.

The four-foot-three actor actually appeared uncredited in The Empire Strikes Back, as

a body double for Yoda during a number of scenes on Dagobah.

Roy is also one of the very few actors to appear on screen in both franchises, playing

Scotty's oyster-faced alien sidekick Keenser in the rebooted Trek series.

Keenser was never even meant to join Scotty on the franchise's most famous starship but

Roy's performance was so memorable that they invited him back to reprise his role.

Clancy Brown

Sci-fi fans shouldn't really need an introduction to Clancy Brown.

He's played the immortal antagonist The Kurgan in Highlander,

"Mom!

Woof!"

...and Sergeant Zim in Starship Troopers.

Even your kids know Clancy Brown, even if only in voice.

"Donate to the children's fund?

Why?

What have children ever done for me?"

Despite an impressive sci-fi resume, it wasn't until 2002 that Brown showed up on Star Trek,

taking on the role of Zobral in the Enterprise episode "Desert Crossing."

In it, Archer and Tucker accept an invitation to his homeworld — and unwittingly find

themselves caught up in a war.

Among his countless voice roles, Brown also dipped into Star Wars territory when he played

Darth Maul's brother Savage Opress in the Clone Wars series, as well as Ryder Azadi

in Rebels… who only kind of looks exactly like him.

Clive Revill

Renowned stage actor Clive Revill portrayed a tweaked version of classic English character

Sir Guy of Gisbourne in 1991's Next Generation episode "Qpid," which took the crew to the

12th-century world of Robin Hood.

While it wasn't the most memorable performance the New Zealand native has given over the

course of his distinguished career, at least it wasn't replaced in later edits like his

work on the original Star Wars trilogy was.

"Sorry."

Revill supplied the voice of Emperor Palpatine in the first cut of The Empire Strikes Back.

But like so many others, his work was dubbed over for the 2004 DVD release, replaced with

the voice of Ian McDiarmid, who took over as the Emperor with Return of the Jedi.

Revill was humble about the change, however, conceding that continuity was important and

saying that the filmmakers "made a good choice with McDiarmid."

Considering that the original 1980 emperor was played by a woman with superimposed chimp

eyes, pretty much anything was an improvement.

Greg Grunberg

As a self-proclaimed geek, Greg Grunberg couldn't have asked for a better friend than the man

who rebooted Star Trek and kick-started the third Star Wars trilogy.

Grunberg has worked with J.J. Abrams almost exclusively, so when Abrams began his cinematic

reinvention of Star Trek, he called on Grunberg again, drafting his friend to overdub the

dialogue for James Kirk's step-dad.

"Hey, are you out of your mind?

That car's an antique.

You think you can get away with this just because your mother's off-planet?

You get your ass back home, now!"

He appeared in person as Commander Finnegan in 2016's Star Trek Beyond, though by that

point he had already crossed the franchise divide.

Grunberg played Resistance pilot Snap Wexley in 2015's The Force Awakens, though he later

told StarTrek.com that he's on the fence about which franchise is his favorite.

Olivia D'Abo

"DABO!

Hahahaha!"

Best known to Trekkies as Starfleet Academy intern Amanda Rogers from the Next Generation

episode "True Q," Olivia D'Abo —

"Dabo!"

Ahem.

D'Abo is probably best known for playing Kevin Arnold's hippie sister Karen in The Wonder

Years.

Believe it or not, D'Abo —

"Dabo!"

— considers herself to be a pretty big sci fi nerd, telling the official Star Trek website,

"I considered it a real honor to be working on the continuation of the Star Trek legacy

I'd grown up with.

It had a huge effect on my childhood and not unlike Star Wars it made me more curious about

space, other life forms in our galaxy and the wonder of astronomy in general."

In 2008, she joined a number of her former Star Trek colleagues at Lucasfilm to record

the voice of Luminara Unduli for The Clone Wars animated series.

And, oh yeah…

"Dabo!"

Patty Maloney

Emerging from the darkest day in Star Wars history is Patty Maloney, who played a part

in the infamous and totally bizarre Star Wars Holiday Special.

The 3-foot-eleven actress was hired to play the special's main character, Chewbacca's

son Lumpawaroo, better known as Lumpy.

No, seriously.

[Wookiee sounds]

Maloney's memories of the epically weird program were completely positive, saying,

"We were all very pleased with the outcome of it.

Actually … I was.

I was very pleased with it."

The special aired in 1978 and, because of the sheer shame involved, was never seen again

in any official capacity.

Maloney's role in Star Trek was another one created for a person of her stature.

In the 1996 Voyager episode "The Thaw," she plays one of the many creations of The Clown

— a manifestation of fear born of a linked neural network.

Because, you know, sci-fi.

This time, she's credited as only "Little Woman", which is still a huge improvement

over being a grunting idiot named "Lumpy".

Added bonus, it was even a speaking role!

Oh, boy!

And she got to hang out with Michael McKean.

Point, Star Trek.

"A virus, a virus, he thinks I am a virus!"

Okay.

We're taking that point back.

REALISTIC & PLANT-BASED GROCERY HAUL | ALDI'S IS LIT 🔥 - Duration: 7:09.

We don't buy food for cuteness.

Don't judge my eating habits OK?

(MUSIC)

So hi everyone my name is Kim.

I am a Registered Dietitian, welcome back to my channel.

For those of you that are new there's some videos below you can take a look at and if

there is anything that you like please go ahead and subscribe.

Yesterday I actually went grocery shopping and I thought 'well you know what I want to

show you guys what I really eat!'

I'm going to show you gets what I bought from the grocery store.

So I think I should just tell you-- the 2 grocery stores I that went to were Publix as well

as Aldi's.

I think Aldi's is very popular.

Do you guys know about Publix?

So I wanted to show you guys first what I got from Publix and then what I got from Aldi's.

So the first item that I got from Publix is actually spinach and I actually like to keep spinach

in the house.

Spinach is actually one of those foods that are very versatile: you can eat them raw, you can eat then steamed

you can eat them cooked.

Like for instance, I'll put them in my smoothies for breakfast; for lunch I may have it as the

base of my salad and for dinner I may steam it.

The other item that I got from Publix is avocado.

Now avocado seems to be one of those very popular foods now-a-days.

It's high in the healthy fats and for me, being someone that follows a plant-based diet

of, course I need my healthy fats.

High in monounsaturated fatty acids.

Avocado is also high in vitamin E. Now I did buy the Haas avocado, but typically I would

default to the Florida avocado, but the haas avocados were on sale.

You know we got to adhere to a budget right?!

Avocados are actually one of those foods that are in season at this time.

So I also like to buy foods that are in season.

I mean, I'm not saying I do it 100% of the time.

The next food item I bought from Publix are actually these organic apples and for me the

organic apples taste a little differently from the conventional apples.

You guys...obviously see that there's some missing.

I have to---I have to eat breakfast right?!

I have to eat!

So I actually ate some of the apples already, but apples are one of those foods that are

high in fiber and that's something I am trying to be a little more conscientious about.

So I am trying to actually increase my fiber intake and I find an apple is a good way to

do it.

So I think that is everything that I got from Publix so let me show you what I got from

Aldi's.

Ok the first food item that I got is actually this gluten free granola.

It has cashews in it, it has cranberries in it, sunflower oil.

I will have this moreso as a breakfast item or maybe even like a late dinner.

Because at night time if I do eat heavy I do get heart-burn, but I find that having granola

or a cereal-something light will help me to avoid that heartburn.

I also got these almond & walnut 100-calorie snack pack food.

So this is something that I can take to work and push in my lab coat.

I'll probably even have this for breakfast.

Also with the nuts my favorite nut is actually pistachios and I do not buy these often, but I decided

to buy them.

I do not buy pistachios often because they tend to be a little expensive.

With the pistachios, with these nuts, I decided to get some seeds.

Now I hadn't had sunflower seeds in a long time.

I got these sunflower seeds as well as another healthier food option that I could snack on;

easily put in my bag and transport and go.

The next item I got is actually some died fruit and they're apricots.

Apricots are actually my favorite dried fruit.

At times when I do crave sweet things I can eat easily defer to apricots.

Apricots are something that I could just um...um (hand jesters) grab and go.

Uh the next food item that I got are actually these butters.

Now butters are a staple in my pantry.

I have peanut butter, there is almond butter now as you see, and there's also cashew butter.

I never had cashew butter...eager to see what that tastes like. Butters are something that

I do put on my oatmeal, I also put it on bread, my toast, my pancakes.

So butters are also another of the foods which do have the healthier oils in them, but also

to be mindful that they are a little high in fat.

Along the line of the butters let's start talking about the oils.

I got this sunflower oil as well as this olive oil.

Now I cook with olive oil on a daily basis.

With this sunflower oil I plan to make salad dressings from it.

I don't like the store bought salad dressings often...I don't know I'm just not a fan of

it.

I also bought these artisan lettuce heads and I thought this was so cute.

We don't buy food for cuteness, but however, just examining the lettuce you know it's dark,

high nutrients; the lettuce itself looks nice and moist, it looks...it doesn't look like

it's crispy and crunchy it looks like a soft lettuce if you guys get the point that I'm

headed to.

The next food item that I bought were olives and I do like olives.

I plan to put these in my salads.

Now with the canned olives I find them to be a little salty so something I like to do

is to drain the can and then fill it back up with some tap water and let it sit there for a

little bit so that the salt can be leached out of the olives and into the water and then

I toss that water.

The next thing I bought were these bell peppers, these colorful bell peppers.

And I do like the slice up the bell peppers and eat it raw because it does have that nice

sweet taste to them.

So I'm not really too sure what I plan to make with my bell peppers...maybe wraps because

I do do a lot of wraps, but it's going to go down.

The last and final item that I bought...don't judge me for my eating habits OK?...is these

chips and salsa.

And I decided to get the healthier chips, the ones with the flax seeds in it and salsa.

Something that I like to do especially you know if I come home [and] don't have time to

cook, I like to make haystacks.

Do you guys know what haystacks are?

It's basically a layer of chips, you can have the option of putting brown rice or not, beans,

guacamole, lettuce, cucumber, olives, tomato, avocado, and salsa.

I like to buy chips to make my haystacks with and this is actually a meal I had about 5

days ago.

I bought it...no apologies.

So guy these are the food items that I did buy for my grocery haul.

Um let me know what are some staples that you guys like to buy on a weekly basis?

What are some things that you keep in you fridge at all times?

Remember to comment, like as well as subscribe.

Do have a good day and thanks for watching.

Bye.
