BREAKING: Obama Caught Red Handed Violating All Americans - politics - Duration: 2:21.

BREAKING: Obama Caught Red Handed Violating All Americans!

Former (thank goodness) President, Barack Hussein Obama, was aware, for a long time,

that his National Security Agency (NSA) was intentionally intercepting the private communications

of American citizens, in violation of the Constitution and of a Federal Court order.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court called the unconstitutional actions of the

NSA under the Obama Administration a very serious Fourth Amendment issue. If youre

interested, you can find the Courts Memorandum Opinion and Order here.

As explained in detail by the National Review, [e]ven if the NSA does exactly what it

is supposed to do American communications are being seized and subjected to an inspection

however cursory in the absence of any warrant, probable cause, or foreign-intelligence

relevance.

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution protects American citizens from unreasonable search

and seizure.

But the NSA under the Obama Administration, routinely violated this by running identifiers

of regular American citizens, things like their telephone number or email address, through

searches in their upstream database.

Thankfully, the Trump Justice Department proposed a tightening of how and what the NSA can search,

and the Court approved.

Now, at least one end of the communication must be from outside the United States.

Why is it that the liberals are oh so upset about any talk by Trump of a travel ban to

protect Americans citizens, yet Im sure they would argue that they were just trying

to protect America, while violating our Fourth Amendment rights?

A good question, huh?

If youre as sick of the hypocrisy as I am, please share this article across the entire

United States!

Who and why uploaded Krid album one day before release? Whatadeal 7 (Alex N.G) - Duration: 3:39.

Fuuu*k! Why i should talk about it?

F*ck now i understand who wrote that...

Name of album is what do they know, and i have few thesises that Egor could say on that.

What do they know

I am 22 and for what they uploaded it on 21 of May?

What do they know

early ejaculation should be shown not like that

What do they know?

I love my fans but i did not want to make gift to them like this.

But i still love you

What do they know?

I spend hundreds hours on this, and tonnes of lipsteaks, Toddlers, tears on testing if this ablum will work properly.

But seriosly how do you think Egor will react on this situation?

Fuck, hold me, hold me someone because i will kill everybody for my album!

So bustards, who did this?

Mc Donni it's not to you sorry...

Plus Sized in Paris | Curvy Travel Lookbook 2017 - Duration: 35:28.

Bonjour tout le monde and welcome to Musings of a Fox. My

name is Gabrielle and this is my channel.

I have a channel this is very exciting

and terrifying. But I'm giving it my all

and I hope you guys like what you see. I

have some really exciting videos coming up that

have me really motivated to get

going and yeah well we'll see what

happens right? *Paris Jazz Lookbook music* I was recently fortunate enough

to spend a little over a week in France

with my husband Joel and it was a really

eye-opening experience

in terms of body positivity and what I

thought that meant not just as a global idea

but to me personally

so when getting ready for France my

primary concern at first was not looking

like a tourist because unfortunately

friends have a huge sec robbery

pickpocketing problem with turrets so I

thought okay well my husband being a

dual French American season and having

spoken French since he was a little boy

and me having so going to learned it

since I was in eighth grade so about age

13 all the way through majoring in in

college we both are fluent so we have

that to kind of protect us where worship

works cases maybe we came off like

excess rather than tourists who or had

their nose kind of stuck in the Geisel

so those that gave us a bit of an edge

but what was I'm more concerned about

mister Linda pickpocketing being a

plus-size girl in the fashion capital of

the world where when you look at French

models and the French aesthetic its

Jennings and like the Audrey Hepburn

style kind of woman not me

dad is not my body types and I was still

in my own head about it

and so I was like okay you know what if

I'm gonna have to be plus-size in Paris

I'm going to stand out

and these bold and beautiful as I feel

I'm going to wear exactly what I want to

wear as well put together as I can so at

least be if I'm going to be a big girl

I'm going to be a fashionable killing it

big girl so for our first full day my

husband took me to the zoo and the

Natural History Museum and the job on

defense those are my first outfit I wore

my favorite jeans from torrid which are

the black print skinny jeans I love them

I have several pairs

I wear them two to three times a week

every week they are my favorite pants so

I paired those jeans with a black lace

top I bought several years ago on

clearance but I was like okay what

sounds more friends than black and black

lace and it was just yeah what sounds my

sentiment but because it was a bit cool

in April

I also have purchased this fantastic

motorcycle jacket from JCPenney in their

boutique collection and I loved it it

became my favorite piece any excuse I

had to wear it while we were there I

didn't it just made me feel he's a lot

of armor and also projected how I want

to feel which was like a badass and it

just is really comfy it's really

flattering

it feels really hard to find I have very

broad shoulders for a woman - really

hard to find a jacket that fits my

shoulders and it doesn't move form for

the rest of my body so I love this

jacket

but disclaimer I bought this jacket on

sale it was about fifty to sixty percent

off of its usual I think 84 dollars so I

bought it for about 40 something and

that to me is the perfect price for this

jacket that was the price I was fool

lightly hesitant about pain because I

think I bought about three to two or

three days

or we left I was kind of like do I

really want some of those money right

before we go but I did and it was

completely worth it when it rained it

was a toll lifesaver but when I paid

four dollars for it

hey no no no I would not sorry

I would go up to 60 for the showing it

but I would not really go beyond that so

if you can pick it up on sale or a

coupon or something I highly recommend

jacket otherwise I just unless 84 is

something you feel like you want to

spend on a faux leather jacket go right

ahead

otherwise wait for a sale but you get on

sale it's worth it I love it I wear it

all the time here makes me feel so good

they finish off the look I had picked up

the beautiful iridescent without

shimmers the colored glows like a glow

stick Cinderella blue scarf and no

matter what season you go to paris in'

or france anywhere you need scarf

everyone's wearing scarf in summer it's

a very light car but they have scarves

so once I own that scarf I just brought

the whole outfit together for me and it

just felt so good socially when it got a

little more luxury to kind of like

tighten up the scarf I know that really

contrast is usually with my hair but

also plate up my eyes and it was just a

little too self it I kind of think I

would wear it right now except that it's

so weather in the Bay Area for it as you

can see I had to wear socks with my

flats because we were doing a lot of

walking I don't care that didn't look

most fashionable because it was

comfortable and it's a week we blistered

so also on our first day we had our

first sign in France experience which I

was nervous about one because French

food depending upon what kind of

restaurant you go to is either really up

my alley or really not at my house so we

answer recommendations in the concierge

and he recommended it's really tiny

quiet place near the loop and our hotel

being about three blocks away it was a

perfect distance and we sat down

gorgeous pop it up right here a little

restaurant very quiet very beautiful

very romantic

um other than you is a little

overwhelming they did have an English

version which is helpful because being

fluent doesn't mean you know all the

terms for all the foods in the world but

my husband was searching for this one

kind of dried sausage and so we as an

appetizer having not eaten it having

flown for 12 hours

look adventurous so we say to get a

charcuterie platter which is a bunch of

different meats and then we ordered you

know a lot of things weren't quite our

style so we decided to just be kind of

simple and each order to burger I'm

starting to get a little nervous because

this is like a lot of food and I think

you get that you hear a lot about

European portions so we're thinking okay

maybe this platter being a little pricey

won't be that much food because maybe

like top-shelf food and you'll get just

a little bit a little taste of all the

different things

no it was the most gigantic platter of

me maybe the beach amongst more people

there is two of us but the nice thing is

the server didn't look at us like we

were ordering everything under the Sun

or like are you really going to be able

to eat at all I don't think he was

really cared of we could eat at all she

could obviously tell that we weren't

from there and we wanted to try

something and she was more than happy to

serve us and so that was really

relieving that even though we're

ordering what seems like a lot of food I

don't care the chef just to give the

compliment that we want to try more and

more of her food and the meat platter

was incredible drill sound the sausage

even looking for of course we forgot to

ask what kind it was so we still don't

know and we have no way of getting it in

the stage because we don't know what

we're looking for and then when the

burgers came we were a little too full

from the meat butter so towards the end

we just started to eat the burger and

the like delicious cheap cheese chiki

chiki chiki

hashtag cheap cheese and it was

incredible as delicious a piece a lot

like Monterey Jack but just a little bit

saltier it was melting it was delicious

he mostly spoken like the lettuce the

tomato the burger and the cheese and

kind of the bun too

there's also like a pre basket of

baguette which is so beyond you get new

face so we were full of like dried

sausage and that Gabby's burgers came

and again server and the owner didn't

care they just want to know if we were

happy and enjoying ourselves with all

that majd of em and we were and the way

they treated us made me relaxed and just

really enjoy our first night in Paris

plus the really delicious champagne

server helped me pick out help too but I

was dying to realize maybe everything I

was thinking and the media was teaching

me about France and about how bodies and

all these things things are perceived in

the u.s. might just be a u.s. issue well

we'll see how the rest of the trip

turned out for that

the day two also happens to be our

nine-year anniversary of being together

in our six-month anniversary of being

married so I went through this dress and

is a beautiful teaching mellon shear

shouldered like embroidered sheer kind

of crepe fabric and I loved it and I was

kind of like okay we did the black

yesterday today is a really important

day it's a romantic day so I'm just

going to go and stand out and be bright

and I felt amazing also just not just my

hair who doesn't want to dress too much

their hair day three we flew to Bordeaux

which is in southwestern France to spend

the weekend with Joel's grandmother and

his uncle

so I had packed one of my favorite

outfits I'd originally actually bought

last summer for my co bachelor

bachelorette weekend in northern Cal

northern Northern California up in

Nevada City and it is really fantastic

outfit that was happen spired by what a

mannequin was wearing I've been fired by

these lace shorts that I fell in love

with right now toward has them they're

playing a weird game with me because

when I first was playing out this video

I had researched what was still

available and what wasn't

and unfortunately the top that I'm

wearing on the first on the first day in

bored after day 3 is no longer available

it's beautiful like shin easy lay

shouldered little top I love it but it's

not a little bit more surprisingly the

short exact same color

I bought them in was also available

they're also available in a hot pink and

a kind of sea blue the next day the

peach and the melon hot pink were gone

so you can still I think get them in the

sea blue so I don't know but look to

them under flowy lace shorts on Tori

calm if they have them those are the

shorts they just come and sometime the

variety sometimes not but the jacket is

also available it's really cute

military esque jacket but it has a

little bit gives me a bit of a 90s

Seattle vibe this really was a super

comfy outfit to travel in on the plane

it was only about 30 snow side about an

hour long it was one of those more it

was Air France but being a little more

of a commuter plane bit more like a tiny

Southwest flight crammed there wasn't

you know there was a lot of room to

having some slightly loose flowy clothes

in a hot confined space was really great

and then we got to Bordeaux it was a lot

warmer than it was in Paris which is the

north of France my head

would like me to clarify that Paris is

in the upper third a-frame just like the

Bay Area is in like the middle of

California but were called Northern

California so frenchie over there can

just have his third of France to himself

so this is a really great outfit the

only trouble I ran into it was I had

packed too dark bras in one light bra

light bride picked is a convertible bra

from Taurus which is really beautiful

actually except this weird little like

those jewels that hang between your

boobs I don't don't know who that's for

I don't I don't know it's really cute

the problem is being a bra that can be a

strapless bra it has a lot of support in

it so when you go through security and

you're wearing a lot of metal around

your chest you're gonna get some extra

attention so I was trying to tell the

nice French version of the TSA that

I was fairly certain it was going to be

my bra because all I else had on was

those flats

the shorts my underwear my bra and this

light shirt I really had two other metal

except maybe the piercings in my ear and

my rings on my finger but I couldn't

remember the word for bra so I told her

I thought it was my underwear which is a

very strange thing to tell somebody they

think your underwear set off to

melchester luckily I got looks a very a

very nice pat down there's my first ever

major pat-down but she's very sweet

it wasn't the horror stories you hear

about in the u.s. she was very conscious

of the fact that she had to touch my

person and she was not rude about she

was very sweet and once she got to my

bra like I said the truth of it she

medium very light so she could feel all

of the support and all of the bits in

this broad she was like yeah it's your

bra so heads up if you're traveling

trying to wear strapless you can avoid

it try and wear a bra with the least

minimal underwire in bits unless you

would like to make acquaintances with a

TSA agent

so after we had a nice little lunch with

George and Mary we went back to our

amazing little I believe 17th 18th

century hotel and we have this little

terrace to ourselves which is where

you're going to see a lot of photos in

the footage over the next two days

because it was gorgeous

how could I resist taking out really

bigs and photos in that

so that so we switched and change

clothes and I change into a rose gold

skirts and surprisingly still available

in clearance on tor.com

hilariously I bought it in clearance

several months ago so I'm very happy

that like I can tell you guys about that

beautiful rose gold foiled skirt with it

I wore a simple camisole to Lane Bryant

their lace edge camisole and then of

course my motorcycle dahhh

and I just felt gorgeous and beautiful

and very metropolitan and it was even

though it's a simple dinner at Joel's

grandmother's house it I felt like I

said in I felt right she loved it mostly

she's obsessed with the colors of my

hair I just really wanted to dress up to

show Joel's grandmother who had met one

a few years ago when Jill and I were

just dating I really wanted to show her

that her French grandson had picked a

woman who can put herself together well

hold herself well and thinks has a lot

of confidence in herself because Joel's

grandmother is he very well-put-together

woman she's beautiful and she's French

and she's everything a an American woman

who wants to be a French woman wants to

be fine so now that just made me feel

like I fit right in and I belonged and

that was wonderful so you're wondering -

I got curly hair abroad I actually

picked up two days before we left a

curling iron from Ulta that is dual

voltage and under $20 and it gave me

these incredible curls that lasted for

two days curl that ones no hairspray and

I had curls the next day as well it was

incredible I was in heaven and it

totally such as feel because I have

another curling iron that is definitely

not you want under $20 and but

unfortunately you take bad abroad you

have to buy a converter and then adapter

and it was just going to be a headache

and that's give me $30 plus the gap all

those parts so I was like okay can I

find a dual voltage current

that isn't going to break the bank and I

found one I think I got it for about 18

dollars total feel totally worth it much

encouraged so too were traveling abroad

who like me need a hair tool when you

want to dress up so for our first and

only full day in Bordeaux I wanted

something that I felt was going to go

from day to night so I went back to my

trusty handy-dandy

black grande skinny jeans from torrid I

told you I love these things

I took two separate pairs with me and

actually over the course because I also

wore them on a half day after we landed

but I was in no condition to take photos

of myself

and I wore them again when we went back

to Paris for a half day where we explore

the methane and all the medieval

buildings inside of there I wore them

again so I warden told us four times and

one of them sadly took its last walks in

the streets of Paris because like I said

7 to 10 miles a day that is a lot of

sigh Robin and I already wear them two

or three times a week in an office

setting

so yeah the thighs died and one of those

pairs and I recently went in take

another pair because I love them that

much 60 bucks for a pair of pants that

you don't wear that much may not be the

best deal but they will last long 50

bucks to me for a pair of pants I wear

two to three times a week and then

lasted six to eight months is worth it

to me because I wear them so much and

every time I paradise how about two or

three pairs died since I started buying

needs about two years ago but again I've

wears them all the time and I can help

my thighs so a happy I cantilever those

pants they make me feel so wonderful I

used to be so

and he skinny jeans I didn't feel like I

had the legs and these pants do call

attention to your legs but they also

make you really your legs are wonderful

and fantastic and they're just going to

emphasize them and we have to stop

hating ourselves and not wearing a type

of clothing because we think we can't

these pants totally change their mind I

almost hate baggy flared and jeans now

because they don't show off my legs and

I love love the look of skinny jeans and

flats or changes and heels and they make

me feel so good so if you think you

can't wear something you can you will

look amazing I promise you stop hiding

as a top tip with these black jeans I

wore my favorite tank top from H&M which

is just their long camisole it's really

neutral dress up or down love it

the main beautiful piece of this outfit

it's actually a present from a friend

and I don't know where it's from she cut

out the tag it was kind of like

something she bought didn't like herself

gave to me and I love it it is

everything in a little cardigan that I

want it makes me feel witchy it's flowy

it's tight on the arms and the little

crochet bits make me feel sexy but also

professional I went to the office all

the time and get lots of compliments on

it

because it's just that nice balance of

beauty and function and I love it I

really wish I could tell you where it's

from so we're still available but I

can't she cut the tag out so we're off

to enjoy it as it Liz hit me photos so

sorry I had a really interesting moment

when Joel and I were taking the photos

in the video in the terrace in Bordeaux

we were reviewing the photos and I've

never really had Joel take photos of me

before until this trip but you know when

you're doing lunch you're going to carry

a tripod you need another person to take

your full set your full body photos for

you and those but you can a lot of trust

in my husband to get the

shots that I was looking for she took

such beautiful so does it mean the

phones I love the most especially like

from our very first day at the zoo

are the photos where I'm just smiling

because he gave me a compliment right

for each of the photo or he's just

looking at me and I feel so beautiful so

when I was reviewing the photos he took

in the terrace a well moment I was like

like why didn't you tell me my stomach

looks of that white why didn't you tell

me to like adjust my shirt and he was

kind of like I thought you're doing

these for body positivity what does body

positive about what you just said about

yourself and he was completely right I

looked beautiful the photos he's taken

but all I was focused on was my little

tummy roll that somehow in my mind undid

the rest of the composition of the photo

that my hair looks beautiful that I'm

smiling and happy and obviously loving

the moment and I'm here picking apart my

stomach and he's just like what are you

doing and it was a neat and it was so

refreshing that he did that because I

mean really I was being ridiculous

and like I said so much of the doubt

within myself I was the one who's

thinking that I wasn't going to be

received well or perceived well and it's

because I wasn't fully loving myself and

one thing I was totally right I maybe

there's photos here where my body

doesn't look perfect well there people

will always say my body is not perfect

but there's roles but that's my body and

so why am I going to have to pick every

piece of clothing to meet someone else's

version of flattering we all have got to

stop doing this to ourselves

little roles in a photo do not change

the fact that you're having an amazing

time or you're doing something important

that is not important what's important

is who you're way what you're doing and

how you're feeling and a photo or a

shirt bunched in a way or grabbing your

body in certain way cannot and should

not undercut the beauty of life so for a

second wanna stay in Paris

as I take Joel

somewhere he'd never been before which

is the Chateau at Versailles

it was a mixed bag of the day I had been

to Paris twice before same time almost

the exact same week this is the third

time I've been but had been ten years

since I had last been there but both

times it was beautiful sunny days in

April not so much this trip we had when

we got back from Bordeaux in a sunny

beautifulness of Bordeaux we were met by

David rain

I remember merde for rain I was prepared

for cool I was not prepared for rain so

for this amazing day in Versailles I

brought this beautiful dress I picked up

from pants girl clothing at their yard

sale because there's that there yard

sale those clothes are usually

discontinued style or just community

colorways so I actually don't know what

cut this dress is it looks like

something they don't make anymore it

looks like it is for the marshalling

pick collection I will have a details

down below if I can find them also on

the blog I don't know but I highly

recommend pin-up girl clothing for all

body types if you like retro vintage

style clothes but they also have a nice

fine line where this dress doesn't

necessarily scream vintage depend on how

you style it but to me it just nice it

fits tightly around the bust and the

waist and then flares out

however this dress is not really meant

for 40 degrees in the pouring rain like

way I take in my faux leather motorcycle

jacket and I had no umbrella and husband

done an umbrella he was wearing a nice

thick fleecy hoodie so he was very sweet

and would like store his body heat and

give me a cuddle to keep me warm because

we spent about almost two hours in the

pouring rain with an umbrella

waiting to get in and but as you can see

in the photos after we were done with

the tour inside the castle the Sun came

out for the guards

and what a version my hair was soaking

wet it's like you have enough fun but

just the sunshine being in a beautiful

place being with the man of my dreams I

give you these photos that he actually

took of me so watch out for the weather

report I tried my best to plan never get

it really see the kind of rain we

experienced but Indiana it was still a

beautiful day I really enjoyed this

dress I love wearing it whenever I need

a semi dressy occasion it's just I just

wish I knew what it was so I can tell

you but otherwise total whole plug put a

girl because they're amazing

and their clothes just make me feel

fantastic so the last day in Paris is

actually my favorite outfit that I wore

this outfit actually took the most

courage for me because I'll start when

you're a bigger girl the last thing you

want to do is make your butt stomach

area bigger and that's kind of what

jewels skirts do is they really poop out

there and so I saw this outfit possibly

the same mailer as that peachy melon

dress so it was their tulle skirt paired

with the I'm a keeper v-neck t-shirt it

looked beautiful on the model and I

really loved the way it looked on me but

it was hard to go out and be like this

outfit called attention to you keeping

in line with the you have to wear a

scarf over with every outfit I found

this beautiful super soft silky

delicious

start in the galleries of Lafayette the

major department store have the

Nordstrom Neiman Marcus II goodness of

France and so when I thought I was good

together and I was leaving those I was

like this outfit screams look at me

which can be a hard thing to do I have

you know really bright colored hair and

switching from having brown hair for so

long to having bright hair I wasn't used

to or expecting how much attention hair

would get me so when you pair bright

purple pink peach hair with a peach

tulle skirt or a blush tulle skirt and a

blush scarf you're gonna get a lot of

looks no matter what your body type is

so this outfit really calls for me to be

feeling myself to be loving myself and I

totally was and you can see by this

little shoot that my husband took for me

in the parish a cemetery surrounded by

great stone because I'm a weirdo I was

really just feeling the light ends of

everything and just I love you photos I

love this outfit but I think is the

first time in France that I felt looked

at and I don't think it had to do with

my side and head due to the fact this

one else in the Bart the BART oh

everyone else on the Metro was in dark

kind of you know bundled up clothing cuz

we've had several days

the brain in high air I am in this tulle

skirt

did have my motorcycle jacket with me so

I wasn't totally breathing but as the

Canadians we met at the cemetery it were

like aren't too cold even the Bay Area

it's got to get pretty cold for me to

feel cold because I'm going to wear a

skirt as often as I can so it was a

little cool it was this outfit made them

better for like more may than April but

I felt beautiful I loved it I felt so

Parisian I felt like I belonged it was

just it's just my favorite favorite

outfit um I'll both the skirt and the

top are still available on Torres so if

you want to feel like a fairy goddess I

highly recommend this outfit I hover the

jib I learned I cared more about how my

body looked and the people around me I

got tons of compliments on out that they

wore I got compliments on my hair

because colored hair is just not quite

as popular or just as done over there so

Evelyn was just marveling at having you

know peach colored hair I got

compliments on my accent and how well I

spoke never did I get side eye for my

body never did I get anything never day

when maybe feel like I was taking it too

much room on the metro it was all in my

head and that's the most important thing

if you want to go somewhere as long as

you love yourself people are going to

love you back

and if you're worried about how you're

being besieged you're not enjoying your

moment and so all I can leave my

experience is once I let go worrying

what people thought of my body I had an

even better time you know I enjoyed my

boat even when I was a little concerned

because I was still dressing up in ways

that made me feel beautiful and so I

made sure I didn't hide myself and that

was my promise myself but even if I felt

out of place I was still going to be

wearing and presenting myself as

beautiful as I know I am and so I don't

really want to leave you guys with that

that you're going to go in place and

you've heard things people tell you you

can't look a certain way or dress a

certain way ignore it we saw so many

tourists we

so women who were way bigger than me

away smaller than me and no one cared

because everyone was enjoying this

beautiful city and the history and the

food and the wine and it's just an

amazing place if you want to travel

travel don't let your perceptions of

your body hold you back so great big

world out there and you're going to find

so many beautiful things and you're

going to be a beautiful thing in that

place to just remember enjoy see the

world I don't know we're going to start

Clif High Update The Global Financial System Reset - Duration: 3:51.

Clif High Update - "The Global Financial System Reset is Happening Now "

The Global Financial System Reset is Happening Now

As we are all too clearly aware, the financial system of the planet is flawed.

The flaw has reached the point of ongoing failure.

For years now, the creeping corrosion has led the mass consciousness into anticipation

of what has come to be termed 'the global reset'.

Those who considered the idea of a global financial system reset have speculated that

we would be seeing a 'New Brenton Woods', and likely subsequent announcement by the

G7 at some theatrically appropriate setting.

It was not destined to happen that way.

In fact, the global financial system reset is happening now, started in earnest in January

of this year, and is picking up pace.

There will be no G7 announcement that is meaningful.

By the time of any formal proclamation by the global political figureheads, the reset

will be nearly global, and an emergent reality.

Indeed, by the time that the G7 figureheads are even made aware of the reset, it will

be complete.

We are doing it this time.

We the people.

Not the central governments thinking themselves to be authorities.

This global financial reset is occurring during, and as part of the rise of global populism.

As an expression of that populism, control of money has been taken away from those who

have proven themselves flawed in their thinking and character.

It's not Nesara.

It's not giant hidden caches of gold.

It's happening right now, as you are reading these words!

No government can stop it.

No government can control it.

No CFR can manipulate it.

No fake news can spin it.

No Illuminati mind fuck can hide it.

The global financial reset is happening now.

It's here!

They, TPTB, the 'ruling elite' have reason to fear.

Their world crumbles beneath their feet as ours rises.

They, TPTB have reason to fear.

Antarctica is next!

Restoring & Relaxing Yoga Routine - Tight Butt & Flat Abs Program - Day 14 - Duration: 20:58.

(lively acoustic strumming)

- Hi, welcome to GymRa, my name is Laura,

and today we're gonna do a nice,

easy, relaxing, restorative stretch.

So, start on your backs.

Lay it on down.

(lively, calming music)

Let the back of your head get heavy so your neck is relaxed.

Cross your right ankle over your left thigh.

And then from here, take your arms out like a T.

Keep the back of the shoulders down,

and lower your knees to the right and to the left,

just giving it a nice, easy rock side to side.

Little twisting action.

Try and keep those shoulders still,

so that the action is happening from the navel down.

Next time you come through center,

hold it right here through center.

Hold on to the back of your left thigh

and hug those knees in towards your chest,

and try and get the back of the head heavy,

shoulders are relaxed, right?

So if you're kinda curling up,

and you're finding this to be difficult to hold

on to the legs, just maybe put a towel

or a blanket or something underneath your head.

And then just take one more deep breath.

Alright, slowly release.

Let the left foot come down.

Then uncross the leg.

Left ankle over right thigh.

Take the arms out like a T, keep those shoulders heavy,

and just shimmy the hips right and left.

So the right hip lifts, and the left hip lifts.

Just getting a little twisting action through the spine.

Nice little hip opening.

This should just feel pretty good.

(lively, calming music)

And then the next time you come

through center, hold it there.

Hold on to the right thigh this time.

Hug the knees in.

Once again, head is heavy, neck is relaxed.

Any of that stress, that tension that you're holding

onto from the day, from the week,

anything that's going on, you just exhale and let it go.

(lively, calming music)

Maybe holding on to the shin if you did on the first side.

And just start to focus on taking deeper breaths.

So the breath is really important.

If you're holding your breath or taking short breaths,

right, your body's getting the signal

that it's not safe and it needs to tighten up

and stress out, so if we can just take deeper breaths,

you'll find a nice, deep stretch,

and your body'll start to relax more.

Lower your right foot, uncross the leg.

Hug your right knee back in to your chest.

Now watch this little trick,

'cause it's a game changer for this twist.

Instead of just lowering the knee right across

from this position, scoot your butt over

to the right a little bit, so towards the bent knee,

and come on to your outer left hip.

From there, straighten your leg and now

take the knee across for the twist.

So I'm looking for a straighter line

instead of having the body be at a diagonal.

Once again, back of the head heavy.

With your exhales, you're getting the shoulders heavier,

and you can even just close your eyes.

(lively, calming acoustic music)

And I challenge you to maybe even try and do this video

without looking at your phone or Facebook.

Just tuning in to your body, to your breath.

Alright, come on all the way back up through center

and scoot that butt through center.

Switch, hug that left knee and give it a squeeze,

maybe get a little glut stretch on the left side.

Now once again, left arm out to the left.

Do that little butt scoot over to the bent knee side,

left knee side, straighten right leg,

and take it across.

(lively, calming acoustic music)

See if you can make the exhales a little bit longer.

So I compare it to a glass of your favorite beverage.

Right, so if you want a full refill

of your favorite coffee or water or something on ice,

whatever you like, you gotta finish

and empty out the glass first.

It's the same with the breath.

Right, so if you empty out and let all the breath move out,

and get a nice, full exhale.

Naturally you'll get a nice, big refill, nice big inhale.

Come on all the way back through center.

One more on your back.

Bring the right knee in towards your chest.

Hold on behind the right leg.

Right, and if this isn't available,

you can use a strap or a towel, or a t-shirt or something,

and hook it around the bottom of your right foot.

Otherwise, just straighten your right leg

as much as is available for you.

Once again, maybe the shoulders might curl up

and the neck might get all off.

See if you can relax the shoulders down

even if it means bending your knee a little bit, right.

Energize the leg.

And what you're gonna do is you're gonna pull the leg in,

and at the same time, press your leg into your hands.

Create a little resistance there.

You might stay with the left knee bent

or last few breaths, straighten your left leg.

Shoulders relaxed.

Give me those nice, long exhales.

(lively, calming acoustic music)

Alright, bend the knee.

Lower it down, and switch.

Hold on behind the left thigh.

Re-soften through the upper body,

and work towards straight legs.

We're working towards a straight leg,

it does not have to be perfectly straight.

And again, press your leg into your hands,

and pull the leg back towards you at the same time.

And maybe straighten the right leg

if you did on the first side.

Let the back of your hips be heavy.

Right, so if your knee is bent and your butt's curling

off the ground, see if you can get

the back of the hips heavy.

Once again, even if you have to bend the knee,

getting a nice, long spine.

(lively, calming music)

Alright, bend the knee, lower it down.

Roll onto your side, and come on all the way

up to all fours, and from all fours,

we're gonna work Lizard, which is a great stretch

for your quadriceps, your hip flexors.

So step your right foot outside your right hand.

Now some of us are just gonna stay right here,

and this is gonna be plenty, okay?

If it's available, you can come onto your elbows

or you can prop yourself up on a block

or something like that.

If when you do that, your back rounds like this, right,

then you may as well just stay up with a nice, long spine.

You got about 30 more seconds.

Breathe into the left hip.

Some of us are gonna feel it in the hip.

Some of us are gonna feel it in the inner thigh,

and then some of us'll feel it through the top

of the back leg.

(lively, calming music)

And once again, if you take those deeper breaths,

your body's gonna get the message that it's safe,

and that it's okay, and it can open and relax and stretch.

Come on back up on to your hands.

Push back to all fours, and we'll just switch.

Bring the other foot forward outside the hand.

And what I find interesting is not to maybe go

into the deepest version of the stretch right away.

Right, you noticed I stayed on my hands for a little bit?

So once again, your body, if you go right into

a really deep stretch, your body might tighten up,

'cause it starts to freak out.

Right, so it's gonna protect itself.

So if you stay, kind of pulling back a little bit,

and breathe, your body's like, "Oh, okay, I'm safe.

"I can open up a little bit more."

And maybe or maybe not, you come onto the forearms.

Maybe it's not today.

Maybe it's not next month, it might be in a couple years.

It's okay, just breathing and practicing patience.

(laughing)

I know that's hard for me.

(lively, calming music)

Final few breaths here and once again,

see if you can take kind of that rounding out of your back

that we do all day at our desks and driving,

and gently drawing the chest forward and find some length.

(lively, calming music)

Press yourself back up onto your hands,

and just stay right here.

We're actually gonna transition

into our next pose from here.

Curl your back toes under, lift the knee.

Crawl your hands towards the center,

and the outer edges of your feet are gonna be parallel.

Now you may absolutely bend your knees

or you can work with straight legs, either way,

and we are just gonna hang for one minute, okay?

Now if you're feeling really stuck,

like if you're up here and you can't go anywhere,

one thing is you could bring your feet

a little further apart.

And that could give you a little more movement.

As long as it's okay and you don't feel

like you're gonna fall.

Or you could place your hands on blocks,

and then the last thing you might wanna try doing

is if you're feeling stuck,

is just bending the knees a little bit,

'cause I want your neck to be pretty relaxed.

The head's just hanging.

It's really nice to get yourself upside down sometimes,

especially if you're feeling tired in the middle of the day.

Just find somewhere, a back closet in your office

and just hang for a minute.

(lively, calming music)

Final two full exhales.

(lively, calming music)

Alright, and then crawl yourself back towards that foot.

Step it back.

Okay, this is everyone's favorite,

and it's called Happy Frog, so embody your inner happy frog.

(laughing)

Alright, so on your knees, you might want to pad up

your knees with a towel or blankets or something.

Crawl your hands out far enough

that your shoulders are over your wrists,

and your hips are in line with your knees.

It's not Child's pose,

it's a little different than Child's pose.

Okay, now my ankles are right behind my knees,

so once again, my feet aren't all the way together.

My feet are wide apart, okay?

Flexed ankles.

Now you can stay here.

If you want a deeper stretch, you crawl, crawl,

crawl those knees apart.

I know you're gonna do this at all your parties,

it's a great party trick for your friends, Happy Frog,

and you may or may not come down on to your elbows.

So this is a great stretch for the inner thighs,

this is a hard area to hit,

and I know you might feel like I'm torturing you right now,

and it's anything but a happy frog.

(laughing)

Just do your best to breathe through it.

And again, if it's too much, just bring the knees

a little closer together.

Re-check in, are your hips in line with your knees,

and not really far forward or too far back?

And then my ankles are right behind the knees.

And once again, I'm trying not to round my back.

I'm trying to find that nice long spine.

(lively, calming music) (deep breathing)

Take those good, long breaths.

Okay, eight more seconds, I promise.

(laughing)

(lively, calming music)

Alright, come on out on to your hands,

carefully crawl those knees all the way back together.

Thank goodness, right?

And then come on to your stomach.

So stretching the front of the thighs,

the quads, the hip flexors get really tight,

once again from sitting all day long

and if you're a runner or you do a lot of cycling,

the front of the thighs get super tight.

So I'm just gonna bend my right knee,

reach back and find the foot.

Then rest my head down on the forearm.

And what might happen is this hip wants to lift.

Right, so see if you can even out the weight

between the right and left hip, and let the neck relax.

Press your hips gently into the ground.

If you want a little more, you can prop yourself

up on to your forearm, shoulder over elbow.

Make sure you can breathe and that you're not

pushing into your low back.

I actually want you drawing out of your low back.

Last few breaths, you might gently hold the foot

towards your outer hip.

You can even switch the grip to do that.

Slowly release the back leg, and we'll switch.

So bend the other knee in, reach back,

same hand to same foot.

Once again, option one would just be

to rest your forehead down.

If you're doing this after a hard workout

or a really long day, this might be perfect

to stay here, evening out the weight between your hips.

Next option would be to come up on to the forearm.

Shoulder stacked over your elbow.

And once again, I don't wanna push into my low back.

Alright, I want to pull out of the low back

so my spine is long and happy.

Okay, final option will be to stay wherever you are,

and appreciate what you got,

or gently pull the foot towards the outer hip.

We don't want to cross it over.

I want you pulling towards the outer hip.

(soft music)

Okay, good work.

Slowly release.

One of my favorite stretches,

I don't think I've met anyone who doesn't like this one.

So, you lay onto your stomach.

Stretch your right arm straight out to the right

in line with your shoulder.

Look towards the bent elbow over here.

Right, so my right cheek is on the ground,

and my right arm is extended out.

Slowly you'll roll on to your right side.

Okay, so this is a stretch for the shoulder, the pecks,

the front of the shoulder.

Now if this is too much, you've got shoulder stuff going on,

I call this the snuggling variation.

You'll bring the top knee on the ground in front of you.

Little more gentle.

If you want a little bit more,

you can stay here or you bend the top knee

and put the foot on the ground behind you.

I want your head down and the neck relaxed,

so once again if that's not available,

you find a blanket and put that underneath your head.

(soft electronic music)

Remember I need those nice, full exhales,

so you empty that glass out completely

so you can get a nice, big, fresh refill.

Come on back through center and we're just gonna switch.

Left arm out to the left.

Right hand by your chest.

Put your left cheek on the ground.

Slowly, carefully roll onto your side.

Okay, so you got the snuggle variation

with the top knee down.

Or stack the feet, only if it's okay with your shoulders,

right, we don't wanna injure ourselves here.

You'll place the right foot on the ground behind you.

(lively, calming music)

Once again, see if you can let that neck relax a little bit.

You might even get a stretch through the side of your neck.

You might even be feeling something through the hips here.

(deep breathing)

So especially if you sit at a desk all day,

or you're driving a lot, on your phone,

if you're a human being,

this is a really good one to do.

Slowly come on all the way back through center.

Go nice and slow and careful with it.

Place your hands by your side.

Final one here, right side and left side, it's Pigeon,

and it's one of my favorites for the hips, right,

those hips get so tight.

So, from all fours, slide your right knee forward

towards your right wrist.

Okay, and then I shimmy, shimmy, shimmy that foot forward.

So now my shin's at an angle.

Slowly, go slow, slide that left knee, leg back, okay?

So I don't want to be feeling the stretch through my knee.

I want it in my hips and in my outer thigh.

Now we can stay here, go slow, remember.

Maybe come on to the elbows.

Once again, I'm trying to keep that nice long spine

instead of really curling away, right?

I want to lengthen.

And once again, if you just kind of ease into it,

your body's getting that message, it's safe, it's okay,

that it can start to open up.

Final few breaths if you want to crawl the hands out

and even bring your chest down, forehead down.

(lively, calming music)

Alright, come on back.

Now be very careful with your exit.

I don't want you to hurt your knee.

So curl your back toe under.

Push down.

Now you can round your back a little bit,

and just slowly come back.

Second side, left knee forward.

Shimmy, shimmy, shimmy, and you can use

your hand to pull it, that foot,

so the shin's at an angle.

Slide your right foot back, and just go slow with it, right?

And kinda actually feel what's happening

instead of just wanting to jam yourself into a position.

(lively, calming music)

So you can stay here.

Maybe come onto the elbows.

So if you don't feel much of a stretch,

you bring this foot further forward.

If you're feeling too much,

you bring the front foot further back.

So you just gotta adjust.

And as you do this video over and over again,

you'll start to learn where to put your body

and your limitations, and where you're gonna

get the best stretch through the hip.

Final few breaths.

Maybe crawl the hands out,

and once again, let the chest and the belly

ease on down, forehead to the ground,

maybe or maybe not.

(lively, calming music)

Careful with the exit.

Push down to lift up and slide it back, Child's pose.

Feet together, knees apart.

Sit your hips back any amount,

and forehead to the ground.

And I will see you next time.

Namaste.

(lively acoustic strumming)
