really junk bad drunk food you would

resort to that automatically so having a

plan in advance of stuff that's going to

lift your spirit and lift you mood is

really useful and I've got a sample of

what I've got in mind and my little bag

here and I've got a book of um positive

quotes and positive affirmations I got

some scented candles smelling beautiful

only a pound from Ikea essential

oils lavender oil

a journal we can write soft a journal we

can write stuff down or your aggravation

all these stress just get it down on

paper

I'm finally gonna have some chocolate

some dark chocolate okay hope you enjoy
