Waching daily May 29 2017

I did a video a few months ago when we first hired

our sales team about how we manage them,

check that out below.

In this video, I wanna update,

because we just hired a new sales guy, Billy.

And I wanna talk about how we're onboarding him,

and the learnings from onboarding the last sales team.

So the first thing I set up with Billy

are Daily One on Ones.

For Billy and with our account manager Lael,

what was extremely important was having daily check-ins,

15, 20 minute calls where we just talk about

what's going on what they're doing in their day,

and I answer any questions.

Similar to how our one on one's are structured

which I'll talk about in a second.

So on these daily check-ins, normally I'll call Billy

or when Lael was getting on boarded as our account manager,

I'll call him and we'll have a 15 to 20 minute talk

sometimes it's less, sometimes it's a little longer,

about what they're doing, how they're playing their day out,

and if they have any questions

I'll answer them at that time.

I'm also on chat and all those other channels,

but this call is where I do most of my

communication with the employee in the first couple weeks.

A few months ago, somebody called my management style

Laissez-Faire which basically means

I'm pretty hands off as long as people get their work done,

I don't really care about micro-managing them.

Robert, my co-founder is very different,

he's very hands on, he runs these dashboards

and all the stuff that I've shown you in previous videos.

But I'm more of a hands off guy as long as you

are getting the work done it's fine,

and we'll talk about that and get them ramped up

in these first two weeks.

Point two is set clear goals.

For Lael the account manager we hired,

his goal was to meet with all accounts

in the first two weeks and get a read on how we're doing.

For Billy his goal is 8 to 12 meetings

a week with new business clients for experiment 27.

Very simple goal, that somebody working

a decent number of hours that should be able to pull off.

Once he starts booking those meetings consistently,

that's the lead measure,

as I've talked about in a bunch of other videos,

but the lag measure is going to be closes.

So eventually he'll have a close goal

let's say it's four or five clients every month

that he's supposed to close.

And then finally once the employee's onboarded

I move to weekly check-ins.

We have a sales meeting on Mondays

and I did a video on how we run that sales meeting,

we're still basically running it the same way,

and when Billy's fully onboarded,

it'll be me, Robert, and Billy in that sales meeting

talking about how everything is going at the company.

One thing that I found extremely important

when it comes to sales teams,

it's very important to actually check their work.

Something that I haven't been too good at in the past.

And it leads to slight under performance.

Robert's amazing at this, that's why he runs production,

right now our guys are always on point.

But when I was more hands on running sales,

our guys did start to lag a little bit

in terms of their production and it was because

of that lack of hands on sales management.

So what I'm actually gonna do,

or what I'm planning to do is hire a

Senior Sales guy on a consulting bases.

And if that experiment works,

I'll let you know how it goes on this channel.

That's how we're onboarding Billy,

that's how we onboarded out account manager Lael.

Do you have any other questions on management,

or onboarding new employees?

If you do, leave them down in the comments

I would love to answer them.

Rockaway Surfer's Unexpected Thriving Food Culture || Food/Groups Surfers Gotta Eat - Duration: 7:42.

It's morning in the Rockaways.

This sliver of sleepy beachfront neighborhoods is officially a part of New York City

even though it's an hour outside of Manhattan by subway.

Actually, if you listen close you can hear the jets flying into JFK.

This is where New York City meets the Atlantic Ocean.

Which is why, if you see someone waking up early, tossing on a suit,

grabbing a bag, and running out the door, they're probably not headed to an office.

They're headed to the beach. The suit is a wetsuit.

This is a surfing joke.

The Rockaways is home to New York City's only year-round surf community.

And just like the other 8 million people who call this place home,

Rockaway surfers love to eat and well.

Today we're meeting up with some born and raised Rockaway surfers,

Mike Reinhardt and Mike Kololyan.

They're actually in the water right now.

But before we go down to the beach, I need another cup of coffee.

'Cause it's like, 7 o'clock in the morning.

My name is Tracy Obolsky and we're at Rockaway Beach Bakery.

So I was a pastry chef in Manhattan for 9-10 years and

as much as I love the hustle and bustle, it got really old

and I just kind of got burnt out from all of it.

Working in sunlight is a new thing for you.

It is - it's a new wonderful thing and my skin loves it.

I'm closed Mondays. So Monday has been my surfing day.

Even if it sucks, I'll paddle out. You know, whether I get thrown around or not, it's still just better to get out there.

Here you are with the ham and swiss everything croissant.

This is the thing. This is the thing that I can't make enough of.

They just fly off the shelves.

"You got the ham and the cheese thing?" I'm like, "Yeah, I got the ham and the cheese thing."

In the culinary world, you have to really love what you do to do it.

'Cause it's not easy. And the same thing with surfing.

It's not easy, you really have to keep at it and put some dedication and commitment.

It is still the beach, and everyone's still gonna be in flip flops

and sneakers and have that kind of laid-back attitude.

It's a small peninsula, but we don't really have that much out here.

So I think there's a little slice for everybody to go around and showcase what they do.

Oh, me? To come in? I don't surf.

But let's meet up at Surf Club later!

You guys want to meet at Surf Club?

That subway is the A Train. People forget that Rockaway Beach is a part of New York City.

We are a beach town and we do have that tight-knit beach town vibe, but you know, it's pretty urban.

My name is Mike Reinhardt, aka "Blonde Mike", co-owner of Locals Surf School.

I'm Mike Kololyan, and I'm "Brown Mike".

Today, we're at the Rockaway Beach Surf Club, it's one of our favorite local hangouts.

This is practically my second home. I walk in and I'm like 'Aw, sh*t they see me again here.'

I took the liberty of ordering a feast for us, guys.

I got three types of tacos, we got the fish tacos, we got the tofu, and we got chorizo.

We bring our students here all the time after every lesson, it's routine you know.

They come out for a surf lesson, they get that experience, and then it's like 'Ok, what next'.

Well you gotta come to the Rockaway Beach Surf Club,

just to celebrate Rockaways and surf culture, and everything, the locals and Rockaway Beach.

We were born here, he's got strong family ties here, my family has been here over 100 years.

You know, we're from the neighborhood and we grew up here.

People think of surfing like Australia, Hawaii, Indonesia, California, whatever.

But it does get really good here, you just gotta be committed, you have to be willing to be on it, watch the forecast.

Whether it's a hurricane or blizzard, we're always out there.

This is New York City, it's a melting pot...plenty of cool ideas coming into the Rockaways,

and then developing and mixing into surf culture ideas.

Business owners like us, and restaurant owners, they have to try harder to make a bigger impact.

It's important that people keep it fresh and vary what they're doing and everyone succeeds

as a whole because there are more people coming to check out all the different things that Rockaway has to offer.

So if I'm going for tacos, I come to Tacoway Beach here at the Rockaway Beach Surf Club. I know that part.

I've heard that there's some food that's not typical beach food, where should I go for some of that?

Uma's up the block. Uzbekistani food, you'd never expect it for a beach community, but somehow it works and it's pretty good.

I'm Crazy Legs Conti,

I'm mostly known as a competitive eater, particularly in Coney Island, the Nathan's Hotdog contest.

I've been coming out to the Rockaways the last couple summers.

Even if I was bartending in the city, I'd close the bar at 4 AM, and then I would hop on the train,

come out, sleep a couple hours, and then spend the next night out here, usually barbecuing.

I have lots of friends out here who are here year-round in the surf community.

And the place has a real sense of community, whether it's because they've weathered Hurricane Sandy

or because surfing is such a cult-like activity that involves dedication,

I've noticed that the food establishments that have popped up are as equally dedicated and unique.

They want to be a destination where, you're not going to have a forgettable meal in the Rockaways.

Surfing and drowning look the same when I do them.

It's like, I'm just flopping around. Very difficult, hard on the system.

But I think, surfers go out early in the morning. It's a return to the womb.

It's like the ocean, and mother nature, but it's also incredibly cold out there.

The dumplings here are the allegory for me.

So like, the pelmeni, these are just warmth and heartwarming and they bring you to life.

Yeah, these are really good. These are expertly seasoned, you get this almost like fresh-cut grass, and beautiful dill.

- One of the things, like when you come out and like 'Oh, Uma's got great dumplings, oh I know dumplings',

well a lot of people think of potstickers, like pan-fried dumplings or even shumai, or whatever,

for people who aren't familiar with anything beyond Chinese-style dumplings, this is like a whole revelation.

When you're here, you understand that this is the way it's been prepared for thousands of years,

and this is the way you're supposed to enjoy it.

Have you seen them when they make the hand-pulled noodle?

It's a mathematical improbability.

They start with this lump of dough, and what looks to be this game of cat's cradle.

Somehow they're able to separate it into a recognizable pasta form.

Which I find amazing.

Really vegetative and elemental and earthy...yeah this is perhaps the perfect dish.

-It's amazing that the community is able to sort of like patronize these places

and keep them going through what would otherwise be a very down time.

There's a comraderie that exists in the Rockaways between

businesses and business owners where everyone wants success for eachother,

and that's also kind of a rarity.

Obviously being exposed to the elements, Hurricane Sandy was a terrible calamity,

and caused a huge amount of damage,

but the way that the community rebounded, the way that people volunteered,

the way that people felt part of something bigger,

so I think what you're getting is, you're getting something authentic.

Not everyone can afford to even visit the Hamptons.

But everyone who can afford a Subway fare can come to the Rockaways.

People of every race and color, it's accessible.

It's a way that, even if you're in the city, in the Bronx, you're in Brooklyn,

you can come to the Rockaways and feel like this is what the beach is supposed to be like.

5 Signs you are an Ambivert Someone Who Is Both Introverted & Ex - Duration: 4:09.

5 Signs you are an Ambivert: Someone Who Is Both Introverted & Extroverted

An introvert is someone who would rather spend their days inside and by themselves, while

an extrovert would rather go hang out with their friends in the sun.

You might be familiar with the terms extrovert and introvert.

Introverted people like to be by themselves and typically inside.

They enjoy cozy days playing video games and watching movies.

Extroverted people perceive this as pure torture.

They are easily bored, and cannot stand being by themselves.

They enjoy spending days with their friends at a social event.

However, what if you enjoy doing both of these things?

Some people cannot simply be classified into these two groups because their interests vary.

These people are called ambiverts.

Ambiverts share traits from both introverts and extroverts.

They dont mind socializing and being in public, but theyre not the ones to start

a conversation with a stranger.

They are usually happy to meet new people, but they can be discomforted by doing it alone.

They dont mind being introduced to new people with their friends, but they hate being

there by themselves.

Ambiverts take part in conversations scarcely unless it is a topic of interest.

If they can relate to it, they will be more than happy to go into great detail about it.

If you can relate to these things you very well might be an ambivert yourself.

Here are 5 Signs that Youre an Ambivert

Spending too much time with others can be completely exhausting an ambivert has

to have their alone time and can be easily exhausted from long social events.

Asserting Yourself can Be Difficult ambiverts have a lot of trouble confronting others and

asserting themselves.

Often times confrontation is their worst nightmare.

You can have fun for hours, but can easily lose interest ambiverts might go out often

and stay there for hours.

However, they might suddenly lose interest and want nothing more than to go home.

You relate to both introverts and extroverts when youre reading about extroverts

and introverts you have trouble associating yourself to one of them because you share

traits with both.

Your friends often disagree with whether youre an extrovert or an introvert this is a

very positive sign that you are an ambivert.

Sometimes your friends just cant decide.

Probably because you share traits

with both.

SEVENTEEN - DON'T WANNA CRY MV REACTION - Duration: 6:13.

Hello everyone

After a long long time we're back!

We're gonna react to the videos that we've missed

Asena please don't look at at me like that

Yeah! I'm under pressure right now

I'm not. I was born for this

We're going to react to Seventeen's... what was it? We're going to react to Seventeen's Don't Wanna Cry

We're going to start it

She looks like the girl from Bolbbalgan4

It's so... interesting

The build up

Woah

It's beautiful

It's great

Hoshi?

The choreo looks good

His voice is amazing

The beat is really well made

It's coming

The build up is really nice right?

Yeah

They skipped a beat

Yeah

I really liked the song

The song changed its style, it started like a ballad and now it's techno

I really like song like this

It's not like rushed or someting

It sounds like recent American musics

Right?

They pulled off

They pulled it off the recent trend

And they use this sound really often

What we heard in Ed Sheeran's song or Winner's Really Really

And with this kind of a song we can hear their vocals clearly

I wonder if there's a rap part

The choreo is... They're really good dancers

The MV is eye pleasing too

This beat... i really hear it often.

Someone mentioned before that a beat or an instrument would go viral and everyone will use it

I really like their style too

You're mentioning about the high pitched tune right?

Yeah yeah

They are REALLY good dancers!

They do it all at the same time

They're really well synchronised

It must be hard with 13 person

Did Seventeen recently go to the States?

For the MV?

Nope. Before the MV recording, they went to the States for training or something like that right?

1TheK kkkk

I don't know about it...

Looks like the MV had filmed in States.

Ulgo sipji anha means i don't wanna cry right? Oh of course it means that...

We didn't hear too many English words right?

Yup.

Good job.

Well done!

I really liked the dance group's last song too

SF9?

I was trying to say.... i meant the Seventeen's...

Seventeen's dance unit.

Oh okay.

Their last song was really good with EDM and stuff

They changed their style

Seventeen's style was like the cute colorful concept that we saw in girl groups

Yeah their previous songs were like that

Now it's more like American music

It's like they're more mature now

I really like te fact that kpop always manages to bring up multiple genres together.

We didn't see it in this too much but it was really good too.

But it started like a ballad and then...

But that was only it. For example in YG's songs we heard irrelevant genres together and it sounds great

And you feel like 'What the hell?'

Yeah they sound good.

And all of them have rap parts so they had to do it.

In this song they didn't give rappers too much part. Cause usually they cut the songs for the rap parts.

Yeah rappers have small parts in this.

Their dance was like... They were well synchronised and their moves were smooth.

I really like the move where they look at the same direction like this

I really like the fact that modern dance was a part of the choreo.

Yeah we liked it. They're improving themsselves we hope it'll continue like that.

We love Seventeen:

Let's end it then.

Thank you for watching

Don't forget to like, comm-

I thought we'll go in order

I'm the last!!

Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe!

And don't forget to check out our instagram and twitter page!

Bye~~

Dark Subliminal Suggestions - Duration: 6:11.

Dark Subliminal Suggestions

by Pao Chang

In order to understand the System of Programming and Control and even more so, how to escape

the Matrix you have to understand the power of subliminal suggestion.

The world is full of dark and negative subliminal suggestions designed to influence your attitudes

and inner feelings and therefore your actions.

Thats how programming and control works.

Its the constant subliminal drip-feed of fear, negativity, and the rigid intellectual

opinions of the world around you all designed to influence your conscious and subconscious

human mind.

There is no way to maintain the quality of your own consciousness without being able

to neutralize the dark and negative subliminal suggestions of the outside world.

You have to be able to neutralize the messages of fear, negativity, and the rigid intellectual

opinions of the world that disempower you and counter them with opposite messages

that empower you.

You also have to understand that negative subliminal suggestions may not necessarily

sound negative.

Positive-sounding messages can conceal dark motives and agendas.

Programming is a very clever and deceptive thing.

Things are not always what they seem.

Many things are the exact opposite of what they seem.

So, you have to be clever and perceptive.

You have to look past the positive and negative sound of things to perceive the hidden agenda

behind things.

You have to remember that the world of ego is the facade of the White Shadow, and you

have to look beyond that facade to perceive what is real, what is not, and who is telling

lies.

The world of ego uses positive-sounding messages to gain your allegiance and support.

But using positive-sounding ideologies to achieve dark economic, personal, or political

agendas is still a negative thing.

Its called brainwashing and manufacturing consent.

Its called a con-job.

And the world uses negative-sounding messages to gain your allegiance and support

by inducing fear and then selling you solutions and the Illusions of Security.

The backside agenda is always control, greed, and profit all at the expense of your

liberation.

And while you may think that these dark subliminal suggestions come only from corporations, institutions,

and political agendas through advertising, media, and the mainstream news the reality

is that the dark subliminal suggestions of fear, negativity, and rigid intellectual opinions

come through the very mouths of the people around you.

Because even if you are wise enough to turn off the television, it doesnt necessarily

mean that your family, friends, and co-workers are.

Just because you discipline your own emotion and mind doesnt mean the world around

you does.

Just because you neutralize your own shadow traits doesnt mean that anyone else

does.

This world has very little discipline and even less perception of these things.

And just because you may have no hidden agenda doesnt necessarily mean that others

do not.

The world is born into the System of Programming and Control the Evolutionary Path of Ego

and the Rigid Human Intellect and the world is raised to sustain that system oblivious

to the fact that it even exists.

The world is living in an illusion.

And people are so accustomed to the Illusion, that they will fight and die to protect the

Program.

Every single person that you see is a potential Agent of that System because every single

person that you see is influenced by that System.

The System breeds servants, dominates the collective human consciousness, and becomes

a self-regulating and self-sustaining program executed by the very people within it.

You have to look at people with a soft eye.

You cant judge people too harshly, otherwise you are just projecting your own darkness

upon them.

If you fall into anger, fear, negativity, or rigid intellectual opinions then you

are the System of Programming and Control itself which is exactly what the system

wants minions.

But you do have to pay attention to what people are doing and saying, so that you can neutralize

potential dark influences.

And you have to be able to do it silently within your own mind, so that you dont

create conflict with others because people think that their fear, negativity, and rigid

intellectual opinions are normal.

And the ego considers anything that contradicts it to be an attack.

I'm a stubborn person who just believes when seeing things first-hand

One day, getting a money note from a Saint, I said:

- I hear: your temple is very sacred

If I win a lottery today, I will believe it

That night, I dreamed of the Saint asking:

- Did you win the lottery?

- Yes, Master

It was so exact...hihi

- So you turned into a gambler?

What about me changing into a "gambling helper"?

- I don't dare

- If it's not that, so you want to challenge me

- No, I don't dare

- You are rather bold

- No, I don't dare. Please pardon me.

- You cheeky! Wanna be punished?

No, it's just that you told me to preach others

- Then?

- I just can do that only if

I am a true believer

Please pardon me

- You are so wily. Next time, I will not forgive you

- Yes, thank you, thank you very much

Terrorists Will Run Like COWARDS After They Hear What General Mattis Told The Troops Today

By Danny Gold

If you are like me, you were just waiting to hear what Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis

had to say about the tragedy in Manchester last week.

Well, the wait is over.

During his commencement speech at West Point today, Mattis made it very clear that there

WILL be consequences for their actions.

He told the new officers,

Manchesters tragic loss underscores the purpose of your years of study and training

at this elite school.

We must never permit murderers to define our time or warp our sense of normal.

This is not normal.

Not just that.

He also made it VERY clear that the days of America standing on the sidelines is over.

The cadets all cheered when General Mattis said,

We Americans are NOT made of Cotton Candy.

So far we have seen the US military perform raids, air strikes, and even drop the Mother

of All Bombs with Mad Dog Mattis in charge.

I bet whatever he has planned ISIS will never forget.

If you wanna see Mattis keep up the great work he has been doing for AT LEAST 7 and

a half more years, show him by getting his message out.

America will win.

Christian a.k.a. CoreanoVlogs from Korea – EF Guest Vlog - Duration: 3:50.

Hello. I'd like to welcome you to Seoul, the capital of South Korea.

My name's Chris.

I'm what you could call a Korean Spanish-speaking vlogger.

I make YouTube videos about my daily life in Spanish.

It's springtime here in Korea. It's also a Sunday. Look at all those flowers!

I'm here as a guest vlogger for EF.

In this video, I'm going to share how Spanish has affected my life and why I love Spanish.

I hope I can put it in such a way that is interesting for you.

I started making YouTube videos about a year and a half ago.

Since I started my channel, a lot of Spanish speakers have started watching my videos.

A lot of things have happened. There was this time I had a fan meeting and 850 people came.

I was also able to make friends there.

I guess I might have also done other cool stuff.

Those are the ways I've been able to apply my Spanish and put it to use, I guess.

I know it's going to be different for every person, like how they apply their Spanish.

I just so happen to use my Spanish skills to make YouTube videos

and share a little bit about my life.

I feel like I should show you that side instead because it looks nicer.

That's it.

Those are some of the things that knowing how to speak Spanish has allowed me to do.

I feel like every person has a different reason for learning Spanish, and I'm sure that

if you're watching this video, you probably have an interest in learning a new language.

With Spanish, you open up yourself to this new little part of the world

that's outside the community of English speakers.

There are, I think, 20 countries that speak Spanish and have it as their official language.

There's even one in Africa.

That goes for whatever you're into, like making YouTube videos,

making new friends, traveling, business perhaps.

I really recommend Spanish. I just really like Spanish.

That's what this video is about – me talking about my love for Spanish.

I hope you enjoyed it. I hope you got something out of it.

If perhaps you have the chance to learn Spanish, that's good.

If you have the chance to learn Spanish in a country that speaks Spanish, even better, I think.

You can get in touch with the culture.

I'll see you around, I guess!

and Fitri will give us questions

If we can answer that time we are allowed to drink

If you can't answer, you can't also drink

Yes, if you can't answer you can't eat!

And then the reason why Fitri are not eating...

Sorry fitri...

I will tell the taste later

For preparing the Ramadhan

It's okay but later after you can eat

First question: why do you want to study in Korea?

We can eat now

Sorry

For me.. i don't have any reason. I just want to

Like when you like someone. No reason

I don't know just like.

If you are asking me about K-Pop. I don't know any actually

How is it the taste? Is it spicy?

compared with the ordinary one...

It's almost same like

Omg. The after effect is...

I am sweating already

Wait until it touched your saliva

I feel hot in my face

How about Fitri (the reason)?

I follow Livi

We didn't know each other that time. How can you follow me?

I also don't have any special reason

If you want to know my real reason...

just watch my introduction video

I deleted it

You deleted it?

I still have (on Youtube)

Do you want to drink already?

Not yet

Tasty but...

Second question

Second question..

How do you think about Korean people?

It's same like Indonesian people

There are kind people there also sucks one...

But the most irritating one is...

Sorry old ladies...

The Old ladies

They are...

Not all of them... Just like 1 or 2 from 10

WHen they are walking they always push people..

Like in subway

They can hit and push us when they are walking.. like we are ghost

And they won't care just push and go..

So like our teacher said, in Korea there are 3 kind of people.. Boys, girls, and Ajumma (old ladies)

No one wants to drink

Maybe drink wind is better

But i think if it was hot it will be spicier

Does Vladimir Putin really own Donald Trump It's more likely - politics - Duration: 5:20.

Does Vladimir Putin really own Donald Trump?

Its more likely than you think

Imagine the moment when Vladimir Putin first learned that his Russian hackers had struck

gold by obtaining the emails of John Podesta, the chairman of Hillary Clintons presidential

campaign.

Shots of vodka all around, singing, dancing and hurling empty glasses into the fireplace.

Then Putin rubs his palms together and begins to scheme: How best to use this information?

One obvious ploy would be to secretly approach Donald Trumps campaign and demand a ransom

in exchange for the public release of Podestas hacked emails.

Imagine the reaction from Trump: Absolutely not!

I would never compromise my honor and integrity.

I would rather lose this election than win in an underhanded manner.

Ha ha ha!

Yeah right.

Trump, of course, would have done anything to have those emails released.

Name your price, would far more likely have been his response.

The Russians would have instructed Trump that all he needed to do was just take a more friendly

position toward Russia.

Do not criticize Russia or Putin, and advocate for better relations between the United States

and Russia.

And once Trump becomes president, he would then need to help lift the sanctions against

Russia for invading Crimea.

Thats it?

Thats all I gotta do? Trump would have exclaimed in delight.

Done!

The art of the deal.

But, of course, there is just one little catch that Trump is too dimwitted to have appreciated.

By collaborating with Russia, he becomes compromised.

Compromising a targeted person is a standard technique employed by the Russian intelligence

agency.

There is even a Russian word for it, Kompromat. Once Russia obtains compromising information,

Russia then exerts control over its target through blackmail.

If the target does not do as Russia instructs, then Russia will disclose the compromising

information to ruin the life of the target.

Trumps situation, the extent of the compromise is enormous.

Russia could easily prove to the world that Trump collaborated with Russia during the

campaign, and this would result in Trumps immediate impeachment.

This means that Putin possesses the power to instantly end Trumps presidency whenever

he pleases.This is tremendous power.

Trump knows full well that if he does not follow Putins orders, then Trumps rule

is over.

And now that Trump is compromised, Putin need not stick to the terms of the original deal.

Instead, Putin is free to make new demands.

In fact, Putin could make any demands his little black heart desires.

Trump has no choice but to obey.

Bam!

Putin owns Trump.

The art of the blunder.

Of course we do not know for certain that this situation transpired.

But it is highly plausible.

If the compromise did in fact occur, this would certainly explain a lot.

It explains the bizarre behavior of Trump steadfastly refusing to criticize Putin or

Russia.

No wonder he cant.

It explains the reasons for the extensive secret contacts between Trump associates and

Russia, and why they have repeatedly lied about it.It explains why the Trump camp seemed

to know in advance exactly when Podestas hacked emails would be released.

It explains why Trump has appointed senior officials who have extensive ties to Russia,

like his now-fired national security adviser, Michael Flynn; the secretary of state, Rex

Tillerson; and the attorney general, Jeff Sessions.

A compromised attorney general is especially notable because this would permit Russian

crime to infiltrate the United States without prosecution.

It also explains the current approach of the FBI in its investigation into Trumps Russian

connections.

The FBI seems to be focused on two suspects: Trumps fired campaign manager, Paul Manafort,

and Flynn.

(As we learned this week, the list may also include Trumps son-in-law, Jared Kushner.)

These two characters are key because if the Russians contacted the Trump campaign with

an offer to collaborate, they may well have communicated through one or both of these

figures due to their pre-existing Russian connections.

The FBI now seems to be squeezing these two men by uncovering unrelated financial crimes

they may have committed, in order to threaten them with lengthy jail sentences unless they

fully disclose all they know about Trumps arrangements with Russia.

The pieces of the puzzle seem to fall into place under the scenario that Trump has been

compromised by Putin.

If Putin has in fact pulled off the caper of the century by compromising the president

of the United States, then Trump, the great dealmaker, will go down in history for

the greatest bungled deal of all time.
