President Trump came into office ready to make the changes needed to help this country.

Most of those changes required undoing all of Obama�s anti-American policies, but Barack

isn�t the only one getting his legacy erased� so is his wife!

Michelle Obama spent years enforcing an initiative aimed at regulating what foods schools could

serve to children in cafeterias.

American children throughout the nation were forced to eat what they referred to as �prison

food�.

School kids tweeted pictures of �soggy rice� and complained that they were forced to go

hungry during their school day.

Well, those days are over and our kids are free to eat lunch again!

President Trump is getting rid of Michelle Obama�s ridiculous regulations and allowing

parents to have a say in what their children eat instead of the Federal government!

Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue unveiled a set of changes to federal school lunch programs

designed to �provide greater flexibility in nutrition requirements� during a visit

Monday to a Virginia school.

President Trump isn�t only saving our children from hunger pangs, he is also saving the taxpayers

some money.

Trump is rolling back a second Michelle Obama program that was wasting serious government

dollars called the �Let Girls Learn� program.

The program was deemed unnecessary and duplicative.

The Federal government already has several programs in place that achieve the same goals

as Michelle�s program that won�t cost taxpayers a fortune.

Michelle Obama spent her husband�s entire presidency on these programs (when she wasn�t

on vacation) and now they are GONE!

Sorry Michelle, but like your husband said�

SHOOT RULE: What to consider? [ENG SUBS] - Nuke Airsoft Austria - Duration: 6:13.

Hello and welcome everybody to another Nuke Airsoft Video

Today we're going to talk about the so called 'Shoot'-Rule

This recent facebook post regarding the 'Shoot'-Rule has sparked a lot discussions and controversy

What can I say opinions were divided and tempers were lost :)

But on a serious note: Let's investigate the so called safety kill rule a bit further

and let's talk about general 'Airsoft-Etiquette'

First things first: A lot of you may know that my local field the 'Airsoftpark Tirol'

has no such thing as a safety kill rule* ... technically

And we recently postet this image of one of our teammates who was shot in the face point blank

asking if this was really nessesary

And this sparked a really intense discussion with lots of different opinions

Everything from: People that don't use the shoot rule shouldn't play airsoft

to: who doesn't use good enough face protection shouldn't play airsoft

Pleas note that this shouldn't be a discussion about right or wrong

and I don't want to criticise anybody's play style

So please don't feel offended!

I think you all know what a 'Safety Kill Rule' is if not here's a short explanation:

If you encounter another player on close range (most of the time anything within 5 Meters)

you shall shout 'Shoot' (or similar)

instead of pulling the trigger

The opponent shall accept the 'Safety Kill' and go back to respawn without further discussion

The sole purpose of this rule is to prevent unnecessary injuries

since everybody is responsible for their individual safety equipment

and not every player is always aware of how important proper safety gear is

Of course the interpretation of this rule varies from airsoft field to airsoft field

My favourite airsoft field for example technically has no such thing as a 'Safety Kill Rule'

however there is a so called 'Shoot-Recomendation'

which urges players to use their common sense

'If somebody puts his gun to your head from point blank range and yells SHOOT'

'then you say thanks and leave the field without discussion'

That's how it is practiced in the Airsoftpark Tirol! Some people like it some don't!

Of course airsoft is kind of a 'contact sport' where people get hurt sometimes

but since every player is responsible on his own for his safety gear

filed owner need to find a suitable compromise for everyone: The 'Safety-Kill' Rule

Now there are always people saying: stop crying around

if you don't want pain then don't play airsoft!

But I honestly think that airsoft should be for everyone and just because I don't mind getting shot point blank

I can't expect everyone else to think the same!

Now here's the main message I want to spread:

I want to appeal to your attitude as an airsoft player

especially if you're playing on a field that doesen't have a 'Shoot-Rule':

Ask yourself before you start playing:

'Would I want to get shot with my own gun at point blank range?'

Then take a look around on the field and look at all the other player's gear and ask yourself:

If I had to wear the facepro of the guy/girl next to me, do I have to worry about getting hurt if

someone shot me in the face point blank

And then you can decide for yourself wether you say:

'I don't care about the 'Safety Kill Rule' neither for myself nor for others'

or if you risk someone not taking the 'Safety Kill' and shooting me even though I was technically right

but in the end not having to worry about hurting people by accident

and not getting accused of playing unfair

And if a questionable situation arises then just call a referee and sort everything out

but never say: 'If you don't like the way I play then quit airsoft and start playing laser-tag'

Thats the completely wrong approach IMHO

And also if someone 'Safety Kills' you then just accept it even though it might have been a questionable situation

You can always come back after respawn and get your 'revenge'

I could be that easy

I want to urge every airsoft player out there to not take the hobby too serious

and to just try to stay cool even though you think you are right

As I already said everyone has to decide individually how he/she wants to play but always keep in mind to

stay cool, stay fair and use your common sense because in the end of the they we all want the same thing:

Enjoying our hobby and having a good time with our friends!!

Thats what every airsoft player has in common and we all can work a bit more towards each other

to make sure everybody on the field can enjoy the hobby and have a good time

Let's talk about individual responsibility

YES you are responsible for your OWN safety gear

and if you fail to wear proper safety gear you should expect accidents to happen

But again the point is how do you define what proper safety gear is?

I can't expect everyone else to wear equally good gear than me

a beginner for example may think that a scarf is enough to protect his teeth

because he simply doesn't know any better!

Is it fair to say in this situation:

This is all your own fault, if you don't like to get your teeth shot out then don't play airsoft!

We all were beginners once and we all didn't know any better at some point!

And it is also in your own responsibility not to shoot people in the face and not to overshoot people

Now I hear them saying again: This never happens to me

I always aim center mass and I only use my pistol inside buildings

But be honest to yourself: Accidents happen to all of us ... I notice this myself all the time

I would generally consider myself a pretty fair player and I stick to the rules as best as I can

However I've got almost all my gameplay on video and in hindsight I notice quite often

that this was less then 5 meters or that I pulled the trigger once too often

or that a BB went towards the head because the player moved in the wrong moment

Most of the time you actually won't even notice those things in game and usually they aren't that tragic

but those situations can easily lead to accidents and this happens to even the very best players among us

Events that shaped the North of Westeros | TavernTeller's Stories - Duration: 13:20.

The people of the north are nearly all descended from the First Men, who settled the land nearly

twelve thousand years ago.

Little is known of that time, but cryptic runes carved in old stones and the barrows

the First Men lived in can still be found in the barrowlands.

About eight thousand years ago, the legendary Long Night occurred when the Others invaded

from the Lands of Always Winter.

The Long Night refer to a period when a terrible darkness fell across the Known World.

It lasted a generation and laid waste through famine and terror.

According to legends, in the midst of this darkness a race of demons, called the Others,

emerged from the uttermost north of Westeros, the polar regions of the Lands of Always Winter.

They wielded razor-thin swords of ice and raised wights to fight the living.

First Men fought valiantly against them, but were driven southwards by their advance.

Legends of the north state the last hero and his companions went in search of the children

of the forest during the Long Night, thousands of years ago.

The only survivor of the company after attacks from giants, wights, and Others, the last

hero eventually reached the children and gained their assistance.

The Others were eventually halted when it was discovered that weapons made of dragonglass

could kill them.The Night's Watch then formed and won the Battle for the Dawn.

This ended the generation-long winter and sent the Others into retreat, possibly to

the Land of Always Winter.

The fate of the last hero is unknown.

Steps were taken to ensure that the people would never be caught off guard by an invasion

from the north again.

Bran the Builder the legendary founder of House Stark, supposedly raised the Wall, an

imposing structure of solid ice and magic, stretching one hundred leagues from the Gorge

in the west to the Shivering Sea in the east, cutting off the Lands of Always Winter from

the remainder of Westeros.

The Night's Watch guarded the Wall and protected the people from threats beyond the Wall.

The event defined and shaped the north, leading to the founding of the Wall, the order of

the Night's Watch, the castle of Winterfell and the first Stark Kings of Winter.

Years later Brandon the Breaker , King of Winter and Lord of Winterfell, allied with

Joramun, a King-Beyond-the-Wall, to bring down the Night's King.

Night's King lived during the Age of Heroes, not long after the Wall was complete.

He was a fearless warrior named the thirteenth Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, and fell

in love with a woman "with skin as white as the moon and eyes like blue stars".

He chased her and loved her though "her skin was cold as ice", and when he gave his seed

to her he gave his soul as well.

Night's King brought her back to the Nightfort and after the unholy union, he declared himself

king and her his queen, and ruled the Nightfort as his own castle for thirteen years.

During the dark years of his reign, horrific atrocities were committed, of which tales

are still told in the north.

It was not until Brandon the Breaker, the King of Winter, and Joramun, the King-Beyond-the-Wall,

joined forces that Night's King was brought down and the Night's Watch freed.

After his fall, when it was discovered that Night's King had been making sacrifices to

the Others, all records of him were destroyed and his very name was forbidden and forgotten.

It is likely this led the lords of the north to forbid the Night's Watch to construct walls

at their keeps, ensuring the keeps would always be accessible from the south.

The Starks gradually defeated rival kings, such as the Barrow Kings to their south and

the Red Kings to their east.

During the Andal invasion, the Kings of Winter stopped Andals at Moat Cailin and the eastern

shores, the only kingdom in Westeros to do so.

Moat Cailin is an ancient stronghold of the First Men on the northern edge of the great

swamp known as the Neck, in the south of the north.

Moat Cailin is one of the north's most important strongholds, though much of it now stands

in ruins.

Its importance stems from the fact that it commands the causeway, which is the safe route

for armies to travel through the swamps of the Neck.

It is an effective natural choke point which has protected the north from southron invasion

for thousands of years.

The only way for an invader to effectively bypass Moat Cailin is to win the allegiance

of House Reed and the crannogmen who know of other routes through the swamps.

These routes, such as narrow trails between the bogs and wet roads through the reeds that

only boats can follow, are not on any map.

Given the Reeds' strong ancestral ties to House Stark, they are unlikely to aid southerners

though.

Moat Cailin was once a great stronghold, with twenty towers and a great basalt curtain wall

as high as that of Winterfell's.

Today only great blocks of black basalt lay scattered about, half sunk in the ground,

where the wall once stood.

The wooden keep rotted away a thousand years past and three remaining towers out of the

fabled twenty are green with moss.

The remaining three towers command the causeway from all sides and enemies must pass between

them.

Attackers would have to face constant fire from the other towers should they attempt

to attack any one tower, wading through chest deep water and crossing a moat.

• The Children's Tower is tall and slender.

It has only half of the crenelations of its crown.

• The Gatehouse Tower is the only tower which still stands straight, even retaining

some of the walls around it.

• The Drunkard's Tower is so named due to its great lean.

It stands where the south and west walls once met.

Raised by the ancient First Men, it is claimed that Moat Cailin has defended against southern

invasions for ten thousand years.

According to myth, the children of the forest attempted to use Moat Cailin to hold back

the flood of invading First Men.

When that failed due to the humans' superior numbers, the children attempted to shatter

the Neck by working powerful magics from the Children's Tower and separate the north from

the south in the same manner they shattered the Arm of Dorne.

The children failed and only succeeded in flooding it, however, creating bogs and swamps.

The Marsh Kings and their crannogmen held Moat Cailin, sometimes with the assistance

of the Barrow Kings, Red Kings, and Kings of Winter, against all attacks from the south.

The swampy terrain was enough to prevent Moat Cailin from falling in the Andal invasion.

It was a key defense of the north against which the Andal armies threw themselves time

after time with no success.

The Kings of Winter from House Stark eventually defeated the Marsh Kings, adding Moat Cailin

to the realm of Winterfell.

The three remaining towers are more than capable of defending the passage to the south, provided

that they are fully manned.

King Jon Stark founded the Wolf's Den at the mouth of the White Knife after driving out

sea raiders.

His son, Rickard Stark, conquered the Neck from the Marsh King and married his daughter.

King Rodrik Stark is said to have won Bear Island from the ironborn in a wrestling match.

Two thousand years ago the north warred with the Vale of Arryn after the Rape of the Three

Sisters, with the Arryns eventually gaining control of the islands in this War Across

the Water.

The Starks led the north to war during Aegon's Conquest.

However, after the Field of Fire, where Targaryen dragons killed 4,000 men of the combined Lannister

and Gardener army, king Torrhen Stark knelt to Aegon the Conqueror rather than face his

dragons.

The north was included in the Seven Kingdoms and owed allegiance to the Iron Throne of

House Targaryen.

The Stark Kings in the North became the Lords of Winterfell and Wardens of the North.

Some northmen who refused to bend the knee fled into exile in Essos and formed the sellsword

company called Company of the Rose.

During the Dance of the Dragons, the Starks supported the blacks, fighting on the side

of the Rhaenyra Targaryen, against the greens, who supported Aegon II Targaryen . Lord Roderick

Dustin led two thousand northern soldiers, known as the Winter Wolves, during the war.

Lord Cregan Stark led a great host of northmen to King's Landing, where he briefly ruled

as Hand of the King for Aegon III Targaryen at the end of the Dance of the Dragons during

the Hour of the Wolf that lasted six days.

The northmen composed much of the rebel forces during Robert's Rebellion, also known as the

War of the Usurper.

After King Aerys II Targaryen caused the deaths of Lord Rickard Stark and his heir, Brandon

Stark.

Their successor, Lord Eddard Stark, led armies alongside Lord Robert Baratheon, who was crowned

King Robert I.

While some say the vast north is nearly as large as the rest of the Seven Kingdoms combined,

in actuality it is roughly a third of the landmass controlled by the Iron Throne.

The region is sparsely populated, with vast wilderness, forests, pine-covered hills and

snow-capped mountains, speckled with tiny villages and holdfasts.

Its climate is cold and harsh in winter and it occasionally snows even in summer..

Once autumn is declared by the Citadel, the lords of the north store away a part of the

grain they have harvested.

How much is a matter of choice; between one fifth and one fourth seems prudent, however.

Additionally food is smoked, salted, and otherwise preserved ahead of winter.

Coastal communities depend on fish and inland ice fishing is common on the rivers and Long

The north's terrain and climate do not easily yield the necessities of daily life.

Northmen place less of an emphasis on courtly ritual and culture, and instead prefer hunting

and brawling.

Their tourneys are often melees and rarely feature jousting.

Guest right is treasured in the north.

Northmen have long memories, and a lord who does not seek his rightful vengeance threatens

to have his own men turn on him.

Most of the north's people still follow the old gods and their heart trees, and have little

inclination for newer religions.

There are a few houses who follow the Faith of the Seven, however, including Houses Manderly,

Wells, and Whitehill.

Due to its religious aspect, most northmen refuse to take holy orders and thus cannot

become knights, although some northern cavalry are knights who still follow the old gods

instead of the Seven.

Most knights of the north live in the region's southern lands, such as White Harbor and the

barrowlands.

North's military strength is about equal to that of the Vale of Arryn, and Dorne.

During Aegon's Conquest, King Torrhen Stark raised an army of thirty thousand men.

Nearly twenty thousand can be raised on short notice near the start of autumn, while thousands

more might be raised from more distant houses, such as the northern mountain clans, if more

time is allowed.

The people of the north must be vigilant against wildlings who manage to bypass the Wall.

Sometimes the raids of the wildlings are especially threatening, because of the unification of

the wildling clans by a King Beyond the Wall, which is not a hereditary title or an absolute

position.

It is not a position of any authority except that of the person who can establish it through

persuasion and force.

Just in terms of the plot.

I think people following Ring of Fire are certainly going to be able to connect real

well with Law and Disorder.

I think the reason Law and Disorder is selling so well is because it talks about corporate

stories that corporate media, they're not allowed to talk about.

I mean their advertisers don't let them.

The reason you don't see stories about pharmaceutical companies killing people, which happens every

day in this country.

The reason you don't see those kinds of stories or you don't see DuPont stories where they're

polluting an entire ecosystem, like the case I just finished handling.

You don't see those stories in corporate media.

We talk about them of course on Ring of Fire ...

Right.

This book, this is a fiction that's based on true stories.

I think that's the reason the book is selling so well.

I think people, they're seeing a part of the practice of law that they just aren't used

to seeing because it's real.

I mean there are real courtroom scenes, real deposition scenes, real companies doing really

bad things.

I've got to say, I'm a little biased, I think.

For me, the part that has really fascinated me about the type of law that you practice

and next week we're going to Mass Torts Made Perfect in Vegas.

We're going to be doing at least part of the show from there.

I do the Majority Report from there.

The reason why people, I think, really enjoy those shows is because this world of tort

law, of lawyers who do the work that you do, I don't think people fully understand just

how important it is to protecting citizens, consumers, protecting workers and particularly

in an era where you have this massive deregulation by a guy like Donald Trump, what you do becomes

that much more important.

I think people are fascinated by these stories.

The thing I loved about Law and Disorder and also I want to talk about just briefly, the

next episode of the trilogy, but the thing I love about it is, it's so hard for me as

just a feeling, empathetic person to understand how corporations can do these things that

I think it's very hard for people to imagine people can make these decisions.

To see the patchwork of decisions that are made that provide for these outcomes, I find

really fascinating.

Tell us about Law and Vengeance because this is part two, right, of the trilogy.

Law and Vengeance takes up where Law and Disorder left off with the character named Gina Romano.

She's just a hugely talented criminal defense lawyer who handles cases all over the country,

mostly the big cases.

She's put in a situation to where she has to handle a whistleblower case where a defense

contractor has sold to the American taxpayer a gun sight that's defective.

This, by the way, is a true story too.

The gun sight is defective to the point to where every 50 yards, the gun sight is called

a hologram gun sight, it actually is off three degrees at 50 yards.

That gives you an idea how inaccurate it is.

It's off because of humidity.

It's off because of temperature changes.

We actually handled that case.

What I've done is just made it into a fiction that tells the story.

A lot of the story is true, but it's been fictionalized from the standpoint of adding

some adventure to it that I think readers will really appreciate.

I think they'll appreciate Gina Romano.

It's very difficult.

People don't get that in the practice of law, it's just as difficult for a woman to move

to the top of the game.

You'd like to think that lawyers, that they've overcome that, but there's still a terrible,

terrible glass ceiling out there for female trial lawyers.

Gina overcomes that.

Gina's put in the fight of her life against one of the biggest weapons contractors in

the country after one of her partners is murdered, the partner who happens to be handling that

case initially.

The same characters are back.

Nicholas Deketomis, who is the lead character in Law and Disorder.

Some of those same characters are back.

They're helping further this fight against this huge weapons' contractor that simply

has control of the media, has control of government, has control of, from the standpoint of, it

certainly has the upper hand financially, which is the real world of what I do.

It's very few cases I handle where you don't have a company that is multi-billion dollar

company and where it is always a David and Goliath in the truest sense.

In this series of books though, the David, it's a little bigger than the typical David.

This is already a hugely successful law firm.

Nicholas Deketomis is an attorney who's been taking on the big corporations, everything

from tobacco to the biggest pharmaceutical industry and has won enough cases to where

they can actually go toe-to-toe with some of the biggest corporations on the globe.

That's where this book picks up.

I think the reason I wanted to give it away to our audience because they know these stories.

They hear these stories.

I think all they have to do is go to Amazon and read the reviews.

They'll see it's a strong book.

It's fantastic.

I wanted to do that for people who buy the podcast.

Well, I think I have been really hopeful that people really begin to appreciate the kind

of work that you guys do.

Let me ask one more question of it.

In the course of writing the book, when you're looking at it from a somewhat arm's length

in fictionalizing these things, but obviously a lot of this comes from your lived experience.

Have you gained any insights into just lawyering in general by reflecting upon it in this way?

Well, it does.

Every page you write, you have to keep in mind an overall strategy.

You've heard the concept of "Show me, don't tell me" when you're writing.

A good fiction should be more show me than it is tell me.

With that in mind, everything, every chapter that you're writing, you're building on this

strategy that you might have actually used in trial, and you're thinking as you're writing

the book, 'Well, gee.

I guess I could've done this.

Next time I think I'll do this.'

That's Interesting.

It's that "Show me, don't tell me" notion about how to write a book that takes you there.

all of these folsome dinos are visiting

Jurassic Park today so here is a bunch

of Lego dinos and they are really cool

and you're gonna help me identify each

one of these so if you want you could

take a look at what's here now and then

you could answer the question before I

actually showed you which poster here

and one of these is not a Dino can you

guess which one it is wow this is gonna

be fun

okay super excited today I just got

these these are all Lego juniors from

the new Pixar Cars three movie Wow also

um ah I've been looking for our toys

from cars three I guess they've been out

for a little bit but I just ended up

buying a whole bunch of them so with

this in the next few weeks I'll be

reviewing quite a few of them but

anyways uh you seen these being speed

built they are really awesome ah let's

go ahead and take a look at the packages

first the options and then we'll go and

take a look at the completed product

okay so here it is Pixar Cars three and

it says easy to build so these are

probably going to be more similar to

Mega Bloks it looks like that's all

long-term there and then here we have

mater's junkyard the whole school and

there is all the things you're going to

be building and again it says you do

okay let's open them up okay we're going

to see what is inside the squeeze

launcher first so it looks like one bag

of Legos and a couple extra pieces here

in

instruction guide I wanna see if they

show any other Oh looks like you got

quite a few they go jr. set awesome blah

then have to get all of it

okay I just went on Amazon and bought

almost all of these so uh these look

like they're going to be really cool fun

to make and I love building these for

you guys and with the speed build

I mean it almost makes it seem like the

vehicle comes to life so with the

mater's junkyard you have two bags of

parts and another instruction guide I

want to see if it's showing this same

set yeah it looks like the same set

although these two are not available yet

so must be coming soon okay awesome

let's put these together okay guys now

that you've seen how the set goes

together and stop-motion animation let's

go ahead and check get it take a closer

look at these sets because they are

awesome guys they are Lego jr. so it's

easier for younger kids to put together

and they super fun I mean I really like

these I've put together a lot of LEGO

sets and this is a good quality easy to

build set so far first of all let's take

a look at Lightning McQueen himself so

he's got his 95 there he's got the rusty

slow go on the front 95 on the back

says rusty on his tail and here is a

look at the bottom here is a good look

at the set - so it's really cool it's

got like numbers here red light green

light green light would be go and then

you would launch the vehicle so you got

this back stop here you're going to take

Lightning McQueen put him up here and he

does have real tires too so this set is

cool just for the fact of the car and

then you hit this and it launches is off

book okay so let's try that again even

if you hit it pretty hard it doesn't go

very far so hold the top dog and then

so yes you know it's not that bad didn't

have it attached very good there we go

awesome so ah let's take a look at mater

set also so I think mater set is

actually cooler first of all you've seen

how I put together the mater he is

really cool and I really like the job

they did on him with all the moving

parts and everything it is awesome it

says tow mater here so I guess he's got

his own business the movie has not come

out yet but I guess he has his own

business now ah this is lift all the way

up you could turn the hook around you

could put the hook straight out and then

ah he does have rubber tires he's got

his plastic look he's got mirrors that

moved in and out headlights you could

see his engine right there

like a really rusty bumper and then you

have some cool movable parts on this one

so this one has this crane here that

will turn 360 degrees and it can pick

stuff off here it looks like it picks up

some type of a screen with the Lightning

McQueen on it so pick it up and then it

could go down up turn the hook to turn

around so that's really cool and then

you got a box full of junk parts here

the Mater could like pull off if we need

something like let's say grab this

bumper here and he could carry it on his

hook

this would be like an extra bumper for

another vehicle and then you would have

like an extra engine in here you have a

tow mater sign that says welcome and

then you have this little scale here so

if it is like a junkyard the scale would

be to like weigh like junk metal and

stuff okay and guys you want to have

some fun let's have mater and Lightning

McQueen visit and identify the awesome

Lego dinosaurs that sounds cool okay

mater here we are and Jurassic Park Wow

we're gonna have to have the kids help

us identify these awesome diamonds yeah

like you McQueen that sounds awesome

let's go ahead and get started

you kids ready you're gonna have to help

us identify these dinosaurs oh we've got

a nice big wall in here you guys help us

this is a new one and this one angles

the female to conquer on blue okay can

you tell me what Dino is a t-rex yeah

we're lucky the dinosaurs agreed not to

eat any question mater and Lightning

McQueen and who is our next guess this

is a big white one she could disguise

herself she could become invisible a

very strong hybrid hunter who is she did

you guess right it's the indominus rex

wow she is a broaches hybrid predator

and who is this one

wow I was on the wrong side of her again

yes you're correct

hairy-looking and who is this

evil-looking Dino wow this one's Brosius

and if you guess what it is correct

philosoraptor and we have another really

big one who man to raise the camera for

this and you get a little kind of Dino

this Wow t-rex hey this next one is

another awesome one but this one is not

a dinosaur

can you see what it is she's got wings

she breathes fire she's red Wow okay did

you guess yes you're correct it's a red

dragon in cheap lies Wow okay mater here

comes our next awesome Dino fly she got

it bitchy can you guys get a Pteranodon

okay guys let's see if you could

identify this next one she is now

herbivore she's not horned a big play

tonight her head you could defend

yourself again her ass off she can

conquer what a shoe

Jess you're correct in the Triceratops

and we have one final Dino for you guys

rare dinos to win these events so let's

see what we get okay so I'm going to use

a velociraptor and a soprano tightened

this good twos battle on the road

through okay so he's not going to kill

me with one hit so I will pull one into

reserve he attacks too but did not kill

me and if I could take him down at three

I think so this should take him down I

am down he goes awesome

and the other para Sora is angry now he

attacks too but he left himself totally

defenseless

okay so the attack of three will take

him down easily first battles the bang

and down he goes sweet that's awesome

okay fifty DNA let's jump right back

into battle number two for battle number

two I'm going to use this kappa cyka and

a spinal raptor so he's not going to

kill me with one hit so I will put one

in two reserve he attacked one I don't

really care about him attacking I'm

going to put three more in reserve

because I have a powerful carnivore so I

want to get him as much reserve points

as possible so again I will pull four

and two reserve to block and he might

kill me that's the right yep he just

killed me and I was not paying attention

I don't think he had anything left

so attack of - I did three to be on the

safe side block with three and two in

reserve

oh he did have one left so good thing I

went for the safe side okay so this

guy's got four

and he did not do anything and you know

I could kill him with two anyhow even if

he blocks for he's still gonna go down

and down he goes

also final Raptor and the victor

herbivores okay so I'm going to stay

of all i want to go and get my food

production going full-bore click on DNA

upgrade go over here and collect I got a

dino here I got to collect which is just

the sangga ripped risk is just a common

one so let me know no biggie there and

then I'm going to go ahead and drop in

my Spinosaurus

which I just won so that guy could hatch

and then I will go collect coins for my

dinos with these revenue towers if you

haven't seen them before you actually

win these in later levels of the game

and with each one you could collect

coins from six to eight dinos so you're

not clicking on every single Dino all

the time and then I'm going to go get my

mystery pack you get a mystery pack

every six hours guys so make sure you

collect that especially at the beginning

okay how I ended up there I have no idea

then I'd like to go over to traders and

see if they have anything good sometimes

you can get some good stuff for coins

that is a crazy trade they want 4000 683

DNA for seven john hammond memorials are

you not i think what they're hoping is

somebody accidentally clicks on that

because that's like the dumbest trade

ever and then i'm not sure if you guys

seen the Cenozoic creatures yet this is

one of them the Andrew circus so this

this one is hard I don't even know if I

have powerful enough dinos to do the

first battle so let's go ahead and check

who drew right into the battle awesome

okay so he's not ah I don't think you've

killed me with two but he might uh you

know I think if he attacks - he's gonna

with him really is in attack okay I am

pleasantly surprised

no I I gotta

he's just so powerful I put two in

reserve well I could almost guarantee

you I'm gonna get killed so this guy's

got two oh he attacked one but he didn't

kill me

really oh you know I got to bring in my

Pterodactylus is good way too powerful

so he's got one in left I got attacked

twice to take him down one because he

has one left and I'm going to do one

block I don't want to lose my

Pterodactylus if I could help it because

that miss donkasaurus and will be

powerful too okay so this you nany

rankest he's probably going to take me

to I didn't take me down that

okay no I don't think I could take them

down before but I don't have a choice I

got a tack up I did take them down cool

because my health was way too low but

this guy's going to attack me one up at

you so I'm probably still gonna lose

yep he's got three left and I could

almost guarantee you he's using some of

that for blocking so what I'm going to

do is I'm going to block three and put

one in reserve and hope he doesn't just

he's got five oh he attacks five and he

didn't kill me

awesome down you go my friends Wow I did

not think I was going to win that battle

that was a hard battle guys and I'm sure

it's gonna just get harder okay that was

awesome these aquatic creature card

packs are super hard here we go another

one okay so I'm going to try a dime or

photons they get Sarah Thompson

Pterodactylus but the chances of me

winning this are very slim slim to none

with emphasis being on none nothing you

know I'm gonna block the first time

because I don't trust this guy I think

you can attack - oh wow this guy could

still kill me with one

okay he did it well that's cool so I'll

bring him it's tickets there tops and

put one into reserve is guys go one he

attacked one well he is at this point he

is defenseless but big lot I know I can

take him down to three okay let's get

leave him with four left and he is so

powerful even again herbivore and my

health is way down - now I'm gonna block

for and hope for the best

oh he is blocking three so he could only

attack one yep be blocked for he

attacked for a block door also so he's

got one left and this battle is over

sweetie I did not think I was going to

win that one either awesome things are

going good today

- super hard battles in the bag one more

and the thing is I'm sort of scared to

see what it is

okay so I'm going to try a Pterodactylus

nin daga Soros and a mess Dantas horas

blah it's going to be super tough guys I

mean if I could take out the octopus

horas early would be a lot easier I'm

going to put one in reserve because none

of these guys is going to kill me with

one hit okay so this point bring in my

new dagger Soros and put two in reserve

I want to build up my reserve even

though one of these guys is probably

gonna kill me probably this guy up he

attacked one okay so it means he's got

one left

my Pterodactylus might actually yeah I

should pay to take him down so one two

to take him down one more because he's

got one left and put one in reserve and

Donny goes three that's what I wanted to

do get to a stupa source out of the way

and then they have no more class

advantage I mean I got all the classic

vintage okay he attacked three awesome

so he's defenseless at this point

so you know I'm just gonna take them

down because this guy's health is really

low so attack a 4-1 in reserve and Down

Goes the friar Troodon

things are looking good guys as she bid

to win this battle which three super

hard battles was there actually the

hardest battles I've ever fought okay

sue I really wasn't paying attention I

think at most he's got two left so he go

down if he's blocked one and he goes

down hard BAM down you go my friend

because the Souris is celebrating

sweetie and I actually won the backi

light card pack I did not think I was

going to thousand DNA and the super rare

Bekele although that that's a pretty

lame prize for how hard those battles

were I mean that's actually a really

lame prize for how hard they were ok Bob

I'm gonna go ahead and catch this guy

and then I believe my friends is it for

today I mean I could go visit the

velociraptors but I don't really feel

like visiting the velociraptors I mean I

don't I don't win a lot of good things

as you can see here I got a lot of

buildings here just sitting because a

lot of the earlier missions require you

to collect coins from buildings so it

would be nice to sell them all and open

up some land but I'm sort of scared to

do that because as soon as I sell it off

then they're going to have some stupid

mission where you got to do that and

then I'm still trying to get through

this mission having 30 carnivores at

level 35 or higher

hopefully I be able to do that soon

Ascension Toolkit #5 � Permission

In the previous post in this series, Boundaries, I wrote about the necessity of consolidating

our energetic boundaries by stepping out of our comfort zone and standing up to anyone

who imposes on us.

In theory this is easy but in practice it�s very hard�and at times it seems almost impossible.

Let�s say you have a situation with an overbearing family member.

First, you might ignore the issue on the basis that �if I ignore it it�ll go away.�

On the Ascension pathway, nothing goes away by being ignored.

It just becomes more pressing.

So you finally decide to confront the family member who is imposing on you.

An opportunity arises.

This, too, is the Ascension process at work.

Once you commit to challenging an issue, you magnetize the opportunity.

You know what you need to say or do.

Yet�at the crucial moment�something inside you gives.

Certainty turns to doubt.

You lose traction.

You back off.

Square one

You�re back at square one.

Actually, it�s worse than square one.

Not only do you still have the family situation to deal with, but you also have to contend

with the guilt of failure and the fear that it will happen again.

Check your permissions.

Most of us are familiar with the word �permission� as it relates to access rights on computers.

In some instances we have �edit� rights that allow us to change things.

In others we have �read� rights that allow us to view things.

In some situations we have no permission whatsoever.

Sometimes, when we have no access rights we don�t even know what can be accessed.

The same concept applies energetically.

Everything inside our comfort zone is what we typically have �edit� rights to.

We can stand up for ourselves.

We can make changes.

The further we go outside our comfort zone, the less permission we have.

That�s why, when we right an imbalanced situation, it can still feel like we�re

violating some kind of taboo.

Authority

In patriarchal 3D society, we are conditioned to defer to Authority.

Authority has various levels�family elders, schoolteachers, business leaders, military

officers, politicians, etc.�right up to the top of the tree.

You have no permission to do anything that violates this age-old pecking order.

Ascension is a massive exercise in boat rocking�to the point that the whole 3D vessel capsizes

and sinks.

So, next time you have an issue you need to resolve, start by giving yourself the permission

to do so.

Take whatever spiritual or metaphysical practice works for you and consciously use it to grant

yourself permission.

As the critical moment that calls for you to step outside your comfort zone approaches,

be aware that you are violating a taboo and this will destabilise you.

Also be aware that what you are doing is appropriate and you have �edit� level permission.

Then step into your power and do whatever needs to be done.
