The Interrupters And Clearing Of Ones Energy Fields

The idea of bringing in new energies that will help us to ascend into the 5d state comes
with some very real concerns.
Will I be different?
Will it be the right thing for ME to do?
Are these the right energies or is this anti-energy or false energy signatures meant to get me
off track?
Will I become spacey?
Does this energy go with Religious Belief?
Can I still pray to God?
Can I accept in any old Energy Wave that comes along?
I meditate on this and respond that Source is where the ALL comes into us.. when our
communications are clear and uninhibited.
Where Clarity exists.
THAT is Source.
Our concerns develope because we connect with People� which is good but we do it instead
of going directly to Source.
This is the way we have been trained to believe and hold dear a �middle man/woman� that
is to answer ALL of our questions.
The truth is that energy is all around us and can be used then sent on its way.. never
harbored.
To understand this principle.. to become it.. to understand (stand under it) that we can
move this energy in and out.. filtered or not.. each one of us..YES YOU CAN!
A primary interrupter is the energy on the Dark Side of the spectrum.. we will call them
Dark Hearts.
As it can be disguised and morph into that which instead of helping will actually manifest
as corrupted or negative energy.
It is true and anyone that says differently are examples of that Darkness that lies, cheats,
steals your energy and feeds psychically on those that have not learned to protect themselves.
More entities are around right now- that you would like to believe are good- but are NOT�but
in 5d they don�t exist and they don�t want you to get there either.
The road and power of the Dark Hearts is coming to an end.
You can see and feel it all around you.
And I am sure the bad dreams, shattered lives and all the other difficulties we see daily
are in some way related to our focus being shifted away from them.. the controllers,
the elite, the powers that were, would like us to be focused on THEM.
This is not just the path of your ascension this is ALL of our paths but FREE CHOICE is
always in play.. you don�t have to.. after all it is YOUR SOULS PURPOSE.. but if you
are here now and want to enter this next realm of 5d.. work is to be done.
Make a choice this is what you want.

Commit a time 2x a day to practice.
More if possible.
Understand this is hard at first but over time you will not have to do this everyday
other than just alignment with Source.
And the clearing -every day please.. these entities are like unwanted house guests that
just won�t give you back your key.
Synergy is the key.
The door is the ALL that is� 5d.. it is a place where there is no pain, no unhappiness,
no grief, no death it is Nirvana, Heaven on Earth, the Portal to understanding that only
the Great Masters, Yogis and Saints had access to before now.
You can keep your day job.. sneak in suggestions to your co-workers and once they have heard
this from 3 different people they too will make the choice (universal law-the power of
three) to follow their own path with clarity to consciousness.

Practice connection for 30 days.. this is call the Power of Attraction or Intention..
where you are building a new you..
re-wiring your learning from 3d and creating Sacred Space that will be yours alone with
the Ascended beings who have you protected.
A list of Do�s and Don�ts
Do create a sacred space in your home where you can be alone for a bit to learn these
principles of loving kindness and grace.
Set up a small shrine in honor to your Guides.
Do clean your body temple with natural products and eat naturally produced foods.
Organic if available, home grown or made is the best.
Become self reliant..if possible.
Protect yourself from EMF exposure and purchase items that can help like Aulterra EMF Neutralizers
or Crystals that naturally deflect EMF radiation and ground you (Smoky quartz, Black Tourmaline,
Amber) and wear Copper bracelets to connect with the Forest Elementals, wear an Energy
shield and/or avoid TV, Cell phone antennas, Smart Meters.
Take regular naps and set intention when you lay down to protect yourself when in the sleep
state and to have your Guides there to show you some of the ways to have connection and
contact with benevolent and helpful entities.
2 is 10.. sleep with your partner, spouse, friend, lover.. do this work together if you
can.
Don�t pay anyone money to help you with SPIRITUALITY.. go direct to Source.. and with
time.. the thought will come to you..
why did I ever question my ability to contact directly with Source?
Chakra work is good here when you are guided to open them.
Community is good and paying someone that helps you is not bad.. donations and trade
will be the way of 5d so always suggest barter first.
Massage, food, travel, listening, caring, helping, hugging, gifting, walking, experiences,
having items in your pockets for giving is good..and for children and the elderly you
get big brownie points!
You will be able to continue to pray to God or Source as it is a many faceted realm (crystalline
actually) and as you become comfortable with the feeling of 5d you can extend that comfort
zone to your family.
And by decreasing anxiety, illness (yes you can heal yourself), feelings of inadequacy,
struggling for meaning in life (which you now know what that is) you will and can become
a distinct and wonderful God/Goddess.
Step into your heart and say �Thank God I AM alive and well�.
Open your arms wide and allow in the energies with the words..
�I AM ONE with the UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE ENERGY�. it is flowing though me now..
I FEEL IT.� Face to the South arms extended left palm up, right palm down and ask your
Guides to come in and help you to connect.. yes it is that simple.
YOU MUST ASK.

Try and not be smug.
The ear to ear grin will be noticed by your friends and foes.
Friends will smile back and foes.. just see them fading to Black.. close your eyes.. think
them gone.. see them without energy.

Healing is a must for all those who desire to operate in other realms of consciousness.
You must have self authority and maintain control.
If you are experiencing negative vibrations, they are either thought forms, limiting mental
concepts, psychic bonds or discarnate entities (lost souls) in need of healing.
They are bound to the earth vibration due to lower vibration attitudes and emotions.
Some are coercive and desire to manipulate and control.
Love heals.
Casting out only sends them to another place, another person.
In all healing, remember that God is love.
It is the power of love that heals and lifts.
We will give you the following steps to clear the energy.
Close your aura by visualizing a white or gold light around you.
Call upon your chosen cultural representative of God, be it Jesus, Buddha, Babaji, Mary,
Mohammed, White Eagle or another one of the Beautiful Many Christed Ones.
Tell the entities they are healed and forgiven, lifted and enlightened.
Tell them they are healed and surrounded with the Christ light and the Christ love.
Ask your chosen representative to take them to their perfect place.
Ask that all negative thought forms and limiting mental concepts be dissolved and lifted in
the light of truth.
Ask that all psychic bonds be severed, and close their auras to all but spirit of the
highest vibration.
Repeat this process until you feel clear.
There may be more than one healing to do.
Remember your word is very powerful, and what is spoken on their level manifests instantly.
Many enlightened ones use this process before opening.
It creates a clear and safe environment, and it also lifts the one who is doing the healing.
Intent is nine-tenths of the law.
If you intend to serve and heal, you will draw to you entities of like mind.
If you intend to coerce or manipulate, again you will draw entities of like mind.
It is the law of attraction.
At times, discarnate spirits will come to your light like a moth to a flame.

KUNDALINI UPDATE: On July 6th, it seemed Source has presented another aspect for me to bring
to consciousness.
The earth is quaking with some intensity as a 5.8 earthquake struck Lincoln Montana not
far from my new home in Hot Springs Montana.
It was a good shaker that after my evening meditation and turning in shook me to that
mid zone between sleep and awake at 12:34am.
It is something not regular for this area and the shaking continued with aftershocks
about one an hour for another 16 hours after that with rumblings from 2.9 to 4.9 in intensity.
What happened after is what I need to explore right now.
I protected myself went out to do chores and started to feel the finger tingling and back
discomfort in different places and then together standing and talking to a friend.
Then I went to eat.. nothing digested and when I got home fell asleep sitting upright..
I mean passed out in my chair listening to 432hz music.
I was transformed into that Crystalline connection that many have felt lately and want to let
you know if you experience this too.. perhaps after an earthquake.. hike..particularly intense
period of physical activity or just laying around..
THIS is Kundalini Activation..
it can start as subtle and build to a full body nerve event.. it can come and go.. be
in acupressure points then travel up and down the meridian lines and sometimes it even can
lodge in your organs and in a Chakra or two for an extended dose of Celestial energy.
What to do you ask?
Enjoy it!
And if you thought Kundalini was just about sex think again.. it is about energy.
And I have had this happen several times before�.once after driving though the Montana Vortex at
Glacier National Park..
but I had been so busy with moving that I did forget to do some of my daily energy work�
so maybe it was a gentle or not so gentle reminder of the path that I and many of you
reading this are on..
I AM not the first nor the last to make this connection and it was confirmed after discussion
with others this is because of the active Vortex�s and connections that are now griding
and morphing between high energy signature physical locations all over the Earth.
Gaia is awakening and we must awaken with her.. raise our frequencies to the highest
potential and get used to this tingling high resonance and heightened awareness.
Our higher purpose and self love exists all around us that we ARE a part of right now.
Take that moment to tap in by increasing the love and time you spend in contemplation and
meditation if possible and I must say that INTENTION.. actually thinking the thoughts
and actions in a positive way everyday will start to give you the keys to 5d reality.
Where what you THINK becomes REAL.
Literally spend time doing that POSITIVE intention and just see how well it works.
Start small by using your mind to create a positive outcome, then open up your heart
to receive the result.
