system and he's got them now and he's gelling them because they're all going

off, they're all done. He's done his business. We won't be signing people in

August we won't be doing what a lot of big clubs do. He gets it done he takes

them on tour. Listen hold on. Sounds great yeah. But the Premier

League is an unforgiving league so every week every week you're coming up against

teams that, well, ninety percent of the time they're gonna be better than you. And it's

very tough man, it's very tough, very tough. Even for the big teams it's tough

It doesn't matter the players you've bought, I mean every team in

the Premier League has a strong squad and everybody has

top players do you know what I mean. So I mean look it's going to be a lot for us because

I think the key is not how Huddersfield score, the key is defending

the key is like playing a lot of games where you don't lose, yeah?

puzzler from the team at drunken Apes as along the term viewers already know were

rather keen on this particular type of game and this one ticks all the relevant

boxes essentially the gameplay boils down to navigating a ball around trapped

filled levels by way of successfully moving platforms to aid your progress

looks wise we enjoy the slightly unnerving overall look and feel of the

however don't let this put you off it's a thoroughly enjoyable game with

which puts us in mind of the classic stealth games from a few console

The king of shortcuts in Lightroom

Shift + Command (CTRL) + N, is to create a new folder in Library mode

Command (CTRL) + ', is to create a virtual copy of your photo

Command (CTRL) + R, is to find the photo in the Finder or Explorer

Command (CTRL) + E, is to open the photo in Photoshop

F2 is to rename the photo

Backspace key will delete a certain photo

E key will enlarge the photo, still in Library mode

Key C will compare photos, where one of them is your reference photo

Navigate the photos using the left or right arrows

The Return (ENTER) key changes to Magnifier mode (ZOOM)

Just like the space key or the Z key

Command (CTRL) + [, rotate photo clockwise Command (CTRL) +], rotate photo counter-clockwise

= And - key will increase or decrease the size of your thumbnails

The Page up and Page Down keys will navigate through the thumbnails as if they were pages

The number keys will set the number of stars you will give to the photo

They range from 0 to 5 (0 to 5 stars respectively)

The X and P keys will select the rejected photos (X) and the selected ones (P)

The numeric keys from 6 to 9 will set the color filter for sorting photos

Using the X or P key with the Shift pressed you to select or reject the photo and go straight to the next photo

In Develop Mode

The V key will turn your photo into Black and White, or return to the color it was recorded

Shift + Command (CTRL) + U, select auto white balance

Command (CTRL) + Z, you already know what it's for. Undo

Command (CRTL) + U, is used for automatic adjustment

CMD (CTRL) + SHIFT + R, will reset the entire edit

The W key selects the white balance tool

The Q key selects the Spot Healing / Clone tool

The M key selects the Gradient filter

The K key selects the Brush

The Y key compares your photo with and without editing

The L key goes into counter-proof mode, eliminating distractions around the photo

The F key gives you a full-screen view of the photo

The TAB key shows or hides the side panels

Using SHIFT will hide all the panels

programs that control your rather robotic life.

Can sleeping naked improve your sleep and health?

Evidence suggests that, yes, ditching your sleepwear may in fact have a number of benefits,

including better sleep.

Interestingly enough, a mere 8 percent of Americans admit to sleeping naked.

Many of these health benefits result from the fact that sleeping naked helps prevent

overheating, which can have a significant impact on your sleep quality.

As you fall asleep, your body temperature drops, and this drop in core temperature actually

helps you sleep better.

As you wake, your body temperature rises, which is why it�s much more difficult to

fall asleep and stay asleep when you�re hot.

Many keep their homes too warm to begin with, and wearing pajamas to bed will make you even

warmer, which can lead to restless sleep and frequent waking.

Ideally, keep the temperature in your bedroom below 70 degrees F. Studies show that the

optimal room temperature for sleep is between 60 to 68 degrees.

One study showed a surface skin temperature difference of as little as 0.08 degrees F

(or 0.4 degrees C) allowed subjects to sleep more soundly.

But the benefits of sleeping in the buff don�t end there.

Surprising Health Benefits of Sleeping Naked Other health benefits of sleeping naked include:

Improved metabolism

Lowering your body temperature helps activate brown fat � a type of body fat that helps

regulate your body temperature by generating heat.

Research shows that people with higher levels of brown fat have faster resting metabolic

rates, better blood sugar control and higher insulin sensitivity.

In one study, sleeping in a chilled room doubled the amount of brown fat participants produced.

Improved blood circulation

Without clothing your blood flow is less restricted, which benefits your entire body, especially

your heart and muscles.

Healthier skin and private parts

Bacteria thrive in warm, moist areas, so ditching clothing, including underwear, can be particularly

beneficial for women prone to yeast infections.

Other areas, including your armpits (and skin in general) also benefit from being able to

breathe.

Improved sex life

Skin-to-skin contact (as well as orgasm) releases the �bonding� hormone oxytocin, which

promotes feelings of attachment and emotional closeness.

Since sexual contact typically occurs while naked, sleeping in the nude raises the chances

of sex, which can bring a couple closer.

Balancing hormones

By allowing your body to stay cooler at night, sleeping naked helps decrease cortisol, increase

growth hormone and balance melatonin, all of which help promote healthy sleep patterns

and reduce anxiety, stress and food cravings.

Improving Your Sleep Helps Improve Brain Health Besides information on sleeping in the nude,

the Global Council on Brain Health (GCBH) recently issued a number of daytime, evening

and nighttime recommendations that can help you get more quality sleep, which is important

for brain detoxification (which only occurs during deep sleep) and cognitive health.

These tips include:

Keep a regular morning and evening routine

Get up at the same time every day, seven days a week, and keep a regular bedtime routine.

When you establish a consistent, soothing bedtime routine, you�re more likely to fall

asleep easily.

Activities such as a warm bath, reading a good book or relaxation exercises can be helpful.

Keeping a regular exercise schedule will also help optimize your sleep cycle.

Seek to get to bed before 10 p.m. if possible to optimize your chronobiological cycles.

Avoid stimulants

Restrict fluids and food for at least three hours before bedtime.

Avoiding dinner at least three hours before bed will also promote mitochondrial health,

as explained in my previous article, �Two Meals a Day Is Ideal.�

Avoid alcohol and nicotine four to six hours before going to bed, and if you�re sensitive

to caffeine, avoid drinking coffee and caffeine-containing drinks after lunch.

(Extremely sensitive people may even need to abstain from chocolate in the afternoon/evening.)

Remove electronics from your bedroom

This includes TVs, telephones, computers and tablets, as the blue light emitted from electronic

screens suppress melatonin production, making sleep elusive.

Limit daytime naps to less than 30 minutes

Make your bedroom a pet-free zone

While many enjoy having pets sleep with them, allowing pets in your bed can disrupt your

sleep.

Optimize your light exposure, day and night

In the morning and early afternoon, expose yourself to bright daylight to anchor and

synchronize your circadian clock and melatonin production.

Bright light exposure during the day is particularly important if you have trouble falling asleep

at night or suffer from insomnia.

In general it is best to avoid blue light sources, such as LEDs and electronics, as

blue light suppresses melatonin production.

This is especially important after sunset.

These light sources become less troublesome if you use a good filter on your computer

screen.

My favorite is Iris, which was developed by a Bulgarian programmer named Daniel Georgiev.

He recently gave a TEDx talk that describes this very inexpensive program.

He�s also developed a version for iPads.

Swap out the light bulbs you use most regularly and replace them with clear incandescent light

bulbs.

Candles are an even healthier light source, as our ancestors have been using them for

many thousands of years.

Another solution I�ve found that I think works even better is to simply wear amber-colored

glasses that block blue light in the evening.

I found an Uvex model (S1933X) on Amazon that costs less than $9.

Once you have your glasses on, it doesn�t matter what light sources you have on in your

house.

The moment sunset comes, I put on these glasses and I have noticed dramatic improvement since

doing this.

My vision has radically improved and at 62 years of age, I don�t require reading glasses.

Keep bedroom dark, cool and quiet

In addition to lowering the thermostat, make your bedroom as dark and quiet as possible.

Research shows even very dim light exposure during sleep can have adverse effects on your

brain function.

Ideally, install blackout curtains, or use an eye mask.

Sleep Is Essential for Optimal Health Sleep affects your health in a myriad of ways.

The GCBH naturally places a significant focus on the brain, but sleep is important for your

entire body.

As for how much sleep you need, research shows most adults need right around eight hours

of sleep each night for optimal health and disease prevention.

Children and teens need more.

Lack of sleep, or poor-quality sleep, has been linked to:

Increased risk of car accidents Increased accidents at work Reduced ability to perform

tasks Reduced ability to learn or remember Reduced

productivity at work Reduced creativity at work or in other activities

Reduced athletic performance Increased risk of type 2 diabetes, obesity, cancer, high

blood pressure, osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease Increased risk of depression

Increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer�s disease Decreased immune function Slowed reaction

time Reduced regulation of emotions and emotional

perception Poor grades in school Increased susceptibility to stomach ulcers

Exacerbation of chronic diseases such as Alzheimer�s, Parkinson�s, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and

cancer Increased expression of genes associated with inflammation, immune excitability, diabetes,

cancer risk and stress Premature aging by interfering with growth hormone production,

normally released by your pituitary gland during deep sleep

Why Sleeping Pills Are Best Avoided The GCBH also warns against the use of sleeping

pills, noting the potential for side effects, especially for older individuals.

Studies have also shown they do little to actually help you sleep more or improve the

quality of your sleep.

Belsomra, for example, has been shown to help you fall asleep only six minutes sooner than

a placebo (on average) and stay asleep just 16 minutes longer � and that was in the

company�s own clinical trials.

Meanwhile, nearly 1,000 consumer complaints against Belsomra were filed with the U.S.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) between February and July 2015 alone.

Many complained the drug didn�t work.

Sleep paralysis, next-day drowsiness and even suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts were

reported.

An analysis of studies financed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) found that sleeping

pills like Ambien, Lunesta and Sonata reduced the average time it takes to fall asleep by

about 13 minutes compared to placebo, while increasing total sleep time by about 11 minutes.

Interestingly, participants believed they had slept longer, by up to one hour.

This is thought to be due to anterograde amnesia, which causes trouble with forming memories.

When people wake up after taking sleeping pills, they may simply forget they�d been

unable to sleep.

A startling study[11] published in 2012 also revealed that people who take sleeping pills

have a 35 percent higher risk for certain cancers, and are nearly 400 percent more likely

to die than people who don�t take them.

Remarkably, this association held true even if the patients took fewer than 18 sleeping

pills a year, equating to taking just one sleeping pill every three weeks.

Other health risks associated with sleeping pills include:

An increased risk for insulin resistance, food cravings, weight gain and diabetes

Amnesia, even of events that occurred during the day

Depression, confusion, disorientation and/or hallucinations

Increased risk of accidents.

Studies submitted to the FDA reveal blood levels of zolpidem (found in Ambien and other

sleeping pills) above 50 ng/mL may impair your driving, especially among women.

Sleep aids that contain Benadryl can have a half-life of about 18 hours, so if you take

them every night, you�re basically sedated for a large portion of the day as well, resulting

in cognitive deficits and accident proneness Increased risk for dementia in seniors

Parasomnias� bizarre behavioral reactions, including sleepwalking and engaging in potentially

embarrassing or dangerous tasks while fast asleep, such as driving, having sex, eating

(including bizarre things like buttered cigarettes, salt sandwiches or raw bacon), texting or

tweeting For Optimal Health, Prioritize Sleep

Increasing the number of hours you sleep to eight each night and improving the quality

of your sleep may significantly improve your overall health, and help reduce your risk

for any number of physical and psychological problems.

Remember that in order to optimize your sleep, you have to go to bed early enough.

If you have to be up by 6:30 a.m., going to bed after midnight is a recipe for sleep deprivation.

Many fitness trackers can now track both daytime body movement and sleep, allowing you to get

a better picture of how much sleep you�re actually getting.

Certain ones can even tell you which activities led to your best sleep and what factors resulted

in poor sleep.

If you struggle with sleep issues, it may be a worthwhile investment.

sure that you have card (SD card) in the first port over here. Then navigate to

the screen that you want to take the picture of. Let's say... let's say it's this

screen. And what you need to press is the "next" and "previous" button at the same time

and hold them until you see those four LEDs... those four LEDs flashing. So let's do it

right now.

Developer Update: Midsummer Progress

Hello Vainglory Community! I am PlayoffBeard here with a Midsummer Developer Update.

We always knew that perfecting the five-minute Vainglory experience

would be a challenge, and the release of Talents for BRAWL game modes

has been equal parts exciting and humbling.

As a company and community, we hit a major promised milestone for 2017,

and player participation in Blitz, Battle Royale and Talents has sharply spiked.

That said, between the data and the community feedback,

we've also learned there's a long way to go to "perfection."

Here's what you've told us with your collective voices:

Talents seemed cool at first, but it costs too much Glory to upgrade

and those upgrades aren't meaningful enough.

Second thing, fix your sh#t!

While you were focused on getting Talents out the door,

other aspects of the game experience felt neglected.

Frame rates in BRAWL game modes cratered on some devices.

Game crashes rose from nowhere. Lag worsened.

Players in Southeast Asia in particular have been screaming from the rooftops

about these issues and others such as in-game chat stability,

but they are not alone.

And third, why Matchmaker, why??!! "I cri."

"Matchmaker having a sad," as Zekent would say.

As we've said many times before, this game belongs to all of us, together.

When you speak with one voice, we will listen.

As a result, we've scrapped our planned Update 2.7 release entirely

and pushed back the release date.

This will allow us to pour ourselves into these problem areas.

The Present: Steps Towards Change

Alright here are the concrete steps we're taking now.

We just released Update 2.6.1 as an optional download.

This update dramatically improves frame rates

in BRAWL game modes on devices that were struggling.

Major network upgrades are coming.

Local servers will roll out to Public Match modes, beginning in Australia,

and the difference in latency for players in Australia

should be immediate and obvious.

When we see that this technology is working and having the desired impact,

we'll look to thereafter roll out the same capabilities throughout Southeast Asia,

Europe and the Eastern United States in the coming months.

Algorithmic Matchmaker improvements will take effect in Update 2.7,

especially focused on improving duo queue matchmaking quality.

This is specifically for Duo Queue.

Essentially, the Matchmaker will be much more picky about acceptable pairings

when placing a solo-queuer with a duo party on each team.

This follows our Update 2.6 Matchmaker changes to make

matchmaking overall more fair and shorten queue times when possible.

Update 2.7 will now focus on quality of life improvements and Talents rebalancing.

This is a change from what we originally intended to do with Update 2.7.

Included will be two of SEA's most reported pain points:

in-game chat instability and match accept instability causing false LPQ warnings.

Talent Changes: Economy, Glory Refunds and Balance

Alright lets talk about the Talents Economy Changes

and Glory Refunds that are coming in Update 2.7.

We made Talents Glory-based because we wanted it to be

a progression system for everyone.

But based on the feedback we've received,

players are hitting a brick wall on progress at early upgrade levels,

especially those playing free.

We want all players to be able to make meaningful progress

and enjoy collecting hero upgrades,

so we're altering the Talents economy in Update 2.7 in players' favor

and refunding Glory to all players who acquired Talents in the old economic model.

And yes, some of you are now paying attention

that I mentioned refunding Glory to players.

Bottom line on that: If you spent Glory to upgrade a Talent,

we'll refund you 100% of the difference between the old price

and the much-lower new price.

These are substantial Glory upgrade cost reductions that are coming.

For example, if you upgraded a Rare Talent to level 5, you spent 1,950 Glory on it.

AdyEndrus can check my math on that.

With the reduced costs, you'd see a refund amount of 1,665 Glory in Update 2.7.

So you spent 1,950, you are going to get 1,665 back.

These are very substantial discounts in the Glory costs for upgrading Talents.

We hope these cost reductions make Talents much more accessible to all players,

and BRAWL game modes more fun, as a result.

Alright lets talk about this Talents rebalancing.

You've told us that Talents overall do not feel impactful enough …

and if you won't feel the difference, why would you bother upgrading?

We're taking that input and doing an overhaul of Talents power

on a talent-by-talent basis.

We'll list all the changes in the Update 2.7 Release Notes,

but the goal of this initiative is to ensure that if you obtain a talent,

it will always feel worth using — and if you upgrade that talent,

you'll always positively feel the difference.

The Future: Development of 5v5

Meanwhile work on 5v5 continues

While the "Buttery Smooth" and Talents teams are working

on the improvements to the things we have been talking about,

the 5v5 team is forging ahead.

Internal playtesting on the Gameplay side continues,

with iterations on map shape and layout.

Meanwhile, ChainSAW's crew is developing the overall 5v5 art direction,

with concepts on turrets, monsters and jungle camps and all other things imaginable.

In the weeks and months ahead,

we'll be documenting this journey from concept to completion,

taking the player community inside the Lair

and inside the thinking of the developers working on the project.

I'm particularly excited to be getting some face time with Ciderhelm.

This will sometimes be as small as a tweet sneaking a photo out to you

or as large as a full video or dev interview on a 5v5-related topic.

Along the way, we'll solicit your questions and interests

for future installments of this project.

Whether it's making BRAWL modes the most fun they can be,

making service quality exceed your expectations

or making 5v5 the next incredible Vainglory experience,

there's a lot more to look forward to this year… along, of course,

with more heroes, more skins and more Super Evil twists.

WHOLE WHEAT BREAD | 100% Whole Wheat Soft Bread Recipe - Duration: 4:20.

388g whole wheat flour, 30g sugar

7g instant dry yeast, 1/2 teaspoon salt

Stir

250ml warm milk

1 large egg, whisked

Stir well

50g soft butter

I stir & fold for 5 minutes using a wooden spoon

Cover & rest at warm place for an hour

On floured surface, fold the dough with extra whole wheat flour

Form a ball

Cut into 5 pieces

Form oval, coat with flour if sticky

Flatten lengthwise

Roll up

In buttered loaf pan

After 40 minutes at warm place

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. Oven may vary

Dab with butter while still warm

Allow to cool

and it's not like mounted on anything it's just like freehand right now so I'm

sorry about that but yes so you guys saw the like pictures earlier but basically

it's kind of true I mean YouTube is either trying to get me to stop smoking

weed or stop making videos one of the two I don't know not only is it weird

but it's also very discouraging because it's I don't know I don't really know

like good way to explain this I guess I I don't know and I've been trying to

like not talk about this for a really long time because I didn't want to be

like one of those people that were like just about views and everything but this

is kind of ridiculous guys like I I've made almost 200 videos on this channel

and um I'm only making about two dollars a month which wouldn't be like crazy if

it hadn't dropped basically like 80% over 80% within like a couple months for

no reason besides the fact that my videos are no no longer ad friendly I

guess I don't know why like people that smoke we don't fucking drink coca-cola

or some shit I don't know it's really weird I just want to let you guys know

what's going on in case you guys care because this is really taking its whole

on like the amounts of videos I can make and everything so um I don't know I

think I just asking for his help I don't want to stop smoking and eating my

videos but that's kind of like what I think YouTube wants because seriously

like almost every video where I'm smoking has been he monetized and that's

just what it is like I don't I get emailed from YouTube probably like every

have multiple times a day like telling me that more of my videos are being

taken down or like be monetized videos that I made fuckin over a year ago like

that were completely fine up until like a couple months ago when you decide to

I don't have too much really to talk about um but my camera is also dying so

cannot keep doing this without you guys help I cannot keep making videos without

your edits health um at least until YouTube is I don't know if you people

ever be back 100% like the ABS and everything especially since they're

really going through my channel specifically and a lot of my videos have

been be monetized and I really know guys like it's getting to the point where

after I post a video like a couple days later after it starts so like generate

some views it gets demonetized like just like that and it's very sketchy it's

very fucked up um like if you just go to my social blade page social blade is a

page or a website that tracks all of YouTube stuff basically just like

third-party and I've been tracking that since I start at YouTube and it's been

pretty accurate up until a couple months ago and it says I'm making or I'm

supposed to be making way more than I actually am and that's really the only

thing that's off guys like my views are fine like I'm growing this is like a

growing channel it's not dead but my revenues going completely

backwards I know I just think it's really sketchy I think it's a way for

you to try to make more money from themselves I think it's a way for people

to what get sucked into like this YouTube alone thing that they're trying

to push basically where they would give mine to creators to like help them pay

for their videos but we really wouldn't need that it's like the ads were you

know consistent mmm YouTube wasn't sketchiest fuck I'm not so so I don't

know I don't know what to do I know it's you guys I should I stop something meat

in my videos like today I don't know what to do like I don't know this makes

me really nervous for like the documentary that I'm in the process of

making like with all of my videos being monetized like the whole point was for

Dave Chappelle Interviews Kendrick Lamar About Being the Greatest Living Rapper - Duration: 2:28.

What's up, guys?

Frazier here for Complex News.

Kendrick Lamar has landed on the front of quite a few magazine covers over the last

few years.

But he just landed on one of his biggest covers yet.

Interview, the magazine that was founded by Andy Warhol, put Kendrick on the cover of

their August issue, and in addition to doing that, they asked none other than Dave Chappelle

to conduct the interview with Kendrick.

They also proclaimed Kendrick to be "Our Greatest Living Rapper" on the cover of

the issue.

Inside the magazine, Chappelle and Kendrick talked about all kinds of things during the

course of their interview, including everything from the limits of their creative experience

to the wise words of Yasiin Bey, a.k.a. Mos Def.

Chappelle started off the interview by referencing Kathy Griffin's recent act of anti-Trump

expression that featured her taking a photo holding the decapitated head of the current

President.

Chappelle then asked Kendrick if he ever worries about the "repercussions" of the art that

he makes.

Kendrick said that he tries not to hold himself back at any point when he's creating music.

"I came up listening to N.W.A. and Snoop.

Like them, it's in me to express how I feel.

You might like it or you might not, but I take that stand."

Chappelle also asked Kendrick what it's like to see people like LeBron James taking

such an interest in his music.

LeBron talked about listening to Kendrick's latest album, Damn, during the 2017 NBA Playoffs,

and Kendrick revealed that it served as yet another reason for him to open up and share

his viewpoint on the world in the studio.

"Moments like that…If I hadn't expressed myself in the studio, who's to say he would

have been listening to the album?

LeBron James or the little boy around the corner, we come from the same struggles, and

it comes out of my mouth for them to relate to."

And later, Chappelle spoke with Kendrick about all of the commercial and creative success

he has enjoyed thanks to Damn.

He asked Kendrick if he plans to use his growing platform to accomplish anything specific.

Kendrick responded by saying that he simply wants to continue to express himself the best

way he knows how.

"I don't want anybody to classify my music."

Elsewhere, Kendrick talked about how his life has changed and how it continues to change

as he grows as an artist.

He also touched on his "Oh, shit, I made it" moment and confirmed that "Duckworth,"

the last song on Damn, is, in fact, a true story.
