I'm back, and I've got an amazing question that someone asked in on instagram
Erin underscore bayliss asked me how I became a Christian now for me
Being a Christian is the way I grew up I grew up in the ways of the Lord going to church every single Sunday
You know although I never had a relationship with God you know now
It's easy to be a Christian
But to be a born-again Christian is something that you have to do yourself you have to make that decision yourself
And that's the decision already made when I was 19 also being invited to a home cell session for about six to eight weeks
And I was very stubborn
I never understood the fact that I needed a relationship with God and I needed to accept Jesus as my lord and savior
For me to be able to be a part of the kingdom you know and the pastor continuously invited me to himself
Everything single week asking me
You know would you please like to join to join us and I thought that it was very weird for me at first
But then obviously you start hearing the amazing testimonies that the guys share with you about how cool it is at home cell
And you hear them laughing in the living room. You know because it was actually at our house and
One one day. I just said you know what let me go because I mean the pastor always told me you know
God is a special call on your life, and He would like to meet with you
But you know I would like to invite you to homecell and I joined homecell one night
and you know he shared a word that was so powerful and
I just felt an unction when he made an altar call for me to do to give my heart to the Lord
He said you know if you if you die today, do you know where you'd be going?
You know do you know for sure that you go to Heaven have you accepted
Jesus as your lord and savior to your life, and if not, you know
And you feel it's time for you to do that put up your hand come forward and I'll pray the prayer with you
You know now for me. That was that was that was really important
And that's actually for me how my life changed. You know and after that I can just share
Thousands and thousands of testimonies with you guys about how good God has been I mean for me every single day He's good
Just me waking up and having a the opportunity at life is an amazing miracle and a blessing in my life
So it's all about what you decide to do you know at the end of the day and I decided to take up
Jesus as my Lord and savior
And I haven't looked back since you know and I want to encourage you guys
You know read the verse and if you haven't given your life to the Lord
And you know you feel like you want to do that, and you feel like it's something that that would change your life
You know it will definitely change your life that I can guarantee you you'll never be the same again
You'll still have challenges, but at least you'll have God's army on your side
So I want to encourage you guys, and that's to answer your question. You know how I became a Christian
That's how I became a born-again child of God you know and that for me is the most important thing because the word says
Jesus is the way the truth and the life you know through him
You know we get access to heaven and and I would encourage you guys
you know just
Spend some time in that verses
spend some time in the word and if you feel an unction on your heart to give your heart to the lord you know you'll
Never look back you will never be the same again
You will be a new being and no matter what you did before in your life
God will forgive you for all of your sins, and you'll become a new being washed by the blood of Jesus
