Hey, BookTube, it's Sylwia. Today I'm going to do the Mid-Year Book Freakout tag/ I'm

going to link the creater's down below. First I'm going to answer two questions

in one. What is the best book I've read in 2017 and what is a book that made me

cry. For this one I'm going to go with the Fruits Basket series. Any of the

volumes that I read this year. I didn't read the entire series this year, I

started it last year, and I'm just using this one because Uo is one of my favorite

characters. There's no way that I can say that this was not my favorite reading

experience of the year and it made me cry several times, at least once per

volume. What was the best sequel I've read so far? Excluding manga, it's got to

be The Wind in the Door by Madeleine L'Engle, the second book in the Time

Quintet series, the first book being A Wrinkle in Time.

I loved this. I could not believe that it could live up to the hype of the first

one, but it absolutely did, and I'm looking forward to reading the third,

fourth, and fifth. What new release have I not yet read but

really really want to? That would be Queens of Geek. What was my biggest

disappointment? It's really hard to say. I'm disappointed with books a lot. I gave

a lot of reads one and two stars, and I consider all of them to be

disappointments in their own way, but I have to say I was the most infuriated

with volume one Out from Boneville of the Bone series because of the completely

disgusting objectification of women in it. Please check out my review, I'm very

proud of that review. What was the biggest surprise? The initiation by LJ

Smith. I cannot begin to tell you I had zero- ZERO thoughts that I could possibly

like this, and I liked it quite a bit. Favorite new author. So I don't really

have a favorite new author but I would like to read another work by Sara Zarr

and another work by Terra Altebrando, so please if you have recommendations link

them down below. I've already heard one negative review about one of these

authors' other books but I was very impressed with the writing in this book

and I would like to read more by these authors. And I was extremely impressed

with Sarah Dessen but I have heard that she's fatphobic so I really- I already

know I'm going to hate her next book. I don't have a new fictional crush so we

can skip that one. My newest favorite characters I think maybe I love Katsa

from Graceling and I know for sure that I love the protagonist in The

Female of the Species. A book that made me happy. That would be

the Yotsuba series which I recently reviewed.

My favorite book to film adaptation. I really loved the movie Hidden Figures

but I did not read the book so does that count? Favorite video that I made. I loved

my January reading vlog. I loved my Unpopular Opinions tag.

I loved my Fat Girl Tidying Up video. And I loved my BookTuber recommendation

video. So I'm not picking one for that one, we're gonna go with all four. What is

the most beautiful book you've read so far this year? Faith single issue three

and Faith single issue four. This woman is the most beautiful woman in the world. I

adore her. She is fat and she is stunning and there's no better cover

that anyone could possibly have because seeing beautiful fat superheroes is the

best. I hope you enjoyed that. I don't do tag videos a lot. Please let me know if

How to Fold a Pocket Square The Winged Puff [0:00:00]

Gentlemen, it's time to level up your pocket square game whether you've got a special

event coming up or you just want to rock a new look, I've got the perfect pocket square

fold to get you compliments.

Today, we're going to learn how to fold the Winged Puff.

Despite the name, the Winged Puff doesn't actually bear much resemblance to the Puff

fold.

The Winged Puff fold has a very unique look that will grab attention without being over

the top.

The main characteristics of the Winged Puff fold are.

One, it's a casual fold with a bit of a flashy appearance making it a great choice

for social events and celebrations.

Two, it looks best with sports jackets, blazers, or a casual suit.

Three, the Winged Puff fold work great with either solid or patterned pocket squares.

To get started with the Winged Puff fold, lay the pocket square on a flat surface, flip

it so the inside is facing up.

Fold the pocket square in half taking the top corner and bringing it down to the bottom

of the corner.

Take the right corner and fold it down to the bottom corner, then the do the same with

the left corner.

Flip the square over, then fold in the sides in the back.

How much you fold on this step is determined by the size of your jacket pocket and the

size of the pocket square.

Now, place the square in your jacket pocket.

You may need to make some small adjustments until you're happy with the look.

You can adjust it so the slit in the middle is a wide or narrow as you like.

For the best look, I recommend having 2 and 2.5 inches of this square peaking out of the

pocket.

Showing a lot more or quite a bit less, you won't really get the look you're looking

for.

All suits and sport jacket pockets are little different in width, so make sure the fold

doesn't end up too narrow or too wide for your pocket.

Just readjust the width if it isn't fitting properly in your jacket.

So it makes it quite easy to get really crisp action shots cuz right now. I like to keep my aperture

low, just cuz it gives that like sort of depth of field but I'm shooting at like F4 and

1/1000 so like it means that everything is crazy crisp as long as I can get a focus on time

It just helps a sh*tload while in Ireland a bit more grey a bit more dull

there's not as good lighting so you end up shooting at like

maybe 1/250th at the most

and it ends up just

Everything is that tiny bit less sharp that tiny bit more blurry and a bit meh

And a that's really the only way you can describe it

So coming to places like this where it's really really warm all the time and it

if you have any decisions to make, particularly any big decisions to make, I

want to remind you that when you make your choice on how to proceed with your

decision it's always wisest to select the "path of least resistance." now, the

path of least resistance is something that one of my favorite Law of

Attraction teachers (Abraham-Hicks) talks about a lot and I want to explain it

briefly here. now if you have a situation where you're not quite sure where to

proceed-so for example: should I call a lawyer or should I call a

mediator or should I try to work this out or should I let this go? and you're

not quite sure which is the correct path for you to take-ask yourself, which of

the options that are available to me that I see right now seems like it will

be the easiest for me right now? so based on everything that you understand right

now which one sounds easiest to you? that's

the path of least resistance. now the reason why the path

of least resistance is so important is because if you take the path that feels

the easiest (to you) your vibration will stay higher than if

you choose a path that you perceive to be harder. and as you

probably already know, the higher your vibration the higher your emotional

state and the more likely you will have a favorable outcome.

Hey everybody it's Joshua Campbell today

I'm going to talk to you about getting

your house ready to sell and the

preparation tips behind it.

I have some really unique information

about this considering I'm obviously

working in the real estate industry but

I moved my wife down from Ottawa about a

year and a half ago and we got her house

ready to sell in about two months. And

the whole process of getting it to sell

really gave me some great opportunity to

learn what works and what doesn't work.

What's expensive, what's inexpensive. And

the best tips I can give you to get your

house ready for sale are to go around

the house and change all of your light

switches to decor switches. It makes the

house instantly feel like it's been

modernized. You can also go around and

change all of the outlet plates to make

sure they're all white. And, perhaps make

sure that they match the decor look. You

can go throughout the house and paint

all the baseboards because once it pops

and it has that white look to it it

looks like it's brand new. I would also

suggest going outside and even painting

your exterior window frames in your

garage. You can go with really modern

colours like blacks and grays and taupes

instead of just going with a standard

white because it instantly makes your

house look like it's been renovated. I

would suggest that you can also shampoo

all the rugs throughout the entire

property. and the most important thing is

the declutter. You have to take

everything out of the house. You almost

want it to look like a magazine. But, you

obviously have to live in it. Taking

everything out of the house means

decluttering the entire

countertop in the kitchen, taking

everything off the washroom counters,

taking everything off the floor unless

it's chairs and furniture. And also

probably removing a lot of furniture. I'm

a true believer that you can take

advantage of all the things in your

house. Move them around to different

locations.

Perhaps the table is too big for one

room but you can take it to another room
