Turn on subtitles for instruction

Dough

300 g plain flour (sieved), 2 eggs

2 tbsp icing sugar

150 g butter

wrap in cling wrap

Chill in fridge for 15 mins

80 ml hot water, 75 g sugar

Set it aside to cooldown

each dough around 28 g

a pinch of salt

1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

2 eggs

130 ml milk

filter 1 time

Bake 200°C for 25 mins

How to unscrew a locked screw

Here we have extremely tied screws with damaged heads

Ok so, one is smooth, while the other is too hard to be unscrewed

So, we will tighten the smooth one, and now the tight one is coming out

on this other side they're both stuck so I'll hammer it, decreasing the pressure on the screw and here it is

this also works if the head is damaged, allowing to reshape it

If that doesn't work, you will have to drill the head. Pay attention to drill straight and just the head. If you have some problem, you can also try to spray the WD-40 or similar products

Special Hobby 1/48 Saab Viggen Attack Version Full build PART 1 - Duration: 26:48.

Welcome to my very first full-build video. In this series we are going to build Special Hobby´s 1/48 SAAB Viggen.

This is part 1 and this part is about building the cockpit using aftermarket photo etch to bring more details to the model.

First, scribe off roughly the original detail.

Any sharp hobby knife will do the job

After scribing use coarse sanding paper or a stick.

i´m using a very old Ultimate Modeling productions stick.

They are available at www.hpns.eu

Detail is gone!

Repeat process to all parts that you are going to replace with photo etch.

Instrument panel done!

Rudder pedals.

We need to cut two whole sections off this part to install photo etch.

Kits manual or the photo etch manual will show exactly where to cut.

All parts prepared for installing photo etch.

Tamiya extra thin glue.

A bit of a struggle here...

Cant get it straight..

...so we need bigger tools!

Got it!

Now me move to the painting.

Attaching all parts to toothpicks using blue stack.

I drilled a hole under the cockpit where ejection seat will be glued.

Now it is easier to attach it to the toothpick.

Ready for base coat!

Vallejo black surface primer. This is the polyurethane one.

I´m using Ultimate Modelling Products´s Apex Airbrush at 30 psi.

Apex is available at www.hpns.eu.

It´s good time to prime the cockpit area also while your at it.

Primer dries about 10 minutes.

XF-19 Sky Grey is a good match for Viggen´s cockpit color.

Don´t paint the whole cockpit neat! Leave visible primer coat in corners and darker places.

Paint needed a bit thinning. Using Mr.Hobby thinners here.

Tamiya´s own X20A and plain tab water will also work just fine!

I used about 40/60 mix paint/thinner.

Paint flow is good.

Here you can see that i left a bit primer layer visible in some corners and darker places.

Spraying inside of cockpit also.

I made a little mistake here and now i´m fixing it. Using same Valeejo black primer with brush now.

Now using the same paint i´m painting small buttons etc. inside cockpit.

Paint dried about 15 minutes.

Here are the tools needed for installing photo etch.

I use same hobby knife to cut out the photo etch parts from the fret.

Hobby mat is a good platform to cut your pieces off. It bends a little but not too much!

Its good to drift parts before gluing them.

I was haven a bit fit issues here, but nothing major.

Use CA glue to glue metal parts!

Toothpick is a good tool to spread glue.

Flat-tipped bending plyers.

Rudder pedals installed.

Few more small parts to be installed in instrument panel.

Done!

Now i paint control sticks and other small devices with XF-19.

Still few buttons has to be painted inside the cockpit sidewalls.

Using smallest brush i could find.

Sorry about the angle, needed good lightning here!

Done.

All parts coated with Tamiya XF-86 Flat Clear.

High air pressure and no thinning required.

Using CA glue to install remaining parts.

Dry fitting cockpit in to the fuselage. Fit is great.

Now gluing it in.

Part 1 now finished. In part 2 we construct the whole fuselage, air intakes and wings. Part 2 out in a few days! :)

You went from a garage business to run from the offices of ChemPure who did

your raw materials at the time when they agreed to incubate you. Now business

incubation is a great way for start-ups. How do you think that helped USN?

Yeah, so we got offices close to ChemPure in the same floor which helped quite a bit

I did spend a lot of time with the

founders of ChemPure just, you know, just to get information on raw materials and

those type of things, but we pretty much did our own thing from the start.

Business incubation I would say could be a very good kickstart for most

start-up businesses. I suppose the way I started the business it was really

just going balls to the wall and just go flat-out forward and not really

reliant too much, you know, too much of the dynamics of another business.

I was relying on influence from from everywhere, you know, so yeah again

taking USN and our start at that time, business incubation probably wouldn't

have made that much of a difference yeah. It's really just, like I say, you know,

the knowledge from as many as possible different sources.

What are the most important things NRIs should know about TDS or Tax Deducted at Source?

TDS for NRIs was introduced by the Income Tax Department where tax has to be deducted at source when payments are made to NRIs

There are different tax rates for different kind of income and transactions

Parental income, salary or anything coming up in India, the TDS rate is 30%

For certain other transaction like sale of property by NRI, the buyer needs to deduct 20% as TDS from the entire amount of transaction

You can always claim back TDS filing for income in that particular year when NRIs do income tax filing

TDS was introduced for NRIs as in the past, many of them didn't pay capital gains tax

How to Play Praying By Kesha (Easy Piano Tutorial) - Duration: 15:14.

Today I'm going to be showing you how to play Praying by Kesha.

The song is pretty simple. It has 3 chords. G minor F major and B flat.

It's in 4/4 and it starts off with a 4 bar intro. So lets get started.

The intro starts off with a G minor to F major to B flat.

It does this twice. Alright so that rhythm is.. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and ....continued

Ok so here's the intro.

Ok so now the song goes into the first verse. The chords are the same but the right hand

is played a little differently. So here's the right hand part.

So

that fill comes in on beat 4. It's 4 and then it starts the pattern over.

That only happens one time. If it's too hard for you just leave it out.

So the second half of the verse is the same pattern 2 more times.

Ok so the bass line stays the same as the intro. Lets put it all together.

Ok so now the song goes into the pre chorus.

The prechorus has the same chords but it's going to change a little bit.

So here it is.

It's G minor F and then to the B flat on the and of 4

This happens 2 times and the left hand stays exactly the same.

Ok now the song goes into a chorus. The chorus is pretty much the same thing it's just bigger.

The left hand goes into octaves.

Here is the right hand Part.

Watch out for this chord. It's the F chord but they hang onto the G. THen it drops down.

I'll show you.

The left hand stays the same.

and G minor B flat E flat.

The same.

G minor

So the only one to look out for is at the very end. The chord changes to E flat.

One more time.

Ok so now I'll put the entire chorus together.

Ok so now the song goes into the 2nd verse. There's a 2 measure transition before the

singing starts, but it's the same pattern as the verse. So, it's the same chords G minor

F to B flat.

That's the transition. Now the singing starts. So it's the same pattern and it happens 4

more times.

Ok so now the song goes into an extended verse. This is an 8 bar figure. It's the same chords

it just turns into 16th notes.

It's the same chords G minor F and B flat.

I'll slow it down.

The left hand is doing octaves. G F B flat.

Again.

Again.

Then low G

F

B flat

E flat

So the right hand never changes from that pattern but the left hand moves around a bit.

So watch out for that.

Ok here is the left hand put together.

Ok so now the song goes into another pre chorus.

Pretty much the same as before but it's just a little bit different.

I'll go over that.

Ok so that measure that changes just kind of pushes it to the next chorus.

It's B flat to E flat.

I go I use the octaves. Here's the rhythm.

The Eb comes in the middle.

It's like this.

Now the song goes into another chorus.

This one goes into an 8th note pattern.

The left hand uses quarter notes.

Let me slow that down.

Same Chords G minor F major B flat.

It changes the right hand to an E flat just like before.

That happens one more time exactly the same way.

Let me put the chorus together.

Ok so now the song goes into a bridge.

The bridge is 8 measures long. It has quarter notes in the right hand and 8ves in the left.

Here's the second half very similar.

A there's the G minor.

It's the exact same thing twice. Ok I'll put the bridge together for you

Now the song goes into the final chorus. It goes back to the 8th note pattern. It's the

same as the other chorus but on the half way point the rhythm changes to quarter notes.

Here's the first half.

The second half goes to the lower 8ve. This chord I like to play C F Bb then resolve it.

Here's that measure. Then B flat. The same. Bigger here.

One more time on that. That's correct. So it's
