Hello Everyone, this is Marty! Today we have a review of new SABOTEUR OLIVA NEW combat boots from Garsing.

Garsing company sent me these boots month ago so I could test it really good before the review. And I did.

I tested this boots in few games and you know how I like running, so I ran wearing those boots a lot and overall I have nice impression.

Considering price, quality, comfort - they have good standing, without real disadvantages.

The average price in different shops is about 3,200 RUB. There are three colors available - desert, olive, black.

The names are SABOTEUR DESERT NEW, SABOTEUR OLIVE NEW and SABOTEUR NEW for black ones. NEW stands for new iteration of those boots.

These boots are designed for recon units working in cross-country environment. They are derived from DELTA boots initially designed for special forces to work in urban environment.

The difference is lower weight and higher upper part to make it more comfortable to wear in the wild.

They are lightweight - a pair of boots of 42 size (EUR) weighs just a bit over 500 g. You don't feel them in a long run or full-day hiking.

Lets see the materials. The sole is a brand new design by Garsing and is called Multi (from Multinational). Molded from two elements, sport-like sole.

Sole protector is common, nothing special. Grip is good, I used to run on soil, grass, asphalt (both wet and dry) and the grip was fine. Summer time of course.

The upper sole layer is extruded thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), soft and comfortable. I'm surprised how great it is and by the fact it is used in combat boots, while being most common for tracking boots.

Having sole of that type and quality is a big advantage for classical combat boot like these.

Second sole layer is more sturdy Thermoplastic elastomer to isolate and provide better grip with surfaces.

The main material is soft suede which is better than ordinary leather as it provides better ventilation for your feet.

Also suede can be used with different hydrophobe sprays to add waterproof quality.

You can also easily clean it with ordinary brush and soap. No problems with that.

The toecap is reinforced with hot rubber. It's really sturdy and provides great deal of protection for you toes preventing trauma.

Another material on upper part is Oxford 1000 den. Soft and sturdy. Using this material helps prevent any strain or pressure whenever you bend your foot.

Having experience with different leather combat boots I have to say that insert like this helps prevent uncomfortable shoe bend whenever you kneel or crouch.

Eyelets are standard for military footwear - combination of holes and loops.

The collar is soft and protects your leg nicely.

The inside part is cambrel material. It has good anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties in addition to being sweat wicking.

The insole is also cambrel, it's soft and comfortable and has shock-absorbing properties.

When we take 2 healthy food items at one time and if they are opposite food

Their combination can cause side effects on our body.

Not many people knows about the opposite food items.

So I've thought to spread such information about opposite food items with you all.

Since this information is not very widely available

Although Milk & Curd are separately very healthy but if they are consumed in combination.

It can be dangerous for our body

List of opposite food items is very lengthy that which food item should not be eaten with which food item

I'll do a series on this topic in my upcoming episodes.

Since we've talk about Milk. So let's begin with Milk

Milk is very healthy in itself but I've shared the name of that one thing which should not be eaten with Milk

Don't eat Curd with Milk.

If you add little bit of curd in the milk

What happens, that milk becomes curd

That means the process of Milk converting into curd begins.

Now when you have eaten Curd with Milk,two process will begun in your stomach.

Liver will tries to extract its juices and nutritional values

The combination of Milk & Curd will begin the process of Milk converting into Curd

So when we have two process initiated in our body, they leaves their side effects

How? First can be Acidity

Secondly- Gastric which means Flatulence

Vomiting, Indigestion

So you should take Milk & Curd separately as both are very healthy.

Now you will say that you never eat these two food items together.

See, you do take but you don't know how you are taking.

Many times when you eat Thali (Platter) where you have lot of variety or when you go to any function.

There you have Raita (Curd based side dish) Kheer (Rice Pudding) & at times Kadhi ( Rice based main dish)

So this way you eat the combination of milk and curd and create these problems.

Often you have noticed that after attending functions your stomach is heavy.

That's the reason only

So whenever you are going to any function avoid Milk & milk based desserts if you are eating curd based items.

And if you are eating Kheer then avoid curd or curd based food items.

And your problems will be solvled

Also don't eat onion along with Milk because if you do so

Then you might can suffer from Ringworm , scabies and Eczema itching

Even the serious problem like Cirrhosis can happen too.

So you should never take the combination of Milk & Curd

Now you'll say who eats onion with milk? See the sandwich you guys eat contains raw onion.

Now a days Frankie Rolls are available which people eats in breakfast and that contains onions.

And if you've drink a glass of milk, this combination can bring lot of skin related problems to you.

Similarly you should not consume Milk with Citrus Fruits.

Because this combination doesn't get digested easily.

In result you might can suffer from stomach gas, loose motions, vomiting & indigestion.

So the combination of citrus fruits and milk is not an easy combination to digest.

So you must not take these combinations.

Also never consume snacks with Milk.

Eating chips and drinking milk is a very popular combination.

Or many types of snacks or other items which are easily available,

People take them along with drinking milk

This combination can also bring lot of skin related problems.

Onion cause problem along with milk, similarly taking snacks with milk can cause all that same problems.

So don't take Milk along with snacks.

Similarly consumption of lemon is also dangerous with Milk.

Lot of people eat Bhel (Indian Street Food) by sprinkling lemon on it & drink milk along with

This combination creates indigestion, gas and acidity.

Don't consume Lemon with Milk, don't consume Snacks with Milk

Don't consume Onion with Milk, don't consume Curd with Milk

Also don't consume Citrus Fruits with Milk

So these were the food items which should not be consumed with milk.

Still there is a long list of such food items that I'll share in my upcoming episodes.

Dive Conditions Report For Caloundra 19 July 2017 Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia #ScubaDive - Duration: 3:14.

Hey people of the Interwebs, it is Q bringing you your dive conditions

midweek report. At the Caloundra Coast Guard jetty we're almost at low tide and

still on an outbound tide with a very strong west southwest wind blowing.

Right now the water in The Passage is looking fairly dirty, but remember we are

at low tide, so it's worth a check out on the weekend because the tide times will

be in your favor, if you were thinking of a drift dive in The Pumicestone Passage

either Saturday or Sunday morning. As we overlook Kings Beach, despite the low

tide, there's still some visibility in the water, I can see quite a bit of

structure. Of course I can still see the dirty water that is still pouring out of

The Pumicestone Passage, a lot of whitecaps on the surface with the wind

direction, but not very big waves crashing onto the beach. If you went in

today I would estimate your visibility to be around about the 3 to 4 meter mark.

Taking a closer look at the water down on Kings Beach boat ramp, confirmation

of that 3 to 4 meter visibility at the moment and very little waves breaking,

but certainly a lot of whitecaps out as far as the horizon with the current wind

direction. Good news is the wind is going to drop down by the weekend, probably

Saturday and Sunday we're expecting it to be from the south-southwest and just

down to 20 kilometers an hour. Shelly Beach very protected from the current

wind direction and that shows on the surface. Nice calm, flat surface

conditions, no waves breaking and some good visibility too. I would say maybe

even 4 to 5 meters of visibility if you went in today. Fingers crossed

that holds out until the weekend. This sunny weather is also going to hold out

for the rest of the week, there may be some slight cloud cover on Saturday and

quite a few more clouds coming in on Sunday. Once the wind starts coming

from a western direction the situation at Shelly Beach, including The

Keyhole dive site, really calms down and flattens out and The Keyhole dive site

looking absolutely fabulous right now. Confirmation of that 5 meters

visibility and certainly a very easy entry and exit if you went in today.

Totally protected from the current wind direction Moffat Beach looks very

attractive from a divers perspective right now. Calm surface conditions,

an easy entry and exit, 5 metres visibility if you went in today. Your tide

times for this weekend, Saturday we have a high at 6:50am and a low at 12:57pm.

Sunday we have a high at 7:43am and a low at 1:46pm and the swell is expected

to be around about 1 meter for both Saturday and Sunday. So in summary

I think there's a good chance of some shore diving around the Caloundra shore

dive spots this coming weekend. The tide times are in your favor, the wind

direction is going to change slightly, but it will drop so hopefully nothing

should change with visibility. If you found this dave conditions mid week
