Also eats properly healthy food, still they face lot of health related problems.
Why such problems occurs? If we start thinking about them.
When we take 2 healthy food items at one time and if they are opposite food
Their combination can cause side effects on our body.
Not many people knows about the opposite food items.
So I've thought to spread such information about opposite food items with you all.
Since this information is not very widely available
Although Milk & Curd are separately very healthy but if they are consumed in combination.
It can be dangerous for our body
List of opposite food items is very lengthy that which food item should not be eaten with which food item
I'll do a series on this topic in my upcoming episodes.
Since we've talk about Milk. So let's begin with Milk
Milk is very healthy in itself but I've shared the name of that one thing which should not be eaten with Milk
Don't eat Curd with Milk.
If you add little bit of curd in the milk
What happens, that milk becomes curd
That means the process of Milk converting into curd begins.
Now when you have eaten Curd with Milk,two process will begun in your stomach.
Liver will tries to extract its juices and nutritional values
The combination of Milk & Curd will begin the process of Milk converting into Curd
So when we have two process initiated in our body, they leaves their side effects
How? First can be Acidity
Secondly- Gastric which means Flatulence
Vomiting, Indigestion
So you should take Milk & Curd separately as both are very healthy.
Now you will say that you never eat these two food items together.
See, you do take but you don't know how you are taking.
Many times when you eat Thali (Platter) where you have lot of variety or when you go to any function.
There you have Raita (Curd based side dish) Kheer (Rice Pudding) & at times Kadhi ( Rice based main dish)
So this way you eat the combination of milk and curd and create these problems.
Often you have noticed that after attending functions your stomach is heavy.
That's the reason only
So whenever you are going to any function avoid Milk & milk based desserts if you are eating curd based items.
And if you are eating Kheer then avoid curd or curd based food items.
And your problems will be solvled
Also don't eat onion along with Milk because if you do so
Then you might can suffer from Ringworm , scabies and Eczema itching
Even the serious problem like Cirrhosis can happen too.
So you should never take the combination of Milk & Curd
Now you'll say who eats onion with milk? See the sandwich you guys eat contains raw onion.
Now a days Frankie Rolls are available which people eats in breakfast and that contains onions.
And if you've drink a glass of milk, this combination can bring lot of skin related problems to you.
Similarly you should not consume Milk with Citrus Fruits.
Because this combination doesn't get digested easily.
In result you might can suffer from stomach gas, loose motions, vomiting & indigestion.
So the combination of citrus fruits and milk is not an easy combination to digest.
So you must not take these combinations.
Also never consume snacks with Milk.
Eating chips and drinking milk is a very popular combination.
Or many types of snacks or other items which are easily available,
People take them along with drinking milk
This combination can also bring lot of skin related problems.
Onion cause problem along with milk, similarly taking snacks with milk can cause all that same problems.
So don't take Milk along with snacks.
Similarly consumption of lemon is also dangerous with Milk.
Lot of people eat Bhel (Indian Street Food) by sprinkling lemon on it & drink milk along with
This combination creates indigestion, gas and acidity.
Don't consume Lemon with Milk, don't consume Snacks with Milk
Don't consume Onion with Milk, don't consume Curd with Milk
Also don't consume Citrus Fruits with Milk
So these were the food items which should not be consumed with milk.
