CARROT PANCAKES WITH CREAM CHEESE TOPING WITH TOASTED WALNUTS - Duration: 3:30.

hey guys welcome to another episode cook with Nancy today we are going to make

carrot pancakes with cream-cheese topping and roasted walnuts and some

maple syrup this ingredients are simple we have 1 cup of chopped carrot you can

also use grated carrots if you like but I like to pulse my carrots pulse it

until well shredded and once that is done we are going to add some wet

ingredients to the carrot this is really nice and well shredded now I'm going to

add 1/4 cup of full fat milk and I have 2 tbsp of raisins

I'm using golden raisins and 1 egg at room temperature and then we blend them

together for at least 30 to 35 seconds till the carrots are creamy and thick

and rich in texture once that is done set this aside and we are going to

prepare the dry ingredients I'm using 1 and 1/4 cup of oats flour you can also

use all-purpose flour I have a pinch of salt pinch of nutmeg and quarter cup of

brown sugar I'm using coconut sugar it's very important to use coconut sugar or

brown sugar because it gives very nice caramelization when you make the pancake

then I have 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon 2 teaspoon of baking powder and

then I'm adding the carrot puree that we just made I'm using coconut oil 2 tbsp

you can also use vegetable oil combine them just enough do not over combine

because if you do so the pancakes are going to be hard and flat so it's not

going to be fluffy this is the very secret way of making a pancake to be

fluffy so once that is done rest it for at least 15 minutes when you're

ready to make the pancake I'm heating little bit of butter and a heaping spoon

of batter just cook it on medium heat it's important that you maintain the

heat in the same way for throughout the cooking once you see the bubbles you

just flip it look at the carmelization this is exactly what I'm talking about

if you brown sugar this exactly what the

carmelization you're going to get clean the pan before you go for the next batch

but you need to do the same for the rest of the batter and once that is done we

are going to make frosting I'm using quarter cup of whipping cream 2 tbsp

sugar you can also use more if you like but I think 2 tbsp was perfect

4 ounces of cream cheese room temperature 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

whisk them together in the hand blender or even the stand mixer it's

up to you start with medium speed and then go ahead and increase the speed to

high once you see the stiff peaks are formed you top up the pancakes with the

cream cheese topping and some toasted walnuts and drizzle them with

some maple syrup there you go guys the delicious carrot pancakes are ready if

HOW TO 360 NOSE PICK | STREET TRIAL (2017) - Duration: 3:10.

Hey it's Jimmy

Today we are together for a new video and today we are going to learn how to 360 nosepick drop !

To learn this tricks, we are going to see 3 steps.

These steps will be progressive so you will be able to train every moves of this trick.

Let's go !

Step 1 : Lateral drop

For this step,the must is to be parallel to the step or slightly inclined.

Then brake with the front brake, put forward to make the rear wheel take off.

As the rear wheel takes off, and goes up, shift the wheel in the vacuum.

When the rear wheel will be at his maximum height,

And starts the descent, we will rise the front wheel.

For this, take an impulse with your arms,

and pull the handlebars to release the front wheel.

Once we take off, we will correct the bike's attitude.

The objective is to land with the rear wheel first.

We will fold the arms and stretch on the bike.

When the rear wheel touches the ground, bend the arms, bend the legs and and absorb the impact.

That's it for the first step !

If you master this gesture, you can proceed to the second step.

Step 2 : the180 Nosepick

The goal here will be to pivot on the front wheel

before starting the descent.

We will brake with the front brake and turn the pelvis on the side to be able to pivot on the front wheel.

This rotation must be done during the ascent phase of the rear wheel.

As before, when the rear wheel begins to descend

It will be necessary to pull on the front wheel

Dev Log #02: Animation Editor - Duration: 7:03.

Hello! In this video I'll demonstrate how the high-definition animations for

Intrepid Izzy are created. So let's take a look. Okay, this is the animation software.

I wrote it myself for the specific purpose of animating high-definition

sprites. As you can see the character I'll be animating consists of several parts.

These will be stretched and rotated and warped in order to create motion. I've

also got a picture of the complete character for reference, and you'll see

why it's inverted in a minute. But first I have to map these images to

polygons. So that's what I'll do now.

And here we are. Everything's mapped to a polygon, including the inverted example.

Now I have to put these together, so I click on the bones tab. This is where I

put all the pieces together and create a skeleton. First let's put all the pieces in.

That's easy enough, I just click "add all" and they are. But they're not in the

right order yet. I have to drag them around and put everything in its right

place. And that's where the inverted example is useful. So I'll put that down here...

and now I have a whole bunch of layers to move around so let's fast forward

again!

All right everything seems to be in place. I don't need the example anymore

so I delete it. Now before I can start animating I also have to make a skeleton.

This little blue circle is the origin of the skeleton, and the base of the spine

is good place to use as the origin so that's where I'll put this. Right. Now I use

the bone creation tool - the plus sign - to create the actual bones.

so here's the hip bone... one on the other side.. and a leg...

and I think it's time for another fast forward!

Now I've got a skeleton and I've linked the layers to their respective bones. So when

I move the bones the layers will be deformed accordingly.

Well that all seems to be working. So, time to start animating! This is the animation

view. This is where I animate these bones using these tools. And here is the frame

list. It's only one frame now, so let's add another one. Now, if I click the

origin of the skeleton, that locks its position in this frame. And then in the

other frame, I move it somewhere else.

If I play the animation now, the wizard moves back and forth between the two

positions. Now if I add some more frames the program will automatically

interpolate them. Just like so that. Makes life a lot easier!

Okay that was just an example so let's remove this again and make a proper animation.

This whole process is just me dragging the bones around a lot so I'll

fast-forward through most of it.

Okay let's see what we've got so far. Not bad but it's a little bit stiff.

It could use some more work.

Okay I think the animation is good enough now. Now it's time to put this in

the game. I'll scale it down to 50% and I export the frames.

There we go.

the armor that we have been given for this quest and it kind of clips it

unfortunately well other than that it doesn't look

really nice so this has been the horror at the prison and this has been really

fantastically well and really well done to the model that must have taken

forever to that especially all this oh my god shut up you stupid projector yes
