THE BIBLE SAYS IN EPHESIANS THAT ALL AUTHORITY IN HEAVEN AND IN

EARTH HAVE BEEN GIVEN UNTO JESUS, AND WE ARE--WE BELONG

TO HIM.

HE'S GIVEN US HIS NAME.

HE'S ACTUALLY GIVEN US, SO TO SPEAK, A POWER OF ATTORNEY.

I TOOK CARE OF MY MOM, AND MY DAD, AND MY AUNT AS THEY GOT

OLDER AND OLDER AND COULDN'T TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES.

THEY ALL GAVE ME A POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER THEIR LIFE,

WHICH MEANT I COULD ACT ON THEIR BEHALF.

I COULD ACTUALLY USE THEIR NAME AND GET THINGS DONE.

AND WHEN OUR HEAVENLY FATHER GAVE US THE NAME OF JESUS,

HE BASICALLY DID THE SAME THING.

NOW, WE CAN'T GO AROUND DOING THINGS AND GETTING THINGS THAT

AREN'T THE WILL OF GOD, BUT WHEN WE USE THE NAME OF JESUS,

WE DON'T JUST PRAY AND TACK THAT NAME ONTO THE END LIKE

SOME LITTLE MAGIC CHARM.

THERE'S POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

AND I BELIEVE THAT-- [AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: LET ME SAY AGAIN THAT THE BIBLE SAYS THAT EVERY KNEE

MUST BOW.

"THERE WAS GIVEN UNTO HIM A NAME THAT IS ABOVE EVERY NAME, THAT

EFFECT ON THE ENEMY AND STOPS HIM IN HIS TRACKS.

AND SOMETIMES, IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO SAY ANYTHING ELSE,

YOU CAN JUST SAY, "JESUS."

AND I'M TELLING YOU, THERE'S POWER RELEASED IN THAT NAME.

SO, WE HAVE WEAPONS AND WE ALSO HAVE ARMOR.

WITH WEAPONS, WE ATTACK.

WITH ARMOR, WE PROTECT OURSELVES.

AND GOD HAS GIVEN US THESE THINGS.

OUR WEAPONS ARE NOT WEAPONS OF FLESH AND BLOOD,

THEY'RE SPIRITUAL WEAPONS.

THE WORD OF GOD IS A WEAPON.

THE NAME OF JESUS IS A WEAPON.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP IS A WEAPON AGAINST THE ENEMY.

PRAYER IS A WEAPON.

WHEN WE PRAY, WE RELEASE GOD TO WORK ON OUR BEHALF AND IN OUR

CIRCUMSTANCES.

BUT I'M JUST TALKING ABOUT SOME OF THE DIFFERENT WAYS THAT SATAN

DECEIVES US, AND HE REALLY DOES IT ALL BY PUTTING THOUGHTS INTO

OUR MIND.

YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THAT EVERY THOUGHT YOU HAVE IS NOT A GOD

THOUGHT AND EVERY THOUGHT YOU HAVE DIDN'T EVEN INITIALLY START

OUT TO BE YOUR THOUGHT.

IT ONLY BECOMES YOURS IF YOU TAKE IT AND BEGIN TO MEDITATE

ON IT.

YOU CAN MAKE IT YOURS IF YOU WANT TO, BUT EVERYTHING THAT YOU

THINK IS NOT INITIALLY YOUR THOUGHT.

YOU KNOW, I REMEMBER WHEN I USED TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING MANY

YEARS AGO, AND NOT EVERY MORNING, BUT A LOT OF MORNINGS,

I WOULD WAKE UP AND JUST THINK, "I'M DEPRESSED."

NOW, HOW DID I KNOW I WAS DEPRESSED?

I WASN'T EVEN UP YET.

BUT THE ENEMY, I BELIEVE HE ESPECIALLY LIKES TO GET CONTROL

OF OUR THOUGHTS EARLY IN THE MORNING.

SO, I WANNA ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU LAY IN BED

AND THINK BEFORE YOU EVER REALLY GET FULLY AWAKE AND GET UP.

I ALWAYS TRY TO START MY DAY WITH THINKING SOME GOOD THINGS

EVEN BEFORE I GET OUT OF BED.

HAPPY THOUGHTS MAKE A HAPPY LIFE.

HAPPY THOUGHTS MAKE A HAPPY LIFE.

HAPPY THOUGHTS MAKE A HAPPY LIFE.

NOW, YOU KNOW, I CAN WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND THINK,

"OH MY GOSH, I GOTTA GET UP.

I DON'T WANNA GO GET ON THE TREADMILL."

BUT YOU KNOW, NONE OF THAT'S GONNA DO ME ANY GOOD

BECAUSE I ALREADY KNOW I'M GOING TO GO DO IT, AND REALLY THERE'S

NO POINT IN DREADING ANYTHING THAT YOU KNOW YOU'RE GONNA GO

AHEAD AND GO DO ANYWAY.

SO, YOU CAN CHANGE THOSE THOUGHTS.

YOU CAN TURN THOSE THOUGHTS AROUND AND YOU CAN THINK, "I'M

GLAD I CAN GET UP AND DO THIS.

I'M GLAD I CAN TALK.

I'M GLAD I CAN SEE.

I'M GLAD I CAN HEAR.

I'VE GOT A GOOD LIFE.

I LOVE MY LIFE.

"BUT I FEEL--" WELL, SEE, THE THING

IS--AND I MEAN, FEELINGS ARE REAL, AND YOU KNOW, IF

SOMEBODY'S GOT SOME CHEMICAL THING GOING ON IN THEIR BODY,

YOU KNOW, YOU MAY NEED A LITTLE HELP BESIDES JUST TRYING TO TALK

YOURSELF OUT OF IT, BUT THERE'S A LOT OF OUR BAD MOODS THAT WE

CAN TALK OURSELVES INTO AND WE CAN TALK OURSELVES OUT OF THEM.

YOU CAN SIT AROUND AND FEEL SORRY FOR YOURSELF, BUT YOU

DON'T HAVE TO.

YOU CAN TALK YOURSELF OUT OF IT.

ALL RIGHT, SO, WE'RE TALKING ABOUT DIFFERENT WAYS THAT THE

ENEMY TRIES TO DECEIVE US AND THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF THOUGHTS

THAT HE PUTS IN OUR MINDS, AND SO, ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS

THAT I HAD, AND I THINK AGGRESSIVE PEOPLE ARE LIKE THIS,

IF GOD WASN'T DOING ANYTHING ABOUT MY SITUATION, I WAS VERY

HAPPY TO TAKE OVER AND TRY TO DO IT MYSELF.

JOYCE: IT'S CALLED FLESHLY INDEPENDENCE.

AND GOD DOES NOT WANT US TO BE INDEPENDENT OR SEPARATE

FROM HIM, HE WANTS US TO BE TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON HIM,

LIKE A BRANCH AND A VINE.

JOHN 15, "I'M THE VINE, YOU'RE THE BRANCH.

WHOEVER ABIDES IN ME WILL BEAR MUCH FRUIT."

SO, IF WE WANT OUR LIVES TO BE FRUITFUL AND WE WANT THEM TO BE

GOOD, THEN WE NEED TO LEARN TO DEPEND ON JESUS FOR EVERYTHING.

SO, WHAT HAPPENS THEN WHEN THERE'S THINGS THAT YOU WANT TO

HAPPEN, OR THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO

HAPPEN, OR THERE'S SOMEBODY IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU DON'T LIKE

SOME OF THE STUFF THEY DO AND YOU WANT THEM TO CHANGE, OR YOU

WANT SOME OF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES TO CHANGE?

AND MAYBE YOU'VE PRAYED ABOUT IT.

SOMETIMES, TO BE HONEST, WE DON'T EVEN START WITH PRAYER.

WE TRY EVERYTHING WE CAN THINK OF FIRST, AND THEN WHEN NONE OF

THAT WORKS, WE WILL FINALLY PRAY.

BUT THE THING YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND IS, "APART FROM

ME, YOU CAN DO NOTHING," JESUS SAID.

SO, OBVIOUSLY WE CAN DO THINGS, BUT THEY'RE NOT THINGS THAT ARE

EVER GONNA WORK LONG TERM OR BRING ANY REAL LASTING JOY

INTO OUR LIVES.

AND SO, WE TRY.

I WOULD GO TO CHURCH AND I WOULD HEAR MESSAGES, YOU KNOW, THINGS

I'D NEVER HEARD BEFORE, LIKE MAYBE SOMEBODY SAID SOMETHING

ABOUT THE WORDS OF YOUR MOUTH LIKE I JUST SHARED WITH YOU.

WELL, I DIDN'T BOTHER TO PRAY ABOUT IT.

I DIDN'T BOTHER TO ASK GOD TO HELP ME.

I'D JUST GO HOME AND TRY TO CHANGE.

DAVE MAYBE WOULD SAY SOMETHING, YOU KNOW, SOMETHING I NEEDED TO

CHANGE IN MY LIFE OR WHATEVER, AND I WOULD JUST--FIRST I'D GET

MAD, AND THEN I'D TRY TO CHANGE.

AND AS GOD CALLED ME INTO MINISTRY AND I FELT LIKE

I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO SOME PRETTY MAJOR THINGS, I TRIED TO MAKE

MY MINISTRY GROW.

I WAS TRYING EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE.

TRYING TO CHANGE MYSELF, TRYING TO CHANGE DAVE, TRYING TO CHANGE

MY KIDS, TRYING TO MAKE MY MINISTRY GROW, AND YOU KNOW

WHAT?

NOTHING WAS WORKING.

AND THE MORE IT DIDN'T WORK, THE MORE FRUSTRATED I BECAME.

SO, I JUST WANNA SHARE A FEW THINGS WITH YOU TODAY.

NOW, I'M NOT SAYING THAT YOU CAN'T CONTROL ANY OF YOUR

BEHAVIOR, BECAUSE YOU CERTAINLY CAN.

GOD'S GIVEN US THE FRUIT OF SELF-CONTROL.

BUT BY AND LARGE, ULTIMATELY, YOU CANNOT PERMANENTLY CHANGE

YOURSELF, YOU HAVE TO TRUST GOD TO CHANGE YOU.

YOU HAVE TO TRUST GOD TO WORK IN YOUR LIFE AND HELP YOU BE

THE PERSON HE WANTS YOU TO BE, AND IT HAPPENS LITTLE BY LITTLE.

I DON'T EVEN LIKE THE WORD "LITTLE."

DON'T CARE ABOUT IT AT ALL, BUT IN THE EARTH,

THERE IS A LAW.

I LIKE TO CALL IT THE LAW OF GRADUAL GROWTH,

WHICH MEANS EVERYTHING THAT'S ALIVE IS GROWING.

SO, IF YOU'RE ALIVE, YOU ARE GROWING, BUT THE INTERESTING

THING IS IS YOU CAN'T SEE THAT GROWTH.

THE TREE IN MY BACKYARD IS GROWING ALL THE TIME, BUT I

COULD STAND THERE AND STARE AT IT ALL DAY AND I WOULD NEVER SEE

IT GROW.

HOWEVER, I COULD GO AWAY FOR MAYBE 5 YEARS, AND COME

BACK, AND I'D BE LIKE, "WOW, THAT'S REALLY GROWN."

WELL, SEE, WHEN I FIRST ENTERED INTO A REAL SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP

WITH GOD, I HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS.

AND I MEAN, I WAS IN CHURCH EVERY TIME THE DOOR WAS OPEN.

IT WAS BACK IN THE WHAT THEY CALL THE "WORD AND FAITH"

MOVEMENT, AND I MEAN, IT WAS NOTHING TO GO TO A 7-10 DAY CAMP

MEETING, 3 SERVICES A DAY.

BUT THE MORE YOU STUDY THE WORD, NOW, LISTEN TO ME, THE MORE, ON

ONE HAND, YOU BECOME ENCOURAGED BY WHAT GOD CAN DO IN YOUR LIFE,

BUT ALSO THE MORE YOU STUDY THE WORD, THE MORE YOU SEE

WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU.

JOYCE: AND THAT PART'S, LIKE, MAYBE NOT SO MUCH FUN,

BUT IT IS IMPORTANT.

YOU KNOW WHY?

BECAUSE WE CANNOT EVEN COOPERATE WITH GOD TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT

SOMETHING THAT WE'RE TOTALLY BLIND TO AND DON'T EVEN REALIZE

IS HAPPENING.

YOU MIGHT REMEMBER, I SHARED THIS MORNING THAT ONE OF THE

THINGS THE ENEMY TRIES TO GET US TO DO IS FOCUS ON WHAT'S WRONG

WITH OTHER PEOPLE, BECAUSE AS LONG AS WE FOCUS ON WHAT'S

WRONG WITH EVERYBODY ELSE, WE REALLY--OUR HEARTS ARE NOT

OPEN FOR GOD TO SHOW US.

HAVE YOU EVER--HAVE YOU EVER GONE TO CHURCH AND, I DON'T

KNOW, MAYBE EVEN HERE TODAY, YOU THOUGHT, "MAN, I WISH MY

HUSBAND WOULD'VE COME."

YOU KNOW, WE ALWAYS THINK ABOUT ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT NEED

BUT THE POINT IS, YOU'RE HERE, AND SO I GUESS YOU

NEED TO HEAR WHAT'S BEING SAID.

AND WHEN YOU SEE SOMETHING IN THE WORD AND YOU CAN SAY

THAT AREA," THAT'S A GOOD THING.

DON'T EVER LET THAT DISCOURAGE YOU OR MAKE YOU FEEL BAD

ABOUT YOURSELF.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, GOD'S CHASTISEMENT IS A SIGN OF HIS

LOVE, AND I'M SO GRATEFUL THAT HE LOVES US TOO MUCH TO LEAVE US

ALONE IN THE MESS THAT WE'RE IN.

CARY: TODAY, I WANNA SHARE WITH Y'ALL A LITTLE BIT OF MY

TESTIMONY, AND SOME OF Y'ALL MAY HAVE HEARD THIS STORY BEFORE.

ABOUT A YEAR BEFORE--THE WHOLE YEAR BEFORE I CAME TO WINGS,

I WAS LIVING HOMELESS ON THE STREETS.

I WAS ADDICTED TO HEROIN.

I WAS VERY LOST, AND BROKEN, AND HOPELESS, AND I DECIDED TO

SURRENDER MY LIFE FULLY TO THE LORD.

WHEN I BEGAN TO READ THE WORD, YOU KNOW, THOSE LITTLE THINGS AT

FIRST, I REALIZED THE LITTLE THINGS WERE HAPPENING.

FOR INSTANCE, I HAVEN'T SAID A CUSS WORD IN 2 WEEKS.

THAT'S A BIG THING FOR ME BACK IN THE DAY, DO YOU KNOW WHAT

I MEAN?

AND THAT'S WHAT STARTS HAPPENING, LITTLE BY LITTLE.

YOU START GETTING TRANSFORMED, LITTLE BY LITTLE.

AND THE GOOD THING ABOUT BEING TRANSFORMED IS YOU CANNOT

GO BACK.

IF YOU CHANGE, YOU CAN ALWAYS GO BACK.

I DON'T WANNA JUST CHANGE, I WANT TO BE TRANSFORMED,

LITERALLY METAMORPHOSED INTO SOMETHING ELSE.

I STAYED HERE AT THE WINGS OF LIFE,

I READ MY BIBLE, I WAS SEEKING THE LORD, I WAS GETTING

CLOSER TO HIM EVERY DAY, AND HE BEGAN TO SPEAK TO ME

AND SHOW ME THINGS.

AND AFTER BEING AT WINGS ABOUT 6 MONTHS, IT WAS LIKE THE LORD

GAVE ME A VISION.

IT WAS LIKE A MOVIE PLAYING IN MY MIND, AND HE BROUGHT BACK TO

MY REMEMBRANCE ABOUT 9 MONTHS BEFORE I CAME TO WINGS OF LIFE.

IT WAS 2 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING, THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.

I WAS HIGH OUT OF MY MIND AND I WAS DIGGING THROUGH A DUMPSTER.

AND I COME ACROSS THIS BOOK, "LIFE IN THE WORD" BY

JOYCE MEYER.

AND I REMEMBER LOOKING AT THE BOOK

AND I SET IT TO THE SIDE.

AND WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO GATHER ALL MY STUFF, I PUT IT IN

MY HANDY DANDY BACKPACK, AND THAT'S WHERE IT SAT FOR

THE NEXT 9 MONTHS.

I NEVER OPENED THIS BOOK, I NEVER THREW THIS BOOK AWAY,

BUT I NEVER READ IT, I NEVER DID ANYTHING WITH IT.

FAST-FORWARD, IT'S TIME FOR ME TO COME TO WINGS OF LIFE.

NINE MONTHS LATER, GOD ORCHESTRATED ME GETTING HERE,

AND I'M CLEANING OUT MY BACKPACK, AND I SEE THIS BOOK.

I'M LIKE, "OKAY, IT'S A CHRISTIAN BOOK.

I'M GOING TO A CHRISTIAN REHAB.

I'LL JUST TAKE IT WITH ME," AND THAT'S WHAT I DID.

SO, I STARTED TAKING IT WITH ME TO BREAKFAST EVERY

SINGLE MORNING.

AND I WOULD TAKE IT DOWN, I'D SAY, "LORD, GIVE ME JUST WHAT I

NEED FOR TODAY."

AND I'D OPEN UP THE BOOK AND IT SEEMS LIKE JUST WHAT I NEEDED

FOR THAT DAY.

SO, TRUTH IS, AS I'VE BEEN READING THIS BOOK EVERY DAY

AND FORGOT WHERE I EVEN GOT IT, I'D FOUND IT IN A DUMPSTER.

AND I HEARD THE HOLY SPIRIT SPEAK TO ME THAT DAY AND HE

SAID, "I WAS WITH YOU IN THE DUMPSTER.

I NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU.

I'M ALWAYS WITH YOU.

IF YOU THINK IT'S BY ACCIDENT THAT YOU FOUND THIS BOOK."

THAT'S HOW GOOD GOD IS, Y'ALL.

IT'S NOT BY ACCIDENT THAT WE'RE SITTING IN THIS ROOM TODAY.

HE BROUGHT YOU HERE TO SET YOU FREE; TO GET HEALED, DELIVERED,

AND SET FREE; TO GET YOU HEALED OF THE THINGS THAT CAUSE YOU TO

USE DRUGS AND ALCOHOL IN THE FIRST PLACE.

WELL, 3 MONTHS LATER, OUR OUTREACH TEAM WAS GOING TO

A PLACE IN BIRMINGHAM THAT HOUSES WOMEN AND CHILDREN.

IT'S A REHAB FACILITY, 500 WOMEN AND CHILDREN.

AND SO, THEY HAD ASKED US TO GIVE OUR TESTIMONIES AND STUFF.

AND I WAS SCARED TO DEATH, I'M NOT GONNA LIE.

AND I PRAYED, I SAID, "LORD, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO TALK TO

THESE WOMEN ABOUT?

PLEASE TELL ME."

HE SAID, "YOU TELL 'EM ABOUT THE BOOK.

TELL 'EM HOW IN THE LOWEST PART OF YOUR LIFE, WHEN YOU WERE IN

A DUMPSTER OF ALL PLACES, I WAS EVEN THERE."

AND SO, LITERALLY, THIS BOOK HAS BEEN TO INDIANA, TO TEXAS, TO

NASHVILLE, TO ARKANSAS, BACK TO MOBILE, BACK TO TEXAS AGAIN,

ALL OVER THE PLACE, AND IT'S MINISTERED TO THOUSANDS

AND THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE.

GOD HAS NOT ONLY DELIVERED ME FROM DRUGS AND ALCOHOL, HE'S

DELIVERED ME FROM DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND FEAR.

THE WORD IS LIKE A MIRROR AND IT WILL SHOW YOU ABOUT YOURSELF.

BUT IF YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND THAT I'M GONNA DO WHATEVER IT

TAKES TO LEAVE HERE A DIFFERENT WOMAN THAN I CAME IN, THEN

YOU'LL BE WILLING TO SEE WHAT THE WORD SHOWS YOU ABOUT

YOURSELF.

YOU'LL BE WILLING TO LET THE HOLY SPIRIT HEAL YOU,

AND DELIVER YOU, AND SET YOU FREE, AMEN?

JOYCE: GRACE IS THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT COMING INTO OUR

LIVES TO HELP US DO WITH EASE WHAT WE COULD NEVER DO ON OUR

TRUST GOD WITH THE TIMING AND THE PROCESS.

NOW, THERE'S A SCRIPTURE THAT I'M GONNA SHARE WITH YOU,

"O YOU POOR AND SILLY AND THOUGHTLESS AND UNREFLECTING

AND SENSELESS GALATIANS!" PAUL DIDN'T MINCE ANY WORDS.

YOU THINK I'M TOUGH?

JOYCE: AND I MEAN, JESUS WAS EVEN WORSE.

HE CALLED PEOPLE A BUNCH OF WHITE-WASHED TOMBS FULL OF DEAD

MEN'S BONES.

"WHO HAS FASCINATED OR BEWITCHED OR CAST A SPELL OVER

YOU, UNTO WHOM--RIGHT BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES--JESUS CHRIST

(THE MESSIAH) WAS OPENLY AND GRAPHICALLY SET FORTH

AND PORTRAYED AS CRUCIFIED?" HE'S SAYING "OKAY, NOW, YOU KNOW

THE MESSAGE.

YOU KNOW THAT JESUS DIED IN YOUR PLACE.

"SO, LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION: DID YOU RECEIVE

THE [HOLY] SPIRIT AS THE RESULT OF OBEYING

THE LAW AND DOING ITS WORKS, OR WAS IT BY HEARING

[THE MESSAGE OF THE GOSPEL]

AND BELIEVING [IT]?" WE NEED TO LEARN THAT THE SAME

WAY THAT WE RECEIVED CHRIST IS THE SAME WAY WE HAVE TO LIVE,

DEPENDING ON HIM FOR EVERYTHING.

SO, LET ME GO BACK.

VERSE 2, "LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION: DID YOU RECEIVE

THE [HOLY] SPIRIT AS THE RESULT OF OBEYING THE LAW AND DOING ITS

WORKS, OR WAS IT BY HEARING [THE MESSAGE OF THE GOSPEL]

AND BELIEVING [IT]?

[WAS IT FROM OBSERVING A LAW OF RITUALS OR FROM A MESSAGE

OF FAITH?]

ARE YOU SO FOOLISH AND SO SENSELESS AND SO SILLY?

HAVING BEGUN [YOUR NEW LIFE SPIRITUALLY] WITH

THE [HOLY] SPIRIT, ARE YOU NOW REACHING

PERFECTION [BY DEPENDENCE]

UPON THE FLESH?" SO, WHAT IS THIS TELLING US?

I CAN'T DEPEND ON MY OWN FLESH TO PERFECT MY OWN SELF.

I HAVE TO LEAN ON GOD.

AND I'M SURE THAT THERE'S SOME OF YOU HERE TODAY THAT YOU'VE

BEEN JUST PRETTY FRUSTRATED WITH YOURSELF.

ANYBODY HERE, YOU JUST BEEN PRETTY--YOU'RE JUST LIKE,

"YOU KNOW, I'M NOT WHERE I NEED TO BE, AND YOU KNOW,

MY PRAYERS ARE NOT RIGHT," AND ON, AND ON, AND ON.

WELL, FIRST OF ALL, YOU'RE PROBABLY DOING A LITTLE BETTER

THAN WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE.

ONE THING'S FOR SURE, THE DEVIL'S NEVER GONNA WAKE YOU

UP IN THE MORNING AND TELL YOU HOW FAR YOU'VE COME.

EVERYBODY SAY, "GOD IS WORKING IN ME."

NOBODY CAN EARN SALVATION.

WE CAN'T DESERVE IT, WE CAN'T EARN IT.

JESUS BOUGHT IT AND PAID FOR IT.

"(WE'RE DELIVERED FROM JUDGMENT AND MADE PARTAKERS OF

CHRIST'S SALVATION) THROUGH [YOUR] FAITH."

EVERYTHING THAT GOD WANTS US TO HAVE COMES TO US ONE WAY

AND ONE WAY ONLY, AND THAT'S THROUGH FAITH.

IT'S BY GRACE, THROUGH FAITH.

GOD'S GOODNESS PROVIDED IT AND THE ONLY WAY THAT I CAN HAVE IT

IS IF I RECEIVE IT BY FAITH.

AND FAITH BELIEVES WHAT IT CANNOT SEE YET.

FAITH IS THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, BUT NOT THE THINGS

THAT WE ALREADY SEE.

BUT FAITH--SOMETHING THAT WE RECEIVE BY FAITH CAN BECOME AS

REAL TO US AS SOMETHING THAT WE SEE WITH OUR EYES.

THE DEEPER WE GET INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, YOU WILL

COME TO A POINT WHERE THERE ARE THINGS THAT YOU KNOW, THAT YOU

KNOW, THAT YOU KNOW, THAT YOU KNOW, AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW

HOW YOU KNOW, BUT YOU KNOW THAT YOU KNOW.

LIKE, I KNOW, I KNOW, THAT I KNOW, THAT I KNOW THAT JESUS

IS ALIVE.

I KNOW THAT.

AND I KNOW, THAT I KNOW, THAT I KNOW THAT HE LOVES US.

I KNOW THAT.

I KNOW THAT HIS RESURRECTION WAS REAL.

I DIDN'T SEE IT, BUT I KNOW IT.

GOD PUTS THINGS IN OUR HEARTS THE MORE WE FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM.

AND I'LL TELL YOU SOME OTHER THINGS I KNOW.

I KNOW THAT EVEN ON MY WORST DAY, GOD STILL LOVES ME.

AND I CAN TELL YOU SOMETHING RIGHT NOW AND YOU MIGHT AS WELL

GET AHOLD OF THIS, GOD IS NEVER GONNA LOVE YOU ANY MORE THAN HE

DOES AT THIS MOMENT RIGHT NOW.

YOU SAY...

JOYCE: "WELL, YOU MEAN IF I'M BETTER, HE WON'T LOVE ME MORE?"

NO, YOU KNOW WHY?

BECAUSE HE ALREADY LOVES YOU PERFECTLY.

HE CAN'T LOVE YOU ANY MORE WHEN YOU BEHAVE BETTER BECAUSE LOVE

IS NOT SOMETHING GOD DOES, IT'S WHO HE IS.

HE IS LOVE, SO HE JUST LOVES YOU AND HE LOVES YOU PERFECTLY.

JOYCE: AND WHEN WE KNOW THAT, YOU KNOW, WE SO DESPERATELY

WANNA KNOW THAT WE ARE THE BELOVED OF GOD.

MOST OF OUR PROBLEMS COME FROM JUST NOT LIKING OURSELVES

AND NOT KNOWING WHO WE ARE IN CHRIST.

WE DEVALUE OURSELVES.

THE ENEMY CONSTANTLY PUTS THOUGHTS IN OUR MIND OF WHAT'S

WRONG WITH US AND WHAT WE'RE NOT, AND TRIES TO GET US TO

COMPARE OURSELVES WITH OTHER PEOPLE, AND TELL US WE NEED

TO BE LIKE THEM.

THAT'S ANOTHER WHOLE JOURNEY WE GET OFF ON THAT'S NOTHING

BUT A NIGHTMARE.

GOD'S NOT GONNA HELP YOU BE SOMEBODY ELSE.

YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE YOURSELF, 'CAUSE EVERYBODY ELSE IS

ALREADY TAKEN.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: "AND THIS [SALVATION]

IS NOT OF YOURSELVES [IT'S NOT OF YOUR OWN DOING, IT CAME NOT

THROUGH YOUR OWN STRIVING], BUT IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD."

VERSE 9, I LOVE THIS, "NOT BECAUSE OF WORKS."

WE'RE TALKING ABOUT WORKS OF THE FLESH.

"NOT BECAUSE OF WORKS [WHICH IS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW'S

DEMANDS], LEST ANY MAN SHOULD BOAST.

[IT IS NOT THE RESULT OF WHAT ANYONE CAN POSSIBLY DO, SO NO

ONE CAN PRIDE HIMSELF IN IT OR TAKE GLORY TO HIMSELF.]"

I CANNOT STAND HERE AND SAY THAT I CHANGED MYSELF BECAUSE

I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT, NOR CAN I SAY THAT I KEEP MYSELF,

BECAUSE I DO NOT.

GOD CHANGED US, AND HE'S THE ONE THAT WILL KEEP US, AND HE GETS

ALL THE CREDIT AND ALL THE GLORY.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: I AM NOT GONNA STAND UP HERE AND SAY ANYTHING ABOUT

THE GREAT MINISTRY THAT I'VE BUILT, BECAUSE I HAVE NOT

BUILT IT.

AND IF IT WAS BASED ON WHAT I COULD DO, THE THING WOULD FALL

APART IN THE NEXT 2 SECONDS.

THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY GOD LETS US DO

EVERYTHING THAT WE CAN POSSIBLY DO AND KEEP FAILING,

AND FAILING, AND FAILING, UNTIL WE FINALLY GET IT.

I CANNOT DO THIS WITHOUT GOD.

NOW, THEN JUST COLOSSIANS 2:6, "AS YOU HAVE THEREFORE RECEIVED

CHRIST," WHICH WE JUST SAW THAT WE RECEIVE HIM BY FAITH, "[EVEN]

JESUS THE LORD, [SO] WALK (REGULATE YOUR LIVES AND CONDUCT

YOURSELVES) IN UNION WITH HIM."

SO, THIS IS TELLING ME THE SAME WAY I RECEIVE CHRIST IS THE SAME

WAY I GOTTA LIVE OUT EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE.

I RECEIVED HIM BY FAITH, I GOTTA LIVE BY FAITH.

WHEN I WAS BORN AGAIN, I TOTALLY WAS DEPENDENT ON HIM.

I KNEW I HAD NOTHING TO OFFER GOD EXCEPT A MESSED UP,

MISERABLE, SINFUL LIFE.

I RECEIVED HIM AS A GIFT FROM GOD, AND THAT'S THE SAME WAY

THAT HE WANTS US TO LIVE EVERY SINGLE DAY OF OUR LIVES.

YOU CAN TAKE A LOT OF PRESSURE OFF OF YOURSELF IF YOU'LL LEARN

HOW TO TOTALLY DEPEND ON GOD IN EVERYTHING.

yo yo yo what's happening everybody welcome back once again I know that was

a little presumptuous but I am CPA strength I am the strongest licensed CPA

in the state of Florida and what do you do I teach the world accounting by the

basics building block by building blocks by building blocks now before we get

into this special episode of the classic series episode 51 accounting for

beginners number 51 and beat over 51 we all talk about payroll

what about payroll for this one and maybe next couple couple videos we're

gonna do payroll we're gonna switch gears with we'll switch up the gears

we're just going to go payroll the 50 is going to be payroll anyway look up here

this is the best the best barn on playlist in the world it happens to be

an accounting playlist and they'll make all your dreams come true whatever they

do I do now I was trying to I want to get 50 well and I'll go I'll go to peril

I haven't touched on payroll I know I have got a couple questions if I could

touch on payroll some put some payroll caveats this one is do this one is a

weekly paycheck weekly paycheck weekly employee paycheck there sorry jump cut

back here boy for you or any of these accounting

problems and I do think you have to put a hat on you know put your hat on

meaning like are you the employer or the employee are you both

and then on this and these circumstances and you're the employee put your

employee hat on so I wanted to start with this one for payroll because I

think a lot of people have gotten a paycheck before with taxes taken out and

that would be payroll now a lot of people I understand oh I ran payroll

well they just they just wrote a check from their business account to

themselves so it's not payroll that's a what is that you know was it drop it to

drop that's our seller distribution it's not

payroll it's not payroll in my opinion unless you have taxes taken out so I

don't want to make this one too long or too dicey or too much Oh another caveat

I did want to make about the payroll is that well I've gotten paychecks before

huh Java had for a few years worked under a CPA actually did payroll

manually like you know I did the payroll and I did that for a year and so I know

I know what payrolls about for companies I did it for probably I think six or

seven companies I used to cut checks every week for some people yeah I wasn't

real free ice that was stack of checks like 80 checks that come up to like

$30,000 I'd like smell the checks and stuff I just print them on my printer of

QuickBooks but and now when I started my business two years ago that was some of

my very first clients I do their payroll for them and so this is also this is

like a the payroll I think is like a real life you know I teach the basics

but these payrolls are going to be real life whether you have a payroll question

in one of your classes this you know that's good you will have some of those

but I think this is more for real life but anyways

if you know payroll and it doesn't change which is good

like someone says I'm paying someone so $400 this weekend payroll great great I

can do that like you go do your things and that's fine then you know conversely

non-payroll you have a person that says oh oh I didn't know I have to make more

expenses what no that's no a it's always like an argument of it's an expense for

the business or not you know anyways let's get going on this

one I was trying to I was trying to tell you that if you can keep your master the

payroll you can do you can you can you know get some clientele when you don't

have that much experience because you don't need much experience to the

payroll I think you just have to be very precise and no one want no one wants to

learn this that they own their own business so it's a good that's a great

skill to have in my opinion currently I kind of I have about I think now I have

eight eight eight clients I do payroll for varying degrees at mostly weeklies

and I run through a company called gusto so I pay gusto a little cut and they do

all I just tell them I'll run run this amount run this amount so they get a

little cut of it and then the client gives me no more than I give those don't

I make some money for running payroll which is basically the start of this now

this is good I talk so much I'm sorry this is that five minutes now people

that were just going to start talking payroll all right

let's go let's go let's get this in monster I better ourselves let's do this

let's better ourselves come on good juice you over here let's go let's go

okay 51 here we're doing payroll we're doing a weekly paycheck where we're in

our employee hats or an employee where we're just a regular Joe regular Jane

Main Street Joe Mainstreet Jane get enough working hard putting in 40 hours

a week at $10 an hour I think that's one 2017

yeah I guess you know that's a job so so then what are you doing what happens

with that think would be don't be like would command sake with me you know what

happens when you get that gear for C your check for $4 - no I wish with taxes

taken out how does that work because for 40 hours time times $10 dollars $400

you're going to have $400 that's going to be your gross wages and

clubs like this these gross wages is what's reported on your tax return yeah

not you're not your net pay down here we'll get to that when you run payrolls

Several years ago, before the House of Horrors match and weird ring projections, Bray Wyatt

used to be a genuinely intimidating force in WWE.

Helped significantly by the fact the cult leader actually had a cult.

But over the last year period, the Wyatt Family has found itself scattered.

Braun Strowman was the first to fall, being drafted to Raw in the brand split, while Wyatt,

Luke Harper and Erick Rowan all went to Smackdown.

Rowan went out with injury shortly afterwards.

And then Randy Orton drove a wedge between Bray and Luke.

Because Randy's a bit of dick sometimes.

Since Wrestlemania, Bray is now on Raw - but hasn't had an interaction with Braun Strowman

- and Luke and Erick were last together fighting each other at Backlash two months ago.

Which makes Bray's Twitter post earlier this week rather intriguing:

Rebellion, an act only brothers can achieve.

times.

Well, if by 'happier' you can actually mean 'brainwashed into a Satanic cult'.

Braun, of course, is busy in Raw's main event, booked for the Universal Championship

Fatal Four-Way match at Summerslam.

Harper and Rowan, however, have disappeared from Smackdown, and are one of the leading

suspects in the 'Who Attacked Breezeango?'

mystery.

I pitched this in yesterday's WrestleRamble, so forgive me for repeating myself, but Bray

is currently feuding with Finn Balor on Raw.

The next pay-per-view is the dual-branded Summerslam.

Conceivably, Bray could appear with his former Family members Harper and Rowan at that show.

But that would leave Finn needing two friends of his own...like his former New Japan Bullet

Club good brothers Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, who just so happened to work babyface on this

week's Raw.

Wyatt Family vs Balor Club for Summerslam, yes please-yeah, I know...we're probably

just getting another House of Horrors match, aren't we?

Major Summerslam Plans Leaked?

That is all speculation and fantasy booking on my part.

The next stories, however, are significantly more reliable - coming from The Dirty Sheets

podcast who have correctly reported Jinder Mahal becoming WWE Champion and the Sumemrslam

main event in recent months.

So spoiler warning…

Arguably the best storyline in WWE right now is Seth Rollins slowly repairing his relationship

with Dean Ambrose, three years after The Architect cruelly turned on his brothers, breaking up

the Shield.

The two beat The Miz and his Miztourage in the handicap main event of this week's Raw,

but Dean refused to give Seth a fist bump, still wounded from betrayal all those years

ago.

It's wonderfully subtle storytelling from WWE.

According to the Dirty Sheets, the original plan was for Ambrose and Rollins go up against

The Miz faction at Summerslam, but that match has now been scrapped.

Instead, Dean and Seth will take on Sheamus and Cesaro for the Raw tag team championships

- meaning the rumoured multi-team match for the titles has also been changed.

With Miz no longer involved in the Shield redemption storyline, Dirty Sheets claim he'll

be defending his Intercontinental title against Kurt Angle's illegitimate son Jason Jordan.

It's one thing to know who's facing who ahead of time, but it's another to know

the finish.

So if you want to avoid more spoilers for these storylines, stop watching now.

Spoilers coming in 3...2...

Still according to The Dirty Sheets, Jordan will win the Intercontinental Championship

from The Miz at Summerslam, and Rollins and Ambrose will be winning the belts, at which

point, they'll finally do the Shield 'fist bump'.

How fentanyl is making the opioid epidemic even worse - Duration: 5:22.

This dot represents ten people

and this dot represents one hundred people.

In 2015, this many died from gun violence in America,

this many died in car crashes,

but even more Americans died from a drug overdose.

52,000 people.

That's more people

than there are seats at Yankee Stadium.

More people are dying because of the opioid epidemic:

a public health crisis that is causing

waves of progressive drug use.

First, Americans got hooked on prescription painkillers.

Next, addicted users moved on

to more potent drugs, like heroin.

Now, an increasing number of Americans

are overdosing on an even more powerful opioid:

"Fentanyl is taking the opioid epidemic to a new level..."

"...fentanyl..."

"...more potent than heroin..."

"Another drug is surging..."

"Fentanyl. So potent you could die

with the syringe still in your arm."

The explanation for the rise of fentanyl

begins in the late 1990s...

"Since I've been on this new pain medication,

I have not missed one day of work

and my boss really appreciates that.

'Lauren is there every day'."

That's when pharmaceutical companies began

advertising new opioids

that were supposedly non-addictive.

"...but these are the same drugs that have a reputation

for causing addiction and other terrible things.

They do not have serious medical side effects,

and so these drugs,

which I repeat: are our best, strongest pain medications,

should be used much more

than they are for patients in pain."

American doctors started prescribing opioids,

like OxyContin, Percocet, and Vicodin,

at record numbers and overdoses began spiking.

In the 2000s, the government took steps

to limit the supply of prescription pills.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers were sued

for falsely marketing their products as non-addictive,

doctors were prosecuted for overprescribing pain pills,

and authorities tightened limits on painkillers.

By 2013, prescription drug abuse leveled off

as pills became harder to find,

but that didn't help Americans

who were already hooked.

When addicts couldn't get pills,

they found more dangerous drugs.

Many started using heroin,

an extremely potent opioid that is

made from the sap of the opium poppy.

It's this transition that has led

the opioid crisis to epidemic proportions.

The Center for Disease Control found that

people addicted to prescription painkillers are

40 times more likely to be addicted to heroin.

Heroin is more potent than prescription pain pills

and therefore more lethal.

Soon, heroin overdoses began skyrocketing

and as usage became widespread,

users with a high tolerance for heroin

began seeking even stronger opioids.

And that's part of what led to fentanyl:

a synthetic opioid that is more powerful

and cheaper to make than heroin.

Unlike heroin, fentanyl can easily be made in a lab.

It was first developed as

an anesthetic for surgeries in the 1960s

and later found use as

a treatment for chronic pain in the 1990s.

Since then, it continues to be approved

for restricted medical use and is

prescribed for advanced cancer patients.

In regulated medical settings,

fentanyl is often delivered by injection,

or as a patch or lozenge:

forms which allow the drug to be dispensed gradually.

Similar to other opioids like morphine and heroin,

fentanyl sedates the user by reacting

with receptors in the brain to release dopamine.

But fentanyl is about 100 times

more potent than morphine.

Drug traffickers have been using it to cut heroin

to increase the potency and profits from their product.

So heroin addicts can consume fentanyl unknowingly,

which increases the chances of an accidental overdose.

Exposure to the drug is so dangerous that

The CDC requires first responders to wear

protective gear when fentanyl is suspected at a scene.

"It's a scary situation...."

In Ohio, an unprotected police officer

accidentally overdosed after particles of fentanyl

settled on his clothing during a traffic stop.

"That he would just accidentally bump up against

something while he was searching this vehicle,

and for him to drop out like that...It's shocking."

Three years after heroin deaths began to spike,

fentanyl overdoses began rising.

Already, new opioids are fulfilling

the next iteration of this progression.

Carfentanil, an opioid used as an elephant tranquilizer,

is a growing cause of overdoses in The United States.

This photo compares a potentially lethal dose

of all three drugs, showing that it could take

just a few grains of carfentail to kill someone.

The fact that cracking down on prescription painkillers

has pushed users to even more dangerous opioids

demonstrates the need for better drug policies.

In addition to targeting the supply of drugs,

providing better treatment options for addiction

will reduce the demand for them.

In 2016, preliminary estimates of

Americans that died by drug overdose

are as high as 65,000 people.

Experts estimate 2017 will be even worse.

As long as people are addicted,

they're going to find ways to satisfy that addiction

even if it means using more dangerous drugs,

like fentanyl.

Putin: Russians and Ukrainians are one nation with practically no differences [SUBS] - Duration: 7:15.

Good afternoon, Mr President. My name is Vladimir Kovtun. I come from Donbass, and so I cannot avoid the topic of Ukraine, my heart is bleeding as the situation there is getting worse.

How long will it last, and what is your vision of a settlement to the situation?

You know, this is a rhetorical question, of course, about how long it will last. Our people are very patient. When I say "our" I mean both Russia and Ukraine.

You know my position; I spoke about it a number of times. I believe that we are one nation with practically no differences.

There are some cultural differences, and the linguistic colouring is a little different.

As for me, for instance, the identity of the Ukrainian people's culture is worth a lot. It is a very rich culture.

But in essence, on the whole, we are one people, and a very patient one.

I cannot say how long this situation will go on in Ukraine, bit it is definitely deteriorating. You know that.

The country's GDP compared to what it was, say, under President Yanukovych, has fallen by over a third in the past years. Peoples' incomes plunged while costs rose.

How much lower are incomes in Kharkov compared to this Belgorod Region (bordering Ukraine), for example?

Two times lower.

Kharkov is a rich city. Most of the country's wealth nowadays is generated in large cities all over the world. And Kharkov is a very large industrial and research centre, but you see that the situation there is much worse than in Belgorod.

Even though during the Soviet times Belgorod used to be a much more modest city and region. Meanwhile, you see that the development here is very significant, very noticeable.

How long will all that last there? I do not know. It depends on the people living there, on how long they will tolerate it.

But I really hope that it will be over one day, and this time, with God's help, it will be over without blood in the course of democratic processes and the restoration of our natural ties.

After our economic ties with Ukraine were severed, it was Ukraine that suffered most. I have already given some examples, say, with aircraft engines, helicopter engines.

I would like to remind you that all Russian helicopters, absolutely all of them, both military and civilian ones, were equipped with Ukrainian-made engines manufactured by Motor Sich.

They stopped delivering engines to us; they thought we would be in trouble. We have already launched two plants in St Petersburg, all complete, using a new technological basis, a modern one.

Where are they going to sell their goods? I do not know. Who wants engines for the Mi helicopters? Nobody does.

The same goes for engines for the Navy. Cooperation within the USSR was arranged in such a way that the former RSFR did not manufacture any marine engines – we just did not produce them.

It was not only a special kind of manufacturing, but a special branch of science, knowledge and production, and Russia did not have it. This equipment was delivered to us by Zorya-Mashproekt, a plant outside Nikolayev.

Well, they stopped deliveries. We had certain difficulties, and many of my colleagues wanted to purchase engines in other countries, including for the state defence procurement order, and there was such a possibility.

I can tell you that I made a different decision, I said, let us not hurry. We will delay the Navy re-equipment. That is, we will take longer to do it, but will make our own engines.

You may have noticed that a new branch of science and a new industry appeared in Russia: we made this engine, and the whole production chain as well. Both for small vessels and for large ships, all that has appeared in Russia, a new engine has appeared.

Now the equipment of ships with engines will begin. Actually, we have even acquired a new competence.

You know that a great many boys and girls, men and women from large Ukrainian enterprises have moved to Russia.

They are very good top-level specialists, the world level actually, they are working with us, and God give them good health.

Yet we would like to restore cooperation as a whole, not everything has been lost there.

It would certainly benefit both the Ukrainian economy and the Russian economy since after the signing of the notorious association agreement Ukraine's trade volumes fell, both trade with Russia and the European Union.

There are practically no efficiently operating industries left except agriculture. However, if they start selling Ukrainian black soil, and will allow GMO products, if they contaminate (there is such a term) Ukrainian black soil, do you understand?

Then they will no longer have it either. That is why the sooner we restore normal relations, industrial and economic ties, the better it will be for both Russia and Ukraine.

technologies.

During the last 5 years, the utilization of the open source software has doubled and became

a global trend.

Today open code can be the basis for some operating systems, applications, libraries,

databases, cloud computing, big data etc.

In the modern world of the information technologies, open source products offer great possibilities

for both the companies and app developers.

We need to understand the meaning of open source software.

Broadly speaking, software falls into two main categories regarding the terms of the

Whereas closed source software is developed by a small group of specialists, open source

software can be built by thousands of skilled and motivated app and web developers.

In general, OSS is considered to provide a high level of security.

It directly relates to the availability of the source code.

Thus, open source development libraries can be always under the close monitoring.

As errors and vulnerabilities are usually eliminated by the developer community almost

immediately, it determines a good quality of the product.

Traveling should be a happy thing

So, in order to prevent any casualties from happening to us

this time I would like to share with you on the safety tips for travellers

First

Hold your bag away from the traffic

At the road where vehicles such as motorbikes always pass by,

if you hold your bag towards the traffic

Your bag might be snatched

If your bag is snatched,

it won't be returned to you anymore.

When your bag is snatched,

quickly crouch

to trip that person

If you meet a snatch thief,

Don't try to chase him,

or try to hold on to your bag.

The reason is because

the snatch thief might attack you

And there were some cases in which

the victims tried to pull back their bags

but ended up falling down and hit their head accidentally

and in worst-case scenario, some even passed away because of the injuries

So, please be careful of the bag snatching.

Second one is

Don't take selfie

at the place where there are a lot of vehicles passing by

Few months ago,

a traveller from China

Was taking selfie at a famous tourist spot

and her bag was snatched as a result

So don't take selfie

especially at places where there are lots of bikes passing by

The third one is dropping or leaving behind something

If you drop something in Malaysia

most probably, you won't get your belongings back.

And most of the tourist spots

and shopping malls in Malaysia

there won't be any lost and found office being set up

The result from our search was that

currently only in the international airport,

KLIA and KLIA2,

So,

please do careful of your belongings

Next, the forth one is the pickpockets in the trains

Especially when the trains are crowded

If you are using a backpack

please keep your backpack in front of you

And also please be aware of

your wallet/purse and phone in your pocket

when you get off or get on the train

because they might be pocketed by others

So please be aware of

the pickpockets at in the trains

The fifth is do not put your wallet or phone

in your back pocket

Many people like to put their wallet in their back pocket

But your wallet might be taken without any notice

so don't put it in your back pocket if possible

The sixth is

Don't put your smartphone on the table

when you're having your meal

Even so, Malaysians still like to

It's still ok if it is inside a restaurant

But at an open place such as a food court,

please try to not put your smartphone on table

Because it might be taken by someone

who is passing by your table without you realizing it

And the last one, seventh is

If you're driving in Malaysia

please do not leave your bags or suitcases in your car

when you are not around

Please put them in the car boot

Because

other people can look inside your car,

and break the window

to take your bags

so please be careful about this too

The safety tips that I mentioned just now

do not only apply to Malaysia

I think can be applied when you are traveling to other countries too

Because Japan is a very safe country

this kind of crime rarely happens

but I often read this kind of crime in newspaper

so please try to be careful

And even though it doesn't help much

but if anything happens

first, please go to the police station

make a report

and if you need to reissue your passport

bring the proof that you have reported to police,

a police report

to the embassy

I think you can get a new passport

But you might not get your belongings

so please be careful
