Welcome to health care at home

In the previous episode we were talking about Cholesterol.

Talking about cholesterol , we always think about to choose which oil for cooking?

Which cooking oil is healthy for our heart?

Now a days we have different types of oil in attractive packaging who claims to be cholesterol free.

But its a major scam.. Although every oil claims to be cholesterol free.

But what are these oils? These oils are triglycerides

You'll not get any packaging mentioning level of triglycerides on it.

What is triglyceride? It is one of the form of Fat which is equally responsible for the blockage of our arteries.

Also responsible for the heart problems and heart attacks.

In a normal body level of triglycerides is between 100-160

But we should try to maintain our triglyceride to nearly 100 only instead going higher.

Then only we can prevent from the heart attacks.

Now what the symptoms of increased level of triglycerides?

The symptoms of triglycerides came into notice very lately

Till the time possibility of heart disease, heat stroke, diabetes gets very high.

Its symptoms are :- Stomach ache, Vomiting, loss of appetite

Fever and sometime prolonged fever also fatty lever one of its symptom

Which is also known as lever enlargement, your lever become fatty and get enlarged

Previously we have done an episode on Fatty Lever.

You can start following those remedies, it will help to reduce your triglycerides level.

How to control over increasing triglycerides level?

Firstly you have to consume green vegetables and minimise the consumption of oil

Instead I would say why to use oil?

If your triglycerides level is very high, don't use oil

Oil has no taste in itself rather the spices we used they have the taste.

if your triglycerides level is very high

Try to use water in the place of oil

Else try to cook the food without the oil, you'll find the same deliciousness in your food.

Also don't use sugar as it plays an important role to increase the level of triglycerides

Alcohol too increase the process of preparation of triglycerides level.

Hence limit the consumption of alcohol,, if your triglycerides level is high

Follow all these points if you want to keep your heart healthy.

Take low fat and high fibre diet to have normal triglycerides level.

Get your triglycerides level test done.

If its high, go for boiled for 1 month and don't use oil at all.

Do some walk & exercise.

After a month get the triglycerides level test done again, you'll find it on the normal level.

Usage of garlic is very much beneficial to reduce the level of triglycerides.

Do eat 1 raw onion & 2 raw garlic clove with your food to have normal level of triglycerides.

Flax Seeds, take some flax seeds and dry roast them.

Cook them for 5 mins on the low flame & then grind it to have its powder

Don't make too much of it rather you can make some powder for 1 week usage.

Consume 1 tsp of this powder with luke warm water with an empty stomach.

It is very helpful to regulate your cholesterol & also to low down the level of triglycerides.

Now let me tell you, how to use dairy products.

Once the milk is boiled, let it comes to room level and then put it into the fridge for 30 mins.

After 30 mins there will be a thick layer of cream on the milk

Separate the milk from cream & heat up the milk once again.

Once its heat up, let it cool down on room temperature & then again put it into fridge.

Back again you'll have a thin layer of cream on the milk

Separate the milk from the cream, this way to an extent you can control the level of triglycerides.

After that you can use this milk, you can make curd out of it, this curd will also be fat free.

You can prepare cottage cheese, cheese and consume these products.

Your triglycerides will not increase and the possibility of heart disease will be very low.

Also you'll need not to do compromise from your taste.

Immediately quit smoking, if your triglycerides is high.

Because the combination of smoking & high triglycerides

It increases the possibilities of serious heart diseases

Instead you should consume Green Peas, Capsicum, Mushroom, Kidney Beans

These food items contains Vitamin B3 which is very much helpful to low down triglycerides level.

Limit the usage of sugar, it will be best if you completely avoid the usage of sugar.

Also don't use artificial sweeteners, although it doesn't increase triglycerides

But its not at all beneficial for your body instead its harmful.

It brings many other types of problem in your body hence they should be consumed once in a blue moon

Now a days lot of fried chips are available who claims to be cholesterol free

Also french fries & junk food etc should not consumed.

Also a complete no to the cold drinks as in 1/2 litre cold drink gives you 20 tsp of sugar.

Which is very helpful in other words dangerous to increase the serious level of triglycerides.

So follow these tips and start eating 4 times more vegetable in comparison of chapati.

If you eat 33% salad and 33 % vegetable cooked without oil then you'll notice

That not only your cholesterol level will be normal but also the triglycerides level will be normal as well.

So this was about triglycerides.

In the previous episode we talk about cholesterol

But still I have not shared any remedy to reduce the cholesterol level.

So in the next episode I'll share those remedies along with some acupressure points

And lot of methods to keep your heart healthy also to maintain your cholesterol level.

Summer Makeup for Beginners, Hairstyle & Outfit | Using 5 Products | ShrutiArjunAnand - Duration: 5:43.

This is very practical make-up look in orange colour

I hope you all will like this

and along with this I will also share my hairstyle and outfit

So let start with this "Get Ready With Me"

To apply this we will put small dots all over our face

so that it evenly spread on the face

apply rest foundation on your neck

blend this with the padding motion using fingers all over the face

Remember this never rub the foundation on your face

rubbing foundation results in sticky and cricky foundation

always use padding motion for apply foundation

to hide you dark circle whenever you are applying and blending foundation below your eyes

always look upwards this way your foundation will blend well

after applying foundation leave it for few minutes so that it settle down

apply this on lower water line and after that apply on lower lash line by making a line

take the line forward in upward direction to make the wing similar on both the eyes

Now we will line upper lash line

for this I will bring my brush from outer line towards center

and after that when I am doing the inner corner make sure there is minimum product on your brush

this will make line thin and it will not spread

I am applying the false lashes because I love bold look on my eyes and

since it is a party look I will show you the drastic change after applying it

this is an additional step you can skip this

so friends do comment me how you like my make-up look

and if you want me to do this type of easy makeup looks so let us together target for 6000 likes

Super Cute Bunny Cafe In Tokyo! - Duration: 1:35.

Could this be the cutest cafe in the world?

Miss Bunny is an incredibly kawaii (cute)

cafe in Tokyo's Roppongi district.

The cafe has several super cute

baby bunnies for you to play with.

In the cafe, you can chose to meet one of the many bunnies.

The bunny will sit on your lap, ready to play and be petted.

If you really want to become best friends,

you can even buy some snacks to feed the bunnies.

They love it and it looks super cute.

The great thing about Miss Bunny is

that every bunny is up for adoption,

so if you really fall in love, you can take your bunny home.

This also means that no bunnies

stay in the cafe for too long.

They all find a new loving home soon.

If bunnies are too chill for you,

you can meet one of the hyperactive chinchillas.

They are just as cute as the rabbits

but they love to jump, climb and play.

Just keep an eye on them because

they'll run away in a flash.

The bunny cafe does get busy so be sure

to book in your slot early so you don't miss out

on the most kawaii experience of your life.

Facing the fear of failure - Duration: 4:16.

Hey, creators.

Hope you're doing well as always.

Now, let's dive into this question: the fear -- facing the fear of failure.

First thing, I do want to give an example with this, but I want to make one note, and

that is that fear isn't -- fear on itself isn't that bad.

Really, it's just the other face of courage.

I mean, you can't have one without the other.

When you do anything courageous, there's going to be some degree of fear to it, there's going

to be some degree of vulnerability and there's nothing wrong with that.

In society, we make such a big deal of trying to be just courageous and you can't be fearful;

and if you're fearful, you're seen as weak.

I think that's a lie.

I think that's a terrible thing to do and a terrible imprint on people because that

just sort of builds the anxiety in them and no one really needs that.

One thing that I like to address is that it's not a problem to be afraid because that just

makes you human.

And therefore, it's not so much about getting rid of fear entirely.

Actually -- totally -- it's not at all about getting rid of fear entirely.

It's just about reducing it.

So to that example I wanted to give, public speaking is a very good analogy for all of

this because when it comes to public speaking the reason why a lot of people get afraid

is because they get overwhelmed by potentially failing.

And it's really just all the thoughts and all -- everything that's going on in-in the

person's head when they're trying to give the speech.

And so that just means that in order to reduce the fear it's about creating clarity.

And so it's about simplifying this process so you can actually go through the public

speaking and go through the talk.

And that's why with public speaking they -- people encourage you to prepare and prepare and prepare

and prepare because in that way you can focus on what you just have to say and do through

the speech.

You won't get overwhelmed or be thinking about all the other things because you just realize

what you have to do and focus on what you have to do.

Another strategy, when you feel that you're afraid of failing, what is it that you're

thinking about?

Because when it comes to public speaking as an example, I think a lot of people put a

lot of attention on themselves.

They think about all the things that could go wrong with them, that they could stumble

upon their words or they could lose track of what they're saying or they could lose

focus.

Their attention is on them.

And so just think about what would happen if you shifted your attention on the audience.

And I'm asking what would happen because, in that way, in putting your attention on

them, it kind of puts you in perspective and it makes it about them and because you're

not putting so much attention on yourself, you're reducing the fear.

I mean, really, you can't focus on two things at once, you can only focus on one thing at

a time.

So if you're putting your attention on the other person and helping them and what they

want and what they're here for, why they're in the audience, then you are taking attention

off yourself and therefore, you're not going to be as fearful or you're not going to be

as stressed.

So a final note with this example, but can be illustrated into other things, I think

a lot of people with public speaking assume that the audience wants you to fail, which

is not true.

I mean, they're there for a reason and I think it's important to note that because when you

realize that they're there and they want to get value out of you, it helps to relax because

they want you to do well, they actually want you to do well because that way they get value,

they get value for being there and they haven't wasted their money or their time.

So they actually want you to do well.

And if you happen to stumble or if you happen to forget a few words here and there, they'll

forgive you as long as you're honest about it.

So yeah, that's my take on facing the fear of failure.

Volvo Trucks - From milk run to number one – Meet our customer: Clare Distribution Services - Duration: 3:24.

My father was a milkman all his life,

and he came from generations of milkmen before him.

I remember in the summertime, myself and my brother,

we'd get up early and help my father while he was on holiday.

I suppose the freedom of being out and providing a service,

that gave you satisfaction.

I suppose my father gave me a good working ethic.

When you get knocked down, you get back up,

and that continues until you're standing back up firm again.

I remember the long days.

I used to start at ten o'clock at night

and I'd get home at four o'clock the next day,

and that went on for years.

While I was out doing deliveries on an ambient-type van,

I was always getting people asking me: "Do you know anybody with a refrigerated van?"

It dawned on me that there was a market for it,

and one van became two, two became six,

and today we're just touching on 70.

When you're driving around central Dublin, you've a lot of challenges every morning.

The pedestrians and the cyclists are literally a nightmare,

a law unto themselves.

There's no point looking in your mirrors once or twice, you need to check it three or four times before you move

'cause they come out of nowhere.

Morning. How are you?

With regards say driving in Dublin, especially with the Volvo trucks,

you feel safe, the steering is very responsive,

the gears on the automatic are quick to react

when you're going forward and back in parking spaces.

It might sound stupid, but a child could drive it, except for the experience.

The drivers are the guys in these trucks every day of the week

Their feedback is very important to us because a happy driver's a happy truck.

You know it makes it an enjoyable place to work because if you have got a problem,

tell them and they will do their best to address the problem.

It's all teamwork. We all pull together from the bottom.

They are another branch of my family. I can't do it all myself.

I've got some of the best people in this industry working for me.

You invest in people and they'll give it back to you tenfold,

so you treat them fairly and as you'd like to be treated yourself,

and that's the way of life.

What matters and interests me the most is my family.

There's no doubt about that.

My spare time away from day-to-day life

would be enjoying them enjoying their lives.

The key to success for me is about what you've learnt along the way.

Everybody has a trip or a fall, but they're all learning curves.

You correct them. You'll never do them again.

I want to be the best at the size we're at, not necessarily the biggest,

but I need to be always the best and to continue a process of improvement,

and that's what we strive for here.

MOMENTS IN MOSCOW - Duration: 6:00.

I have been on exchange in Moscow around 5 months now

and I can say that this has been

an interesting experience in many ways

I wanted to gather this kind of "a moments in moscow"

where I have gathered video clips

that are a little too short for an completely own video

but together these clips form a nice little memory

for me about my exchange

So this was this beauty pageant

style competition in our University Plekhanov

Before someone is triggered

They had also for men, "Mister Plekhanov"

that had same kind of dance performances

there was no swimwear rounds, just a talent show

that was kinda cool

without taking any stand in

in Finland you wouldn't see this

A Russian thing

Today is the rehearsal of Victory day parade

and I must ask

when you can ever walk on Moscow's main road

Tverskaya in the middle of the street

Eero is live streaming

to home Finland on instagram

Fireworks

Happy birthday to you

Happy birthday dear Erik

happy birthday to you

Businessman Pamir

In a boat

on a big boat

I want to say couple of things about this clip

that little lion

this is a Hookah place

In Moscow there is couple of Hookah places

where is a small lion cub

I don't know how long they are there

I feel like this isn't such a good thing

but at the same time I wanted to see it with my own eyes

I mean there is not many places like these in Finland at least

with a lion cub in a hookah place

so it was kinda interesting to experience

and apparently you can buy lions as pets here in Moscow

unbelievable
