hello everyone today I'm going to do a quick video showing you how to add in

cards to your videos you're supposed to see quite an uptick in in viewers going

into your channel longer I haven't seen this but that doesn't mean that it won't

work for everyone so let's give us a try

okay today I'm going to attempt to show you how to add in cards I just actually

learned how to do this several weeks ago and it was much easier than I would have

assumed we'll just go over here to creator Studios and I still don't

understand a lot about like the the cards but I need to look into that also

so you see your videos here all you do is go to edit and you hit the edit

button then you go over here to in screen annotations you click on that now

what you might not realize is that I don't I think this is kind of a useless

thing if people aren't staying in your video to the end then it does you no

good but people that are coming to your video because it may be informational or

they're specifically looking for your video they will stay in your video till

the end so that makes it good so here's what you do when you go to the templates

and you add a template choose whatever makes you feel good you know or however

you're Indian your video but when you brings a joke to this screen here and

you choose a video or a playlist here's what your thing is in my opinion okay

you got choose video playlist best for viewer or most recent upload

now if you think about that best for viewer let's YouTube decide what is best

YouTube still a computer and he doesn't always make the best choices I have

discovered so what you really want to do and this is actually YouTube telling me

this is you want to put a playlist up there you want to choose what's best for

them and let's say that video what we'll say some music video that means that the

person is kind of interested in music maybe right so you will go to playlist

and you will attach a playlist video so the next video up will be yours that

they want to see and that will keep them in your channel longer or that's what

YouTube says maybe they just fall asleep and staying your channel longer I don't

know what keeps them in a channel longer unless YouTube is right so that's how

you do it it's very easy we're gonna be doing another one here shortly it's

gonna be about playlist because there is a huge benefit in playlists that we're

not utilizing make sure that when you do that and you add your in screens you go

over here and hit the Save button also or it won't stick you can also add

someone else's video as granny monster taught me to your video and that I found

that very interesting um that's something that I'm gonna be looking into

it's promoting each other's videos okay thank you
