It usually just says 100% Arabica coffee.

So yeah, dark roast, Aldi, Fair Trade (mumbles).

What more is there to say?

So, super cheap.

is this dry mouth feel that I get with all the coffees

Let's Do a Fitness Test - Duration: 6:30.

Hi guys! Happy new year!

So one of the things in the new year that tons of people like to focus on is our fitness.

But usually that focuses mostly on how we look

and we wanted to focus on how we feel.

I consider myself a pretty fit person.

But the last year, I've let that fitness slide and I've been feeling bad about that.

And I'm somebody who's always had a really hard time working out.

Even though I've never been overweight, I'm just not in as good of shape as I wish I was.

We decided to take a fitness test that we found on Spotebi.com.

You can find a link to the test and other information about the exercises on our website.

We're going to use that to assess our fitness level and see where we can improve.

Afterwards, we're going to set a goal for the month of January and keep you updated on our progress.

I got 22 in a minute which is average for my age group.

I got 17 in a minute, which was also average.

But I'm pretty sure my arms are about to fall off.

I actually feel really good about average.

Arm strength was always my weak point.

You're right, we should embrace average because we could have been below average,

Planks are so great for your core, but they're really easy to do wrong.

I got 60 seconds that I was able to hold the plank.

I got 44 seconds, which is about 44 seconds more than I thought I'd get.

Mine was at the very top, but still of the average range and mine was also in the

We made it way more of an exercise than we were supposed to.

It was supposed to more of a gentle step.

It just goes to show, sometimes experiments don't work out the way they're supposed to.

I was able to stretch three inches past my toes.

And I was able to stretch four inches.

and I'm actually excited to try to get some of those averages to above average.

Or even excellent!

We're going to pick and exercise, and we're going to work on it.

And we're going to come back in a month and report on how we've been doing.

I'm going to pick flexibility, because I often skip the stretching after exercise.

So I want to get that flexibility up to excellent!

I really want to try to get so I can do planks for longer than a minute.

I really want to work on my core, so that's what I'm going to work on.

BECAUSE SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO QUESTION THE $38,000 RAISE THAT

THE SUPERINTENDENT WAS GETTING WHILE THE TEACHERS AND THE

SCHOOL DISTRICT HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RAISE IN YEARS.

DEYSHIA HARGRAVE IS HER NAME AND WE ARE ABOUT TO SHOW YOU

SOME EXCELLENT REPORTING FROM A LOCAL STATION

IN LOUISIANA.

DURING THIS MEETING OF THE SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS THEY

WERE DISCUSSING WHETHER OR NOT THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE THE

SUPERINTENDENT A RAISE AND WHETHER OR NOT THEY WERE

GOING TO RENEW HIS CONTRACT.

THEY DID DECIDE TO RENEW HIS CONTRACT.

IT IS A THREE-YEAR CONTRACT AND THEY DID DECIDE TO GIVE THEM THE

$38,000 RAISE.

THE TEACHERS WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS BUT THE

POINT WAS FOR PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO GIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS ON

THE SITUATION BECAUSE THIS IS A USE OF TAXPAYER MONEY AND

PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO VOICE THEIR OPINIONS.

APPARENTLY THEY DID NOT LIKE HER OPINION AND SHE GOT ARRESTED.

AFTER BEING CALLED ON A SECOND TIME, THAT'S WHEN A CITY

MARSHAL STEPPED IN.

EXCUSE ME.

IS IT AGAINST POLICY TO STAND?

MEETING BUT IN THE HALLWAY.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

MAXIMUM THAT YOU CAN MAKE IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND AGAIN,

TEACHERS HAVING GOTTEN A RAISE FOR YEARS AND SO THEY ARE

FRUSTRATED AT THE SITUATION BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE

SUPERINTENDENT AS I MENTIONED, HE GOT A $38,000 RAISE.

AMAZING.

THAT IS A NICE BOOST THERE.

THAT VIDEO I THINK ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO WATCH THE

SHOW A LOT AND WE SEE, ESPECIALLY THE TOWNHALL

STUFF, THAT VIDEO IS AMERICA.

A REGULAR PERSON STANDS UP AND SAYS HEY, THIS SEEMS KINDA

MESSED UP, SOMEONE WHO'S ALWAYS DOING WAY BETTER THAN ASK

IS THIS HUGE INFLUX OF MONEY AND WE ARE SUFFERING HERE AND

SEE SEND IN THE AUTHORITIES AND THEY DRAG THEM OUT FORCEFULLY.

A SCHOOLTEACHER IN SOUTHERN LOUISIANA OUT LIKE THAT, THEY

ARE NOT PRESSING CHARGES, THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, BUT THEY ALSO,

NOW THE ISSUE SEEMS TO BE WHO IT WAS THAT INSTRUCTED THE

MARSHALL TO GO OVER THERE, OR WAS THE MARSHALL ACTING ON

ITS OWN BUT IT LOOKED LIKE HE WASN'T ACTING ON HIS OWN.

I DID A LITTLE DIGGING TO LEARN A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE

SCHOOL BOARD AND THE PERSON WHO ORDERED THE MARSHALL TO

TAKE HER OUT WAS ANTHONY FONTANA.

HE IS THE HEAD OF THE SCHOOL BOARD.

HE HAPPENS TO BE, AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THE ONLY

REGISTERED REPUBLICAN ON THE SCHOOL BOARD.

HE WAS IN THE VIDEO.

YOU CAN SEE HIM GIVE THE NOD LIKE GET RID OF HER AND YOU

ARE RIGHT IN THAT WE DON'T KNOW WHETHER OR NOT THE ARREST

HAPPENED BECAUSE THE MARSHALL DECIDED TO DO IT OR IF

THERE WAS A MEMBER OF THE SCHOOL BOARD WHO TOLD HIM TO DO

IT, BUT THE SUPERINTENDENT DOES NOT WANT TO PRESS CHARGES.

SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG.

SHE ASKED A QUESTION WHICH BY THE WAY IS AN INCREDIBLY

LEGITIMATE QUESTION.

THAT IS TAXPAYER MONEY AND WHEN ARE WE GOING TO LOOK OUT FOR THE

EDUCATORS HERE WHO OFTENTIMES HAVE TO SPEND MONEY OUT OF

THEIR OWN POCKET TO PROVIDE SUPPLIES FOR THE STUDENTS.

WHEN ARE WE GOING TO BUY THIS TEACHERS?

ONCE HE GETS 200,000 A YEAR THEN WE WILL START TO VALUE THEM.

YOU ARE RIGHT, THE REASON WHY THIS STORY STOOD OUT TO ME SO

MUCH ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT HAS TO DO WITH EDUCATION WHICH I

CARE ABOUT A LOT IS IT IS A MICROCOSM OF WHAT IS HAPPENING

IN THIS ENTIRE COUNTRY RIGHT NOW WHERE YOU ARE NOT EVEN ABLE TO

QUESTION WHY THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED AGAINST YOU ECONOMICALLY.

YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT FREE SPEECH ISSUES, SHOULD THEY

HAPPEN ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES WHERE CONSERVATIVES WANT TO

PROVOKE PROTEST BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY HAPPEN IN

SITUATIONS LIKE THIS FOR THE POWERLESS CONTINUOUSLY GET

CRUSHED FOR NO REASON AT ALL.

THAT IS WHY THOSE RIGHT-WINGERS ARE GOING TO

BE DOING VIDEOS ABOUT THIS.

Biological Sex: part 1 Sex Differentiation - Duration: 4:50.

We have been taught that sex is determined at conception by our genes.

Humans have a total of 23 pairs of chromosomes

and one pair of sex chromosomes.

Men are XY chromosomes.

Women are XX chromosomes.

One passed down from mum's egg with an X chromosome

and one from dad's sperm with either an X or a Y chromosome.

The factors that determine our sex begin as early as fertilization.

If the sperm carrying an X chromosome fertilizes the egg,

a girl will be conceived.

If the sperm carrying a Y chromosome fertilizes the egg,

a boy will be conceived.

Sex is supposed to be simple.

But on occasion, XX and XY don't tell the whole story.

To make sense of it, let's go back to biology.

Today, scientists are uncovering new complexities in the biological understanding of sex.

In the beginning, Embryo is genderless.

Every embryo has the potential to form both male and female genitalia,

the organs will eventually differentiate to become either male or female sex organs.

That means that all our sex organs come from the same foundations:

The phallus will develop into either a penis or clitoris,

And the genital folds will develop into either scrotum or labia.

Inside the abdomen, the gonads will become either testes or ovaries.

And there are 2 sets of genital ducts.

One set is the Müllerian ducts,

they will either degenerate

or develop into the fallopian tubes,

the uterus and the upper part of the vagina.

Another set is the Wolffian ducts,

they will either develop into the epididymis,

vas deferens, seminal vesicle

and ejaculatory ducts

or degenerate.

But we can clearly distinguish boys and girls just by looking between their legs.
