Waching daily Jan 12 2018

I hurt myself today

To see if I still feel

I focus on the pain

The only thing that's real

The needle tears a hole

The old familiar sting

I try to kill it all away

But I remember everything

What have I become ?

My sweetest mate

Everyone I know goes away

In the end..

And you could have it all

My empire of dirt

I will let you down

I will make you hurt

I wear this crown of sh*t

Upon my liar's chair

Full of broken thoughts

I can not repair..

Beneath the stains of time

The feelings disappear

You are someone else

I am still right here..

What have I become ?

My sweetest mate

Everyone I know goes away

In the end..

And you could have it all

My empire of dirt

I will let you down

I will make you hurt

If I could start again

A million miles away

I would keep myself

I would find a way..

Thank you.

How To Generate Income From Social Media Without YouTube Monetization - Duration: 13:30.

hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my

name is Brent and today we're gonna be talking about as a brand new youtuber

how you can generate some revenue from your YouTube channel or content now I

currently have started my financial investor channel about five months ago

back in July June timeframe you know June July timeframe started releasing

content so I don't currently make any revenue off my youtube channel or I'm

not able to post any ads currently because my channel is now under review

so from July to December that was roughly five months so within those five

months on December 6 I was able to hit my first 10,000 views which enabled my

channel to go under review to begin monetization process it is still

currently under review for the last so say I hit my ten thousand on the six

it's now the first of January so it does take some time to be able to pass review

and begin generating some revenue so in the timeframe if we take out December

and just look at July through November that's four months that I was able to

take and create content to focus on what viewers would want to view and of those

viewers would then turn them into subscribers because subscribers are

reoccurring viewers they're your followers on your channel you're

creating content to help your you know your viewer and subscriber base so I

want to you know I created a list you know a schedule of the content that I

wanted to create either weekly or monthly or annually so that's something

I've really worked on to kind of create and it's it's showing the the work that

I put into it so the four months up until December I had 10,000 views and

200 subscribers in a single month M December I earn nearly six hundred views

are six thousand views and over a hundred subscribers so I made half of

what I had made in the last four months in a single month so that's amazing and

I'm continuing to look forward into 2018 that I'll be able to hit my 500

subscriber goal my 1000 subscriber goal maybe 5000 subscribers by the end of

2018 so that's a really high goal and I'm looking to hit that goal by the end

of 2018 now how exactly can I begin generating some income while I'm not

able to monetize my youtube channel now I currently have two outlets that I

currently use and I'm going to be talking about them right now and then I

have two outlets that I'm working on creating here in the next couple months

so flipping over to my analytics you can

see here that my youtube channel currently does get a lot of you know I

would say this is a lot of use for a fairly new channel it's not very well

known so in the last 48 hours I've had four hundred and seventy views in the

last sixty minutes it's actually 1 a.m. in the morning here in the Pacific the

West Coast and I've had about five years so very slow during the night but during

the day it does pick up and it does do well now what is one of my methods that

I used to generate some income on the side that is my website now I've I built

my channel and you know I built my channel my website in June and I started

pushing out content than July and it was kind of building up here pretty slowly

in September I took my trip over the Germany with my family and we visited my

wife's family overseas so I was over there for about three or four months or

three or four weeks before coming back during that time I didn't really put out

a lot of new content on YouTube I don't really create a lot of new content oh my

my website but I did write down ideas of what I could be creating content on and

releasing weekly and you can see here that all of October 19 it's once I

started to get on the right path I started beginning over 200 views on my

website channel and started to generate my my YouTube channel up quite a bit and

this has pretty been pretty consistent this is by week's if we go my months

it's gonna take a little bit of time here as it kind of flips over you can

see July August September it kind of fell down because I was not here and

then October picked it up November picked it up December picked it up I'm

looking to churn it quite a bit in January so

how do i generate income from my website well I do have at so I use Adsense and

it's not the best method of generating income it could be an annoyance and of

course if you use ad blockers they could potentially block your source of income

so I do have some non-invasive ads I have a few on the sides they're not

flashy as long you know that nobody has to click on them to get paid so this is

an article here on my main page I have one banner part one banner ad here

across the top and then one on the side there's no other ads here on my page

it's just content and then if you go into my content then there are is the

same banner hat here on the root on the top there's usually one here on the top

of the article I might plan on just put in one dragging

this one down and kind of moving it into the middle of my article and then I have

one on the right-hand side now nobody has to click on these but you do get

paid a little bit if nobody clicks on them it's just CPM which is it's a beaut

beaut or you get paid per the clicks now if we flip over to ad sense I kind of

I'm not going to show you how much I exactly get paid on Adsense right now by

everyone a couple different websites this is going to just show the basic

stuff for my financial investor ads and I've changed everything to just say

today so here you can see today I've had three three page views from the United

States the impressions I made today so far so it's 1:00 a.m. in the morning so

46 people have visited my site I've had 46 impressions or 41 views 46

impressions looks like page views were 3 here so you

can see it's pretty pretty low there was one in the United States so sometimes

during today maybe somebody they may not have clicked on something but just heard

their views I was able to generate 34 cents there possibly

through the F&I banner ad footer so the footer ad on one of my sites on the

financial investor was able to trigger about 35 cents based off somebody

viewing or clicking on one of the ads on my website now that is one method and

some people were against using ads I think as I begin to generate my website

up a bit add some more digital products to my website I will end up actually

removing adsense but that's not for sure at this moment you know they're not

completely evasive the ads that I do generate on my website are pretend you

know they're related to the stock market soft cap reached and 48 hours so they're

pertaining to the stock market because it relates the ads to your content on

your website and I'm a financial investor so it's all stock market

related now what's my second method it's Facebook so I put out a whole lot of

content on my Facebook channel a lot of times I'll put it out over here first

prior to either releasing it on youtube or on my website so I find interesting

articles that I read throughout the day you know with the stock market

struggling and falling during the last trading day on Friday or you know I

talked about how I plan on wrap it up my 2017 video lists and releases so I put

out a lot of content down there now how can you make money from facebook now

right now I have a shop here that I've added and I've added a few books here

that I've read and you know I've read them and kind of stand behind them so of

course one of my very first books that I read during my high school years was

Rich Dad Poor Dad about Robert Kiyosaki's you know has Rich Dad and is

Poor Dad if you haven't read it's a great book it's definitely changed my

mindset when I was a teenager on what exactly is the difference between

working for your money and making your money work for you I did a lot of you

know I'm not going to talk about the history of my investment but anyways

there's also single best investment that was actually sitting right here on my

desk and I do have Robert Kiyosaki's guide to investing sitting on my desk

and I do have the snowball effect here my wife's reading this one right now so

these are some of the ones that I've currently read and then the richest man

I'm Bob Babylon that's a really good one too

this is actually one I ordered I have not read this one but I added it to my

shopping because I feel I think it'll be a great read after I've heard really

good reviews on this one and those are the current five books that I put on

there because those are the ones that I've read myself or planning on reading

and kind of can stand behind and talk a little bit about I've actually put a

couple featured games on there so I bought Monopoly for my child he's only

two so right now I bought the game we can roll the dice he knows how to count

the dots on the dice and that he'll move his object I had a few spaces we don't

currently play with the money he's a little over two but he really likes the

idea of money he goes to the store with me he talks about you know if he can buy

something or not and he has a little piggy bank that he puts us change into

and kind of collects on the side and then Robert Kiyosaki's cashflow game

this was one he's talked a lot about inside of his books I've never played it

myself but I think it is you know I've read about it and listened to others

that I've kind of gone through it I think it would be an interesting one to

kind of buy and play but I would definitely need more friends so well

those are basically the products I do have on my facebook as I continue to

read buy more as that you know buy more books increased my kind of knowledge

base I'll be able to offer better you know more books or more products that

are related to the stock market and Bastien financial in general so

I'll probably read a few other books here on some other topics but that is my

second method of generating some income so that those are all at so or I'm not

hats these are all affiliate links so if you click on this you'll see that you

can check it out on my website which then refers you over to Amazon and this

is the one that I currently have the hard book cover and you can see here

that I purchased this item on August 27th 2017 this is one of them that I

purchased and I took over with me to Germany to kind of read on my travels on

the airplane because it's a it was a 10-hour flight so it was a direct flight

and it was only 10 hours so I was able to read this one I was oh I was also

able to read I don't actually have the other one that I won that I this is the

one I repot here recently I I don't know where my original one was

that I had purchased I didn't have it back in high school I read it from my

high school library but I have the paper oh no I didn't buy it on Amazon I bought

it at Barnes & Noble's burns and almost had a great coupon on it like a 25% off

discount so I used that towards that book and then the single best investment

this is one I've picked up again so that is basically those are two methods that

I currently use so I use Adsense and I used Amazon affiliate links through my

Facebook page now in the future I do plan on adding some digital products so

this year I'm gonna be working on creating one of my ebooks you know how

you get your first hundred thousand two hundred thousand you know what was my

path I'll be talking about my path on it you know I joined the military at the

age of 19 I was stationed for six years overseas in Germany I took three years

you know afterwards I was stationed three years in Japan so during that time

I was able to basically get paid a paycheck and my only bills were my cell

phone and my internet so during my 10 my nine years of service you know that was

able to generate and you know gave me the opportunity to build my wealth I was

able to invest I didn't have to worry about you know finding a place to live

having to worry about going out there and getting food because everything was

provided for me it was one of the best opportunities that I ever took in my

life and you know I'm gonna write a book on my journey of how I generated income

in my walk there and then I'll be creating some courses on the stock

market how to become a dividend ambassador how to screen stocks of the

dividend the best year what's value investing create create different

courses there and then I've considered you know going back to my roots here

where I I ran a BB me games tutorial website and youtube channel where i

created 2d 3d games using unity so i can create probably something off of maybe

you're not using unity because it's a bit much for creating like a text space

but i may end up using it to kind of create maybe like a stock market course

that you could take directly on your phone and learn from or create some sort

of ebook or something you can download and have on your phone some sort of

application that you can download either play you know some sort of game that

would make it interesting for a new you know for children to become investors

I'm still kind of writing down ideas and that's kind of my following or that's

kind of like what I want to do in 2018 so trading digital products so courses

books and applications that's on my to-do list in 2018 so that is basically

it for this video and hopefully you have enjoyed it if you did enjoy it remember

to hit the like button below if you're brand new to my channel and you're a

benefit you too through the content that I'm able to provide to you guys weekly

YouTube Revenue Down in 2018. Why? [in 60 seconds] - Duration: 1:14.

Welcome back to another episode of vidIQ Shorts.

60 seconds.

One topic.

Let's go

Ok this video isn't about YouTube demonetization.

It's about videos that are monetized but suddenly bring in less revenue.

This happens every year.

For arguments sake let's say your video views and watchtime remain the same, but your adsense

revenue in the second half of the year slowly climbs, peaking in December and then tanking

in January.

Some channels can see their revenue fall as much as 60 or 70%, despite the same number

of views.

So the question is why does this happen?

Well the answer is pretty simple, everyone, including advertisers spend the majority of

their dollars in the run up to the holiday season.

Once you hit the new year, everyone goes into spending hibernation and things don't really

recover until the 2nd quarter of the year.

So in summary ad sense revenue is beyond the control of an individual which is why many

of the top YouTube channels have several income streams that may include personal brand deals,

and merchandising.

Your Favorite Game Sucks | TALKS - Duration: 11:42.

Powerful.

Exhilarating.

Historical.

Masterful.

Highly anticipated.

Best.

Words we as gamers use in an attempt to relay to others our feelings about the titles we

play, the experiences we've had in those worlds.

We want to express our love and appreciation for the emotions, thrills, moments, and memories

that these games have given to us.

We use these words because it's less about our own feelings and more about trying to

tap into the feelings of the other person.

We want them to identify with the experience they haven't had yet by relating it to the

experiences they have had.

This is why those words are so incredibly common in game reviews.

The reviewer knows that their work is, ultimately, for someone else, and they want to evoke certain

responses in you in order to mimic the response they had.

It's their job to make you feel like they felt when they played the game the first time.

We, as individual gamers, do this all the time naturally.

When you jump into the comments of a youtube review and defend a game that you loved but

they hated, or into a reddit post in order to express to the hivemind how good a game

really is, you're trying to convince other people--you're selling your experience to

others in the hopes that they will agree.

I guarantee there's one game that you, as the individual, believe is better than any

other.

It is the BEST.

There's nothing that is better than this game.

You love it, it's incredible.

Take a moment.

Just a moment.

Pause the video if you need to.

Get a game in your mind, something that is truly the best.

Not just good, not well received by others, not highly rated by reviewers.

The game that you believe is better than any other.

Something perfect.

Got it?

Good.

I'm going to tell you why it sucks.

First, let's consider some games that are generically "perfect."

These are the games that everyone plays, games that are pretty universally accepted as "the

best."

According to MetaCritic, the Top 5 games of all time are Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Tony

Hawk's Pro-Skater 2 on the Playstation, Grand Theft Auto 4, Breath of the Wild on

the Switch, and SoulCalibur on the Dreamcast.

These are the five best games ever made, universally loved.

I bet your game isn't on that list.

It could be, but it probably isn't.

These games are better than your game.

If, by some miracle, your game is one of them, that doesn't matter either, since they're

all the same.

They are universally good.

There's no difference.

Your favorite game is worse, or no better than, GTA4, and SoulCalibur, and Tony Hawk.

If you played any of those, and didn't like them, or think your favorite game is better,

you are universally incorrect.

There's a common theme amongst these games, as well.

They are, all five, designed to be approachable to newbies, but require time and effort to

become truly expert in.

They have a good balance of graphics, story, gameplay, mechanics, and history.

They are the first, or they were the last, the pinnacle of an age or the impetus for

change.

All of them are, in some way, important.

By being important, by being approachable, a lot of people were able and interested in

playing them.

They reached a level of saturation in the gaming world, and even those people who didn't

play them know that they are good.

It's probable that you could find someone who hasn't played any of them, but thinks

all of them are great games.

But, you say, that's just reviewers.

They're all lying, paid-off scumbags.

They don't know what good games are.

It's more than just selling well, it's also about being iconic.

Being special.

There are a lot of really iconic games as well.

Time Magazine has a whole list of them, and they make sense.

Tetris, Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, Doom, and Ms Pac Man fill out their top 5.

These are games so iconic that even non-gamers know about them.

They sold in the tens of millions, created entire genres, reinvigorated the industry,

and imprinted themselves onto the cultural fabric of western history.

They are so incredibly important.

Ah, there's that word again.

Important.

I bet you can hum the theme song of at least one of these games, whether it be Tetris or

Doom.

You might be able to remember exactly where those hidden stars are, or the perfect speedrunning

strategy you learned, but maybe could never perfect.

These are games that are transcendent, they move people and enter the zeitgeist in a way

comparable to major events in history.

Is one of those five your favorite game?

Are they the best games of all time, according to you?

Certainly, they're important.

But, there's a good chance you haven't even played all five of them.

And if we count all 10 of the iconic and highest rated games, it'd be unlikely you'd played

them all.

These are the most well rated, highly regarded, best selling, most anticipated, historical

games of all time, they are the Best!

It's not a discussion, they're beyond the best.

Your favorite game has to be one of them!

They're the best, you can't have a favorite that isn't the best.

Of course, your game probably isn't in that list.

Being important isn't enough for the individual.

These are games that are well regarded by most people.

That 99/100 score doesn't mean it's perfect, it's means that 99/100 people would recommend

it.

It's hard to shift your thinking that way, certainly, we all know review scores are a

big deal, but ultimately a game with a 70 is only better than 40% of other games.

We rate things naturally high.

Most games are rated an 8 out of 10 in general.

When we start saying favorite, this has remarkably little to do with review scores.

What makes something your favorite is so personalized that we just label it as "Individual Preference

Of One Over Another."

It's difficult to even put into words what makes one thing your favorite and another

second-best.

This is when we start lapsing into emotion, into those words.

Powerful.

Emotional.

Experience.

We desperately want someone to know what we feel about our favorite games.

Think back to your favorite game.

Maybe it's a sports game.

Or a shooter.

It could be a JRPG, a MMO, a Dancing or Racing game.

This is your favorite game of all time.

It is the best game.

To You.

If I had to guess, the thing that you like about it is that it resonates in some way

with you.

That's not much of a guess of course, it's your favorite so it should resonate, but that

resonance is perfectly aligned to your preference, the period of time that you played it in,

or the emotions it imparted in you.

In order for a game to be truly fantastic to a single person, it has to take risks.

It has to move away from what is commercially successful, or culturally important.

It needs to align itself to a specific subset of person, and fulfill their wants as perfectly

as possible.

Simply by the nature of taking those risks it is likely to turn someone else off.

If you relate your favorite game to someone, there's a very good chance that it won't

be their idea of the perfect game.

It doesn't hit all the marks for them.

As you start relating that perfection to others further away from the type of person who enjoys

similar games, you'll start finding that those risks it took to match your preferences

so perfectly are ironically perfectly designed to turn them away.

See, a game that takes enough risks to be truly fantastic is by nature unlikely to appeal

to a broad base.

It will cause people who don't enjoy its experimentation to not like it.

If your favorite game is Dark Souls, and you think that through it's use of unforgiving

difficulty and a demand for perfection in execution makes it easily the best game of

all time, there are plenty for whom those same traits are the reasons why they will

never play it.

Let's look at an example.

Bob's favorite game is a Sports title.

That immediately loses a lot of other people who don't like Sports games.

Some are still around, but Bob's favorite game is a Soccer game.

There's plenty of people who like Sports games and don't like Soccer.

Unfortunately, Bob's favorite game is a Soccer Management Simulator.

Now, we have a much smaller group of people who also like Soccer Management Simulators.

If we went up just one level, to the Soccer genre, there's a lot of people who like

Soccer games, but Bob just wants to simulate the games themselves and enjoys managing teams.

As we get more granular in terms of interest, the amount of people interested in those games

declines.

We find ourselves with a much smaller group that does like the game versus those who don't.

You see, similar to enjoying scary movies versus thought provoking movies, or enjoying

Rock Music vs Bluegrass Instrumentals, only a small subset enjoys it.

The rest don't understand it, or actively despise it.

So think of your favorite game.

The game that is better than all the rest, that you identify with, that is unique and

cool, and you just wish that everyone could play it and enjoy like you do.

Imagine telling someone you've never met about this game, but they're not really

into it.

It's not their cup of tea.

Imagine their response.

Oh.

That game?

Yeah.

I think it sucks.

Thanks to ErenBlack from ErenBlackEdits & Austin from Vnecks&Vcards, who are essential to these

videos.

Without them, these Talks videos would take longer and look worse.

Thanks also to Pete from Minimme for the extra line.

I also want to thank our Patrons.

We've recently gone through a change in our format in order to better serve our audience,

and our Patrons had a lot to do with that.

If you're a fan of this channel, becoming a Patron is a big deal for us, and even for

only $1 a month you're helping us to offset the time and costs of making videos several

times a week, and it gives you a direct line to me.

When we have questions and need help making a decision, we go to our Patrons first.

Now that we've gone through the whole discussion, let me know what game you were thinking of

the whole time.

My favorite, the game I think is better than any other in the history of games, is Thief:

The Dark Project.

It's a truly perfect game, for me.

I recognize that most people haven't even played it, or they associate the name with

the truly abominable reboot that had the side effect of making me never preorder a game

again.

Regardless, I'm interested to know what titles you think are The Best.

The next Talks is going be about a game that I reference a lot.

It's the most influential game of all time.

Every game that has come out after it has in some way pulled from what it created, from

the world that was born after it.

I'll lay it all out for you.

As usual, if you liked this, like it.

If you didn't, don't like it.

If you did like it, however, you can watch another one in the corner right now, and as

always we'll see you on the next one.

5 Cheap Tricks How to Update your Living Room - Duration: 3:13.

There is no harm in letting your plants in.

The green color can make you feel relaxed

and the oxygen can make your mood to be good all day long.

More on that later.

This is 5 Cheap tricks how to update your living room by simphome.com

1. Tire Table

To make this table, you need 2 unused tires.

Measure the rim of one tire

then cut plywood with the same diameter as the tire rim.

Next, screw the plywood onto the tire.

Then, stack the tire with plywood on the other one.

Hot glue the entire surface of the tires

and wind rope on them. You may install caster wheels as well.

2. Move in your Plants

There is no harm in letting your plants in.

The green color can make you feel relaxed

and the oxygen can make your mood to be good all day long.

Make sure you don't bring the big ones though;

your living room will look narrow if you do so.

Small plants in small pots are great.

Combine this idea with incense

and you will get relaxing experience in your living room.

3. Stack the Magazines

This idea will require you to stack the magazines on the floor;

It won't look messy

if you add adhesive tapes on each back side of the magazines or books

so the stack won't crumble.

Put the stack between 2 chairs;

it will act as an end table.

Put the small plant pot on this stack to make it more appealing.

4. Add more Accents

The pallet wall, the fruit crate organizer,

and the flower jar above can give your living room a rustic accent.

You might want to add more accents to your living room

like adding rustic decoration like pallet bench.

It is easy to make; you just need to take a pallet

and cut them to pieces.

After that, install them altogether by building the seat

then add the back side.

To tighten them, screw each connectors or glue nail them.

You can paint it if you want to.

5. Sell some Furniture

Some people would put many stuff in their living room

and forget that less spacious room can be stressful.

Therefore, make sure there are only usable furniture and decoration in the living room.

Also, if you find your living room to be stressful due to the amount of stuff you put there,

then take some decorations that you don't need for and sell them.

That's it. I hope last idea you heard not give you a mini heart attack

soudure à fil fourré lidl parkside poste à souder pfds 33 sans gaz flux cored wire Fülldraht - Duration: 8:06.

you have to protect yourself - I'm a beginner in welding

subtitled video

test with flux cored soldering station - parkside PFDS 33 B2

hello, I know how to test the flux-cored soldering station - parkside PFGS 33 B2

welding is dangerous, thank you for reading the recommendations of the manual

on the secondary channel a video with the welding team that I use

you must protect yourself with a glass of DIN GRAD 9-10 (at least), I will put myself on 11

test 1 - speed 4 - power - 55 A

test 1 & 2 are intended for adjusting the speed and intensity, you can go to test 3 at 1:27

test 2 - speed 4 - power - 40 A

test 3 - speed 5 - power - 40 A

I'm going to make a weld between these two steel elements, at this place

you see the result on my first weld, it's not great (I'm a beginner)

I'll do a second weld inside, I'll help my left but to better stabilize myself,

I went to the top! (we must say that we see nothing at all)

I will test the resistance ... it seems resistant. If I force I think I will break the weld ,,,

finally it's resistant! This is my first bad quality weld, but it resists a little :)

but hey she will not resist the big hammer :)

finally the weld resisted! , in quality, weld cleanliness I have to improve but it resists: p

you see the burner (finally it cleans easily)

my opinion (of beginner), on the level of the negative points it is necessary to find the good speed and the good intensity (thus must make several tests)

I was speed 5 and 40A intensity, it suited me, if you have any tips please leave a comment

we find the welding arc very easily (very quickly), big advantage

as soon as the trigger is pressed and the wire is filled with the entire metal part, the welding arc is immediately

I had easily a good solder resistance, if you make better quality welds, you will still have better resistance

it does not clean easily

when you start, I find the solder wire easier than welding with electrodes

I prefer the parkside pfds 33 because it is easier to use (the trimming is a little more complicated) but at the time of welding is easier

with the cored wire the gesture is simple (from left to right) that with the electro (from left to right but in addition it is necessary to approach the workpiece according to the consumption of the electrode)

finally we find the arc welding immediately, while it is more complicated with the other soldering station (I prefer the wire solder) (apr against it costs 2x more expensive)

thank you to leave your opinion in comment, your advice and it trills me more than to train!

My Camera and Filming Set Up For Youtube Videos - Duration: 9:54.

- Today's mission is to film twelve videos. Twelve.

Hey guys, my name is Trena.

If you are new here, and here on my channel

I help women entrepreneurs figure out

this crazy online world

so they can have more time doing the things they love.

And like I said,

today's vlog style video is all about how I film

my YouTube videos.

So I want to film twelve.

They are already scripted, researched, ready to go.

So now I need to focus getting this ready to go.

A lot of people have asked me like what kind

of makeup do you use on film or on video?

And do you need anything special?

So let me show you the products I'm using.

We're at my little makeup station right here.

I use this to prep my face before I put on any foundation.

I use this Tarte foundation and mostly put

it on with my hand.

I use this little spongy guy.

It's looking guide of gross and needs cleaned.

Then I will set that with this setting powder

from Laura Mercier.

I also have some under eye concealer that's straight

from Target.

This concealer also to kind of cover up my pores.

This is my bronzer from, it's Hoola bronzer from Benefits.

Blush. Highlighter for under my eyes.

You guys, this is amazing mascara from Target.

It's a ... is it ... Maybelline? L'Oreal?

I think it's L'Oreal.

I think it's L'Oreal.

It is fantastic. I use this eyeliner from Two-Face,

I believe it's Two Face.

Yes. Two Faced sketch marker.

I've been loving these eyeshadow sticks

from Laura Mercier as well.

They're really simple and easy to use.

You just, let's get this in focus.

This guy is really simple and easy to use.

You just glide it over your eyelids.

I have no washed my hair yet this morning,

so I'm just gonna use some of this dry shampoo.

It's called Not Your Mother's. Target again.

Gonna spray my hair a bit,

and then I'm going to take a curling iron.

Just a regular old curling iron.

And wrap my hair around it to give it kind

of that wavy look.

And we are done. Final product.

It took me about 45 minutes,

but I wasn't being real fast.

Two secrets. It has taken a long time

to figure out how to get this hair

and how to get a cat eye.

So if you're trying it out and you're struggling

and it feels like it's never gonna get right,

just keep practicing.

I've been working on this cat eye

for probably like five years?

And I still mess up.

I think I have like six different q-tips over there

to wipe off my cat eye mess up.

So those are two things that take me a long time

to do still.

The hair and the cat eye.

So now I gotta pick some shorts out and take them

to the office.

And full disclosure,

my clothing option is very minimal.

Since I left my day job,

I haven't really kept up with clothes.

But if you see my husband on the other hand

has three, four times the amount of clothes.

But he goes to work everyday, he says.

So that's his excuse.

Now I need to find something to wear.

If you watch my videos frequently,

you'll start to notice the same shirts over and over.

I like to wear this flannel,

this denim button up.

I like to wear lighter colors because I am pale,

so this peach.

Let's see if I can find any sweaters to wear

since it's winter.

So now my goal is to clean up.

I have to lay down blankets and pillows to really pick up

the echo in this room.

So since this floor is like hardwood floor

and there's really nothing in here to absorb the sound

if I don't put that down,

the audio's gonna be really bad.

And so I laid, I just, blankets and pillows.

That's all I need. Nothing fancy.

I also like to change my set up a little bit,

so I need to move my computer over to here.

Clean up my desk, and then we can start filming.

I'm actually pretty lucky today,

cause it is a cloudy day.

So I shouldn't worry about like sun beating in.

Like one thing I found out when I filmed

a couple of weeks ago is this computer makes humming noise.

Sorry I'm printing out my scripts.

That's that noise.

My computer makes a humming noise

that my mic picks up,

and so now I need to record my sound on my laptop.

Right here.

I'm gonna put the laptop on the floor.

Connect it to my mic.

And just turn off this computer because the humming

is too distracting from my videos.

All right friends.

So I'm just setting up down here.

I wanted to have my computer in the screen,

but its not really working.

I'm looking at the viewfinder here

to see where everything is.

Yes I know my crutches are in there for right now.

I have my scripts right here on my desk.

I have my mic like right off to the side here.

Might actually move it kind of front of me.

I'm gonna put my laptop down on the ground,

connect my mic to it.

And we should be able to get started.

Gotta put my pink lipstick on.

I think this is good.

I got a shadow back here.

You always wanna be mindful of any shadows.

I'm gonna pull an umbrella light,

which I have setting up here,

closer to hopefully negate that shadow,

because you don't really wanna have that dark shadow

behind you.

Other than that, I got my coffee.

I got my phone on do not disturb.

My husband have turned off the heat.

The computer's off.

Hopefully no noises, although they're building a house

outside us.

Let's just hope they're not working on it today.

Also, a little trick that I'm doing

so I don't have to keep changing.

Since I'm doing twelve videos,

I'm gonna rotate videos.

So I'm gonna start with series one, video one.

And then I'm gonna pop over to series two, video five.

And I have them sitting right here

so I know what's next.

That way I can wear this shirt for ... whoops.

I can wear this shirt for both videos.

And they not repeat the same day.

Or same week. So.

The way you can really do twelve videos in a day

is prepping.

I spent time researching my video ideas,

scripting them, thinking about b roll.

All in advance.

And that's why I can sit down right now,

and film twelve videos.

I cleared my day.

Today is just for filming.

And that's the only way you can do this type of batching

is if you prep.

You know what you're gonna say,

you script it, you have a plan.

Otherwise it's gonna take you forever to film.

And you may not get to twelve your very first time.

But you can work up to it.

But again, it's all about prepping before your filming day.

So I gotta start filming if I'm going to reach

these twelve videos.

So I'm on to video number six.

Almost halfway there.

A little tip when you are batch filming.

Always have extra batteries.

So this camera battery just went dead,

and so I have a backup battery.

It's now in my camera and I'm charging the next one

if I need to use it when this one dies.

So always have backup batteries and backup SD cards.

All right friends.

So just finished filming my twelve videos.

I do have to film like an overhead shot,

so I wanna do my power sheets video.

And I wanna film it like that.

So I do have to do that yet,

but I don't have to be on video for that.

It's just gonna be me talking and writing.

So it didn't necessarily have to do that today.

I can do it without makeup.

But that is the result of filming and changing.

So I did change seven times.

And if you guys think you can't film twelve videos in a day

you just gotta be prepared.

You gotta have those video ideas,

you gotta write them out,

know what it is that you're doing.

I'm even on crutches and I still got these done.

And it took me about two and a half hours.

My videos are generally between five to seven minutes.

Two of them might have been three minutes,

they're quick videos.

But it's doable.

So let me just show you my set up real quick.

So you can see how I'm doing this.

Okay so for me I'm sitting here at my desk.

And yes I'm in a knee brace,

so what's your excuse?

Since my computer made too much noise,

I use my laptop.

I have this mic and it's plugged in to my laptop.

What I do is I open quick time right here.

And I wanna go to new audio recording.

So I will push record when I'm ready to start.

And then my camera sits right here in this ring light

and I'll push record on my camera.

But other than that,

I then file them by date.

So I had them all listed in my planner right here,

the calendar.

And so then every audio file that I created,

I titled it date.

So then I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go into Google Drive,

which my editor and I use.

And I'm gonna upload every single video file

to a folder.

And so in that folder will be my script.

So he knows what call out points that I want.

I also need to go and do some b roll footage,

which I have listed in my script as well.

And I'll ad my audio file there.

So he has everything he needs.

Based on folder.

And those folders on based on dates.

So he knows when those videos are due.

And he just shared me his first version.

I'll let him know what sticks,

what I don't like, he'll fix it.

Usually it only takes, max, two rounds.

Usually the first time he sends me one,

we're good.

He knows what I like.

And that's basically how I'm uploading to YouTube.

You guys I'm gonna be doing three videos in January,

make sure you're subscribed,

every Tuesday and Thursday gonna be a new video.

And then a surprise video.

Look out for some surprised coming up.

So there's a floating third day throughout the month.

For me, now that I'm done filming,

and I got done, I am gonna go set some lunch.

And work on some business stuff.

If you guys have questions about any of the setup,

anything about filming,

let me know down in the comment section.

You guys can do this.

It's not that hard.

You need to do it a couple of times

to get a process in line for you.

And then it's easier to do, trust me.

If you like vlogs,

if you want me to vlog more,

make sure you give this video a thumbs you.

You click subscribe,

and thank you guys for watching my filming day.

I'll see you in the next video.

Bye.

CHEGUEI, YOUTUBE! | Respondendo perguntas do twitter - Duration: 11:14.

I can't believe I have to answer this.

Hi hi folks, my name is Luisa and welcome to the channel Lunática!

Well, this is the first video of the channel and I should be introducing myself

But I'm not good at this, so what did I decide to do?

I asked some people to send me questions on twitter

and I'll answer some of them here.

Because I think that's the easiest way for you guys

to know me better without having to go through that terrible thing of me trying to explain myself

and fail.

Well, let's start with lucixxfer's question. She asked:

"Lu, starting a project is always difficult. How has this been to you? What is your inspiration?"

Well, to be honest, this YouTube channel

is more of an extension of my blog, Lunática

that I've been running since 2016.

And my big inspiration to

start the channel and stuff

is the blog itself.

Because I've been doing stuff there that I believe would be nice in videos too

so I thought "Why not? Let's try, right?"

Maybe it will work.

Alexia asked

"Do you prefer cats or dogs?"

Well...

I would say I'm more of a dog person

but I like cats as much as I like dogs.

Now I have a dog, Primrose

and a cat, Sushi, and I love them so much

I talk to them, like, sometimes they try to attack each other and I'm like

"Stop being mean to your brother, stop being mean to your sister"

I love my babies.

Flora asked

"Do you prefer Gretchen's or Inês Brasil's memes?"

So, I don't have nothing against Inês Brasil, to be honest

I use a lot of her memes, but I think Gretchen's ones

are more diverse.

They are more diverse and you can use them in more situations than the ones from Inês Brasil.

Izabel asked "Would you like to live in another state of Brazil?"

YES!

Right now, to be honest, I want to live in another state

more because I need a job than anything else, but

yes, I would like to live in another state

or another city here in Rio

And, if I could, I would spend like, 6 months

living near my friends from all over

And...

It's pretty much that.

Luiza asked

"Do you plan to live abroad?"

Yes. I do plan to live abroad.

But I think that's not a thing in my near future

Maybe in some years.

But I'm excited because I want to live abroad.

Imagine the whole "Luisa in Canada" tour.

Lianna asked

"What was your favorite part about 2017?"

Is this serious? Do I need to answer this?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Well, 2017 was an awesome year for me

in different...

Different areas of my life

And...

The best parts that I can rank are

My graduation party, that was amazing

And also...

When I went to Rio's International Book Fair

And, obviously

I couldn't forget to mention, I met my best friend

Adore Delano

And...

Maybe I'll see her again this year.

I don't know. Let's see how this story unfolds.

Adore, se você estiver assistindo, eu te amo muito

Obrigada por ser minha *melhor amiga*

Rob and Ester asked

about my life after the graduation.

Rob asked

"What are your plans now that you graduated?"

And Ester asked

"How does it feel like to be graduated?"

So I'm telling you guys a secret:

I'M NOT GRADUATED YET!

In reality, I had the graduation party and everything, but I still have to hand over the final project and defend it.

So, in a nutshell, I'm still studying.

But, I "graduated".

I'm truly graduating in July, when I defend my final project

And then I'll be Bachelor of Social Communication with qualification in Journalism.

Do you want it, @?

Dherick asked "Which gem/fusion of Steven Universe is your favorite?"

"Elaborate."

I'll kill him for asking this

That's a very difficult question.

Everybody knows that my baby from SU is

Amethyst

But I also like the other gems a lot

And, like...

Navy Ruby is my favorite Ruby

after Garnet's Ruby

And about fusions, I like Garnet

I think that, like, if I didn't mention her

I would be a liar, an asshole, and everything

I like Garnet a lot

My "favorite", that is the one I like the most visually

is Opal, but I identify the most with

Smoky Quartz.

So, my final answer is: my favorite gem from SU is

the whole cast.

Gabu asked

"Marry, fuck or kill: Adore, Trixie or Jinkx"

I'll punch this boy in the face.

So, they're three of my favorite queens

which makes it all so much more difficult.

But I think that I'd marry...

I'd marry...

Either Adore or Jinkx.

They are my babies, my top top top faves.

And I like them a lot, so I'd marry one of these two.

I'd also fuck one of these two

And... Actually, I'd fuck either one of the three.

But I'd kill... I'd totally kill Trixie!

I would kill Trixie, but only after I meet her.

Because I think that, between these three,

Trixie is the one who talks the biggest amount of bullshit and she should die because of that.

But it doesn't mean that she should ACTUALLY DIE, OK?

I love Trixie.

Trixie Mattel, se você tá assistindo, eu te amo DEMAIS

e eu espero que você vença o All Stars 3.

Still about All Stars, Izabel asked "Why do people say that Alaska was rigged?"

Well, um...

The whole story of Alaska being called "cotada"...

I'll tell you my opinion, OK? If you disagree, that's fine.

I think Alaska had everything to win All Stars

and she won, but I believe she was super favored in some challenges

that I think she didn't do THAT well to be on the top

or she could even be on the bottom.

This is the reason why I say Alaska was rigged.

I don't know about the rest of the fandom.

So...

It's my opinion. You know, I think she deserved to win

and everything, but...

I think it should be different.

It's just like that Little Pastor says...

"Shouldn't it be different?" Yeah.

Katya winner.

lucixxfer asked

"A whole day with your girl Adore or an year of R$1000 gift cards from Carrefour (a supermarket)?"

So, my loves... A whole day with Adore.

Because I would only spend the year of R$ 1000 gift cards from Carrefour

*please sponsor me, Carrefour*

I would only use them to buy

DORITOS!

I would spend them on Doritos and that wouldn't help me in anything

but a day with my best friend Adore Delano

would help me a lot because we could know each other better

and...

I don't know, but I think it would be better for me.

Izabel asked

"Is there any series that people love and revere but you don't think that's all that?"

Well, I'm not that into series

I watch RuPaul's Drag Race, I watch Steven Universe

But... I'm not the "crazy series lady".

But still...

I like to read a lot

and many people criticize me because I didn't read Harry Potter, I don't "like" Harry Potter.

But I'm here to make it clear *Roxxxy shirt, get it?*

And I'll talk about this, because it's not that I dislike Harry Potter

I never read, so I can't say that I like it or not.

But that's a thing that doesn't attract me, you know?

Because for me to get and read something, for me to like something

it has to, like... scream my name.

and...

Sadly, Harry Potter doesn't do that.

It doesn't give me that sensation of "OH WOW, I WANT TO READ THAT, I WANT TO WATCH THAT".

Alexia asked "What's the craziest thing you would do for your idol?"

I wouldn't underestimate my crazyness.

I wouldn't underestimate my crazyness.

I can't give you a definitive answer

But I did a lot of stuff I think are crazy

to get to see my idols and stuff.

One of them was when they announced Adore's concert last year

and I did a slideshow presentation to try and convince my mom

to let me go

And I did it!

And today Adore Delano is my best friend.

Eu te amo, Adore.

I ADORE YOU.

Luh asked about Aja's 8 wins.

"Is there going to be any space for them in your channel?"

Well, I do want to RuView All Stars 3 as soon as it starts

And Aja's in the cast, so it's obvious that her 8 wins

will be documented for you to watch whenever you want.

So... Subscribe to my channel,

activate the notifications, because as soon as All Stars 3 starts

I'll post RuViews. Every. Week. For you guys.

So, that's it for today. I hope you guys liked it.
