Waching daily Jan 12 2018

I hurt myself today

To see if I still feel

I focus on the pain

The only thing that's real

The needle tears a hole

The old familiar sting

I try to kill it all away

But I remember everything

What have I become ?

My sweetest mate

Everyone I know goes away

In the end..

And you could have it all

My empire of dirt

I will let you down

I will make you hurt

I wear this crown of sh*t

Upon my liar's chair

Full of broken thoughts

I can not repair..

Beneath the stains of time

The feelings disappear

You are someone else

I am still right here..

What have I become ?

My sweetest mate

Everyone I know goes away

In the end..

And you could have it all

My empire of dirt

I will let you down

I will make you hurt

If I could start again

A million miles away

I would keep myself

I would find a way..

Thank you.

How To Generate Income From Social Media Without YouTube Monetization - Duration: 13:30.

hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my

name is Brent and today we're gonna be talking about as a brand new youtuber

how you can generate some revenue from your YouTube channel or content now I

currently have started my financial investor channel about five months ago

back in July June timeframe you know June July timeframe started releasing

content so I don't currently make any revenue off my youtube channel or I'm

not able to post any ads currently because my channel is now under review

so from July to December that was roughly five months so within those five

months on December 6 I was able to hit my first 10,000 views which enabled my

channel to go under review to begin monetization process it is still

currently under review for the last so say I hit my ten thousand on the six

it's now the first of January so it does take some time to be able to pass review

and begin generating some revenue so in the timeframe if we take out December

and just look at July through November that's four months that I was able to

take and create content to focus on what viewers would want to view and of those

viewers would then turn them into subscribers because subscribers are

reoccurring viewers they're your followers on your channel you're

creating content to help your you know your viewer and subscriber base so I

want to you know I created a list you know a schedule of the content that I

wanted to create either weekly or monthly or annually so that's something

I've really worked on to kind of create and it's it's showing the the work that

I put into it so the four months up until December I had 10,000 views and

200 subscribers in a single month M December I earn nearly six hundred views

are six thousand views and over a hundred subscribers so I made half of

what I had made in the last four months in a single month so that's amazing and

I'm continuing to look forward into 2018 that I'll be able to hit my 500

subscriber goal my 1000 subscriber goal maybe 5000 subscribers by the end of

2018 so that's a really high goal and I'm looking to hit that goal by the end

of 2018 now how exactly can I begin generating some income while I'm not

able to monetize my youtube channel now I currently have two outlets that I

currently use and I'm going to be talking about them right now and then I

have two outlets that I'm working on creating here in the next couple months

so flipping over to my analytics you can

see here that my youtube channel currently does get a lot of you know I

would say this is a lot of use for a fairly new channel it's not very well

known so in the last 48 hours I've had four hundred and seventy views in the

last sixty minutes it's actually 1 a.m. in the morning here in the Pacific the

West Coast and I've had about five years so very slow during the night but during

the day it does pick up and it does do well now what is one of my methods that

I used to generate some income on the side that is my website now I've I built

my channel and you know I built my channel my website in June and I started

pushing out content than July and it was kind of building up here pretty slowly

in September I took my trip over the Germany with my family and we visited my

wife's family overseas so I was over there for about three or four months or

three or four weeks before coming back during that time I didn't really put out

a lot of new content on YouTube I don't really create a lot of new content oh my

my website but I did write down ideas of what I could be creating content on and

releasing weekly and you can see here that all of October 19 it's once I

started to get on the right path I started beginning over 200 views on my

website channel and started to generate my my YouTube channel up quite a bit and

this has pretty been pretty consistent this is by week's if we go my months

it's gonna take a little bit of time here as it kind of flips over you can

see July August September it kind of fell down because I was not here and

then October picked it up November picked it up December picked it up I'm

looking to churn it quite a bit in January so

how do i generate income from my website well I do have at so I use Adsense and

it's not the best method of generating income it could be an annoyance and of

course if you use ad blockers they could potentially block your source of income

so I do have some non-invasive ads I have a few on the sides they're not

flashy as long you know that nobody has to click on them to get paid so this is

an article here on my main page I have one banner part one banner ad here

across the top and then one on the side there's no other ads here on my page

it's just content and then if you go into my content then there are is the

same banner hat here on the root on the top there's usually one here on the top

of the article I might plan on just put in one dragging

this one down and kind of moving it into the middle of my article and then I have

one on the right-hand side now nobody has to click on these but you do get

paid a little bit if nobody clicks on them it's just CPM which is it's a beaut

beaut or you get paid per the clicks now if we flip over to ad sense I kind of

I'm not going to show you how much I exactly get paid on Adsense right now by

everyone a couple different websites this is going to just show the basic

stuff for my financial investor ads and I've changed everything to just say

today so here you can see today I've had three three page views from the United

States the impressions I made today so far so it's 1:00 a.m. in the morning so

46 people have visited my site I've had 46 impressions or 41 views 46

impressions looks like page views were 3 here so you

can see it's pretty pretty low there was one in the United States so sometimes

during today maybe somebody they may not have clicked on something but just heard

their views I was able to generate 34 cents there possibly

through the F&I banner ad footer so the footer ad on one of my sites on the

financial investor was able to trigger about 35 cents based off somebody

viewing or clicking on one of the ads on my website now that is one method and

some people were against using ads I think as I begin to generate my website

up a bit add some more digital products to my website I will end up actually

removing adsense but that's not for sure at this moment you know they're not

completely evasive the ads that I do generate on my website are pretend you

know they're related to the stock market soft cap reached and 48 hours so they're

pertaining to the stock market because it relates the ads to your content on

your website and I'm a financial investor so it's all stock market

related now what's my second method it's Facebook so I put out a whole lot of

content on my Facebook channel a lot of times I'll put it out over here first

prior to either releasing it on youtube or on my website so I find interesting

articles that I read throughout the day you know with the stock market

struggling and falling during the last trading day on Friday or you know I

talked about how I plan on wrap it up my 2017 video lists and releases so I put

out a lot of content down there now how can you make money from facebook now

right now I have a shop here that I've added and I've added a few books here

that I've read and you know I've read them and kind of stand behind them so of

course one of my very first books that I read during my high school years was

Rich Dad Poor Dad about Robert Kiyosaki's you know has Rich Dad and is

Poor Dad if you haven't read it's a great book it's definitely changed my

mindset when I was a teenager on what exactly is the difference between

working for your money and making your money work for you I did a lot of you

know I'm not going to talk about the history of my investment but anyways

there's also single best investment that was actually sitting right here on my

desk and I do have Robert Kiyosaki's guide to investing sitting on my desk

and I do have the snowball effect here my wife's reading this one right now so

these are some of the ones that I've currently read and then the richest man

I'm Bob Babylon that's a really good one too

this is actually one I ordered I have not read this one but I added it to my

shopping because I feel I think it'll be a great read after I've heard really

good reviews on this one and those are the current five books that I put on

there because those are the ones that I've read myself or planning on reading

and kind of can stand behind and talk a little bit about I've actually put a

couple featured games on there so I bought Monopoly for my child he's only

two so right now I bought the game we can roll the dice he knows how to count

the dots on the dice and that he'll move his object I had a few spaces we don't

currently play with the money he's a little over two but he really likes the

idea of money he goes to the store with me he talks about you know if he can buy

something or not and he has a little piggy bank that he puts us change into

and kind of collects on the side and then Robert Kiyosaki's cashflow game

this was one he's talked a lot about inside of his books I've never played it

myself but I think it is you know I've read about it and listened to others

that I've kind of gone through it I think it would be an interesting one to

kind of buy and play but I would definitely need more friends so well

those are basically the products I do have on my facebook as I continue to

read buy more as that you know buy more books increased my kind of knowledge

base I'll be able to offer better you know more books or more products that

are related to the stock market and Bastien financial in general so

I'll probably read a few other books here on some other topics but that is my

second method of generating some income so that those are all at so or I'm not

hats these are all affiliate links so if you click on this you'll see that you

can check it out on my website which then refers you over to Amazon and this

is the one that I currently have the hard book cover and you can see here

that I purchased this item on August 27th 2017 this is one of them that I

purchased and I took over with me to Germany to kind of read on my travels on

the airplane because it's a it was a 10-hour flight so it was a direct flight

and it was only 10 hours so I was able to read this one I was oh I was also

able to read I don't actually have the other one that I won that I this is the

one I repot here recently I I don't know where my original one was

that I had purchased I didn't have it back in high school I read it from my

high school library but I have the paper oh no I didn't buy it on Amazon I bought

it at Barnes & Noble's burns and almost had a great coupon on it like a 25% off

discount so I used that towards that book and then the single best investment

this is one I've picked up again so that is basically those are two methods that

I currently use so I use Adsense and I used Amazon affiliate links through my

Facebook page now in the future I do plan on adding some digital products so

this year I'm gonna be working on creating one of my ebooks you know how

you get your first hundred thousand two hundred thousand you know what was my

path I'll be talking about my path on it you know I joined the military at the

age of 19 I was stationed for six years overseas in Germany I took three years

you know afterwards I was stationed three years in Japan so during that time

I was able to basically get paid a paycheck and my only bills were my cell

phone and my internet so during my 10 my nine years of service you know that was

able to generate and you know gave me the opportunity to build my wealth I was

able to invest I didn't have to worry about you know finding a place to live

having to worry about going out there and getting food because everything was

provided for me it was one of the best opportunities that I ever took in my

life and you know I'm gonna write a book on my journey of how I generated income

in my walk there and then I'll be creating some courses on the stock

market how to become a dividend ambassador how to screen stocks of the

dividend the best year what's value investing create create different

courses there and then I've considered you know going back to my roots here

where I I ran a BB me games tutorial website and youtube channel where i

created 2d 3d games using unity so i can create probably something off of maybe

you're not using unity because it's a bit much for creating like a text space

but i may end up using it to kind of create maybe like a stock market course

that you could take directly on your phone and learn from or create some sort

of ebook or something you can download and have on your phone some sort of

application that you can download either play you know some sort of game that

would make it interesting for a new you know for children to become investors

I'm still kind of writing down ideas and that's kind of my following or that's

kind of like what I want to do in 2018 so trading digital products so courses

books and applications that's on my to-do list in 2018 so that is basically

it for this video and hopefully you have enjoyed it if you did enjoy it remember

to hit the like button below if you're brand new to my channel and you're a

consistent viewer hit the subscribe button it benefits me greatly and will

benefit you too through the content that I'm able to provide to you guys weekly

so that is it for this channel thank you guys for tuning in and have a great day

I'll see you next time bye bye

Piers Morgan The Crazier the Trump Haters Get, The Better Presid - Duration: 3:13.

Piers Morgan The Crazier the Trump Haters Get, The Better President Trump Looks

Piers Morgan agreed with the assessment of multiple media personalities that President

Trumps performance overseeing an immigration meeting with members of Congress on Tuesday

completely countered the narrative of him being unfit for office.

A miracle occurred in Washington DC yesterday, Morgan began his column for The U.K. Daily

Mail in reference to the 55-minute bi-partisan meeting at the White House.

Trump was lucid, competent, confident, charming and informed.

Indeed, he looked, sounded and behaved like a capable president running a very important

gathering of some of Americas most senior politicians, by Morgans estimation.

The columnist called what he witnessed an extraordinary hour of riveting debate on

one of the nations most intractable issues of illegal immigration, which included

the fate of the 800,000 non-citizens currently registered in the DACA program.

This was reality show democracy, artfully conducted by one of the countrys most successful

ever reality TV stars, wrote the former Celebrity Apprentice participant.

Everything viewers witnessed ran contrary to author Michael Wolffs narrative in his

new book Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, which depicted Trump as senile,

unstable and moronic.

To me, whos known him ten years, he seemed the same as hes always been,

observed Morgan, which is none of those things.

He went on to point out that South Korean President Moon-Jae-in publicly credited Trump

for his huge contribution in helping make the first inter-Korean talks in over

two years happen.

So here we are, less than two weeks into 2018, and President Trump has possibly fixed

Americas biggest immigration issue AND averted nuclear war, contended Morgan.

Not bad for an insane imbecile, right?

The columnist continued noting while Trumps stock appears to be on the rise, his most

vocal opponents credibility is falling.

Morgan pointed to actor Robert De Niro as a prime example.

At the National Board of Review awards show in New York City Tuesday night, the Raging

Bull star, while introducing fellow anti-Trump film star Meryl Streep, labeled Trump as jerk-off-in-chief

and baby-in-chief, and said that the president is a fing fool.

1987's Robocop is Now a Reality as Life is Imitating Art! - Duration: 9:00.

10,000 acres of wooded residential land were scorched in an instant when a laser

cannon misfired today to a routine startup test imagine if the government

did figure out how to do laser weapons what kind of damage they could do to

their enemies here's a laser of a power of 1 watt

a 1 watt laser can light a match imagine them the power of a 500 trillion

watt laser that's exactly what they've built here at the National Ignition

facility in California

it's lasers

there's no explanation in 2018 machines that can read your face will go

mainstream changing the way we live your face will become your password unlocking

smartphones and bank accounts Facebook publishing 2018

will change our lives but the technology will also have the power to covertly

track your movements moving into a world where machines can follow you around and

characterize you based only on your face is worrying is it potentially limit your

freedom in 2018 we'll be forced to face the future

anything you say may be used against you

Oh save ERISA cops yes I am a cop did reality is not unlike the view that the

movies showed Robocop in the Terminator to have 1id gangbangers when you

encounter your neighborhood gangbanger on patrol the device can run the face

against faces stored in the gang information database display for you his

true and street name affiliation and criminal history

and tell you immediately if he has any outstanding warrants or a probation tale

two drivers licenses mobile data from your computer can be passed directly to

the head warm display hold up a driver's license bar code and the system will

read it free stream video to backup officers the system can double as a body

worn recorder activating with a voice command or automatically when you get

out of your squad and storing the data on the attached smartphone

sir you know I don't usually see anyone without one but in your case I'll make

an exception you are under arrest

aiding and abetting a known felon sounds like I'm in a lot of trouble you better

take me in I will we have both the robot which has specific intelligence system

that has a feature where it can interact with the people future wise we can both

the facial recognition on top of that

they call it telepods but the media commonly refers to it as a real-life

Robocop tella bod is basically a prototype robot designed to carry out

basic police functions and it might one day become the model for more advanced

operations maybe even the first real-life Robocop the idea of robots

becoming conscious shouldn't be too far-fetched even though consciousness is

still a mystery there is no doubt that artificial

intelligence can be advanced to such a level as to at the very least mimic

human consciousness at that point humanity will be faced with a strange

mystery if a robot can become conscious or at least mimic at the qualities of

consciousness then our humans actually any different than robots are we just

robots made of a different type of matter

the people's wall it is our war we are the fighters fight

it then fight it with all that is in it may God defend the right

RUTGER BREGMAN on How We Define Work - Duration: 1:54.

One of the things I found really interesting in utopia for

realists is this idea that

we should reject the dogma that we do

have to work for a living.

If you said that to the right wing press

can you imagine the fallout.

Of course the hard

working families everyone has to work

if you don't work your a failure.

Well this is one of the things where my

thinking has developed a little bit since

publishing a book.

Because I've I understand now

that it's all about the question

what is work right.

The crazy thing is that

nowadays people are forced

to sit in an office,

send emails to people they don't like,

write reports no one is ever going to read.

Shop on Amazon,

and we call that work.

What is it is that wealth creating obviously

is not.

So we need to work less,

do less paid work in order to do more.

Look what's happening right now we've got the graying of

society you know more

and more older people in our society.

What is really important well that we care

for them who is doing all this caring?

Well obviously nurses

are incredibly important

but volunteers as well.

And there are so many people in their 30s

or in their 40s who have both care for their kids

and for the elderly this is the great challenge.

Meanwhile their most of their time

in those offices doing those

useless stuff that they care about.

And its not me saying it's people themselves saying it.

That's the crazy thing you know,

when historians will look back on our time they'll think

what kind of bizarre religion was this

that people were all sitting in

you know room to get away

with each other and you know sending

messages and having meetings

and no one really knew what

was going on and why it was all for.

Psychologists call it pluralistic

ignorance.

We all think that someone

is in charge

and someone knows

what this is all for

and everyone things that of each other

and then you just need one

or two people say why do we actually

do this. And everyone was like,

I was wondering that as well.

David Frum on why Canada escaped the 'Trump Effect.' For now. - Duration: 2:36.

I keep telling my American friends if you think of Donald Trump

as only

something that is happening inside the United States,

you're missing it.

Because there are Trump-like events happening across the Western world

in the former Warsaw Pact countries.

You see it in France and in Germany and and in places like

smaller countries like Austria, the Netherlands.

Canada has to date

escaped these trends that have touched so many other countries

for three big reasons.

the first is that Canada was touched more lightly by the Great

Recession than almost any other developed country.

Canada was the first

country to return to pre-crisis levels of employment,

the first developed country to turn to pre-crisis levels of output.

So it did that remarkably fast.

The Great Recession was a painful event here but it

was not a cataclysmic event.

I think the second reason is Canada when you look at

the different income levels and compare them across the OECD,

Canada's had about the best performing middle-class.

Germany and Australia are also in the mix,

everybody else is far behind.

Canadians earning about the

centre income have since from 2000 to 2015

gotten better off which is not the case in the United Kingdom or the United States.

So that sense of optimism, a belief that the system is working that's

very true for a lot of middle-class Canadians.

And the last thing is I think that Canada has had

a uniquely successful experience with immigration.

Immigration is the trigger to a lot of these authoritarian populist movements.

Where immigrants seem to cluster in compact groups or they all seem to

to speak the same language or on the same origin where they present any kind

of national security threat or they seem to use more than their share of

collective resources, you get a lot of resentment.

And Canada none of those conditions are true.

Canada is taking a lot of immigrants so they come from a

lot of different places, they tend to arrive in the top half of the income

distribution so they kick in more than they take out and there has been

very little experience of political radicalism or lawlessness.

I don't think that's in the nature of things

I think that there's some good luck there

What happened in the Great Recession that was mostly luck.

There's some good policy,

that's why the Canadian middle-class has done well.

There's some very good policy

which is why immigration has been and a success in Canada in a way it

hasn't been in other countries.

But all of these things can be tampered with

it really worries me that the present federal government is talking about

doubling immigration flows.

I think they're tempting faith there.

When your policy is working you don't say let's do twice as much of it and see if it works

twice as well.

I think you sort of say, okay now steady as she goes.

What is a collocation? [With examples] - Duration: 9:06.

hello and welcome back I'm Halima from blackboard English and

today we're going to look at collocations watch until the end of the

video for your a chance to download a free poster that will help you with

collocations let's begin with the first question what is a collocation so

collocations are words that go together that sound natural to native speakers

who are native speakers where are they so native speakers are people who learn

English as their first language so it's their mother tongue and two native

speakers some word combinations might sound a little weird or it doesn't sound

right so some word combinations sound unnatural to native speakers and these

are the word combinations you should be avoiding so these are words that don't

go together they're not wrong but they just don't go together because they

sound unnatural to native speakers so if you want to sound natural start using

collocations let's talk about words that don't go together why don't they go

together let's think of colors there are certain colors that don't go together

very well you don't know why but they just don't look good together so this

isn't how you know if they're wrong they just don't go together they don't look

good together so colors that do look to get together all collocations for

example black and white these are colors that go very well together

so colors that go together are like collocations so they look good together

so beige and brown or black and white these are colors that look nice together

but if you have other colors that just don't go very well together

they don't look right so what they are like they invented by somebody that is

just learning English will sound very strange to someone who is a native

speaker of English let me give you another example water with cornflakes

this is something that just doesn't go together we don't know why with milk

it's great but with water it just tastes weird

so consider words that don't go well together as conflicts and milk or colors

that don't go together if you learn collocations they will help you sound

natural and that's what you want you want to sound natural

so start learning collocations they will help you structure the language properly

so that when somebody else listens to what you're saying they can understand

you better your language skills will also be of richer and you'll have more

than one way to express what you want to say another reason you should be

learning collocations is your brain actually finds it easier to store

language in chunks so if you learn single words it's actually harder to

retrieve to remember or when you're trying to say it it's harder for you to

try to communicate single words rather than groups of words so remember when

you're learning new words to learn in chunks so group of words so instead of

one word you find another word a neighbor that always sticks around that

word often so that way when I'm trying to speak I'm already setting myself up

for success I already have part of the sentence so that way your language will

be much more accurate so how do you learn collocations first thing you need

is to know the different dictionaries that you can use so find all the

dictionaries I have a few videos talking about collocation dictionary you can use

Ozdic.com or Longman dictionary which has a very

good collocation section I have videos in the description below talking about

these two different types of dictionaries so you can have a look

after this lesson it's also worth getting a dictionary

that you can actually use so a dictionary without you having to go

online a good dictionary that I always recommend is a longing collocations

dictionary and thesaurus I will put a link in the description below to an

Amazon link where you can actually find this book if you would like to buy it

start noticing collocations being used everywhere so when somebody's speaking

or when you're reading try to start noticing the different words that go

together read read read read as much as you can this is the best way for you to

actually see how these words are formed so you can see the collocations being

used in a newspaper or in an article online or in a book try to read as much

as possible this will allow your brain to understand what words go together

frequently so you see it again and again together that way when you see it in the

wrong form or somebody using it differently you know when it's wrong

listen as much as you can this is another way just like the reading for

you to understand words that go together naturally now when you're listening to

something make sure it's authentic listening so it's made for native

speakers so listen to the radio BBC four is a great way to get that listening

happening ABC 4 is a radio station that can actually help you practice this

listening native speakers are always speaking on there and even if you don't

understand everything it's a great way for you to be exposed to real natural

English there's also different places that

can go online wash YouTube videos that are made for native speakers and not

English learners that way you can you can actually get exposed to real live

English natural English it's okay to watch

English lessons please keep watching when you are learning English so when

you're taking lessons you need a teacher to speak slowly so that you may

understand but you also need authentic listening to improve your English skills

and also for you to be exposed to more collocations so that you can sound a lot

more natural now let's look at types of collocations there are seven types of

collocations they are adverb have adjective verb plus adverb adjectives

plus now now plus noun noun plus verb verb plus expression with preposition +

verb + noun the rest a noun + verb ok if I didn't that's fine

so all these so these are the segments seven types of collocations that exist

to help you I created a poster giving you all the

examples of these different types of collocations so you'll get the type of

collocation and examples I've created a beautiful poster for you and I will put

the link in below this video so click on the link and download your free poster

for you to familiarize yourself with the different types of collocations start

learning collocations today and remember eat a fearless learner thank you very

Low Impact Cardio Workout Intermediate - HIIT Cardio And Strength Training - Duration: 10:47.

what's going on guys Carlo Macapinlac here from NewbieFitnessAcademy.com

and in this video we're gonna be doing a low impact cardio workout intermediate

remember we post awesome workout videos like this every week and you don't want

to miss it so go ahead and like the video hit that subscribe button below

and prepare to get sweaty

Alright guys, we have a low impact cardio workout

happening right now so let's get started we have a 10-minute workout for

you guys today it's gonna be done as an every minute on the minute workout so

every minute we're gonna perform three movements we're going to do five

push-ups which we just did ten sit-ups and then fifteen air squats thirty reps

every round and then we're gonna do that for ten rounds for a total of 300 reps

so not too bad

we are shooting this workout outside today it's nice enough here in Calgary

Canada so we thought we'd you know take things outside and again you don't need

any equipment for this as you can see I'm using an AB mat for the sit-ups you

don't necessarily need it I kind of like using it because it's comfy that's all

all right guys round two coming up right here so as always for any every

minute on the minute workout that we do here just make sure that it doesn't take

you the full minute to do the reps and the work that's required if it does

spill over to the next minute then you want to scale the reps back a little bit

that way you get a little bit of rest and time to transition from one movement

to another

alright you want at least you know 10 to 15 seconds to kind of just catch your

breath a little bit here a little sideways view of our air squats here

right so enough time to kind of just get some recovery in and then we'll start

round 3 for the push-ups make sure that you are going chest to deck for the sit

ups shoulder blades touch the ground and try to touch your shoelaces at the top

and if you can't do that you can kind of just see how far you can reach maybe

just your knees or your shins and then we're just using our arms to kind of create

some momentum for your sit ups just make sure that you perform this at full range

of motion so make sure that your hips go below your knees and then stand all the

way to full hip extension at the top and hey guys if you need scaling options or

modifications for any of the movements and workouts that we do here at Newbie

Fitness Academy you can go ahead and download our free ultimate bodyweight

movement cheat sheet just below this video and we'll send it to you right

away all right so just scroll down just below this video there's gonna be a link

right there just click on it and we'll send it to you instantly

this is Round four all right just moving along here and we're starting round

five

all right nice quick transitions in between every movement again that way

you get some rest in between rounds

if you guys want to scale the reps a little bit maybe do like something like four

eight and then twelve right so that's six less reps and hopefully you know you

guys will be able to get all that work down within a minute

alright guys last four rounds here we are on the back half of this workout stay

with me again for the sit-ups we're just using our arms to create momentum you

don't have to you can kind of just put your arms behind your head if that is a more

comfortable position for you that's kind of just a standard that we use here

alright guys last three rounds, here we go stay with me and again it's okay

to take little breaks here at the end of the day we're just working out here it's

just a workout

last two rounds all right let's get into round nine started nice little set of

push-ups quickly into your sit ups and then 15 more air squats alright guys

we've got one round left after this one

one more round

all right last round guys here we go last round of push-ups

last round of sit-ups

come on you guys got this and then last 15 reps to finish off this

fun little workout

alright guys last couple of reps great job alright guys hope you had an awesome

workout and I'd love to know how you did so go ahead and tell me in the comments

down below now if you want to know how to properly warm up and cool down and if

you want safe and proper scaling options and modifications for any of the

movements and workouts that we do you can download our free ultimate

bodyweight movement cheat sheet just below this video and I'll send it to you

right away all right I'll see you in the next workout

Garlic Sesame Chicken & Broccoli | Easy Slow Cooker Takeout Recipe - Duration: 2:16.

Hey everybody and welcome to the video.

This is Josh here and today we're going to be making Garlic Sesame Chicken and Broccoli.

Any slow cooker meal is always a favorite of mine.

A recipe like this is a great way to have a delicious hot meal prepped and ready to

go for the week without having to break the calorie bank or spending the entire day meal

prepping.

I really hope you give this one a try, be sure to let me know if you do and subscribe

if you'd like to see more, I put out new recipes every other Friday.

Starting off, we're going to make out garlic sesame sauce.

In a bowl, add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, stevia, and sesame

seeds.

Next we'll add some freshly grated ginger, then whisk everything together thoroughly.

Chop some boneless skinless chicken breast and spread it evenly onto the bottom of your

slow cooker.

Pour over the sauce and stir together until the chicken is fully coated, then cover your

slow cooker and cook on high for a total of 3 hours.

Half way through cooking you'll want to add your broccoli.

I took the lazy route and bought precut broccoli, but you'll need 2lbs in total.

Pour the broccoli into your slow cooker but do not stir.

Cover once again and let everything finish cooking.

Once 3 hours have passed, we're ready to serve and enjoy!

This dish stands well on its own at only 300 calories but it can be served with rice or

noodles if you have the extra calories in your day.

If you're a fan of the classic takeout dish you'll definitely have to give this one

a try.

Until next time, I will talk to you all later.

Have a good one.
