Most of the nation will be grey or wet,... with Seoul beginning the morning at minus
1 degree Celsius, while Daegu starts at minus 1 and Busan at 7 degrees.
There won't be much of an increase as the day goes on, but it's still on the mild side
with Seoul rising up to 3 degrees while Gwangju and Busan make it up to 9 and 12 degrees.
