Welcome to Dr. David Eifrig's Health & Wealth Bulletin.

This is Weekly Update.

This week, we're talking about one of our most popular topics: painkillers.

Specifically, ibuprofen and acetaminophen.

Now, we get a lot of questions about these topics, but we're focusing on them this

week because of two brand new studies that just came out.

Now our first study appeared in the journal Pediatrics and it focused on acetaminophen

use in pregnant women.

What they found was that the more acetaminophen these women took, the higher the risk of having

babies with ADHD.

That's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Now, we're a little cautious about this study because acetaminophen use for these

women was often tied with inflammatory diseases and those diseases might be the real cause,

not simply the acetaminophen use.

The reason we're concerned with this study is because acetaminophen is one of the most

overused drugs out there.

That's because acetaminophen is in so many different things – everything from cough

syrup to common cold and flu medications.

It's very easy for people to take too much of that and overdose.

That can make you very sick and even lead to things like liver failure.

Our second study concerns ibuprofen.

This was a study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and it

focused on a small study of young healthy men who took the maximum dose for six weeks.

Now, the problem with this is that at the end of those six weeks, these young men had

horrible levels of their hormones, specifically a problem called hypogonadism.

Now this is often linked to infertility, which is why they did the study.

But it's important to note that this condition is also tied to depression as well as an increased

risk of stroke.

The reason we're interested in this study is because ibuprofen we already know increases

your risk of heart attack as well as stroke because it can cause blood clots.

Overall, both of these studies are a really good reminder to always pay attention to which

painkillers you're taking, how much you're taking, and not to overdose.

It's also important to keep in mind you shouldn't take painkillers for more than

two weeks.

If that's the case, you certainly want to talk to your doctor to make sure there isn't

something more serious going on.

And for minor aches and pains, we also recommend trying other things like meditation or massage…

other ways to naturally relieve pain without relying too much on these painkillers.

BRAEDON: We're just going to Tim Hortons to do some, uh...

some planning. And work on some 2018 goals.

This is a yearly tradition for Ian and I.

And, uh...

I guess we'll talk about more... talk about that more when we're inside.

And by the way...

I know that I'm wearing a jacket that's not fit for winter.

Just in case anybody was gonna point that out.

We always gotta start this, though, with a...

with a large "1 cream, 1 sugar" and a BLT.

So I come here almost every morning, or every afternoon...

And uh... It's usually because when I'm recording,

I'm by myself for so long.

In the studio for a long time.

With, like, nobody.

And when I come here- I come here by myself-

but [...] other people, and I listen to them...

I can listen to their conversations, and it feels like I'm part of their conversations,

and I'm part of their friend group. Even though,

like, I'm not a-

Like, I know, like, saying that aloud, it actually sounded borderline psychotic,

but... that is what I do.

BRAEDON: Yes please.

IAN: You ever try the dark roast?

BRAEDON: No. What is it?

What, like, stronger?

IAN: I don't- I think it's stronger, yeah.

And, uh... darker?

[Both laugh] I think.

BRAEDON: Like, more bitter?

IAN: Like what?

BRAEDON: Bitter?

IAN: Like a bigger cup?

BRAEDON: [laughs] Bitter.

IAN: Oh. [laughs]

BRAEDON: I'm gonna decorate my backpack.

IAN: Care to explain?

Smells good, too.

IAN: Did anyone in your class, in junior high,

smell markers with the intent to get a head rush?

And think they were cool?

BRAEDON: Um... I don't think so.

But- well, probably, actually.

[Makes noise of satisfaction]

BRAEDON: So we are at Tim Hortons, and we are...

working on our list of goals for 2018.

And resolutions.

And this is something that we've done every year

since we were probably, I would say, 17.

Um... and I think it's definitely my favourite part

of... of every year. Because not only do we look at

um... what we wanna do, and the goals that we have for the upcoming year,

but we also look at last year's goals:

what we achieved, what we didn't achieve, and um...

A lotta that stuff we sort of do throughout the year,

so that part isn't, like, as, um...

crucial. But setting the goals really is.

And then talking about them.

Like, once we set these goals, it's not like we have to keep

referring back to our list.

It's like listing them out makes them stick in our brains,

and then it's just, sort of, understood by everybody:

this is what we wanna achieve.

And then, I think, if you talk about what you wanna do enough,

over and over, and you're just so repetitive-

kinda like I am in the Panic Reels-

then you don't even have to think about it.

You just do it.

You don't even realize that you're doing it.

And, um... setting the goals is, is what- is, uh...

one of the- obviously -one of the first steps.

And one of the most important steps.

So... I dunno if we'll go over, on- on camera, what the goals are, necessarily.

Because some of these goals are... are quite big.

And... um...

they definitely look, uh... like we think we're the-

we're the- we're the greatest, or something like that.

I got this Bratz doll from the thrift shop

Our viewers helped us identify this doll as

Style It Chloe from 2003

She's not in the best condition

This is not her original outfit

and there's damage to this hand

Good thing this sleeve is long

but the worst part is

the hair!

Look at this frizzy mess!

It's matted!

It's tangled!

And it's dry and brittle!

What a disaster!

But it can be fixed!

We had a doll with worse hair!

Do you remember Meygan?

Her hair had more frizz than this

Now her hair is silky smooth and beautiful!

We learned from doing Meygan's hair

that no amount of fabric softener

hot water and cold water dunks

would smooth out the frizz

The only thing that worked was a flat iron

This is the one I used on Meygan's hair

Since then I bought this smaller one from the thrift store for $7.99

It's perfect for dolls

And you can adjust the temperature

That's very important!

Okay! Let's de frizz Chloe's hair!

I divided her hair in half

doing one side at a time so you can see the dramatic difference!

I set the temperature in the middle

Push the button

It flashes red and green

When it reaches the temperature, it will be solid green

Do small sections at a time

Try to comb out any tangles,

But it's pretty impossible to comb through the frizz

Flat iron is ready

You want to go slow, but keep moving

so you don't scorch the hair!

Bratz hair is made of high quality Saran

and it's pretty heat resistant

But you still want to be careful

Once you burn or melt the hair

there is no fixing it!

You'd have to cut it off

Run the flat iron through the hair until you can comb through the frizz

Trim off all the straggly hair

All right!

On to the next section!

Let's go full speed ahead!

OUR CRINGIEST SCHOOL MEMORIES | Dolan True Stories - Duration: 7:54.

• From forming a schoolyard gang to being a little too into Sonic, the Planet Dolan

crew re-enact some of the best true stories from our subreddit about our cringiest school

memories. I'm Pringle and today I'll be your narrator.

Number 10 was submitted by dangermouse_dolan SpinalPalm

In high school SpinalPalm was in a class that was full of girls. One day they had to give

a speech but the only other guy in the class was away. SpinalPalm was nervous, but he got

up in front of his class full of girls and began his presentation.

About three minutes in one of the girls decided it was appropriate time to interrupt the nervous

SpinalPalm and call out, "Hey, your zipper is down!" SpinalPalm looked down and zipped

it up as quick as he could. But it was too late: the whole class was already giggling

at him. He had to suck it up and finish his presentation but by that point he was so shaken

up that his voice and body were trembling… Looking back on that memory, he wishes he

could punch his former self!

Cidius's cringiest school memory happened on the last day of the school year. The whole

school was in the auditorium listening to boring speeches when suddenly the entire fifth

grade came on stage to give a surprise hip hop performance.

Cidius's jaw dropped as a tidal wave of cringe swept over him. The fifth-graders were

performing the Flo Rida song 'My House', except they'd rewritten the lyrics to be

about school life. They called it… 'My School'. There was bad rapping and cheesy

choreographed dancing. It was like an awkward, beautiful car crash. Cidius had never face-palmed

so hard in his whole life.

Number 8 was submitted by SmolToxin Melissa When Melissa was in middle school her school

made a very embarrassing attempt to appeal to its students. It was like one day the teachers

said: 'Hey! I hear kids today are really into Emojis! We should throw lots of Emoji

crap at them!' What followed was the most embarrassing fundraiser

Melissa has ever seen… The school went Emoji crazy, displaying Emojie artwork, giving Emoji

charms and pillows for good behaviour and changing fries in the school cafeteria into

Emoji fries. The aim of the fundraiser was to get kids to follow the school's Snapchat

account but the whole thing was so cringey it almost turned the students off social media

forever…

Number 7 was submitted by TurtleMode004 Hellbent Hellbent's cringiest school memory was that

time he and four of his friends formed a gang. They called themselves the Tactical Toasters™

and would patrol the school grounds wearing bandanas over their faces. They made some

cringey homemade badges and would hang around the playground giving other kids a hard time.

Looking back, Hellbent realises he was just a cringey asshole…

Number 6 was submitted by taverdoo Nixxiom Nixxiom's cringiest school memory happened

when he was in grade six. He had this huge crush on a girl in his class, but had no game

whatsoever. Every time she looked in his direction, Nixxiom would turn his head away really obviously

and refuse to make eye contact. It was so bad that sometimes he'd stare at a wall

while walking down a corridor just to avoid looking at her!

Obviously Nixxiom's crush noticed his and one day she straight out asked him: "Why

do you never look at me?" Nixxiom was trying so hard to be cool that he shrugged his shoulders

and said, "Uh… I dunno, babe. Because I'm bored." The girl took this as a sign

he didn't like her and basically never talked to him again. Luckily Nixxiom has gotten a

lot better with the ladies since then…

Number 5 was submitted by Pink-Hearts Spincess When Spincess was in third grade she was too

afraid to go into the girl's bathroom by herself because she thought it was haunted.

One day in the middle of class she really needed to go so she asked the teacher if she

could be excused to use the bathroom. Of course, everyone was in class at that time so the

bathrooms were completely empty. Spincess was terrified of going in alone so she just

walked around the hallway trying to find the courage. In the end she couldn't do it,

so she just walked back to her classroom still busting to pee.

She couldn't ask to go to the bathroom again so she just sat in her chair trying desperately

to hold it in. In the end she peed in her chair and was sent to the principle's office

for a change of pants. Spincess was so embarrassed and cried when the other kids made fun of

her. Looking back, she can't believe she was ever scared of a stupid toilet…

Number 4 was submitted by Bitey_Bat Danger Dolan

In the fifth grade Dolan had a cringey friend who was way into Sonic games. This friend

was OBSESSED with everything Sonic and was always talking about the games and the characters.

It got so bad that when Dolan's class held a talent show, the kid went on stage in a

terrible homemade Sonic costume. His entire 'act' involved running back and forth

across the stage, shouting: "GATTA GO FAST!" At the end he tried to do a flip but ended

up leaping off the stage into the auditorium. He fell straight on his ass and the whole

school laughed at him. After this performance Dolan had to seriously reevaluate this friendship.

It's why he now prefers Mario to Sonic…

Grgak has never been the most socially graceful person. But looking back one particular memory

from high school makes him cringe. He was on this way to the cafeteria when he passed

a girl from one of his classes. Grgak was in a good mood that day so he decided to pay

her a compliment. He opened his mouth and the words: "You're really pretty for someone

fat!" came spilling out. The poor girl was shocked, and the other students

around them stared at Grgak like he had something wrong with his brain. Grgak immediately put

his hands to his mouth and rushed straight out of the cafeteria. It was not his finest

moment…

Number 2 was submitted by irwin98 Zaraganba In middle school Zaraganba was one of the

first kids in his class to get himself a girlfriend. One day she invited him over after school

to have a bounce on her trampoline. It was going great when she decided to go inside

and get them some drinks. Zaraganba decided to stay outside and keep jumping. He realised

he really needed to fart so he said to himself, "Hey! Why not let one out now while she's

still inside…" Unfortunately when he went to let one rip

the force of his bouncing caused Zaraganba to shit his pants. He could smell it instantly:

it was the unmistakable stench of shit. Zaraganba knew he couldn't face his girlfriend so

he bounced his poo-stained ass off that trampoline and sprinted home. When he thinks back on

that memory his butthole clenches up from sheer force of the cringe…

I Broke Into Somebody's House - Duration: 4:59.

Oh hi! I'm a hoodlum. A hooligan. A regular thug. I am a delinquent. I am a desperado

(not a despacito). A regular yardbird. In short I'm a criminal. I never thought I

would stoop this low, but I'm just a no-good punk! Now this takes a bit of

explaining, so stick with me. But it all starts with this book. It's called The

End of the World and it's the other book written about the Trump presidency. Noooo,

it's not. This is about aliens attacking so this is much more believable. It

really is about aliens attacking, but this is an instruction manual about how

to run a role-playing game called The End of the World.

There's a few other scenarios but I thought that a good old-fashioned alien

invasion was in need for a comeback. What's unique about this role-playing

game is that it's designed to be played in one short session instead of over

weeks, months, or years. Also you're role-playing as yourself. So

what that means is that I would be role-playing as Kyle Marshall and I would

have to explain what I would do if aliens were to attack. Probably eat an

entire bag of potato chips and finish that musical that I've been writing.

Listen, the new overlords are gonna need to be entertained, okay? And I do a mean

jazz square! I've gotten more and more obsessed with podcasts that are people

role-playing these games. I specifically like the ones that focus on building a

great story. The Adventure Zone is of course my favorite, but there's other

ones out there as well like The Glass Cannon, or Critical Role. However, I just

don't have the time to devote myself to a D&D campaign. I needed something

shorter, and I'm pretentious enough to think that I could be the Game Master.

Mostly because I've sunk a lot of money into monogrammed t-shirts let's say KMGM

It's just ... so much wasted money. [baby crying] So I finally convinced some people to be

my test subjects. My friend Leaf – spelled like the things on trees – and boy do I

wish I was joking about that. Offered up his house to where we would meet. So I

pick up Isaac at his place and I punch in Leaf's address into my GPS, and away

we go. I know Leaf's house very, very well. I've

been invited in multiple times back when I did have time to be part of a regular

D&D group. I've been to barbecues, birthdays, and even Tupperware events. We

pull up, I grab the book and the snacks that I brought, we go up the stairs, we

knock on the door, and we wait. So some of you may have

jumped ahead in the story a little bit, but I assure you you're gonna get so

very much more uncomfortable in a moment. There's no answer at the door .I peer

through the glass at the top of the door, there's nobody inside but the lights are

on. There's some knickknacks spread out on the kitchen table. We knock again. I

need to remind you that Leaf and I are very good friends. This isn't some rando

that I just met on the street the other day. He wasn't answering his door so I

tried the door handle. The door was unlocked so we went inside.

We then rolled our dice, critical failed, and died. At least I kind of wish that's

what happened. The inside looked different. Furniture was not in the same

place as it had been before, there was different pictures up on the wall, but

maybe they've remodeled. It's been a couple years since I've been there. We

looked through the window into the backyard and there, staring wide-eyed

back at us, is this young girl. We wave. She waves back. Sometimes Leaf

has over family members. But this is starting to feel weird.

I've rechecked the address on my phone, I go back to the front door and look at

the house number. Yes, we are in the right house. So I text Leaf and I say

He responds

Yes he

texts like a teenager who just got his first phone. He follows up by texting

Stomach drops. Panic sets in. "Isaac. We need to go!"

I didn't even put on my shoes properly. I just got out as fast as I could. I was in

the snow with my sock feet. Unbeknownst to me, Leaf had texted me his new address

while I'd been driving. Now I was at the house that Leaf used to live in. But I just

walked into a complete stranger's house and terrified a young teenage girl. The

"lucky" part about this is that Leaf rents that house out. Those are his tenants. So

when we arrived to his real house I made sure that he texted them to let them

know that the Wet Bandits were just clueless dorks. We eventually did arrive

at Leaf's real home, but nothing that happened that night – not the house's

blowing up, the arrow through the head, or the massive human casualties that I

concocted for this game – nothing was quite so as harrowing as me accidentally

breaking and entering into a complete stranger's house. So let me know what you

We will not defeat hypocrisy by behaviours,

we've got to do it at a heart level.

So I'm talking about setting your values.

Do you know what your values are? What your true values are?

One of the problems with that whole concept...

most of us have two sets of values or priorities.

We've got the values that we preach

the ones we say are most important to us

and sometimes we even think that those are actually the most important things in our lives

that's the message we preach.

But then there's the values our behaviours and our actions

actually reveal are really important to us

that's what we practice.

Most of us have two sets of values

and one exercise that I've found very helpful

for me to reveal those two sets

is to envision myself at my own funeral in three years.

You can try that this week.

Envision yourself at your own funeral and pretend that there's four speakers.

They're going to speak and talk about your life and what was valuable to you.

What made up your life, what was important to you.

One from your immediate family,

one from your set of friends or acquaintances,

one from your work or your school,

and one from your community or your church.

What would they say about you?

What would they say about the way they saw you live, what was important to you?

What's more haunting for me is what they may think but not say publicly.

What are the disappointments they might have?

What are the things they saw in my life that they didn't want reproduced in their own?

You know, I thought about this last night

and I was preparing again and I actually rewrote my sermon last night

because I didn't like the first one.

And I was thinking about this in my life and I thought,

you know what I fear people might say about me is that I was too busy.

And yeah, I can attack that with my behaviours.

If it's true that I'm too busy

or they might say that there's not enough joy in my life

that stress got me, or that I was too serious,

what does that say about my values?

And I haven't worked this all out.

I've got some work to do here.

But it says it's possible

that what I still value,

I still value what other people think of me

more than I actually thought I did.

It's possible that I don't have as much faith in God as I actually thought I did.

And here's the problem, I actually preach against those things.

I preach against hypocrisy,

I preach against worrying what other people think of you,

I preach against making your decisions on fear.

And yet, it's still possible that there's a measure of that that I haven't thought about.

And all I did was think for ten minutes about what people might say about me.

I have felt & encountered the energy recently around �the cup being too full� issue.

I was asking what I could do to help in this matter and writing this article as a reminder

is the answer that came to me.

Most of �the cup too full� energy has come from ones that claim they are �already

in 5d� and that they don�t need to know anything else because they already know everything.

So they mostly go around trying to state their opinions to showcase their �knowledge�

with a very egoic energy.

Generally I�ve noticed that their answer and suggestions to someone asking for help

& going through a hard time are �Well just raise your vibration and be of love and light

and you won�t have that problem.� They talk about Oneness and claim to have achieved

a level of consciousness, all the while their energy is speaking something else entirely.

Although I highly agree that we should all be of love and light & raise our vibration,

I also believe that someone who is going through a (tough) situation that could use some actual

techniques and understanding doesn�t need to be told that as a solution.

They are working through something and part of their process can�t involve snapping

their fingers all the sudden to instantly embody 5d consciousness.

Most of the people who have the ability to be at the consciousness level of Love & Light

and be completely unaffected by negative energies� don�t need to be told that either since

they are already embodying it.

The first month I had my intense spiritual awakening my ego was out of control and I

was in that state of my cup was already too full.

I found out later this was due to a past life that had surfaced that needed clearing which

I did.

During that time I had reached out to a couple of spiritual people through emails, who were

shamans.

Both experiences were very hard for me because in both cases the shamans said I was throwing

negative energy at them and that my cup was too full, there was nothing they could teach

me.

At the same time my shadow self had surfaced and I had to do some extensive work there.

Hearing the shamans tell me very bluntly that they could not teach me was a huge lesson

for me.

I was broken up about it, but I did come out of that having cleared what I needed to, as

well as a great reminder to always remain teachable.

Everyone on the planet has a story we haven�t heard and something they can teach us.

This includes the plants and animals as well.

We can talk to a tree and learn something new.

Another part of this issue I have seen is the issue of getting TOO wrapped up into finding

out EVERYTHING on your own.

I do agree that we should find answers ourselves directly within our own hearts.

However I also recognize that We Are All One and messages and lessons can come from anyone

or anything at anytime.

It�s ok to ask for help and get help from others, even the ones embodying higher consciousness

still ask for help and give gratitude for all of the help that is given to them.

So if you are too caught up in ONLY receiving messages and knowledge from yourself, you

may miss something that was right in front of you.

You may miss seeing a shadow aspect or mirroring aspect that is presenting itself.

By refusing to look in that mirror you are only doing yourself a disservice.

When I started feeling or running into this energy of �Cup Too Full� I did some reflecting

myself to see if this energy was mirroring something that I needed to look at within

myself.

If you are in a Facebook group, online, or anywhere interacting with other people, there

are always countless opportunities to grow if you pay attention.

Did someone say something that pissed you off or upset you?

Take note of what that was so you can ask yourself why it bothered you and see if there

is more there to look at.

You may have had a nasty experience with someone.

If that is the case try to see the lesson in that experience and view it as an opportunity

to grow from it.

I was recently in the grocery store and at the checkout line the cashier had mentioned

to me about other customers talking about cooking meals in an Instant Pot.

I thought this was weird at first, but when I got home it felt that him saying that was

a message coming from my higher self and guides through that person.

They worked with his guides & higher self to tell me that, so that I could look into

an Instant Pot for cooking more variety of Vegan meals much easier.

Although this isn�t some life changing information, it is a good example of how a message can

come through from someone else and how we can be a catalyst for others to receive messages,

sometimes without us consciously recognizing it.

Could I have received this message myself directly from my guides/higher self?

Yes, but it happened this way to be a reminder to me of Oneness and how messages can come

from anyone & anywhere, at anytime.

The greatest spiritual teachers are the ones that have never relinquished their title & role

as a student.

They still view themselves as students and are learning & experiencing new things all

of the time.

They radiate love & gratitude for the wisdom and knowledge they gain.

They recognize we are all one, and that everyone and everything is them and they are everything

and everyone.

They can easily put themselves in the life and situation of another because they see

that they are them in that situation and life, as well as in their own.

Disappointing Products | MAKEUP AND SKIN CARE - Duration: 7:52.

hey guys welcome back to my channel today I wanted to talk about some

disappointing products now these aren't necessarily bad products a lot of them I

still use they're either just products that were really hyped up and I had high

expectations for or they're products that have really good reviews on Sephora or

Ulta and they were just okay so let's get right into it I think my number one

most disappointing product was the purity face wash now this is a really

popular face wash it has really awesome reviews it just broke me out pretty

badly I used it for a while because I really wanted a face wash that was

gentle that I can use both morning and night and wouldn't dry out my skin and

it smells really great it smells like a spa day

and it feels nice on the skin it foams up nice it worked well my Clarisonic but

it just broke me out I would get a little under the skin pimples right

around my nose and like I don't typically get breakouts there too often

and they were like deep under the skin and pretty painful and I thought maybe

it was a different product was using so I stopped using it and they went away

and then I brought it back in and I had the exact same problem so I still have

this one actually let me go grab it so this is it right here and thank goodness

I brought the small small size one but I used about this much of the product I

don't know if you can see it so I gave it a fair go and it just wasn't for me

and I still have it because I think my husband still uses this it smells so

nice I really wanted this to work it didn't work for me so the next product

is the L'Oreal lash paradise now this one I was expecting to be my new

favorite drugstore mascara because everybody seems to like it it does wear

well I just really prefer a mascara for it to be lengthening as well as

volumizing but this was pretty much all volume which is okay I would have

continued to use it for my bottom lashes but another big problem I had with it

is it was extremely difficult to get off and I always wear waterproof mascara

it's just my preference but this one I couldn't get off no matter what I use

I was using straight coconut oil it would not come off with my lashes I

would always have leftover residue and that's just not good to leave there

ultimately I stopped using this mascara I don't think it's a bad mascara it just

was so difficult to get off for me anyways that it just isn't worth using

another product it's a glam glow thirsty mud mask now this one I was expecting to

hydrate my skin really well to leave it glowing and beautiful and it does

moisturize my skin but I can't really justify the $70 price it's just a little

too expensive and I don't think it's so fantastic it does smell really nice but

it's so expensive for that price point another product that disappointed me was

the Algenist I don't think I'm pronouncing this

correctly genius liquid collagen this one I was expecting to work really well

for me as well because it had great reviews on Sephora I think it has like a

four and a half star review it's extremely expensive I was expecting it

to kind of really notice the difference in my skin either in hydration or it was

gonna be very glowy or it was gonna be more firm or any difference and I

personally didn't really notice any difference at all but it leaves a very

tacky residue that kind of doesn't dry down or anything it just kind of stays

tacky and when I put lotion over it it doesn't my whole face stays tacky

for even if it's hours before I go to bed it's just not it doesn't feel very

good on the skin and it doesn't do anything so great I do still use this in

the morning before I put on my makeup because it's okay under makeup

I don't hate it and it was so expensive that I'm gonna use the rest of it but

what really got to me about this product was the fragrance I can't tell you how

strong this fragrance is you put it on and you smell it

immediately it's a very like very heavy floral fragrance and I don't mind a

little bit of fragrance I prefer no fragrance of my skincare but a little

bits okay but this felt so strong it was just way too much another product that

disappointed me was the Maybelline fit me matte and poreless foundation this is

another one that has really great reviews I think if you google it there's

an insane amount of reviews on it and it has almost a five-star rating so I was

expecting this to be really great and it's at the drugstore and all that and

it made me so oily my foundation completely broke up around my face by

the end of the day and I've talked about this before in another video but by the

end of the day it completely broke up around my face and it was just I was so

greasy and but with my everyday foundation I don't get greasy at all so

I was kind of surprised and I gave it a second go and had the same problem and I

had the exact same problem with the powder that's the Maybelline fit me

powder I've used that one with the foundation I've used it separately by

itself I even used it just to set under my eyes before and I actually got greasy

like right along here at the top my cheek anywhere that this powder even

touched I got greasy so neither of those ended up working out for me which is

really a bummer because I was expecting they were gonna be really great but they

didn't work for me so the next product is actually a

highlighter and it's the Becca moonstone highlighter and this one I really

like the shade of it it just really didn't give me that really shiny

highlighted look that the other Becca highlights do I use Becca highlighters

pretty much every day but this one it just feels kind of drying house scratchy

and just kind of powdery and it doesn't have that very like smooth creamy

highlight that I expect from Becca and it just kind of is disappointing and I

really like this shade so that was kind of a bummer but

it just didn't work out for me now this last product I was more disappointed

with the shade as opposed to anything with the formula or it didn't wear

anything like that and it's the Kat Von D Bow N Arrow

liquid lipstick now I almost didn't include this but I figured I would

there's nothing wrong with the product the formula is great like with the other

lip liquid lipsticks of hers it's just the shade is so brown on me and I'm

assuming since I'm so fair the undertone just doesn't work and it's really a

shame because I saw it on so many people it looked so beautiful

I saw it everywhere and I was like oh yes I'm gonna order this product it

looks great it looks fantastic it's gonna be my everyday nude and it just

was very brown and very grey on my skintone and I think I wore this in an

earlier video so I do still wear it just now I typically mix it with

other things because I do like certain aspects of the color just by itself but

doesn't quite look good and I wasn't gonna include this but I figured I would

so I would suggest going in and swatching this color in person I actually ordered

it online that just didn't work out for me but I did keep it and I do still wear

it sometimes and that's it for all of my disappointing products I hope you

REPORT: Homeland Security Is Preparing To ARREST Leaders of Sanctuary Cities

One of President Trump�s key campaign promises was to clean up the streets of America.

Deporting illegal aliens is key to making America safe again.

The Trump administration wants to go a step further.

According to Stephen Dinan of the Washington Times, Homeland Security head Kirstjen Nielsen

told the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday that her Department is preparing to arrest

leaders of sanctuary cities.

Washington Times reports:

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen confirmed Tuesday that her department has

asked federal prosecutors to see if they can lodge criminal charges against sanctuary cities

that refuse to cooperate with federal deportation efforts.

�The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available,� Ms. Nielsen

told the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Her confirmation came after California�s new sanctuary law went into effect Jan. 1,

severely restricting cooperation the state or any of its localities could offer.

This isn�t the first time calls for arresting leaders of sanctuary cities have been made.

CBS News reports:

Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson told the House Subcommittee on Illegal Immigration

that sanctuary cities �have become magnets for illegal aliens, some of which have violent

criminal records.�

�If these sanctuary cities are going to harbor and conceal criminal illegal aliens

from ICE, which is in direct violation of Title 8 of the U.S. Code, federal arrest warrants

should be issued for their elected officials,� Hodgson said.

�Our citizens would be safer if we never stopped enforcing immigration law and if we

never formed or turned a blind eye toward sanctuary cities.�

The move follows the Justice Department issuing a �final warning,� to various sanctuary

cities around the country.

Cook County, Illinois, Chicago, Illinois, New Orleans, Louisiana, New York, New York

and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania are on the Justice Department�s hit list for failing

to enforce federal immigration laws.

The cities had until October 27th to provide additional evidence that the interpretation

and application of their laws, policies, or practices comply with the statute.

That was months ago.

While Sessions sits on his hands, Nielsen is taking charge with the Department�s latest

plans to come down on sanctuary city leaders.

I will teach you to link your account of Play Station 4 to one of the epic games account and thus be able to play with your friends on PC.
