Verbal and Physical Attacks in Islam - Shaykh Riyadh ul Haq - Duration: 4:55.
لمز & همز originally meant 'to attack'
Physically
So when Allah says { وَلَا تَلْمِزُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ }
the word comes from 'لمز' The literal meaning is:
{ وَلَا تَلْمِزُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ } "Do not attack yourselves"
And then later the word for the Arabs was expanded to refer to any form of attack;
whether it was physical or verbal.
And when we throw jibes at someone, when we taunt another
Then we are verbally attacking them. And this is why in Islam there is not that
great a distinction between physical attacks and verbal attacks.
In Islam we have no concept of; sticks and stones break bones but words never hurt
That policy does not stand in Islam
In Islam we've always believed and we've always
been taught that words can hurt as much as stones
And words can inflict as much pain as sticks
And that often a broken bone can be mended, but a broken heart can not be mended.
A bruised heart by words cannot so easily be mended.
So in Islam there is no real distinction between physical attacks and verbal attacks.
And that's the way of looking at it. When we look at it from that prism
Many of the teachings of Allah and his Rasul ﷺ come together, make sense and appear very consistent.
That there is no real distinction. Whereas the alternative is
That do you know what? As long as you don't lay a finger on another person you can say what you want to them
As long as you don't hit another person, hurt another person
meaning physically - you can say whatever you want to them; in their presence, in their absence.
But now, very slowly and gradually, laws are changing very slowly.
So now there are laws about hate crime, about misogyny
And one of the latest is; that if a woman is taunted with words
or she feels verbally attacked in any way
By being approached in an undesirable manner, or in a suggestive manner, or something is said to her
then police forces across the country are now
seriously considering applying laws of hate to such acts of misogyny.
So slowly laws are changing but very very slowly.
And again they are not universal
but only in selective sectors, only for selective segments of the community.
But in Islam, from the very beginning, we have always been taught and we have always
believed that there is no distinction between physical attacks and verbal attacks
And this is why 'لمز' in Arabic originally comes from the word 'attack'
So when Allah says, { وَلَا تَلْمِزُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ } "And do not attack yourselves"
That means verbally i.e. do not throw jibes at yourselves, do not taunt yourselves, do not defame yourselves.
Now the question is - nobody defames themselves per se
So what does this mean? It means do not do it to one another
So why say 'to yourselves'? Because ultimately the harm will fall on you
You taunt another, eventually the harm will befall you
You throw jibes at another, ultimately you will be the one who will also suffer

[Kochen] How to make sushi - Part II // Maki & Nigiri [DEU/ENG] - Duration: 13:48.
Welcome back ladies and gentlemen.
Let's get to the core of our quest in persuit to make the perfect sushi.
Inbefore, I'd like to share a little tip with you.
Fill a small bowl with water and some salt.
It helps make the rice stick to your fingers less.
It basically negates its adhesiveness.
I can't tell you the exact chemical reactions, though.
But it unarguably helps.
Furthermore,
i can recommend cream cheese as a filling for your sushi.
It makes the whole thing a bit creamier
and thereby enhances the flavour.
We begin with the Nori-sheets.
Half a Nori-sheet, as you can see.
Put it onto the bamboo mat and add the rice.
Be a bit careful so it doesn't slip away.
The layer of rice should not be too thick.
Half a centimeter is plenty,
depending on how much you like,
If you want to make vegetarian sushi
you can use one centimeter as well.
I would recommend making the rice layer as thin as possible.
You should leave some room above and below
below just a few millimeters.
But above,
from your point of view below,
at least half to one centimeter.
Many instructions on the internet advise using half a centimeter.
I would advise using one centimeter, however,
because it´s easier for beginners
to role the maki, with that much rice content.
Now apply some water to your hands
to wash the rice away.
We can get to the fillings now.
Usually I start by applying the cream cheese,
but as I said you can make an individual filling.
But of course: The Wasabi preceeds the cream cheese.
Wasabi is hot spice,
if you didn´t know.
You shouldn´t use it so much, because of it´s spicyness.
It's also possible to season it afterwards,
in order to add some flavour inbeforehand.
Now put on the cream cheese as the first actual filling.
For that, use the power of a small spoon or just do it by hand.
You shouldn´t add too much cream cheese,
because through the pressure we apply to the maki role the cream cheese is going to be compacted.
As you can see, the cream should not reach the edge of the rice.
Next up: sesame seeds.
You can use the white or the black variety
or both.
Now we get to the main component of sushi, which is fish.
I will start by using THUNFISCH (tuna).
Is good, tastes good, everything good.
It´s also easy to cut.
So tuna is always recommendable for sushi.
Now we will start rolling.
As you can see,
regarding the technique:
four fingers on each side of the fish and the thumbs on top,
then role it.
Use your fingers to apply inward pressure.
Now, keep rolling forwards.
You remember leaving an edge of the nori-sheet empty.
That is now essential,
because you can now keep rolling
and the maki can easily stick together.
Dispose of leaking rice.
The maki role is complete.
*Maki rolling intensifies*
So,
is everyone enjoying themselves so far?
I know i sure am.
Pretty neat time lapse, gotta give it to Paul.
Look at that fish cutting extravaganza on the right.
Brings a tear to my eye (':
Having a proper sushi knife really helps.
You should get one if you're trying this for yourselves.
There we go, see ya later!
At this point, we're done with the maki sushi.
As you can see, i've made a third roll.
I would have liked to make even more
but i realized, that i haven't prepared enough rice, so that plan's out of the window.
We also have way too much fish.
That's why i would recommend always preparing twice the amount of rice, in relation to how much fish you will use.
In the next couple of minutes, i will show you how to make Nigiri.
Nigiri are technically a lot easier to make.
All you will need to make are bodies of rice,
on which you place the fish.
In order to make shaping the rice a bit easier
i have these Nigiri molds
Using these makes the whole proccess a lot more efficient.
Just put rice into the compartments.
Apply light pressure by hand.
Finally, using the lid of the mold, compress the rice tightly, so the Nigiri won't break easily in the long run.
Turn it around, open the container
And press out the rice blocks.
Done.
Now, all you have to do is put on the fish.

Beyond Today -- The Final Superpower - Duration: 28:27.
[Steve Myers] A new world superpower is on the rise.
It will continue to strengthen and challenge the United States and the world.
It will affect your life.
It's really not possible for the United States to continue indefinitely to be the
world's preeminent power.
Can you know what will happen?
Who is this coming superpower?
Could a dreaming king, a slave, and an ancient prophecy hold a key to understanding what's
on the horizon?
On this edition of Beyond Today, we'll answer those questions and more as we discuss, "The
Final Superpower!"
When you think of a world-dominant power, what comes to mind?
You may think of the United States.
But America is losing its grip as the world's superpower.
No matter where you live, a shift in the world's power structure will certainly affect you.
So it's important to understand what we mean when we refer to superpower status.
If you had to say what exactly a superpower is, how would you describe that?
> Yeah, one that just has—I would think—has great influence in the world and more or less
can do pretty much what it wants to do, without too much interference from other countries.
>> They'd have to have enough military force to impose their superpower or enough financial
force to impose that, one way or another.
So, I think anything that sort of meets those criteria, any country or group.
[Steve] No doubt the U.S. has the financial means and the military muscle to greatly influence
the world.
But that's already changing.
You don't have to look too far to realize that America is losing its supremacy.
Just consider her enormous debt—over 20 trillion dollars!
Now, if you divide that between every citizen, that would be over $62,000 for every man,
woman and child in the country.
No wonder that a coming dominant system will bring a massive power shift that will change
your whole perspective on government and authority.
Now, who will replace the United States as the world's global leader?
We'll see in just a moment, that surprisingly, the Bible has a lot to say about it.
People I spoke with had definite opinions:
Is there a nation in mind that you think could be the next world-dominate power?
> Everybody is vying to be that.
You know, everybody wants to be the top dog.
Probably Russia.
>> China, I would think maybe China.
Great Britain, definitely.
> But maybe somewhere more exotic, like Australia.
>> China.
And that's just because they're starting to become a U.S., slowly but surely.
I mean, they're already getting all of our work.
So…
> We thought it was going to be Japan in the 90s because of their economy.
And now everyone's saying, well, it's going to be China because of their economy,
but I don't know.
[Steve] But is it possible to know?
Is there a place we can look to find clues for the future of our world?
Now when we talk about a coming shift, this is not some simple change in government, some
minor political thing: This coming superpower will impact you and your family—how you
live, how you work and even if you'll survive.
Here's an odd thought for our modern mind to consider: Could an ancient Bible prophecy
have any impact?
Now, be careful not to think that world superpowers are just related to our modern world.
Dominant nations and kingdoms have risen and fallen throughout time.
But does God have anything to say about history and the future?
Some aren't so sure:
Do you think that the Bible could have any impact in predicting who the next superpower
might be?
> I think that would be a pretty far-stretched interpretation.
>> Not at all.
I don't necessarily know anything about the Bible either.
So, but I don't think so.
[Steve] Do you think there's any possibility that the Bible might have something to say
about the next superpower?
> No.
No.
[Steve] Now wait a minute.
Even though it may not seem that God's in the picture, He is—and more than you might
imagine.
He inspired His prophets to predict in advance—people, places, and events hundreds of years before
they occurred.
And those predictions came true.
God has recorded for us many examples throughout the Bible.
Do you believe prophecy will impact your life?
Do you think that the Bible could predict who the next superpower nation would be?
> Probably.
If I knew a lot about that.
I'm no help to you.
I tell you.
Yeah, I'm sure it does predict.
[Steve] Do you think it's possible that the Bible might predict the next superpower
nation?
> >There is a possibility.
I mean, I believe in the Bible, and I would like to think so.
However, I don't know the answer to that.
[Steve] If you believe in the Bible, you don't have to be unsure.
It is possible to know the answer.
It's in the Word of God, if you're willing to pay close attention to prophecy.
God tells us: "Remember the things I have done in the past.
For I alone am God!
I am God, and there is none like me.
Only I can tell you the future before it even happens…"
(Isaiah 46:9-10, NLT).
Now that's an amazing statement!
You see, God challenges all of us to count on Him, no matter what.
One reason we can trust Him?
Because He's made predictions.
He's made prophecies about nations and powers in the past and they came true, so we can
believe what He tells us about the things yet to come.
Now in the New Testament we're told "...we regard the words of the prophets as confirmed
beyond all doubt.
You're doing well by paying attention to their words.
Continue to pay attention..."
(2 Peter 1:19, GW).
So instead of doubt, you can have confidence in God and the biblical prophets if you're
willing to pay attention to what they say—even the predictions about governments, about nations
and rulers.
Do you think that the Bible could predict the next superpower?
> It probably already has.
I haven't really read it extensively to where I got to the point where I've seen
it for myself, or interpreted it, but I'm sure it's in there.
[Steve] Do you think that the Bible could predict who the next superpower nation might
be?
>> I'm sure if you read into the Bible and you wanted to find that answer there, you
could find that answer.
I think you could find almost anything you are really looking for in the Bible if you
dig deep enough.
[Steve] They're right!
It may be a surprise to many, but the answers are found in your Bible.
Don't you think it's time for you to dig a little deeper?
You can find the clues to the coming superpower and its impact on you.
Here's one example.
This is where God tells us how to dig deeper.
It's in Proverbs 2: "...if you take my words to heart and treasure my commands within
you, if you pay close attention to wisdom, and let your mind reach for understanding,
if indeed you call out for insight, if you ask aloud for understanding, if you search
for wisdom as if it were money and hunt for it as if it were hidden treasure, then you
will understand the fear of the Lord and you will find the knowledge of God.
The Lord gives wisdom.
From his mouth come knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:1-6, GW).
So, let's take God's words to heart and reach for understanding for a moment.
We can actually recognize how the final, man-led superpower will affect you.
Now surprising as it may seem—a dreaming king, a slave boy, and an ancient prophecy
holds a key.
That key is found in the book of Daniel.
Now you're probably familiar with the story of Daniel in the lion's den.
It's that same Daniel.
Daniel was taken captive as a teenager—captured by the Babylonians.
Babylon was the dynasty of the day—a world ruling empire, dominated by a powerful dictator
by the name of King Nebuchadnezzar.
The king started having dreams that frightened him.
So in the book of Daniel, chapter 2, we're told that these dreams worried him so much,
that he couldn't even sleep.
He called in all the Babylonian magicians, the sorcerers, fortune tellers, his advisers,
to help explain to him what these dreams meant.
Now imagine the scene: They came all lined up before the great king and said "O great
king!
Tell us your dream and we'll interpret it."
Now Nebuchadnezzar didn't become the leader of that Babylonian superpower by being naive.
So, he told them: You're supposed to be the great men of mysterious magic and you
say you have a direct connection with the gods.
You should be able to tell me what I dreamed—and if you do, then I'll believe your interpretation.
Well, they couldn't do it.
This made the king so angry, so furious that he gave the order to execute all the advisers
in Babylon.
Now that command right there from the ultimate ruler of the world's superpower, well that
included Daniel and his companions, too.
Well, Daniel didn't know what the king had dreamed either.
So what could he do?
Well he and his friends prayed to God for mercy and understanding so he could know and
explain his mysterious dream.
We can begin to see that this isn't just some kiddie story from the Bible.
Imagine how strange it may have seemed to Daniel—and perhaps strange to you too—that
this event actually has something to do with your life—even today!
We'll get to that connection in just a moment.
Well God did answer their prayer and so not only did they know what the king dreamed,
but God also gave understanding about the meaning of the king's dream.
Daniel praised God saying: "You control human events—you give rulers their power
and take it away and you are the source of wisdom and knowledge" (Daniel 2:21, CEV).
Daniel knew that God is in charge.
He oversees rulers and superpowers of this world.
He understood that if it was true then, it's still true today.
The young captive then begins his report to the king.
Daniel tells Nebuchadnezzar that this is a special prophecy.
That God is revealing what will happen in the future.
Daniel explains that the king saw a vision of a huge, terrifying statue that was shimmering,
and gleaming brightly.
Its head was made of pure gold, its chest and arms were silver.
Its belly and thighs were bronze.
Its legs were made of iron, and its feet were a mixture of iron and clay (Daniel 2:31-33).
Now can you imagine the king's surprise when he heard exactly what he'd been dreaming
about?
No doubt, Daniel had his attention.
What could it mean to the king?
What does it mean for your life?
Daniel tells Nebuchadnezzar as the ruler of that superpower of the day: "You O king
have command, strength, and control.
"You are the head of gold" (Daniel 2:37-38).
So now it becomes clear that the different sections of the statue represent different
world ruling empires—different superpowers.
The silver, bronze, iron—all parts of the statue represent future dominant kingdoms
that were to come to power after Babylon.
Now this wasn't Daniel's idea; this dream was inspired by God; and God provided an amazing
preview of what was to come.
So today, we can look back in time, and determine which superpowers correspond to the different
sections of the statue—just as God said it would.
The gold head of Babylon ruled the Middle East for generations until mighty Persia conquered
them in one night.
The silver chest with two arms symbolized the empire of the Medes and the Persians.
History tells us that this silver empire was the superpower in the Middle East for about
two centuries.
Next, Alexander the Great and his great armies came up and swallowed up Persia.
The belly and thighs of bronze represented his Greco-Macedonian Empire.
He came like a flood, conquering the known world and the Greeks ruled for some 300 years.
Then we have the legs.
Those legs of iron represented the next superpower—the great kingdom of the Roman Empire.
The iron fist of the Roman legions united parts of Europe, the Middle East, and North
Africa.
Rome became the greatest empire the world had ever known up to that time.
I hope you'll look into what history records.
You don't have to be a history professor to recognize the past definitely records this
sequence of kingdoms.
A simple search will reveal all of these were superpowers of their day.
You see, God was right.
He was right about the past and that should make us realize that He's right about what's
to come.
Now we're getting closer to our era.
The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place for prophecy to potentially be fulfilled
in our lifetime.
God predicted that the Roman Empire would become divided and eventually become a mixture
compared to the feet of those toes of iron mixed with clay.
Now I'll have more about that in just a moment.
Because you may be wondering, "Well, where is America in the vision of the statue?"
After all, isn't the United States the most powerful nation that has ever existed?
So shouldn't America be in this prophecy of King Nebuchadnezzar's dream?
This prophecy in the book of Daniel is described in several ways.
We see that it is precisely accurate in describing the empires of Babylon, Persia, Greece, and
Rome.
But when it comes to America, it's not mentioned in that prophetic dream.
Here's why: The prophecy shows the succession of empires that followed one after another.
America was not an outgrowth of Rome.
Its origin was very different.
The kingdoms in the dream swallowed up and incorporated the characteristics of the earlier
empires that came before.
And that's also true of the end-time superpower to come.
Now if we examine the roots of America, Great Britain, the English-speaking peoples—they
come from a different sequence of events, one that isn't tied to the Roman Empire.
So this vision in the book of Daniel doesn't focus on the United States.
Now, there are many prophecies in the Bible that do tell specifically about America—but
we'll have to discuss that in another program.
Now even though America exports billions of dollars of machinery, technology, pharmaceuticals,
and even though she is now the world's largest producer of petroleum and natural gas hydrocarbons—this
prophecy shows, it won't last.
The Bible tells us that America's days are numbered and she'll greatly be impacted
by that coming powerful empire.
Do you think then that America is on the decline?
> Yeah, I would say so in some cases, yeah.
[Steve] Why do you think that is?
> Seems like there's a lot of turmoil in our government and such, and with some of
our overseas activities.
So, you know, I think that in the past it was a lot better and lately, yeah, we've
seen a bit of a decline.
>> I think all nations right now are struggling, so I don't believe the United States is
on the decline any more than any other nation.
Do I think they're falling behind?
No.
[Steve] Do you think it even matters?
Does it even matter who the next big nation will be?
> Yeah, I think it matters.
[Steve] Why do you think it would matter?
> Because it's going to determine what happens in the future.
[Steve] She's right, it will determine the future—not only for that one powerful nation—but
the impact will be felt around the entire world.
The Bible predicts that this end-time superpower will turn your world upside down.
Here's how: It will change the world's source of food and technology.
There will be a major shift in politics, in finances and in foreign policy.
So who will be affected?
Everyone!
Each of us will be affected—and not in a good way.
Now think about this: Amazingly, it has been predicted in the dream of King Nebuchadnezzar
recorded in your Bible.
Here's what the dream does tell us.
You'll want to listen carefully because this is critical:
We're down to that final world superpower of man's rule.
This last global force will be connected to the Roman Empire—like the toes, to the feet,
to the ankles, to the legs.
Now it might sound a little bit odd, but Daniel's prophecy reveals that the 4th kingdom—the
Roman Empire—will exist in some form, right up to the end of the age.
Wouldn't you like to find out more about this coming superpower?
Now you may wonder if it's even possible to identify where it will originate and what
type of government will it be?
Will it be a kingdom with savage, wild attributes like the one of the beasts that are described
in the book of Daniel?
Now some think there's a chance that new world government will bring hope and lasting
peace.
> It would be lovely, idealistic but lovely, if the United Nations or something like that
could really have some teeth and could say this is the way it's going to be, and we'll
all decide as one big democracy.
However, that's probably wishful thinking at least in this century.
[Steve] According to the Bible, that is wishful thinking.
But he's right in one way.
That coming government will really say this is the way.
This is what's going to happen.
It will really have some teeth, but ultimately, it's bite that will hurt.
Did you know that more of the details of this super-kingdom are found in the book of Revelation?
It's in chapter 13.
This coming powerhouse government is represented by an animal—not just any animal, but a
fierce beast.
It describes "a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns."
It's a beast because of its characteristics and actions.
Did you notice a connection to the book of Daniel?
The coming super empire has characteristics like those ancient kingdoms.
Now back then, what did Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome do in order to maintain command and
control?
Well like a wild beast, they all used their biting power to attack, to oppress and to
enslave.
That will be the nature of the approaching Beast power—that coming, global superpower.
Of course, this reminds us that in order to understand the forecast and vision in Revelation,
you've got to understand Daniel.
So in a moment, I'll tell you about a free study aid that will help you make the connection
between this Beast in Revelation and the 10 toes in Nebuchadnezzar's dream.
The Bible predicts that that dominating government will be an alliance—a federation of presidents
or kings—that voluntarily give their authority to a coming powerful political leader—the
Beast.
Now why would that happen?
Prosperity.
To find a solution to our world's problems, it's economic problems.
Now, does that sound far-fetched?
You don't have to look too far back in history to find a fairly recent example of this.
Adolf Hitler.
Did you know that he saw himself connected to the Holy Roman Empire and to the Caesars?
He called his rule the Third Reich—the third realm or empire.
Of course, back then, the Great Depression brought economic upheaval to Germany, to Europe
and to the world.
Hitler claimed to have the answer.
Now for a time, Germany roared back.
It had life with jobs, and wealth, and power but the final result: World War II.
Over 60 million people died.
Intense suffering.
Death camps.
The ruin brought about by Hitler's Germany with Mussolini's Italy was only a frightening
foretaste of what's to come.
It gives us a disturbing preview of the not too distant future.
The Word of God prophesies a destructive empire just ahead.
And it's represented by the 10 toes in King Nebuchadnezzar's vision.
In Revelation 13, the Bible also calls that coming world ruling kingdom "the Beast".
That coming Beast power will shock the world.
Scripture predicts that it will be a dominating empire.
It will bring America, Britain, and the English-speaking peoples of the world to their knees and dispense
tremendous suffering in horrifying ways.
It's a scary, fearful vision that will come to pass.
And as this man warned:
> I would advise everybody to get their house in order and get it done now, before it's
too late.
[Steve] That's good advice.
This next, last superpower of men, will become a terrible system that will affect you, your
household and the entire world, but only for a short time.
It's not all doom and gloom.
It is possible for you to have hope for the future.
Why?
Because King Nebuchadnezzar's dream didn't end with the image of gold, silver, bronze
and iron.
Let's go back to Daniel 2 and pick up the rest of the story in verse 34: "You watched
while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay,
and broke them in pieces...
And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth"
(Daniel 2:34-35).
We know that towering statue represented human government and corrupt rulers.
But God shows they will finally come to an end.
He says, "In the days of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which
shall never be destroyed... it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms,
and it shall stand forever" (Daniel 2:44).
That impending evil superpower will ultimately be destroyed by that stone.
And that stone represents Jesus Christ.
He will return and smash the governments of this world.
Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God will replace man's empires and all human governments—and
it will grow into a great mountain that will fill this whole world.
It will be real, a literal Kingdom that the returning Jesus Christ will set up on earth.
So, that nightmare of fear will turn into a dream come true.
Imagine God's Kingdom—right here on earth.
Have you ever wondered why we pray, "Thy kingdom come?"
Well that's one reason why.
It won't be just another superpower, but it will be the final great Kingdom.
And that's good news because in the end, Daniel's prophecy gives us hope.
And even though we face troubled times, you don't have to be overly concerned in your
mind or your heart.
You can have courage and you can have true hope if you base it on a right relationship
with God.
If you take it to heart and repent of your sins and grow closer to God right now—to
really get to know Him.
His Word compels us: "Knowing that one day all this will come to pass, think of what
sort of people you ought to be—how you should be living faithful and godly lives" (2 Peter
3:11, Voice).
God wants each of us to take advantage of the opportunity He gives us now—to understand
His plan, to keep His commandments and to truly love and honor Him in our lives.
Isn't it time to fully choose His way of life?
That's a choice that brings true happiness and joy, a real hope for the future.
There is so much more to understand when it comes to Bible prophecy and what lies ahead.
Now here's a way you can really dig into the subject.

2. Трое из Простоквашино -- Three from Prostokvashino. Russian cartoons with subtitles - Duration: 3:26.
Hello.
Take me to live with you.
I will be your watchdog.
No way.
We don't have a place to live ourselves.
Come back in a year, when we get some household.
You, Matroskin, be quiet.
A good dog has never been a problem to anyone.
Let's better find out if there is a vacant house in the village.
Yes, there is one!
I will show you, nobody lives there.
Its owners have moved over the river.
Is there a stove?
Oh, it takes a half of the kitchen.
So, will you let me live with you, or should I come later, in a year?
Sure we'll take you.
Three of us will have more fun.
What is your name?
Sharik.
I am an ordinary dog, not a pure breed.
And my name is Uncle Fyodor.
And this cat is Matroskin.
That's my last name.
Nice to meet you.
The house is vacant, live here if you want.
Ahchoo!..
Bless you.
Thank you.
And you, boy, whose are you?
Where are you from?
I am nobody's.
I am on my own.
I am a master of myself.
I come from the city.
Children never wonder on their own.
Children always belong to someone.
Why is that?
For example, me, I am a cat on my own.
My own's master.
And I am on my own.
And by the way, why'd you asked?
Do you happen to be from the police?
No, I am not from police.
I am from a post office.
I am a local postman Pechkin.
I deliver mail that's why I have to know everything.
For example, what are you going to subscribe to?
I will subscribe to "Murzilka" magazine.
And about hunting for me.
I won't subscribe at all.
I'll better save some money.
Why are we still without milk, we starve to death this way!
We should buy a cow.
We should.
But where are we supposed to get money?
Why we don't borrow it from our neighbours?
How we are going to pay them off?
Debts must be returned.
We will give them milk in return.
But if we give the milk away, what do we need a cow for?
Well, then we have to sell something.
Like what?
Something useless.
To sell something useless we have to buy something useless first, and we don't have any money.
Sharik, let's sell you.
Me? What do you mean?
We are not going to sell anyone.
We'll search for buried treasure.
Hurray! But what is buried treasure [storeroom]?

HOW TO INCREASE YOUR SAVINGS BY 3,000% - SHARE THIS - Duration: 13:34.
hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my
name is Brent and today we're going to be covering savings and their yields so
right off the bat I have the chase website here and I'm gonna be showing
you guys a really good trick that's gonna be able to make you money over the
next one year five year tenure and just it's gonna potentially double triple
quadruple your potential savings now I have a lot of friends and family that
they use chase they use their credit unions they use their USAA the the Navy
Federal Credit Union's and such and I tell them all the time there are better
alternatives so I'm gonna be showcasing three alternatives that you guys can
begin opening up tomorrow or today today that's going to save you thousands over
the course of the next 5-10 years so let's go ahead and get into the video so
right off the bat I have chase pulled up here and we're going to be taking a look
at some of their interest rates so we have their chase savings we have their
chases premier savings so if you pull up the rates for the chase Salmons that's
point zero one percent and if we pull up the rates for the chase premier savings
that's point zero four percent now tell me in our example we're going to be
using let me open up notepad here we're gonna
be using $10,000 in our example in today's video so we have $10,000 in our
bucket that's how much money we have savings
that's our rainy day fund that's how much money that we have kind of sitting
on the side that's pretty liquid we're not gonna be investing that money this
is money that we just have sit in a savings account and at chase point zero
one percent is one dollar for the entire year year of $10,000 that's out there
and if you have an interest rate of point zero four that's four dollars
you're now making and this is all from Chase so this is chase and this is no
bueno so we don't want chase we don't want to have our savings account going
through Chase and this is pretty normal for Wells Fargo a key bank you know your
traditional brick brick and motar stories now a lot of you guys also
invest or have your savings account over at USAA Navy Federal Credit Union I use
checking accounts at Chase and USAA but I don't use my savings account there I
don't use my savings account my credit union I don't use my savings account on
any of these traditional banks and why that's because there are much better
alternatives so right off the bat I'm gonna go ahead and begin showing you
guys Ali now Ali invest as you know it's a broker platform you guys can do
trades and such through this platform but a lot of other people have used them
for their sabes account so here this is their online savings account if you
slide down to the bottom here you can see that they offer rates of 1.25
percent now tell me one point two five percent how much greater is that then
point zero one or point zero four that's over a hundred percent better so ten
thousand dollars at one point two five percent would get us how much so here is
our daily balance of ten thousand dollars over the course of a year we
would make a hundred and twenty five dollars of interest pretty great right
one hundred and twenty five dollars straight to us over the course of one
year now you could advise that by twelve and you would get roughly ten dollars in
interest per month that is much better than the $1 we would get by having our
ten thousand dollars sitting and the chase savings account over the course of
the year and much better than $4 so if we left it in there for five years
what's 125 by five that is six hundred and twenty-five dollars now that
hundreds of twenty-five dollars that you're going to be getting and putting
back into your account it's similar to dividend investing that increase of one
hundred and twenty five dollars it's gonna increase your your annual
percentage yield by say an additional dollar twenty five per year so over the
course of five years we'll say that we've now increased it by five dollars
and then that's an extra dollar for the quarter so over the course of three
years we're now sitting at six hundred and thirty one dollars over five year
period so that is one year and this is how much
you've made over the course of just five years imagine if you had it in there for
10 years 15 years I know a lot of guys out there who have savings accounts of
10,000 20,000 30,000 my friends you know they have $100,000 sitting in a savings
account probably at a chase bank earning that point zero point zero seven so Wow
they're making seven dollars every year you know so this video is for a lot of
my friends a lot of you guys out there my viewers who are looking to make more
money and not just throwing it away now that is ally that was ally now
number two what do we have for you guys we have American Express now this is one
I use myself and that's why I wanted to showcase it in this example because it
does offer a higher yield than Ally it offers a one point three five percent
annual percentage yield so again if we knock if we put over here American
Express and they have a one point three five
percent yield that's a hundred and thirty five dollars over the course of
one year that's ten dollars more per year or say if you multiplied this by
over the course of five years you would get roughly one thirty five by five six
seventy five and then you take those extra dollars and you would make off the
additional one hundred and thirty-five and you would roughly have six hundred
flips six hundred and eighty two dollars by the course of five years actually we
can do the math right here we have five years oh it shows us right here
693 well don't need to do my math I was way off there 693 over the course of
five years so I'm sure this is probably a little bit higher or just bump it up
six six thirty five make it look pretty and that is a very nice difference here
we can see one year is 135 verifying that math yep 135 for over five years
that's 693 dollars over the course of ten years that's one thousand four
hundred and thirty-five dollars imagine if you have fifty thousand dollars
sitting in this account over the course of just one year that's six hundred and
seventy five dollars that's a free plane ticket basically you know many areas in
the United States you can go with you kayak that's a plane ticket right there
you could take a vacation every single year imagine if you took a vacation
overseas every three years you could have potentially $2,000 from your
savings account your rainy day fund working for you guys
$50,000 at chase would give you five dollars and multiply that by five years
that's $25 so that is a whole lot better and if we did the math
see here let me bust out my calculator if we take the current one of 252 we
subtract the old one and then we divide by the old one and we multiply it that's
at eight thousand over eight thousand percent difference between a chase
savings account and a savings account over here at American Express now of
course you know you always have to save the best for last and this is one that's
fairly new to me and I have not researched it in the past so I will
definitely be taking a look at it and I may be moving from my American Express
over to Marcus by Goldman Sachs so here we can see here they have an annual
percentage yield of 1.5% that is incredible right so Marcus
and what's their yield they have a yield of 1.5 percent so over the course of one
year that is a hundred and fifty dollars that's $15 difference off one year watch
this over the course of five years so down here if you go to their website I
will have all the links in the description below that way you guys can
go to these websites you guys can do your own research I'm not gonna tell you
which one to open up because that's not what I do you know I'm only here
provided information I'm just like you I'm just another ambassador I'm someone
out there trying to make more money make my money work for me
right so calculate your interest so imagine we have $10,000 we're not going
to be put in any more money you know this is just our rainy day fund we want
to keep it pretty liquid so we just have our initial deposit of $10,000 so
however much you want your rainy day fund some people over the course they
like to keep six six six months so maybe $20,000 for six months or who knows so
in our example we're still using $10,000 we're not going to put money money any
more money into the account and over the course of 12 months that's a hundred and
fifty dollars I think I already added up to my math
now what do you think it is over course of five years I'm gonna say over seven
hundred and forty dollars right seven hundred and seventy three dollars so
that is seven hundred and seventy three oh I can't even type it so big five
years there we go it's pretty late too it's almost 1:00 so far I am really
having a tough time with my keyboard here so we can see here that Ally gave
us six hundred and thirty five dollars over the course of five years you know
that's enough to a plane ticket here in the United States 693 it's even better
773 that's a difference right there of way that's ten eighty three dollar
difference you know so that could be eighty three dollars over the course of
five years I could be making additional and that's just what $10,000 imagine if
we started with our initial deposit of fifty thousand dollars over the course
of five years that's three thousand eight hundred and sixty four dollars now
my wife she likes to travel overseas quite a bit every three years we go over
to Germany so just having money sitting in our savings account that we're not
gonna be using it's for a rainy day fund that's an additional two thousand two
hundred and eighty four dollars that your savings account is making oh that's
three years here we go oh wait I did that on purpose so
let's see here - yeah we're gonna keep our math at 10000 but that is just a
huge difference there so if we bust down to the 12 month period and we have $150
how much difference is $150 from our difference of chase so our current one
is $150 chase would give us for $10,000 they would give us $4 anyway you divide
that by our initial and then we multiply that by a hundred whoa I can't do the
math there 150 minus 4 divided by 4 multiply it by 100
that's a difference of three thousand six hundred and fifty percent that's a
huge percent difference between creating a savings account and have any savings
account at chase and looking into these other high-yield savings accounts ally
of ally and best we have American Express and we have Marcus by Goldman
Sachs so I can tell you right now I use American Express I think it's great but
I will definitely be doing more research on Marcus and potentially opening the
can over there to try it out so that is basically it for this video if you guys
have learned something new if you are having a savings account over at Chase

No Hand Riding Challenge |SickSeries#39 - Duration: 10:19.
Hey guys, it´s us again, Sick Series!
Today we are here in Innsbruck on our enduro´s
We´ll make a ´´No hand riding challenge´´
That means
That means that we search obstacles and try
to drive them without our hands
By the way, we survived the shop opening very well this time.
Without complications!
Guys, our camera guy today is
our Instagram photograph Nr. 1
who makes most of our pictures
Hannes Berger, follow him on Instagram
I would say
No hand riding challenge, lets go!
First challenge:
We drive without hands from there
and drive slalom along there
and down there
Who makes it first will win!
Who starts?
scissors stone paper
First win 2018 goes to the ubeatable
Fabio Flipmer Wibmer!
Made it! Next challenge:
I would say downstairs there!
Completely down the wooden staircase
I´m excited now!
The first round goes to Fabio!
Next challenge
Drive around this tree. I´m excited how that works!
I´m to slow!
The second round goes to Elias!
So , next challenge:
Drive above this beton part
Drive behind this benches
and down there!
Let us count this try.
Sh*t!
I think that I let it be now
I just felt
Let´s go to the next challenge
There are stairs and we´ll try to drive them down
Fabio, drive these stairs down.
I´m a little bit scared
It seems that this challenge was a little bit to easy
I would say that we drive this big stairs down
Ok, I have to start
That´s not so easy, isn´t it?
You have to stay behind the saddle
That was bad
Thanks, thanks!
Congratulations Elias!
The tire is repaired, we´re back
We start there
Jump up here, no hand landing
and drive on, that was it
Let´s start
That´s really difficult
Did he put his hands off in time?
Did you put off your hands in the air?
Ok, that was not bad. I´ll also make that.
Guys, I don´t have click pedals, have a look there
I´m using my flat pedals
Thanks!
I´ve also done a good no hand landing!
After an exact
analyzed replay
Both of us have tooked the hands off in the air
But Elias needed one try fewer
So, let´s go to the last challenge
The last challenge of today
It´s my turn now
That´s right!
So, the last challenge is
Drive from there
over these two increases
and down there in the hell!
I think that this challenge is very tricky
It´s your turn, Elias!
That would have worked!
I was too scared
I was also too scared
To fast!
I thought that I´m much too fast
Let´s say goodbye to the game
and let´s say goodbye to the game
It was really cool
You can try that even
Because that can be very tricky!
Our online shop opened last week, have a look on it
The link is up there
Where?
Oh yes, here it is
Thanks to Hannes Berger for filming
Let him a follow on Instagram!
There´s his Instagram Name
Also you can Follow @SickSeries
And now, I would say
Thanks for watching, see you next time!

The '60s Jaguar® with Jose Rios | American Original Series | Fender - Duration: 4:36.
[MUSIC]
What's up everybody?
This is Jose Rios of the world-renowned Free Nationals.
We're checking out the American original 60s Jaguar today.
And we're going to talk about the specs and why it's such an awesome guitar.
The check this bad boy out.
[MUSIC]
This guitar has mid-60s C shape neck which is great for
me because I like a bigger neck, personally.
It's bigger than most necks on the Fender guitars.
It also has a 9.5 inch radius, which also is a great feature of the neck.
It's flat, you know the strings don't slip off.
It's cool because it's like there's modern and
there's throwback together on this neck.
It comes out to being like a really nice feel and it compliments the guitar,
which is just great.
[MUSIC]
This guitar is a throwback to the 60s style, even to the pickups.
They've made them to the exact specifications in the 60s style pickups.
Sounds great, sounds old.
It gives you that throwback sound.
You get the old school sound, but there's so many different types of tone knobs and
things that you can use to adjust your pickups how you want.
[MUSIC]
It gives me what I need on stage and, yeah.
[MUSIC]
It just has so much beef to it.
You might need a little something to cut through, for your chords, for your solos.
[MUSIC]
Really bright, cuts through, sounds really nice.
Yeah, it takes you back, back to the 60s.
Another really cool option on this guitar that I found out about was this mute.
There's like a mute switch on this guitar.
It mutes the strings, not completely though.
There's still a tone you get out of this so it's like,
[MUSIC]
Yeah, kind of has that gypsy jazz style of sound.
But yeah, this guitar's versatile.
There's so many different sound options.
This guitar also features vintage style hardware, the tuning pegs,
the bridge, everything.
All the specs are from the '60s.
It's pretty impressive, just makes it, obviously,
just gives it that old school feel.
[MUSIC]
I really appreciate the lacquer finish on this guitar.
The painting on it is amazing.
It looks great, looks very classy, very old school.
Reminds me of a throwback car or something.
Not only that, but it ages over time.
As you play it, it will age with you.
As you go along with your journey with this instrument,
it's going to be a good experience.
Old school and new school together as one, so yeah, Jaguar.
[MUSIC]
Thanks for hanging with me and demoing the American original 60s Jaguar.
Peace and blessings, y'all.
Stay tuned for more videos.
