so I could show you how you can reach your goals of a thousand subscribers and
the 4000 watch time hours you will need for the YouTube Partner Program now I

time but I will show you how I made it on that channel by examples right here

YouTube or you've been around a while these tips will help you out now I know
if you've been watching any other YouTube or you have heard these tips
before about using great titles description and tags and the reason why
you heard them is because it's true you really need it because there's no little
guy looking at the videos trying to place them in the right place it's all
done on computers so the computer needs data and that data comes from you you
need to put that on your video you need a good title on there that says
something about what that video is about and make that title so people can read
it not the computer your description you want to put in there what it is about so
people can look at that and what the video is about give them a
little bit more information than what's in the title but don't go too far with
it okay and the tags the tags is where the computer comes in that's where you
want to put the information about your video and I'll show you some examples of
tags right here now those are good tags and they don't have to be one-word tags
but they have to be relevant to the video they have to have something to do
with the video and it doesn't just have to be about the video you could put also
put tags in all your videos about your channel about the niche or niche
whichever way you want to pronounce it of your channel I have them in all of my
videos on my other channel and I'm putting it in this video also about what
this channel is about that way the computer could find more of your videos
and put them together that's what it's all about search and discovery
that's where everything comes together where your videos get viewed by your
potential subscribers you've seen earlier that I asked you to subscribe
that is a good thing you want to put that towards the beginning of your video
because you have to remind your potential subscribers to hit that
subscribe button because if you don't tell them they're just gonna keep on
watching now you're gonna say what about thumbnails yes those thumbnails are very
important for you to catch the viewers eye your future subscribers you want to
catch their attention so you want to have get your face up in there do some
expressions and then put something else in there about the video so they don't
have to even read because some people just look at the the thumbnails and they
don't even want to read about what the title is it's a visual thing they go
down and look the thumbnails that's very important
that is the very first contact for your future subscribers once you have their
attention and they click on it you have to get their attention right away give
them a teaser right at the beginning and then get going with whatever you have to
say YouTube has a lot of information on how to create produce distribute and

I'll put the link down in the description another good resource is and
I've been a part of it for over a year is YouTube creator community I'm a
rising star there and I answer a lot of questions there about people just like
you wanting to know how to get started and what they need to do to grow their
channel go take a look at that I'm under Tom's trains and things there because
that's the name of my other channel those are two really good resources that
YouTube gives you the Creator to learn how to do things now if you're wondering
why this old guy over here is telling us he's got no no views no videos no
subscribers and he's trying to tell us what to do on YouTube well here's a
graphic of what I did on my other channel in the last six months and as
you could see I went from 2,000 watch time minutes a day to over 20,000 watch
time minutes of the day that's why I'm here sharing this information with you
and every other youtuber that has got to this point has got their the same way by
following all those basic rules that I gave you right at the beginning the
titles description and the tags and then the thumbnail you should be taken as
much time on that thumbnail as you do on producing your video because
that thumbnail is the very first thing that your future subscribers are going
to see so spend a lot of time and thought on that thumbnail if you have

YouTube creator community go on there you have to have a hundred subscribers
to be able to post on there but you can go on there and read just as long as you

that everybody on the Creator community has given everybody else and everybody
else has asked those same questions on how do I get subscribers how do I get
muse everything has been asked before and all the answers are there and I'm
going to share a lot of those right here on this channel in future videos so
