Waching daily Jan 5 2018

Hi guys I'm Shayda welcome to my first bullet journaling tutorial I don't

really know how I didn't get into bullet journaling for so long I think I just

thought that it was really a time consuming activity that I didn't have

the time for but recently I've been trying it out and it's actually really

meditative and enjoyable and so I wanted to share that with you guys today

actually I don't even know how I avoided it for so long because it's all my

favorite stuff it's like tiny Sharpie lines and crossing off your to-do list

and you know filing an organization so all the good stuff in life um so what I

thought we would do today is I'm going to show you around my journal and show

you sort of my layout for 2018 and also for the month of January I'm a few days

late on that I know and from now on what we'll do is we'll do our monthly layout

together a few days before the start of each month so yeah so let's get started

so before we get into the bullet journal today guys I just wanted to mention that

I have a new website and so this is a place where I'm sharing my portfolio my

body of work as well as a place where you guys can go to find out what's new

with me and the brand and I have portfolio box to thank for that new site

now they're an in-browser software that helps creatives create really beautiful

websites that put your images first if you're a blogger podcaster a makeup

artist an actor and you have a body of work that you want to show portfolio box

makes it really easy to create a beautiful website that's all about those

images that you value so much so right now there's a link in the description

below and you guys can get 10% off a yearly subscription to portfolio box and

honestly if you've got a website to create you could probably do it in a day

with portfolio box so check them out and today's video is kindly sponsored by

them alright let's get to the bullet journal so this is my journal and it's

about 7 by 9 inches which means it's quite square in format

the important thing here is that it's dot grid paper so if you're getting into

bullet journaling this is the type of paper that you want to search for on

Amazon or whatever the dot grid it's not lines it's not a graph it's a grid of

dots that allows you to keep things straight you can make nice rows and

columns and you don't have to worry about having these really harsh lines

across your page now I actually flipped my journal upside down because I liked

the the larger margins across the top that were previously across the bottom

and I'm gonna actually cover it with something in the future so so that's

that that's the journal and then just in the inside cover here I have a few

little of photos that I ordered from eternogram they're just these sweet

little photo cards and I just use some pictures from our travels and I can sort

of use them as bookmarks and decorations in the journal and they just sort of

help me set my my color scheme and then on the inside page here I just want to

point out that I've actually created my own stickers and I know that a lot of

bullet journalers enjoy using little stickers to decorate and I think a

really fun thing that you can do is actually create your own so if you go to

the dollar store or craft store buy a sheet of plain white or craft paper

stickers like I have here and then you can just use your sharpie or your pigma

micron to make your own designs I've put 'this is my year' and I've sort of

reinforced some of my New Year's resolutions with those stickers so

that's a really fun way to decorate then inside here my first page is just my

spread of the entire year so I can sort of see 2018 at a glance I haven't

put in November in December yet and that's because I just wanted to show you

guys how I did that I think the layout is pretty simple I just used this sort

of peachy colored marker to create these nice simple calendars all right let's

flip the page so this is what I would sort of call my 2018 section I haven't

gotten into any of the monthly layout the January layout this is just sort of

my yearly layout so I want to keep things nice and minimal and simple so

I'm using a bit of ripped paper here to create a very simple minimal collage

and then on the right hand side I've made sort of a title page for the year

for the year 2018 and I've done that by drawing a square in the middle and I use

my dot grid paper to align that and then around the square I've drawn a larger

rectangle and I would have done all of that in pencil and then I just took my

pigma micron some of the smaller nibs like the 01 and the 005 and I drew this

very delicate these very delicate floral and botanical illustrations very small

and simple and you're just filling in the space of course I used a little

exacto to cut out the window and then when you flip the page you've got my

year 2018 at a glance so there's still that title in the middle and then around

it I've placed you know my goals my resolutions I've got some words for the

year like free and positive so it's just things that I kind of want to use to

inspire the year ahead and I've got some of my youtube goals and wish lists and

things like that written down at the bottom here ok and then on the next page

this is still within my sort of year at a glance and so on the right hand side

I've got the main projects that I work on every day of the year so I've got of

course my video ideas list I'm always coming up with new ideas for the YouTube

channel in relation to the channel I also have my own blog so I'm also coming

up with little blog ideas and then in the summertime I run my own little gift

shop where I sell some of my own crafts and art so I've also got a list there of

ideas of things that I want to make for the shop or work on for the shop so this

is my year's work in a very general glance and then on the left hand side I

have a list that's easily removed and that's my shopping list for all the

things that I might need to go out and grab in order to do all these crazy

projects that I dream up ok and then on the next page I've just created well

I've left the left hand blank and I'd like to come up with some sort of yearly

tracker I know I saw the year in pixels a lot on Pinterest so I might try that I

haven't decided in that sort of a project for another day but I'd

like to do some sort of tracking thing for the entire year so if you have any

ideas comment below and then on the right hand side I've just done what I

would call an inspirational page where I've collage a bit the floral piece with

some of my own print work and I've just done a little quote there and you can

see here what I've done is I've taped the two pages together with a little

piece of washi tape and that's because I know I'm gonna do a big illustration on

this side and you know with a large illustration a lot of the time the ink

comes through so if you're a bullet journaler what do you do about that do

you tape pages together do you skip pages what do you do about ink bleeding

through the page do you buy a better journal I don't know so comment below

and let me know but this now that we're on this side this would be my January

2018 spread so we're gonna talk about the layout for the month at a glance and

then this is what my weekly spread looks like so this is the week that we're in

right now I've got the date at the top left corner and all the day's laid out

and then what we'll do is we'll flip the page and I'll show you how I did that

layout and we'll do the layout for next week but it'll be the same but

we'll just go through it together okay and then before we jump into the

tutorial bit I had written down a few words that I wanted to use to sort of

guide the process of creating this journal and the words were minimal so I

want to use a lot of negative space neutral I want the journal to be you

know only certain colors black white pink and then the last word was happy I

want it to be a positive place where I want to come and you know dive into

every day so here's a good example of the neutral color palette I'm using

washi tapes in just black I spent about a half hour and staples trying to figure

out which washi tapes define me and I've also got a woodgrain tape that'll help

bring that warmth of same with the craft paper and so it's black white grey pink

and a little bit of brown and here's a good example of the negative space this

is not my layout I took this from an aphid on Pinterest if you know the

source please comment below but that's a great thing about bullet journaling is

that we can all learn from each other but this this format this layout has a

lot of negative space and I think that's what makes it work is

all that blank page makes it so beautiful same here lots of white space

so it's very calm and that also feeds into that happy positive place it's very

you know gentle and positive and simple and clean when I look here and I've got

lots of photos and quotes that make me happy now before we move on I just want

to take a second to say two things one there is a super dope giveaway this week

so make sure you watch to the end of the tutorial for that and - thank you to

everyone who's chosen to support me on patreon it means so much to me and since

this is the first bullet journaling tutorial I've released two packs of

digital stickers over on my patreon site including the junk-food stickers yes

they're finally done so you can go over there for two dollar monthly donation

you'll get access to all of the art that I post there and because this is the

first journaling tutorial I'm also releasing at just three of the nine

junk-food stickers over on my blog in the bullet journal post you'll find the

freebie download so go check it out okay so here's the tools I'm pretty much

using a couple good artist pens like a pigma micron or a triplet fine liner

from Staedler and what I do for the January layout is I'm starting in pencil

to create a calendar grid and I'll just erase all that pencil later a nice soft

gum eraser is good for this so that you don't get creases in your page when you

erase and you can see here I'm using my pigma micron to just mark off the

corners of the calendar and then I'm writing in abbreviated days of the

week at the top and I'm just using a simple cursive lettering to do that and

then I'm going to go through and put all the numbers again negative space so each

number is in its own box of a three by three grid and it has lots of white

space around it Im also going to add some important

dates here at the bottom of the calendar you could put whatever you want in sort

of towards the bottom of the page I'm gonna do a schedule of the months videos

the YouTube videos I'm also going to track some of my stats like how many

subscribers I have on YouTube or many followers I have on Instagram and

that'll just be fun for me to go back and look at at the end of the year but

you could add whatever you want into this bottom bit this layout I also saw

from a photo on Pinterest and I just fell in love with it and then what I'm

gonna do here is just take that marker and do a little under loin line so just

adding a bit of color to the page layout and that's sort of my January 2018 and

the glance and we'll come back and we'll do our title page on the left-hand side

there as well so now let's take a look at the week at a glance again this is

such a nice simple layout you get to do a fun little weekly illustration there

put some notes and you've got everyday your sort of your to-do list laid out

and I'm a big fan of to-do lists so I was very drawn to the weekly layout so

how I'm creating this is I'm just using a mechanical pencil so not a lot of

smudging easy to erase and I'm marking the six lines I'm not doing seven days

I'm using the weekend sort of as one day so that I have an even number of days

and I'm going along in pencil here and adding an M for Monday and a T for

Tuesday etc and then I'm going over it with my pigma micron and I'm doing that

faux calligraphy style for these letters so I'm thickening each downstroke and

then what I'll do is that downstroke is left white and I'll just do some very

small lines to fill in so just nice detail but nothing too complicated I'm

also going to draw a line here for the notes and as I always say if you want to

draw a nice straight fairly straight line just pull the pen towards your body

so you can't see it in the shot but I'm actually standing to the right of the

journal and would be pulling the pen towards myself and that just helps

create a line that looks fairly straight I'll create this section for notes so

just things I want to keep in mind over the course of the week and I've also

used that pen pulling towards your body technique to draw fairly straight lines

underneath all of the letters and then I've just put a little piece of washi

tape at the top there and just cut it so that it's flush with the side of the

page I just write the the weekly date next

I'm just gonna jump back out of the January section and go back to the

yearly section and show you how I did these little calendars so you're just

writing the seven days of the week across each one in its own grid box a

simple underline with the month across the top and then you just write out the

grid of numbers there I mean this is pretty straight forward but just in case

you were sort of like oh it looks you know complicated it's really that dot

grid paper that allows me to keep things really straight in nice rows and columns

and honestly the page at a glance you would barely even see that those dots

are there and then I'm just using my nice chisel tip peach marker to

highlight and give some you know definition in color I decided to come in

with a light pink marker on my January at a glance and add a little more color

on this page and you could take that or leave it so last thing I want to talk

about here is the title page for the month and every month I'm gonna do a

title page on the left-hand side of the monthly layout or the month at a glance

and I'm starting this one with a nice big rectangle again negative space it

always looks good and I'm writing hello January and hello is in a simple print

and then January is going to be in our cursive or our fauxligraphy so I just

practice that in pencil once it was centered and looked the way I wanted

then I went over it with my pigma micron and I decided to I went very bullet

journaly on this I was like I'm gonna be inspired by all the stuff that I see

on Pinterest and on Instagram and I decided to do the cranes and for this

one I just looked up pictures of paper cranes on Google Images and I just

copied from that and actually any line drawing any contour drawing or drawing

that is just lines if you're having trouble with illustrating or you're just

getting started these are really fun and easy to copy and I know I've said before

on the channel one of the ways that I learned to draw when I was a kid was

from practicing from comics so I loved Betty and Veronica and I would draw I

could draw Betty so and not write up the bat but because

she's a simple line drawing once you get it you get it and it's gonna look right

it's not ambiguous the way a photo or a still-life in real life is so these

cranes are really fun to draw they're just made up of lines check Google

Images and just have your phone or whatever print out of them right there

with you and just draw from what you see I started with mine in pencil and then

of course went over them in pen once I was happy with them and I'm basically

gonna leave you today just with the shot of me finishing my month title page

we'll call it let's call everything a title page it's

like I'm in grade six anyways guys I also have a giveaway today and the

giveaway is for a set of paper microns from Sakura these are the best artist

pens if you're doing detail work like the type that you're doing in a bullet

Humble Monthly February | Civilization VI - Duration: 3:29.

hello and welcome to low budget gaming and welcome to another sales and deals

video and in this video we'll look at the new humble monthly bundle for

February that's just dropped a few minutes ago and if you're not familiar

humble monthly is a subscription service where for $12 a month you get about

eight to ten games every month with at least $100 retail price so if you look

at the previous month's so these are the previous months of you had January

recently that's just concluded so initially they gave a quantum break long

dark and Dawn of war Warhammer game and then after it unlocked the rest of the

games unlocked today you got tomb raider he was sleeping dogs you got hiveswap

act one mister shifty cursed Castilla and hitchhiker now Tomb Raider and Sleeping

Dogs are excellent games we already knew about these three games hiveswap is a

point and click game with overwhelmingly positive reviews this came out in 2016

mister shifty is a top-down shooter again with very positive reviews cursed

Castilla is a classic retro style platformer and hitch-hiker looks like a

walking simulator type game and this is a humble original they're released

published by Humble Bundle so as you can see total MSRP was 200 for the month of

January for this month we have Civilization six and two of its DLCs

they Australia civilization pack and the Viking scenario pack now if you are a

big fan of the turn-based strategy games or civilization series in general and

this is a good good bundle this civilization 6 came out in 2016 end of

2016 I believe and if we go on to steam this is $59 currently because obviously

it's not on sale and the two expansions are $4.99 and $4.99 so for $4.99 each

and looking at the prices on Steam DB for the lowest recorded prices we have a

civilization 6 has been as low as twenty-nine ninety-nine civilization

sinks the Australia pack has been has not been lower than $4.99 and the

Vikings Pack has been as low as 399 so $29.99 so

$30 for the main game $5 for the Australia pack and $4 for the Viking

back so 39 in total roughly even on sale so you are definitely saving a lot of

money now the question is do you play civilization games or do you like these

games if you like them then this is a great offer if not then maybe you can

skip this one and of course you'll also get another 5-6 games when the month

ends but we don't know what there will be at the moment but judging on the

previous month's you'll get a couple of older Triple A games some newer indie

titles so they should they should be good but again depending on whether you

want to know the games before a hand or not my recommendation is buy these

monthly bundles based on the three early unlocks so if these don't appeal to you

then probably don't get them 5% of each month's proceeds goes to charity and as

you may know I'm a humble partner so if you do buy the humble monthly I'll get a

cut as well I get a cut for every new subscriber so yeah if you are interested

in the strategy games civilization games check this out otherwise wait for next

month and yeah thank you for watching see you in the next one

Will My Advertising or Marketing Campaign WORK? - Duration: 5:59.

hello my name is Lakshay Behl and today I want to talk to you about something that

people keep asking me all the time people keep sending us their marketing

campaigns and their marketing ideas and the one question they have that is

common across the board is will it work this is my idea can you tell me whether

or not this will work and today I want to address that question for some of the

most commonly presented campaigns that I see across my desk but first download

our six-point strategy formulation checklist that you absolutely need if

you are the owner or leader of a small or medium enterprise and are looking to

create a new strategy or to reformulate your strategy so as to work with a new

one okay the most common question that I get asked all the time is hey this is

the video that I am working on right now this is the article that I'm writing

right now this is the ad campaign I'm working on right now what do you think

about it will it work or not and most commonly

these are people who are probably dabbling into a new sort of media by the

way I did a video on media and testing your media platforms a few days ago and

you can find a link to it right here on one of these cards here or here

somewhere and you can also find a link to that in

the description below which basically talks about how you should be trying out

new forms of media so if you are trying out new forms of media all power to you

you're on the right track but here's what I found people who are getting into

trying out new sorts of media who are trying to go on a new platform and

trying to work it out and trying to find out if that can be a viable platform for

them to reach their audiences or to reach new audiences and to wider their

customer base well they tend to be very skeptical and very afraid and I have the

perfect answer for you and it's the same answer everybody who asks me this

question receives it's this why don't you test it out

tell me now I'm not trying to be cute but really that's all there is to it I

cannot tell you if a particular marketing platform or a message or a

particular audience targeting is going to work for you that's the triangle of

marketing market message media I don't know if a particular combination is

going to work for you I cannot predict that and if anybody in this world could

predict that they would probably richer than Warren Buffett for our own clients

our go-to methodology is we take their existing advertising that's working well

on some other media platform and we take the targeting that we know is right for

them because we know who their customers are who their existing clients are we

take all of that and we bring it to the new platform and try to test the new

platform with the best performing ads that we've already got if it works if it

even comes close to breaking even we're good we try out more new ads and more

new formats if it doesn't we move on to another media platform after having

spent a set amount of money on testing that platform so that's all there is to

it if you want to find out if a new marketing idea or angle that you have

works spend a little bit of money and today you don't have to spend a lot of

money because you can get started with as little as five to ten dollars a

day on each advertising campaign and if you want to find out whether or not it's

going to work for you well go ahead and test it out that's the only way of

finding that out the world's most brilliant advertiser or copywriter does

not have the answer to that the world's most brilliant advertiser or copywriter

will tell you the exact same thing that I'm telling you right now they're not

going to try to make a prediction and come out looking like an expert because

they know that it's equally likely that a campaign that worked on one media

platform might just not work on another media platform for your particular

business and just because one of their clients has had success with one

platform doesn't mean all of their clients are going to have success with

the very same platform so keep that in mind when you're testing test small

tests quickly and you know what you're gonna fail a lot more than you're gonna

succeed in fact abide by the 80/20 compounded rule 80 percent of all your

successes come from 20% of your tests but you can

compound that so you apply square to both sides of the equation and the

square of 80% is 64% and the square of 20% is 4% so 64% of all your successes

are going to come from 4% of all your tests to take it even further instead of

applying a power of 2 apply a power of 3 and now what you have is this equation

51.2% of all your successes are going to come from 0.8 that's 0.8% of all your

tests in other words more than half of all your big fins are going to come from

less than 1% of the tests so if you perform only 3 tests and then give up

then really you're shooting yourself in the foot because what you ought to be

doing is testing 2 to 3 new campaigns every single day and when you do that

sooner or later you're going to stumble upon a campaign that works for you and

my campaign once again I mean a combination of market which is who

you're targeting message which is what you're saying and media which is the

platform or the method of message delivery my name is Lakshay Behl and on

behalf of the entire Western team I welcome you to download our six-point

strategy formulation checklist that you need for your small business in order to

formulate your strategy or to reevaluate your strategy

Learn Letter E | How To Print And Draw Letter E | Letter E Phonics - Duration: 6:29.

Hi there!

Welcome to myABCdad.

My name is Craig and this here is...

Elliot.

And what are we doing today Elliot?

Drawing big letter E's and colouring them.

Shall we show everybody what they can expect?

Yes.

Okay, here we go.

Wow!!!

Look at that, super cool and so colourful.

So we hope you join us for that and...

Let's get started.

Let's get started!!!

So for the upper case E, we're going to start right about here.

And then draw a straight line.

Lovely, and then now we're going to draw a line up top there.

Another line from left to right... about half-way down.

And then at the bottom, another line about the same size as the top there.

Okay, and now for the... so that's the upper case E.

For the lower case 'e' I draw a line just over like that.

Okay, so I am going to do a lower case 'c' just around to connect those two lines.

There we go and then that makes the lower case 'e'.

Okay, so that is printing the upper and lower case E.

For drawing big, giant versions we start right about here and then I'm going to make dot

right about down here.

And then a line connecting those, and the line can be straight, it can be wavy, whatever

you feel comfortable with.

And then I'm going to put a dot closer to the middle of the page, at the top here.

And then... we'll connect with that dot.

And then another dot.

And then connect those two.

Now we're going to do a dot that's closer to the angle and then a line going across.

And then a dot right about there and continue your line.

So now we'll go, put a dot out about there.

You've got your do there.

And then, we're going to connect those two.

And a dot right there.

And draw your line - continue it.

Nice arc.

And a dot... there.

And then from the line connect that.

There we go.

Now a dot closer to the bottom, not all the way.

And then connecting those two.

And then from the line, drawing a line out to the dot.

And then a dot right at the bottom.

There we go.

And then connecting both of those lines together to finish the upper case E.

So now we need to do the lower case 'e'.

And the lower case 'e' we're going to draw a line about between here and here... first.

About here to here.

And then we're going to take that line, we're going to draw all the way around.

We're going to put a dot right about there.

And this will give us the thickness of our 'e', lower case 'e'.

And then this, from here following the outside line.

And then up top, a dot here to about here.

And then a straight line.

And then connect those two with an arcing line that goes, that follows the outside line.

Okay, lovely.

So there are our giant upper and lower case E's.

What shall we do with them, Elliot?

Colour them.

Okay, here we go.

I really love your, the colours you've used for E.

That is magical.

High-five Elliot...

Yeah!

Okay, we hope you enjoyed that.

Did you enjoy drawing big letter E's today Elliot?

You did, it was so much fun.

Make sure you check our playlist and also please make sure to subscribe to our channel.

So we hope you enjoyed that and...

See you soon.

See you soon.

Bye.

Bye.

Why Was RuneScape SO AWESOME?! (2007, OSRS) - Duration: 31:19.

The year is 2004, a new family just moved in across the street so we invite them over

to have dinner. While the boring parents sit talking about boring stuff, my brother and

I bring the new kid, Mark, upstairs to play video games. As were playing Mario Kart: Double

Dash, Mark asks us, Hey have you guys ever played Runescape?

My brother and I looked at each other and shook our heads, Runescape? Whats that?

Mark jumped onto our computer, opened up Firefox and he showed us.

Runescape. it was a world to get lost in, a world to explore, quests to complete, monsters

to slay, wood to chop, ore to mine, and players to kill. A world not separated by ANY form

of pay wall. Well except for the membership but well get into that later. A game playable

on just about every browser so anywhere there was internet, theres Runescape! Funny enough,

this MMORPG is also coming to ios and Android with PC cross platform play. Sh*t, you can

play runescape on a tablet now! I mean, the game was so accessible you could run it on

your Grandmas computer! And just to be clear, Im talking about Old School Runescape, the

one we all know and love! And since I had to start over and wont have time to grind

my character alongside making this video, Ill give a source for any footage I use that

isnt mine. Runescape was the first time many of us had

ventured into online gaming, but this wasnt like Starcraft custom games or Halo 2 matchmaking

this was something different. This was an entire world ripe for exploration and discovery.

Looking at it now you might think wow those are some ghetto ass graphics, Acting Male!

But back then, Runescape something entirely new, it was a living, breathing video game.

The towns and NPCs would be the same, but when youd log in, the people would be different.

It was such an enchanting, mind-blowing thing to experience. And it was all something you

could share with your friends. But Man of Acting, I didnt have any friends! BOO HOO!

Well, then you could make friends, my friend! There werent many games like it at the time,

it didnt have much competition and thus many players would discover this new type of online

community RPG game. But have you ever stopped to think, what was

it that made Runescape so special? Why did it become such a cultural phenomenon? Why

Was Runescape SO AWESOME?! I aim to answer those questions, and give a bit of my personal

experience as well. Hopefully, you feel compelled to share your experiences in the comments

as well. So lets mine some copper, praise Zezima, and buying gf straight into this!

The story of Runescape, and I mean, the development is something of a dream come true, for both

the creators and the players. It was originally going to be a text based game. Then the 1st

public beta was released on January 4th, 2001. At this time the creators, the Gower Brothers,

were working out of their parents house. Of course, since its first public release

the game would have countless changes, updates, and new content added. To think a game could

be created by two brothers with nothing more than passion, time, and an idea, could turn

that game into a world-wide phenomenon, is nothing short of a dream come true.

Now Runescape Classic was the original version of the game and was one of the first MMORPGs.

Alongside it were other games like Asherons Call, Everquest and Ultima Online. But Runescape

2 was really what brought this genre into the mainstream. It broke and holds several

astonishing records. Such as most users of an MMO video game, the most prolifically updated

MMORPG, most original pieces of music in a video game. And of course, the most popular

free MMORPG in the world. Just the idea of what an MMORPG was, to many

gamers was something theyd never seen or heard about. So the appeal of Runescape was trimmed

into stone. Now for most of my game reviews, I always

bring up the negatives so Im not just stroking the games nuts for 20-30minutes.

But with Runescape I will say, without a doubt, I dont have many honest criticisms to make

of it. Other than the shady people in it, but not much wrong with the game itself. If

something comes to me, you know, Ill mention it. But any negatives this game had never

really bothered me. I mean if you didnt like the game, its free to play so no loss on your

part. And I think this lack of critique that is

escaping my mind at the moment is partially due to the fact that you could do whatever

you wanted. Oh wait, there was one thing. Was how annoying it was to be walking around

doing stuff and see this, you need to be a member to access this feature, message. Dude!

IM 12 YEARS OLD! $5 A MONTH IS MY LIFE SAVINGS!! That was always a tease that frustrated the

hell out of me. I mean, sure it mightve been a grindy type

of game, but if you enjoyed that grind, then thats all that mattered.

It was always satisfying in my experience, slowly building and working your way up, making

a name for yourself, building and choosing your talents, unlocking new features and areas

to explore. The game was a dream come true for kids and teenagers who didnt have any

money to spend on video games or even a console. Being free-to-play and accessible through

just about every computer, meant anybody could make an account and play. A game not restricted

by a rating system, that people of all ages could immerse themselves in.

To be honest, booted up Runescape for sh*ts and giggles. I hadnt played it in YEARS. Thought

it would be fun to try it again. I thought Id record some gameplay get bored within 30minutes,

and then that would be the end of it. But I was hooked again. That wondrous exciting

feeling I got back in 2004, I felt once more. But this time, with a lot more nostalgia.

What was most impressive about Runescape was just how big, open, and free it was. My friends

and I were always enthralled by Morrowind when that came out. And this was like playing

Morrowind, and seeing other people playing Morrowind! After doing the tutorial you could

go and do anything you please. Course, youd have to level up to stand a chance against

higher level enemies. But hey you want to go do quests? You can go do quests! You want

to spend 3 hours chopping wood and light fires? You wanna rock out above a pit and pretend

youre a king? You could do anything at any time. There was no main quest, and you werent

forced to do anything except the tutorial. Maybe you wanted to level up your prayer for

a bit, then youd go and kill cows, cook some meat, sell some stuff, whatever you wanna

do baby!! The game had several Events and Festivities

which gave players more reasons to keep coming back! It kept the game fresh and added new

things for players to do. Even for this last December they had a Christmas event. Its kinda

crazy to think theyre still adding new stuff to this game! Like a free to play quest and

a new area to explore. Guess that shows the level of dedication Jagex has for Old School

Runescape, despite its age. This medieval themed world was different,

unique, with memorable towns, NPCs and quests to do. Al kharid was my favorite.

And if you were the wild, or CRAZY sort, you could go to the wilderness for some PVP action.

Anytime I ever went there I got my ass kicked so I never f*cking went to the wildy after

that. But I always heard legends of the great plunder that could be found there. I heard

tales about sneak attacks, horrifying stories about players who lost the most valuable gear

they had. Wake me up! Wake me up inside! Cant wake up! Wake me up inside! SAVE MEEEEEE!

I heard many things about the mysterious and deathly lands known, as The Wilderness. And

thats such a cool idea, to have a part of the world be specifically about PVP combat,

and you could go there anytime! Now one thing that was tedious was navigating through the

world. I mean once you got teleportation runes and spells and stuff like that it was a lot

easier. And it was pretty gay for Jagex to make an ability allowing you to travel the

world faster. But made that a member ability. It was pretty tedious at times but that wasnt

a huge problem for me. Whats funny is coming back to this game, things

have changed since the last time I played. But I remember the world, I remember the names,

points of interest. I remember the good spots for leveling up your skills. I remember the

routes I used to take. I remember the world of Runescape like it was the city I grew up

in. I think thats a sign of a truly memorable game. I mean Ive played World of Warcraft

and The Old Republic, some other MMOs but none of them had the charm or were as interesting

to me as Runescape was. I was never so immersed in a world where I could forge my destiny,

as I was with Runescape. Alright! I actually have another negative

thing to say about Runescape, the combat! Could be pretty frustrating at times. I mean

how many god damn times do I have to hit this chicken and do NO DAMAGE?! ITS A FUCKING CHICKEN!

DIEEEE YOU PIECE OF SH*T!! Yea the combat, and movement in general was always kinda clunky

but that was part of the charm. It was a simple game at its core. But there was so much more

to it than just combat. That was just one piece of the puzzle. You could honestly beat

the tutorial and just spend all your time fishing or cutting wood without even fighting

enemies! You progress through the game how you choose

to progress! And that sense of freedom is something almost entirely exclusive to Runescape.

But there is something about this game that just keeps me coming back even as I write

this I wanna go play. Wanna know what that is? Buying girlfriends like a f*cking pimp!

Come get money with me if youre curious to see how it feels to be with a P.I.M.P. Roll

in the benz with me we can watch some TV. From the back seat of my vee Im a P.I.M.P.

Girl, we could pop some champagne and we can have a ball. We can toast to the good life,

girl we can have it all. Nah nah nah its the progression, kids! As

I said, the game can be pretty grindy, and when you start off at level 3 youre at that

point where you have the fewest options for what to do next.

But as you level up you can fight stronger enemies, take on harder quests. As you increase

your skills you can craft new items, you can sell and trade more. Chop down more valuable

trees, or smith better armor. The more you played Runescape, the more there was to do

in Runescape. I guess thats what made it so addicting! It offered a huge variety of tasks,

quests, minigames that it never really got boring! And that feeling of, whats next? What

can I do next? What ore can I mine now? That feeling of progression was just so satisfying.

I mean, youd start off with some sh*tty ass Chefs hat and a bronze blade, youd look like

sh*t and then youd see some dude walking around with crazy ass Dragon armor and you be like,

mmmmm I want me some o dat! MMMM I want me some o dat! Because the items had value, and

players could see that, itd give them something to strive for! Because YOU wanted to be that

guy walking around in Dragon Armor looking like a badass.

Another thing that made the gameplay and progression so fun was back then, my friends and I didnt

really use the internet to learn everything about the game. In those days we just played

it and discovered everything on our own. Nowadays I feel like people just look up everything

about a game and to me that kinda ruins the experience.

Runescape was also a ground to compete with others, yeah in PVP, but also in buying, selling,

trading. The higher your skills the more you could do than the other people in the game.

You could set goals like, Im gonna mine till I hit level 30 then Im gonna make some dope

ass armor! And it was always rewarding to reach those personal goals you had. Again,

having friends to play with, youd be competing with them. And at the lunch table youd be

able to either talk sh*t or hear someone else talk sh*t.

It was something of race between you and your peers, kinda like how being really good at

Halo or getting a nuke in Call Of Duty was something that gave you bragging rights.

I want to ask you, you watching this video right now. Have you ever played a really long

RPG, then you stopped playing it for a few weeks or a month and found you couldnt get

back into it? You just couldnt? For some games its hard to jump into playing them after taking

a break, because you might forget what was going on in the story, or what you were supposed

to be doing. But with Runescape you could easily take breaks and log back in where you

left off! Without feeling like you forgot what the story was about or how to play. Above

all else, Runescape was a fun way to pass the time! For middle schoolers, kids in elementary

if you finished all your homework, youd get on Runescape because why not grind a few levels

before you go to bed? The game had a lot of classic RPG mechanics,

no matter what you were doing you were always building skills, building your character to

be better. It may have had a fair share of cliche medieval tropes, but it was the way

Runescape incorporated all these ideas to make a truly unique and satisfying game.

But above all else the graphics in Runescape were groundbreaking! That-that was a joke.

YOURE SUPPOSED TO LAUGH! There we go! Runescape had something that many games dont

or try to fake, and thats charm, the graphics are timeless in my opinion. Its style is like

a Medieval game, but with comedic elements. Its a chill kind of game, doesnt demand a

whole lot from you. Its just-its classic as f*ck! You see someone playing Runescape and

you know exactly what it is! Theres no other game that looks and feels like this.

And it doesnt take itself too seriously which would be hard to do anyways when your eyes

are black slits and youve got a pink freaking beard. The armor, weapons, equipment might

not have been as HIGH RES as Skyrims ULTRA HD MOD 2017 BLEH BLEH BLEH BLOO! But it looked

cool. It looked interesting. Runescape showed that graphics arent everything, it showed

us that you can have a simple visual style and make it work. And that what matters more

is the heart and soul of the game. I mean, Runescape does look hilarious. All

the emotes and the sheer ridiculousness of the way the characters look, the running animation.

The NPCs were always pretty goofy and funny. You never knew what sort of random nonsense

youd hear when you talked to an NPC. They all had character and in a world as vast as

Runescape that is quite impressive. Even if you hate this game and think its the

worst thing ever, nobody can deny that Runescape has character. Its funny and creative. It

parodies several of the medieval cliches like Romeo & Juliet, and separates itself from

becoming a cliche medieval game. Every single quest is packed with jokes and brilliant writing,

its glorious to be able take a break from all the grinding and get a few laughs while

questing and talking to NPCs. But its the music that really nails it for

me. I mean, you go to the comment sections of some of these Runescape songs and its all

people reminiscing. All people that loved the game. The music was fun, it was joyous,

unique and catchy as hell! Even better is the game allows you to play which songs you

want to hear! Again, I dont remember any other game giving you an option like that! The simplistic

sound effects are pretty funny as well, they get the job done. It almost feels like something

out of an old Atari game. Again reinforcing that classic feeling.

Part of Runescapes charms were its quests. Other MMORPGs and a lot of other regular RPGs

just throw a bunch of sh*tty, pointless quests at you that you could care less about. But

not Runescape! Again, choices, you had to seek the quests out yourself! You didnt have

to do them. You werent forced to do them, and you werent thrown a million quests in

your face. Other RPGs and MMOs create this endless cycle of grinding fetch quests. Kill

X number of monsters or talk to this guy then that guy, and that gets boring and tedious

real fast. Runescape was special because its quests were

better than that, and they had meaning behind them. They were all unique, they demanded

different things from you. Whether you had to collect a buttload of random items or you

had to be this combat level or be this good in mining. You could rescue a desert prince,

or make balls of wool for a crazy farmer. Remember those penguins pretending to be sheep?

Like what the f*ck was that about? You could kill the local vampire threatening the townsfolk

and all of these quests could be done in any order you damn well pleased! Runescape was

special and unique for a variety of reasons, not the least of which were its charm and

quality quest design. Over the coming years Runescape would spread

like wildfire through word of mouth. My brother and I found out about it through our neighbor

at our moms house and when we were living at our Dads house, we told all the neighborhood

kids about it. We showed them this incredible world that they could play for free. And soon

enough, all 10 kids in our neighborhood, at the time between the 1st and 8th grades were

all playing! We had our own community! It was like our neighborhood clan. Even the girls

liked playing Runescape thats how great this game was. So often wed play outside during

the day, then when it got dark wed go inside and get on Runescape and just do whatever.

We all had stories to tell about our travels. One inside joke was our friend claimed she

died in the tutorial, and we discovered that was impossible. One of my buddies used to

lead the younger kids into the wild and kill them to take their loot. And this one time

his mom got pissed at him for doing that to his sister.

Another great memory I have is me and Act Bro and one of my best buds and I all conspired

to make an account called Sexy Poop Monk, which wed use to harass other people in the

neighborhood. Ahhhh good times. But it didnt stop there, word spread and soon

enough everyone at school either played or at least knew about Runescape. Wed brag at

the lunch table about our highest skills, or about the secrets we discovered, how good

our armor was. Runescape was something we all had in common and I made so many friends

through playing and talking about the game with others.

I guess the point Im trying to make is the best things in life are those you share with

others. And that might be a bit cheesy in regards to a video game, but its honestly

true! Runescape wouldnt have been nearly as fun if it werent for all the people I knew

that I was playing it with. And Im sure the same goes for most other Runescape players.

That nostalgia, those memories from years ago is why some people just cant leave the

game for good. Even if you play like an hour a month, its hard to leave a game you invested

so much time in and had so many great memories. Of course, as with all trends one by one we

all just stopped playing. All us neighborhood kids are still good friends to this day. And

even though we dont play it anymore, every now and then we bring up the glory days of

Runescape. We bring up the nostalgic memories, and all the stories and fun that came along

with it. One of the best and worst things about Runescape

was its community. Sure there were always people looking to take advantage of younger,

more naive players, I myself lost my 1st account that had level 55 mining and a combat level

of 42 to the stupidest f*cking trick in the book. Some guy said, hey if you type out your

password it censors it. And I was like, NO WAY!!! Lemme try that! Next time I tried to

log in, poof. Gone. And that might not sound like a lot of big stats to some of you but

for a young kid who didnt know sh*t about this game and did things in the most inefficient

ways possible, I was damn proud of that. But even then, I wasnt discouraged because

my friends were down to give me some new gear on a new account. Again, that circle of friends

pulled through for me and helped me out. Though it sucked to lose my account, I did learn

a valuable lesson that day. I mean, sure that guy who wanted to trim your

armor just fucking stole it from you, that girl probably isnt a real girl and is using

you for free shit. But if you know about those shady tricks then you never fall for em.

Since so many people played Runescape back in the day, the game of course is the subject

of countless, beautiful memes. You might think its silly bringing up the importance of memes

to Runescape, but I think it goes to show the love people have for the game. These memes

wouldnt have been posted or made if a lot of people hadnt played Runescape and understood

the memes. The community of this game was truly something

special, youd be mining for a bit and just say,hey whats up, to some guy. Start having

a conversation with random people, sometimes youd make a friend, or youd find someone who

had just what you were looking to trade for. Sometimes it was just so fun to try and trade

with a random person and see what they had to offer. Oftentimes Id try to trade with

super high level players, and theyd put up all this super expensive shit. Adament trimmed

armor, 100K Gold and Id offer to trade a f*cking pot or something. Watching their reactions

was always priceless. It was fun to troll people as long as it was harmless, you know?

The world was your oyster and you were free to make it in any way you could think of.

You couldve been that one douche who convinced some nublet to follow you into the wildy where

you then proceeded to penetrate his tight noobling anus and take his gear.

The gods of luck could smile on you, maybe youd be walking around and see someone dropping

gold, runes, or other useful items just because they felt like it. As I was killing cows I

saw this studded armor and since I had like 20 gold, selling that stuff for 600 gold was

like a mini miracle. While I was killing cows this guy came up and offered me a Rune Dagger

for free. I put up 300 gold and then he offered a gold ring. And just gave it to me like that!

Later on in the same area, same day, some guy just gives me a Rune Scimitar, the best

free-to-play weapon in the whole game. That wouldve blown my balls away if I was still

a kid. Some people in Runescape were really, really

nice. I remember I made a friend online, whose name Ive long forgotten, and he was someone

I always talked to. Wed give each other free stuff just because we enjoyed the game and

helping each other out. The idea of having multiple worlds or servers

was awesome too! If you wanted a more lively, popular experience if you liked to see more

people running about or wanted to trade you could go to one of the big servers. Or if

you wanted to make sure you could mine all that good ore, wood or whatever by yourself,

you could log into a less populated server. Unfortunately Runescape had a huge problem

with bots and I think to this day it still does, but you can hardly blame the game for

that. Maybe Jagex couldve cracked down on that harder to make the world more authentic.

But Jagex also added polls allowing players to vote democratically on new updates, features

and thats a really cool way to get players involved in the game and updates themselves!

I mean what other game actually does that? Allows players to vote on future content?

I dont of any! Its kind of crazy to think a game like this

would have its own economy. You could trade whatever for whatever and it was up to the

players to decide what had value and what didnt. So you could find out you got a really

good deal on some armor, or you paid twice the price for an item. Each trade making you

wiser and more knowledgeable about the economy. Certain items were given out for special events

like the Party or Santa hats and those became valuable collectors items. In fact, Runescapes

economy was so powerful some items and accounts were worth real money! Loads of money too!

Not to mention if you saw someone with a party or santa hat, you knew they were either a

longtime player or were rich as balls. And you couldnt make a Runescape video without

mentioning the god himself, Zezima. The first e-celebrity Id ever known about and the paragon

of Runescape. This dude was top of the charts for so many consecutive years. He had lvl

99 in EVERYTHING! This one time I was lucky enough just to SEE him, just to get a glimpse

of Zezima. And he was being followed by like 50 freaking people. Just all asking for stuff,

just shouting, oh my god its Zezima! And I was just hoping that a slight bit of

his greatness might rub off on me. If you were good enough at Runescape, you could basically

become a god. Thats another thing, the forums and leaderboards surrounding this game was

always fun to look at. You could brag about being on the leaderboards for a particular

skill, or get some tips from other players. Even now, 12 years since I last played I could

talk to some of my new friends, people Ive met through my channel, bring up Runescape

and hear about all the memories they had, what they liked most about it. This sharing

of experiences and memories, is what gave the game such a deep personal connection.

And in the spirit of Community, I invited some of my friends and Patreon supporters

to come give their brief thoughts on Runescape. Whenever I look back and I think of the best

memories of Runescape, its probably questing with some of my friends that I had back in

the day, really. My fondest memories were getting into a world that was like a fantasy

setting for the first time ever. It was such an experience that I had never seen in any

other games cuz I only played linear, single-player games on like PS2 at the time. My most fondest

memories is just the adventure and like, the exploration of Runescape. Like this whole

new world that I could explore. Discovering new places, discovering whats there.

One of the things that pulled me to Runescape when I was younger is that the world was still

very mysterious. I didnt know like, the most efficient ways to level stuff. I didnt know

the most efficient money-making guides. I didnt know the best gear. I just sort of-it

felt like a true adventure because I was sort of just going off on a limb and doing what

I thought was best. I dont have a specific memory in particular, like one event. But

I think its more a collection of time spent with the friends I made on Runescape. This

was kinda before the day where Internet forums were really big as far as discussing, you

know, your favorite games and all that. So all your, you know, your interaction came

from the people you met in the game. And I can just remember countless nights staying

up way past my bedtime, chopping stupid trees or catching shrimps or whatever, just chatting

about little 12 year old life with my Runescape friends. And you know, that was, I think important.

You know, for my social development. But it was also just, you know, really fun times.

Probably the best thing about Runescape, as a kid, I started playing Runescape when I

was in the 7th grade I think. And as a 7th grader you dont have any money. And so just

the idea of theres this free game, that is relatively fun, and I can come back to every

single day. And theres always something new to do. And its free! That definitely had something

to do with it. For even a little kid like me to find my way,

to level up and to max out whatever I wanted, do like whatever I wanted to do. Its something

thats always going to be special to you. Its always going to have that nostalgia. Just,

talking about it makes me wanna go play it again and actually do more. Back then, people

didnt care about efficiency. People didnt care about making money or xp gains, that

kinda thing. Its just such a casual adventure game. Back then, people just didnt care because

no one knew what to do either. And that was the fun of Runescape, was that, you didnt

know anything and its just, discovering all these new things was part of what made it

such a great game. It was how I-I mean, I met friends on Runescape.

Me and my friends from school back before Skype existed and even MSN was a thing-a popular

thing at least. We used to get home from school and just talk to each other on Runescape.

World 15 was the thing back in the day. Everyone from my school would get on world 15 and wed

just talk all night on Runescape. For me, Runescape is the one MMO that Ive played where

Ive genuinely made friends on the game that have lasted.

Looking back, I think Runescape was a game that taught me more about a lot of things

than any game really has any business doing. It taught you about how economies work. It

taught you about how friendships work. It taught you about, you know, saving your money

and setting goals and having aspirations. And so I think the best thing about Runescape

as a whole was just the lessons you could take from it.

Overall, Runescape is a game that is truly one of a kind. I admit without the nostalgia

of playing it all those years ago I probably wouldnt have ever touched it. But its because

I had such fond memories that I thought it worthy to return, that it still holds a place

in my heart. AS GAY AS THAT SOUNDS! Runescape was so awesome in part because it was simple

to understand, free, and easily accessible. The game had a great community and an economy

that made the world feel alive. It was the first time many players had experienced an

MMORPG and discovering what that was. It had so much charm in its graphics, sounds, music,

quests and characters. The world was so expansive and free! With so many things to do and so

many things to see! Last but not least, the core gameplay was fun as hell. The grind was

enjoyable, satisfying and the progression addicting! After all this time, I never thought

Id touch Runescape or get back into it, but I think Ill keep this new account. I think

Ill keep playing, at least every now and then. And who knows? Maybe some of you will make

a new account or remember your old one, youll hop on and hit me up. Maybe I can experience

Old School classic Runescape the same way I did 13 years ago. With all these friends

and buddies playing it and sharing it with me.

Its hard to describe a game that has impacted so many lives, and made so many people happy.

But I hope I was able to describe how you had been feeling all along. And that is Why

Runescape WAS SO AWESOME!! Id like to give a big shoutout to my Patron,

Squeegliees. Who has just become a $50 Patron. That is incredible, my dude! If you enjoyed

The Is The DCEU SAVED? MAJOR News New Head Of DC Films Appointed!? - Duration: 7:34.

what it's good YouTube Warstu here with video on the DC extended universe so

over the last 24 hours we've had some major news about what's been going on

behind the scenes at DC and Warner Brothers so we know that the Justice

League came out and didn't even break even at the box office due to multiple

reasons we complain everything we can brain Zack Snyder for not being there

and Warner Brothers stepping in taking advantage of that bad situation we can

blame so many things so it appears that the Walter hammer da I believe that see

say how you say it is now the president of this DC films at Warner Bros which is

very interesting and Geoff Johns sent him a very interesting message welcoming

them on Twitter he had this to say welcome aboard

Walter thought to be working with you John tweeted it's been a blast on Shazam

and I off to the rest of the DC you so it appears that Colin at a DC Universe

which would make more sense so what are Walters credentials

he's worked mainly with horror movies so seen as the wide reception from the

audience's didn't really like the dark over the darker movies that we got with

Man of Steel Batman vs Superman etc with having someone take over the realms of

the future of DC films who was the executive producer on the hit movie

Annabelle final destination 5 and Nightmare Elm Street Friday the 13th the

original the original fun destination so we've got someone coming in to Warner

Brothers taken over DC films who has a background in horror movies which is

very strange and interesting at the same time because the public didn't really

like the reception of the dark a Batman vs Superman Superman a Batman would

never fight this has never happened for well actually it has

so the it movie did make a lot of money and obviously Warner Brothers are 100%

motivated by their movies making money so there is a common theme with horror

movie directors being actually good at overseeing things obviously the shazam

director we have James Gunn etc we have the James Wong who's making a gwaan

movie they all have something in common common is they all have a history in

making horror movies now this doesn't actually mean that he's going to do a

good job just because he has done well in the horror section my only concern

with this guy is I've done some research he doesn't have any background in comics

either Marvel DC very good comics he has no background in comic book movies so

it's interest and the originally some people were reporting that Geoff Johns

was essentially fired and he'd been casting down from being in charge of

running DC EU with Zack Snyder down to the adviser but it appears that from

what I can see quote me tell me if I'm wrong down below guys

it appears that Geoff Johns will be working along side obviously Walter

which is very interesting I mean with movies like Annabelle he has grossed and

made Warner Brothers a lot of money so does this person have a massive movie

credentials yes he does have a multiple prefere of movies that have done well at

the box office everyone loved it and he was the

executive producer on it but like I've said guys just because you can make a

horror movie does not see mean you can oversee any other kind of movies

obviously we're gonna see as it jeff jones did say he has had a blast with

Walter working on this as a movie so are you guys happy

with this water Hammond guy coming to save the DC extended universe I mean

personally I don't think we should put the blame on Zack Snyder or Geoff Johns

or does this move mean that Warner Brothers will 100% be controlling water

and water will be a yes man will he actually have his own say or will he

just be the face of the kind of people that are high up in Warner Brothers now

I didn't see this coming generally it's it's fair to say the DC

Universe movie world does need their own version of Kevin Feige that's something

you can say about the MCU Marvel movies is Kevin Feige knows how to he

understands comics he understands the comic book world he understands how to

make convert movies or how to oversee the kind of projects now DC had someone

like that in Zack Snyder but I just feel like he never actually was fully in

control of what he was doing I mean obviously we battled a Superman he

wanted to bring out the theatrical the extended version which was actually

three hours long but they only got two and a half hours and obviously just

signal movie we can't put the blame on him it's not even his movie we had a

three-hour movie that was cut down to two hours then Joss Whedon the Warner

Brothers got involved and we shot a lot of the Superman scenes so we can't put

the blame on Justice League on Zack Snyder because realistically

only 50% of movie is his work we can put the blame on Warner Brothers so I hope

this is gonna be a fresh outtake I mean realistically we won't see a new freshen

kind of DC Universe if you like until Shazam because obviously Aquaman is

basically finished filming and obviously it comes out late December in 2018 which

is now this year and obviously reshoots may happen - maybe he put his own flair

into it but I'm quite interested to see what he can actually do what can he do

how can he change the DC Universe personally I don't think much needs

changing they just need to build the standalone characters and stop trying to

do an Avengers team-up movies I mean obviously I liked Suicide Squad

but it's not really need we don't need lots of team-up movies to make money

just have Shazam throw Superman in and other stuff like that

so guys let me know what do you think about this sign in do you think it's a

good move do you think it's a bad move just let me know what you think I mean

we know it's it's official because verified good sources had to say it and

also Geoff Johns himself has welcomed him to the DC family on Twitter anyway

guys please like subscribe and comment that would be awesome let's get this

channel up to 10,000 subscribers so we can get a community tab go in hit that

Bell button down below join team Wall Street and the warheads and I will catch

you guys in another video very soon guys catch you later

How to Send Mass Email in 2018 - Send Mass Email with Gmail through Gmass - Duration: 11:48.

what's going on guys it's Brian from BG meeting innovation and today I want to

bring you some great content if you're new to the channel

it's full of digital marketing tips ecommerce insights and really

step-by-step how-to content for any aspiring entrepreneur that wants to make

money online so if you're new to the channel go and hit that subscribe button

so you don't miss anything and with that being said we're just gonna jump right

in

alright guys today we're gonna be talking about mass email and how you can

send mass email through Gmail and gmass which is something I'm gonna talk about

in a second in 2018 now if you have an email list already you know maybe you've

bought one maybe you've you know generated it or you have a landing page

and you're getting your emails legitimately then this probably isn't

for you because then you can simply upload your email list to any other ESP

you know or autoresponder you know some typical wants to be like get response

MailChimp Aweber and so on and so forth there's a million of them you can simply

upload your email as to there and then send those emails out and now depending

on what the size of your email list and how big it actually is they may or may

not charge you it just depends on the size of it so go ahead and you if you

have your email list and you have legitimate leads that you didn't you

know essentially scrape off the internet or you know generate through an email

generator which is something I actually talked about and a lot of my email

marketing courses then you you probably just want to go that route because it's

the easiest it probably will be the cheapest overall if you have your own

leads but this video is for people that want to scrape off the internet scrape

random leads maybe they're using atomic email hunter to generate you know random

targeted leads around a certain niche which is something that I talk about a

lot and then you essentially want to mark it to those email lists you know

really across the board maybe you're having CPA marketing maybe you're doing

email marketing and you want to send you know potential affiliate links or CPA

links for signups and stuff like that to an email list I actually have two

courses on that I have an email an affiliate marketing course it's called

email an affiliate marketing excuse me email an affiliate marketing mastermind

and I actually do have a CPA course that deals with the fill our email marketing

as well which is called CPA marketing mastermind

and innovation so our mastery and innovation sorry so those will be the

two links the first two links in the description

I just want plug them once get them out of the way let you guys know that

they're there I actually did a whole video covering the process of that if

you want to check that out which is really really cool I'll drop a card to

that up in the right-hand corner I also did last year which is actually still to

this date my best the most viewed video on YouTube which

is how to send mass email in 2017 it's pretty much the same thing I'm gonna go

over and this one just updated for 2018 for you which is a little bit better if

you want to check that old video out go ahead and check that out that will be up

in the right hand corner right now as well but now moving on how can you send

mass email in 2018 now you can't send masse an email for

free as far as I'm concerned there are some potential services but they're a

little bit shoddy what I recommend doing if you're generating email leads that

aren't essentially on your email list and let's get this right out of the way

right now it's just something I talk about my courses - you're not spamming

spit that there's the spam lock which is essentially says that you know you

people need to opt-in to your list before you can email them and people are

always worried that it's illegal it's not illegal to send an email to somebody

that's not on your email list if you if you feel that it is drop a comment down

below and I'd love to you know debate why it is and why it isn't I've gone

over this you know a million different times with a million different people

it's not illegal it's only illegal if you continue to harass them through

email and continue to spam them if they ask you to opt out if you don't actually

have an opt-out button or you know an unsubscribe button and you continue to

email them then it becomes a little bit in the gray area but it's not illegal to

simply mass email people so let's just get that out of the way right now that

obviously might depend on your country but in the United States it is

definitely not what I suggest on how you spend or how you send mass email in 2018

is through GMS and gmail now there's two ways to do it you can simply purchase

GMS which is essentially this service down here which is this red button which

will allow you to send mass email out and essentially what gmass does is it

puts all your your what most people do when they when they send out mass email

through Gmail and they end up getting their account banned is because they put

all their emails in the BCC field the blind carbon copy field and what that

does is it kind of blocks people from seeing who's all in the email chain and

therefore protects them in a lot of different ways as well as you and

doesn't let them know that they're in a mass email chain what that does though

gmail has so many stipulations and red flags when that happens that they're

going to flag your email and you as a spammer and then there's a

bunch of different things that they can do on top of that when you do that in

the BCC field what gmass does is you simply post oh

and I'm going to demonstrate this for you in a second

you simply paste all your emails into the to field and not the blind carbon

copy field and it sends them out if you if you hit the gmask button it sends

them out in singular emails even though you put them all in one email so instead

of going you know compose send an email compose send an email to a singular

person each time you can simply compose the email paste all the recipients into

the two field hit the gmask button and it will singularly send out an email to

each person on that throughout the schedule of the day so it's really

really cool it's really really innovative and I believe it's only $4.99

or $6.99 I still I it's crazy because I pay for this on multiple accounts but I

just don't keep track of it because it's so profitable I don't really care

I believe it's seven it might be $6.99 actually let's let's see we can find oh

here's pricing right here this is something I literally recommend across

the board on all my email marketing courses because it's so good and for the

simple fact that if you don't generate the leads yourself or you if the leads

haven't essentially opted in to your email list this is the best service

across the board because there's not that many stipulations on it there's not

that many you know they don't they don't essentially they're not like get

response they're not like Aweber they're not like MailChimp who have you know

ridiculous amounts of stipulations when you're uploading potential emails to

their their lists on their 99 times out of 100 if you have any experience with

this and if you do you probably that's why you're here

they're gonna they're not gonna let you update the list they're not gonna let

you upload the list and they're not gonna let you email the list because

they're gonna come up with some reason on why they flagged you because they're

obviously not your leads GMS does not do that and that's why I recommend gmasks

so let's go to pricing really fast I believe it's I don't know why you can't

find the pricing pricing page okay so yeah this is what I

want to talk about right here so normally you just pay 695 per month with

GMS and you put it on gmail and then it's really really simple actually link

gmass in the description as well if you guys want to check that out and I'll

also link something that's really really cool called Tommy email hunter I'm not

gonna go into that in this video maybe I'll do a video on that tomorrow for you

guys to kind of demonstrate it's really really cool it'll let you down or let

you generate endless email leads so that you can market to them around top

targeted niches but I wanna talk about today is GMs know if you get Chi mass

just on a normal Gmail which is not something that I have on this one it

limits you to about I think I believe once you scale it up now I want to

preface this by saying you need to warm your accounts up first so if you're if

you just make a new gmail account you don't you're not used to sending you

know 100 200 500 a thousand emails a day you don't want to just start G massing

out a thousand emails a day or seven hundred emails a day you're gonna want

to warm up to that and so I recommend going like two hundred for a week three

hundred for the next week then 400 then 500 and so on and so forth just scale up

slowly until you get all the way to the top precipice of what you can actually

send but realistically with G mass just roughly assuming that you're warming up

you can send I believe it's about 700 to 800 max with just normal G mass now what

I recommend that you do is that you buy a G suite account on top of that so you

want to buy a G suite account for your Gmail right which I believe is 495 or

something like that it might even be like to 95 or 395 so were you talking to

95 or 395 or whatever a month for G 4G suite right and this is how you're gonna

actually send the mass emails out so let's just do the math right here just

to kind of let's put word out to kind of round this up for you guys cuz a lot of

people get all you know scared when I talk about monthly payments but it's a

super cheap and it's super worth it especially if you're sending out mass

emails and here to the right leads and you're making enough money so let's just

say 395 a month roughly for G sweet on your first one right and then it was

back to GMs it was 695 for the normal gmail but for G G sweet where's the no

auto follow-ups Oh G sweet right here it's it becomes 895 for G sweet on the

minimal okay so it's 895 with G sweet which is a little bit more because you

can send a lot more emails I believe the limit on G sweet is almost want to say

it's 8,000 to 10,000 don't quote me on that I'd have to look up indem I have it

written down somewhere but I send when I was when I was doing cpa marketing

through email like this hardcore just getting emails and people to opt-in

I believe I was sending about 8,000 a day and I had scaled up so I think it's

8,000 to 10,000 obviously that changes month-to-month a little bit but roughly

we'll just say 895 4G mass on a G sweet account so you paid 395 for the G sweet

account this is per month by the way an 895 for the G mass on that G sweet and

then that equals essentially if you get both of these that you can obviously

send roughly we'll call 8,000 to 10,000 per G sweet Peart aunt per GMS on g

sweet perm per day per day so 8,000 to 10,000 per day now if your email list is

a bit more you want to send about 100,000 you simply scale this up and get

multiple G sweets with multiple G masses and that is how you send mass in email

so like most people might think that's a lot but if you look at this right here

that's essentially you're spending maybe 13 bucks a month roughly a little bit

under for one account together and you're getting 8,000 to 10,000 a day on

that account you can make that $13 back literally in a split second if you send

the right email to the right targeted leads that's the things that I go over

in my course in depth but I kind of I got this question a lot in this past

like wheat or to if I could update the video if there were anything new you

know because I did do that 2017 mass email video but to be honest G sweet and

G mass is still your best option it's still your best bet to send mass email

in 2018 if anything changes I will certainly update a new video and put it

out there for you guys but right now currently I recommend getting a G sweet

account I recommend getting a Jean account on that G suite and then simply

blasting out that email list because G mass does not have any stipulations

whatsoever they don't control they don't regulate and obviously that can be a

little bit shady for some people but there's a reason that I recommend this

for those leads so I hope that you guys like this video if you like this video

please like the video it helps the channel grow comment and subscribe and I

will see you guys tomorrow

Il mio Cammino di Santiago | EP #08 - Duration: 8:17.

Hola drone.

143 kilometers to Santiago

Good morning, it's an amazing day. Rain, wind, everything you could possibly want

in life. Going to.. O Cadavo, 23 kilometers. Look at this.

Daily tip is about food. For someone like me that is always hungry, I would

recommend to carry some stuff like a protein bar or just some snacks

or dry fruit because sometimes you wake up you have no breakfast and you need

to walk for a couple of hours before finding actually some food, so I would

take something with you. Quick tip of the day, if you're tired, if you're injured

there is a service called correo, basically it's a courier that can take

your bag to the next station. A couple of us are injured and some tired, so who cares.

Walking is much easier and it's not a competition anyway, we do

what we can. It costs usually from 3 to 5 euros.

143 kilometers to Santiago, we've done more than halfway, I mean I haven't done it

because I skipped two stops or maybe 50 kilometres. It has been a week for now

and we got another week to go and I can't wait but also I don't

want to get there because it's gonna end my holiday. I'm happy-

not happy. We lost Indy and Claudio. Wow these

guys go fast, man. We reached the bar, breakfast!

Tostada con tomato.

We left the bar behind. Zio Claudio's quads are aching.

Everyone is aching cause we were going down the slope for three

kilometres. Ww met this pilgrim Jose Maria, he's

been walking for seven years in a row, going through Europe, so Italy, Spain

he went to France and all that. That's really cool, this is a real pilgrims, not

the techie geeky faky pilgrim like me.

Before Alastra there is a really steep slope that goes on for

twenty minutes - half an hour, so be ready for that because it kills your legs.

When you're on top of the slope you'll find this little bar Cestoso

where you an get an ice-cream, it will cheer you up.

We reached el pueblo, the village here, so I'm gonna look for the other guys I

stayed a bit behind doing my my drone shots and talking to you and looking for

the albergue gear and then we chill for the day. It's quite early, I think it's

around 3:00. Okay I found it, it's called San Matteo, I cannot wait to eat.

I'm always eating here, I don't know man.

Las muchillas.

This albergue is good. We have a balcony here.

So you got loft beds as always, one two three four and another a set of four on

each side. It's all brand new, literally so really nice. We are going to eat as the kitchen closes at 3.30.

and we only had breakfast this morning.

Let's follow Indy guys, he knows.

This is the restaurant next to the albergue, very handy. Okay guys ready for this?

Chilling time we arrived today 2:30 we had lunch, there's nothing

else to do so I went to play with my drone, actually I crashed it for the first

time on the grass because I put in sport mode and it goes really fast

and I lost control, just crashing on the grass but it's fine. I'm gonna read some Bible

and then we go for dinner again. Stay tuned and don't forget to subscribe.

I'll catch you soon.

Is this not a drone time?

Zikr : Muhammad Virani - Duration: 17:30.

(Chirping of birds)

"Zikr of ALLAH"

I request everyone present here,

to please recite Salwat.

A-oozu billahi minash-shaytaanir rajeem

Bismillahir-Rahmanir Raheem.

Honorable guests,

brothers and sisters.

It is great pleasure and honour

to be a part of a gathering which is here,

for knowledge

and for the remembrance of ALLAH.

Human being...

Human being is the best of the creations that ALLAH has created.

And it is stated in the Holy Qur'aan,

"Laqad khalaqnal-insana fee ahsani-taqweem"

that, "O mankind! We have designed you, We have fashioned you

in the best of the structures."

And as we know, and as we have seen through the centuries,

that human being has a tendency to develop.

Human race has constantly made developments.

And in this 21st century,

we notice that we have developed so much,

that every aspect of our life is fast.

Every aspect of our life!

Travel... Transport... Communication

Technology... And even food is FAST!

But, apart from developing so much

and in spite of having so much of development,

there is something that we are still missing;

and that is,

CONTENTMENT

that is SATISFACTION

PEACE within ourselves, PEACE of our souls.

It is true, that wealth is important.

It is also true that, wealth can buy a lot of things.

And it would not be wrong to say

that wealth can buy most of the things.

But at the same time,

it is also true that wealth cannot buy everything.

If a person falls sick,

wealth can help you get the best of the doctors,

it can help you get the best of the medicines,

the most expensive of medicines.

But what about cure?

Wealth cannot get us cure.

It is stated in the Holy Qur'aan,

"Wa-iza mariztu fahuwa-yashfeen"

(which means) "And when I fall sick, it is ALLAH who cures me"

So this wealth can buy us a lot of luxuries and the best luxuries in the world.

But the same wealth cannot buy us contentment,

it cannot buy us satisfaction,

and the peace of our souls.

ALLAH says in the Holy Qur'aan,

it is a part of Surah Ar-Ra'd ...

part of an Ayah...

ALLAH says, "Ala bi-zikrillahi tat-ma-innul quloob"

The Arabic word "Ala",

is used for,

"There is no doubt!".

It is used to enhance the emphasis

of the statement which is being said.

So ALLAH has said, "Ala" -

"There is no doubt! Certainly! Indeed!"

and then what Allah says?

"Ala bi-zikrillahi tat-ma-innul quloob"

that "There is no doubt! Certainly! Indeed!

Hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of ALLAH."

So what wealth cannot buy,

remembrance of ALLAH can!

So dear brothers and sisters,

when we remember ALLAH,

when we do the Zikr of ALLAH,

when we recite the Tasbih,

normally what we do is, there's a Tasbih in our hand

and we are moving the beads.

For example, if we're glorifying ALLAH,

we're saying SubhanALLAH,

the Tasbih is in our hand

and we're trying to move the bead.

When we recite SubhanALLAH, we move a bead.

And now when I am reciting this Tasbih,

a friend of mine came and sat next to me.

Now what happens is; I'm talking to him

I'm moving the beads at the same speed that I was

and I'm talking to him,

sometimes I recite, sometimes I don't,

sometimes I'm completely talking to him

and the beads are just moving.

A better way to recite Tasbih would be,

to focus - to concentrate,

to realise...

to realise for a moment that what am I doing?

"I'm remembering my Lord"

Who is my Lord?

My Lord is ALLAH!

And He is the one who has created everything.

ALLAH has created the whole of Universe.

He has created me.

He has sustained me.

This is my Lord and I am remembering my Lord.

And when this concentration comes,

this focus comes and when I say SubhanALLAH,

glory be to you O ALLAH!

This SubhanALLAH with complete concentration,

with complete reflection of meaning in my mind,

this will have a lot more effect and it will be much better

than just reciting SubhanALLAH for 100 times

without concentrating.

If I say SubhanALLAH once,

with the focus that, "O my Lord!

You are the greatest.

You deserve all the glory.

And glory be to you... SubhanALLAH!

When I say in this manner, with complete concentration,

ALLAH will make sure that your hearts find satisfaction,

your hearts find peace & your hearts find contentment.

Prophet Sulaiman (peace be upon him),

one of the great Prophets of Islam.

Now Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) had asked ALLAH

that, "O my Lord, bestow upon me a kingdom

which you had never given to anybody else."

And ALLAH gifted Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam)

a kindgom,

a kingdom that people still remember.

Apart from this kingdom,

Hazrat Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) was given a gift from ALLAH,

that the winds, the air, which blows

the wind was given the command that when

Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) gives you an order,

you have to follow it.

If Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) asks you

to flow in a certain direction,

you have to obey him.

And remember, this is an era

where people didn't even imagine that humans could

fly in sky.

And Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) had a huge platform.

He had a huge platform,

on which used to be his courtroom,

his servants,

learned men,

even animals.

When this platform flew in air,

flew in sky,

it used to travel long distance in very short time.

And apart from this,

a flock of birds used to always be there on the top

to give the shade

to the platform of Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam).

This was the kind of kingdom

that ALLAH had bestowed upon Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam).

Once when on flight,

ALLAH commanded,

"O Sulaiman!

O Sulaiman, there is a man of Bani Israeel,

he's there right beneath you

and this person,

this servant of mine,

he is worshiping me

he is remembering me,

he is glorifying me.

O Sulaiman, descend down and meet him

Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam),

as soon as he received the commandment,

he ordered the winds to take the platform down.

Now as the platform is descending towards this person,

this worshiper of ALLAH.

This person, he is glorifying ALLAH

and he noticed some unusual activity.

He noticed the winds blowing faster,

he noticed some noise of the animals, of people

and of the birds who were flying.

Now when he noticed this unusual activity,

he was performing a Sajdah (prostration),

he was saying SubhanALLAH

and when he noticed that,

he got up from the Sajdah and turned behind.

And when he turned behind, what he sees is,

that there is a platform which is descending,

a huge platform that is descending right in front of his eyes.

And this is an era when human couldn't even think

that the humans can fly in sky.

He is completely astonished, he is amazed,

he is looking at this huge platform,

descending right in front of him

and while he is in complete amazement,

he sees that Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) came

walking and stood right in front of him.

Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) is right in front of him

He meeted him, greeted him.

And he is so amazed, he's saying, "O Prophet of ALLAH,

ALLAH has given you such a beautiful kingdom.

He has given you such a wonderful kingdom,

I just saw this platform descending right in front of my eyes."

And when he noticed this,

Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) patted his back,

he smiled and he said,

"O son of Adam!

What were you doing?"

He said, "I was worshiping ALLAH

I was glorifying him,

I was reciting SubhanALLAH."

Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) smiled and said,

"O son of Adam! O worshiper of ALLAH!

You were reciting SubhanALLAH.

Remember! The SubhanALLAH that you have uttered,

with complete concentration and sincerity,

this SubhanALLAH is much better

is much better, than the Kingdom of Sulaiman."

Now this person is amazed.

He's amazed, he's thinking

that this is such a huge kingdom.

Prophet Sulaiman had a huge kingdom.

He's thinking that, "How a person like me

reciting SubhanALLAH,

how can it be better than the whole of this kingdom?

This entire kingdom?"

He asked to the Prophet of ALLAH, "How is it possible?

I cannot digest these words. How is it possible?"

When this was said, Prophet Sulaiman (Alaihis Salam) smiled again.

He smiled again and said, "O worshiper of Allah!

There will come a day,

when the Kingdom of Sulaiman will be no more.

But the SubhanALLAH that you recited,

the SubhanALLAH that you recited with complete sincerity,

just one SubhanALLAH,

this will benefit you in this life,

this SubhanALLAH will benefit you in the life Hereafter

and this SubhanALLAH will forever be eternal."

And that is why I said, "The kingdom of Sulayman will one day vanish,

but this SubhanALLAH is much better & will be forever eternal."

So dear brothers and sisters, this is the importance,

this is the significance of Zikr of ALLAH,

remembering ALLAH and reciting Tasbih.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him),

one of his beloved daughter's name is Hazrat Fatima

(may ALLAH be pleased with her)

Hazrat Fatima (RadiAllahu Anha) is married to,

is in Nikah with, Hazrat Ali Ibn AbiTalib

(may ALLAH be pleased with him).

Hazrat Fatima (RadiAllahu Anha), she is a pious lady

she is a pious lady, she does all her household chores,

she prays regularly,

she takes care of Hazrat Imam Hasan and Imam Husain

and apart from that, she helps

the widow, the orphans, the women in need.

When Hazrat Ali (may ALLAH be pleased with him),

he noticed that Fatima, his wife

gets tired by the end of the day.

When he noticed that, he asked her

that, "Why don't you go to your father, Prophet (peace be upon him)

and ask for a slave girl who could help you...

who could help you in a lot of activities & which will

relieve your stress."

Hazrat Fatima (RadiAllahu Anha) visited her father,

Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam)

and she noticed that he was preoccupied

and so she returned.

When Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) was

no more occupied,

he came to the house of Hazrat Ali and Hazrat Fatima

and he said, "O daughter, you'd visited me?"

Hazrat Ali (may ALLAH be pleased with him) replied,

"O Prophet of ALLAH, these are the reasons

she gets tired and these are the reasons I'd sent her to you

so that she can get a slave girl, who can help her."

Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) smiled

and said, "O my beloved daughter!

Should I not give you something better than what you've asked for?

and she responded with a smile

and then Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) said,

"O dear Fatima!

Whenever you feel tired,

whenever you are going to sleep,

recite SubhanALLAH,

recite SubhanALLAH, glory be to ALLAH, for 33 times

then recite Alhamdulillah, all praise is for ALLAH

33 times

and then recite ALLAHU Akbar, ALLAH is the greatest - 34 times.

This rounds up to a number of 100.

And then he said, "O Fatima, if you recite this,

this will release your stress,

this will relieve you and give you happiness.

And O Fatima! Reciting this Tasbih

will benefit you in this World

and it will be of great reward in the Hereafter."

So dear brothers and sisters,

remembrance of ALLAH is very important.

These are the little teachings which are very important

and we should inculcate these teachings

of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam),

These were the teachings... Who is Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam)?

He is the Leader of all the prophets,

he is the Mercy to the Worlds

and he has gifted this to his beloved daughter.

And this gift is not just restricted to his daughter,

this gift is for the whole of Ummah,

this gift is for all the Muslims,

this gift is for all of us who are present here.

So we must make sure that while we are sleeping,

it is very easy to recite Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar.

So dear brothers and sisters,

life is a combination of ups and downs.

Where there is happiness, there is sadness.

Where there is joy and excitement, there is grief

and sorrow.

When we are happy, we should remember ALLAH.

When we're in grief, when we're in pain, when we're sad,

we must remember ALLAH.

When we are sad and if we remember ALLAH,

ALLAH will ease our pain

ALLAH will ease our pain

and when we are happy and we remember ALLAH,

ALLAH will multiply our happiness.

This is the benefit

of the remembrance of ALLAH.

When we are in problems,

we feel that this problem cannot be solved....

this problem cannot be solved.

At that time we must remember ALLAH,

"O Allah! You are the solver of problems.

Help me in this matter. I cannot do anything about it."

And it is sure that ALLAH will certainly help you.

And we should also remember that there is no might...

There is no might, mightier than the might of ALLAH.

There is no power, more powerful than the power of ALLAH.

And there is no problem solver and there is no better solution

than what solution, ALLAH will provide for you.

So we must make sure that we always

remain constant in remembering ALLAH.

May ALLAH guide us all onto Siratal Mustaqeem.

May ALLAH guide us all onto the Straight Path,

the path of those upon whom He had favoured,

not of those who were astray

and accept this gathering which is here

for the remembrance of ALLAH.

AAMEEN.

HOW TO ICE SKATE 💗 JUSTICE - Duration: 1:40.

Hi, this is Girls with Heart Emma,

and I'm here doing my favorite winter activity, ice skating!

Come on, join me.

First, to do ice skating you have to have ice skates.

So this is how you lace them up.

First, you get the two strings and you cross them,

and make sure it's really tight.

Then, you put it on these two hooks.

Then you do that and you do it again.

Cross it, pull it, put it through the two hooks.

Cross it, pull it, put it through the two hooks.

And then you tie it in a bow.

Now you're ready for ice skating!

Now you get onto the ice.

To help you hold your balance you hold onto the side,

but then, when you get the hang of that, you can let go.

I love ice skating because it's super fun

and you can do it with your friends.

And it's a really good workout.

Thanks for watching!

The Best Cheap Dive Bar in NYC || Operation $5 Lunch - Duration: 6:46.

- My name is Prez, and I work at Thrillist.

Around these parts, I'm known as the $5 Lunch Guy.

Every episode, I'm going to put you guys onto

the very finest New York grub for $5 or less.

Yo, what's up?

Too early.

OK, I see what this is.

Ha, you're clever.

Oh, dive bar -- sick.

I can do that -- let's go.

Hey, so if there's one thing I know, it's a dive bar.

Now, while most are only good at getting you (beep),

some have some of the best bites in the city.

Whether it's ziti at Legends in Queens,

or the chicken sandwiches at Dan's in Brooklyn.

But today, we're going to Rudy's in Hell's Kitchen,

where you can get a free hot dog with a drink combo.

You can't lose.

"Operation 5 Buck Lunch": Dive Bars -- it's five bucks somewhere.

Let's go.

So these are the rules of "Operation 5 Buck Lunch."

It's gotta be good, 'cause no one wants bad food for lunch.

No big chains, 'cause that's just too easy.

It's gotta be $5 or less.

And whatever I don't use today

rolls over to the next episode.

So, what do you know about dive bars?

- Grungy, kinda...

(subway announcement drowns out speech)

but cozy kind of spots.

- Uh huh, that's good.

- Kind of a (beep) bar.

Like, not like the best bar, but like it's fun,

because it's so like, gross.

- Probably usually like a neighborhood bar.

Somewhere local.

But that serves really good, cheap food.

- Most dive bars, what kind of food do they have?

- Burgers, fries.

- Fries, onion rings, burgers, like finger food.

- Wings, probably about it.

- So, normally you wouldn't catch me dead on 42nd Street,

much less being so close to Times Square.

It's brig: there's tourists everywhere, you can barely move.

But Rudy's is a real gem, and I love you guys,

so I'm gonna do you a solid.

So there are a few stories about how

Hell's Kitchen got its name.

It's said that back in the early days of New York,

the gangs of the area were so tough

they were thought to be too tough

to even swab Hell's Kitchen.

And allegedly the name stuck.

(Prez whoops)

Yo, so Rudy's is one of the oldest dive bars in New York

and is one of the first to get its license back

after Prohibition ended in 1933.

Also, it's said that Al Capone used to roll

through here on occasion.

Now that that's that, let's go eat some free hot dogs.

Hey, how you doing?

What is your name?

- Yolanda.

- Yolanda, Prez, nice to meet you.

How you doing? - Do you have ID?

- Oh, absolutely.

Do I look like a baby?

Can I get an All-American?

- Yes.

Thank you so much, I appreciate it.

I mean, we've been here for all of five minutes.

Everybody's friendly.

- Enjoy sweetheart.

- Look at this beautiful thing.

They giving you hot dogs, you know, chatting up the locals.

You get a beer and you get a hot dog

and you get a shot for five bucks.

Straight up.

No tax, none of the extra stuff.

Of course, you wanna tip your bartender.

Always tip your bartender.

All of this for five bucks in New York.

Come on.

You're winning.

Am I allowed to drink this on camera?

Yeah, why not -- mmm.

Nice.

Chase it down with your beer.

And hit the hot dog, bro.

You know, something about this hot dog.

Straight-up grilled hot dog.

It's not sloppy, it tastes good.

It got my favorite thing on it: ketchup.

It's got a bit of a snap to it.

Match made in heaven, man.

Hot dog, beer, hot dog, beer, shot.

It's not a dirty water dog, you know, it's not sloppy.

It has a crunch to it, you know.

It's nicely brown.

And with the beer?

It's a one-two punch man, you can't

(speech muffled by food)

I'm enjoying my life.

It's so refreshing to see a place that's been around

for so long do everything right, still.

I mean, we're not too far from Times Square,

we're by the belly of the beast,

where things are expensive and all these people

are moving around, you can't see anything.

But this place does it right man.

Want to see a magic trick?

- Yeah.

- OK.

Drink responsibly.

In terms of all the lunches that we've had on this show,

high five.

So I got a beer, a shot and a hotdog, how much do I owe you?

- $5.

- That's it? - That's it.

- For all of that? - For all of that.

- Wow, thank you so much.

I will be back, I will be back.

I mean, for everything we ate, it's beautiful.

It's a good day.

Woo!

Hey man, stop looking at me like that.

We're cool, we're cool.

Hey, guys, today's mission: dive bars.

Now everybody we spoke to has their own opinion on

which one is the best, what they love to eat,

but I couldn't pass up the best deal in New York.

You get two hot dogs, a shot and a drink for five bucks.

And you get to hang out with Marinbon pig.

In my opinion, that is an absolute success.

It's in budget, it's not a big chain, and it's damn good.

I'm gonna need you to meet me back at the office.

I gotta talk to a guy about a beer.

I'll talk to you later.

Bye.

Khloé Kardashian Was Pressured to Lose Weight by Her Family | Daily Celebrity News | Splash TV - Duration: 0:57.

Khloe Kardashian revealed her struggle with her body – and her family is partly to blame.

The 33-year-old opened up on the season 2 premiere of her new show, Revenge Body, recalling

the times when her family pressured her to lose weight because they believed she was

really hurting their brand.

Luckily she didn't let it get the best of her.

Khloe explained that she's a big believer in 'it's not what you say, but how you

say it', and she knew the comment was coming from the management side of her family.

But it still hurt.

Khloe has drastically slimmed down since being thrust into the spotlight and she has a bonafide

revenge body… guess that's why she's hosting a weight loss show.

Khloe is currently six months pregnant with her first child.
