welcome back in this video I'm going to show you how to record sales in
QuickBooks Online starting in your dashboard go to sales then go to new
transactions this is for invoices again filling your customer then you're going
to fill in your email address, your terms , the invoice date, due date add your service
your rate how many hours display a message to your customer mmm oh over
here you can add your your tax percent if you want to give them a discount and
percent or value
down at the bottom here when you're finished click Save come up here let's
say that you receive payment already for this by a check then you would
select receive payment the date that you received it let's just move it ahead for
this example let's say you got a check it's good to put a reference number if
it's if it's just one check and you deposit it this this date then you put
it in checking if it's more than if it's two checks then you would use the
undeposited funds account for 206 make sure it's the correct invoice right here
and the correct amount and when you're done you click Save and get save and
close close out of this go back to your banking make sure that
good then deposit it correctly click go to register and here it is here for
206 dollars so this video just gives you a brief
