Today I'm going to show you how to heal polycystic ovary syndrome – the number one
cause of infertility in young women.
If you follow these three easy Hormone Healing steps, you can have healthy regular periods,
clear skin, less facial hair and get pregnant when you desire
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a metabolic syndrome that affects 1 out of 10 women of child bearing
age.
PCOS also known as polycystic ovary condition was first discovered in women who have irregular
periods because they don't ovulate regularly and instead produce lots of ovarian cysts.
You don't have to have ovarian cysts to have PCOS.
PCOS is characterized by high insulin, testosterone and DHEA levels and low progesterone.
Oftentimes PCOS women have high daytime prolactin.
Because of high testosterone levels, they're
HORMONE HEALING STEP # 1: Reverse your insulin resistance to regulate your periods
Insulin resistance means you're cells are not letting sugar in except your fat cells.
You develop an insulin meter- a layer of fat around your middle, like you're getting
ready to hibernate for the winter.
That lowers your metabolism and tells your hypothalamus to slow down other body functions.
Your periods become very irregular, sometimes even skipping many months and when you do
bleed it can be very heavy.
You can reverse insulin resistance by following a low carb insulin resistant diet and doing
HIT exercises.
HORMONE HEALING STEP # 2: Lower your testosterone to clear up your skin
PCOS is characterized by unbound testosterone creating acne and male-like hair growth on
your face and body.
Testosterone is high because adrenal DHEA is very high in PCOS.
All that extra DHEA converts to testosterone which stimulates hair in unwanted places – facial
hair, chest hair, even a line of pubic hair extending up to your belly button.
Extra testosterone increases your skin's oil production causing acne on your face,
chest and back.
While birth control pills are often prescribed to women with PCOS, the best way to lower
testosterone naturally is to balance your hypothalamus and start ovulating.
Balanced estrogen and progesterone levels are nature's way of keeping testosterone
in check.
HORMONE HEALING STEP #3: Raise your progesterone to get pregnant
One of the most effective ways I've used to raise progesterone naturally and help my
PCOS patients get pregnant is to balance their hypothalamus.
Your hypothalamus controls your reproduction - whether you ovulate or not.
Your hypothalamus also controls your insulin production and glucose metabolism.
Because insulin resistance is a main factor in preventing ovulation, it's important
to support your hypothalamus to get pregnant.

Gimp: Duotone Effect Technique Nr: 1 - Duration: 4:29.
In this tutorial we will see technique nr.1 to apply a duotone effect.
If you want to follow along, there is a download link for the image in the video description.
When Gimp is open, we go to file, click open, search for our image and bring it into Gimp.
Go to view, zoom and click fit image in window.
Now right click on the layer and hit add alpha channel.
We can apply the duotone effect to most images,
but it might look better when we have a plain white or fairly light background,
without details, like our example image.
Click on the channel tab in the right top corner.
Right click on the red channel and hit duplicate channel.
Then right click on the green channel and again hit duplicate channel.
Now do the same with the blue channel.
Click on the eye of the alpha channel to turn it off.
Click the red, green and blue channel copies on and of,
and choose the one with the highest contrast.
With this image it is the red channel.
Make only this one visible and select it.
Now we go to the menu bar and here we click on layer.
Then hit new from visible.
Make the red channel copy invisible and click on the eye of the alpha channel.
Switch back to the layers tab, by clicking on it.
We now have two layers, one from the image, which is of no use anymore,
and one from the channel that we have chosen.
Click on the new layer button at the bottom of the layers panel.
Rename it background, choose white as the layer fill type, and click okay.
Move this layer, by click and drag, to the bottom of the layers stack.
Make the original image layer invisible.
The effect looks best when we choose two contrasting colors,
one a bit lighter and the other a bit darker.
Click on the foreground button of the foreground background colors,
to make the color palette visible.
For the lighter color I have chosen a cyan like tint.
We can fill in the HTML notation: 4 7 d 4 c c.
Hit enter to see the color in the current old preview pane.
You can always make a correction by moving the cross in the color preview pane, like so.
When we think it looks good, we can click and drag our color,
into the white background, like so.
Then we double click on the HTML notation and fill in: c 3 3 9 3 9
which is a fairly dark red color.
Hit enter, and then click okay.
Make the channel layer active.
Then click on the alpha lock icon just above it,
so the transparent areas will not be colored in the next step.
Now we can click and drag the red foreground color into the image, like so.
Go to the menu bar, click on colors and then on levels.
Here we can experiment a bit, by sliding the three arrow heads at the input levels,
to make the red a bit darker and more saturated.
When this is to our liking, we click okay.
Now we can also select the background layer, then go to colors and hit levels again.
Then we can adjust this color in the same way.
Satisfied?
Click okay, and there it is, an amazing duotone image.

IRCTC New Registration: How to Create an IRCTC Account? - Duration: 4:15.

This is Praveen for Techempty.
Here in this video I will be showing you the tutorial on how to register for an IRCTC account.
The process is pretty much simple and all you need to follow few guidelines that I will
be showing you in this video.
And hit the like button and subscribe to this channel if you signed up for an IRCTC account
with the help of this video.
So without any further ado, let's get started.
First of all, make sure that you are on the official website of IRCTC which is irctc.co.in
where you will be creating a free IRCTC new account to book the train tickets online.
Once you get the homepage, find the signup button which is exactly here.
This may change to somewhere else in this page when they redesign the website.
For now it is here.
Choose the signup button and you will get the same individual registration form.
Here you need to provide the real details like your name, email, pan card number that
should match to your name and the phone number.
If you give any false information, your profile may lead to deactivation.
Now let's fill out the first section of choosing user ID and password including security
questions.
The User ID must be between 3 to 35 character.
Only letter, number and underscore are allowed.
Once you enter the desired user ID, click on 'Check availability' to know whether
the name is available for registration or not.
When the name is available, go to the next field which is password.
The password must follow these conditions.
Min 8 characters & Max 15 characters.
Password must contain at least one small & one capital alphabet and numeric digit.
So let me enter mine and confirm the same password in the below column.
The next is the security question.
This will be helpful if you would like to retrieve information like userid or password
when you forget them.
So pick the best that you remember well.
The next is the language selection.
For now we have English and Hindi and I will choosing 'English'.
Now we have to provide the personal details.
Let me quickly fill this form.
Aadhar and PAN card details are optional at the registration time.
But to use the IRCTC eWallet, you need to provide the PAN card number and the name on
the PAN card should match with the account name.
Next choose the country, provide the working email address here because you will get the
verification email and finally enter the unregistered mobile number meaning the given phone number
should not be used for IRCTC registration before.
And yes, you will get the confirmation code to this mobile number only.
At last, complete this section by choosing the nationality.
Now the final one, residential address.
Try to be accurate as possible.
Let me fill mine here.
Once you fill everything, enter the captcha code and click on 'Submit Registration Form'.
Agree the terms and choose Ok when the message pops up.
Congratulations.
You successfully registered from an IRCTC Account.
But, wait a minute, it is mandatory to verify your account before booking the train tickets.
Let's do this now.
Click on this activate account link and login with the userid and password we just created.
Once you get in, you will get this email and mobile verification screen.
You can even edit the email and phone number right here if necessary.
So now, choose Verify Mobile No with OTP and enter the code that was sent to your mobile
number and click on 'Submit the OTP code'
The same with email.
Click on Verify Email with OTP and enter the one time password then choose 'Submit the
OTP code'
Once you complete the steps, you have now fully activated IRCTC Account.
You just need to login with the userid and password and start booking your train tickets
right from the home.
That's it.
