Toxic People: How to End a Bad Relationship
It takes time to end what is seemingly a bad relationship, especially if you really love
him, or her.
Bad relationship is usually started by a toxic person in a relationship.
It can be from one partner, family, or friend.
It is worth mentioning that there is always external factor involved in a relationship.
That toxic person can destroy the relationship too.
However, before blaming someone else, it is worth mentioning that the main factor that
makes relationship bad is toxic person in a relationship.
Sometimes, fixing the person may be a good idea to have healthy relationship.
However, sometimes ending the relationship itself is the best thing you can do.
If you are wondering how, please follow these steps.
#1 - Diagnosing the relationship
Toxic relationship that should be ended deals with bad friends.
Friends who put you down in various situation, friends who always envy of your achievement,
friends who want to transform you, and friends who take more than giving are signals of bad
friendship that should be ended.
If it is your lifetime partner, that should be ended soon because it may affect your life
in the long run too.
#2 - Recognizing your role in a relationship
Sometimes, relationship becomes toxic from your perspective, because you don't know
your role.
It is important to recognize your role before you can decide whether you are being abused
or not.
You also need to know that your role in a relationship can be either a partner or a
friend or an object.
Be careful if you are the later.
#3 - Start creating boundary
If you are sure that the relationship should end, you should start making boundaries.
Creating boundaries is not easy, and it is painful and hurting at the same time.
However, you should stick to it.
Draw obvious line, and you'll have to be consistent about it.
This keeps you from being humiliated and abused.
#4 - You cannot change people
This actually means, you should not even try to change your friend or your partner with
the hope that the relationship will get better.
It will not.
The condition will remain because people have different level of empathy, care, attention,
intelligence, and many other personal values.
When it comes to toxic people, they surely will not change themselves easily because
they even don't know the right things.
#5 - Getting second opinion
This one is important because you will realize that your relationship may survive or not.
However, most people will say no because they love you and they do not want you to suffer
more.
You can even ask for professional help to get the most accurate advice.
However, you should stick to it because it is all about your life.
#6 - You teach people how to treat you
The next thing that you should consider is basically putting yourself in how you want
it to look.
Too many people are busy for pleasing others by lending money, renting stuffs, and obey
other's command.
However, those things make relationship poor because there is a power gap in your relationship.
Well, that's some tips on how to end a bad relationship.
So, what do you think about this?

From back seat to driver's seat: Dave Kunz's '65 Ford Mustang | Why I Drive - Ep. 2 - Duration: 2:46.
(car revving down the road)
- [Narrator] To me, driving is freedom.
Whether you're driving down the block,
or you wanna drive across the country,
you're in control of where you go.
That's why driving is important.
(car revving down the road)
This car, especially, because my aunt and uncle
purchased it new when I was a really small child.
I remember going for rides in it.
I used to love looking at this car,
and hearing it, and I dreamed
of someday owning it.
Took them a while, but eventually,
they did sell it to me.
The magic is still there when I walk up to this car.
I see that distinctive paint gleaming in the sun,
those chrome mag wheels ... opened the door,
climb inside, smell the vinyl interior.
It's the same cool car that I remember
from when I was a kid.
(pop music)
The color is called honey gold,
and I always likened this to one of my hot wheels
cars when I was a kid cause it
has that cool, kinda custom look to it.
Of course, it has a V-8 engine.
It's the four barrel version of the 289,
and my uncle put dual exhaust on almost right away,
so the rumble, and the sound, and the look
of this car all kinda went together
as my personal fantasy of a custom car.
(car speeding down the road)
(engine roaring)
What I love about driving this car,
particularly on a great, empty winding road is that
I feel like I'm really driving it.
I'm shifting the gears on the
four-speed manual transmission.
It's the sensation of driving it
and feeling like I'm connected to the road.
(car speeding down the roadway)
I remember getting one of my first stick-shift
lessons in this very car when I was 15,
and had my learner's permit. My uncle gave me
some lessons and he was pretty patient,
but I was horrible. We switched seats
and he said, "Let me show you how it's done."
He popped the clutch and he smoked that tire
all the way down the block.
(car engine roaring)
(car speeding down the road)
This is my uncle's pride and joy.
He took such good care of it, he was really good
about all the maintenance, things like oil changes.
When he finally sold it to me, I felt like
he was trusting me with his baby.
(car speeding down the highway)
This car is a connection to an earlier time
in my life when I was just in awe of cars.
It's a connection to my family and people
like my uncle who would teach me about cars.
My name is Dave Kunz and this, is why I drive.

The BEST Memory Bear Sewing Tips | How to Make Perfect Memory Bears 🐻 | Whitney Sews - Duration: 12:58.
Hi everyone! I'm Whitney and I post a new tutorial every single Wednesday to help sewers
of all skill levels learn new projects and techniques. This week I'm adding to my memory
bear sewing series with a video full of all my best tips and tricks for making your bears
and other stuffed animal projects awesome! I've already shared several other videos about
making memory bears and you can find all of them in a playlist linked down below in the
description box as well as linked in the information icon in the upper corner of the screen. If
you're new to my channel, make sure to hit that red subscription button down below so
you don't miss out on any of my future tutorials. So let's get right into all the best tips!
Most importantly is selecting a good pattern, I already did a separate video all about this
that you can find in that playlist I mentioned. But basically you want to find a pattern with
at least 6 pattern pieces, mine has 9 pieces. The more pieces the pattern has the more dimension
your bear will have. Also make sure the size of the finished bear is a size you are happy
with. The bears I make are 18 inches from ear to foot.
The size of your pattern needs to correspond with the materials you want to use. If you
have one baby sleeper that is not going to amount to much material, but you can add a
onsie and a receiving blanket or two and you will end up with enough for a nice sized bear.
You can use an adult size shirt and pants, a military uniform, several baby outfits,
a bridesmaids dress, and so many other things to make a memory bear. Think of who you are
giving the bear to or who you want the bear to represent and that can help you select
the clothing and materials that will make your bear incredibly special.
But DON'T use those special beloved items on your very first bear. Make a practice bear
first to make sure it turns out well. Ok, so you've made a practice bear, and your
ready to make your special memory bear. Start by making a list of all the pieces you have
to cut and noting what fabric you will cut each piece from. I break mine down to center
face, face sides, head back, ears front, ears back, body front, and so on and write exactly
what fabric each will be cut from. I go as far as noting detailing I want to include
like a pocket, logo, buttons, etc. Next up, interface every piece! This keeps
your fabrics from stretching and fraying while you're working with them and stabilizes any
fragile or thin fabrics. I have made lots of bears and I still interface every single
piece because I would rather take that extra step than deal with fraying and stretching
and it helps the finished bear look so nice. Trace your pattern pieces on the interfaced
side of the fabric. I use a good ink pen and have copied my patterns onto this plastic
like I shared in another video – that one is linked in the information icon in the upper
corner of the screen. The plastic templates make the tracing easier and quicker. If you
are working with stripes or plaids try to match the patterns whenever possible. I feel
this is most important at the face seam just below the nose, the body front center seam,
and the back seam. If it's not possible to line them up then at least make sure the pieces
are cut straight with the design going in the same direction on each. Also remember
that you have to flip pattern pieces every time you need a right and left side. So for
the body front cut one with the pattern right sides up and another with the pattern facing
down. Then after each pieces has been traced cut the pieces out just inside the marked
lines. Onto the sewing. Set your machine on a small
stitch length so your seams will look nice and not pull and show the thread when the
bear is stuffed. Take your time while sewing and sew as smoothly
as possible around curves and maintain accurate seam allowances. Stop with the needle down
and lift the presser foot to adjust your pieces as often as needed.
I have a separate video showing every step of sewing a bear and following a pattern.
That video is in the playlist mentioned earlier and linked in the information icon.
Some people like to use something like 25 straight pics to hold the foot piece to the
leg of the head center to the head sides for sewing them together. I actually don't do
that. I prefer to just use a craft flip or two in key places and adjust the pieces as
I go. I sew a couple of stitches, adjust, sew a stitch or two more, adjust some more.
It's a little tedious, but I'm much more aware of where both layers are at all times while
sewing and it gives me less anxiety than trying to line the entire thing up at once with a
billion pins. I've seen every bear foot this way and they've all turned out beautiful!
Make sure to snip all your curved seam allowances. Around the feet, hands, and face are the most
important. Make small snips 1/8 to ¼ inch apart making sure not to cut into your stitching
line. I learned by accident that if you want your
bear to be looking off to the side a little you can do so by lining the face center seam
up with the nearest edge of the arm when you sew it on. I did this by accident the first
time, but I actually really like how it gives the bear a little bit of a different personality.
The pattern I use suggests shank buttons for the bears eyes and felt covered with embroidery
for the nose. But I find child safe eyes and noses to be the cutest, quickest, and safest
option. I did a separate video already showing how to insert
them. Make sure to place the eyes where the pattern has them marked for the best look.
So after the bear is all sewn together it's time to stuff, and stuff it firmly! I buy
Fairfield polyfil in 5lb boxes which is enough for about 5 bears. Stuff the nose first as
tightly as possible as well as
the head so your bear has a nice round face. It's also important to stuff the feet really
firmly. But I don't stuff the upper part of the arms and legs quite as much as the rest
of the body. Separate your stuffing as you're working with it so it fills those smaller
areas better instead of staying in large clumps. You also don't want to overstuff your bear
to where the seams are about to burst open. When you are happy with how your bear is stuffed
close up all the stuffing holes with a ladder stitch. This is a great hand sewing stitch
that is pretty easy to sew and gives the bears a nice finished look. There is a separate
video on the ladder stitch in my playlist as well.
Then you have a finished memory bear, make sure to take some pics, give it a hug, and
be proud of what you've made! If you
make
some memory bears I would love to see your pics,
so please share them on my Whitney Sews facebook page or on instagram with #WhitneySews.
That is all the tips I could think of today for sewing amazing memory bears, but if you
still have some questions or part you need more help with let me know in the comments
below and I'll try to add more to this series in the future. The playlist I mentioned several
times through out this video will be linked again right over here to the side. If you
found this video helpful make sure to hit like and share it with your friends. Until
next time, Happy Sewing!

10 Things We Know or Don't about 'Oumuamua - Duration: 11:39.
Comets and asteroids come and go, but few make as much of a stir as 'Oumuamua.
Toward the end of last year, its virtually unprecedented appearance from interstellar
space made urgent headlines around the world.
And, in various ways, it left an indelible footprint.
While numerous mysteries remain about this curious galactic traveller, astronomers managed
to glean several key pieces of information during its recent fly-by.
Here are some of the most interesting.
10.
It Probably Isn't Alien Technology
The discovery of 'Oumuamua was oddly coincidental with last year's revelations about the Pentagon's
secret black money UFO program.
And indeed the first thought among even seasoned astronomers like Stephen Hawking was that
it could be an alien starship, or at least an artifact from some extraterrestrial civilization.
With the backing of Hawking (as well as Mark Zuckerberg and Yuri Milner) the Breakthrough
Listen initiative set out to detect signs of intelligence from the object, specifically
listening for artificial radio signals.
And while at the time of writing they hadn't found any, the team accumulated a massive
90 terabytes of raw data across billions of individual channels, so a full analysis (including
pulsating signals as well as continuous) may take some time.
That said, another research team carried out spectroscopic observations and concluded that
the object is natural.
Nevertheless, the spot-on timing of 'Oumuamua's discovery (and the inevitable comingling of
media coverage) has fueled a "false flag" conspiracy theory that the military-industrial
complex is preparing us for a staged alien invasion.
Such a bigger, badder menace, it is feared, could potentially clear the way for unlimited
military spending and harsher civil restrictions.
9.
It's Seen as a "Messenger from Afar"
Officially designated 1I/2017 U1 by the International Astronomical Union—the first of a brand
new class—the object's unofficial (but for some equally unwieldy) nickname 'Oumuamua
was given by the Pan-STARRS team that discovered it.
Pronounced oh-MOO-uh MOO-uh, the word is Hawaiian for "messenger from afar arriving first,"
and it's particularly apt considering the potentially breakthrough data the object carries
about the formation of other solar systems.
Assuming it doesn't turn out to be artificial (and even, or especially, if it does!), there's
a lot more we can learn from it too, including the long-term effects of exposure to cosmic
rays.
Astronomers studying the origins of 'Oumuamua have been especially poetic in their appraisal,
describing the object as a "messenger sent from the distant past to reach out to us."
8.
It's Among the Fastest Objects Ever Detected
One of the most surprising things about 'Oumuamua was its incredible speed.
The average asteroid travels at 25 km/s and the average comet at 40 km/s relative to the
Earth.
But when 'Oumuamua was discovered in October 2017, it was going an impressive 60 km/s relative
to the Earth and only picking up speed as it approached the Sun.
At its fastest, just as it slingshot around the star, it reached a blinding 87.3 km/s,
or 196,000 miles per hour (315,431 km/h) relative to the Sun, which kept it from falling in
completely and burning up for good.
Although 'Oumuamua lost speed considerably as it climbed away, owing to the intense gravitational
pull of the Sun, it maintains a velocity of around 26 km/s (93,600 km/h) as it flies along
its new trajectory.
7.
It's Pink
Although a great deal of media attention has focused on the reddish hue of 'Oumuamua,
it's not actually all that remarkable—and it's not actually all that red.
Outside of a star's magnetic field, drifting through interstellar space, objects like 'Oumuamua
are continually exposed to high-energy radiation from cosmic rays.
And, as is well known among astronomers, this continual bombardment substantially alters
surface properties over time.
In fact, the process of color change is so reliable that the redness of an object can
be used to gauge, approximately, how long it's been floating in space.
Since 'Oumuamua is pinkish in color it's unlikely to have been wandering for the billions
of years that some have suggested (and for which our solar system has existed).
Instead, its relatively neutral color suggests exposure for hundreds of millions of years
at the most, a "relatively young" age when it comes to celestial driftwood.
6.
It's Not Really the First Interstellar Visitor
Another media focus has been the rarity of interstellar objects in our solar system,
with many claiming that 'Oumuamua is in fact the first.
It's certainly interesting to note that none of the 750,000 or so asteroids and comets
within our solar system are thought to have come from outside it—even though planet
formation ejects plenty of material into interstellar space.
That said, 'Oumuamua is extremely unlikely to be the first interstellar object to visit.
There are estimated to be more than 46 million such objects crossing our solar system each
year, most of which are just too far away to be seen.
It is, however, the first detectable object known to be interstellar in origin.
And we know this because of its hyperbolic trajectory (a trajectory outside of any central
body's gravitational pull) and its speed at infinity (a velocity higher than escape
velocity, the minimum speed required to escape a massive body's gravitational pull).
That we haven't seen more of these is really just a limitation of our technology; we were
lucky to catch even this one.
As more advanced telescopes come online, astronomers expect to see plenty more interstellar objects
flying through our solar system.
Among other things, this means more opportunities for research and more potential targets for
extraterrestrial life.
5.
It Defies Categorization
When it was discovered by the University of Hawaii's Pan-STARRS1 telescope, 'Oumuamua
was thought to be a comet.
But it had more rock than ice and, although it heated up when it passed the Sun—reaching
a surface temperature of 550 degrees Fahrenheit—no surface ice boiled off and no tail developed.
But it's not an asteroid either; researchers found no signs of the usual minerals, speculating
instead that 'Oumuamua consists of a robust carbon casing around an icy core—frozen
alien water shielded for hundreds of millions of years and unable to boil off in starlight.
In other words, says astronomer Alan Fitzsimmons of Queen's University Belfast, it looks
like an asteroid but it's built like a comet—albeit one that's turned inside out.
Even this theory has been thrown into question more recently, though, since there's no
evidence of water either.
For now, 'Oumuamua is simply referred to as an "interstellar object," or sometimes
more romantically as a sola lapis or "lonely rock."
4.
It Looks Like a Cigar (or a Needle, or an Oddly Shaped Pen, or Maybe Even a Monolith
from 2001)
Widely circulated images like the one above are of course artists' impressions.
Nobody's seen 'Oumuamua up close.
So the question arises: How do we know what it looks like?
The truth is we don't—not exactly.
All we know is that it's around ten times as long as it is wide, and we base this on
observations of light.
As the object spins on its axis (once every 7.3 hours or so), huge fluctuations in brightness
suggest a greater aspect ratio than anything seen before—comet or asteroid.
Imagine a shiny cylinder spinning toward a light in slow motion; you'd see relatively
little light reflected from the ends but, as it rotated, substantially more from the
sides.
Even if you didn't know the shape, you'd be able to guess the dimensions.
As such, 'Oumuamua is thought to be around 400 meters (or one quarter mile) in length
and just 40 meters wide, although some estimates put it at 800×80 meters or even 160 meters
in width.
Whatever the case, the shape is certainly weird, and this could give us clues as to
how other solar systems form.
3.
We May Never Know Where It Came From
There are various theories as to the origins of 'Oumuamua, but none can be taken as fact.
According to one theory, it could be from the Kuiper Belt or Oort Cloud and not interstellar
at all.
In this case, its speed would suggest the presence of an as yet undiscovered planet
whose gravity would be required to boost it.
In earlier simulations, 'Oumuamua's trajectory was tracked back to the bright star Vega in
the constellation of Lyra; however, because it would have taken 300,000 years to reach
us (even at such speeds), Vega wouldn't have been in the same position when 'Oumuamua
is supposed to have left.
Wherever the object originated, it's likely to have been ejected from the debris surrounding
a young star (also known as the protoplanetary disk)—perhaps in the Pleiades—hundreds
of millions of years ago.
It may now be part of an immense interstellar asteroid field, through which our Sun and
its satellites are currently cruising on our journey around the Milky Way's core.
There are estimated to be around 700 trillion such objects per cubic parsec, which is pretty
dense considering a parsec is equivalent to just 30 trillion kilometers.
Based on these figures, anywhere between 2 and 12 interstellar objects should be passing
through the solar system, inside Earth's orbit, every year.
2.
It's Leaving Us, But It'll Take Some Time
'Oumuamua is now on its way out of the solar system, headed back out to the stars at a
rate of 26 km/s.
But even at that speed, it'll take 20,000 years for it to leave our solar system entirely.
Meanwhile, it's becoming increasingly difficult (if it's not yet impossible) to observe
'Oumuamua with existing telescopes—an especially unfortunate situation given its
rarity.
Understandably, astronomers are clamouring for a closer look, and sending a probe to
the object—however far-fetched that sounds—is one of their highest priorities.
Of course, that means chasing 'Oumuamua down and intercepting it at speeds higher
than 26 km/s, which isn't really plausible given current technology.
Even Voyager 1, the fastest object ever launched, can only reach 16.6 km/s.
The longer we leave it, though, the faster we'll need to go to catch up within a reasonable
timeframe, that is, before 'Oumuamua travels too far out for our probe to return data to
Earth.
Laser propulsion—whereby ultra-light, wafer-thin craft are propelled to within 25 percent of
the speed of light by multi-megawatt lasers in orbit—could hold promise, but the technology
is nowhere near ready.
As such, some astronomers are banking instead on laser sails being available in time for
the next interstellar arrival.
1.
It Shows Us How Unprepared We Are for Possible Asteroid Impacts
One of the things 'Oumuamua can teach us is how to better detect near-Earth and potentially
hazardous objects.
But its sudden appearance to our telescopes is a bit of a wake up call.
Were 'Oumuamua's trajectory headed toward Earth, it would have hit us before we'd
even seen it.
The worst case scenario, according to amateur researchers, would have been the leveling
of an entire city with a force equivalent to 2,057 Hiroshima bombs.
Entering the atmosphere at 233 times the speed of sound, 'Oumuamua could have vaporized
everything within at least a 50 kilometer (30 mile) radius of ground zero, killing hundreds
of thousands or even millions of people.
Bigger, more sophisticated telescopes—such as the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope currently
under construction in Chile—will no doubt help us to better detect objects in the future.
But, for now at least, 'Oumuamua highlights a worrying vulnerability to space rocks—especially
considering the Pan-STARRS telescope that discovered it (after it passed by) is specifically
tasked with our protection.

takes away that doubt
it's a 2015 f250 and he's barely got any miles and it's a diesel truck so they
usually don't get broken in like a hundred thousand miles you know let's do
the the turbos redone on it and you know it's fun if i if I'm not driving my

what I'm doing we're in a bisect right through his pair of scapular muscles
right through here he gets tight through there yeah I'm
real big on the prehab stuff that's kind of what I call it instead of rehab when
you're you know already injured you try to prevent injury and you know it's it's
just like maintaining a vehicle it's the amount of wear or tear that you can put
on our bodies when you're prepping just doing things that go in a chiropractor
getting deep tissues massage
try to relax his forearm and his elbow so hit along 11 yeah just relax it and I'm gonna go a
little bit of large testing 4
usually with people like this I use a 15 millimeter needle with him I'm using
30 along 7 its certain acupuncture points you're hitting I hit oh it's along 11
spot on and it'll relax irritation around his common extensor tendon he gets alil
irritation in his a little tendinitis in his elbow I could be late on a Friday night
he's still here he's that come on you know I could get me in so he's very

yeah now I definitely coming in between the training and the diet and everything
is really working together excited you know to see the changes and I feel good
being versed as a bodybuilder is important to me there's some guys that
just hey I'm I'm 100 percent body builder and that's cool and that's your
thing you know and one of the people that I kind of looked up to in the sport
starting with Jay Cutler and to me Jay Cutler was the guy that was very
diversified and what he did in business he branded himself he was one of the
guys that kind of pioneered a lot of things for guys like me to really be say
how do I make this a business and how do I you know make a living at doing
something I love
good elbows up just a little there you go
last breath big breath beat down hard pull up big squeeze on that chest seeing
the changes and getting the positive feedback from my coaches that's things
that motivate me bodybuilding is a little bit about working smarter not
harder it's about really maintaining what you've earned and gained in the gym
and refine it and toning it and polish it to show on stage

Further down the road we came across a place I will never forget
this sand was so fine
and always the same silence
it is at this moment that the name of this valley has made sense for me. in 2013,
there was recorded the peak of heat never recorded on earth by man:
57 degrees
With my father, we really wanted to experience the valley of death to the end. the third night,
we decided to sleep on the highest point of view
Dantes view
and this is also the first time we sleep in the van. and what a great first!
the wind made the dodge rock all night long
but the next day our reward was there
The valley of death will be a great memory of this crossing of the American West. a hard, unforgiving nature,
that man eventually tamed 200 years ago for his wealth: his basement
here pioneers crossed these lands in the hope of finding a generous California in minerals
It is with this vision that we leave this state, for another other curiosity of the United States: las vegas

HE DID IT! Trump Just Gave Sheriff Clarke the Best Job of His Life!
Its a well known fact that President Trump takes constant care for his people.
Meet David Clarke, Milwaukee County Sheriff and loyal supporter of our president.
President Trump did the one thing that will change this mans life for the better! Check
it out! Ever since Donald decided to enter the race
for president, David Clarke has been his loyal supporter as well as friend. He has been his
a Trump support ever since he realized some of Trumps standings, one of which Sheriff
Clarke connected with the most. That is to obey and serve the law as it will serve you,
punish the ones who break it and lower the crime rate by any means necessary.
According to Politico President Trump has made a decision to add Sheriff Clarke to the
Trump administration! What good news. It warms my heart to see people like David finally
get what they deserve. He has proven himself so much these past years as the Sheriff of
Milwaukee and as a good and close friend to our president. Its time to do the same
for America. Its time for him to get the respect as well as appreciation he earned
a long time ago! You can see the best of Clarke in the video down below!
Clarke is in line to be appointed as assistant secretary at Department of Homeland Security
Office of Partnership and Engagement, which coordinates outreach to state, local and tribal
officials and law enforcement, states Politico. Well deserved Clarke, well deserved!
With this, criminals that are walking on the streets free are going to stop and think a
bit. Theres a new sheriff in town. Literally! The time when Barrack Obama tried
to turn the country against the police, embrace police bashing and allowed the criminals to
get away with almost anything is over! America will be great again!
God bless America and the American people!
