Hispanic Judge Goes Rogue On Democrats, Approves Trump's Border Wall Construction.

Americans were slightly in shock when a Hispanic judge made a judgment that awarded President

Donald Trump a victory in the case for the construction of the border wall between the

United States and Mexico.

Trump and much of his administration have pushed for the ability to construct a barrier

to prevent or slow the rate of, illegal immigrants from entering the country without following

the current immigration laws.

The federal judge ruled against the group of liberals who claimed that Trump's administrative

team was abusive in their ability to waive requirements of environmental standards in

lieu to build the wall.

The obstruction came from primarily leftist groups hailing from California.

Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who works out of South California, provided Trump just one more victory

in regards to the wall and the groups battling against it are not happy.

Curiel essentially said that Trump's team had acted within their rights they can continue

working on plans for the massive border wall which was a large part of Trump's campaign

trail in 2016.

Many people wanted the wall after being victims of illegal immigrants who commit a crime.

The thought was that America has plenty of its own criminals, so it would only benefit

the country to enforce the current border laws and ensure everyone is on the same page

in regards to the law.

Joe Saunders from the Conservative Tribune wrote more about the judgment that has many

Democrats in an uproar: "Both Congress and the Executive share responsibilities

in protecting the country from terrorists and contraband illegally entering at the borders.

Border barriers, roads, and detection equipment help provide a measure of deterrence against

illegal entries," Curiel wrote.

Congress delegated to its executive counterpart, the responsibility to construct border barriers

as needed in areas of high illegal entry to detect and deter illegal entries.

In an increasingly complex and changing world, this delegation avoids the need for Congress

to pass a new law to authorize the construction of every border project."

Those are pretty definitive statements.

And considering that the opposition, according to ABC News, was built on threats the wall

allegedly poses to endangered species like the Quino checkerspot butterfly, the Riverside

fairy shrimp and the Pacific pocket mouse, they're pretty tough to argue with.

So it was a convincing win.

But what makes it even more satisfying for the Trump side is the judge in the case, Gonzalo

Curiel, is the same judge Trump famously tangled with on the campaign when Curiel was presiding

over a lawsuit filed by students from the now-defunct Trump University."

Curiel's ruling was slightly controversial mainly because he and Trump had a slight clash

in 2016.

Their issue was an accusation that Curiel was biased due to his Mexican background.

That turned into an enormous outrage by many liberals on social media who resorted to labeling

Donald Trump as a racist.

Regardless of the accusations of Curiel's potential to sway judgments based on his heritage,

the clash between Trump and Curiel seemed to dwindle into a nothing-burger, but was

slightly maintained by numerous leftists on social media.

CNN reported more details on the judgment by Curiel:

"The groups had challenged DHS' move to expedite construction of the prototypes and

replacement fencing in San Diego on a number of grounds.

The collection of lawsuits from the environmental advocacy organizations and the state of California

argued that the Trump administration's waiver wasn't allowed by the law that created the

overarching authority and that the authority itself violated the Constitution.

Curiel rejected each argument, saying the law and the nature of the border clearly give

the DHS broad authority to build border barriers.

"Both Congress and the Executive share responsibilities in protecting the country from terrorists

and contraband illegally entering at the borders.

Border barriers, roads, and detection equipment help provide a measure of deterrence against

illegal entries," Curiel wrote.

"With section 102, Congress delegated to its executive counterpart, the responsibility

to construct border barriers as needed in areas of high illegal entry to detect and

deter illegal entries.

In an increasingly complex and changing world, this delegation avoids the need for Congress

to pass a new law to authorize the construction of every border project."

The debate over a proposed border wall between USA and Mexico will carry on for quite a while

as both sides fail to come to an agreement that benefits everyone.

Many Americans want the wall to protect civilians from those who wish to commit a crime, do

harm, or abuse the welfare system which has been very generous and caused a mass amount

of entitlement.

Others negate the concept of the wall because they wish for an open border policy.

Those who wish for the open border policy are often instructed to look at places like

Germany, Sweden, and France to see how their policies have resulted in mass upheavals of

crime and destruction.

Hope Hicks resigns from White House role - Duration: 0:41.

White House Communications Director Hope Hicks is resigning.

She made the announcement Wednesday.

The New York Times reports she's been thinking about leaving the White House for months.

The move comes as Hicks is under a white-hot spotlight in the Russia probe.

She testified for about nine hours on Capitol Hill this week, telling lawmakers she occasionally

tells "white lies" in her job but hasn't lied about anything related to the investigation

into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

Hicks worked for the Trump Organization before the 2016 campaign.

She's one of the president's longest-serving aides still working with him.

It's not clear when she'll leave her post or where she's headed next.

Wetware, one of the most important inventions of the 21 century

This computer technology that allows the brain to be linked to artificial systems, and also

to have your brain fried by viruses if you're connected to the wrong system

but no one talks about that

Wetware is the specialty of Zetatech

This Megacorporation from California is a typical up-and-coming high-tech company doing

its best to grow and diversify

It has carved itself a small niche in the industry through the traditional method: quality

products, industrial espionage, and strategically applied violence

Having made it over the first hurdle, Zetatech is attempting to build a heavy name for themselves

by expanding overseas, the assured way towards success, and a high inflow of stable Eurodollars

This means encroaching on markets occupied by other companies that are not exactly inclined

to share their profits

Even being a growing company, Zetatech has already established their position

But they're still small and relatively weak comparing to the large sharks of 2077 corporate

world, so they may be a relatively easy target for hostile takeover

and they must be continually on guard

Unfortunately for them they are not one of the most armed corps, it has only a 10% of

the average troop count of your average megacorp and being pioneers in computer hardware, the

military hardware they have available is only of moderate power

The strong suit of Zetatech is the interaction between people and machine

And this not only means the design of powerful software, it also means wetware, the most

impressive technology of the 21st century, and their most popular product: the Bodycomp

Bodycomp is essentially a microcomputer inside of you, hooked to your neural processor, cyber-optic

and cyber audio

It means you can browse the net while shooting the bad guys while watching a funny PopMeia video

Hook it to your guncam or cybereye, and you'll be able to record what you hear and see and

upload it to the net

But be careful, connecting your bodycomp to the net without the proper security is almost

An Exercise For Opening Your Spiritual Eyes

Are your spiritual eyes open?

Open Your Spiritual Eyes There is a universal will that operates twenty-four

hours a day that is FOR you and a will that operates twenty-four hours a day that is AGAINST

you. You�re familiar with the will that works against you. It�s that will that drags

you into internally and externally unprofitable, self-punishing moments. The will that works

for you is that which forever says, �Look up.

See that there is more to your life than what you presently embrace and that�s causing

you this pain.� Put even more simply, the will that wants to raise you up is the will

that makes it clear to you that there�s another will that�s trying to pull you down.

Were it not for that elevating will, you would never recognize the harmful one.

Please make the following substitution in your mind so that you have a clear picture

of what your new mind and new spiritual eyes can show you. If something is either for you

or against you, isn�t that the same as saying that something is either trying to pull you

up or pull you down? I want you to see clearly that the two words �for� and �against�

are connected to directions of the operation of a will.

If indeed it is true that there is a will that is trying to pull you down as well as

a will that is trying to pull you up, how do either of these wills come to have power

over you? How do they take hold of you to either pull you down or to help you up and

out?

The fact is that you do have free will � in a sense. The free will you have is in the

choice you make to align yourself with either the will that is ascending or the will that

is descending. From now on I want you to picture a hand reaching from below to pull you down,

and another hand reaching from above to pull you up.

At any moment (even now while you�re reading this), your hand is either in the hand of

the will that is ascending, or it�s in the hand of the will that is descending � and

it�s your choice. Don�t fall for the lie that says, �No, it�s not my choice because

I have to get depressed, I have to get angry, I have to get frightened.� No, you don�t.

It�s the voice of deception that accompanies the hand from below that insists you have

no choice. In fact, you always have the choice.

Unfortunately, in the initial discovery � and misunderstanding � of these two wills, some

men and women fall away from their inner work. It happens when, of necessity, individuals

begin to feel the strain of two things pulling on them at once. It�s extremely necessary

for this to happen. Why? Because, if you don�t feel two things pulling on you at once, it

means that only one thing is pulling at you. And if you�re not already living in a higher

place, what do you suppose that one thing is? It�s the descending hand.

I receive countless letters, phone calls, and e-mails from students who declare �Since

I started studying your ideas my life has just fallen to pieces � everything is worse!

I don�t understand. Why is it this way?� Then they understand even less when to say

to them �Congratulations. That�s a great sign.� Their shock turns to comprehension

when I tell them �It�s great because now at least you know there is another direction.

Before you followed the descending hand without question. Now you know it�s possible to

go up, which makes you all the more aware of the pain in going down.�

Whether you see it or not (and the purpose of your studies is to give you the spiritual

eyes to see), this world is in the hands of the hand that is coming from beneath the earth.

Just think of all the acts of will that are occurring as they have never occurred before

on this planet where young children and adults commit unbelievable acts and then say, �I

have no idea what came over me.� I�m telling you what came over them.

Through years of abuse by a planet filled with people who don�t care, and through

years of refusing the tiny moments when their Father did place His hand in theirs, they

have reached the point where they can�t recognize the difference between the hand

that wants to pull them down, and the hand that wants to lift them up. And once you come

to the point where you can no longer tell the difference � you�re a goner.

But to know the difference costs something, doesn�t it? It means we have to work when

we would really prefer not to be bothered. We want to feel pleasure with no disturbance.

But that�s spiritual and psychological sleep. Christ said, �Watch. Watch. Watch,� meaning,

�Be awake. Be awake. Be awake.� When he cautioned people to �be awake� he was

telling them to see whose hand they were holding.

Your Father�s hand not only doesn�t let you go to sleep, but it lifts you. The hand

from beneath not only puts you to sleep faster and faster, but it puts you to sleep so fast

that one day you won�t even know that your hand was held fast in that descending hand.

That�s the truth. Work, work, work. Stay awake, regardless of what it seems to cost

you. Remember to do this exercise: Come awake every moment and ask yourself �In whose

hand is mine?� When you�re driving your car or sitting in a business meeting ask yourself

�In whose hand is mine?� The moment you become aware of yourself and ask the question

you will know which spirit just possessed you.

Now, here�s the problem: There are parts of our own nature that don�t want to ask

the question � that don�t want to know whose hand we�re in! Are you aware of this

defensive spirit in yourself? �I don�t particularly want to know right now whose

hand I�m in because I would prefer to believe in what it�s telling me � that what I�m

doing is good.� It�s not good!

Just do your spiritual work, open your spiritual eyes, and leave the battle up to your Heavenly

Father. Leave the battle up to Christ � to Reality � to Truth. Leave the battle up

to the Light and I promise you the fight will be a right fight and you�ll come out on

the right side of it � guaranteed.

and they immediately have a passion for it.

I get probably overly passionate about it,

and then just dedicate to it.

you came up with that race predictor?

- [Jesse] Yeah, yeah exactly.

The triathlon calculator.

That was one of the first things.

- [Narrator] Can you talk about that,

in terms of the QT, of the QT2.

- [Jesse] Yeah, sure.

Yeah I mean it's simple and complicated

at the same time, right?

And I had this discussion once already today.

The approach that we take.

The only thing that's consistent in it,

and what we educate.

I mean we got a staff of 45 people

we're educating all the time

with new training approaches, nutrition approaches,

sports psychology, mechanics.

Whatever it may be.

The only thing were really consistent in

is making sure we always identify and know,

at any given point, what the top 5 limiters are

for any one of the athletes that we work with.

And hopefully we've now educated and

developed tools and resources

for almost every limiter that's out there.

On which direction to go, if that limiter exists.

That's kind of inherent in our approach.

That's at the core of what we do.

We have a protocol or some process

to access if this limiter exists,

and if it does go this way, if it doesn't go that way.

There's no really one answer to anything.

- [Narrator] What's it like being on the sidelines,

as a coach?

When you're.. - [Jesse] It's awful.

- [Narrator] If that's what your thinking,

because you're not thinking

about the physiology. - [Jesse] No, probably not.

- [Narrator] You're thinking about

what's going on inside their head.

Because that's what you've been focused on for

from the sounds of it, the entire year.

- [Jesse] Pretty much.

It's equal parts exciting and fun

as terrifying and miserable.

Equal, like dead equal.

- [Narrator] Yeah, it is.

- [Jesse] Depending on the race, right?

And where the athlete is coming into the race.

But the higher pressure races,

like the World Champs.

You just never know what your gonna get.

And you know it's a high stake, right?

You know whatever the athlete does at that race.

In their head, is gonna define them

for the next one year period.

That's a lot for you, as coach, to have to work with.

Or try and work with over the next one year period.

Just based on one day.

- [Narrator] Do you have a race that you think back to

most often?

That for one reason or another,

has stuck with you?

- [Jesse] As a coach, or?

- [Narrator] Yeah.

- [Jesse] Yeah, I mean that's easy for me.

As a coach, the first time you have a,

in my case, a pro win an Iron Man.

That's something you never forget.

That really plants a seed that makes you

want to do more of that.

Any coach that's worth a grain of salt,

is insanely competitive.

And I'm no different.

As soon as you get a taste of that,

you say I want more of that.

I'm not one of these people who switched college majors.

Because I made a decision when I was in

whatever high school that I wanted to be an engineer.

That was the path that I took.

I never took a single class that wasn't useful.

You know what I mean?

So I was like that.

I did my first triathlon.

I said this is awesome.

There's a lot of pieces to this.

There's mechanics, there's phsychology.

There's swim, there's bike, there's run.

There's nutrition.

I like the complexity of this.

And I've always had a passion,

if I really stripped it down to something raw.

I've always had a passion for trying to predict

real world events with science.

Even when I was an engineer,

that was what I liked to do.

I liked to try to predict

the way a structure would behave in the real world.

And this is very similar.

I think the complexity of triathlon,

after my first triathlon.

Got me excited and passionate about it.

And then just dedicated to it.

- [Narrator] There you go.

for the last two years.

Why People Can't Stand Wendy Williams - Duration: 6:33.

Wendy Williams lives for gossip.

The radio DJ-turned-talk show host says it like she means it and is the queen of spilling

the tea.

But while Williams' outspoken commentary makes for great entertainment and ratings for The

Wendy Williams Show, it's sparked heated feuds, hurt feelings, and backlash.

Here are some of the reasons why people just can't stand her.

Terry Crews' assault claims

In the aftermath of the Harvey Weinstein scandal in October 2017, Terry Crews revealed that

he had been assaulted by talent agent Adam Venit in 2016.

The Brooklyn Nine-Nine star was lauded by many for sharing his story and for filing

a report with the Los Angeles Police Department, which was captured by TMZ.

But Wendy Williams' confusing comments stirred up controversy.

When asked if she thought Crews was brave, Williams said:

"That's not brave.

He's just talking.

But, it may have a really negative effect on his career, do you know what I mean?"

Williams went on to say she is glad Crews came forward, but contends it may hurt him

in the long run.

"In the race war that's going on in this country still…

Terry will suffer."

Aaliyah biopic backlash

Williams served as executive producer of the successful Lifetime bio-pic, Aaliyah: The

Princess of R&B—but the film was made against the wishes of the late singer's family and

longtime collaborators.

Former producer Timbaland led the social media backlash against the project.

Following the film's release, he said, "I'm very upset about it.

You're showing a mockery on TV."

Williams' reaction to the criticism essentially amounted to saying "sorry, not sorry," joking

that the movie "broke the internet" with its debut.

Rumors about Tupac

Williams seemingly has no qualms about spreading rumors, but one of the worst was when she

insinuated that legendary rapper Tupac Shakur was assaulted in jail in the '90s.

Tupac wasn't pleased, telling Angie Martinez of Hot 97:

"I got a beef with Wendy Williams… because that ­disrespected me, my family and what

I represent."

Tupac later retaliated against Williams through his music with the song "Why U Turn On Me."

The musical diss was apparently no skin off Williams' nose, telling The Hollywood Reporter:

"Without those song mentions, I might not be on TV right now."

Leaked celebrity photos

Actress Jennifer Lawrence was one celeb whose

photos were part of the massive 2014 celebrity photo hack.

Lawrence spoke out to Vanity Fair, saying, "It's my body, and it should be my choice,

and the fact that it is not my choice is absolutely disgusting."

To say that Williams didn't have the most feminist take on the hack and JLaw's comments

may be putting it lightly.

"It's not your choice.

It's in the cloud, and I've looked several times."

Williams then directed her monologue at the actress.

"I mean, you're the one who took the pictures."

Williams explained Lawrence's rationale for taking the photos in the first place, then

dished out advice once again.

"If she would just stop talking about the cloud and the pictures, it would go

away, we'd all forget about it!"

Whether Lawrence should stop talking about it or capitalize on it for her career, Williams

couldn't seem to make up her mind.

"You don't look bad under your clothes, and I think the hackulation has actually made

your career even hotter."

This could give us some insight into what Williams would do in a similar situation.

"So hold your head up with pride."

Paris Jackson's racial identity

Talking about the late Michael Jackson in January 2017, an 18-year-old Paris Jackson

told Rolling Stone: "He is my father.

He will always be my father…

I consider myself black."

Williams took issue with that.

"I mean, I get that she considers herself black and everything, but I'm just talking

about the visual."

Williams has long feuded with the Jackson family and didn't hold back.

"But that's cute, and good for her."

Jackson fired back on Twitter.

"She seems to think about the family a lot considering she makes all these claims about

us.

Why are we on her mind so often?"

Kim Zolciak-Biermann's stroke

When the The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann suffered a mini stroke

in 2015, Williams cast doubt on the legitimacy of the health scare, indicating that she might

be fibbing about the whole thing.

Williams seemed to believe that Zolciak-Biermann might have just wanted to get off of Dancing

With the Stars by playing seriously sick.

Zolciak-Biermann quickly took to social media to blast Williams' comments.

"Absolutely appalling!!

Wendy Williams how disgusting for you to insinuate I 'faked' my mini stroke on your show this

morning!!

You mad cause I didn't come on your show!

This clearly shows your warped mentality!!"

"I'm going to pretend that this nightmare isn't happening."

Beyoncé's brains

Yes, Williams has even gone after the queen.

Williams ruffled feathers when she trash talked Beyoncé in one of her more memorable "Hot

Topics" segments in 2012.

After sharing a preview of Beyoncé's HBO documentary, Life Is But a Dream, the talk

show host questioned the singer's intelligence.

"Cuz fortunately one of the TVs in our kitchen has closed captioning, so I'll be able to

understand what she says."

At this point, her normally supportive studio audience began to boo.

"Beyonce sounds like she's got a fifth grade education.

She can't talk."

[Crowd booing] We're guessing Williams learned all about

the Beyhive shortly thereafter.

"You under arrest, sugar."

Outing celebs In the '90s, Williams became notorious for

alleging that various male celebrities, including Tyler Perry, LL Cool J, and Usher, were gay

— live on-air and without any proof.

Karma eventually caught up with the then radio DJ when she decided to talk about Sean "P

Diddy" Combs.

According to VH1, the rapper retaliated by getting her kicked off the air.

In 2017, Combs and Williams ended their nearly 20-year feud when he appeared as a guest on

The Wendy Williams Show.

Williams took the opportunity to own up to their shared past.

"I know I pissed a lot of people off, including you.

But this is a full circle moment, everybody."

That's all Diddy ever wanted, Wendy.

"I must say, it's been a long time coming."

Kesha vs. Dr. Luke

After a court ruled in 2016 that Kesha was

still contractually tied to the producer/songwriter Dr. Luke despite her allegations of

assault and physical and emotional abuse, Williams shared her controversial opinion

that the ruling was fair.

"If everybody complained because somebody allegedly sexually abused them and was ripping

them off, then contracts would be broken all the time."

Williams later backed down after backlash from Kesha fans—sort of.

She said on a later show: "Unfortunately a lot of people lie about assault

so I was just being skeptical, that's what I do."

While still hedging her bets, Williams did eventually come around and apologize.

"Kesha, I want to A. Apologize to you, and B. Say, you're a hell of a woman!"

6th of August 1945.

The day on which Hiroshima was attacked with a nuclear bomb.

The building you see behind me is a constant reminder of the 140.000 people that died that day.

The first nuclear bomb thrown over a civilian population.

Exploded at 600 meters above the building known as the A-Bomb Dome.

The Memorial Cenotaph holds a register

with the names of all the people that died because of the bomb.

The Peace Flame was lit in 1964 and hasn't stopped burning since that then.

It will stay lit until all nuclear arms disappear from our planet.

Lastly, there is the Peace Memorial Museum.

It holds various object related to the explosion of the atomic bomb.

The museum tries to inform us about a war act that should never have happened.

And that should never happen again.

We just arrived in Miyajima.

An island at about 20 km from Hiroshima.

It's really easy to come here. You just take the tram and a ferry and in one and a half hours you'll be here.

On the tram you can buy a combo ticket for both transportations.

It only costs 840 yen.

This island has lots of places to explore and it has something special.

Here you can see lots of deer just walking around.

Look here, behind me.

The great thing about this island is that you can get lost the whole day.

And you can completely explore it because it's not that big.

You'll see great panoramic views.

A pagoda, behind me.

And just be one with nature, that's the best part of the island.

We are in the Daisho-in Temple, here on the island.

This place is worth every minute, every peso, every yen of euro that you spend here.

It's incredible.

It makes me want to learn Japanese to be able to understand all the phrases that are written in this place.

We'll just show you what we've seen here.

But I don't think that any of the images will be enough to show the real essence of this place.

Definitely a place that is worth visiting when you are ever in Hiroshima.

It's almost 5 pm and we haven't eaten since we left Hiroshima this morning.

This place has made time go by without even noticing it.

It's a magical place with an impressive natural beauty.

So it looks like we are going to eat now.

And at the same time we say goodbye to Hiroshima.

It have been two very interesting days.

One day of remembering a truly sad part of history.

And another day of discovering an extremely magical place.

Time has come to move on to our next destination.
