This week I had the opportunity to go to Grenoble
to do some hiking and discover impressive landscapes

QuickJack Gets to Work! | Brake Change - Duration: 2:58.Hey I'm Dave with QuickJack and today we're very happy to bring you a brand new series
showing work actually getting done on our vehicles using QuickJack.
It's something you guys have been requesting for a long time so we're gonna go ahead and
get started.
This is my 2010 Nissan Xterra.
It's going to be our first project.
I'm going to be doing brakes on all four corners today using the BL-5000SLX model.
It's got a 5,000 pound capacity which is more than enough to lift my Xterra which is about
4,600 pound curb weight.
We're also going to be using the QuickJack truck and SUV adapter kit as I have a little
bit of a suspension lift as well as a slightly taller tire on this particular truck.
The adapter kit is going to make sure that we get all the lift that we need to make sure
all four tires get off the ground.
So we'll go ahead and get the QuickJack set up, we got our tools, we've got the brakes,
all the hardware needed.
Let's get started.
So that's about it for now.
Brakes are definitely not the most difficult thing you're going to be doing on your car
or truck but QuickJack is going to save you time and effort on even the simple jobs.
Now we've got a few more projects coming in the weeks ahead.
Be sure to subscribe to this channel so you can stay up to date with the latest content.
Also like this video and drop us a comment, let us know if you like this new series, also
let us know what's going on in your garage at home.
Thanks for watching and I'll see you next time.

Nora Allen Is Reverse Flash REVEALED!? Nora Allen Born In 2024! Flash DEAD? - The Flash Season 5 - Duration: 7:11.please sir hi we need to talk who are you I'm your
daughter Nora from the future anybody need a refill just me
people call me excess it's a nickname you gave me when I was a kid and kind of
stuck here now
so anybody know what to do this is so weird
god I love this place I can't believe that's our daughter up there no I
shouldn't be here she could marty mcfly herself out of existence she needs to be
with her parents 30 years from now not us no no I need to know my poker face is
that battle please why'd you keep this from us I think I
made a big big mistake I'm sorry go on kinda sad
stopping meal ah I forgot Barry Allen was above killing isn't that right
get out of here
I wonder what face I'll be wearing next time we meet can't wait
what's at warheads Washu here with a video on the flash season of five so
it's just over a week ago that we got the comic-con trailer for the flash
season 5 I believe it didn't really reveal that much to be honest but it did
reveal some nice information if you're watching properly so what is good
YouTube I'm Warstu here make sure to scroll to never miss any of the flash
videos this is the best channel on YouTube when it comes to real factual
information and decent theories that are actually original so it has come to my
attention after doing some research that Nora Allen it's actually 24 years old
which means she was born in the Year 2024 which is when Barry Allen
disappears well at least we are led to think he disappears if we go by the
newspaper article that keeps reappearing which is interesting this could explain
why Nora Allen but I don't actually think she's nor Allen was so excited to
see Barry in the trailer acting overexcited and getting really
kind of close with her father so obviously we know that there's supposed
to be some massive fight in the year 2024 if the flash ever makes it to
season 10 we might actually get to see it and this is where Barry Allen's not
gonna die he's gonna disappear maybe just like he does on crisis into crisis
on Infinite earth when he did with anti-monitor he just stopped and he
monitor and he disappeared and everyone thought he died and then obviously Wally
West was the flash for 20 years and then Barry turn you know is Shree comics like
most people on YouTube don't but if you read comics that's basically how it went
so what I'm gonna say is he's nor Allen really Nora Allen if you remember back
to the flash season 4 before it started I came up with theory saying it's not
Barry Allen coming up Speed Force it's actually reverse flash so we do know
that Nora Allen if that's her name will be from the future where there is pretty
cool technology obviously she gave Barry Allen the flash ring in the trailer so
she's obviously more advanced than he is so what happens if the mistake is
actually caused her to become the reverse flash no I don't mean she's have
a fash boy I mean is during the Christ not crisis
during the infinite earth you know just you know the really bad crossover from
last year with I I don't know when they tried to do infinity war but really work
you know CW really has an issue with these crossovers they never work but one
thing was good during the crossover was Harrison wells played by Tom Cavanaugh
said to Barry Allen obviously he'd been he thought for one I
wonder what face I'll be wearing next time you seen him Barry
because Barry doesn't kill so what happens if the real Nora Allen is kind
of somewhere else and at the version that's be tending to be his daughter is
actually II bar for and it would be very clever and it would be pretty cool
because they wouldn't actually have to make Harrison well to reverse-flash
until the big reveal so what I'm if the big reveal of her thing and everyone
saying she's gonna be dawn Allen which essentially she still could be dawn Alan
but they've changed name from Nora Allen so what happens if the reason she was
acting so different in sketchy all them different times she came along it's
because she's secretly the reverse-flash now although this video is very far
fetched like a lot of other videos on YouTube but I wouldn't put it past the
flash to do that because they actually omitted that their ratings their season
finale ratings their overall ratings of the whole season would down why would I
down because there wasn't a compelling storyline it had no backbone it was
centered around it was hunting around nothing it was centered around the kind
of not relevant characters it was centered around everyone is set for
Barry Allen so what happens if they make a speedster the villain but secretly
they introduce her daughter but secretly it's at the e bar thought I really think
if this comes true it would be pretty awesome and then what happens if we have
the twin but make the twin actually Nora Allen so obviously there's two of them
and they're like twin of females and everything gets oh it's two twin when
really it's the real Nora Allen coming into play and she's trying to warn him
no this is reverse flash it's not your daughter but obviously they're getting
fixated because in the trailer Barry's like she's not supposed to be here she's
supposed to be with her parents and her timeline so Barry no she's not supposed
to be there and she's like oh I guess my poker face wasn't that good because I
dropped the big mixtape when I say more big mistake finally explained and then
all of a sudden this kind of video spiraled out of control it and it got
quite a lot traction so what happens if the big mistake actually turn or a light
into being there ever flash I mean I think this is a pretty solid theory not
a lot of context like you know YouTube videos don't really need context
nowadays so guys let me know in the comment box down below do you think that
noir atom is actually the reverse-flash I think it pretty cool
it's like boys guys please like subscribe and comment help trying to
grow right down in complexion we are Wars to you it just helps me know that
you actually watched a video so anyway guys back with another flash video after
this at some point I'm not going to put that many flash videos out because I
feel like there's just literally analyzing everything and we don't do it
on the channel now now we are more widespread channel more about DC and
Marvel as a whole so anyway guys I'm war shoot you have been awesome and I will
catch you in another video very soon maybe even later on tonight after this
video is live and I will catch you in a video very soon guys to catch you later

AUGUST TBR || 2018 - Duration: 4:47.Hey guys, it's Emily! For today's video I am doing my August TBR. I've gotten several
questions as to whether or not I'll be participating in Booktubeathon this year,
and I don't know. We'll see! I'm going to play it very by ear... That's only a week
out of the month of August, the rest of the month of August is totally free, and
also maybe some of these looks qualified for Booktubeathon challenges... I don't
even know. I'm just going to show you what I'm going to read in August. The first is
City of Ghosts by the V. E. Swchab no it's Victoria Schwab!
It's Victoria Schwab
because this is middle grade. Her YA and middle grade books are written under
Victoria Schwab, her adult books are written under V. E. Schwab. In this we
follow a girl who has the ability to pull back the veil between our world and
the next (aka she can communicate with ghosts), and
also her parents are like paranormal TV show people. They moved to Edinburgh
for that purpose, and then some ghostly things happen. I have been very
hit-or-miss with V. E. Schwab/Victoria Schwab. Sometimes I really like her books.
I really like Vicious. Sometimes I'm not totally sold on the hype because she's a
very hyped up author. I really like the concept and I haven't read a ton of
middle grade lately, so hopefully this will be a hit for me. And if it's not
clear by all this stuff at the top, this is an ARC. I got this at BEA, and it is
coming out August 28th of 2018, so right around the corner it will be available
for purchase and to check out the library! So keep an eye out for that. Next I
have The Water Knife by Paolo Bacigalupi. I'm assuming that this is in the same
vein as Bacigalupi's other books, which is like environmentalist science fiction.
I've read two of his books in the past, the YA book Ship Breaker, and then the
adult book The Windup Girl (it's adult sci-fi). This I believe is adult sci-fi.
The back is really just blurbs from other people. This summary thing is not a
summary, it's some kind of excerpt. So I really don't have any idea what this is
about. I know that I like Bacigalupi's writing. I found that The Windup Girl
took me a second to get oriented because you don't have a ton of
expository world building, but I'm expecting some kind of climate change
related thing going on here because that's what most of his canon
relates to. Gingers crossed I really enjoy this. I'm expecting to, I really
liked both The Windup Girl and Ship Breaker. Next I have A Heart in a Body in
the World by Deb Caletti. this is YA contemporary. Madelyn over at Novel Ink
just finished this and she absolutely loved it, so I'm really excited. I picked
this up at BEA. It is coming out in September of 2018, so pretty close around
the corner. It is about a girl who takes to running as a way to deal with
the trauma of surviving the school shooting. She's running cross-country, I
believe, and her grandpa follows behind in an RV, which is the sweetest thing.
She's become a kind of activist because of her decision to run across the
country, even though that was more about processing her own trauma than it was
about anything to do with activism. There's a little bit of reluctance
around that. Madelyn's endorsement is just huge, so I'm super excited to pick
this up! Next I have a graphic novel and per most of the graphic novels that I read
and like--and also a lot of fiction that I read and like--this one's a little weird!
I've had this on my radar for so long and I finally picked it up at my local
comic book shop! And that is Through the Woods by Emily Carroll. this is a
collection of fairy tale type stories, and they're all creepy as shit, I believe
is the most articulate way I can think to describe that. The art in this is so
gorgeous. Again, creepy stuff going on, but it's
beautiful. I read an excerpt from it somewhere on the internet maybe like two
years ago, at this point, so it's been a long time coming. And lastly I have some
nonfiction and that is What the-AH--What the Eyes Don't See by Mona Hanna-Attisha.
This is about the Flint water crisis. Hanna-Attisha is a doctor. She was a
practicing pediatrician, I believe, at the hospital in Flint Michigan, so take a
wild guess where I'm going with this. She started to notice a lot of her patients--
children patients--were coming in and seemed had the symptoms associated with
lead poisoning. City officials continuously denied that
there was any lead poisoning, and then Hana-Attisha worked with scientists, with
activists, and with local parents to basically prove that yes, the water has
lead in it, and state officials are lying and covering it up. Ao this is her nonfiction
book talking about that whole thing. And also Hanna-Attisha is an Iraqi immigrant.
I picked this up at BEA and the person running the booth was like, one thing
that's very cool about this is Hana-Attisha kind of compares her experience as
an immigrant, her experiences in Iraq, with a marginalized community in
Michigan. In what ways those are both similar and different. And that was the
specific angle that really, really sold me. This is the kind of book I
probably would have read anyway, but I'm even more excited to pick it up because
of that. So that's it for the books that I want to read in August. Let me know
what you guys want to read down in the comments below. If you liked this video

Handmaid's Tale, Sutton Foster, Amy Poehler - Yarn Buzz #3 - Duration: 6:53.- Hey guys I'm Shira Blumenthal. - I'm Steven Michael Mooney.
- And we're here to talk about yarn buzz. - Buzz buzz stitches.
Hey stitches! Welcome back to yarn buzz, where the yarn world and the real world meet.
-Did you miss us? we've been gone a while. - We have been gone a while.
- And we missed you. - We missed you.
Are you watching any good shows this summer?
- I did finish Handmaid's Tale. - YES!
We're bringing it up because Serena is an avid knitter.
Mostly because there's nothing else to do.
But there were times where I thought Offred was gonna grab those needles,
and just like stab straight in the jugular.
I can totally agree with you.
Don't you think she kind of makes like knitting a little creepy?
It's like when I think of knitting, I think of it as like people knit together and "yay what are you making?"
That's so funny. Because I think about if women could like start doing more things,
she could open a shop like Scarves by Serena or something.
- Scarves by Serena? That's super cute. - Yeah we'll sell that to Hulu.
I'm told you enjoy knitting as well?
Yes, yes. Very much so.
Well it's a really great show, with or without the knitting. and it got a lot of Emmy noms, so I'm excited.
Episode one, we asked for a fact check, and we got it.
We were talking about Making It. Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman's new show on NBC.
Amy Poehler does knit. It is a fact.
There's a picture of her in her book knitting.
Book is called Yes, Please!
That's a crafty stitch.
And the show is coming out July 31st,
and I'm very excited to watch that show.
It will be interesting to see how their crafts are kind of integrated into the show.
I'm calling it like a Great British Bake Off kind of show, where it's just like friendly competition.
And it's craft.
Do you think Amy Poehler has taught Tina Fey to knit?
Does Tina Fey knit?
- Question of the day! - That is the question.
Leave a possible answer in the comments below!
- Let's see. - Or if you know Tina.
Send her a quick text.
Just be like, Hey T.
Do you think she just goes by T?
Maybe.
I'm calling you S for the rest of the day.
You have something to share with us, because I am not familiar with the topic.
Unravel 2.
It just came out last month on PlayStation, Xbox, and Microsoft Windows.
Lots of options.
This version is really fun, number two, because it's both single-player and multiplayer.
But the cool thing about this whole game is the lead character's name is Yarnie.
And he's a little yarn doll.
How cute is that?
- I know that you don't play video games. - No.
But now knowing that there's this video game that revolves around a knit character,
Do you think you'd put down the needles for a controller?
You know what? I would give it a go.
And you know what, there are also a lot of knitters that are gamers.
But we'd love to know if you would put your needles down to play Unravel 2.
Leave a comment below!
#NeedlesDownControllersUp
-Stephen, Let's talk about summer cover-ups. - Let's S. Let's talk about cover ups.
Cause I hate exposing my body on the beach.
I love a good cover-up actually.
Like when I go to the beach, that's all I pack.
Gigi Hadid and Ashley Graham have been spotted this summer wearing crochet cover-ups.
Such pretty ladies.
I am a humongous Ashley Graham fan.
- You wanna know something about Ashley Graham? - I would love to know a fact.
She was, and I hate the term, but she was the first plus-size model to ever walk in a Michael Kors show.
- She wore a knit dress - That's pretty awesome.
A little belted knit dress. She looks dynamite in it.
Because it does hug her curves and she looks beautiful.
I think more and more we are embracing everyone for their own beauty.
How do you feel about the term plus-size model?
I am not into it at all. We are all models.
If someone called me a plus-sized host, that would be the last thing they wrote on a YouTube comment.
Have you ever knitted or crocheted a piece that you just felt like dynamite in?
And we want to know in the comments below.
Stephen I want to tell you about this super cute show.
Tell me about it!
So excited! It's called younger and it's on TV land.
- It's in its fifth season now, but it's going into its sixth season soon. - Yes renewal!
I'm very excited.
- Well you know - I do know but tell everyone out there.
- The Queen Sutton Foster. - Love her
But also Hilary Duff.
If I had a heart on this side over here, ifI had two hearts.
- Oh no, hold on, here. Our heart. - Thank you.
-You're welcome.
Everyone.
- Fun fact about Sutton Foster is she is an avid crocheter. - I didn't know that.
Yeah and on her Instagram she posts all these beautiful blankets that she's made.
And Lion Brand got in touch with her and the cast of Younger.
And we presented them these really cute crocheted dolls of everyone in the cast,
- made by a very talented blogger that we know. - Oh that's awesome.
We gave it to them and they were super happy about it and they really looked like them.
It was really cute.
You know Sutton Foster is an artist and paints.
And she sells them on her website so I wonder if she sells any of her blankets,
- Or any of her other knitwear? - Oh.
Hey Sutton if you're watching, maybe you wanna paint a picture of us.
♫ It's game time. Game Time. ♫ ♫ I love a game and here are the rules. ♫
Do you want me to join in with you or do you want to?
Let me hear your pitch.
And now it's time for, Who's that Stitch!
Here it is. I have a celebrity knitter or crocheter.
Okay? I'm going to give you three clues to guess who that person is.
Ok.
We want you to play along at home to see if you can guess it,
and just to be clear Steven does not know who I'm talking about.
No and I'm a little bit worried that it's filmed.
Here we go!
She once knit something for Ellen DeGeneres.
She once played a plastic.
She is in the new Mamma Mia 2 film.
Yes Stephen.
Well there is a 60% chance that it's already raining.
Yes! Amanda Seyfried.
It's like I have ESPN or something.
She is a knitter and a crocheter.
So she made Ellen a hat.
And this is one of those stars that uses her time on set to knit.
I knit constantly.
And her Instagram, I remember specifically, her working on a granny square Afghan.
And she also made a really cute sweater.
- So she's like an avid crafter. - I love that.
- Shira? - Yes?
- That was a blast. - I'm so glad you had fun.
- But I got to get out of here before I unravel. - Haha
Guys before you go, don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up.
Remember to subscribe to our YouTube channel.
And if you haven't already, there is a newsletter called Yarn Buzz that comes out once a week.

Reasons to Love BTS: Jimin Version - Duration: 12:04.hello everyone, this voice is back and better than ever lmao, anyways we're here today
to discuss some of the various reasons as to why you should love our cute little mochi
Park Jimin. JC there's an unlimited amount but today we'll focus on quite a
few specific reasons,, alright let's begin.
Reason number one: his laugh//smile this boy has one of the prettiest laughs in
the entire world, like i swear to god,, listening to it regularly ensures clear skin, good grades,
and an unlimited amount of happiness ((these results are not guaranteed))
Reason number two: he is so selfless when it comes to others
If you didn't know, before putting this video together i asked everyone that followed
my instagram ((@squishyminyoongi 🐯💜 )) to comment reasons as to why they love Jimin
so that i wouldn't forget anything, and this girl really just hit home with what i
was trying to say for this category so here it is, his ability to make others feel loved.
He exudes just pure love and kindness at all times, he allows people to confide in him
and in return he gives out genuine love and hope, he makes people feel at home.
Reason number three: His Love for ARMY He is constantly expressing his appreciation
for us and making sure that we all know we're loved. He takes time out of his day to take
his silly little twitter videos and pictures of himself with the other members so that
we know everyone is doing well ;(( Please appreciate this man, like literally he doesn't
have to do that, but he does because he knows we'd like to see and loves and cares about
us. He also literally just said in one of their latest V live broadcasts that he misses
us so much, and just b**ch that makes my heart hurt so bad, i love you ;(
Reason number four: He is so passionate and hardworking
If you watched burn the stage, then you know by now how insecure Jimin can get at times
about his voice and the way he looks, and because of these internal issues he is constantly
working hard to better himself, but I wish there was a way for him to understand that
we all love him so so much just the way he is, and as tae said in the last run episode,
"it's not a big deal" if you have little mess ups Chim, you are human. It's okay 💝
Reason number five: His duality. This man can literally go from being Mr. McCgiggle
Farts to making me want to choke on my godd*mn remote because of how he's performing up
there on that stage. He also can have a bit of a temper when he's angry, and never forget
when the boys once said in an interview that jimin is the scariest when he's upset.
But he also naturally has a sort of cuteness to him, and can come of as this innocent and
childlike kind of man, but then jesus f**king christ he takes one long stride along that
stage and it's over for everyone. He lays h*es to rest.
Reason number six: His gentle and caring nature Jimin is literally such a complex person with
so many layers to his personality, like sometimes he's very loud and interactive with others,
but then other times he can be very observant and appreciative of simpler things, and that's
the side we're going to focus on right now. I'm not good with my words sometimes, so
like i don't really know how to explain it well enough for people to understand my
point, but literally jimin is so like good natured and understanding and just appreciates
the smaller things in life, like these clips made me realize that our boy jimin is just
such a level headed guy, okay this was such a mess of an explanation bye.
Reason number seven: Jimin is literally a visual god
i won't explain much for this one but just jESUS F**KING CHRIST IM TYPING IN ALL CAPS
BUT THAT DOESN'T MAKE A F**KING DIFFERENCE BUT HAVE YOU SEEN HIS LIPS? HIS CUTE LITTLE
NOSE THAT'S SLIGHTLY CROOKED? HIS PLUMP LITTLE CHEEKS? HUH? OR WHAT ABOUT HIS CHOCOLATE
BROWN EYES? HIS LOOKS ARE SO ALLURING AND STUNNING. THIS MAN IS THE EMBODIMENT OF THE
WORD BEAUTIFUL.
Reason number eight: He's an amazing dancer His energy and charisma on stage are so amazing
and eye-catching, like literally he puts so much passion and dedication into everything
he does and that aspect of him really shines on stage.
Reason number nine: His voice Jimin's voice is angelic and could literally
save a nation. Like i said about his dancing, he's hardworking as h*ll and strives to
be perfect and his hard work really pays off because i swear to god this boy has the voice
of an angel. I really wish he wasn't so hard on himself sometimes though, because
we all love his voice so much and are pleased with it no matter what condition it's in.
((Deada** he could release a three minute video of just him coughing and i'd be satisfied for months))
Reason number ten: His small hands I know the members tease him sometimes because
his hands are smaller than the rest of theirs, but despite that i hope that doesn't make
him insecure, Like his hands are literally the sweetest things i've ever seen.
love you baby and your cute little fingers ;(
Reason number eleven: Clumsy Giggles The way this boy kind of just falls into whatever's
next to him when he has a little giggle fit is so adorable I'm sorry why am i like this
lmao okay here are some examples,, bye
So there we go, those are all of
the reasons that we'll be discussing today. I think it's safe to say that overall we
have concluded that Jimin is lovable in every single sense and deserves unconditional love,
recognition, and appreciation. Please send him lots of love via twitter and other social
media platforms. For some reason these past few months he's received unnecessary hate
and threats and just jesus f**king christ, it's disgusting. So like i said, tell him
you love him !! Remind him to drink water and to take care of himself !! Continue to
support and encourage this sweet sweet boy, because he's the most caring boy in the
world and deserves it. Alright, well that should do it. Thank you so much for watching this video, okay bye, see you next week!
bonus reason: his drinking habits lmao this boy wild

This Star Might Be Hiding Undiscovered Elements | Przybylski's Star - Duration: 5:52.[♪ INTRO]
If you spend any time studying space, you're bound to find some strange stuff;
that's one of the best parts about astronomy.
But every now and then, even the most experienced scientists
find something that makes them scratch their heads.
Like Przybylski's Star.
We've been studying it since the 1960s,
but we still can't seem to figure out what the thing is made of.
And according to one study, that might be because it contains elements or isotopes
scientists have never seen before.
Move over, Tabby's Star, because this might be the weirdest star in the universe.
Przybylski's Star is about 370 light-years away,
and it's named after the Polish astronomer who first studied it.
Przybylski published his first paper about the object in 1961,
based on spectroscopy observations.
This is a common method that links the type of light a star emits
to the elements it contains, among other things.
And right away, he knew the observations of this star weren't normal.
For one, based on its spectrum, the star seemed to have barely any iron in it, which was weird.
Most stars survive by fusing lighter elements into heavier ones,
and iron is one of the most common results.
On the other hand, this star also seemed to be chock full of lanthanides,
even heavier elements like holmium and europium,
which normally aren't as abundant in stars.
At the time, Przybylski suggested this star must be pretty far along in its lifespan
to have produced so many heavy elements.
But today, we know the story is a little more complicated than that. Isn't it always?
Thanks to lots of scientists and telescope hours,
we now know that Przybylski's Star is actually part of a special class called
Ap stars, or A-type peculiar stars.
Regular A-type stars are usually hot and have no magnetic fields.
But Ap stars have cool surfaces, strong magnetic fields, and really long rotation periods.
For some reason, these stars also tend to have lots of lanthanides, but not much iron.
So in that respect, Przybylski's Star isn't as odd as we first thought.
But that doesn't mean it's normal, either.
According to a few papers, there's evidence that this star
also contains atoms that have no business being there at all.
Specifically, ones like promethium and plutonium.
These elements and their isotopes, or versions with a different number of neutrons,
have relatively short half-lives.
This is the time it takes for half of the atoms in a radioactive substance
to decay into something else.
Promethium, for example, has a half-life of less than 20 years.
And plutonium has a half-life of some 24,000 years at most,
which is still barely any time at all for a star.
That means that, unless they're new additions or are being replenished somehow,
they should have all completely decayed by the time humans and telescopes showed up.
So far, there are a few possible explanations for this.
Some astronomers have suggested that these atoms could have come from a recent supernova,
or from ongoing reactions catalyzed by a nearby neutron star.
But the evidence for these ideas isn't that strong.
You also can't have an astronomy mystery without some alien hypotheses.
But, uh, if you have any peer-reviewed papers about that, you can let us know.
Still, there's one other possible explanation that doesn't involve First Contact.
And if it's true, it would change the textbooks, and not just the astronomy ones.
In 2017, in the journal Physical Review A, three researchers suggested that
Przybylski's Star might actually contain super heavy elements or isotopes
we haven't even discovered yet.
And, over time, these super heavy atoms could decay into the short-lived isotopes we've observed.
Specifically, they proposed that the atoms could be versions of three elements:
flerovium, unbihexium, or unbinilium.
We've made really tiny quantities of flerovium in the lab before,
like, around 100 atoms total, but we've never seen it in nature.
And although we think unbihexium and unbinilium should exist based on what we know about chemistry,
we haven't observed them yet.
So if this hypothesis is true, it would mean that studying Przybylski's Star
would let us see these atoms in the wild, or at all, for the first time!
There's even a chance that the isotopes in the star would be part of the
island of stability, a hypothetical group of heavy, extra stable elements
that scientists have been trying to track down.
That would make this star not only important for astronomy,
but for chemistry and physics on Earth, too.
Now, it is worth mentioning that the team didn't have any new explanation for how
those heavy atoms would've gotten there.
And there's still a chance we misread the data, and that Przybylski's Star
doesn't really contain short-lived isotopes.
After all, the spectrum for this star, like the one Przybylski first used to study it,
is difficult to read.
Normally, spectra have a few fairly clear-cut lines that scientists can link to different elements.
But for this star, those lines are kind of all over the place.
So there's an ongoing debate about what's going on, because something weird is
definitely happening to produce that messy spectrum.
One helpful next step would be to take more measurements and hope they're clearer.
But there's a lot of other stuff to study, too, so most people aren't actively looking into it.
In the meantime, researchers will keep trying to solve this mystery with what they have.
And maybe one day, they'll get to name some new elements because of it.

Google vs Facebook - How Do They Compare? - Duration: 7:59.Two technological giants, Google and Facebook, are part of our daily lives whether we like
it or not.
For many Generation Z's, it would be almost impossible to imagine day to day life without
both of these seemingly essential internet tools.
Both make our lives easier in many ways from connecting socially, to advertising, to conducting
business.
But which is the most successful to date, and who will last the longest as new technologies
break onto the market?
From simple search engines and social network tools to innovative artificial intelligence
and virtual reality platforms- which team has what it takes to lead us through to the
next wave of technical evolution?
That's what we'll find out, in this episode of the Infographics Show, Google vs Facebook.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin were both PHD students at Stanford University when they founded Google
in 1998 as a privately held company.
At that time, conventional search engines did not take into consideration the number
of times a page had been 'hit' by users, and instead listed websites that contained
the searched item word the most amount of times.
The pair developed the Page-rank system, whereby the pages that were most relevant and most
popular appeared first on any Google search.
The name Google came about as a misspelling of the word googol, which represents the number
1 followed by a 100 zeros.
The name was meant to represent the sheer volume of information held by a Google search
engine.
An initial public offering occurred in 2004, and Google moved to a new headquarters in
Mountain View, California.
Primarily a search engine, Google's rapid growth since its inception has led to a number
of offshoot products including office tools such as email, document cloud services, sheets,
and slide presentation tools.
In addition, Google brought to the world Google maps and Google translation services, bringing
the world closer together in communications.
It has most recently partnered with electronic manufacturers producing smartphones, speakers,
and virtual reality headsets.
Facebook also began life at college.
Students Mark Zuckerberg and roommates Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz,
and Chris Hughes launched the social network service on the February 4th, 2004.
Facebook started out life with membership limited to fellow Harvard students before
expanding the network to include other colleges and universities and high school students.
Popularity grew, and by 2006, anyone over the age of 13 was permitted access to the
social network.
By February 2012, the company was valued at $10.4 billion, breaking the record for the
largest valuation for a newly listed public company.
The primary revenue generated through Facebook is through advertisements hosted on the site.
A move of HQ to Dublin in October 2008 meant that in the following year, Facebook announced
that it was making some real cash - owing no doubt to its new tax haven status.
In 2009, Facebook was ranked as the most active social network site in the world, with an
estimated 500 million users.
In 2010, Facebook was valued to the tune of $41 billion.
Facebook had moved by this time to the third largest internet company after Google and
eBay.
Facebook entered the Fortune 500 list at number 462 based on an income of $5 billion.
The Fortune 500 2017 list, meanwhile, puts Google's parent company at number 22, while
Facebook moved to 76.
In the tech world, business acquisitions are rife, and Google's parent company, Alphabet,
has snapped up Blogger, Youtube, Skybox, Maps, Wallet, Earth, and Hangouts.
On the other hand, Facebook has swallowed up Ozio, Wavegroup Sound, Oculus VR, Whatsapp,
Lightbox.com, and Instagram.
Alexa lists Google as the world's most visited website.
And without a doubt, Google is one of the world's most valuable brands, but it has
come under scrutiny owing to the alleged breaches of privacy experienced by its users.
Facebook also came under scrutiny for the ownership and exploitation of user's personal
content.
Legal cases ensued against both sites, but both Google and Facebook have seemed to weather
the storm of litigation and controversy surrounding the sharing of their users personal content,
locations, buying habits, and search histories.
And speaking of searches, it is obvious that as a search engine, Google is king, but what
about as a social network tool?
Facebook wins for now as a social network platform, owing to its bigger user base, but
Google plus has its own advantages, including a slick interface and the ability to send
larger files with its cloud services and file sharing capability.
Google also has the benefit of sharing larger high resolution photographs which is important
for those working as media professionals.
Google keeps files safer, whereas Facebook's messenger service seems to lose older information
which, for business purposes, is a major disadvantage.
Also, Facebook has those annoying advertisements, while Google cleverly commutes it's advertisements
via AdSense to other websites.
Part of Google's success historically is the early decision to not place ads on its
search engine which set it apart from the likes of Yahoo and other search engines.
It has always maintained a clear user-friendly interface, but arguably so has Facebook.
As a business tool, it is fair to say that Google has the edge over Facebook, but as
a social media tool, Facebook is still the most widely used and therefore the hands down
winner- particularly in the Far Eastern territories.
As businesses, they have both succeeded tremendously, although Google was there first and has remained
stronger.
The truth is, most internet users use both Facebook and Google and see them as equally
valuable.
But how about looking into the future?
In 2016, Mark Zuckerberg unveiled his plans for Facebook for the next 10 years.
In Facebook's ideal world, everyone will be chatting with artificial computers, and
virtual reality goggles will be as commonplace as cell phones.
Picture a world where individuals sit at home wearing cyber glasses while connecting with
imaginary humans.
In a recent demonstration, Zuckerberg used an Oculus Rift headset with a 360-degree camera
to create a version of the real world inside virtual reality.
This brings to the technological arena a form of entertainment that the world has never
seen before.
The potential for VR as an educational tool is also very promising.
The trouble with VR though that techies have yet to be able to solve is it tends to make
people feel physically sick while using it.
In response, Google unveiled their plans for a Brave New World later in the same year.
While Facebook has yet to break into the search markets, Google is making inroads with their
social networking innovations; one of the key tools in Google's kitbag is Youtube,
the undisputed champion of web video distribution.
Youtube also has a community who socially interact as those on Facebook.
With one eye on the virtual future, Google CEO Sundar Pichai revealed that the company
is employing artificial intelligence to "build a personal Google for each and every user."
So the true winner in this Google vs Facebook battle could rest on who is first to tackle
and solve the problems surrounding current VR and AI models.
However, these visions are very forward thinking, as Artificial Intelligence is still in its
infancy, and Virtual Reality has a long way to go before becoming an everyday household
medium.
But one thing's for sure: both Google and Facebook are stockpiling their engineering
talent and acquiring new companies in their efforts to make sure they walk away as victors
in these new technological fields.
In the meantime, the average internet user will remain, without a doubt, using the two
tech giants in tandem and looking forward to what both offer in
the future.
So, what do you think?
Is Facebook superior to Google?
Are they both equally useful?
What do you think the future for both Google and Facebook will be?

Lavrov Comments On What Is Happening In Armenia - Duration: 1:36.How can you comment on what is happening in Armenia, including arrests?
I confess that we took the news related to the arrests from Yerevan with perplexity and concern.
Famous politicians are arrested.
When there was a political crisis in Armenia in May this year, we noted with great satisfaction that, as a result, the solution to this crisis was found on the basis of a compromise with the participation of all leading parties.
We hoped that, based on this result, all political forces, first of all, the new leadership of Armenia, the new authorities, will continue to promote unifying approaches, strengthen national consensus.
But the events of recent days clearly violate such a positive attitude, run counter to the recent statements by the new leadership of Armenia that it has no intentions to organize the persecution of its predecessors for political reasons.
Russia as an ally of Yerevan has always been interested in the stability of the Armenian state.
Therefore, we are worried about what is happening
including from the point of view of the tasks of the normal work of those organizations in the CIS area, in which Armenia participates.
Over the past few days, we have several times brought our concerns to the Armenian leadership.
We expect that the situation will nevertheless follow a constructive path.
