Hello, friends! This is Evgeniy Chayka and today we will be breaking down a round against Virtus.Pro, which is close to ideal.

It's not a secret that the first buy sets the pace for the whole game, especially after three lost rounds.

Players fully concentrate on this round, and we watch it with interest.

The most important thing on Train is to gain map control in the beginning.

Flamie does that with aggression towards Main.

Players on Long take a safe distance,

and after a flashbang kill the pushing CT.

After 2 separate frags, NAVI strategically hold positions, waiting for another mistake from the opponent.

Since A site is more favorable with a player advantage, they finish the round quickly.

Zeus throws a flash for a Main push, and a smoke between the trains, to imitate Flamie's push inside the site.

Then he takes position in Boilers and controls Upper, because Pasha likes to control this position up close.

After waiting for the lurker, Zeus takes control of Up-Down, covering the drop sound, but he loses the fight unfortunately.

With a good spawn, Flamie makes it behind the train unnoticed, and because of the failed Molotov,

he gets an open frag on Byali, who was running towards PopDog.

Egor rotates to join his teammates and controls the ladder.

Makes sure that Boilers spot is clear, he smokes off Lower B and follows the IGL into A.

Refrags Zeus and passes the information about PashaBiceps on to his team.

While Pasha's getting surrounded, Flamie is watching Connector and the back of the site.

S1mple and Electronic move towards Ivy and keep a safe distance in order to turn away from a pop-flash.

After dealing with a push from CT, he baits the enemy AWPer, forcing out an early smoke.

Then s1mple smokes off A3 and heads back to Long, trying to make the enemy think it's a fake.

However, once the defense gets softened up, he moves to A2, being ready to refrag Electronic.

Which wasn't necessary as the latter didn't make a mistake,

and Sasha had to settle for only getting a frag onto Snax, using information from Edward.

Electronic avoids a flashbang and gets the second quick kill of the round.

Following that, he peeks the sniper after a risky bait from s1mple.

Flashes A site, heads into Main and smokes off Connector.

Takes position on the blue train from which he shoots down Pasha.

Edward acts as a support:

First, he controls the smoke in Boilers to make sure the CTs aren't using it as a one-way.

After checking angles, he throws a fake smoke to isolate Connector.

During the execute, he checks the line and spots Snax, who was going for a save.

At the beginning of the video, I said that the round was almost perfect,

because Flamie got flashed by his own teammate and VP managed to pick up a frag after all.

But it is still human beings playing the game, not AI,

so we're enjoying both similar and, at the same time, always different rounds.

Hi Guys I'm Shelly and welcome to day....2 of the booktubeathon

I'm already bedraggled and don't know where I am.

I should be reading but instead I am making booktube videos why?

Because it's fun and because I'm daft

So I am about to attempted day 2 book challenge. which is to make a tower, or a house out of books.

But sadly we are not allowed to stack them........ like that, I can't do horizontally.

And if you have met me, or not and just watch my videos. You will know I'm slightly uncoordinated

Yeah, but I'm about to attempt it. I have 30 seconds on the clock.

What can you do in 30 seconds? But apparently that's the rules

So 30 seconds it is. Watch me try to attempt some sort of book thing....

Oh god why am I doing this again?

Alan Alda is gonna be the base of this. Because his books are roughly the same size. Go.....

and my 30 seconds are up already, that went well dinnit.

That's all we managed, was 2 levels. So I think it's only fair, I mean I know I'm out of time.

Well that went well didn't it!

Being that I am Stitch and I have Stitch on my arm, and Stitch was on top of it.

What do you expect? He just decided to go in, and trample on my said tower, before I even got a chance to name it.

It was the sad tower that was. But there is my creation for day 2 of the booktubeathon challenges.

reading wise oh I have no idea where I am. I'm kind of halfway through sort of everything.

I keep reading and getting bored with books.

Not that they're bad books, it's just my brain is is jumping about all over the place.

So basically at the moment, I'm reading all 7 books at once.

This is going well.....

this is like the favorite part of my house is the bathroom I'm in my bathroom

now I like to sometimes sit on the toilet with the seat down

just the fYI and just look out the window and listen to the birds and all

the quietness you might hear a few ac's running but you hear the birds and

different insects and I like looking over there too it's the left of me I

don't know if it looks to the left on the video for you guys on the right but

my neighbor he has a garden and he has on some sunflowers and he has a

nice-sized garden there from either Italy or Sicily so on their primary

language is Italian looks like they have a couple of lemon trees too but it's so

beautiful like over their table is like vines they look like grape vines so the

whole top of the roof is nothing but vines filled in and it looks like a

backyard like say be went to Italy but on today's video is about nutrients in

my whole channels about nutrients I'm thinking about changing the channel name

really soon that's not the most important important part of things that

I need to fix on my channel but everything that I have from day one

talked about whether it was dry fasting when I was just attempting them in 2017

or a big part of my channel is the hundred and four day juice fast juice

cleanse that I had did in lost close to 60 pounds in 104 days 58 pounds to be

exact I lost or then when I had met fasting diva and

tea love we started doing dry fasting again and I was more successful at them

when I started doing them in groups so I'm thinking about just talking strictly

letting you really know where I'm coming from when I'm talking about weight loss

in Phase two for everyone when we get to those points everyone's at a different

point in their life which is maintenance keeping the weight off it all has to do

with nutrients and I don't know how I forgot a big big thing for me something

I've been suffering with for many of years is my anxiety so I'm going to

start talking about how juicing is part of nutrition and helping me with my

anxiety and panic attacks and my weight loss and my eating habits in my snacking

and all of that stuff combined I'm also going to make daily uploads around that

topic which is nutrients because I feel as though it plays a role into diseases

and ailments that you might have diabetes hypertension high blood

pressure weight gain weight loss hair loss hair growth it has a lot to do with

many many many things from A to Z and I think that it's very very important to

stick to this topic nutrients because this is how you're going to ultimately

lose weight is by getting the nutrients so that your body doesn't feel hungry

on all the time even when you're not eating solid foods so what I want to arm

have you guys focus on is where you are where you are at in your weight loss

journey in nutrients if you make nutrients key to your lifestyle whether

it's to lose weight or to you know uh fix a mood swing or hot flashes or

whatever you might be going through acne skins acne prone skin a relationship

issue if you stop focusing on your nutrition it will change a lot of areas

of your life so with all that being said please subscribe to your channel like

One fair wage!

Restaurant workers are being ripped off,

say these protesters because they aren't

guaranteed minimum wage.

In 43 states, employers are allowed to pay

tipped workers less,

some as little as $2.13 an hour.

Celebrities plus union protests convinced voters and

politicians in several states

that the government must insist on

a higher minimum for tipped workers.

This would be more fair for

all workers,

specifically for minorities and women.

They always say that it's to

"help minorities and women."

How is everything today?

But waitress Alcieli Felipe is a minority

and a woman.

Coffee?

She says,

don't change the rules on tips.

We have spaghetti and meatballs.

Thanks to tips,

Alcieli makes much more than minimum wage.

It's free refills, you're good.

I'll make $25 dollars an hour.

By the end of the year,

I made around $48 to $50 thousand dollars.

I'll take this for you.

If you raise the minimum wage,

it will be harder for restaurants

to keep the same amount of employees.

No, no say the so-called public interest lawyers.

We have to have a law.

The problem with tips is that they're very inconsistent.

Law professor Nicole Hallett leads social justice

protests,

this one demanding that

tipped workers be paid that higher minimum wage.

Require restaurant owners

to pay the same hourly wage

that all other employers have to pay.

Save our jobs!

But many restaurant workers say

don't raise the minimum,

a higher minimum

threatens our jobs.

The cost of having a restaurant

is not cheap.

For my boss to pay all her employees,

she would have to cut employees;

the busboy will be cut.

Hallett is unconvinced.

I simply don't believe that increasing the minimum wage

for tipped workers will lead in a reduction

in the restaurant workforce.

Studies have shown that

restaurants have been able to bear those costs.

Someone has to clear the plates.

But in New York after the last minimum wage increase,

270 restaurants closed.

But restaurants always close.

The industry is doing just fine.

Restaurants don't always close.

Michael Saltsman works for an employer group that

fights minimum wage increases.

Yeah, there's turnover in the industry.

But what we're doing now

is we're taking an industry

where there's low profit margins

we're dramatically increasing labor costs,

and we're jacking up restaurant closures.

If in the Bay Area,

you've got a 14% increase in restaurant closures

for each dollar increase in the minimum wage,

something's not right.

That isn't right,

but the media is all about workers

who are unhappy.

And go home with no money.

I don't think that it's fair for a worker to

struggle to pay rent, to struggle to meet groceries.

One study found that 46 percent

of tipped workers nationwide

rely on public benefits.

Like food stamps.

But even Hallett admits many are only eligible because

a lot of people don't report tipped income.

Many restaurants and restaurant workers

often don't report 100% of their income.

So the fact they're getting benefits

doesn't mean anything,

it just means that they're cheating the taxpayer.

Alcieli says she doesn't cheat

but many other people do.

Lots of people make cash money, tip only.

Tons of restaurants do that.

Those who demand higher minimums also claim

eliminating tips will reduce sexual harassment,

another argument embraced by the media.

report experiencing sexual behavior

that is scary or unwanted.

Tipping is pretty dependent on her willingness

to touch or be touched.

This'll reduce sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment has nothing to do

with the state's tipping system,

and it's not me saying that,

it's the federal government saying that.

A study using federal data

did find that states that raised the minimum

actually had

Increases in sexual harassment.

The states that did what you want, there are more

charges of sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment is a very complicated problem

and no single policy is going to

eliminate that problem.

Ok, so raising the minimum

probably won't affect sexual harassment,

but it will force some restaurants to fire workers

and force some to close.

Since prices will be higher, tips will go down.

This is supposed to be good for restaurant workers?

Save our jobs!

No wonder so many opposed

what the activists demand.

Just keep as it is,

we are fine.

Who are those people,

have they worked in a restaurant industry?

She hasn't

and all this makes me ask,

why should there be any minimum?

Why can't the employer and the employee

make whatever deal they want?

Well, that policy has been rejected.

It's

something that has been rejected

for the last hundred years and

we're not in that world right now.

We sure aren't.

We're in a world where activists and government

protect workers,

even when they don't want

that protection.

welcome to today's quick at it today we're back to doing flowers which I

often I do a lot they add another pink panty shot in my studio with a black

seamless background there's some thunder and lightning going on in the background

so you might see some flashes or hear the thunder I think I am racing the

thunderstorm there's been some power flickering so let's see if I can how

quick I can quick edit this one it actually looks pretty good right here

straight out of the camera I'm happy with it it's going to the develop module

we are already there let's zero it out to get started make sure I have this

brought in an Adobe color alright so I'm happy with the exposure at zero and as

it was on this one I'm gonna bring the contrast up just a little bit the

highlights oh I don't have a clipping on

damn like I lights down but I'm not sure I like

that I don't know you should bring them back a little bit my shadows up a little

bit and my whites up a little bit I don't wear my black sand down so we had

a pretty solid black background there bring up the clarity because it it

really brings out the shape of the water drops it's a fine mist I did shoot this

in my studio using the the a small 12-inch beauty dish with a diffuser and

a regular LED light bulb stuck in it the same thing I've used before I don't

think I put any backlight on this but I did think I have a reflector on it so I

don't want to DJ's at all--it's we set that to zero

let's give it a touch vibrance and a reduction in saturations

that gives kind of a nice balance to something you're trying to make soft but

still colorful all right see what happens when we go nuts with highlights

I don't want to do that turn them up just a little bit light up just a little

bit dark down a little bit and the shadows for my tones you see we have a

nice subtle very subtle s there but just enough so saturation let's see I'm gonna

turn the magenta up just a little bit give us a little Pinker and I'm gonna

turn the green down so that vans turn the clipping off now we know that that's

real black down there turning the saturation off on the green so but not

completely so that the stem back here falls more into the background but

doesn't disappear so it's not like a floating bud there's a lot of yellow in

that too so let's bring that down but we don't want the color to be bright enough

to pop in your eyes we just want it to be a subtle anchor for the flower let's

go down here I shot this with a sony a7r 3 ya iso 100 and with my 90 millimeter

macro g 2.8 lens at f 2.8 and 125th of a second on a tripod you can see there's

no noise to speak of we don't have any noise reduction to do I'm going to do a

little bit of sharpening with masking so we can sharpen just that's it say just

the only sharpening the very edges of the petals in focus and the water drops

so there we go

and I already use the built-in lens profile I can turn on the remove

chromatic aberration there's really none to speak of it does make a little

difference when you I'm actually gonna turn that on I don't usually do that but

I like the brightness step right in there all right no need for any vignette

in here or adjustments to the calibration so that thunder is my call
