- Hey, welcome to the Sneak Peek Show.
I'm Erik Zachary and I'm gonna keep this introduction
super short because we have a lot to watch
before the Challenge: Final Reckoning
and Celebrity Fear Factor kick off on MTV tonight.
Now, both of these clips are drama and action-packed,
and I honestly can't wait any longer so let's kick it off.
First up, it's the Challenge: Final Reckoning.
- It's time for your reckoning.
Pack up all your belongings and jump on the bus,
I'll be waiting for you.
(cast groans)
- [Chuck] Let's (beep) go.
- Immediately, my mind switches right back into game mode.
I've got my girlfriend back home, you know.
She told me if I'm gonna leave her for this amount of time,
I better be winning some money.
Baby, you know I'm trying to come home with that money.
I may get to say hi to Kyle sooner than I thought.
I'm (beep) pumped.
- Paulie is fired up and ready to get
back in that house and do some damage.
I'm exhausted, I didn't get any sleep,
but it looks like that's not gonna happen.
- If you're not nervous going into an elimination,
you're a freakin' fool because this is do or die.
(dramatic instrumental music)
Oh, honey, that's my worst freakin' nightmare.
That is the Double Cross.
- It all started on Dirty 30 and it's coming
full circle on Final Reckoning.
- [TJ] Which girl are you gonna send
into the elimination round?
- Jenna.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- Alright, guys, welcome.
This is the Double Cross.
You guys remember the Double Cross, don't ya?
- [Britni] Unfortunately.
- The Double Cross comes from Dirty 30
and along with Vendattas and now Final Reckoning,
it's all part of the Challenge trilogy,
but we're using the Double Cross tonight
in order to see who's gonna be playing
in the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse,
which means two teams are gonna be competing tonight
to get back into the main game for a million dollars.
- After the Challenge is not one,
but two episodes of Celebrity Fear Factor,
starring reality stars facing off
in some very real challenges.
In the first episode it's Survivor versus
Big Brother in a round of Tunnel Vision,
featuring snakes, super worms,
tight spaces, and a lot of nope.
- Oh my God.
- Oh my gosh, look at the little hole.
It's absolutely one of my fears, being claustrophobic,
and to have to focus and do a puzzle on top of it
is very nerve-wracking.
- No, go away.
I am really anxious, my palms are sweating,
it's really scary. (screaming)
- [Ludacris] Alright, you guys are in position.
Three, two, one, go!
Alright, let's see what their strategy is here.
Abby is trying to describe a shape to Sierra.
(screaming)
(crew groaning and yelling)
- Abby, is this it?
- [Abi] Yes.
- A snake's coming by your foot!
(screaming)
- [Sierra] Abby, you're okay.
- It's coming for me, the snake.
Okay, we got it!
- I catch myself starting to hyperventilate.
Abby, I can't breathe, you have to hurry.
I couldn't sit up all the way, I had to Army crawl,
it was a scary feeling.
- I need another one that looks like an arrow.
- Okay.
(screaming)
Abby, don't panic.
Abby, is this it?
- Yes!
English is not my first language.
I was so hysterical, I couldn't think in Portuguese,
I couldn't think in Spanish.
- [Ludacris] Alright, they got a second shape.
- We need a rectangle that is kind of, like, long.
- It's biting me!
Abby!
- Alright, that's the third shape.
Sierra seems to be getting a little angry right now.
- Can we just talk about when those crabs were thrown?
Crabs were thrown in, uh-uh.
I was not expecting and I'm pretty sure
Abi and Sierra weren't either.
I guess it's a surprise for us all.
After that, another brand new episode of
Celebrity Fear Factor featuring some familiar faces
from the Bachelor Nation competing in challenges
that definitely don't earn you a rose at the end.
- What's going on, everybody, how ya' feelin'?
- Before we walked in here, I felt very confident.
I was like, "We did it, we got through it.
"Bryan coached me through it."
I don't feel that way anymore.
- I'm sure he's gonna be the perfect person to help you now
because you don't have to watch the show Bachelor
or Bachelorette to understand that things can get
a little hot and steamy every now and then, right?
- Yeah, they do.
- So in an attempt to set the mood,
you may wanna play a little music and light a candle.
Now, the problem with candles is if you're not careful
things can go terribly wrong.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- Oh my.
- (beep), holy (beep).
- I call this next challenge Hot Wax.
You and your partner will be lined
side by side with your hands tied together
underneath these 50-pound blocks of wax.
Below those blocks are four fire bars,
heating up and melting the wax.
- Oh, I don't like how fast it's going.
- [Ludacris] As the hot wax drips all over your body,
you and your partner will have to use the pole
that is attached to your hands and knock down four targets.
Each target you hit will shut off one fire bar,
stopping it from melting that block of hot wax.
- [Bryan] Raining, it's raining wax.
- [Ludacris] The two teams that do this the fastest
will be one step closer to 50 thousand dollars
for their favorite charity.
(cast cheering)
While the other team will be sent home covered in wax.
We'll have to wait 'til 11/10 Central to find out
who can withstand the heat, literally,
but before that make sure you hit that
subscribe button so you never miss a sneak peek of
what's happening on MTV ever again.
Do it now.
I'll see you tomorrow, bye.

Whatever Happened To Barbara Walters - Duration: 5:42.
Barbara Walters, the esteemed American broadcast journalist, best-selling author, and iconic
TV personality, spent 25 years conducting interviews for 20/20.
After retiring from primetime, she made her way to daytime television with The View.
But then in 2014, Walters made the difficult decision to leave the show behind.
It was hard for audiences to imagine that actually happening.
Would there really come a day when you'd turn on your television and not see Walters' face?
As it turns out, yes, that's exactly what happened.
Here's what she's been up to.
On the Friday of her final week on The View,
Walters awoke extra early for an appearance on ABC's Good Morning America to discuss her
retirement plans.
The following Monday, she'd finally get to fully experience her sweet new lifestyle.
She told ABC News: "I'm going to lounge in bed until 3 in the
afternoon.
[...] I have always had a schedule.
I've always had deadlines.
I've always had things to do."
She went on to say how she was greatly looking forward to having "nothing" going on.
As a woman who worked so hard for so long, her days of lounging around and keeping her
schedule empty naturally didn't last forever.
You may not see Walters very much these days,
but she's still only partially retired.
Just as she continued to star on The View after stepping away from 20/20, Walters' career
is simply on the back burner, and she remained under contract with ABC post-retirement.
In a 2014 interview with the New York Post, Walters said:
"I'm not looking for another job, but there are other things I might want to do.
Maybe not necessarily at all.
But I like that process of creating."
While Walters wasn't planning a full retirement, she did announce that she would be stepping
away from ABC's 10 Most Fascinating People.
Fast-forward to 2015 and it became obvious that her decision didn't stick.
She said in an announcement: "I know we said last year was our last, but
there are just too many fascinating people out there [...] and you never pass up the
opportunity to interview Oprah, Neil [Patrick Harris], Chelsea [Handler], or Scarlett [Johansson]."
And of course, who could possibly do the job better than Barbara Walters?
"Be so good…just work so hard that whatever it is you become invaluable."
In November 2016, Radar Online reported that
Walters hadn't been photographed in public for over 130 days, since the premier of Woody
Allen's movie Cafe Society on July 13.
While 130 days sounds like a long time, that number has grown exponentially.
As of the making of this video, Walters still hasn't been seen, or photographed, in public.
She's also been abnormally quiet.
In October 2017, a video of Walters interviewing Corey Feldman on a 2013 episode of The View
resurfaced.
Feldman was detailing abuse experienced at the hands of powerful men in Hollywood.
Knowing what we now know about Harvey Weinstein and other members of Hollywood's elite, the
interview is painful to watch.
Walters rebuts Feldman's claims and even tells him:
"You're damaging an entire industry - I'm sorry to interrupt you, but it's a very important
serious topic."
Some felt Walters should publicly apologize to Feldman, but Walters was silent on social
media even before the clip made its rounds.
Walters generally isn't one to publicize her health struggles.
When speaking at the Breast Cancer Research Symposium and Awards luncheon in October 2014,
the then-85-year-old opened up about her personal connection to the disease.
"I discovered a small lump in my own breast… and under the expert care of Dr. Larry Norton
I had a lumpectomy."
Walters said she hadn't discussed it publicly, up until this point, as she felt there was
no reason to.
"I told few people and I am fine and no recurrence."
In 2010, Walters also underwent heart surgery.
Although she did announce her upcoming surgery plans on The View, she kept her condition
private for quite some time.
So in September 2017, when TMZ reported that Walters had become forgetful, fearful of falling,
and isolated, people were concerned.
But according to Walters' PR rep Cindi Berger, it isn't true.
When speaking with Fox News, Berger said: "I see Barbara every 2-3 weeks and she's fine.
I'm actually seeing her next week for tea."
Perhaps Walters is simply enjoying her down time, and after a lifetime of making public
appearances, just isn't feeling it anymore.
Berger didn't provide any explanation regarding what Walters has been up to, but she definitely
made one thing crystal clear: Barbara Walters is alive and well.
Despite her recent reclusiveness, Waters is
still very much a part of a big project.
After donating a generous $15 million for the building of a campus center at her alma
mater Sarah Lawrence College, the students, faculty, and staff wanted a way to thank her
properly for the donation.
"We have only words but with your gift our thanks will be shown in action.
.Your legacy will live In manifold memories and experiences."
At the outset of 2018, Sarah Lawrence College began building the $35 million "Barbara Walters
Campus Center."
Not only will the center bear her name, but it will also feature the "Barbara Walters
Gallery" of fine art, as well as "the Barbara Walters Archives and Reading Room."
Although Walters was unable to attend the groundbreaking ceremony, the 34,800 square
foot center is expected to open in fall 2019.
Hopefully Walters will make an appearance for the ribbon cutting.

Face The Unfamiliar (Advice For Indie Music Artists) - Duration: 5:21.
Music artists and entrepreneurs, what's good?
Mike Sarge here from MikeSarge.com, and today I'm going to teach you how to embrace the
unfamiliar, how to get over that fear and anxiety of taking the first step.
You won't want to miss this one.
Go ahead and hit that subscribe button and let's work.
Salutes to that.
We're going to start off with what actually spurred this topic.
We got a letter from Stacy and this is what she said.
She said, "Hey Sarge, I'm an aspiring artist, but I struggle with the thought of making
the jump.
My anxiety has kept me from releasing music, even though I'm always writing.
Any tips that you can give me?"
Now believe it or not guys, this question is very, very common amongst creatives.
Why?
Because think about the thoughts that go through our mind, go through our heads every single
day.
Is what I do good enough?
Will people like it?
Will I ever get signed?
Will I ever make enough money?
Or do I even have enough money to do what I love?
All of these things cross through our minds on top of way other, many more questions and
issues, right?
What ends up happening?
After a while, those questions turn into doubt, and later that doubt turns into fear.
That fear ends up paralyzing us to the point where we don't do anything.
We don't make a move.
We don't make a step.
But, I'm here to actually encourage you and to say, "You have to take the step".
It's necessary in order to reach your goals and what you're focused on, you have to.
Why?
Because, you can't reach the finish line without taking that first step across the starting
line.
It's not possible.
It's not possible.
You have to take the first step.
To answer her question, Sarge what do you do?
How do you overcome fear?
How did you overcome the fear of releasing your first song or project, or hopping on
your first big stage, things like that?
All right, well I'll keep it 100 with you all.
This is what I did.
I took my first step in private.
Why couldn't the 11 year old get into the pirate movie?
Why?
It was rated R.
In private.
R ... because it's about pirates.
So, you're probably wondering what in the world does that mean?
It's simple.
I use the track analogy earlier.
If you know that you're not that good at running, or running is what you love and what you wanna
do, and you wanna get better.
Well, if you don't wanna be seen by everyone else, get up at 5:00 in the morning, 6:00
in the morning.
Head to the track and run, where it's just you and the track.
You, and your headphones, and the track.
And you're getting better.
Hit that trail.
Do what you wanna do.
If you're scared about weight loss and that goal that you have for yourself, go the gym
where you know no one else is there.
Do what you have yo do.
Now, in case of me, I'm a music artist, right?
My first steps in private were writing my songs in the comfort of my own room.
Me hopping on Amazon and finding a book on how to rap.
It got sent to my house.
No one else knew about it.
You know, being in my bathroom and grabbing the hairbrush and getting in front of that
mirror and pretending like I was on a stage, rapping my songs.
Or being in the shower, doing the same thing.
No one else knows about that, or knew about that.
I took my first steps in private.
Now, some of you all might be like, "Yo, Sarge, you just exposed yourself bro.
You just exposed yourself".
But here's the thing that you guys don't understand, people don't care about your process, they
care about the results.
It's simple as that.
There were tons of other steps and things that I've done or did but, when fear is associated
in the equation, it's always gonna stop you.
There has to come a point where you just go, "Yo, I'm tired of being sick and tired".
I'm tired of never releasing music and people always asking me, "Hey, when you gonna start
your company?
When are you gonna do this?
When are you gonna do that?".
There has to come a point where you say, "I gotta take the first step or I'm always going
to be here".
People are always gonna look at you like you had the potential to do this and do that,
and they never took advantage of it.
Stop allowing fear to get in your way and stop allowing fear from keeping you from greatness.
Simple as that.
So, what do you think?
Did you like the video?
If so, go ahead and hit that like button and then hit that subscribe button.
Like, you probably should of did at the beginning of the video but I forgive you anyway.
Also, let me know what you think.
If you agree with what I said or you disagreed, leave a comment and let me know what I missed
out on.
Or, if there's a topic or question you want me to address, please leave a comment and
I'll be sure to hop on that and make a video on that.
And, as always, be you, enjoy your life, live authentic.
Salutes to that.
Catch you all later.

Endnotes Spelling Bee: When 'ch' says 'sh' - Duration: 4:14.
Welcome to the Endnotes Spelling Bee!
In this miniseries I'm following up on the question I asked in my video about Spelling:
what are your spelling pet peeves?
Viewer Mr Peapolop brought up the problem of ch-words, particularly when ch sounds like
sh.
For this we'll have to return to the letter c.
As we saw in the main video, the soft-C/hard-C rule in English came about because that hard
/k/ sound represented by the letter c in Latin eventually became an /s/ sound in French when
it appeared before front vowels.
But this didn't happen evenly or all at once.
Initially c became palatalized to /tʃ before a front vowel, and that's still how it's
pronounced in modern Italian.
In French that /tʃ continued to change becoming a /s/ sound, leading to our soft-C/hard-C
rule in English.
But there were other situations in which that Latin /k/ sound changed to /tʃ in French
and stayed that way, as for instance when coming before the back vowel /a/.
So Latin cantare became Old French chanter and eventually English chant.
Old English, by the way had undergone a similar palatalization, so their letter c could represent
both the /k/ sound or the /tʃ sound as in the word cicen, but the Norman scribes respelled
that second sound with the letter combination ch to avoid confusion, as they were already
using the ch spelling to indicate the /tʃ sound.
The ch digraph by the way was initially invented by the Romans to represent a Greek sound that
didn't exist in Latin.
In eastern dialects of Greece the letter chi made an aspirated /kh/ sound, but in western
dialects it make a /ks/ sound, and that's what was borrowed into the Etruscan alphabet
and eventually into Latin as the letter x.
But when the Romans needed to represent that eastern Greek sound in loanwords, since they
were already using x they had to invent a letter combination to represent Greek chi,
and we still see that spelling in Greek-derived words in English.
Eventually the ch digraph was used to represent the new /tʃ sound in French.
And though as we've seen /k/ before the back vowel a became /tʃ, this was only in
the central French dialect, while in Norman French it remained as /k/, so English occasionally
has pairs of words coming from two different dialects with different pronunciations, such
as cattle and chattel, both coming through different dialects of French from the same
Latin word.
And in later French ch further developed from the /tʃ sound into a /ʃ sound, so whereas
in French loanwords that entered English in the Middle English period the ch is pronounced
/tʃ, in later French borrowings the ch spelling indicates a /ʃ sound as in chef.
So to sum all of this up you can tell when and from what dialect a Latin word made it
into English through French, depending on whether the c became a /k/, /tʃ, or /ʃ.
As a side note, the hard-G/soft-G rule shows a similar trajectory.
So the hard /g/ sound in Latin palatalized into the /dʒ sound before front vowels in
French, which we see in French loanwords like gesture.
That French /dʒ sound then continued to evolve into its current modern French sound /ʒ as
in the second g in the French loanword garage, but that change didn't happen until after
the Middle English period, when Anglo-Norman French was adding all those words to English.
So although the letter g in French loanwords can represent different sounds, /dʒ and /ʒ,
it's again a useful way of telling when the word came into English, magic in the Middle
English period and garage later on.
I'll be continuing to respond to your comments and suggestions in more Spelling Bee videos
intermittently for the next while, in between other main videos.

malo
muchas veces cuesta clientes
insatisfechos recuperarlo y algunos
independiente entonces a analizar mucho
veces he visto muchos proyectos
necesites me dices y vamos hablando
vamos para cualquier cosa quiero conocer

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S03E27 - Episode Review - Duration: 6:13.
Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power
Rangers and then discuss it!
Today, we're exploring the hundred and thirty ninth episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers
as well as the twenty seventh episode of Season 3, titled "Another Brick in the Wall".
We begin this episode at the Youth Center where Tommy and Adam are working out while
Kat comes up with a model home that she made in her drafting class.
It's a design for essentially low income housing for people of Angel Grove, and she
needs help landscaping, painting, and repairing a wall along the back of the house.
I somehow don't think they let this teenage girl just build a damn house by herself, but
okay.
Tommy and Adam agree to help.
Rita is watching this, and she's super pissed that Kat was once so evil, and now she's
so ridiculously good.
Goldar suggests that she should make a house for Rito so he can move out, and Zedd laughs,
and it turns into Rita and Rito vs Zedd and Goldar.
Rita says that she's going to handle this one.
Again.
I feel like she's been taking the lead on pretty much every single plan lately.
At the Youth Center, Kat divvies up the assignments to people while wearing a pink hard hat because
of course, and Aisha is impressed that Kat has put so much work into this.
Aisha and Billy are going to tackle the wall, and then they all leave, and this is when
you see how many freakin' people there are helping them.
Rita sends down Rito with Baboo and Squatt.
The villains appear, spying on the Rangers and these extras, and now it's time for
the stupidest montage of them cleaning things up.
Wait, did this get graffitied since she built it?
I don't understand what the hell happened.
Also, Bulk gets hit into the water.
Whatever, everyone cleans up this thing, and it looks like Kat did absolutely nothing.
Adam invites Kat to come with them to the Youth Center to get a snack, but Kat is going
to stay back and take photos for her scrapbook?
She said that she'll be fine because she'll be protected by Bulk and Skull.
Then, Rito and the Tengas appear, scaring Bulk and Skull away, and they start destroying
everything that people just did.
Ninja Ranger Power Now!
Seriously, this entire episode is apparently about Kat's plants getting destroyed for
no reason.
Anyways, Kat calls for help via Zordon, who then beeps the other Rangers and updates them.
Ninja Ranger Power Now again!
They all fly in, and they do battle with the Tengas and Rito pretty easily.
Zedd says that he's not shocked that Rita's brother sucks, so she starts firing at Kat,
creating a new monster, the Brick Bully.
Also, there was no graffiti on that wall a second ago.
He then starts tosses laser bombs at them, causing explosions around the Rangers.
Also, no one has said his name is the Brick Bully, everyone just keeps calling a Brick
Bully.
Whatever, it's morphin' time!
The six Rangers try to fight off the monster, but they're getting pushed back.
Then, the Brick Bully turns Aisha and Adam into color coded pieces of drywall?
Then, he gets Tommy and Rocky.
Billy and Kat pick up the others and retreat to the Command Center.
This feels like a Season 2 episode.
At the Command Center, Alpha says that they're allegedly bricks, and we get to see Katherine
for the first time in her Ranger suit helmetless.
According to Alpha, the Rangers are just miniaturized the Rangers and encased them in bricks.
Billy says that they should look at erosion as an answer because they need to find ways
to cause building materials to decay.
Again, if they're mini and inside a brick, uh, they're dead already, but okay guys.
Then Kat says that bricks are very susceptible to pollution, saying that they just need to
pollute the bricks, I guess?
I don't know.
Everyone is pulling random science out of their ass.
Zordon encourages this for some reason, and Billy says he'll work on a device with Alpha,
but then the alarms go off, and they see that as the Brick Bully eats the construction site
equipment, he's getting stronger?
Apparently?
Whatever, he's changed form.
He tells Kat to help Alpha, and he's going to fight the monster.
Now, it's Billy vs the super powered Brick Bully.
When did this become a blue ranger episode?
Then Billy tells him to follow him, running through the gaping hole in the wall.
Bulk and Skull come back in, and Stone demands answers about what happened.
They tell him the truth about the Tengas and the monster, but Stone says to just get things
back to the way they were.
Like that's super easy.
Bulk and Skull are walking down the street, and they find the Blue Ranger and the Brick
Bully fighting in the middle of the street.
Bulk and Skull ask how this is possible, but then Rito appears behind them, explaining
that Rita did it.
They freak out and run away.
Now, the Brick Bully is firing rogue bricks at the Blue Ranger, but then Billy asks how
the Brick Bully is feeling, pretty much.
Turns out, the monster is a lot weaker now because he hasn't eaten recently?
Or something?
I don't know.
Rita gets pissed, and she makes the monster grow giant.
Billy calls out his Shogunzord.
Right away, the Shogunzord is encased in brick walls, taking damage.
At the Command Center, Kat and Alpha are launching the simulated pollution, and of course, it
works.
So…
Kat is the smart one now?
I'm super confused.
Whatever, Billy is apparently just totally fine now, and he gestures at the monster a
lot needlessly before he just destroys the monster….
Somehow?
Whatever, Billy teleports back to the Command Center, and he and Kat cross their fingers
as the other Rangers come back to life.
Zordon thanks Kat for handling things well under pressure, but then Kat says how it's
actually thanks to Billy.
So, whose episode is this?
On the moon, Zedd is mad because once again, all the villains suck, and Rita is pissed,
too.
At the Humanitarian Housing Project, there's an event where Kat is going to be honored
by the mayor for her work.
Stone shows up, and he's confused to why the event hasn't started yet.
Then, Bulk and Skull come in with an old lady, saying that they found this old lady sneaking
around, probably stealing stuff.
Turns out, it really is the mayor.
Stone is obviously pissed, and he walks away with Bulk and Skull screaming about how he's
going to make them wash a lot of cars.
Then the mayor gives Kat a golden shovel?
Is that what her big honor was?
That blows.
Over the credits, we see a cutscene of Kat tricking Bulk and Skull who are sleeping at
the construction site to put on buckets of stuff instead of their hats?
This episode is one of the weakest we've had in such a long time.
It feels like it was slapped together last second, and they didn't know how to make
the footage work even a little bit.
It starts as being about Kat, but it somehow ends up being about Billy defeating the monster,
and yet, Kat is now super brainy?
It was such a nothing episode that didn't feel like there was no effort or anything.
It was just… confusing.
Also, again, no one ever said that his named was Brick Bully.
Everyone just kept calling him that like it was just a random observation, and it was
so strange.
Other than that, I just hope that next episode gets us back on track for the awesomeness
that has been Season 3.
Until next time, may the power protect you!

if you can spend 100% of your free time reading watching and listening to things
that make you feel good and spend zero percent of your time reading watching
and listening to things that make you feel sad or a less than or unhappy your
life will change for the better guaranteed so that means you don't read
negative things about other people that means that you don't read negative news
stories or watch things on TV or YouTube that make you feel bad about yourself or
like one of my ladies wrote in and said she's reading things about misogynistic
men complaining about 50 year old women being washed up don't read that stuff
you get to choose whether you read it or not so just don't make a commitment to
yourself that you're only going to watch something if it's going to make you feel
good about yourself on the inside and you're only going to read things that
are going to make you feel great or smarter or happier or more calm and more
relaxed if we stop worrying about politics and if we stop worrying about
the weather and if we stop worrying about people being mean and if we stop
worrying about over 50 now and we don't matter anymore if we stop worrying about
how the rest of society see us if we just stop doing those things we're going
to stop experiencing those things you can make a commitment right here right
now to spend one week making a choice to not go there and not look at any of
those things if you make a commitment for one way to only tap into things that
are going to make you feel good I guarantee you you are going to have a
really good week it takes practice though to turn the news off and to
resist following up on some news story that's talking about someone's life
falling apart just don't go there if all we're doing is focusing on all the bad
stuff we're going to keep having it and I'll be here tomorrow and the next day
and the next day so just try something different try this for one week I would
love to hear from you after a week of doing this and
let me know if you feel a little bit better about yourself
