Problem of poverty in agriculture.

Poverty is more likely because of imbalance.

1. Financial imbalances

2. Imbalance of what they have

From natural resources

to other things used for further projects.

The best solution when we are curious,

we must live, learn, watch and be.

Then, we know how to proceed next.

Proud to be: Follow the King's Philosophy

I studied on what farmers have spent their money.

Most of them have spent on chemicals.

Have they been forced by investors

to use some brands of fertilizers or foods?

If farmers don't have any knowledge

on how to produce their own fertilizers,

they must buy these products forever

and buy them overpriced.

In some cases, the promised quantities are not available,

they need to get a loan.

The problem will return again.

It is the same cycle of the poverty.

The late King had paved the way for us.

He taught us about people.

We must have consciousness and knowledge,

also harmony and then walk together.

As what we have done before.

The popular ones: turmeric, honey, tamarind and milk.

2nd step is resources.

I focus on household agriculture.

I've tried to grow a forest.

I've tried to create an ecosystem in my own land.

I've made my own factors of production:

Bio extracts, non-chemical growth promoters

They are our villagers' longtime wisdom.

3rd Step: Various productions

We have rice, seasonal farm and horticulture crops.

We have water resources and fisheries.

Habitats for small animals.

If we do monocultures,

when we face natural disaster, everything will be destroyed.

With Integrated farming

we will have more income from different ways and seasons.

4th Step: Distribution to the markets

Farmers own production plants in their lands.

They can control market mechanism

and have good relationship among different chains.

5th Step, we call it the forwarding step.

What we can create more value,

Add value to themselves and community.

We choose one distinctive crop.

That's the last step.

These steps help farmers overcome poverty or insufficiency.

I had to borrow some money in the past.

But after I joined this center,

I've learned a lot and done it myself.

I had a chance to join a workshop at Dr.Thadthong's farm.

She taught how to make compost and apply organic farming.

If we have farm surplus, we can sell them.

Farmers have gained a lot of benefits by learning from Dr.Thadthong

Famershave visited

and officers from agricultural offices have given their consult,

and linked different groups together.

This is the exchanging and learning center.

We've learned and others too.

Everyone has taught what they know.

So we have learned together in this center.

Before I built the learning center,

I got my bachelor's degree from International College, Mahidol University.

I got my master's degree in Information System,

and Ph.D. in Information Management.

While I was working in America,

I had thought about coming back to Thailand.

Then I came back

to show my gratitude to my great opportunities

from when I had studied at Mahidol University.

Mahidol University teaches us to love ourselves,

love others and do things for the benefit of others.

When we know where we can make benefit to others,

we can live there easily.

We won't feel it's a burden or why we have to be here.

It's Thais' duty.

Mahidol University has taught us that it's Thais' duty.

The more I do, the more I feel that I can make others be more confident,

and feel that we support each other

We have the King's Philosophy as everyone's anchor

with the right direction for our country.

s1e231 #noSmallNovember Update PLUS Snow PlUS Other Nonsense - Duration: 13:46.

It's dark.[scraping windshield sounds]

Alright… Welcome to Episode 231. We have a wet nasty snow today. It is like 34

degrees and there was about an inch of snow. I just shot some total darkness

clips of me scraping windshields so that should be relatively

uninteresting. I want to go ahead and go in. We actually have a two-hour delay.

Apparently there's some power outages but I'm gonna go ahead and get in—get

into my classroom and go ahead start getting things done and getting set up

for the week so this will be like a windfall for me. Alright, I got to get

my windshield clear it off and get out of here.

oh so talk about this real quick this this is my iPhone rig now this other

kaamika microphone at the windscreen thing the furry mouse and then I've just

I've got this slow screw clamp that I put it on my gorilla pod with so there

we go the stilts and walking around doing the cam thing yeah so I just want

to show that to show you that I'm not sure how when resistant this is had some

issues with this when I was at the buckwheat Homestead Park place they were

still picking up an awful lot of wind noise so we'll see how it goes today if

you could even hear what I was saying over the wind today it must be doing

something alright Coffee time okay let's rather saying all right every single

time we made it to the big snowstorm it was 34 33 driving in so all that was you

know just like it was warm when yesterday huge slushy mess but there are

some power outages somewhere so they have called the two hour delay so that

means I'm here like yeah it's 6:35 so I've got forever I'll be 10 20 when the

kids show up for class so I can get a lot done

what is this episode about where are we are we going

I have I have a couple of things that I'm working through motif wise or theme

wise or meaning wise and one is is the the new hashtag that Brian glasses has

introduced to the internet that is all human struggle that's one of the ideas

that I want to I want to continue to pursue that the that everyone has

challenges and fears and concerns and things things that they have to work

through as part of their daily life so I want to continue that theme I'm also I'm

also closing in on shooting the one of those cause and effect videos with the

BB and rolling it out I have a shot put I think shot put is a nice 16 or 18 or

however much the shot put ways it's a girl shop hood it's actually technically

it's a girl's indoor shot put I don't know if that makes it heavier or a

lighter or the same just it's covered in plastic I guess that's what that means

ah so be the BB be the person who does that little thing in and I think it's

kind of interesting that the idea of being the person that does that little

nice thing that starts the domino effect I think that dovetails with all human

struggle because if you are that person who is cause and effect making things

better for someone else then in essence you are interacting with that person's

struggle so I think these are very compatible ideas I have a video in mind

I'm trying to formulate how to pull this off and I hesitate to say that it would

be a music video because I don't feel like it's going to be all about the

music as much as it is about a message that it goes back to the idea

of if you're not willing to try something then the the possible outcome

will never be realized and that's an idea I think is very important in the

population that I deal with so I have an idea of what I want to do and how I want

to get there it's gonna take me some number of days also while I'm doing the

intro thing here no small no small November update I've been making really

good progress getting the the first of my fiction project the first book of my

fiction project online it's my wwws Ilir so they are calm I'll put a link in the

description I've been putting putting effort into

getting that first book online and I've been also playing around with kind of

the site as a whole and last night I was working on it I have a book that I have

a numerical scheme and the name of this book the the number of this book is 8 B

because there's an 8 a but 8 B actually starts overlaps with one of the book 6s

which there's two of which led me to an epiphany moment that sort of the whole

the whole concept of this website is that you as the reader can go through

the the different sections however you wish you can go down this is a group of

people or you can go date by date and follow the people around day by day so

you know this section in book six is would be that all these people doing

this thing and then this section of the other book six is all these people doing

this other thing or you could go here here and back and forth and zigzag back

and forth across which leads me to a navigation problem so there's going to

be it's not a paradigm shift but there's gonna be a new implementation of the

navigation system wow that took me like forever to say that it's an exciting

project I'm pretty excited by it my step got also

so give me the name of a site I need to check out that is called well it's

telling my Wattpad and she says that might be a place where I might want to

look at publishing some of or all of our parts of of the project so though that

was pretty much my no no small November update so that one's check that off to

this video all right let's settle in to the day get some

things done we'll check in with you guys somewhere somewhere later on I mean you

know I'm gonna be here for a long time I'll probably have one of those moments

for all think of something like ah I need to tell I need to tell YouTube this

also also this thing happened this this weekend I got a note of notice on my

YouTube that someone named Haley Megara my my gurney I'm like I don't

have to say it I'm embarrassed this is this is her her snapchat thing I think

this I think I know who this face I think I know the human that goes with

this profile she does not have dog ears in real life if it's who I'm thinking of

but this I got the notice from YouTube that this person had become a 500

Youtube subscriber and so I wanted to I thought that was noteworthy so I took

this I went to snapchat and said thank you and and then took a screenshot so

that I could share this and do a shout out to her but I also want to thank all

499 others who subscribed before she sheet before she did 500 that's like

half way to a thousand and then that's what we take math so that we know when

we get halfway halfway to a thousand that's

man 500 but thank you everyone who subscribes to this channel and puts up

with these kind of nonsense moments but it's pretty cool it was pretty cool for

me just kind of like sitting there for 98 and then for 99 and then and then it

clicked over and then it popped up it was her I don't see yet you know because

some people's subscriptions are private

coffee plot twist I love plot twists our two-hour delay is now an e-learning day

so what that means is the students will be working on things from home using the

learning management system so that makes all the work I did yesterday very

valuable because we got it all set up all ready to go also means I'm gonna

bring this episode to a close I want to touch on two points one is that be the B

be point continue to be the person who does that that one extra little nice

thing for someone else who makes a recommendation or in in my case it was

the guys all everybody you know sharing the links to my video that's kind of

what got this this thing started but the second thing is I want to remind

everyone of Brian glasses all humans struggle concept I really think this is

going to become a significant thing I don't know if it's gonna take over the

Internet or but I think it has the ability to to help some people and I'm

excited by the the direction I'm gonna go with it in my own contribution like I

said in another video I want to I want to enlist a bunch of students to look in

the camera and you know I'm afraid or I worry about

this or the future scares me I want I want everyone to embrace what Brian is

promoting and that is we're not in our struggles alone we're not struggling by

ourselves the whole world is struggling and and if we feel like we're the only

one or if we feel like we don't struggle we're a little bit off we're a little

bit off base so I'm gonna bring this episode will close and as always I want

to thank you for watching invite you to subscribe the channel and sign up for

notifications leave me a comment a question a suggestion let me know what

you're thinking that's all for this one I will I'll see you in the next one they

claim people are going down the hall that motorized broom thing that's kind

of oh it's like a it's like a Zen vino for tile cuz it was that

zambini the the thing they do on ice I should just stop talking I get like this

you

How to keep curly hair straight - Hair Romance Good Hair Q&A #27 - Duration: 5:19.

Hi there! I'm Christina from HairRomance.com Welcome to day 27 of the Hair Romance's

Good Hair Q&A series where I'm answering your hair questions and today's question

is about straightening curly hair. Melissa asks "When I go to the trouble of

straightening my hair, how do I keep it straight? It begins to recurl around the

crown and neck area almost immediately." and Melissa, I feel you on this. I have

curly hair and the first thing I do when I want to straighten my hair is check

the weather because some days, it's just not worth trying. But if you really

want to get a great result in your straight hair, regardless of the weather,

I have some tips for you. The first thing is to start with a moisturising shampoo

and conditioner. You need to start with really good clean hydrated hair so that

it can resist the frizz as much as possible. It's even good to go for an

anti frizz shampoo or conditioner. At the moment I've been testing a new one from

Marc Anthony - it's the Marc Anthony Bye Bye Frizz. This

product is actually really great it's silicone free so if you are

following the "curly girl" routine you can use this one and then continue with your

curly products straight after this when you next wash your hair. So it's a really

good option. After washing my hair, when my hair is still wet, the first product

I'm going to reach for is a heat protectant that also offers some

smoothing and for me that's the Kerastase Ciment Thermique. This product's

been around for a little while. They now have a few different variations. This one

is an anti frizz one, of course, which is always what I need for my hair.

The thing I like about this is it works really well to hydrate the hair and seal

it so that I can go straight to blow drying with the heat protectant in my

hair. Now when it comes to blow drying, this is a strange tip but I think it

really helps is to be in a really cool room. If you've got air conditioning, pump

it right down and get that room as cold as possible. Or if you don't, just get

close to a fan or to be honest, in summer I'll just blow dry my hair in my

underwear. Sorry - TMI but it's true. You need to make sure that your body is as

cool as possible when you start to blow-dry your hair. For me the best

results I get when I'm blow-drying my hair straight, is to use a round brush.

I find I need that tension of using a round brush

to actually stretch out my hair and really straighten it. Otherwise some people

might decide to do a rough blow-dry and go straight onto a straight iron. But I

can get my hair to a good straight result just with a brush. The trick is to

use your cool shot button on your hair dryer as much as possible. You want to be

setting each section of hair as you're blow-drying. So once you heat it up you

want to be cooling it down as quickly as possible. The other bonus with your cool

shot button, is I'd be blow-drying my neck and my body as much as possible to

try and cool down while I'm blow-drying my hair. Now if you're just doing a rough

dry or you're still going to go on after blow drying with a brush to use a hot

tool, I use an anti humidity spray. My go-to is the Oribe anti humidity spray

and I think this one's really fantastic. I would actually spray this on my hair

then use my heat styling tool and then finish with a little bit of this as well.

You want to make sure you're using another product to try and seal out that

humidity and create a really good base for your hair. As you're going as well

you might want to switch up the way that you blow-dry your hair. Instead of

starting from the underneath and going to the top, like most professional

stylists do when you're in a salon. Personally I start to lose interest

halfway through my blow-dry because it takes so long, so by starting at the

front, I get a better result, and then the underneath layers if I'm starting to get

bored, I don't need to worry as much. For me, I find that if I do the front sections

first and then I clip them together towards the front and then work

backwards. It seems like a little bit strange way to do it but it works really

well. It gets a lot more volume in your blow-dry as you're bringing your hair

forward as well and it just means that when you're interested in the process,

you get to actually pay attention to the sections that everyone else is going to

see. If it does start to curl up underneath, yeah, that can be a little bit

of a problem, but nobody's going to see it if the top layer of your hair is

looking really great. So if you are blow-drying your hair and want it to stay

straight, start at the front instead of at the back underneath. Yo make sure that

your hair is finished and looking perfect, I use hairspray. I'll link to my

other video about hairspray, but this is the time where I'll spray hair spray on

a brush and smooth it down over my hair to make sure I catch all those little

flyaways. We all have them, and hairspray is the trick to make sure that they're

all sealed into the style and they're not off on their own way. And as you get

on your way to take your beautiful straight hair wherever you're going,

you want to make sure that it arrives looking as good as it did when you

finished. Now if you're in a nice cool room hopefully you can get a nice

air-conditioned car and get to where you're going easily but if you know

you've got a little bit of a journey on the way, I would clip my hair up or you

can reach for an invisibobble. They're those coil like elastics. They won't leave a

mark in your hair so you can put your hair up, keep your neck cool so that

you're not creating that sort of friction as you travel. And then as you

get to where you're going, unclip your hair. You'll be set you look fantastic

and your hair will stay straight for as long as possible.

As long as it doesn't rain! I hope these tips help, Melissa, and to anyone else

who's ever tried to straighten their curly hair. If you're enjoying this

series, give this video a like and make sure you subscribe to catch the next

episode. Thank you so much for watching have fun with your hair and I'll see you soon. Bye!

Я ЖДАЛ ЭТОГО ДВА ГОДА! Глориус 4K HDR игровой монитор! - Duration: 9:33.

Hi! I've been waiting for this update at least for two years.

I really have been waiting for this for several years.

That's why I decided to share my update with you.

Because, you know, someone can find this

video be useful or just interesting.

This is Benq EL2870U - twenty eight inch, 4k HDR gaming monitor.

That's exactly what you needed if you are gamer.

I got it for myself mainly for my PS4 Pro

so I can play games as they meant to be played.

But at the same time, I use it for everything else.

Video editing and sound editing, watching movies

or just web browsing.

You can as: "Why do you need such a big screen, 28 inches

it's like a lot for desktop monitor".

Well, someone can say that, not all of you.

In fact, I have been using big monitor for many years now.

Before that I used BenQ GW2760S.

It's to this day sitting on a nearby table. I'll show it a little bit later.

I still remember how I got it.

I saw it in some online store and I was immediately convinced by it's price.

It's screen diagonal.

For me it was something incredible.

In reality it was even bigger.

Especially after my old 19 inch display.

Just imagine screen like that and screen like that!

It's heaven and earth.

I got it with the mount on the wall, and still remember

how on the first day I came home, hung it on the wall, turned off the lights,

turned on first movie "Pacific Rim"

and it was just like in the cinema. My jaw dropped.

Someone can probably tell what was somehow stupid

to buy a monitor with such diagonal and only in FullHD.

Because, well, the image can be not very clean.

And indeed, with the naked eye, on that old monitor

you could see some pixels.

But, frankly, it didn't bother me.

I played Xbox 360 on that thing.

It even has one speaker.

Not very good, but was OK for me.

And now I have something better.

It's this beauty.

Therefore, if I need update, it has to be something

of the same size, but with 4K and HDR.

otherwise, what's the point to change something that already suits you so well.

And when I saw this monitor I didn't even think.

It has TN panel, I just say it so people, who doesn't like it

won't waste their time on this.

I don't know that much about it, but from what I do know

TN panels not very suitable for people who work with colours,

for designers.

Because not so many colors are displayed here

as in the IPS matrix.

In any case, today, this is the only

such significant difference.

At the same time, they are great for gamers,

because they have a very fast response.

In my case, this is just 1 millisecond.

In a few words, after a month of use

I am still very excited.

Moving from Full HD on 27 screen

to glorious 4K on 28 screen was little bit weird.

Everything is too crispy. And my eyes don't understand what is happening.

But, in a couple of days I was completely accustomed.

Probably, I could show you right away some of the things this monitor have.

Show some games in 4K HDR.

To bad that all of this will look

different from how it is looks in real life.

But, there's nothing you can do.

On the first day I immediately launched a few games

on the PS4, all these cool console exclusives.

I really wanted to know if there really would be

such a difference around which there was so much hype?

And oh my god it is.

We will not raise the topic of checkboard and real 4K

in games on Sony's console, but the difference is huge.

Especially in HDR.

By the way, it's very cool that the monitor itself knows

when the game supports HDR, and when it doesn't.

By default it is turned off, but if you start

HDR game like Horizon: Zero Dawn, screen will enable this mode by itself.

It's handy and you don't need to press anything.

If the game does not support HDR, you can still turn it on,

there is a button for this in the lower right corner,

and the monitor will emulate this mode.

It doesn't look the same as the real one

just twisted colors and brightness.

So, I think, you should not emulate everything you love in HDR.

What is also cool, the screen has an AMD FreeSync.

But for me it does not really matter,

because I have a card from Nvidia.

But, who knows, what if suddenly I will switch to AMD.

It will be a nice bonus.

I tried almost all the games

that I had on my PS4 and every time

I was more and more happy with my update.

There are other functions in the monitor.

With some watching a movie will be more enjoyable.

And not just playing games.

For example, there is Brightness Intelligence Plus.

You can enable it with the same button as HDR.

This is a sensor at the bottom of the screen that will

automatically adjust the picture for you.

Depending on the room illumination and color temperature,

the screen will select what is best for you

so that your eyes do not get tired.

For movie lovers there is Super Resolution

which simulates high resolution.

If, for example, the movie is not the best quality,

it is in low resolution.

This mode is supposed to make

watching such movie more enjoyable.

I tried to turn it on several times,

but not sure I saw some difference.

It for sure sharpens picture on my screen

so it works somehow.

There is a lot of things to keep your eyes safe,

different modes, no glare or blinks.

So you can safely sit in front of it for hours

and your eyes won't pop out.

This is a plus for me personally, because I can

work for several hours when I make a video.

Sound processing and video editing itself,

especially if it is late in the evening and in the dark.

It really helps a lot.

It was a little bit wierd to run some programs

like Vegas Pro or Sound Forge and see

that they do not support 4k

and everything is super small or blurry.

Probably, for someone, the refresh rate may be a minus,

there is only 60 hertz here.

But, again, for me personally, this is not a problem, 60 hertz is enough.

Besides, I play mostly on PS4 and not in shooters.

Therefore, I think it would not be appropriate in my case to overpay.

The viewing angles are good.

If this is important, because, well, games need to be played

in front of the monitor, right?

Only your friend can be unhappy with this

who came to visit and sits nearby.

Or for movies. But, again, there is no problem with that.

Just like with the light bleed.

You know how it can be,

you can see the light areas on the side. But everything is fine with this,

I did not notice anything like that.

I don't know if I should talk about the speakers.

Built-in speakers in monitors are often not the best.

It's not a TV after all.

This model has two speakers, they sound normal.

These are not separate speakesr, so there is nothing to complain about.

If you do not like them just do not use them.

I personally use them, because when I play on a PS4

I am too lazy to switch speakers from a computer.

By the way, at the back there is one exit for mini-jack.

So you can plug in your headphones or speakers.

Also there are is two HDMI 2.0 ports

and one DisplayPort 1.4.

The design is laconic, maybe bezels for someone will be a little big.

Today some monitors have smaller bezels.

But, the color of the monitor is good,

so the bezels don't bother me at all.

In general, I like it's look.

Including stand.

At least it's not in the form of the arrow,

as in some cases.

I like this one more.

It takes very little space on the table.

It can be removed and you can hang the screen on the wall.

This is exactly what I will do later

to completely free my table.

If I can sum up everything, for me personally this is a great gaming monitor

4k AMD FreeSync HDR and even with my favorite size

(and there are not very many of these with these specifications).

For people who do not want to buy a TV

but want to play on the console on their main monitor

this option is just perfect.

I didn't have any problems with colors or contrast,

all those things for which someone may not like TN panels.

Games work amazingly, the picture is great, everything is super clear.

I saw different reviews for this monitor.

There was one dissatisfied review.

But, I was still more convinced by the rest, the positive ones.

And now, after almost a month, I still have never regretted my choice.

Yes, such big 4K gaming monitors can be expensive,

especially with IPS panels.

In this case, it cost under $500, which is great.

There is monitors that cost $1000.

And, as for me, for the desktop and console gaming,

this option, at least for me personally, is just awesome.

And I say this as an ordinary user,

and I say this only from my own experience of use.

No more no less.

I must say a big thank you to Benq themselves

which helped me with this video

without it my update could not have happened at all.

This is to let you know that this is not advertising

and I didn't get any money for it, it's really only my impressions,

but I did all this in collaboration with Benq.

Unfortunately, I rarely make such videos about my updates.

This year I bought a capture card for my console.

I wanted to tell about it, and didn't.

Just like with the phone stabilizer. I also wanted to make a separate video, didn't do anything.

So, in the future I will try to make more videos

about some things that I have,

to tell about them, to tell about my experience of using them.

I would really like to do this this, I am interested to share my impression.

And I can only hope that it will be interesting for you,

or at least a little bit useful.

Just as is the case with this monitor.
