thanksgiving break dog vlog with no reading - Duration: 17:23.

-Hey guys! Y'all are so beautiful, I love you! Hi friends! I just got off work. I

got a doughnut. I'm gonna be out of breath talking, walking, and eating. It is

the Monday before Thanksgiving break, so I was like, "Hey, work's not gonna be

that bad. Everyone's gonna go home." WRONG. Because everyone was like, "Hey, how

about I save my assignments until the day before it's due?" So I was busy for

all four hours today, which was great. It's okay cuz I got a good donut.

Now I'm on my way home. I need to finish my homework because I didn't get any of it

done during that. Maybe actually read for fun. We'll see. Guys, I'm doing this clip

not to complain, but just to show you that I'm on my grind.

I am currently texting my boss at PetSmart all my information about my

social security to get employed there for tomorrow. I'm in a group chat

right now for a company that's a career thing for if you want to work

there, you can ask questions and I'm still lost.

Oh my gosh. Be on your grind, kids! I don't know what's happening, people are messaging! Oh God.

Everyone's like, "I'm doing my masters right now for finance!" I'm just like, "I'm

an undergrad." Pray for me. I haven't made an official start to this vlog, and I

apologize for that. You're just getting random clips, but the life of a college

senior is I'm reading all these poems for class tomorrow because I put them off

util the last minute, story of my life. But I was expecting this to be several

pages long, but when I turned the page, I realized this section ends on the next

page. While we're here, let's do a little fancy time-lapse of me doing my homework.

Because I straightened my hair cuz I was avoiding doing my homework.

Hey vlog! I stole Whitney's camera because she left her room unlocked. Just

thought that'd be funny. -Stop it! Stop! Ooh, this is HD!

(julia laughs) Where'd she get this camera? Where she get this?

I don't know why I'm vlogging this, but

whatever. I figured I might as well keep it real. I just had a good cry

because we had a paper proposal for one of my classes for our final essay. So I

wrote mine based on what I thought he wanted from the example. He was like, "You

have way too much, you need to narrow it down. B-."

(laughing) Can this bitch shut up about getting a B?

Which I'm recording this because it sucks and everyone's like, "Oh you always

get good grades all the time. How do you do that?" Like, no. I'm not perfect. Do this, get

this out of your system, and then come back to it after Thanksgiving break.

Sike, it's after Thanksgiving break and I'm still mad about it.

Reread these comments and fix it cuz that's all you can do. So this clip is dumb

and I'm crying and it's--who cares? But I feel like I always gave off the image

like, "Oh, I'm great at writing papers. I work in the Writing Center." Even

though I'm graduating in three weeks, this still happens.

So woohoo! My first B in this class. I thought I did it right, and it wasn't right.

But side note, I'm packing to go home right now. I actually have work

in like ten minutes, so I have to clean up my face for that. But next time I vlog,

I'll be at home. Ich bin zu Hause! Hello mothernovels! -No ma'am!

I'm gonna go see my bookshelves because I haven't seen them in a week.

(my mom) [singing] Bless is bless! T -The bread of God is bread!

-(laughing) That's it! -(singing) They shall eat bread!

(gasps) Hi babies! By the way, I know YouTube is not

books for trade, but I'm looking for an AVLEOS ARC with this cover art. I

almost just dropped it. If you have one or know where I can get one, hit me up. I

have my bookshelf set-up back. Yeah, I got rid of my Throne of Glass series, and

look at that massive chunk in my shelf space. Then we have some stuff over there,

and then so much crap on the bottom of here, but more all the way over here.

My camera's about to die, I need to charge it, but I'm going to-- oh gosh, and more right

here. I'm gonna clean up some of this stuff and rearrange a little bit. And

then I work at 1 p.m. tomorrow. Hi Miss Mow! Did you miss me? Hi sweet girl! Wanna sniff? High five?

Okay.

It's gonna be a great week. I think I've mentioned this in previous vlogs, but I

get into this mindset before I have to go into PetSmart where just every cell

in my body doesn't want to do it. And every minute and every hour up until I

have to get in the car and leave and go, I just sit here and dread it.

It never happened for my internship over the summer. When I had regular

nine-to-five hours, it was an easy day, it was fine. But for some reason, doing shifts

where it's not predictable and where I'm on my feet all day and where I'm

stuck in camp for hours at a time, it's just like... (nervous noise). I know as soon as I get there

I'll love it, but I'm kind of freaking out. So I'm gonna try and calm myself

down and not just stare at the clock and dread when it hits one o'clock

tomorrow. I'm gonna get into some PJs first and foremost. I got my books. Honestly,

both of these are very depressing for me to be reading right now. I'll continue

with one of these depending on what mood I end up being in, but hopefully I

finish both of those this break. (Laughter to the tune of "That's What Makes You Beautiful")

A lot of people have been saying that Stalking

Jack the Ripper is really boring in the beginning. Who can relate? Whoo!

Okay, PJ time then lay in bed time, and try not to hate my life time. I'm just

gonna keep on with this complaining thing because it helps me vent. But I

woke up at 8:30 a.m. today before my one o'clock shift being like, "Okay. I'll have

like four hours to just rest." And then I looked at my phone right after I woke up

and my boss asked if I could come in early. So I accepted because I'd rather get off

earlier, but now I've literally been sitting up in bed staring at the wall

just deep breathing for the past 30 minutes. I have like 45 minutes before I

have to even get ready to go, but I just hate this so much. I do this every single day. I don't know how I

did this for an entire summer. This is my job.

This look comes with the French tuck, a water bottle.

I left my phone at home today, which was which was real

festive. So it's now 30 minutes before my shift ends. They're angery. Dog tour! So over

here, you have Dirk and Daisy. That's Hooper. Hooper! (kisses) He looks like a basketball.

(to Madelyn) I'm vlogging! That's Madelyn. She has a booktube. Go subscribe. That's Pepper, my

favorite. Prince Harry, he's very itchy. That's Sunny, we stan. I

put that towel down so I could squeegee the floor so it's nice and dry,

and he decided, "Ooh, free real estate for a bed."

-It's the Keller High School Band. -(Whitney) That's my people!

(kisses) Mow mow mow! (cat meows very loud and squeaky) Hi!

What do you see? (squeaky meow) Yeah?

You're a little squeaker. You wanna come out? (kisses) Mow mow!

(Loud, squeaky meow) Oh my gosh, do you hear her squeaking? -(Madelyn) Yeah!

(more meowing) Mow, what's wrong?

I'm just hanging out with Hooper, the basketball. Hey, give me a kiss!

Are you having fun? (kisses)

Good evening mow mow! Are you angry? You look angry. Look at that tail. Very

angry swish happening. Very angery. Hi! This vlog is 90% animals, and I'm really

not even that sorry.

(meowing) Hi mow mow! (loud meow) Hi!

(meow) Hi!

I'm in peach camp, so I could finally do a vlog clip! Let's see if I can bend down

without being attacked. Hi! Ignore the dogs playing in the background, but hello! I

haven't vlogged in a couple days. I'm in my happy place right now, I'm sorry. I have two

moods when I'm working at PetSmart. It's either at Petsmart--hi Sophie. I'm either

at PetSmart-- (dogs barking) I'm talking! I'm either at Petsmart-- (barking) I'm-- (barking)

I'm either at Petsmart or on

the couch. Right now, I'm at Petsmart! Later on, I'll be on the couch. But today is my

last day-- Tag yourself, I'm this dog trying to escape.-- So hopefully I should

get more reading done. I think I'm on like page 56 of Stalking Jack the

Ripper, but I've been sitting on my butt when I'm home from work because y'all

are tiring. Hi Sophie! I know, I know. You're so tiring.

So this is my job. (dogs barking) Y'all place nice!

(barking and growling)

We mostly just stand and sniff each other. Sometimes we do a big yawn. Other

times we harass the small dog, who is enjoying it. Sometimes we do a snoozle.

Sometimes we hide. Sometimes we're thirsty bitches. Sometimes we're horny! Stop! No horny!

So I look real great right now. Nice and frizzy for y'all. But today's

the last day--there's a dog behind my leg. I get off at 9:30. It's currently 3:30.

Tonight I'm going to read--just kidding. I'm gonna apply for jobs and make a

portfolio. I told you this vlog will be boring! This is the best day of my life. I

have two dogs laying on me. Y'all be good. Trapper... Hey! Don't be horny.

(singing) It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas driving home from work.

Hi pals! Aw, that was kind of cute. Let's keep it there. No. I ruined it. As you can

see from the timestamp, it's late--or early. I came back to school today, so

today as I was packing up, my mom was like, "Alright get your stuff together!

Time to go back!" I just had a whole meltdown like I was four. I was mad, I

was throwing stuff in my suitcase, and it was just smack-talking.

The whole reason behind it was I don't want to go back. But I was ranting like, "I

shouldn't have worked this whole week, I feel like I didn't do any of my homework,

I have so much left to do, I'm so stressed!" So I just felt like garbage having

accomplished nothing except making money that I just spent on Black Friday. Even

during the car ride to school, for the first hour my dad was just

listening to the radio, I had headphones in, I thought I was being really subtle

crying. An hour into the ride, he reached over and put his hand on my knee

and asked if I was okay, and I was like (sobs) No! I talked about this in my journal

earlier. I don't know if this is a relatable thing for anyone else, but this

is the way I thought of it. You know when you have to go to the bathroom so bad

and you've been holding it for so long and then you get to the bathroom and in the

time it takes you to undo your button and get all ready to sit down, it's

just like suddenly the floodgates open? It's like that. It's like you're rushing

for the bathroom, you're almost there, you're literally in sight of the toilet,

but somehow your body just lets it all go. That's kind of like me right now

with school is I am so close to that graduation date, there's like 19 days

till I graduate, but something about that date and the fact that I have to read

two books in between there and write a whole research paper and two other

additional papers for capstone and all that different stuff, it's just like..

You're this close, but you've got to do all this to get there. And it's just

draining my motivation. I'm just so ready to be done. I want to go home and

stay home and lay in bed. This entire vlog, I kept being like,

"Here's what I'm doing! Blah blah blah, I'll read later!" And then I never read. Wanna

know what page I'm on of Stalking Jack the Ripper? I read maybe 15 pages of this

over the entire five day break. People have been saying, "Oh,

upload your vlogs so that they're smaller" but we're what, like 10-15 minutes into

this vlog, and I haven't read a single thing, which I know I disclaimed a couple

vlogs ago that I want to do more lifestyle vlogging so I can capture

these last months at school, but I feel like this is too cruel because nothing has

happened. I just remembered I was supposed to shower tonight. I was like

"Ugh, I'll do that later." What is this? I look like the Phantom of the Opera after his

wig got snatched. Okay, bye. I found this cover of Miranda Cosgrove's "About

You Now" on Spotify. A whole bop! Wanted to do a little clip to update you on

what the happenings are, which are hardly anything. It is midnight o'clock, and I

have two books that I need to read by tomorrow that I have not read. One of

them is easy, I'm going to finish it in like 30 or 45 minutes, the other one is

gonna be a good old Sparknotes time. I have to read the first book of the

Selected Poems of Emily Dickinson. I'm not familiar with Emily Dickinson.

I bought a collection of hers in like 2014 or 2015, back when I was like, "I'm

gonna read poetry!" And then I didn't. I'm enjoying them! I'm updating about this because I have

not read anything else. I keep making plans for like, "As soon as I graduate,

I'll do this! As soon as I graduate, I'll have time to do this." So I guarantee in like--

literally, give me three weeks, and I won't have any schoolwork left to do. I

won't be up at 5 a.m. read-- I mean, I'll be up at 5 a.m. reading, but I won't be

up at 5:00 a.m. procrastinating. I have nowhere to set my camera up to give

you a montage of me reading, but that's what I'm gonna do--oh god, my pen just

almost stabbed me. I paid $20 for this shirt before Restore Me came out and

goddamnit I'm gonna wear it.

(yoddling music)

Me reading poetry is just like "Uh-huh!" and I'm like that's so pretty...

what does it mean? I'm liking this more than Wordsworth [sic] (I meant Whitman) and whoever else read

this semester just because this sounds pretty. Even though I don't

comprehend it, I'm just like but the rhyme! Whereas the others are confusing and

they don't have a rhyme, so it's just words altogether. I'm thirty pages

into 78 pages and then I'm gonna Google a summary of The Hounds of Baskerville

that I have to read for my Sherlock class because I don't have time to watch a movie or TV show about it

(The Hounds of Baskerville audiobook plays)

So I'm here with the Bonnie. -Hey sisters!

She's trying to get--she's trying to get 900 subscribers before her

birthday, but I'm getting her a thousand subscribers before her birthday so

everyone here, -Someone's ambitious. -I am ambitious!

Every single one of you better go subscribe to

her, even if you unsubscribe the day after her birthday. Go give her love!

She's my favorite and vlogs are funnier than mine and she has a cute dog and I am

gonna harass every single one of you until December 19th to go subscribe to

her. That's my mini aside. But the reason I'm vlogging is cuz she vetoed my

decision to keep this vlog going. She was like, "You gotta--you gotta end it." Plus,

other people on my survey were like, "Hey, you should upload your vlogs more

often and make them shorter so that we can see stuff!" But I feel like I always

want to keep them going just cuz I'm like, "But I didn't read anything!" Which is

the case for this vlog is I was like, "I'm gonna read now!" and I didn't! I read some

poetry for class, so that counts. Ooh! I mentioned this in my last clip. I started

the audiobook for The Hounds of Baskerville for my other class. But I

read some things! I didn't read a lot. So... even though nothing happened, at least

you can have a dog vlog from Thanksgiving and next time I vlog, I will

hopefully finish my reading. -I just had to clap one out for the dogs. I love them dogs.

That's the disclaimer. That's the warning is this vlog is ending even though

nothing happened. So thank you for watching! Even though half of you are

like, "She didn't even do anything!" Ukulele clip!

How To Successful in Upwork Freelancing

Earn Money From Upwork

In This Video I am going to talk about how to build a successful career in upwork freelancer.

Upwork is most freelancing marketplace in the world.

In response, the two friends created a new web-based platform that brought visibility and trust to remote work.

It was so successful the two realized other businesses would also benefit from reliable access to a larger

Step 1: Follow The Steps - s1e232 - Duration: 16:09.

Good morning. See ,it's better than saying alright… Welcome to this episode. I'm

Bill Snodgrass and what we're gonna look at today is the necessity of putting in the

the work to go through the steps properly to get to the outcome that

you're trying to get to. The context of this is we're doing lab today. We're

doing lab this week. We're doing… we've done so much what we would call scaffolding

of skills and knowledge and fundamentals. Now it's time to put some of that into

operation where they're going to weigh the… They're actually going to weigh how much

carbon dioxide was produced by subtraction… oh yeah… It's a good lab so

they produce carbon dioxide and the carbon dioxide escapes and what's left behind is

not carbon dioxide and the difference in the mass… It's a good lab. It's real

simple and and it's safe. But there's a lot of steps! And… and that's the context

that we're going to go through in this in this episode. You have got to put in

the steps. Now this is not a science at video. I'm not making a sci— I made the

science video actually. It's up here somewh… I'll put it up here. Boom! There! Go… go…

watch the virtual lab if you if you would like to know what I'm talking

about the carbon dioxide but if you're not in the science at all you want to be

successful in what you do in life then the route this video is of is for you

we're gonna be talking about you have to go through the steps to get from where

you are to where you want to be so so that's that's what this video is about

oh my goodness it was 22 degrees coming in just in case you're checking the

weather and that all this it's like almost flurries it's it's it's so cold

so here's why we take physics and science and chemistry so as the

temperature goes down the space between the molecules decreases in the room for

water vapor to exist between the air and gas molecules become smaller and smaller

until the vapor you know crystallizes into a snowflake and falls and that's

what was happening it was that it had gone from what was it 33 degrees to 22

degrees and just squeeze that last few drops of moisture out of the air and

literally it is squeezing because the molecules get closer together it was it

was snowing kind of not like you know you're gonna have to shovel that I

welcome you to the episode let's have a great day I'll see you in the next

segment Amazon just just so you might know I am NOT in the market for a tiny

little you know point shoot camera bag I don't know why you keep suggesting that

I buy one unless you know something that I don't know which is possible and

probable but as far as I know you can just stop showing me the little tiny you

know clutch purse sized camera bags for the point and shoot that I don't own

that's all

okay I have moved over to the science desk I want to set up the science lab

after you know coffee time is over so I wanna I want to just make a quick

reference back to the channel thank you for all the people who've been watching

the winter wonderland spoken-word cover that did really well

the first day you know relative to to what things on my channel usually do so

big thanks to all of you who have watched that what did I just do to my

face Wow now now look like somebody punched me I suppose one things I've

noticed and I've been saying this for a while is that my photography videos have

a lot of evergreen quality there's a lot of people go back and watch the

photography tutorials and there's always an end with me isn't there the one of

the most popular ones is a plugin called portrait Pro and they just released a

new version and I just down I just upgraded to the new version version 18

of portrait Pro so you can be watching for them to a quick start guide I'm

gonna try to do like this is a great program

I'm do a quick start guide so that people who may have also just bought it

for the first time the upgrade people will know how to use it but if you've

just now bought it more on that later what else five hundred I mentioned that

and I always figure like the next day I'm gonna come back and it's gonna be

like you know four hundred fifty but no thank you all all five hundred of you

who are still subscribed thank you spread the word it would be kind of cool

to continue to grow what else what other kind of nonsense let's get back to the

point of the episode the point of the episode so to be successful I'm arguing

that you you have to follow the steps carefully and completely whatever

the steps maybe here's here's the first challenge with this this argument the

first challenge is do you know what the steps are

has anyone identified these are the steps to being successful at this thing

that you're trying to be successful at there's a lot of things where I would

say darn oh there are no the steps there are lots of different the steps that got

different people to where they are you want to be a you want to be a famous pop

singer who wouldn't want that a lot of different ways Disney Channel if you can

be on the Disney Channel and be one of the kids who sings on the Disney Channel

that seems to be one of the ways that a lot of people I don't know if everybody

on Disney Channel becomes famous but a lot of people on

Disney Channel make it but then there's other people who like like if I

understand the story correctly Justin Bieber was like a YouTube dude and got

discovered via YouTube so those completely different completely

different methods so step one in in in being successful you can't follow the

steps if you don't know what the steps are so you're gonna have to do research

you're gonna have to do background research to figure out what is a success

strategy for whatever it is that you're trying to be successful at if you're

into sales if you're in sales I know from people who are successful

salespeople they have told me that learning their clients name and learning

about them personally rather than just having you know a phone number and an

account number knowing a little bit about it was the birthday what kind of

dog do they have those are elements of success so if you're going to be

successful in sales using those those steps you've got to put the work in to

do that and there are there are systems called CMS's

I am I think its client management system or contact management system CMS

is that you can use to keep up with a lot of information sending a birthday

card those sorts of things remembering own little details about the

person's life will go along right now this is not about neither is this about

air molecules science or sales it's about following steps in the science

activity there are set specific steps that you must follow if you're gonna try

to put a piece of that prefab furniture together you need to follow the steps I

built something once I miss the step it was like it was like one line it was

like you know here's a section here's a section and there's this little section

and here's a section and that section I missed was something like turn it over

and put the knobby thing somewhere because if you didn't do it then you

couldn't do it you couldn't go you had to unassembled you go back to whatever

it was I remember getting your like the step 11 and going what oh I gotta go

back to step 4 I missed it so following those steps

very detailed steps follow them all right I'm gonna step myself over here

and get set up for this lab I'll let you kind of watch that happen

we are set it's more the comment that the the time-lapse i am i used this

wide-angle lens from that newark it i did the did the little lens comparison

thing video sounds gonna use them some more and I did so this was with the

wide-angle it it seems to have pretty good optical quality and it just kind of

got enough selective I am all set for today

wait now I'm all set I'm ready ready -

alright we are we're gonna make some carbon dioxide today our contribution to

the greenhouse gases just a little bit

I so so lunchtime is it has arrived at got crackers and have some raisins today

and a granola bar just in case you wanted you know to know what I was

having for lunch also you know snow all that so the following directions there

may not be a single path that if you do this you will succeed but sometimes

there is and in in the the challenge I feel like for the 21st century when we

are so accustomed to instant access to everything you know instant this and

curing that and popcorn in the microwave and everything is is in our you know

everything we want to know is in their palm of our hands literally who wants to

do the ground work who wants to do the early-stage research she wants to to

build a community of potential buyers from potential clients who want no one

no one wants to do those preliminary steps and if you don't then your access

to success is going to be highly limited you've got to put in those preliminary

pieces of the process whatever that is there's there's a principle called the

10,000 hour principle and a lot of musicians will subscribe to this and

then that the idea is if you want to be good at your thing it's not

instantaneous it's not overnight you have to go through the process of 10,000

hours of practice and study and plane you know it's a small coffee shop before

you play the big coffee shop before you play and eventually you know you build

that you build that client size up you build that venue size up so if you're a

musician you start small and you work your way up you put in the time and the

effort encounter someone not long ago which wanted to do the YouTube thing and

society Coleman and his response was because well I made two videos and put

them up on YouTube and I only got like 10 to use told I said and then what did

you do and his answer was he stopped

you didn't want to do the work to promote the videos he didn't want to

tell his friends about and asked his friends to watch he didn't want to post

it on Facebook or post it on Twitter he didn't want to do the things he had to

do in order to see success he thought he could just throw a couple videos up

there and you know become successful of students obviously who don't want to put

the work in necessary to build the skills lead to the ability to do the

assignment to get to work done if you don't want to put the work in the

groundwork in you'll never be able to reap the rewards yeah you got a plow the

ground you've got to fertilize the soil you've

got to plant the seeds you've got a tin the crops and keep the weeds out and

make sure that you're growing the plants that you want to grow and you have to do

that all summer long before you can reap the harvest before you can harvest the

produce all of those things have to happen all right

do the work the first step is to follow the steps I don't know something like

that thank you for watching I hope this episode was interesting I hope you maybe

learn something please share this video with someone else click the like button

subscribe the channel sign up for notifications I do not know what that

gesture is I don't know I may I'm trying to land in the airplane or something see

you the next episode

all right I have that's kind of wobbly

Today's Murli Date Is 29th November 2018

( Today's Murli heading is also entertaining. Baba entertains while teaching. So that we remember )

Essence: Sweet children, knowledge is butter and devotion is buttermilk.

The Father gives you butter in the form of knowledge and makes you into the masters of the world.

This is why they show butter in the mouth of Shri Krishna.

Question: How can you recognize someone whose intellect has faith? What attainment is there on the basis of faith?

Answer: 1. The children whose intellects have faith are the true moths who surrender themselves to the Flame ( Baba),

not those who simply circle around.

Only those who surrender themselves to the Flame come into the kingdom.

Those who simply circle around become part of the subjects.

2. The promise of the children whose intellects have faith is: "Even in the most adverse situations, I will not let go of my religion."

( i.e i will not break the promise of purity that i made with father )

Their intellects have true love and so they forget all their bodily religions and their bodies and stay in remembrance of the Father.

Song: Leave Your throne of the sky & come down to earth.

Essence for dharna: 1. Become a Shiv Shakti and benefit the world.

On the basis of purity, change human beings who are worth shells and make them worth diamonds.

2. According to shrimat, donate the vices and become fully viceless, 16 celestial degrees full.

Become the moths who surrender themselves to the Flame.

Blessing: May you remain yogyukt and beyond any awareness of the body by always considering yourself to be a co-charioteer and a detached observer.

The easy way to remain yogyukt is always to move around while considering yourself to be a co-charioteer and a detached observer.

"I, the soul, am a co-charioteer who makes this chariot move."

This awareness automatically makes you detached from the chariot, that is, the body and any type of awareness of the body.

When there isn't any awareness of the body, you easily become yogyukt and every action is yuktiyukt.

By considering yourself to be a co-charioteer, all your physical senses remain under your control.

Such a soul cannot be influenced by any of the physical senses.

Slogan: In order to become a victorious soul, make practice and attention your natural sanskars.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BaapDada

The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste

Om Shanti !

Economic Update: Why Capitalism Demonizes Government [Trailer] - Duration: 1:01.

Private capitalists have always feared the government and the reason is simple.

If economic wealth is distributed very unequally the vote can change that. So

you denounce the government, keep it weak, keep it small less the people with their

vote use it against you. The solution to capitalism's oscillation from

nationalism to internationalism after world war II and now back to nationalism

is to recognize that the problem isn't nationalism or internationalism. The

problem is a capitalism that uses both of those phases to do things that it

oughtn't to be allowed to do.The united states is hunkering down in a world of

competing nationalisms. The last time we saw that, the end result was war. There

are two ways to go now back to nationalism or to go to a new and

different economic system.

Lets Get Real - You Don't Need All the Answers! - Duration: 5:13.

I get a ton of questions around what I think are stupid topics but are so real

to the person experiencing it. Things like- What email tool do you use to send email?

"Alex can you look at this cold email that I've written even though I

haven't sent any out and give me feedback before I go?"

"Alex should I sell as an agency or a freelancer?"

-All valid questions that I have answers for and

I've given answers for in the past but the bigger thing I wanted to tackle is

why you feel the need to ask those questions. Everyone's life is different

and more importantly you don't need all the answers to get going with anything.

Me and Jacob moved out to Hollywood after making two or three animations

ourselves in Dallas and we ended up making this cartoon with Pauly Shore we

also started a documentary film company having not made any documentaries and we

attracted a team that could sell the movies for us and could make the

documentaries and had a good portfolio of services. I also built that website in

four hours on a weekend. X27 is the same thing I was working full-time at an

agency but that business started with me waking up one day and thinking- "Hey I'm

gonna send some cold emails, let's see if I can sell something" that's the big

thing 'I sent the email' that's the big difference between where I am and where

a lot of people get stuck which is - Asking people questions, getting all this

advice and not putting in any work. And it's really frustrating to me.

It's frustrating how much I feel I need to outline things.

The questions I get are frustrating just as much as if I look back at the questions I was sending when

I was first starting out, just as much as I'm sure those questions frustrated the

people I was emailing which is why they didn't respond and I also remember how

much I didn't know that that was frustrating them.

'Take Action' is the answer to all of this advice. "Should I use yesware or mailshake?"

-Use whichever is easiest. "I don't have fifty dollars to pay for mailshake to send emails with"

-Send using your gmail account or use yet another mail merge. It's free!

I get a question all the time. "I don't have the perfect e-mail script

Alex, here's what I've written can you give me feedback on it?" And to those

unless they book a consult obviously, book a consult with me I will give you all

the feedback in the world but to those I usually respond send a hundred emails

and get back to me with the results open rates response rates meeting book

because I don't know everything. The only thing I can do is create a hypothesis.

-If I do something I think it'll happen. ->Put that test out into the world.

->See the results. -> Make changes. Do it over and over again and that's everything that I've

been doing if you go and watch the Wohello video on how we launched a fashion brand

Which, by the way, Hoody now available wohello.com. This one's beast. Love it.

Makes me look like I'm in a cult. If you look at that though, that started with a

spark of an idea, different supplier- Teespring, a different web platform, and

it just evolved over time. Lorelia films has evolved as well we've got

Loreliafilms.com and Loreliapictures.com now both just built on Squarespace.

The new X27 site launched without a mobile site and the mobile was broken for two

or three weeks and that's because I believe more in -getting part of the

solution out because the rest of it will fix itself.

I still firmly believe that by launching the X27 site with the broken mobile

site, we got it fixed earlier then the whole site would have been launched if

we had waited. Meaning- that X27 site could have dragged on for 6 or 8 months

but because we forced it to be released and the public was seeing it and

complaining about it, we got it fixed quicker. -You don't need all the answers

You don't need to ask experts for advice. In fact, if you get to a point where

you're performing at a high level, you almost don't need the expert at all!

I know for me, I'm not watching business videos, I'm not watching Grant Cardone,

I'm not watching Doug Cunnington, you know, I'm not watching any of these dudes' own video.

They're great and even these videos that I'm doing are great.

Watch sometimes like if you need inspiration or whatever but all of my answers that

I'm giving are just based on my experience. It's just based on me going

out and doing stuff. If you go and do the stuff and you stop putting it off, you

will have the answers too. Go back to my videos from four and a half years ago

The Make Money Week thing-I just hustled my ass off to make a hundred dollars and

that felt so good at the time to make a hundred dollars. And now I make a hundred

dollars like..like it's nothing. I don't even feel a hundred dollars and it's

it's actually scary how little I feel at some times. But it is all a process- with

everything and so you can sit around, and you can ask questions to experts all day

about specific things- Should I choose this tool over this tool? or Should I

sell to this market or this market? And the answer to all of those are:

It depends, Test it yourself, and if you do enough testing you will "Succeed".

Not that I'm the perfect example of like a successful human being but I

am pretty happy with my life most of the time right now I'd say I'm like a seven

out of ten- happiness and it's through testing, so that's it. You know just got to

go out, 'You don't need all the answers' thats the point I'm trying to get across in

this video. -You don't need all the answers. Just do it, so here's your

homework: That thing you've been putting off,

#1. Go do one part of it meaning- Boil it down. So let's say you've been putting

off sending a hundred cold emails; send one cold email. Putting together a slide

deck for investor; make one slide. You've put off eating healthy; go eat one healthy meal.

Then, leave a comment here, after you've done it and tell me what

you did -it's that simple! If you like this type of content I'd love it if you'd

share it with a friend, give it a like, like I said before or leave a comment.

If you want the proposal we use at Lorelia to sell documentaries that is over at

experiment27.com/proposal. If you want the questions we use on call number

one to qualify new clients, that's experiment27.com/discovery and

if you want more enterprise clients for your agency, you want to meet with

billion dollar brands, that is over at experiment27.com

I'm Alex Berman, Thanks for watching
