Good afternoon, dear friends! Ladies and Gentlemen!
I am very glad to greet all of you in Moscow - the participants and guests of the traditional, for the tenth time, the gathering forum "Russia Calling!".
This year the forum once again brought together the leaders of leading Russian and foreign companies, investment funds, authoritative experts and experts who link their work, in any case - part of their activities, with work in Russia, showing interest in our country.
Before turning to the discussion, I would like to briefly describe the situation in the Russian economy. In general, it develops steadily. For the three quarters of the current year, Russia's GDP has been estimated to increase by 1.5 percent.
At the same time, industrial production showed a higher, outpacing rates — plus three percent, including manufacturing industries adding 3.2 percent.
The key indicators such as inflation and unemployment are at low levels: unemployment - 4.7 percent, inflation - around 3.5. According to the forecasts of the Central Bank (maybe, Mrs. Nabiullina has already spoken about this) somewhere under four we planned, now it is 3.5, as far as I know.
Despite the attempts of external pressure, well-known internal difficulties, domestic business is building long-term plans, increasing investments in development.
The volume of investments in fixed assets in the nine months increased by 4.1 percent. And such business optimism of investors, their positive attitude is an important indicator of business confidence. And we highly appreciate it, we will support such sentiments.
Of course, it is obvious that the current rates of economic growth are not enough to drastically increase the standard of living of our citizens. We talk about it, we understand it and, in order to change the situation, we build a whole development program.
As I have already said, we set ourselves the task of reaching a growth rate higher than the world one, and gaining a foothold in the top five world economies. The basis, a solid basis for such a breakthrough dynamics should provide a solution to structural issues.
First, this is an increase in labor productivity, primarily due to the introduction of modern, more efficient technologies in enterprises of non-primary sectors of the economy.
We will improve the system of vocational education, ensure the continuous development of competencies and effective retraining of personnel.
Secondly, we will concentrate huge resources and will provide all the necessary support to private companies for the development of infrastructure. Highways and railways, sea and river ports, air links, energy, communications — we plan to multiply in all these areas, specifically multiply, efforts to increase the country's connectivity with convenient, safe communications.
I would stress that it is important for more active participation of Russia in international economic relations, and for increasing the export potential of our country.
Thirdly, in the coming years we will do everything necessary for the rapid growth of the digital economy segment. We will form a regulatory and technological base for the widespread introduction of digital solutions in the public administration system (we have already begun to do this, and are moving with fairly rapid steps), in the municipal sector and in the urban economy, industry, transport, education and health care.
We will create fundamentally new industries and business platforms based on the "figures", will stimulate the emergence and development of Russian companies - global leaders of the "digital era".
And of course, to ensure investment growth, attract capital in the Russian economy, we will continue to improve the business climate, reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurs and offer investors new, more convenient mechanisms to expand their business.
Of course, the implementation of plans for the development of the economic potential of the country will require large-scale investments from the state, you have probably heard about these figures. Let me just clarify that in 2019–2021 it is planned to allocate 2.3 trillion rubles from the federal budget for these purposes.
At the same time, I would like to note that, despite the objective growth of expenses, we didn't agree to a weakening of the budget policy and in the future we will maintain a responsible approach to financial management and ensure the necessary balance of revenues and expenditures of the state treasury.
Such long-term predictability of macroeconomic, financial, monetary policy, of course, is extremely important for both domestic and foreign investors.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse - Review - Duration: 2:47.
- [David] There's no replacing a comic-book legend
like Peter Parker, but Sony Animation's
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse makes a strong case
for why more Spider-people is a good thing.
Miles Morales's journey from zero to hero
is brought to life with jaw-dropping animation,
whimsical callbacks to previous Spider-Man media,
and memorable side characters from the multiverse.

The unique and often brilliant 3D animation style
is a fantastic aspect of the movie,
though it does take some time to get used to.
Those one-of-a-kind visuals add an otherworldly look,
which is appropriate, since the story is not set
in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Into the Spider-Verse wisely takes its time
when it comes to rolling out its story,
allowing for strong character development
as you learn more about Miles and his family life
before the web-slinging begins.
The Morales family is genuinely engaging,
especially in the complex relationship
the creative Miles has
with his hard-nosed police officer father Jefferson.
- Dad, I love you.
- That's a copy.
- [David] After Miles is bitten
by a genetically-modified spider,
the story gets crazy in a good way,
as Kingpin's dastardly cosmic scheme
brings a diverse group of Spider-People to Miles's Earth.
The best of the bunch is an older, jaded Peter Parker
who enjoys fast food more than exercise.
Miles and Peter are the perfect odd couple.
One guy doesn't want to be a superhero anymore,
while the other passionately wants to learn how to be one.
The unlikely duo is entertaining,
especially in the first half, when Miles is still learning
how to use his powers.
- [Peter] Grip.
- [Miles] And release.
- [Peter] You're a natural. Grip.
- [David] Once Miles figures it all out,
his youthful exuberance is palpable whenever he's swinging
through the brightly-lit New York city streets.
When he's in action, his distinctive set of superpowers,
like his ability to stun opponents and use camouflage
to become all but invisible are thrilling to see.
Though this story belongs to Miles,
the other members of Team Spider-Verse
each have their moments to shine,
particularly in the larger, action-packed fight scenes.
Apart from Peter, Spider-Gwen has the biggest
and most compelling character arc here.
Spider-Man Noir is particularly memorable, as is Spider-Ham,
whose Looney Tunes-style animation is charming.
Rounding out the team is the futuristic,
anime-inspired Peni Parker
and her trusty Spider Suit that's bonkers
and a lot of fun to watch.

is what makes you Spider-Man.
- [David] The visually dynamic Spider-Man:
Into the Spider-Verse hits all the marks
to be an all-around moviegoing blast.
Miles Morales has a memorable big-screen debut,
thanks to a compelling story
and strong performances from its heroes and villain.
With help from Peter Parker and Spider-Friends,
Miles's journey from everyday teenager to superhero
is one of the best Spider-Man movie stories ever.
