Hello,

Almost all of us are experiencing different emotions as we navigate the digital world, right?

For example,

while watching any video, we laugh, rejoice, feel sad,

get angry and even cry.

Let's say most of us, not all of us.

However, the new copyright law,

which has been discussed for some time,

has been approved by the European Parliament,

and it will be difficult for us to respond to these videos.

The law was changed since.

July when its initial state was not accepted

But experts say there are still problems with the law.

So, what's the 13th item?

Article 13 simply summarizes;

prohibition of access to the websites of the institutions,

organizations and individuals sharing any copyrighted image, video,

Sprouts, What's Next? How to Propagate Succulents PART 5 - Duration: 7:02.

Hello Everyone, this is Sheila and in this video we are going to answer these frequently

asked questions, which are "I see leaves and roots sprouting on my leaf propagation.

What's next?" and this question, "Should I wait for the mother leaf to dry up?"

So, let's proceed.

There is a prefect time when it comes to transferring your leaf propagation to their own individual

pots and you'll see it in this video.

Key Point Number 1, when the baby leaves and roots are bigger, it is time to consider transferring

your propagation, but wait, you need to pause and listen to the next key points first, 'cause

there are still other factors to consider and we will talk about this in Key Point Number

2 and 3.

So, Key Point Number 2, please keep in mind that the presence of roots and tiny leaves

are not guarantees that they are already stable.

If the soil is thick enough and your propagation tray is not very crowded, you don't have

to transfer them while they are small.

See, this is crowded, but this egg tray, right here, easily provides about 2 inches of separation

between succulent babies that they can easily grow up to 2 inches in this container.

In this case, it is better to wait when they are bigger and more viable.

However, if you realized that your propagation tray is just way too crowded, you need to

listen carefully to Key Points 3 and 4.

After key Point Number 5, I will also show you how I prepare for the rainy days in the

fall here in Brentwood, California.

And call it crazy or call it dedication.

You be the judge.

Key point number 3, if your propagation tray is too crowded and you really need to transfer

them, the best time to transfer is while the mother leaves are still looking healthy and

not dry.

See this guy right here, since I failed to notice that the mother leaf is already drying,

I'm really sorry to say that this guy has lesser chance of survival.

Do remember that your baby succulents are getting nutrients and sustenance from the

mother leaves more that they are getting them from your propagating medium, whether it is

the soil or water.

This baby needs to be placed in her own pot today.

I tried both ways and not waiting for the mother leaf to dry up before repotting has

worked better for me.

As I've said in previous videos, don't be afraid to try things out.

Just make intelligent guesses.

'cause if their roots haven't grown well within the soil and the mother leaf is already

dry, your baby succulents barely have source for food.

Key Point Number 4, give the tiny roots time to work its way into the soil before the mother

leaf starts to dry up.

This is to ensure that the baby succulents have a source of food and water while their

tiny roots are still not enough to support the baby succulent entirely.

Key Point Number 5, while the tiny roots of the baby succulents are still working their

way into the soil, make sure to continue misting.

Misting could leave tiny hard water specks on your baby succulents, but bear in mind

that exposed roots could dry up in as short as 4 days in a room temperature of about 72

degrees Fahrenheit without misting.

As promised, here's how I prepare for the rainy days.

Since my succulents already got drenched in the rain before Thanksgiving, I had to bring

all of them inside 'cause it's going to rain again today.

And it's gonna rain tomorrow and Friday.

So, rain is best for them, but days and days of rain can kill them.

And to all those who have been asking for the exact number of succulents that I have

right now, here's also why I couldn't give a number.

I spent over two hours taking them in and this is not all of them, too.

I will probably need to create a garden tour video in the future, so that you'll see

and you'll have a close up view of my collection, but I just have too much on my plate right

Short pickup times are really important to riders

and drivers, but that doesn't always mean

the closest match.

At Uber, we believe in increasing reliability

and to do that, we need to optimize for the network

as a whole, not for any one individual rider or driver.

- So, why isn't the nearest rider the easiest?

- Well, maybe a good way to answer that

is to look back at how Uber started.

In the early days, it was exactly that.

Uber tried to match you with the closest driver

and this really was the closest driver

as the crow flies.

But cars aren't crows, and they run into one-way streets

So, what could we do differently?

If we held off a second, and waited to see

what else was possible for Rider A,

we could end up noticing that they could be matched

with Driver B, four minutes away.

This frees up Driver A to match with Rider B,

also four minutes away.

This leaves a total of eight minutes wait time

in the system, down from 11, saving three minutes.

It's called "batched matching" when we do this.

When we run this across our entire rideshare network,

we're saving years of time every day.

It's lower wait times for riders

and a more reliable experience

and also more time earning for drivers.
