24 Reasons Buckaroo Banzai & Ant-Man and the Wasp Are The Same Movie - Duration: 3:42.

Hey guys.

Hope you enjoy this week's video.

Also, fyi, head over to my patreon and show support and you'll receive access to upcoming

videos in advance.

As always, your support is greatly appreciated.

Fun fact, both of these movies contain characters and plots that can be found in Marvel Comics.

The heroes in the movie moonlight as a rock band and plays 80s classics during their free

time.

When they're on the clock though, they're constantly researching complex science theories

that could better mankind in their portable lab.

A hero and a scientist mentor make a breakthrough in interdimensional travel.

They've created a vehicle that could take you from our reality all the way through another

dimension.

This type of science shouldn't be medaled with by man and we get an example why when

the hero notices living objects could become quantumly entangled with other things that

exit the other realm.

Haters gonna say it's fake, but not the main hater in the movie.

The Doctor's old partner learns about the recent breakthroughs in science and wants

to use the research for his own selfish purposes.

A flashback is shown of a horrible science experiment gone wrong.

Lots of people get hurt and worst of all, one of the people involved in the accident

suffers with supernatural side effects and now the old partner believes if he steals

the good guy's research, he'll be able to fix everything.

The bad guy sends henchman to steal the hero's technology.

A fight breaks out and bullets start flying like ba da da da dat dat dat.

With so much innocent bystanders around, the hero takes the fight to the backroom where

only the chefs who are on the clock can get hurt.

The thief grabs the doctor and points a weapon to his throat and is all like, give me all

your technology and research and if you don't, your throat is going to be so freakin' soar

tomorrow morning.

There's a scene in the movie where the hero gets a message from the woman in the other

dimension.

After this, the hero, his scientist mentor and the pretty lady, and the hero's rag

tag group of friends join forces to save the world.

They may have good intentions, but they're all bad influences on each other.

For example, they suck as role models and it rubs off on the little kid in the movie

who has no respect for adults and they're bad influence rubs off on the female lead

too.

She gets put in jail and the hero has to help her get out which is why she never learns

her lesson about not doing the crime if you're not able to do the time.

After they're back on the streets, they pursue the bad guys.

A car chase scene happens and it's really weird because the vans in the movie are somehow

faster than the motorcycle and you know that would never happen in real life.

The villains in the movie will do anything to crack the secrets of interdimensional travel

and if they heroes don't give up their research willingly, they bad guys have a truth serum

that should do the trick (audio).

Later on, the bad guys have the good guys right where they want them.

They make the love interest a damsel in distress when a parasite from the other dimension feeds

on her life force.

The quantum leaping vehicle is put on the track and the heroes save the day and everyone

lives happily ever after.

For now at least, because the movie teases an upcoming installment in the franchise during

the credits so it's just a matter of time before they're life's in danger and they'll

have to save the world again.

Those are 24 reasons these movies are the same.

Energy Companies Being Sued For Causing California Wildfires - Duration: 8:48.

Officials say that the Camp Fire wildfire in the state of California has officially

been contained at this point.

There are still areas that are ablaze, but they believe that they have controlled the

fire enough to where it's not going to continue to spread.

Now that one nightmare is over, another nightmare is about to begin for the victims of this

wildfire and that is the legal landscape, the insurance landscape that they're now going

to have to navigate.

And joining me now to talk about this is Scott Hardy from top class actions.

Scott, you know, I live on the Gulf coast.

We've gone through hurricanes and every time that disaster ends, we all have to go through

the nightmare that is the insurance.

There's always lots of lawsuits because insurance companies don't want to pay.

We're about to see the exact same thing happen in the state of California, aren't we?

That's exactly right Farron.

And you know, we've seen the, we saw that the Thomas Fire burned more than 300,000 acres

and now with the recent Camp Fire, which was one of the largest wildfires, deadliest wildfire

in California history and so much loss of life, homes and businesses that people are

going to be going through a huge nightmare to try to get compensated even if they are

well insured and that's really scary for someone that may have lost literally everything to

then go to their insurance company and have problems.

One of the issues that we've seen and, and there's actually multiple different lawsuits,

but we'll focus on insurance for the moment, is the fact that in the state you have to

have a special kind of fire insurance in addition to your regular policy.

So if you do not have the special wildfire insurance, you might not be covered.

Or in some instances if the fire, you know, partially burns a tree, but then the tree

falls down on your house.

They may say, no, that's not fire insurance.

Insurance companies are always going to try to find a way to say, no, we're not responsible

for what has happened here.

And that's what causes a lot of the litigation because obviously if you are well covered

with all of your insurances, somebody is going to have to pay, but no insurance company,

you know, you may have fire through one home for another, they want to say the other one

is responsible and start this back and forth that many times can take months and sometimes

even a few years to properly navigate.

And that's what's kind of happening at the moment.

Right, exactly.

And it's something that we see that's really interesting as people are going through the

claims process, as they say, Hey, I've got the right fire insurance, I've got my homeowner's

insurance.

I am covered.

I dont have anything to worry about.

Why would I want to involve a lawyer?

Why would I want to go ahead and talk with anyone else, my insurance company has me.

But as you mentioned, the insurance company, they're trying to make sure that, that you're,

that you're covered and they're going to cover you to the limits of your coverage.

But many, many, many, many people.

In fact, what we're hearing, a lot of this, most people, especially in an expensive area

to live like California, they're under insured.

And so they won't even know that they're under insured until they've actually gone through

the process of, they've submitted their claims, they're claims been approved and now their

house is getting rebuilt.

Okay, great.

But they received $500,000 to rebuild their house and in fact right now it's going to

cost them $750,000 because remember, especially with this Camp Fire and the fire that blew

through Malibu, you're going to have a lot of people that are all going to be, try to

re rebuild at the same time and so that person might run out of coverage in terms of having

a rental house available or having a hotel to stay in as they're waiting for their house

to get rebuilt.

They might have had all of these 200, 100 plus year old oak trees that are sitting there

on their property that were beautiful and now they've been wiped out and they're insurance

company won't cover it.

And so what a lawyer will be able to do is they'll be able to help people get to their

insurance company, try to make sure that they get paid, that you're compensated to get their

actual house replaced, and those trees replaced.

And then as we've seen from the Camp Fire, as we've seen from the Thomas Fire, PG&E the

utility company out there has already admitted fault for starting these fires.

And so you've got people that lost everything.

It wasn't their fault.

They're properly insured and the utility provider may have been able to do some things to help

lower the risk or even stop the fire from happening if they had done proper maintenance

on their power poles, the utility boxes, et Cetera.

And so that's one more area that an attorney can help a homeowner with or a business owner

to try to make sure that the fully compensated for their losses.

And that's the most important thing, is getting fully compensated for your losses.

So you're taken care of and not sitting there with a half done house or having to pay out

of pocket while you're waiting for your house to be rebuilt or having to figure out how

to, you know, if you lost your business now what are you going to do.

I've already received reports from business owners, from the Camp Fire that said I lost

everything.

Now the people are gone, my business has gone.

I had insurance, but what do I do?

And that's where a lawyer come in and try to help you out.

Right?

I mean, that's a long stretch of not having your business operating.

You lose a ton of money.

And as you pointed out, PG&E, you know, that's the other, the other lawsuit and that one

little bit more tricky because right now PG&E, as you said, they've admitted that it was

their fault.

Reports have come out and shown that they actually knew that their equipment was faulty.

We've known that for several years actually, and several other massive wildfires have been

attributed to faulty, uh, I guess transformers or what have you, from PG&E, but as of, I

believe a couple of days ago, the legislature in the state of California is actually working

on new legislation that's going to allow PG&E to shift the costs of wildfire clean up and

the resulting lawsuits back onto the customers.

So here we have people have lost everything.

They have to go through the nightmare of dealing with insurance companies and possibly lawsuits

against PG&E and then even if they get through both of those, now the third strike against

the consumers who literally did nothing wrong, they might have to pay for the costs of this

to PG&E in the form of higher utility bills.

That's what's happening in the state of California right now in their legislature as we still

have, I think 500, 400 missing people and the legislature is worried about protecting

the utility company, not protecting the consumers.

Right?

It's a real travesty that you've got the utility trying to watch their own butts and make the

people who actually suffered through this whole tragedy and that lost everything and

they're going to try to make them pay twice.

I mean it's, it's a real sad shape of affairs in California where the legislators are backing

the utility rather than their own constituents to make sure that their constituents actually

have a place to live in again and can rebuild their lives after having a devastating loss

like this instead of backing the power company to try to make sure that they can dig a hole

out of it themselves.

When you know that power company is very well insured and there'll be able to pay off these

claims, they'll be able to take care of it, but the average person who lost everything,

it's not going to go as well for them unless they get help.

Right there's too many people that will probably never be made completely whole again after

this fire.

Obviously that includes the families who lost loved ones in it; who still have missing loved

ones.

But even if you were lucky enough to have your and your whole family survive, the chances

of being made completely whole again from this because of the influence that companies

like PG&E have in California, those chances are slim.

The only chance you have is through the trial lawyers is through these class action lawsuits

because that is one of the only ways that these companies, whether it's insurance or

utility, that they're actually going to be held accountable and pay for what they've

done to the state.

Scott Hardy, listen, this is a great story.

I appreciate everything you do with this.

If anybody needs more information, you can follow the link in the description of this

video.

You can also subscribe to the top class actions newsletter.

They have more information about this story, so please get educated, get what you need.

And Scott Hardy, always a pleasure talking to you.

Thank you very much.

Thank you Farron.

Childhood Sweethearts Get Married; Husband Sleeps With Ex (Full Episode) | Couples Court - Duration: 16:44.

This is Couples Court With The Cutlers...

This is a case of Johnson v. White.

You all originally met in 1993.

Uh, you reconnected, and now you've been married for two years.

Ms. Johnson, why have you brought your husband to court today?

Well I brought him to court today because

I suspect that he's still cheating.

JUDGE KEITH: And if you find out he is cheating?

He goin' home single.

AUDIENCE: Ooh!

It's...

JUDGE DANA: All right.

All right. So it's as simple as that?

If he's still cheating, it is gonna end. Simple as that.

JUDGE KEITH: Simple as that.

She making no plan...

Ain't no tryin' to work it out.

Ain't nobody need to give me counseling. I don't want none of that.

Period, point-blank. None of it.

Mr. White...

What are you here to prove?

I'm here to prove to her that I love my wife.

I'm here to save our marriage.

And I want her to just stop accusing me of all this cheating

and all that type of stuff. I love her.

Oh, I'm accusing you. Really?

See?

Really, I'm accusing you?

Your Honor...

You're here to prove that you are faithful?

Being faithful to her.

Hmm. Really?

Hold on, Ms. Johnson.

Hold on. Whoa...

Let her speak. It's all right.

No, no. Everybody's gonna get a chance

to tell me what they wanna tell me.

JUDGE DANA: So, I know that you all haven't always been like that.

As compassionate as she's looking and being about this,

there had to be some good passion in the past.

Tell me about that.

Well, I met him in 1993.

We both went to school together...

JUDGE DANA: And she smiled.

Do you see that? That's the first smile we got out of her.

She looked up to smile...

JOHNSON: I mean I love him!

Really!

Okay, all right.

But I love him enough to leave him if I know he been cheating.

All right.

All right. Tell me back in 1993...

We were going to school together in Job Corps,

and it was like the minute I laid eyes on him,

it was like love at first sight.

All right.

And I'm like, "Oh, my God, I'm gonna get him. That's gonna be my husband!"

(LAUGHTER)

And I used to take little pictures of him,

and he wouldn't even know I was taking pictures.

Here's one of the ones, and I still got

this picture right to this day.

JUDGE DANA: Okay, you were seriously crushing.

JOHNSON: Yes!

And so, when Facebook first became available,

the first name I typed in when I got Facebook

was my husband's name.

AUDIENCE: Aww!

Well, I found him. Sent him a message, no response.

Pop up... I wait. About four, five months later, go back. Still no response.

I said, "Man, oh, man, he ain't never gonna respond to me."

One day out of nowhere, ding!

(AUDIENCE LAUGHS)

The happiest... The happiest ding in the world.

Yes, and when I seen that he just had his phone, I'm all like,

"Oh, my God, what am I supposed to say? What am I supposed to say?"

You mean all that time, you didn't know what you were gonna say next?

No! (LAUGHS)

JUDGE DANA: You...

So finally, I did, and the conversation just went from there.

It was...

JUDGE DANA: It was a pitter-patter.

It was just like we had never lost contact.

It was just like it was meant to be right then and there.

All right, I gotta go to him.

So you getting hit up by this young lady on Facebook,

what are you doing? Did you know who it was?

I didn't know at the time who she was. At the time, I didn't know.

Because she goes by another name of "Busy Body", so...

(LAUGHTER)

And so you reconnected,

and the fireworks went off.

It went off, do you hear me? The chemistry was set. Boom!

Whoo!

Is that how you felt?

Yes, Your Honor. I felt the same way.

It's like we would sit on the phone

from the time he got off work about 4:30 in the evening

clear on up until it's time for him to get back up to go to work.

We would never get off the phone unless

one of our phones would die down.

Okay. Wait, wait, wait, let me show you what that looks like...

You hang up. No, you hang up.

No, you hang up.

Yeah, that's the way we'd do it!

No, we've done that.

We've done that.

Yeah, I know how that...

So, that's what we were basically doing.

Now, this sounds unbelievable.

It sounds romantic. It sounds like the things people write stories about.

Why in the world are you in my courtroom?

I'm in here today

because one night

he was asleep.

I was up watching T.V., me and my kids.

His phone goes off.

Boom, there's a text message.

I wanna know what the text message said.

Huh...

"I'm horny. You gonna come take care of me?"

Oh! That's a lie.

I've never seen it!

You saw. You seen it!

That was that night... That nights message.

But, you know, them other messages are at the top.

There was an occurring conversation before then.

I ain't seen it.

JUDGE KEITH: And what was that conversation?

"I love you," "I love you, too,"

"I miss you," "I miss you too."

So me being me, I called that skeezel.

Oh...

Yes, I called her.

And I bet she was glad to get your call.

She didn't care.

JUDGE DANA: She didn't care?

She said, "I don't care if you're married to him or not."

Yeah, so..

(STAMMERING) I never heard.. I never...

Oh, you know, quit playing dumb,

'cause I slapped you in your sleep

and woke you up with it. Quit playing.

(AUDIENCE LAUGHS)

Quit playing!

JUDGE KEITH: Okay, so. Listen...

So, Mr. White...

Do you remember a text message that says,

"I'm so horny. Come take care of me"?

No, Your Honor.

Are you telling this court none of this happened?

I did not see no texts.

She is making all this up?

JOHNSON: But, Your Honor...

None of this happened?

This is a figment of her imagination?

It's something! Or making it up.

All right, well, you need to start writing a book.

JOHNSON: Your Honor...

Well, let me let you know the proof that I have.

JUDGE DANA: All right.

Huh. Okay. One specific day

I calls his phone. It was on Saturday.

I said, "What ya doin?" "I'm in my home boy house."

I say, "Your home boy?" He say, "Yeah."

But I heard all these women in the background. All these different people...

I said, "Where you at your home boy's?"

I said, "Why didn't you invite me? I'm your wife!"

So me being Ms. Smarty pants as you call me.

Huh.

I had GPS tracking on his cell phone.

AUDIENCE: Ooh!

Let me show you what I found.

You have an exhibit?

Yes, I got an exhibit, Your Honor.

Please cross over to the...

Mmm-hmm.

Okay this is the GPS locator

that's on your cell phone thing.

All right.

So, I'm still trying to figure out...

So to locate, I had to press this.

So I press the location button...

And boom!

I said, "Okay. Let me see."

By this time,

I knew something wasn't right.

God ain't gonna lead you wrong.

So, I told my kids, I said, "Y'all put your shoes on. We got somewhere to go."

(AUDIENCE LAUGHS)

And so, I put my shoes on. Me and the kids put the shoes on.

We went on and left the house.

So, as we was going down the street,

I'm listening to the GPS, "You keep straight,

"U-turn. U-turn" Okay.

As I get a little closer, look at who I see.

Our truck parked at whose house?

His ex-girlfriend's house.

AUDIENCE: Oh!

And I presume his ex-girlfriend doesn't live with his home boy.

(SCOFFS) No, she don't.

If you'll go back to the podium.

Right.

Well, well.

JUDGE KEITH: Mr. White,

please clear for the Court

why your truck was at your ex-girlfriend's house

at a time when you told your wife that you were with your home boy.

The reason I was over there. I knew it was wrong.

It was, uh... Her mother had passed. They always have a big gathering...

You ain't in her family.

...for her mother.

I was near my ex-girlfriend's.

Here I'm out there just talking. The next thing I know,

I didn't know at the time she had mace in her hand.

AUDIENCE: Oh...

Oh, boy...

So, she runs up to me. Just... (MIMICS SPRAY)

She maced you?

That's right.

She took you down by mace?

Mace.

JUDGE KEITH: Right out there in the yard?

JUDGE DANA: In front of everybody?

In front of everybody!

Ms. Johnson, tell me you didn't do that.

Yes, I did, Your Honor.

(LAUGHING)

I emptied a whole can out.

You didn't even ask him why or what he was doing there?

Well, he had no business there anyway. Ex is your ex.

'Cause how would he have felt if he'd have pulled up

and I was at my ex's house?

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

But if he's there paying his respects to the family

because the family member passed away...

That woman been dead.

And when I walked in that yard, I told everybody out there,

"Excuse me. I'm not coming here for no drama for none of y'all.

"My only concern is that right there, because that's my husband.

"This is what I'm gonna take care of."

His exes are a concern for you.

Is that...

Yeah. Yes, Your Honor.

And do you believe that there's anything else going on

with his exes?

Yes, Your Honor. I still do.

Okay, and why do you believe that?

Because, first of all, Your Honor,

you know me, Ms. Busybody.

I was on Facebook, lurking like I always do.

Guess what I come across?

You're doing this...

Yeah. Guess what I come across once again?

Okay, tell me...

A picture with my husband

and his ex, and all her home girls.

AUDIENCE: Oh!

All right. Ron, would you please get that picture for us?

Oh, my God, that picture's so old, I don't know...

It ain't that old.

All right. It's, uh...

All right, so this appears to be, Mr. White, a picture of you

with a number of females in the picture.

WHITE: Yes, Your Honor.

And who...

Are any of these people

in the picture your ex-girlfriend?

No, Your Honor.

Okay.

Was this posted on her page?

It was posted on her best friend's page,

and she was tagged to it, too.

JUDGE DANA: Oh!

JUDGE KEITH: Okay.

So, how do you know this isn't an old picture?

I mean, he says it was his ex-girlfriend's...

Your Honor,

that hat that he has on?

I bought that hat since we been married.

The whole outfit he has on

I bought since we been married

So, you tell me how is it an old picture?

Okay, so, why, at any point after you were married,

after she's bought you this hat, and whatever else you have on,

you're in a picture with your ex-girlfriend?

Your Honor, not one of them girls on there is not one of my exes.

Them just... You know, you have friends?

We just at their house, and just took a picture.

Okay, you don't see the pattern here

about why your wife is concerned

about your behaviors?

Do you see it?

Yes, I see it, Your Honor.

Okay, 'cause it's pretty doggone clear to me...

(AUDIENCE CHUCKLES)

...why she would be highly suspicious of your behavior.

Even when you're not doing wrong, the things that you've done

make a woman go, "Hmm."

That's past! I mean...

Okay, tell me why you believe he's cheating now.

He'll tell me he going one place,

and that one place that you can say you going to

that don't take but maybe ten minutes,

it turns into two hours.

So, my trust, once you break the line of trust,

it ain't gonna never be the same.

And you believe that he's still hanging out with his ex?

With my heart, I do believe he's still going wrong,

because, occasionally, I still see stuff on Facebook.

Like, if he's sleeping, I get his phone.

And I just browse through Messenger,

baby, he got maybe 300 females

with the waving, and the "How you doing?",

and the missed calls thing on the app thing.

So, yeah, I'm still gonna think that.

So, Mr. White, do you admit that you're flirting?

I'm not flirting.

(JOHNSON SCOFFS)

JUDGE KEITH: Okay, you're sending waves to extraneous women on social media...

I mean, I'm not sending no waves...

Look, thing's already right there. I'm not sending nothing...

JUDGE KEITH: You're just clicking?

I'm just looking through it. I'm not even on Facebook anymore.

He's still on Messenger.

JUDGE KEITH: Okay. All right...

Mr. White, let's just cut to the chase here.

Have you had sex with anyone, any other woman

since you've been married to Ms. Johnson.

No, Your Honor, I haven't.

All right. This marriage is on the line.

I know it's on the line...

She's told you from the beginning...

Yes, Your Honor.

...if you're cheating, she's gone. So this is your chance to come clean.

I mean, I haven't.

Something gotta be wrong, 'cause we ain't doing it.

AUDIENCE: Oh...

JUDGE DANA: Oh...

All right, Ms. Johnson.

We're not having sex.

Please explain that to the Court.

Ever since that incident,

I just don't feel that.

Because I feel like if you still doin' something with somebody else,

you're not gonna do nothin' with me,

'cause there's too much stuff going on out there.

It's been over a year.

The last time you were intimate with your husband

has been more than a year?

Yes, Your Honor.

Do you all sleep in the same bed?

Yes, Your Honor.

Wow. How do you feel about that?

I feel bad about it.

So this is a marriage on the line.

JOHNSON: It's on the line.

Whatever happens today is gonna determine

whether he leave here still married

or he leave here single.

AUDIENCE: Oh!

And if this test and information comes back

that he has, in fact, not maintained your marital vows,

you're done?

I'm done.

But if we confirm that he has been faithful,

y'all gonna walk out of here together.

Then I'm not gonna look back, I'm not gonna accuse him of nothing else.

I will leave the past in the past.

All right. All right.

Because I do love my husband.

Well, there it is.

WHITE: I wanna prove to her that I'm not doing anything,

that I love her, I love her and my kids. And I been with her...

We've been together through thick and thin, me and this woman have.

JUDGE KEITH: All right, to get to the bottom of this,

the Court has retained the services of

licensed Private Investigator Mark Henry.

Would you please escort Mr. Henry into the courtroom?

Yes, Your Honor.

How are you, Mr. Henry? It's good to see you.

Good day, Your Honors.

JUDGE KEITH: Good to see you.

This court also ordered a polygraph test.

And we have those results.

JOHNSON: Mmm.

Mr. White was asked,

"During your two-year marriage,

"have you had sexual contact with your ex?"

What was his response?

His response was, "No."

What did the lie detector determine?

The lie detector determined that, uh,

he was being deceptive.

AUDIENCE: Ooh...

You lying, no good...

You just no...

(GAVEL POUNDING)

Not in this courtroom.

We are not going to disrespect the Court.

We understand your anger. We understand you're upset.

This is a place of decorum, okay?

JUDGE KEITH: Mr. White...

Mmm-hmm.

The lie detector indicated that you were being deceptive

when asked about having sex with your ex.

I mean, I don't see how. I haven't.

You still maintain that you have not had sex...

I haven't had sex with that woman. I haven't had sex with nobody.

In over a year?

Over a year, Your Honor. I haven't.

I'm being honest. I don't know why it's just saying that. I haven't.

All I do is come, go to work, and go home. I haven't did nothing.

And Ms. Johnson, you don't believe that?

No, Your Honor.

I can't believe this. I know I haven't did nothing.

Guess he's single then.

You look absolutely heartbroken.

JOHNSON: If I only knew

the beginning to the end to understand.

I picked up my children

and relocated and moved to a whole 'nother state

to be with this, and this is what I get?

I moved away from my parents, my family,

to go to a whole state where I don't know nobody, and this is what I get?

You need to tell him.

This is what I get, really?

You know I ain't did nothing.

JUDGE DANA: Tell him exactly how you feel right now.

This is really what I get?

Baby, I haven't did...

All that I've done for you,

this is what I get?

I haven't did nothing.

(SCOFFS) Really?

I mean, I don't know why. I haven't did nothing.

Your Honor, before we came here, I gave him all opportunity to be honest.

And you brought me here and made me look like a fool, anyway.

You brought me here.

Well, Ms. Johnson, you came here for answers.

You have a decision to make.

It's made, and I'm leaving here single.

JUDGE DANA: You've made your decision?

I know you said you don't want any counseling.

But I would recommend if you're going forward,

that you get counseling on how to do that in a productive way.

You deserve to be loved, respected, honored,

because you clearly know how to love. You know how to embrace a man.

Yes, I do.

And you need to have a man who embraces you back.

There's no reason whatsoever

for you to look like you're looking right now.

Everyone in this court deserves a happy, healthy relationship,

and if you don't have it, go get one.

Court is adjourned.

Simplifya: Understanding Smart Cabinet - Duration: 2:07.

a file cabinet is a place to store important documents.

In fact, you might already be using a file cabinet to store

thing, such as your articles of incorporation,

proof of insurance, business permit, and so on.

but a file cabinet is so ... inconvenient.

Every time you need a document,

you have to go to the file cabinet

what if you're traveling,

at another facility,

or just working from home?

an online document storage is the answer.

your documents are secure and you can retrieve them 24/7

from anywhere with internet access.

You may already be aware of companies that have these services

such as Google Drive,

Dropbox, iCloud, and more.

but none of them specialize in the type of documents you

need to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance.

that's where Simplifya's Smart Cabinet comes in.

So, what makes our virtual file cabinet

so smart?

First, we've already done the heavy lifting for you.

Have you ever tried to go through the regulations to determine what documents you need?

it's, uh, not very straight forward, to say the least.

our team of regulatory ninjas has already done the work for you.

our Smart Cabinet tells you exactly what documents you need and allows you to upload them

all into one place.

Second, we organized the document types

into binders for intuitive access.

For example,

there's a binder called Security Records

In this binder you would upload documents such as a map of your

surveillance cameras visitor logs and other security related documents.

Third, our cabinet allows you to specify the length of time that a document might be

good for. An insurance certificate, for example, is usually only good for a year.

same for a marijuana business license.

however a shipping log might need to be

uploaded monthly.

As each document approaches its expiration,

we'll automatically send you

notifications to help you stay on top of your documentation.

There's more but you get the idea.

Smart Cabinet helps you collect

and organize the documents you need for compliance.

That's not only for today but

also for the day when those documents need to be updated.

How To Fix Kinemaster Export Error - Duration: 5:05.

If you're watching this video I bet you're getting this error message in

Kinemaster right well in this video I'm gonna show you how you can get rid of

that error export problem in your Kinemaster video editing apps so be sure to

stick around until the very end so I can go over all the problems that may be

causing this error what's going on my name is Devin Street helping you build

your online presence and today we're gonna be going over how to fix the

Kinemaster edge when exporting but if you're not already subscribed go ahead

and click the subscribe button there's a new king and master video every single

Wednesday showing you how you can edit and Kinemaster all kinds of tutorials

it's great if you really want to be a pro at this app so you saw that error

message at the beginning and you're probably seeing it when you go into your

Kinemaster app so today we got to talk about how we're going to remove that

error message and there's many things that can cause this error message so

let's just go over all of those and talk about each one and how we can fix it the

first issue could be too high of a video resolution input now this could mean

that you're using something like 4k video in your video when you're not

supposed to your phone can't handle that so go into your Kinemaster app and

check the highest max video resolution settings for importing and make sure

that your videos that you're putting into that project are not that high of

resolution over that resolution you want to have it lower than that if the videos

are higher than that what you simply can do is just go and take those videos and

convert them to a lower resolution through an online converter or an app or

anything like that the next problem could be unsupported chroma key now your

phone may not be able to handle the chroma key feature yet you're trying to

use the chroma key feature in your project in some way shape or form this

can easily be fixed don't worry you don't have to just get rid of your

chroma key completely what you simply can do is the part you want to do chroma

keying you can go over to the PowerDirector Pro

you can stick your video in there and the chroma key should work fine there

and then you simply just take that chroma key export from PowerDirector and

plug it right back into Kinemaster and you should be able to export your

project perfectly the third issue could be that you're using too many video

image text layers all those things it's usually when you see this it's too many

video layers that you're using but this could also show up if you're using too

many image or text layers and simply you're just using too many layers at

once and the project cannot handle this issue simply all you have to do is just

pick out the layers that you feel you don't need in this project that it's too

excessive and simply cut those out and then you should be good to export your

project from there another issue that is similar to the last one is unsupported

video layers many phones can't support the video layers so simply all you have

to do is just go in and remove any video layers you have and if you really want

to use these just like with the chroma key you can go into PowerDirector and

add these and I should be fine through that if all the things I said still

don't work here's a couple things you can do to troubleshoot the issue you can

try updating the app maybe the apps just not updated to a new feature that needs

to be updated so simply just go to the Play Store or the App Store and simply

update the app and then try it from there if that doesn't work try rebooting

your device simply just go and hold down your power button and restart the device

and then try exporting from there also it's advised not to use a screen

recorder or have any apps in the background while exporting so make sure

all of that is closed out before you click the export button and then the

final thing is you may just have to try exporting this on another device just

remove all the project files onto a new device and try it from there because

your phone may not have enough RAM to handle the exporting project I used to

see these all the time on my old Samsung and LG devices but now that I have the

Google Pixel these problems have not shown up at all I've never seen this

error message and I used to see it so much when exporting projects so it might

just be your device is not able to handle this exporting so

those are all the ways you can fix the exporting problems in the Kinemaster

video editing app let me know if these work in the comments below and if they

didn't leave in the comments what your problem might be I might still be able

to help you or someone else down there might be able to help so go down in the

comments no matter who you are and see what you can do but if you want to know

how to edit in Kinemaster like a pro then go ahead and click the subscribe

button and then check out all the video editing tutorials I want to thank you

for watching until the very end of this video and I'll see you in the next video

The Untold Truth Of Call of Duty: Blackout - Duration: 3:44.

How much do you know about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Blackout mode?

Lucky for you, we're your one-stop shop for all the ins and outs.

Here's everything you need to know before you dive in and start racking up headshots.

While Black Ops 4 doesn't feature a typical single player campaign, it does boast a trio

of multiplayer modes: traditional multiplayer, Zombies, and Blackout — Call of Duty's take

on battle royale.

Polygon writes that the developers never planned on including single-player, instead focusing

on multiplayer interaction.

It seems likely that much of the development time that would have gone into polishing the

single-player campaign has instead been devoted to balancing and creating the best experience

for Blackout..

After all…

"Call of Duty is about kicking ass!"

Blackout's environment is a veritable who's who of locations based on some of the most

popular maps in Black Ops history.

There are several areas of the Blackout map that will look familiar to veterans of the

series.

For instance, Estates is based on both Raid from Black Ops 2 and Stronghold from Black

Ops 3.

Asylum draws inspiration from the Zombies map Verruckt.

The Hydro Facility area is based on — surprise!

— Hydro from Black Ops 2, and the Cargo Docks area is based on the map Cargo from

the same game.

Finally, Nuketown Island is based on the classic map Nuketown from the original Black Ops.

If you've played a battle royale game, you're probably familiar with the idea of "supply

drops."

Whoever gets to one of these first has a shot at obtaining some powerful weapons and other

super rare loot.

In Blackout, these drops take the form of "Mystery Boxes," which contain powerful weapons

and armor.

Unfortunately, they also come with everybody's favorite undead monsters.

"Arrrgh."

The AI-controlled beasts are surprisingly deadly if you aren't on your guard.

If you think you can take them, just look for the column of light in the sky to find

your way to the Mystery Box.

One of the most compelling elements of battle royale games like Fortnite and PUBG is the

massive player count.

So, just how many people will you need to outlast when you're dropping into a Blackout

match?

The answer to that depends on how you're playing.

At launch, the maximum player count for both solo and duos in a round of Blackout stands

at 88 — just a little low.

For the record, though, that number jumps up to 100 if you're playing in squads of four

— that's twenty-five different teams vying for supremacy.

PUBG and Fortnite have both made major moves into the esports arena, and both still seem

to be ironing out the details about how to make that work.

Activision and Treyarch, however, may have a potential esports monster on its hands with

Black Ops 4.

The Motley Fool writes that stock markets are anticipating a massive jump for Activision

Blizzard's shares as Black Ops 4 gains traction, and that Blackout could follow in the vein

of other esports giants like Overwatch.

"You wanna go to work with daddy, baby, huh?

YEAH, YOU DO.

YEEEAH!!"

Call of Duty, with its massive cultural pull and mainstream presence, could take the esports

world by storm with its Blackout mode.

Traditionally, vehicles don't play a huge role in battle royale games, but that's changing

in Black Ops 4's Blackout mode.

Not only will there be the typical wheeled rides you might expect, but there are sea

and air transportation options as well.

"Hell yes!"

So far, the land vehicles include a two-person ATV and a cargo truck that can transport an

entire team.

There is currently a small, two-person boat that can take to the waves, and a transport

helicopter that can fly overhead and bring death from the skies.

Be careful with that last one though: if the pilot is shot out of the sky, it's a long

way down for the rest of your squadmates.

It seems likely that more vehicles will appear as new maps are added and gameplay wrinkles

are ironed out.

We know what we're looking forward to.

"Cars!

Red cars, blue cars, white cars, yellow cars, super fast cars!"
