by us reacting to the Black Friday sales in America.

- So let's, so Black Friday is
the day after Thanksgiving.
- Yeah, so Thanksgiving is a day
where they're like all thankful, so thankful for
everyone around them, and all the people
that they're so lucky and
so blessed to be surrounded by in their lives,
and then, Black Friday is a day that Americans...
- When they forget all of that.
- trample all over strangers.
- Yeah, to get bargains.
- People they're not thankful for.
- To spend the money.
- Spend money they don't have.
- Yeah.
- I don't know, maybe they do.
- But, do you know what guys?
Loads of you are like, "React to Black Friday,
it's something we do in America."
And you know what, it's now something we do in the UK.
- Oh we've stolen it, yeah.
- The UK, only a few years ago
started doing Black Friday sales.
We don't do Thanksgiving, but we do the Black Friday Sales.
- Yeah.
- But, I've never seen anything like this
because I think British people have a bit more decorum.
- Okay I'm ready.
- Well someone from our Joel and Lia
legends group sent this to us.
Our private Facebook group they sent us this video,
- Yeah.
- So just, you know, so any of you are
gonna comment being "like you only
react to the negative things in America,"
No we don't, we react to whatever you send us.
- Yeah.

- Yeah.
- This isn't us this is you.
- Yeah, I know we get so many comments are just like...
- I know.
- Haters, but you know, people want to see the reaction
so we're just giving the nation what they want.

pulled it out of a child's hand.

- I feel so anxious.
- Guys, is anyone trying to steal it
or they just take it to the checkout?
- No they're just taking it to the checkout
because there's limited numbers.
This is all Walmart, look that's a Walmart sign.
- Walmart? Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh.
- No I don't believe, this can't be real.
This is aggressive Joel!
- Why are they doing this?
- They've got security guards in Walmart.
- Is she just reserving it with her hand?
(gasps)
This is Walmart, again.
Why did human beings turn into animals?
- Animals for a bargain. No this can't be real.
What could they possibly be going that crazy about?
It like, it's just, what is that?
- It's just stuff.
- Its just stuff.
- Like what, you get like 30 dollars off that's it.
Like, is it worth?
- What is that a printer? What are we looking at?
- Oh, fight, fight, fight.
- No Joel! What are they doing? Oh my gosh.
- I'm Christmas triggered.
- This is so triggering, isn't it?
- It is making my heart rate go up just watching it.
- Part of me is like okay, maybe it isn't real,
maybe this is a massive film set,
all of these people are extras,
and they've just said okay fight,
and a few of the extras are being paid
to film it on their mobile phone.
- Sorry I've just had,
just I had a flash in my brain of
comments that we get being like "you two are such snobs,"
While me and you are drinking Prosecco
in a five star hotel room whilst
judging people who do Black Friday.
We're like oh my gosh my heart rate's going up,
sip of Prosecco.
- Keep watching.

- They are aggressive.
- They're so aggressive.
Oh my gosh I wouldn't leave the house
if I knew I was in for that.
- Yeah.
- Like surely these people knew what they were in for.
- I think some of them probably enjoy it.

- They enjoy the adrenaline pumping of like...
- Yeah, it's like when English
people go to a Football match.
- Yeah, I mean English people can be hooligans,
but normally about sport.
I feel like it wouldn't happen in shopping.
- Not about a bargain.

It must be every like, department.
- But all of these are in Walmart.
- Yeah I know.
- I feel really sorry...
- I'd be terrified.
- For the people that work there,
because they will have to go into work that day.
Imagine going into work that day.
- Look at that poor old lady.
I feel really sorry for the kids and like the old people.
I don't care if a middle aged man
gets punched in the face,
like he probably deserves it.
But, an old person.
- I would say lock up your kids, don't let them out.
Look at that kid in a trolley,
it's like "stay safe hun,
you're safe inside this trolley." Alright.
- Do you know where me and you would go mad?
If there was a sale on Prosecco.

- We're like clearing the whole aisle like, stop!
- Okay so this is Walmart opening,
so they're about to open the store.
- The staff that work there are obviously so terrified.
- I wish people would walk at a brisk pace,
like still orderly.
- We'd probably form a cue as well.
- Yeah, that would be a cue.
- What? The crowd's getting restless outside.
They're so ready.
- Oh my gosh they're gonna break the windows.
- Well do they have weapons?
(laughs)
- It looks like a zombie movie,
like everyone at the window like "uh."
(gasps)
- Also, I wouldn't bring much ,
they've not brought much stuff with them
they've just brought themselves.
- Yeah, also that's not much security,
that security guards really weedy.
- Yeah it doesn't look like he's
gonna be able to do much securing.
- Oh my gosh they're opening
- They're opening the doors.
- Are they trying to keep it like...
- What they should do, is do kind of what the UK do
which is like a few in, a few out,
and they have, like, a cue management system.
- Yeah.
- I went into a shop on Friday
and there was a cue management, the maintenance
wait at the door, wait minutes.
- We are great about that though, Brits are great at cue-
(both gasp)
- They literally pushed security guard out of the way.
- I know and they are running for the bargains,
how do they know where to go?
(laughs)
- This is like supermarket sweep.
- That was the greatest show.
No way that's already broken.
- No...
- So in Black Friday there must be quite a lot of
stock loss because A)people might steal it
- Or break it.
- B)break it
- Or C)eat it.
- If they don't eat each other.
- They are going metal.
- It is quite funny though they are running in.
- It is really funny, it's really funny.
- Bargains everywhere.
- What if they regret it, what if they just pick up
something they're like "oh I just bought something
at Black Friday I don't even need it"
- That's the thing, lots of the sales are fake
like a company, like they might sell something for 20 quid
and then it comes to Black Friday and they say 20 quid
reduced from 40 quid, and then-
- Interesting
- They make it seem like a bargain.
- That is such a good quality employees.
(both gasp)
- Oh wow
- What, what, what is going on now
what are they cueing up for another Walmart.
- Another, I don't think is Walmart.
- They are screaming to get in.
- It's like the Jon Lair meter.
- Yeah it's like when we-
Whoa whoa they are sprinting, this is such-
health and safety, the U.K. wouldn't allow that.
- Look the security things are being torn down.
- Oh my gosh, oh my gosh.
- I would be these people at the back, like I'll get in
when I get in, what is the point in rushing.
- Joel I be just the people at home watching on my laptop
like we are.
- Yeah.
(gasps)
- No that's not, that's real punching.
- What are you fighting over...

- Oh my god, what's the point.
- What is going on.
- Why are you fighting over bargains.
- What way to undermine Thanksgiving.
- I know.
- Do you know what I mean.
- But maybe those people there don't really do Thanksgiving.
- Maybe.
- Who knows.
- I mean, I'm sure it's not like this everywhere.
- No
- But this is pretty triggering like-
- So triggering
- You just don't, I think the worst thing that has ever
happened in the U.K., I heard once that there was sale on,
at Next and someone got trampled over or something.
- Oh okay, yeah.
- I don't know if there has been any like, fatalities.
- There's no big dramas like this, I don't think, you don't
really hear about it but again maybe that's because the
discounts aren't big enough because I'm sure
if Brits were given a big enough discount maybe they would
react like this.
- What like maybe, 90 percent?
- Yeah, if it was like-
- Like- I was going around shops on Friday, was it Friday?
No on Saturday I made a visit and it was like,
20 percent off and some store were like "yeah we are not
doing it" but there is that shelve that is part of Black
Friday, which was all the crap stuff.
- I didn't go out Black Friday I just did online shopping
- Yeah
- But I got lots of bargains which was great.
- Did you? What did you get?
- Well I can't say because my family are going to watch this
I got my mom a present.
- Oh you did all your Christmas shopping.
- Very big discount on that, it was about half price
and it was (whispers in ear).
- Fantastic!
- Fantastic discount.
- That's hilarious.
I just bought my protein bars
so I bought 5 boxes
- I did that too, I bought 14 boxes
- Oh that's nice, we tried protein crisps when we were in
New York last time and they were so nice.
- But you bought protein-
- So I bought 5 boxes of the dark chocolate and sea salt
bars that I like and they were so cheap.
45 percent which is really good, they ended up being
less than one pound per bar.
- Perfect.
- So at 90p per bar.
- Well I hope you guys enjoyed that, this is, like we said
easing in our Christmas content, I think tomorrow will
probably be a very Christmassy video.
