Waching daily Dec 17 2018

Hi, it's Driftingowy Nerd

Clouds and jackets means that it is the end of October

But it is ideal time to

organize drift competition

and cure autumn depression with smile coming out from drifting

We're in Toruń

at 42nd round of Drift Open

This weekend we will find out who is the champion of series

But also we will introduce 3 new drivers of Drift Masters European Championship

Sadly, in drifting we have mechanical failures very often

Victim of the first day was Paweł Borkowski

It looks serious but I hope they will fix it

During 3rd run at the very beginning of the track

Car shutted down

And after "undressing it" we found out that camshaft wheel got wringed

So, strange situation... probably first time ever it happened to me

For the great final of Drift Open 2018 we had almost 90 drivers at the grid

and their epic cars

We had also well-known duets as Bartosz Stolarski and his "Fiołek" (Violet) and Jakub "Musk" Tatara with his Oprawca (also known as Eurostallion)

Other drivers showed us their new weapons for next years

One of them was Dawid Sposób

Hi, my name is Dawid Sposób

This is Toyota GT86, 2jz engine

3,4 liters stroker, something about 850 hp

and about 1000 Nm

It has Wisefab angle kit, ISC suspension "Drift version"

Winters differential with adjustable ratios

and sequential Quaife gearbox

It is former Jakub's Przygoński car

I have it from a month and did only 2 rounds with it

1st round was unlucky for me, 2nd round I got a 3rd place with this car

We will see how it goes here in Toruń

Daniel Bogucki and Jaś Borawski are two youngest drifters in Poland

Together they have... 27 years!

and normally we could say they're kids

But it is hard to say like that, knowing how skilled they are.

13 years old Daniel in Toruń confirmed his championship in Street class of Drift Open

And we saw this year Jaś Borawski even at some Drift Masters 2018 rounds

Where he was entering to top16

For many drivers that was last top16 of 2018 season so let's hear their thoughts

Jakub Tatara, you entered to the top16

with the lowest powered car at the grid

Right now you will have, in my opinion, very hard job because

you're going against crazy and fast evolving Dawid Sposób

What's your plan?

- "Jechać swoje" (polish saying: do what you can/do your best)

so, that's what I'm doing from the beginning

(Dawid Sposób) Jakub has only 230 hp

I have sadly 850 hp, I'm driving with grippier tires and low tire pressure

So I think it will be a good battle

And it is gonna be tricky to keep going sideways after Jakub's car

(Marcin "Steve" Carzasty) Battle against Paweł Korpuliński in top16, in one place in time you were his drift teacher

That aspect will help or not really when going against him?

- Paweł came to me at the start line and we said in the same moment: "sad that it was so early in bracket"

So one of us needs to lose

(Paweł Korpuliński) No, I don't think so that we will be using any tricks. It will be clean and fierce battle, cause both of us want to win and advance

But I believe it will be very spectacular battle for sure

- Paweł trained and drove a lot, he is a very good driver

So, I'm happy I can battle against so skilled drivers as him

Runs will be just full attack from the start to the end

and small mistake can decide who will be better

-You won quali, high scored run...

We can easily say that this season it became your speciality

- Speciality? Maybe not but it happened somehow :)

[Wild Dino appeared]

- Watching your training runs or top32 battle, I was standing with a group of like 20 people and we all said that "Steve" is not rusty at all

So I wish you staying "aluminium" till the end of you life :)

- Big thanks!

Jakub Król

Piter Kozłowski

They were fighting whole season to prove who is better in Drift Open 2018

From first round young Król (king in English), was not giving back his throne at general standings

But till very last end he was fighting with very experienced Piter, who's aggresion can be compared to Kristaps Bluss

Championship fight was all about last round in Toruń

(Jakub Król) Stake is high, so we will fight till the end

In top16 I'm going against my former teammate - Igor Stolarek

Tactic? Go for 110%, cause Igor is very good driver

I'll do my best and we will see how it goes

Car is set, everything is working well

(Piter Kozłowski) - Will be podium, will be great

No podium, better :D

- Dollars that you have (on your suit), maybe after wins there will be more of them?

- Less successes means more dollars

- Oh really?

- Exactly

- So, we can see that in this season you don't really care about money?

- No. I care about it. So I don't have successes. [I don't really know, where this dialog is going]

- No successes? - Maybe 2 or 3

- One and only Piter Kozłowski, good luck!

- So, here we have Drift Open 2018 champion - Jakub Król

- But 2nd place was not Piter Kozłowski [more dollars? :D]

- After a crash he had to forfeit

- Amazing driving from Kamil Sikora not only gave him 2nd place during round but also 2nd place in general scoreboard.

Bartosz Stolarski was this round winner in his legendary Violet

2nd was Kamil Sikora in e30 who was surprising his opponents with speed and aggression

3rd place went to Paweł Korpuliński, who again in this season amazed everyone with his precision.

4th was Dawid Sposób in that beautiful gt86. His progress in skill is just amazing

Drifting season is over!

Auto Repair Marketing - Marketing To Millennials - Duration: 5:14.

everybody's talking about it you're wondering about how to market to the

Millennials and right now you're thinking marketing to Millennials and

direct mail don't go together on this video I'm going to reveal the

information found in the most recent report published by USPS buckle up

because we're starting right now

hey it's Matthew welcome back to car count hackers if you're new here we're all

about growing your car count income and profits so that you can improve the

lifestyle of everyone you care about go ahead and hit that subscribe button ring

the bell icon and you'll be on your way so I asked you at the beginning you're

thinking about marketing to Millennials I hear it all the time people struggle

they can't you know it can't get to those Millennials and all that stuff I

just went over the most current report from USPS and it was produced by Summit

research so are you ready to get going and find out what they found out because

I'm gonna show it all to you right now just one more thing in the comments

below be sure you let me know what you think about all the information that

summit found and USPS published just so that we're all on the same page here

it's the age breakdown that summit used to put this report together overall male

engagement has increased since 2012 and Millennials are at least as engaged with

mail as non Millennials regardless of age most consumers get their mail at the

first opportunity and then sort it at the first opportunity usually the same

day indicating a high value of mail and although they receive less mail overall

Millennials spend more time sorting their mail and are more active consumers

of mail and when a report looked at the consumers response to direct mail it was

pretty clear 87% of them said they would rather receive mail than a telemarketing

call 86% of consumers said I take time to look through my mail 84 percent of

them said receiving something in the mail is preferable to a telemarketing

call but wait there's something here that's gonna just

your mind 81% of consumers said receiving a handwritten letter note or

greeting card in the mail still has a lot of value and I've covered this

information I'm going to link to a video up here gonna cost you 17 cents and

you're going to start to bond that relationship between you and your

customers but right now let's get back to this report so if you're not sold on

direct mail and you will be by the end of this video maybe you're thinking

email well here's what the report found 62 percent said I'd rather scan for

useful information by going through my mail than email but hold on there's

something else 52 percent of consumers said local stores

need to make better use of mail I don't want to say I told you so but I told you

so so now you're thinking maybe about

privacy because let's face it privacy has been a big issue it's been in the

news about about data hacks and things like that so let's look at how consumers

look at mail and privacy 78 percent claim they really value the privacy of

mail seventy-six percent of consumers say they value the reliability of mail

and 76 percent also value the security of mail I hate to say it but wait it

gets even better seventy-three percent of consumers say if someone I don't know

wants to do business with me I'd advise them to use mail and 45 percent of

consumers said businesses in neighborhoods need to do a better job

using mail to keep me informed the report ended with some generalities and

customer behaviors consumers say that they like to discover what's in the mail

and consider time with the mail to be time well spent and of that 47 percent

fifty percent of a more Millennials and if you're still not sold on Direct Mail

when talking to consumers eighty-six percent claim that they pick up mail at

their first opportunity and 89 percent of those were Millennials so if you want

to market to Millennials don't you think you should at least

be looking at direct mail and I'm also gonna link a video I did up here about a

simple strategy on how to use direct mail because it's dirt cheap and easy to

do you can start that today but if you want to round out your marketing go

ahead and check the links down below I'm putting on a brand new free training

course how to double your car count 89 days without wasting any of your

hard-earned dollars on that money sucking advertising and once you've done

that come on back here and watch these videos how you can virtually double the

pricier oil change without raising your parts pricing or your shop rate and then

go ahead and hit that subscribe button ring the bell icon that way I'll be sure

to see you on the next video I'm Matthew take care and talk soon

America's Pension Crisis - What Can You Do? - Duration: 2:49.

As most of you know since October 3rd till now, the stock market has been on a

tremendous downturn and there's certain warning signs that we're seeing.

So today we're going to give you a glimpse of some of the news and headlines that you should pay attention to

so you understand what's happening, and how to protect your money going forward.

CNBC News: "Paul Tudor Jones sees more

volatility, says the stocks could drop as much as 15% before rebounding".

That was December 10th 2018.

New York Times, Matt Phillips: "Wall Street faces stomach-churning swings

as the economy and uncertainty grows inside the United States".

December 9th 2018.

Yahoo Finance: "Is the bull market on the verge of death?"

December 6 2018.

Folks this is just a small glimpse of information that's come

out in a handful of days, and if you start looking at the newspapers and

articles that are out there - and start looking at the mainstream media first

thing in the morning - you'll start getting the headlines that are important

to us. If you just take the headlines that we've read today, it concludes that

there is a ton of information that's out for us, but more importantly they're all

telling us the same thing - they're all pointing in one direction - that the

economy the United States is not in the position that they are telling us in most cases.

And my point to telling you this is that we've always

tried to get ahead of you in regards to the news so you could prepare accordingly.

The newest report we now have out, "The Day The Pension Died", on page 7

of that report, it will specifically talk about some of the companies and

corporations that I mentioned earlier. I want you to listen to some of the names

of the companies that are listed here and then we're going to start talking

about the unfunded portions of pension health inside those companies.

We're looking at General Electric here, 31 Billion. Boeing, we're looking at 20

Billion. General Motors, we're looking at 18 Billion. Lockheed Martin, 14 Billion.

AT&T, we're looking at 13 billion. Exxon Mobil, Delta Airlines, UPS, IBM, Ford Motors,

and the list goes on and on and on.

Pension health and pension programs is a supplemental income for those who work

for a company long term that gives them income so when they get ready to retire

they have the ability to continue to survive with supplemental income from

Social Security and properly diversified money and equities.

Today, the equities market is in trouble. When the equities market gets in trouble

and we encompass it with the problems that we now have with pension plans

inside the United States, our money is becoming at risk. Click on the link below

and we'll give you access to an electronic copy of this report immediately.

Call the number on your screen

and we'll be glad to discuss further details of the information in the new report.

Thank you for watching US Money Reserve's Market Insights.

Lamborghini Urus rijtest: pretpakket van 280.000 euro - Duration: 16:01.

Isn't it nice to play in the dunes and enjoy nature?

You have the wind in your face.

This is it, the Lamborghini Urus.

Don't be mistaken. This isn't the first SUV by the Italian brand.

Lamborghini had the LM002 in the '80s.

That's a bizarre machine. That one did have a V12.

I wanted to say W12 because of my Volkswagen Group influences.

I've been waiting for this car since 2012.

I'm the proud father of a daughter who was born in 2012. My son was born later.

I need the room. An Aventador or Huracán isn't enough, or you need two.

That's not so sociable. I don't know if the market asked for this car.

There's a huge demand for SUVs in all classes, including these bizarre machines.

If you've grown out of the Cayenne Turbo, the next car may be an Urus.

It's a monster of a machine to look at.

I don't think it stands out more than an Aventador or a Huracán, but it's a real Lamborghini.

No, this is too cold.

Back to the car.

It's really in-your-face; a real Lamborghini.

I think you like it or you don't.

This car stands out. It draws attention.

Some owners won't like that.

An acquaintance told me the attention is too much.

It stands out as much as an Aventador or a Huracán, but you're going to use the car differently.

Go for groceries, drop off your girlfriend or wife,

or make sure the wife is away so you can see your girlfriend. Things like that.

The design screams Lamborghini with its folds and stuff.

It clearly shares a bloodline with the two Lamborghini sports cars.

They put a lot of effort in aerodynamics.

It has a front splitter and many openings for cooling.

The engine and brakes need lots of air.

The engine burns fuel, which requires oxygen, but it needs cooling too.

Lamborghini says that every body panel contributes to better aerodynamics.

They put thought into it. The rear has a floating spoiler.

You can put your hand under it.

There are small corners here.

The entire shape is focussed on speed.

The result is that this SUV has the highest top speed of all available SUVs.

305 kph (190 mph). That's fast.

The big brakes are nice too. Ceramic is standard. Not many cars get it standard.

They're 440 mm, which makes them the largest on a production car at the moment.

That's nice if you want to brake for cyclists.

We didn't. - There's a nice bike path over there.

These morons think they're better than that.

There's a lot of traffic. We need to use a different lane to overtake some cyclists.

Very strange. This is a narrow lane with a line down the middle.

Strange. Are we allowed to drive here? - I don't know. There are no cyclists here.

You do have to give way here. - The cyclists aren't that fast.

This is really big. The brakes fill the rim.

Like I said, these are the biggest brakes on a production car ever.

My shoes are size 44-45. I don't know what size these are.

21 inch is standard and you can get up to 23 inch rims factory.

This is the winter set, which is only 22 inch.

The rear tires are... I don't remember.

325/35 R22. I think those are expensive tires.

I won't google it for you.

What a machine. Look at it.

Lamborghini is part of the Volkswagen Group, but Audi is the owner.

You see this when you get in the car. I'm not saying this is a bad thing.

It's not bad, but the vent buttons and such show the Audi genes.

The infotainment system as well.

It has three screens. There are no old-fashioned gauges,

but a digital meter that shows when you're doing 300 kph (186 mph).

We know the extra screen from the modern Audis: the A6, A7, A8, and Q8.

You can set the climate control on this screen.

It has haptic feedback, so it clicks when you press it.

This is nice to use.

They also included the safety systems of the modern Audis.

If you take a close look at these cars,

you see a kinship with the Cayenne, Q7, Bentayga, Q8, and Touareg.

All share the same platform and components.

That's not a bad thing, because the rest of the car (such as the experience) is fully Lamborghini.

Like this. Rawr.

It's bizarre. We know this engine in all kinds of varieties and power.

The 4-liter V8 with two turbos has 641 hp and 850 Nm (627 lb ft) torque in the Urus.

Its response and noise, depending on the mode you choose with this switch...

I don't know what it's called, but the Anima switch can put it in Strada.

That's the comfortable mode. Sport makes it wilder.

Corsa makes it spit fire. The gear selector wants to hit you in the face if you don't go full throttle.

'Sabbia' means 'sand', 'Terra' is off-road, and 'Neve' is snow and ice.

A nice Italian thing: I got this car and put it in Sport mode.

I wanted to switch on the adaptive cruise control. It has that. Audi stuff.

It didn't want to do that. I had to switch to Strada mode.

A very Italian thing to do is to go through all those programs. You can't push the switch upwards.

Anyway, those are the fun Italian quirks.

They make life more interesting. The performance itself is amazing.

0-100 kph (62 mph) takes 3.6 seconds and 0-200 kph (124 mph) takes 12.8 seconds.

It's the whole experience. You can put it in Strada, but in Sport or Corsa it's very enthusiastic.

This. This feeling. Hoon it all the time.

Of course, all-wheel drive is standard.

All Lamborghinis have all-wheel drive nowadays, except when there's a '2' behind the name.

Those are the most special models. The base models have all-wheel drive.

It's Torsen based. It has torque vectoring on the rear axle.

It usually has 40% on the front and 60% on the rear, but it can vary.

It can have 70% on the front or 87% on the rear.

You feel it's very adaptive. I would like to have a mode

with fixed power on the rear wheels for a more predictable drift.

That's just me. I always have something to complain about.

I do have one serious point of critique. I hope I won't forget to tell you.

And it's not the price.

The handling is fantastic. It has lots of grip.

I do miss feedback sometimes.

I can't guess for 100% what the all-wheel drive is doing.

You know it pulls straight when you apply power, but I'd like more feel for better control.

Those are small things to whine about.

The interior. This is the ultimate mix between Italian awkwardness

and Audi's German soundness, thoughtfulness, and brilliant materials.

It has the screens and pretty buttons for the lights. Of course it's all adaptive with LED and such.

A Lamborghini or Ferrari with light coming from the headlights was enough, but it no longer isn't.

It needs more now.

The big trunk contains 616 liters.

That's the biggest trunk space in a Lamborghini ever.

The LM002 was more of a pick-up. It didn't have a real trunk.

I'm not sure. I'd have to check. I still have to drive one.

Here's my appeal.

It has two seats in the back. They have a pretty finish and it's roomy.

It's not the roomiest car you could buy, but you don't buy it for this.

You buy it for this.

The whole experience in this car is well done.

The sound, the throttle response, and the display instead of gauges...

We know this from the Volkswagen Polo up to the Urus.

Of course, it has a tachometer. It looks different in Strada, Sport, or Corsa mode. That's fun.

It also has a power and torque curve, which shows how much you're using.

Let's do some higher RPM after this junction.

You see a dip every time you shift gears. There's less power, but the torque is different.

These things are cool.

It shows the power on each wheel. It's unnecessary, but it's well done.

It's a lot of fun.

You may be wondering if there's something to complain about.

One thing: this car stands out.

You may want to use this car for grocery shopping.

You won't do that with your Aventador, but it stands out just as much.

A more serious thing may be the wind noise.

There's relatively much wind noise at the frameless windows.

The panoramic roof started leaking over 260 kph (162 mph).

That's annoying. Air, that is. Not water.

It doesn't like to be under too much pressure.

The price. If you can afford this car, you're not worried if it's 200,000 or 400,000 euros.

Of course, there's a difference. I get that.

Prices start at 286,000 euros, but you'll tick some boxes.

I don't know what this car would cost on Dutch license plates because it's on Italian plates.

We can talk about the rivals.

I know that a Tesla fanboy would say that the Model X is just as fast and has more special technology.

A Model X is no rival to this car. It isn't.

The interior is much prettier.

The 0-100 kph (62 mph) sprint is similar, but the rest of the car is completely different.

Especially in the Netherlands with its taxes.

What are the rivals? The Bentley Bentayga is cool too and more chic.

The Porsche Cayenne Turbo S or whatever will follow has similar technology,

but the base model is more well-behaved. That it stands out less can be a good thing.

Those are the rivals of this car.

At the same time, as long as Ferrari or McLaren don't make an SUV, this car is one of a kind.

I'll put it in Corsa one more time.

Corsa without manual shifting so we can do launch control. That's a fun way to end the video.

There's one more conclusion.

This car is like the Dolomites.

I don't know if you've been there, but you can get perfect espresso and cappuccino there.

It's served by German-minded people. They're neat and punctual.

That's why this may be the perfect car.

And it isn't. Many things are wrong.

That makes it even more fun.

WHAT ARE THE BEST KETO PANCAKES VERSUS - Duration: 11:40.

I'm Darius the shit with Scioscia sugar free destination of you to enjoy me

I'm guilt-free and oh now today we have the best Keto pancakes vs. ah alright so

I guess I have three recipes invited only two will probably worth anything

alright so I got this one recipe it's supposed to be like a hot cocoa keto pancakes

but the thing is I don't know what I was thinking when I looked at it I guess I

overlooked a certain ingredient that wasn't there but we'll get into it I'm

gonna go ahead and knock that one out first because I'm not expecting much out

of it we have the first one I'm gonna do and it's a hot cocoa keto pancake now you got

so many like this some a traditional cream cheese or it's a oma flower or it

straight coconut flour what I wanted to do was give you guys three different

versions of that particular keto pancake the first one comes from a

recommendation website was a mission website called fit views and the author

is Carrie I can't I can't even I can't get that last night I don't even know

where to start but it's Carrie I know and that has to be Carrie is ke r ro I

like it has big hair and it's straighten like eggs and cream cheese there's

nothing to bulk the pancake that's what like flowers use for its flowers use for

poking I don't know whatever thing I guess they thought maybe the cocoa

powder was gonna do it but no that's not that's not the science of baking that's

not how it works the second one is a coconut flour

pancake I'm excited for this one because all my pancake recipes on my site that

I've ever done are coconut flour well all I have to I have a pumpkin pie have

a pumpkin pie and I have a cinnamon pancake now that's having pancakes is

off to shake the pump on one is good too don't get me wrong by that sediment one

like I said in pecan yeah I'm interested to see how it's coconut flour one's

gonna be like oh is it gonna knock my socks off in the

third one I chose the third one because wherever you pull up Keto pancakes this

is always the first result like the best keto pancakes they always come up and

they're almond flour now I have never had almond flour pancake I've never had

a pancake with cream cheese in it I've only ever had mine

coincidentally my pancake was the first pancake I ever ate and I enjoyed it

now I'm a little nervous to see how they can't really good so the first one is

the keto hot cocoa pancake two eggs two ounces of cream cheese softened 1/2 a

teaspoon of vanilla two packets of stevia monk fruit or other low-carb

sweetener now I want one monk fruit that's my go-to sweetener as always one

tbsp coconut powder coconut one tablespoon of cocoa powder and ghee for

the skillet and I actually use ghee for all three of the pancakes all my skillet

this one like I mean look at the texture like it's just it's flattened like it's

super thin they just all right this guy takes it exactly what I thought

now if they want to took it and made something and barely used like coconut

flour or almond flour to bulk the batter cuz the batter was super thin like it

was pretty much this runny not pretty much it was running has the

potential to be something I mean the cocoa cam the cocoa comes to fine the

cream cheese like in the vanilla it gives it like that hot cocoa milky

flavor but it's so eggy I mean I don't even know what it's happened with the be

honest I mean I guess you could just even the way they are or maybe you could

do like some power of sweetener but you can try it now oh well if you do try

them maybe you should probably add maybe like

two tablespoons of Amiens maybe a quarter of a cup

ooh hmm 3 to 4 tablespoons of coconut flour if you want to do coconut flour

and if you want to do almond flour I would suggest about 3/4 cup 1/2 to 3/4

cup that you can play with that to see how thick you want your battery

I think with that these could be pretty decent pancakes but the way they are now

just naturally no no not at all I it's so second that we have a coconut flour

pancake now I'm gonna go ahead and oh coconut flour pancake with cream cheese

excuse me and this comes from wholesome young that's a pretty popular site so

you guys may have heard it you may even tried it before her pancakes are 2 large

eggs 2 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature 3 tablespoons of

coconut flour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream 1 tbsp of a richer at all a half a

teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder and a half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

it says optional but I go with it anyway the other one was mixed with a whisk

this one says to puree all the ingredients in a blender and the third

would said the same thing that was actually like super convenient I must

say because I have to mix anything like I did with the first one and then my

dishes were dirty so yeah me now I'm the 3 this one came out the

fluffiest if you look at it like I mean even when we cut in it I mean it has a

fluffy texture to it but how does it taste

cod taste like eggs that was this pancake by itself I actually have some

chocolate zero maple syrup here and I'll link some of that below actually follow

me you get a tent you get 10% off or Chuck zero products I'll put the link in

up about coupon code in the bottom Chuck's the oil syrups like I like them

and to be honest like this is the best tape this is the best tapes in taste a

maple I have but I still prefer the LA canto a lot of people don't like the la

canto but the thing about the LeConte o is the lucano syrup it stands out more

on the meal to get the taste of maple if you just taste the chives zero with your

finger you get the maple flavor all day like it tastes like syrup whatever

whenever you put it on application it seems to lose the flavor a little bit

like you got a plate extra in there and it's a little bottle not really cheap so

I'm going to add maple syrup to this and then I'm going to see how it tastes

okay I feel that the maple syrup it helps a lot to give like that pancake

feel and it does with the amount I used it washed out that egg flavor that I got

with the pancake yourself and who it more than likely whoever eats it is

gonna put syrup on it anyway so this one can definitely work as I said it's the

fluffiest one out of the three oh we got nutrition on this one

we got attrition in this one all right so the serving size is for 3-inch

pancakes 267 calories 21 grams of fat 7 grams total carbs for grams net carbs

and 9 grams of protein that's not bad and you know it's coconut flour and

cream cheese and it doesn't have heavy cream in it too so you get a nice little

dose of dairy I guess you could say and so the last one comes from Quito and

pearls and this is supposed to be like according to Google when you put keto

pancake here this one comes up all right now I'm not gonna get to why that may

happen but if you're gonna be number one lightin be number one you know I'm

saying 2 cups of almond flour 8 tablespoons of

melted butter 1 tablespoon of avocado oil or coconut oil 1/4 cup of water 4

eggs pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla

extract 1 teaspoon of baking powder 2 tablespoons of sweetener mom fruit

butter for the griddle but I still use ghee anyway

now this one like it doesn't looking at it and it's rather flat like this one

didn't come up fluffy whatsoever like it was the bet it was very runny and I

speak on the second one the second batter it was it was rather thick it was

it wasn't running at all like it was like your typical pancake batter but it

wasn't super super thick but all the others were rather than the first one

was extremely thin and the third one it was like they just seemed like you can

use a little bit more flour but I went by the recipe and I'm saying like

now I'm gonna make the recipe to a tea because that's what you guys would do at

home let me let me taste this okay so it's eggy and sweet it has the sweetener

in it I'm gonna taste it I could taste a month Ruth I used so now Allah some

maple syrup of their pancake literally disappeared in my mouth like I just

tasted to certain it was so thin it just all the flavor just collapsed

Ellis my first expense well almond flour pancake in here let me down sister you

let me down alright so number two is easily the best one to me the coconut

flour the cream cheese like it was fluffy when I added the syrup to it it's

still maintained his flavor and still maintain his structure and if you looked

like it looks more like a traditional pancake there are other two so wholesome

young you're like she has something over there now I don't want to turn you guys

off when it comes to the Aggie flavor like that's why I wear my pancakes I

don't have a plain tasting pancake on my pancakes have like a theme tune to avoid

like the egg taste because it's easy to do but if you do if you don't want to

have a theme to your pancake you just want a plain taste and pancake

number two is definitely a good one I gave my tips on how to make number one

better but the third one I don't really know what to tell you to do because if

you have more almond flour like it's good it's gonna change the integrity of

the know her recipe and someone asked about the rich eat all I use because the

second one did use a repertoire boom I use this five pound bag right here

Anthony's so the ones I do recommend are the ones I use I'll put I'll put a link

down low for you guys for the right to toe as well because I mean you can I

don't think you can find in a store like this bulk this big I mean this big key

toes are lifestyle for you I would definitely recommend buying it like huge

like this it'll definitely last a while and of course what kind so much fruit

all through the speeds will be linting below for you

guys so you can check them out by yourself the first one I don't know what

pictures they use but that's not a pancake turnout I will see you guys next

time if you enjoyed this video give it a

thumbs up and if you have any suggestions hit me in the comment

section if you're new to the channel hit that subscribe button

[RECETTE-NOËL] APÉRITIF À MOINS DE 10€ - FOURGON AMÉNAGÉ - Duration: 12:36.

- Hello Hello ! -Hello everyone !

Today we are two in the kitchen of the van because we wanted to introduce

the recipe we are going to make for our little love eve

And the aperitif that we will offer you for festive meals will be less than 10 €

Extremely simple to do, No oven needed, it's great!

It can be done in a fitted van, or in a van, or in a camper

Following this recipe we will be introduced a dish and also a dessert!

- all at less than ten euros - We go straight to the recipe

For the realization of blinis, we are going to need, my love?

Spelled flour, vegetable cream,

yeast, olive oil, cider vinegar or wine,

salt, bicarbonate, and vegetable milk

In a small bowl we will mix 15 cl of vegetable drinks

We chose oats because it suits us well in terms of taste

Important to shake well the bottle before using it

As it's mixtures that are made based of water, usually the content stays at the bottom,

- So shake well before serving - I put it everywhere!

- That's it, 15 cl - And a teaspoon wine vinegar

Today I am the clerk, the little elf

This mixture, we will stir it and the let stand for five minutes

It will leave us time to prepare the sequel!

We're going to need a bigger salad bowl, because we are going to prepare the dough for blinis

We will take spelled flour, it will take us 120 g, which is 25 cl

Since we do not have a portable scale, we always use our super measuring cup!

- So 120 g of spelled flour - He does that the little goblin!

- I put it in? - Yes

- That's the 125 g - To that, we will add a teaspoon of baking powder, therefore of baking powder

The baking powder

A tea spoon

- We will add a pinch of bicarbonate - Food, my dear!

- Like this? - Yeah, it's a big pinch that!

We are not used to cooking at two in the van, so it's a great first for us!

- And a pinch of salt - Exactly

- Like this? - Yes

Alright, we're going now stir

- Here - Everything is well mixed,

and we will now add our mix, vegetable milk, wine vinegar

And there, we must mix!

And I go on my side add the 15cl vegetable cream that we will need

It is added little by little, it is better to be able to incorporate it into the dough that is already forming,

under the powerful fingers of Kim

We continue with the manual drummer

I'm going to pour some cream

If you have the chance to celebrate Christmas in a home, and that you have the opportunity to use

an electric mixer is when even much simpler

I think the dough is good!

- We will put the stove to heat - With oil

We'll just put a little background

- Until the pan is well hot for cooking blinis, - We will prepare the first spread to spread on

It's a "Sour Cream", so it's a herbal cream

We will use a small container in which we will mix all the ingredients

- The ingredients, my love are? - Vegetable cream of soy yogurt

Soy yogurt is not bad because it's thicker

So you've noticed all the ingredients are plant-based, because it's a vegan recipe

but we can also do it for vegetarians, or omnivores

A little bit of lemon juice, and chives

While Kim is going to realize Sour Cream, we will be able to spread on our little blinis,

I'm going to prepare the blinis!

To make the Sour Cream, we will put 6 tablespoons vegetable cream

One,

two, three

four, five,

And six ! Then we will put half the pot of soy yogurt

It is 400 g so we will put 200 g

I may have put a little more, but it is not serious ! We mix a little,

we will put a tablespoon of lemon

And then I'm going to mince the chives to integrate it in

So here you do what you want, as you see fit, according to your tastes

I will go there a lot simpler, with the scissors!

I put it everywhere, it's great!

Once you put the chives in, we continue to mix

- So, what does it give these blinis, Marianne? - My first blinis are ready, do you figure Mr. Kim, and they are pretty pretty!

So when we put them on the stove, it will have to be like mini pancakes

If we can do round is better, but here is the first!

- It looks more like a space shuttle - Here is the first

And the Sour Cream looks like that

It looks a little cream ...

yogurt, deluxe

- It looks good, my Sour Cream is ready, we'll pour it into a container a little smaller,

and a little prettier, we finish the blinis, and we'll meet right now for ...

Mushroom butter

So for mushroom butter, we need half of a red onion, or then a shallot

2 garlic cloves, which have already been cut

what is important with garlic is to remove the germ that is in the middle is much more digestible

a tablespoon of hazelnut puree, of course 250 g mushrooms

that must be rinsed beforehand, olive oil, salt

Possibly pepper if you like it, Marianne does not like it, so we will not put any

and chive, so I'm going start by cutting the onion

I will go there roughly because that in fact we're going to mix with garlic,

so I'm just quarters, garlic, the same I have cut in half, to remove the skin and the germ,

Then I put them in our little manual mixer

I put the half red onion and I'm going to start by mixing this, to avoid cluttering the hand blender

Hop, it's mixed, and I add the two cloves of garlic, and I continue mixing!

I'll put you in music, because the sound is not pleasant

It's well mixed, we move on!

Then I'll rinse the mushrooms, and cut them into tiny pieces

So here we have 250 g of mushrooms, I will rinse them

- Cook for two in a van, ... - It's all a logistics!

We do it for you, and for Christmas!

I will now go to the cutting, know that I hate mushrooms!

So this recipe will be only for Marianne! I do not like it so I let Marianne do it

As I finish cutting the mushrooms, Kim will take care of bringing back

with a little olive oil onions and garlic

So you saw, we do everything in the same stove, you do not have to worry if you live in a van

- It stings ! It makes me cry - I'm in the right place

- We need a hood in the van! It's a horror! - Hahaha, he's crying!

Then we will add the mushrooms already cut

- You do not care everywhere! - Bam!

I add a little olive oil

Bim!

But stop! You know what it is in subtitles, to translate that bam, bim ?!

And here we cook until it's pretty!

- So that's when it's a little bit .. - Fondant!

- So how is the cut? - And listen well, I cut, I cut, I cut!

And you saw a little bit of Christmas decoration that we put?

Garlands with stars, and Christmas trees, and I put on Greg's Way's shirt

This is the first time I realize Blinis, and I'm really proud of it

It's super easy, super fast and what's more, I think!

Super good, it can be done too with buckwheat flour

Our mushrooms, onions and garlic are well cooked and we will come and put them again in our little manual chopper

That's my job, and we mix!

So it's a kind of little dough with small pieces of garlic mushrooms and onion

We will now put them in our little bowl

And to that, we will add a big tablespoon of hazelnut puree

Hop!

We put it in and mix

It smells good !

Once it's well mixed as usual we transfer to another container to make a little bit more pretty

It's a nice dough like that, very creamy,

that smells like hazelnut, mushroom, onion

a little garlic, it looks delicious, even for me who does not like mushrooms

and for that it presents a little bit better we will add chives on top

And here !

- Like this and that's what it gives! - Our little Christmas entries are ready,

We will go to the tasting to see if it's good anyway!

We have our blinis here, and the cheese cream here

- Let's taste that! - Go a little blinis!

- They are beautiful ! - A little cream like this

we put it everywhere,

but that's how the good food must eat!

- It is really good ! - It's not bad at all, but it's eaten cold normally, so book cool

I'm still tasting the butter mushrooms, but a little bit!

That's a feat!

- Me too, I'll taste that! - Oh yeah, it's not bad,

we feel the nutty, and there is a taste by the mushroom, it's really good!

For someone who does not like mushrooms, it's ok we'll say, I could eat it!

- But against that, the sauce, I really like it! - Me too !

it's very fresh, it's eaten alone

With blinis, it has a smooth side, sorry i'm talking full mouth

- Frankly for an entry me, I validate! - Me too !

So that's how you can easily make a vegan appetizer,

Or vegetarian, you can also adapt it, and put for example tuna in the sauce,

to do a little bit like St Moret / tuna

You can adapt it to your taste, put pepper, a little more salt, ...

We managed to do that in a van, to 2, in what? A half hour

It took us half an hour to do all that, it's frankly easy to do, it does not cost too much

We hope this little recipe Christmas aperitif will have pleased you

If so, do not hesitate to put a little like!

And to subscribe, because it's Christmas, because life is beautiful, and we are in a tour of Europe!

We wish you all happy holidays, take care of yourself and big kisses friends!
