Cleaning Out The Kitchen Pantry - Duration: 10:02.

hey what's going on it is Steph here from StephJKing.com coming to

you from my kitchen because I've decided to stop procrastinating and I'm going to

be cleaning out my kitchen pantry today and oh my gosh I've literally been

holding off doing this for such a long time I think my pantry I let it get way

worse because I was looking at it and I'm like I really need to tidy it up and

I'm go to do it and I would stop and go no you want to do this on a video you

want to show everyone what it is that you're doing and take you along the

journey with me so I just stopped and then every time I plan to do it I would

open up the cupboard door and I would take one look at it and I'd be like nope

not happening today it's not going on at all but today is a different day I'm

actually gonna get stuck in and get it done so if you can see behind me a

little bit some stuff was actually already pulled out so Tom got a little

bit motivated and started cleaning out the bottom shelf which was a really

handy apart from that I told him to stop because I was going to do the rest of it

myself so let's carry on and let's get stuck into it the first thing I'm gonna

do is get everything out and hopefully it will fit on to my kitchen benches if

not I may need to put some stuff over onto the dining table but we'll see how

we go

all right everything is finally out that's just a couple of waters and just

leave that in the bottom this is everything that was in there so much

stuff it's crazy the lighting isn't that great right here all this stuff stuff

over on the dining table and then some bits and pieces on the ground so there

is a look that's so

what have I gotten myself into

okay I've cleaned out the pantry that's all good now it's time to go through all

of this find out what's expired so I can throw

it out or what we just don't use or what don't what we can they're what we don't

think could get in use so we can donate it so let's not get into that

okay I think I've gone through I've gotten rid of all the stuff that it's

expired and just moved things out that I thought that you know we could sort of

give away or donate because we don't use now I'm just gonna go through all my

jars and my storage containers and just see what I can sort of move around

because there was stuff that in the cupboard that we used to use before I

started shopping at the source bulk foods and the reason why I love the

source box foods is that you can go in with your own containers and your own

jars and you can take as much or as little as you want so instead of going

to a grocery store and buying like massive packages of stuff you can decide

if you just want a little bit or a lot so I'm just gonna go through and sort of

see what I can do to move stuff around and just organize that a little bit

better yeah that's what I'm up to it's taking a while but I think I'll be happy

with the result once I get to the end Oh

so this is my job with my dates in it and this is my bar by bicarb baking soda

so I actually go through way more dates than what I do by cup baking soda so I'm

actually going to transfer the goodies in these jars so this is going to become

my new bike our baking soda jar and this all to come my date jar because I just

eat more days

all right I just took a little break I was getting a little overwhelmed and

frustrated but we're all good so have some lunch and now I'm gonna start

putting stuff back into the cupboard and just see how it all fits in I'm probably

gonna go with the same sort of setup to what I originally had I know it didn't

look like there was any setup at all but there was a method to my madness so I'm

just gonna put everything in there and then I'm just gonna play around with

stuff until I can get it to where I want it to be I guess so let's go

here is the final outcome looking a lot better so starting from the top that

basket just has things in there that we don't often use so it's very irregular

that we would grab that down and then that little brown box is my little

chocolate stash yes I do have them then we're moving down all the T's and hot

drink type things are sitting on the top there and then down the bottom is like

spreads and some bits and pieces that I would use for like baking and then at

the back there in the back corner is all our tinned food that we don't really use

it's just there just in case we want a snack or something easy to eat then

we've got this round thing that turns I come and what it's called but that's all

our sources and then we've got our cooking oils down the next shelf on the

left is or I like ready-made stuff is so it's good to go so if we want to grab

some you know a handful of nuts or have some oats that's there and then to the

right is all the baking goods so some pasta some dates some chia seeds to go

in my smoothies and then down the bottom my smoothies for breakfast and then that

basket there is just all extras so some extra spices some of my coconut milk and

sauces and then all our extra supplements that we often will grab if

we've run it out from where they're normally stored and then we've just

added in this little black basket here just to keep our veggies in there and

that is it done and dusted a little bit neater and a little bit more organized

probably could be better but it will do for now

operating profits both hit a yearly all-time high in 2018 due to a

semiconductor boom that lasted until the third quarter last year but forecasts

weaker earnings for this year on sewing chip demand on Thursday the company says

its combined sales for 2018 amounted to 219 point three billion u.s. dollars

some two billion dollars more than his preliminary estimate released earlier in

January operating profits for 2018 amounted to nearly 53 billion dollars

which is zero point six billion dollars less than his earlier estimate but is

still a record high his operating profits in the fourth quarter of last

year were similar to the preliminary estimate a nine point seven billion

dollars which is a twenty eight point seven percent drop from the previous

year sales during the October to December

period last year were slightly up from the previous estimate at fifty three

point three billion dollars a ten point two percent drop on year samsung said

the disappointing q4 earnings are mainly due to global chip makers adjusting

their inventories and its main clients cutting their orders the company says

that expected overall annual earnings to decline this year although sales of

memory products and Oh le D panels is expected to pick up in the second half

its memory and processor chips account for more than 70 percent of overall

profit the general consensus among local market watchers backs up Samsung's

projections that it may be able to rebound in the latter half of the year

thanks to seasonal factors but analysts also say a dramatic uptick in the

company's earnings is unlikely since semiconductor prices are expected to

drop further this year in response to growing signs of a slowdown in the

Iggy Pop, one of the pioneers of punk.

The US musician brought this raw music to Europe in the early 1970s.

Punk meant rebellion, refusal, no future.

A loud, insolent attitude to life.

One characteristic of punk rock and concerts is their simplicity.

The music only has three chords, enabling many people

to join in and play along.

Yet as the Raw Power exhibition proves, punk was more than just music.

It was also fashion that played around with subversive messages.

Its inventor was a young Vivienne Westwood.

In her shop on Kings Road in London, the punk scene found its style.

Some call Iggy Pop the "Godfather of Punk".

Exuberance. Provocative poses.

That's punk too, as Kevin Cummins's photos show.

The anarchistic energy of punk

can also be found in the creations of street artist Banksy.

It's hardly surprising, since many street artists are also punks.

Like Sven Marquardt, a dedicated punk,

photographer and famously

the doorman at Berghain, Berlin's notorious techno nightclub.

He grew up in East Berlin,

where punks were pursued by the Stasi.

We lived under a dictatorship, that wasn't much fun.

We were so young, stubborn and defiant,

and we couldn't be bothered to do anything.

We didn't want to get a job or earn money in the ways

that you're supposed to.

And yet he did a - rather middle-class - course in photography.

He started taking pictures of friends and fellow punks on the Berlin scene,

like Frank, a barber.

Frank came along to the photo shoot.

His whole flat was full of dolls

that had been completely ruined.

I thought: "I'll take a photo of him

looking just as ruined as his dolls."

That's what he always made me think of.

Punk doesn't have one single message.

This is also reflected in the exhibition.

The movement runs independently of any system or religion.

In Indonesia, there is a very vibrant punk scene.

As the report of Basel-based photographer Eleni Kougionis shows:

today, punk no longer means "no future", but also stands for hope.

I get the impression that the Indonesian punks don't have the

mindset of "let's destroy everything",

but rather "let's build something together, help each other out,

try to survive and make money".

"God is sick, his son listens to punk".

There is also a photo here of a work of graffiti by Naegeli,

as well as one of Beat Schlatter when he was a young drummer.

In which ways do you think punk still exists today?

I think it exists in

young people's attitude to life - not quite as before,

but it's something that's still there.

Maybe punk simply grew up.

Yet the constructive elements have survived.

If you see Genzo saving stats, it will be divided to Punch 8989 & and catch 9535

For me, i think this Genzo can be a hybrid keeper.

But its totally up to you guys. Either you like it full catch or punch or both. Which is Hybrid.

I cant give an advice yet, which 1 is better.

But from the stats only, its better to build on catch. rather than punch.

Both can be good too actually. I mean hybrid keeper.
