how award functions in Bollywood are different from the award functions in the west,

for example in Oscars.

So here it goes!

Hi! My name is Academy awards and people also call me Oscars.

So, who are you?

Well, you can call me whatever you feel like!

So tell me, how do you guys celebrate the award ceremonies?

What all happens at the function?

Nothing, the film industry gathers, we give awards one by one, and the whole event is very entertaining.

And, we enjoy a little bit of wine as well.

What about you?

Oh it's not SO boring here with us!

We have stage performances, people dance, they sing,

People pop up from the sides, or from behind, they even jump from helicopters!

Then we have brand endorsements

Also we have a lot of fights, arguments and a LOT MORE!

I work for the audience, whenever I direct movies, I do it for the audience

Nobody can dare shut me up!

Well, that is something different...

And of course we give away awards as well!

Now, tell me on what criteria do you guys judge the actors to give the award?

Acting skills, response of the audience, critics' reviews and various other factors.

But you tell me, what should be the criteria according to you?

CRITERIA!??

And that entire world of the awards...it's a whole game man.

And what about profit? I mean how do you make money?

Sorry, I don't get you...

Well..

Look, for us awards are the priority.

Another important question, that actor from Titanic, what's his name...

Why was he given the Oscar so late!?

You mean Leonardo...

As I stated earlier, there are various factors at play.

And sometimes it takes more than just talent.

And you know, awards cannot be purchased.

Those are not award shows, but are TV shows.

The more actors will come, the more the channel will buy it and so they'll make money.

I'm talking about those awards...

Generally for us, the ceremonies are for 3 hours, 4 hours...

What about you? How long are they?

Well...umm..here the functions are quite long...umm...we celebrate them and all...

Gulab jamun masala (ऐसे बनाये गुलाबजामुन के मसालेदार सब्जी ) - Duration: 3:10.

Hello friends welcome to my channel

if you are new to my channel so please subscribe

today we will learn how to make gulab jamun masala curry

it is easy to cook and delicious in taste

here i have taken 5 to 6 fried gulab jamun 1/2 small bowl fresh cream,1 tomato finely chopped,2 onion,7-8 garlic cloves,1 inch ginger

i have given the recipe link of gulab jamun in description

here i have made tomato and onion garlic paste

put pan on flame

oil is enough heated now add 1 black cardamon and 1 inch cinnamon and fry for 2 minutes

now add onion garlic paste on it and fry it well

onion paste is fried well

now add 1/4 t spoon turmeric 1/2 t spoon red chili powder,1/2 t spoon salt,1/2 t spoon coriander powder

mix it well

add 2-3 t spoon water and mix it well and fry for 2 minutes

now add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes

tomatoes are well fried now add cream on it

and fry for 2 minutes

gravy is well cooked now add 1/2 t spoon dry fenugreek leaves

1/2 t spoon of sugar

mix it well

and Fry for 2 minutes

gravy is ready

now add gulab jamun balls on it.here i have cut gulab jamun into 2 pieces

if you want you can put without cut

cook for 5 minutes

our gulab jamun is ready to serve
