DIY Suklaamunat | Chocolate eggs - Duration: 12:31.

Hello everyone! Easter is coming

so I thought I should start making some easter themed treats

Today I'm making DIY chocolate eggs and I use egg molds

I bought these prima-mausteet.fi

They sell all kinds of baking tools, kitchen tools etc

I bought these 2 years ago

There wasn't any other website that would have been selling these

And they sell these again

You should try these

I have an old chocolate egg video on my youtube channel

I link that there. There's few nice ideas

But today I'm showing you more ideas

DIY stuff is the most fun

Here I have candy melts

You can find these on grocery stores

or online

There are a lot of colours

You don't need to dye them

These are fake chocolate. They don't contain cocoa butter

You don't need to temper these

While using these molds you need either tempered chocolate or fake chocolate

I have a chocolate tempering video on my youtube channel

So if you are using real chocolate with cocoa butter, you need to temper that

Otherwise the chocolate gets stuck into the molds

or melts into your hands

Melt the chocolate in microwave 400W

intervals of 15-40sec and stirr

Or use double boiler

Here's pink chocolate

If you want this to be runnier, add little bit of oil into the chocolate

But I think this is ok

Pour chocolate into the molds

Spread around

Pour the excess to the bowl

Put your mold to the freezer for 1-2min

If the first coat is too thin, add the second one

I sprinkled some popping candy on top of the chocolate

Candies will be stuck to the melted chocolate

Sprinkle the excess candy

Put the mold to the freezer for 1-2min

of fridge 5-10min

Then I add chocolate to the edges

I let this set upside down

so that edges are thick enought

First coat is set

I add the chocolate

You can cover the popping candy as well

because if the candies get wet, they will start popping

but the chocolate will protect the candies

I cover the edges

so that they will be thick

and our chocolate egg will look pretty

Put the mold to the freezer for 1-2min

of fridge 5min

When chocolate is set

flip over the mold

You can stretch mold a bit and carefully press the chocolate out

Chocolate should pop out quite easily

If you use real untempered chocolate

chocolate will be stuck

Here's our first half. It's nice and shiny

Fake chocolate will stay firm and beautiful on room temperature

You can hide anything inside

Candies or toys

I test these chocolate raisins

Check also Prima's candy selection

Seal the edges with chocolate

You and use brush or spoon

I sealed the other side first and let that set

Then I seal the other side

When chocolate is set, you can clean up the edges with knife

This is one way to do this

Here's the other way

Use our molds

Put the halves into to molds

Put some chocolate to the edges

If candy melts starts to set in bowls, put them back to the microwave

Put chocolate to the both halves

and place the molds together

Close

My molds were a bit deformed after storing

but I used paper clip to close them

Let chocolate set

and remove the mold

It should be easy

Here I have chocolate colours

These are oil based

You can dye chocolate and candy melts with these

Don't use gel colours to the chocolate

because they may ruin the chocolate

Always use oil based colours for chocolate

These are solid on room temperature

so you need to melt them in hot water

Then I paint my molds with these

And you can colour your chocolate as well

If you want to use gel colours, you need to mix them with cream first

but make sure that you have the right temperatures

I paint the mold

Let see what happens

I used pink and yellow

You can also paint the egg

Molds are ready

Add the chocolate

let set and close

Inside the egg I made quick chocolate ganache

Put 1 cup of cream to the pot

Add 200gr of chocolate

Heat until even

You can also whip cream

and add melted chocolate

But this may turn out to be gritty

This is better way

Pour the mixture into the bowl

let cool and put to the fridge over night

This needs to be really cold

Then whisk mixture like cream

Easy and silky ganache is ready

Put ganache into the bag

pipe into the chocolate half

And same to the other half

Then join the molds together again

I use the molds again

Let set in a fridge

You can clean the edges later

I wasn't able to see the colours well

so I decorated this with gold gel paste

Here I have light green caramel apple candy melts

Really nice colour for easter

Fill the molds

Add the second layer if needed

Into the freezer it goes

If the edges are rought, you can fix them with scissors

I put little chocolate eggs into the halves

Outside the egg looks a bit same

Seal the halves

You can use both ways

Here I have variation of candy melts

I put chocolate into the ziploc bag

Then I put bag into the hot water

Cut the corner open and pipe the chocolate

Our neighbour's daughter is Splatoon fan

so I made this to look like the game

I give this to her

There's seems to be some colour stains in the game

Here's the other way how to make spots on your egg

Take candy melts

and add little bit of oreo crush

and mix

And prepare the same way

This tastes good

Into the mold it goes. And let set

Let the excess candy melts set on a baking paper

Put them in the bag or container and use later

You can also decorate chocolate eggs with fondant

Anyway you want

I make Mario and Luigi eggs

Like any other cake decorations

Glue decorations with chocolate

Don't use water

Here's Luigi's hat

I made moustache out of black fondant

I painted M and L letters with edible markers

These are so funny. My kids loved these. Just use your imagination

Surely u are tired because of the adware ,malware and the auto updates in windows

also the reason of that tired is Microsoft and their support on windows that includes less security

that makes your os get damage and see more crashes on any software also that background working programs that u didn't know any thing about it

so I think this episode is surely for u

the Hackintosh is the non apple device working with the apple software also how I make my pc hp 8200 elite run with dual boot

Is that worth it ? if we gonna answer that so we should ask : is the windows or Microsoft os worth that we didn't let it u wan't the answer so let's review the whole thing and give analytics

so we will mention the mac adv and disadvantages

windows disadvantages the auto un stoppable updates : the last while all of us upgraded or systems to win 10 the problem is the win report that the os automatically and send it to Microsoft ,

the prob is that u may not have a need for these bunch of daily updates but u have no choice the update became like the death a surely thing is going to happens and no way to stop it

and also the un good thins is no matter how you gonna to stop it it won't stop whatever tools u uses like registry files, ….. it will reopen it self again and start to consume ur windows

The virus can go into ur pc by the chrome ads or some thing like that if u haven't a virus software or at least u didn't do the windows defender updates

the performance of the windows has a problem is : that if u haven't any idea about ads that u will surely download a some thing wrong because of ads . These wrong downloads 90% loaded with viruses and shitty programs that consume ur hardware performance and this is might be the reason of the

blue screens and the crashes that happened while we are working on some software and also might be some sight consume ur pc for mining :D

and that's a reason for a problem like that at first after u booted up ur pc it's working well till 10 minutes and it started to stuck and working less than before

if I decide to install new win and after I over all these problems found the common error is "0xc000007b" and this is a well known error the gonna kill me one day !

this error is happening because a short of dll files and that a bad happen in windows and the most biggest thing that make me hate it

also an disadvantages is (render time ) in windows I found that the 10 minutes windows video is gonna take between 10 to 15 minutes time to render and that's not a prob for me but the prob here is that I have to be a

in Mac I was editing and rendering the same video out in all 8 minutes and I CAN use the pc without any kind of stuck And I see from my personal view that because of that the windows have a lot of apps and alot of algorithm that working in hide in background that takes from pc performances

ok NOT THE MAC DISADVANTAGES HARD OF SYSTEN NAVIGATING if u are first tine that you gonna to use apple software you will think that's weir because of it's diffrent for win 180 degree

but believe me if learned windows with it's secretes in a whole year you will learn the Mac in 30 minutes because the Mac OS contain only 4 or 3 mnue

also that Mac didn't support games and this is may not a good thing and I agree with u and if it supports any kind of games it became shitty and cost a lot with a bad graphics and that's because windows has a Direct X this is the most thing thats make me use the windows and Mac by dual boot

MAC ADVANTAGES A STABLE AND FAST SYSTEM AND IT'S SAFE AND UN EFFECTIVE

AND THIS IS THE MAIN REASON that when I installed Mac '' I do that on a separated ssd and the windows on another hdd and this may be make my pc working more well than if I installed the both of them on a single driv

ohh I forget to tell u that the most disadvantages of Mac that. It's not easy to install or it's not a peace of cake , with Mac install there always a problem , but u have to search and find solves

is the Mac working well with all devices ? - unfortunately no yo have to find if the Mac compatible with your pc or not by the way it's used to know that's Mac only working with intel cpu but now I think the is a solves for AMD Mac install this is the whole review and aim sorry for the time if u liked it hit like and subscribe and sharing will be usefull .
