[ARMY's singing birthday song for Jungkook's birthday.]

(The members preparing a birthday cake for Jungkook after the pre-recording)

JM: Oh, it's here. Here.

(Hope & Jimin secretly preparing crouched on the hallway) JM: Just put a candle? / JH: Yes.

JH: Here it is.

JM: This, this... Hyung-nim, you're gonna say I couldn't do it.

JH: No, I won't. JM: Can I put in whatever? JH: You can put them in whatever.

JH: Don't put in the side way, just put it in.

JM: Yes...

JM: But this didn't go it. It's just on top of the fruits.

JH: Put it on the side.

JM: Yes.

JH: You can just do it that way.

JH: Don't you think so?

JH: Like firecrackers.

JH: Do you know what I mean? JM: You have a good sense.

JM: How do you usually write 2? This way..

JH: I'll lit.

[Jimin getting nervous even from small sound.]

JM: Jungkook is not there?

JM: It's all melting.

[Getting in hurry for the quick melting.]

JM: Can you bring my phone?

JM: 2 has to be lit!

JM: What should Ido? (in satoori)

Good job, good job. We are done. Just open the door and we are set.

The candles are all coming off!

JH: Happy birthday!

Happy birthday!

Our beloved Jungkook! JM: The candles are all coming off! Just blow them quickly! (in satoori)

JM: The candles are all coming off!

(Jungkook coming from the corner eating bread puzzled) JM: The candles are in mess!

JH: Hurry, hurry!

JM: Hey, the candles are all on the fruits. What is going on? (in satoori)

JM: Hey, you should take the cake!

JH: Happy birthday, Jungkook-ah~

JIN: Jungkook, happy birthday.

Eat the cake quickly! V: Happy birthday!

JM: What's wrong the the candles?

JM: The fire was to strong.

JH: The candles were all melt down.

SG: Is it... sweet potato cake?

JK: We can't eat these.

JK: Birthday became nothing special for me, everyone.

JK: Birthday is the day I was born.

JK: A blessing day.

JK: I was eating something good earlier.

JK: The cake... what is this?

JH: Whoa~ What is this?

[Jimin prepared a birthday present for Jungkook.]

JH: I know what the present is. If don't carry them...

JK: It's a bag!

SG: It's about time Jungkook should prepare presents for hyungs, no?

JK: I should give to all of them this time.

SG: I decided not to prepare any present from this year.

JK: Can I open the present now?

SG: The only reason I don't prepare is because I can't choose. JM: If you open it now..

SG: I don't know what to get.

JK: If you open it now, you have to get rid of yours.

JK: What?

JM: If you are curious, then you should open.

JM: If you are curious, open it.

JM: If you open, you have to throw yours away.

JK: Why do I throw mine away?

JM: You'll know when you open it.

JK: I have to throw it away?

[Jungkook couldn't resist curiosity and opened it.]

JK: Isn't this a bag?

JK: What is this?

JIN: Ah, he shouldn't have!

JM: As I was preparing that, you talked about a bag, and it gave me goosebumps.

JIN: Our bag presents overlapped.

JM: Throw away your camera bag!

JIN: Oh, that was your intention?

JM: That camera bag...

JH: From what I see, Jungkook will still carry the camera bag.

JM: No he shouldn't! Receiving this bag, and if he still carries the camera bag...

JK: Wow~ JM: Perfect!

JM: Looks good on you!

JK: I wish it was shorter.

JM: You can adjust the length.

JM: You can adjust it shorter.

JK: Does it have enough storage space inside?

JIN: It feels like he will still carry the camera bag.

JIN: It seems like it doesn't have enough storage space.

JM: He should still carry this bag.

JIN: That's why I prepared a bag with enough storage space. [Jin promoting his present.]

JK: Then, I have a good idea.

JK: I will carry Jin hyung's on the back.

JM: Don't do that!

JM: I bought this so that you don't do that!

JK: Jin hyung might have bought..

JK: But it's really strong.

V: Wow, I should make this Tani's house.

V: Make him a luxurious house.

V: Tan, come here. JIN: It would be perfect for Tan's house.

JIN: It would have been better for cats.

JH: Does the cake taste good? ><

JM: We should eat the cake right away. JH: Does the cake taste good?

JM: We are just taking this off...

JK: You shouldn't eat this part, this part, and this part.

JH: Does the cake taste good?

V: Sit, sit. JM: It tastes good.

JH: Does the cake taste good? JM: It tastes good. V: Sit, sit.

JH: Does the cake taste good?

JM: It tastes good.

JK: Wow, I'm full.

JM: We should throw this away in the garbage.

JIN: We should really throw it away. That's why I bought a bag.

JH: You can just put it in. ~|

JM: Right.

JM: It looks like it's going to fit.

JM: Doesn't it look like it's going to fit in?

JK: Maybe we should do this! JM: Be quiet!

JK: We can do that.

JK: Throw the bag in that bag.

[Jimin putting all from Jungkook's bag.]

JM: What is this? _-_

JM: There weren't much, Jungkook.

JM: I'm all done.

JK: I can't throw this away.

JM: You have to throw it away.

JK: No, no. I need a camera bag.

JM: If you open your eyes tomorrow, the two bags will be gone.

JM: I already knew.

JM: Even If we throw one away, I know there is one more.

[It was a happy birthday for Jungkook being with the members and ARMY!]

Join us on a new journey…. - Duration: 8:28.

Hey there and welcome back to

another video of measureschool.com teaching you the data-driven way of digital marketing.

My name is Julian and I have probably said this intro very, very often now hundreds of

hundreds of videos.

And some people actually come up to me in conferences and say, Hey, you that guy with

the till next time.

And yes, I am that guy now.

And I'm super happy about this.

Because now we actually reach the milestone of 60,000 subscribers on this channel.

This has been well just amazing for me.

I didn't really have this as a goal post saying, okay, I want to go 60,000 subscribers.

I always thought like 10,000, that will be good.

But afterward, I really stopped counting.

Now, this channel has grown so much.

And I really have only you to thank because you are probably somebody who has been following

along, you probably didn't Google for this video.

And then found it on YouTube, somehow.

You are one of the viewers that have this probably in their feed and sees this and thank

you.

Thank you for following along on this journey.

Now, a lot of people have a journey and a lot of people write to me that have journeys.

They have learned a lot of about Google Tag Manager, they have learned a lot about measurement.

And they have learned a lot about this whole marketing world that I call data-driven.

But let me tell you, I also have a journey right.

I went from just doing the screencast where I didn't want to show my face to these videos

that I do now in front of the camera, to actually learning a lot about Google Tag Manager really

going in depth and trying to understand how can I explain this better.

But then giving this all back and you have given me so much more back to from this channel.

I am now recognized at conferences.

So people actually come up to me, which is kind of funny for such a small channel.

Second, I have won so many friends through measureschool because I get written and there

are some opportunities people come up to me and this has been just a great experience

in terms of making connections to other stuff out there.

And then third, obviously everybody who went out there bought my courses or bought a consultation

from us, I'm so glad that you guys have found us and that you have put trust in us right.

And even if you're just watching this videos and consuming passively as a marketer out

there, and thanks for still watching these videos and following along.

So thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you

all for you.

Now, people actually often asked me what can I do to help you out with this channel?

There are obviously different opportunities here.

But I want to start out by just saying if you watch these videos, then you are fine.

You're doing me a huge favor.

Obviously, there are sometimes ads in front of the videos so if you watch through them

or click on them or just ignore them.

That's fine, that's all fine.

This monetizes the channel somewhat so I'll be able to keep this going.

At least for a little while.

But we also have costs on our end right.

Video production costs, video editing cost, me standing here and not being able to do

something else at the same time.

But I really am here for the community.

And I want to give you more of the trainings and help you out more and more.

But I have been struggling as well right.

So people have asked me how can we help you out.

Obviously, we also have courses out there, we have consultations.

But now I want to bring you and I want to announce a new form of contribution that you

can make to this channel.

And I also want to give something back at the same time.

And what I want to announce is channel memberships.

Now, channel memberships are a new feature of YouTube, you may see down below a Join

button, you mainly see this on the desktop side.

But we also have a link in the description.

So if you're not on the desktop, you could join through that.

And what channel memberships are, are a more intimate form of

joining this channel, actually, and getting into the community.

And this is a typically $5 subscription depends on which country you are in $5 per month that

is.

And what you would get for this is up to the Creator.

So I'm open to talk with people about this.

But what I have put into perks right now is that you would get an extra video each week.

What does that actually mean?

I will not produce more videos that I won't put onto the channel.

But rather put it into this gated or paid community kind of thing.

I will actually pull out videos, old videos if you say from my content library that I

have available for my premium courses.

So you would be able to get a new premium video each week with which goes into one or

the other aspects of

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or whatever we have available there.

Maybe we could also do a little bit of voting going on which video you want to see next.

That could be a possibility.

I'm open to talk about this.

Then I will do live trainings, so exclusively for Channel members, you will be able to join

our live streams and ask questions.

This is also a very small intimate group of people who are channel members.

So I will pay extra attention to your questions, obviously, and you will get a live training

which we also going to publish before we

publish on the subscriber feed

there.

And third, there will be access to two trainings.

One training is our Enhanced eCommerce tracking training.

A lot of people ask me always about Enhanced eCommerce tracking, how can I do it?

Well, there are a lot of steps involved.

And I can't just cram it into one video.

Luckily, I have done a training and I want to give you that training for free.

The second one is our Google Tag Manager for beginners plus challenges course.

You may be familiar with our Google Tag Manager course that we have here on the YouTube channel

for free.

And we also have a paid version that actually gives you a little bit on extra with challenges.

So we can actually try this out and I give you the solution and I'll give you a demo

website to try this out.

So this is these are the four perks that I've put into the membership for now.

Please click that Join button, check out the perks.

Maybe they change over time if you watch this later, but this is really it.

If you want to get more involved with measureschool, get deep into the community and wants to support

the channel, then I invite you to join our membership.

Is this a good deal?

Let me know in the comments below.

I think it's a good deal.

If people out there I think I have a professional crowd, right if you're a freelancer if you

make money, but actually doing analytics or implementing stuff or taking the knowledge

that you've learned on the channel and put it onto us what is $5 a month.

And that's how you can contribute in your own

way.

Or maybe your boss asked him as well.

Anyways, this is really just one new feature that I wanted to announce here on this channel.

It may not be accessible for everybody.

And maybe you think of other ideas on how you could contribute.

Please leave me a comment down below what you think.

I'm always open to hear your thoughts.

All right.

Channel memberships are now available.

If you want to join, please do so.

And if you don't want to join

please continue watching these videos.

Thank you again for 60,000 subscribers.

That's all for now.

If you liked this video, please give us a thumbs up and as always, you know what to

do.

And my name is Julian.

Till

next time.

Final Fantasy VII is one of the best selling games of all time and has been so well-loved

by fans since its original release in 1997 that it is now being remade for modern consoles

with the highly requested Final Fantasy VII Remake.

The game's popularity is undeniable, however, did you know that the version of the game

that we received in the West actually had some big differences compared to the original

Japanese release?

The English release had a whole range of new additions, a bunch of changes to the already

existing content and also various points to do with its translation.

And with that, today we'll be taking a look at how Final Fantasy VII was changed when

it was released in English.

The first thing we'll be taking a look at are the additions.

When originally released in Japan, Final Fantasy VII actually had no super bosses for the player

to take on and test their skills with.

The overseas release seriously revised this by adding not one but two very powerful optional

bosses for the player to fight, dubbed Ruby Weapon and Emerald Weapon.

To go along with the addition of the new bosses is the inclusion of a new NPC at the village

of Kalm, called the Kalm Traveler.

This NPC is involved in sidequests for locating and defeating the bosses and also collecting

their spoils.

These spoils being a free Gold Chocobo for players strong enough to take down Ruby and

a Master Magic, Master Command and Master Summon materia for taking down Emerald.

It wasn't just optional content either.

Diamond Weapon actually only appeared in cutscenes in the Japanese version but was added as a

main storyline boss overseas.

The developers also added a new weapon for Yuffie during this fight, which can be obtained

by using the steal ability.

One of the game's FMVs was even extended to show these new bosses.

In the original Japanese release, a cutscene during disc 2 would be much shorter than the

English version and would show none of the Weapons or any of the commotion that they

cause.

The English version however, shows all 5 of the game's Weapons, with Sapphire Weapon appearing

first, then Diamond Weapon, followed by Ultimate Weapon and then lastly both Ruby and Emerald.

The English FMV also shows the party narrowly escaping a blow by Ultimate Weapon on their

airship, which causes Tifa to get knocked to the ground.

As for the changes made to the already existing content, there's far too many changes to be

able to talk about every single one here, but these include various balancing tweaks

to things like stats and abilities, UI changes, some parts of the game being made clearer

and also some sections just having a little extra polish put into them.

Random encounters were reduced by varying amounts in most areas of the game, which means

you'll be fighting a lot less battles than over in Japan and some areas even had random

encounters removed completely.

Toggleable indicators were added to the backgrounds to show areas you could enter, with red indicators

representing new places and green indicators showing places you can climb.

The menus were given an overhaul, with the Japanese release having two lines of items

in the item menu, whilst the US release only has one and has the character portraits permanently

affixed to one side instead.

The exchange option was also added to the materia menu, which allows you to exchange

materia with other party members.

Status effects were also displayed differently in Japan, with, as shown here, the character's

max HP no longer being displayed when inflicted with a status.

Artwork was also changed in places, like the battle background at Corel Reactor.

In the Japanese version, the background shows a circular arena whilst the English release

has battles be located at the base of the reactor.

The Temple of the Ancients' clock puzzle was also actually more complicated in the Japanese

version and you would have to fail and fall down the pit 3 times to get the simplified

English version.

Over in Japan, you couldn't control the clock manually and instead had to let the Time Guardian

move the clock for you with various statements.

The challenge here lying in working out what time intervals each statement represents.

The animation for Safer Sephiroth's Super Nova attack was also completely different

over in Japan.

In the English release, this catastrophic attack sees Sephiroth destroy most of the

planets in the solar system one by one through the use of a powerful comet, before then crashing

it into your party.

The attack is presented very elaborately and is over 2 minutes in length, however, in the

Japanese version, the attack was very different.

The damage calculation was also altered, with it being impossible to kill your party in

the English release - instead dealing high percentage based damage, with the inclusion

of inflicting the status effects confuse, silence, and slow on the party.

Safer Sephiroth's abilities and AI were also tweaked in various other ways too.

Alongside these - it was made easier to keep your body temperature up during the Gaea's

Cliff climbing section and a few changes were made to the Speed Square Minigame so that

it's harder to rack up points.

Ultimate Weapon's level was also increased in the English version and its Dexterity was

raised, making the battle more challenging.

A few other enemies also had changes, such as Gi Nattak being made immune to sleep and

poison and chocobos being made immune to paralyze.

The mechanics of the Chocobuckle attack were also much more overpowered in the Japanese

version, with the damage dealt being the number of times you had escaped during battle multiplied

by the level of the user.

This was changed in English so that the damage dealt was just the total number of escapes

and nothing more.

The English release also added two new flashback cutscenes that give further info on Cloud's

past.

One of these occurs shortly after the weapon encounter during disc 2 and tells things from

Tifa's perspective, as she remembers encountering him semi-conscious at the train station.

The other is optional and can be triggered in the Shinra Mansion on Disc 2, after restoring

Cloud's memories.

This flashback shows Cloud and Zack escaping Nibelheim from Shinra and also how Zack would

ultimately be killed.

Japanese players would not be able to see any of these new scenes until the later Final

Fantasy VII: International release.

This release added these scenes, as well as all of the other changes made to the English

version of the game.

It also included a 4th bonus disc called Final Fantasy VII: Perfect Guide.

This disc has never been released in English and contains a wealth of background information,

trivia, behind the scenes content and other material for fans to enjoy and learn more

about the world of Final Fantasy VII.

That's not all though for the differences between the Japanese and English versions

of the game.

There is actually also a lot of points to discuss regarding the game's English translation.

When Final Fantasy VII was brought to the English speaking world in 1997, Square were

still in their infancy when it came to localization for other parts of the world.

1Up.com reports on this in an interview with Richard Honeywood, who applied to Square for

a programmer position and found himself as the sole localization producer instead.

To quote: "As Honeywood explained to me in the interview

that forms the backbone of this article, Final Fantasy VII was the game that opened Square's

eyes to the kind of money there was to be made outside of Japan.

"FFVII sold one million in the U.S., then later succeeded in the rest of the world,"

he said.

"Up till then, we were preaching the benefits of localization to the dev teams.

But suddenly they realized it was no longer the 'pocket money' level of the SNES era."

"Final Fantasy VII sold like gangbusters worldwide, but not on the strength of its English script.

The translation was rough, full of grammatical errors and weird turns of phrase that have

become an integral part of the game's legacy.

But considering how the game was localized, it's surprising there weren't more errors

-- Michael Baskett was the lone translator on the project at Square's North American

headquarters.

"He had some external help from Japanese speakers whose text he also had to edit," said Honeywood,

but "the QA team was just finding its feet then too.

We didn't have editors and the full review and checking processes we have now.

The dev teams were not accustomed to localization either, so there was a serious lack of communication

and best practices back then."

Fans of the game will already be aware of how rough the translation can sometimes be

in places and with conditions like these, this shouldn't be seen as surprising.

There wasn't just spelling and grammar issues though, but also some subtle and some not

so subtle differences in things like characterization and plot points.

There are too many differences to be able to really report on these fully, but Tim Rogers

has a great series of videos on YouTube called "Found In Translation", which you'll be able

find linked in the description and goes through the game comparing the English and Japanese

scripts.

One interesting point that's brought up in these videos revolves around Aerith or Aeris,

as her name was mistakenly translated to in the English version.

Aerith's character was more fleshed out and given more personality over in Japan and she

is much more humorous and spirited - something that isn't carried over very well into the

English version.

She also actually has a nickname for Cloud that she uses all throughout the game, whereas

the English version doesn't really have one.

Over in Japan, Aerith calls Cloud "Mister Jack Of All Trades", with this being a reference

to something Cloud says to her when they first met, about how he does a little bit of everything.

Aerith also doesn't say that Zack was her first boyfriend in the Japanese script, but

rather that he was the first guy she every liked.

There's much more than that so make sure to check out the aforementioned video series

if you can.

For another example, the videos also mention how sometimes the dialogue would be toned

down overseas or made less explicit.

For instance, the whole Wall Market section was quite a bit more explicit with its crude

nature in the Japanese script than in English.

There are also things like when the lights turn off on the train ride early on in the

game and how Jessie says "When the lights go off, you never know what kind of creeps'll

come out".

Over in Japan though, this was much more direct, with her saying "When the lights go out there

are a lot of train gropers."

Later versions of the game would update the script in places and fix some of the typos

and grammar issues.

A full retranslation has never been done though, for any of the game's re-releases over the

past 21 years.

But that's all we have time for today.

Again, I'd like to thank NordVPN for sponsoring today's video and for supporting what we are

And you will see, there will be a lot of links made with the videos of

my other playlists. To begin, I wanted to talk to you about

a subject that I love, it's the Escape Games, also called Escape Rooms.

So, what is an Escape Room? It's very simple, it's a game that consists

mostly of finding out how to escape from a room in a limited time,

usually an hour, and it is practiced mainly in

groups of several people

Emi: If I understand well, people pay to be locked in a room?

Amy: That's it!

Today when we talk about Escape Room or Escape Game,

we imagine this rather ...

but the first were electronic games of escape, we call them '

point and click' because we point on objects or clues and we click .

Amy: no way ?! (sarcastic)

We can name for example Myst released in 1993 or Crimson Room in 2004

or 999, 9 hours, 9 persons, 9 doors, released in 2009.

regarding Escape Games as we know, it all started in 2006 when

young Japaneses and Hong Kongese started to reproduce these kind of games in real life.

At first a practice organized for parties or in bars.

The 1st Escape Game as we know open in Kyoto.

Then it develops very quickly everywhere in Asia

until arriving in 2011 in Budapest.

and anecdotally, his creator, in the Hungarian capital, says he

did not know the concept coming from Asia, but explains that he was inspired by a book

by one of his compatriots, a Mr. Csikszentmihalyi

Does that remind you of something ?

Ah yes, it's the book on flow theory !

Budapest is just the European reference for Escape Games.

The creators of Escape Games from all over Europe often go to Budapest

for inspiration. In 2012, the first in UK opens in London.

In 2013, the first in France opens in Paris and the first in Switzerland

opens in Bern. Anecdotally, it was basically a university

project created for students by their science teacher Gabriel Palacios.

But since there is some Escape Game everywhere

and in my opinion it is the proof that it works. To date, we are talking about

hundreds of rooms in France and thousands around the world.

At the beginning of the game, there is always a little story with the mission like

for example, you have to escape from a room but it can also be a bomb

to defuse or a bank to steal. And when we play there is even

most of the time a little music in the background in connection with the story.

All this is related to the mechanism called 'storytelling' and it's very important

in games because it helps really to bring the player into a state of flow.

By the way, there are even castles that have been converted in

Escape Rooms! As immersion it's hard to do better!

Then you enter the room and the countdown begins.

Sometimes time is displayed,

sometimes you have to find the bomb to see the time displayed on it, sometimes

you do not even have the right to know the time that elapses, you cannot even

keep your watch!

Now you have to start looking for clues.

At first it's always hard, the first 10 minutes,

because you don't really know where to look for clues,

you're a bit lost, and you often have a voice in our head that say sentence such as:

You paid to be lock in a room, now you are assumed!

But slowly we can connect some elements

to create clues to solve some puzzles and then

we are pretty sure to be in a state of flow.

While playing, a game masters see us via a camera, of course for security, for example,

if someone faint, but also for example, because there are always people

who will find ideas to look for clues in an unlikely place.

But it also allows you to interact with the players, for example,

to give them hints if they ask for it or to help them if, for example,

they see that they are stuck for 5 minutes on something that is just part of decor.

no it's just the decor!

And if you have been very careful you may have realized that this is

a method of Dynamic Game Difficulty Balancing that we saw in the video of the flow,

that just keeps the player in this state. The only problem

is that once we have done a room there is no reason to redo

it unless we really failed it and we really want to go further …

and even. This is why in general a room lasts 18 months

before being renewed, so change the decor, change the riddles, change

the story, everything change! Can you imagine the work?

In my opinion the strength of this game

is that it is really focused on the 'social' type of player which, as reminder

is the majority of gamer. It's a perfect activity for companies to

strengthen team spirit, team building, and moreover as Plato said:

"You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation"

Moreover, the picture at the end with the

time score, reinforces even more the social aspect!

but obviously solving riddles is something that will really

please explorers and the achievers

During my first Escape Game, we received a bracelet if we

managed to escape in less than 1 hour ... a real gift for the type of player achievers!

Interruption, if you did not understand when I talked about explorers, achievers, etc

it's probably because you haven't seen my video about the types of players.

I have understood :)

Now, imagine an Escape Games present in several cities

that would offer a different badge for each room,

and with a special badge that we could only get

if we managed all the rooms. Personally, this is the kind of

thing that could influence my destination of holidays.

If the game is still very young, the brands are embarking on the franchise.

This is the case, for example, for all these companies.

As we have seen, the concept is developing all over the world and there are

more and more variants and some of them are quite unusual!

Let's take a few examples. Number 1: the solo. The game is for one person,

for example, there is the Lockdown in Singapore.

Basically, it's ideal for players who are not social type

Number 2

In the USA they made it as TV show with the Race To Escape since

2015 and Escape! since 2017.

Number 3 - The jail

It happens in the Netherlands in a real abandoned jail,

there are actors and lots of players start

the game at the same time, in a different cell.

The goal, of course, is to escape from the jail.

Number 4

which is just the world championship of the Escape Game.

Number 5 - The job interview

I've already told you about it in my video on gamification recruitment

but there are more and more companies that create Escape Room according to

the social skills that the company is looking for in the candidates.

Number 6 - On a boat

Same concept but this time on a boat.

It looks like the jail version because several teams at the same time and actors

Number 7

There are more and more traditional Escape Rooms but with a storytelling

taken from movies, such as Assassin's Creed in Paris.

But there are others in the world that take over Matrix, Dexter, Breaking Bad, Lord of the Rings, etc.

Number 8

Here the difference is that instead of playing in a room, we play in a bus

Number 9

In Lyon, a Culinary Escape Game opened on July 5th.

I have always been told that you should not play with food!

Number 10

It is an Escape Room that is played alone via a VR Headset.

Imagine now a Escape Game with several players in VR

Uh, I'm interrupting you because 1st already exists and 2nd it's the topic of our next video!

But I say that, I say nothing ...

By the time I was editing this video, I discovered some other interesting examples,

such as the Dujardin board game, or the Escape Home of

Happy Kits, in which you can customise your Escape Rooms which will play at home.

Then you just have to download and print the elements of the game and arrange them in the room.

I'm sure there are many other variants but my goal

was to really show you how the concept grew and show that it works!

If you've never tried it before but were considering it, I'm sure

you'll find it in a city close to your home.

If you liked the video, I remind you to:  'like' the video, comment, share, talk to your friends,

this is what improves the reference to this channel 😊

See you soon !

Jenelle Evans Denies David Eason Abused Her After Accusing Him Of Doing So On 911 Call: 'I'm Fine' - - Duration: 3:33.

In case her recent PDA pic wasn't convincing enough, Jenelle is letting fans know she's alright — despite accusing her husband of abuse in a frantic 911 call

Take a look at her YouTube confession!    Teen Mom 2 fans have been extremely concerned for Jenelle Evans, 26, ever since a disturbing 911 call was released of the reality star accusing her husband David Eason, 30, of assaulting her — and now she's opening up about it! In an Oct

25 YouTube video titled "Confessional: Domestic Abuse," Jenelle said, "Everything's fine

You know, I've been in so many domestic violence situations in the past that I would not put up with it now

So I don't know why you guys would think that I would continue to stay in this relationship if I was being abused

" She later added, "Every time I told you guys that I was in a domestic violence situation you would not believe me, and now I'm saying that I'm not, now I 'am' and you guys are trying to tell me something different

I'm just sick of hearing it. Just stop."    Jenelle was hospitalized on Oct. 13, and while she's been trying to prove she's just fine with confessionals and PDA pics, her call to the cops is difficult to listen to

"He pinned me down on the ground in the yard," she told the 911 operator. "I think I heard my f**king collarbone crack, and I can't move my arms

I think that he got violent because he was drinking. I'm recovering from the surgery I just had on Monday

I can't breathe." After the news broke and fans expressed their concern, she made a complete 360

In fact, Jenelle and David went on a dinner date and posted a picture of him kissing her cheek

"Hate us if you will but that's your choice," Jenelle captioned the shot.  Even Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry, 26, who bashes Jenelle 24/7, was reportedly worried for the mother of three

"Kailyn hopes that Jenelle's 911 tape being released will force her to get out of a horrible situation," a source close to the reality star told Hollywoodlife

com EXCLUSIVELY. "She thinks having this go public might help her to escape. It's no secret that Kailyn can't stand Jenelle, but she's still very worried about her and her poor innocent kids

This is not the first time that there's been talk about David and domestic violence

His ex had a restraining order against him, and the way Jenelle has totally isolated herself with him has gotten a lot of people frightened for her — even Kailyn

"  Whatever the case, Jenelle and her husband are still putting on a united front

In her YouTube confessional, she admitted that the whole situation would be featured on Teen Mom 2 next season

"You'll see all this f**king drama unfold."  Sounds like fans will finally be getting some answers! Because even though Jenelle has assured fans she's A-OK, it's hard to feel relieved after listening to her frantic call

DEAD BIRD ON HER HEAD| KIDS READING WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES - Duration: 14:22.

She's Wearing a Dead Bird on Her Head

Story by Kathryn Lasky

Illustrated by David Catrow

(MUSIC)

Harriet Hemenway was a very proper Boston lady --

she never talked with her mouth full.

But one day she almost did.

Standing by the bay window in her living room,

she had just bitten into a jam cookie when her eyes sprang open in dismay.

She gasped, leaned forward, swallowed, then turned to her housekeeper.

"She's wearing a dead bird on her head!"

Feathers on ladies' hats were becoming more and more popular.

At first, hats had been decorated with just feathers,

and then designers began to add pairs of wings.

But this woman had an entire bird perched atop her hat!

Harriet squinted her eyes as the lady of fashion walked proudly by.

"Artic tern, I believe," Harriet whispered.

"Looks ready to fly away," said the housekeeper.

"It won't," Harriet replied sadly.

Harriet felt that she had to do something.

Huge populations of birds, from egrets to pheasants to owls to warblers,

were being slaughtered for hat decoration - none were spared.

Not even pigeons!

But what could she do?

Women in 1896 had 'very little' power.

They could not vote, and many had

husbands who did not allow them to make decisions for themselves.

Some women were not even allowed to read newspapers!

Harriet's husband Augustus did not treat her this way.

But she and other women like her wanted to change things for all women.

And she wanted to do something for the birds.

Fashion was killing birds as well as killing women's chances to have the right to vote and be listened to.

For who would listen to a woman with a dead bird on her head?

And if the senseless slaughter for a silly fashion was not stopped,

in a few years the birds with the prettiest feathers would all be dead, gone forever, extinct.

"I must call cousin Minna," Harriet said grimly.

Click, click, click, click.

The heels of Miss Minna Hall's high-but-toned shoes

beat a quick rhythm against the bricks of the sidewalk.

Her blue eyes were bright as they searched

the bare limbs of the trees that lined the avenue

for the yellow finches that appeared like spots of flitting gold on this gray winter day.

Their quick golden flight swelled her heart.

Click, click, click, click.

She could not be late for tea at Harriet's.

This was too important.

Click, click, click, click.

Miss Hall's feet froze in their tracks.

Straight ahead there was indeed a pair of golden wings,

but they had neither head nor body attached.

They were pinned instead to the crown of a lady's hat,

and on the brim was a swirl of snowy egret feathers.

"Revolting!"

The single word rumbled down Commonwealth Avenue

as noisily as a cannonball loose on a ship's deck.

"Me!" the fashionable lady squeaked with dismay.

"You, you heartless creature!

That a bird should be slaughtered just to make you feel pretty.

YecccccH!"

Minna made a scalding sound deep in the back of her throat.

When Minna stormed into the living room, Harriet was preparing tea.

"Well, Harriet," Minna exclaimed as she pulled off her felt cap.

"From Arlington Street to Clarendon three egrets, one marabou,

two grebes, one golden finch, and . ." Minna paused.

Her cousin waited nervously, the teacup chattering on the saucer she was holding.

"A hummingbird!"

"Oh no, Minna!"

"Oh yes, Harriet--- perched in full flight on a bunch of silk roses with a veil."

"Disgusting!"

"Revolting!"

"Nauseating!"

"Vile!"

The words flew through the air like red-hot cinders.

"Well, let's get down to business,' Minna said.

"Do you have the book?"

"Yes, right here."

Harriet Hemenway walked over to a shelf in the living room and took down a large blue volume.

The words Boston Social Register were written across the cover in gold letters.

The book was a list of all the grandest families in Boston.

They opened the book, and with pencils in hand

they began to scan the list of families, starting with A.

"Mrs. Appleton, quite fashionable."

"Indeed!

A peafowl with a few warbler feathers at tea last week."

"Bancroft?"

"Marabou fan and hat to match at the opera."

Finally, they got to Z.

"Mrs. Zacharias?"

"Egrets and warblers, with a touch of flamingo,

I do believe, luncheon at the Somerset Hotel."

"Dear, dear . . ." Minna moaned and sipped the last of her tea.

"What shall we do?"

"Well." Harriet scratched her head.

"We have garden clubs and history clubs why not form a bird club!

Not to just watch birds, no, but to protect them and stop this senseless murdering for fashion."

"What a wonderful idea," said Minna.

"Let's do it. Let's start a club for the birds."

Right then they began to write letters to all the Boston ladies of fashion

who wore the plumage of birds, imploring them

to put aside their fancy hats with swirls of owl feathers, breasts of grebes,

wings of hummingbirds, and plumes of egrets and instead join a society dedicated to protecting all birds.

This was the first informal meeting of the Audubon Society,

named after a man they admired, John Audubon, the famous painter of birds.

Harriet and Minna were very persuasive.

They convinced women not only that killing birds was wrong

but that birds as hat decoration made women look silly.

Soon many of the fashionable ladies of Boston to whom

they had written letters did join the society.

For the club to accomplish its goals, however,

Harriet and Minna knew it also needed men --

smart, powerful men who could vote and go into public places like the state

legislatures and the halls of Congress in Washington, D.C.

So they asked lawyers and doctors, sportsmen, and bird experts to join, too.

At the second meeting of the Audubon Society,

Harriet and Minna and the new members made up rules for their club.

"I think," said one gentleman,

"that there should be an exception made for ducks."

"What kind of exception?" Harriet asked.

"We want to hunt them," replied another gentleman.

"Rules are rules," fumed Minna.

"Sportsmen aren't special," another woman said, and stamped her foot.

The women won.

There would be no killing of ducks or game birds.

Then all the members devised a plan to get the word out on birds to everyone.

And the Bird Hat Campaign of the Audubon Society began in earnest.

They decided to bring their cause to the children of the state of Massachusetts.

So into the schools they went Minna, Harriet, and other members of the society.

"In Florida, heaps of birds, stripped of their feathers, are left dying on the ground,"

Harriet told one class of children, holding up a photograph of a pile of dead egrets.

"What happened to their babies, the ones left in the nest?" a student asked.

"The ones that are too young to fly are left to die.

So you see, we need your help, the birds need your help, to protect them

against the plume hunters and the hatmakers.

Please join our club."

Soon, there were over ten thousand junior members of the Audubon Society in the state of Massachusetts.

And Audubon societies were formed in other states.

More children joined.

The membership in Boston continued to grow, and the meetings were always lively.

The orange groves in Florida this year are suffering

because there are too many dead hummingbirds on hats

and not enough in the groves eating the pests that spoil the fruit,"

said Miss Harriet Richards, the secretary of the society.

"Let's get the farmers on our side.

Send out a letter!" Minna said.

"Do have some more apple pie," Harriet offered,

"and be happy it's not songbird pie, a specialty in some places, I'm told!"

All of the members stopped eating and looked at the apple pie on their plates.

"Ghastly," whispered Mr. William Brewster,

and for one awful minute they all imagined songbirds instead

of apples in their pies warblers, nightingales, and robins.

"I think,' said Minna, slowly setting down her plate, "we better start getting some laws passed".

In the club everybody was equal.

The women and the men of the society wrote up their ideas together

and then sent the gentlemen to talk to legislators in the State House

and to members of Congress in Washington, D.C., to press for the passage of laws to save the birds.

They were successful!

An act was passed in 1903 to protect herons and bitterns,

two popular hat birds, from hatmakers, forbidding them to sell, display, or possess the feathers.

In 1904 there was another victory when a law was passed to protect shore, marsh, and beach birds.

Soon there were laws against hunting birds during their breeding seasons.

And then a federal law was passed preventing the importation of feathers

from Europe and the tropics for hats.

The word about birds had spread all the way to England,

where Queen Victoria had announced that she would never again wear a feather for fashion.

But Minna and Harriet were still far from happy.

"What good is a law if it isn't enforced,"

Minna moaned one day as she stood looking out the window at a woman

passing by with a pheasant's wing raking the air above her.

"You can't arrest the lady for wearing the hat."

"But you can arrest the supplier of the feather," Harriet said.

She tapped her head lightly as if to give a little jostle to her brains.

"There are rumors about secret feather warehouses."

She spoke softly.

"I think we should make a few inquiries."

So the two ladies, with Harriet's husband, Augustus, took the train to New York City,

where they were not so well known.

They got as gussied up as two Boston ladies who loved birds

and hated fashion could manage.

They sashayed down Fifth Avenue in fancy dresses and wore elaborate hats

with streamers and ribbons but no feathers!

Into the fanciest hat store the two cousins and Augustus Hemenway pranced.

"I want to buy my wife and dear cousin each a hat, a feathered hat," Augustus announced.

The salespeople began fluttering around the prosperous-looking threesome.

"What will it be, madams?

Egrets or doves?

A dear little cloche covered with owl feathers

or this broad-brimmed hat with the arctic tern?

Is it not spectacular on the blue felt, just as if it is plunging into the sea!

The two ladies swallowed their disgust and muffled their anger.

After all, there were more important things at stake.

By the end of the shopping expedition they,

alas, had to buy two hats, but they also had

the name of the feather supplier with a warehouse in Baltimore

where millions of dead birds and tons of plumes were stored.

With this information they went directly to the authorities.

Soon after, on a rainy May day, the cousins sat sipping tea.

Harriet had just bitten into a crisp wafer

when like a tidal wave Augustus burst into the living room.

"Ladies!"

He held a newspaper aloft in his hand.

"You've won!"

"We what?" said Minna.

She and Harriet held their breath.

"Won, dear cousin and dear wife!

Twenty-six thousand illegal gull skins destined for hats of fashion

were seized last night from the Baltimore warehouse.

They have shut it down, taken the skins, and arrested the owner."

Augustus paused.

His rain-slicked face beamed with pride.

"The law has been enforced!"

Minna looked at her cousin.

"Harriet, we won!"

But Harriet said nothing,

for Harriet Hemenway never spoke with her mouth full,

....even when she won.
