combat rigs and call of duty infinite

warfare

now the reason why i say this is that

because obviously a lot you're gonna see

there is no Opie rig right every red is

good in its own right and that is also

true but for this personal thing that

you do with this rig

I don't know what I'm trying to say but

basically this rig is opie if you use it

for the right reasons and if you use it

the right way so mark this combat rig

the reason why it's so appears because

first of all it straight called infusion

now what this does is ok so you're

getting hurt right you want a gunfight

okay you're reloading and you know

usually you would have to wait for your

health to regenerate right

basically what this does is shown in the

gameplay you know blue line comes over

your screen basically that makes you

regenerate faster so say you're like you

know you're hurt your regenerate huh

and that blue light comes and you know

you're back to normal

I don't know what I just did guys i'm a

retard but you guys get the idea right

yeah so that's one of its really really

good trait it also has some other good

ones the other two are good as well but

let's get into its weapon per se

now what it has

oh my god that voice crack but anyways

what it has is a laser gun right now you

can obviously change that to another two

that you can use the other one is

reactive armor Connecticut over for

black upstream and i'll say i completely

forgot what the third one was so we're

just gonna forget about that one is so

you're going to want to use reactive

armor and infusion so reactive armor is

basically kinetic armor any of infusion

you get your health back faster now i

don't know if you guys really think

about it but it statistics this is

really really really good think about it

so you have both of them enable where

you have your your super ready so you

enable your reactive armor right then

you run into a Gump by you kill two

people you still have your active on

Ron you recharge faster you go back into

another gun fighting just tear people up

i made a video about this before on FTL

but honestly right now in the game if

you're going for nukes or if you're for

high games high-kill games then this is

really a really really good a combat

right to use obviously it's more boring

i guess but again you're going to be

going for nukes or you're gonna be going

for a high killstreaks so it wouldn't

really matter if it's boring or not

again you guys should change it up

anyways you know to have more fun with

you know what you're using because i

don't want to be using the same combat

ready for like a whole week on call

three that's gonna get boring so

obviously you can change it up to FTL

easier than one like I said war fighters

are also a good one but anyways in my

opinion I just think mark is really

really overpowered and again for what

you're using him for four high

killstreaks for regenerating faster just

in general being a better player he's

overpower for that

so guys I guess that's basically i just

wanted to show you guys in my opinion

- When do you wear it? - For graduation.

I wore a Furisode Kimono (long sleeves)- on my school graduation ceremony.

- Can I respond with a cultural answer? - Of course.

It would have to be a Kimono. My sister will turn 20 this year.

She is looking for a Furisode Kimono right now.

- Oh those are beautiful. - I think those are very Japanese.

I think that's what MADE IN JAPAN means.

- Do you own a Kimono? - I do!

I think for foreigners there are not often clothes that you can only wear

in a certain season abroad. I haven't heard about it.

Before buying things from China I usually think a bit.

If things are from Japan or the USA I buy them without a second thought.

I buy products from Japan without hesitation.

If you're sick of losing your knives in your drawer, can't find them, I've got the answer

for you, a magnetic knife rack.

It's so easy to access.

What's not to like about this project?

Let's get started.

I've got just the spot to put it.

These are the tools and materials you need to make the magnetic knife rack.

What we're going to do now is we're going to divide up all the sections on your timber

for where your magnets are going to go.

Let's cut the holes for the magnets.

Get a router and set it to the required depth remembering to leave a few millimeters at

the front of the timber, leaving space in from the edges, route into the timber, top

left and bottom right of each section.

Remember, don't plunge all the way through.

Leave a few millimeters so the magnet sits in there and the field is still strong.

As you can see, we've now cut all our holes.

I've offset them because I need full magnet power to hold on my knives.

I'll just show you.

By putting my magnet in, we can see by having another magnet this is how my knife's going

to stick on it.

Next, put in a drop of all-purpose silicon into each hole, insert the magnets, pressing

gently and cover with a piece of tape.

Now that the silicon has dried in our magnets, we're ready to sand.

We're going to finish our knife rack.

You can paint it, lacquer it or wax it.

I really like the wax look because it gives it that natural look.

Our magnetic knife rack is now complete.

We now need to attach it with screws to the wall.

Doesn't that look great?

This simply project is a win-win for the look and functionality of your kitchen.

don't just show it to the don't let them hold it or else it will like fall down so that's

Happy new year! Welcome to the first vlog of 2017.

Thai nonsense (very funny).

We're going to countdown new years at copley square. There will be fireworks and stuff.

Right now we're walking to Chinatown to find something to eat.

While walking, we're gonna play a game. When I say a name of a WWE super star, Tan, has to tell me the finisher move of that super star.

For example, "Undertaker". Tan: Tombstone pile driver. Yes, like that lol

Ok, let's see if the restaurants in Chinatown are still open.

Tan: do we have to sit with other people? Ben: no

I stopped to get two kinds of chili peppers, to make basil stir-fry.

January 1st 2017. I'm on the way to "Gym It".

Its close by. I'm going there because my uni gym is closed since it's New Years day.

Mr. Wutthichai asked me to demonstrate how to go about finding your one rep max.

One rep max just means lifting has heavy as possible for one rep.

Today, i'm training chest. So i'll try to show you how to do a one rep max.

Yesterday I went to celebrate new years so I didn't get all my meals in.

But just before I came out I had a tuna sandwich from Panera. It was so good!

Its really rare for me to say that anything is delicious. But this was!

So you might see me eating this sandwich more often. Ok, let's see how much I can lift.

Before we go into the training footage, i'll show you an easy way of calculating your one rep max.

Type "calculate your one rep max" into google. Then go to the bodybuilding.com link.

I'll also have this link in the description. Scroll down to the one rep max calculator.

Its very simple. Just enter your latest PR into the box. Mine is 205 lbs for 5 reps.

You can choose any rep scheme you want.

This is one set. Then you just click calculate.

It will spit out everything. Here it shows different weights you can lift at different RPE's.

But what we really care about is this guy, the one rep max. Mine is 236 lbs.

You don't have to do this calculation. Its useful because you can kind of gage your warm up from it.

But it might affect you mentally. You might then think you can only do 236 but in actuality you can do more.

Anyway, don't over think it. Its useful tool if you want to use it.

In this video, I will do a one rep max on the bench press. But its the same method for all the lifts.

The one rep max is commonly done one three lifts. Bench press, deadlifts, and squats.

Its really very simple. Its just lifting as heavy as possible for one rep. The tricky part is warming up.

The goal of warming up is to get your muscles activated, your joints warm, and to be in a good environment for lifting heavy weights.

But don't warm up too much and waste your energy.

If you visualize it as a graph, it looks something like this. Try to warm up to optimize your strength.

Before benching i also warmed up with dumbbells but didn't film it.

You should warm up before training every time, not just when doing a one rep max.

Ok, this is my second warm up set. I used 95 lbs. I will just keep ramping up the weight.

Next set 135 lbs for 4 reps.

Then 155 for two and finishing off the warm up with 185 for 1. Notice how I keep decreasing the reps.

For the one rep maxes i'll show the raw clips, enjoy.

Ok, as you just saw. I got 225 but failed at 235.

I'm still am happy with that since 225 was a PR for me.

I almost got that 235 too. I failed at the lock out. I think my triceps weren't strong enough.

So too conclude, my one rep max for bench press is currently 225 lbs.

So i'm gonna continue too talk a little bit more about one rep max. These following clips are just the rest of my workout.

The point of a one rep max is too get your muscles and central nervous system acclimated to heavier weight.

When u go back to ur usual weight. Hopefully, you will be able to do more reps, (or a heavier weight).

You shouldn't max out too often. Its really taxing on your body.

also, when u go for these maxes. Your form has to be really good, otherwise you might get injured due to the heavy weight.

For example bench press. You need to have proper leg drive, an arch in the upper back etc.

You should also have a spotter.

January 2017 TBR [CC] - Duration: 5:01.

Hi guys, so today I'm doing the first TBR of 2017.

And this is going to be my January 2017 TBR.

Traitor's Blade by Sebastien De Castell.

Cas-teal.

I'm not good with pronunciations.

And I am kinda going in to this blind.

Umm I tend to like to do that with fantasy.

I feel like a lot of time the synopsis, they put things that are really big turning points

in the book on the synopsis and I half the fun of reading is being surprised by those

elements.

The next book, I don't know quite how to classify it.

I'll have a better Idea when I read it.

But this is ether a fantasy or a contemporary with a little bit of magical realism.

This is Summerlong by Peter S. Beagle.

And he has not published a book in over a decade umm.

He has some pretty umm big books published including The Last Unicorn and some other

books.

But they description of this was, it sounds like it is to be one of those books that is

very erie but beautiful at the same time.

It's about a girl whose mother dies and it's set in Russia.

And her father goes off and he goes to Moscow to find a new wife.

So he marries this women and she becomes the stepmother to these girls.

However, she's not okay with their family doing the rituals that has been done for years

and years and years and turns out these rituals are pretty important in that they keep I guess

evil spirits at bay.

We will see how it goes but it sounds very interesting and I'm excited to get to it.

The next book is going to be 10% Human How Your Body's Microbes Hold the Key to Health

by Alanna Collen, Collin and I'm umm.

I don't think Ive told y'all but my first degree I got was in microbiology and its something

that I'm still very very interested in hoping to have a job that is somewhat related to

it.

Umm in the health care field or some sort of a research lab.

So i'm excited for this because for those of you who don't know your body is actually

more microbes than is actually human DNA.

And umm especially in terms of digestion and umm and our skin actually.

The microbes on our skin our actually very good.

They are protects for other things and without them umm you would you could get some pretty

nasty infections if you didn't have your normal bacteria.

So i'm excited for this.

The next two books I don't have a physical copies of I have umm audiobook and I think

an ebook from the library right now.

And one is...

I don't know if its ghost written or cowritten but it's by Buzz Aldrin and I can't think

of the other authors name off the top of my head but It is called A Mission to Mars and

this his vision of space exploration.

And he talks about how he thinks that in the next 20 years that 15-20 years that humans

might actually make it to mars.

So I'm excited to read that.

He was I believe the first man actually on the moon.

The next book I want to get to is going to be that last book I have on my imitate TBR

but we will see I have a couple of library books on hold.

It is called the Philadelphia Chromosome the Mutant gene and the quest to cure cancer at

the genetic level.

And this is by Jessica Wapner.

Umm like I said I got a degree in microbiology umm and I'm also very actually probably more

interested in the cellular and molecular side of biology and partially this is about breast

cancer I believe this is, this may or may not be the p53 gene.

It might not be what their talking about but I ehhh.

But for those of you who don't know gene therapy is actually also known as chemotherapy umm

and theirs a couple of different ways of using gene therapy.

And currently its in my opinion, other than with a select few cancers specifically leukemias

umm the dynamics of chemo working are not in the best of odds but with specific leukemia's

APL is one of them, it is almost 100% curable unless they catch it in a stage where it's

just too late to knock it out.

Umm I'm very interested to read that and I'm interested to hear what you guys are reading

in 2017 and I will see y'all later bye guys.

Poppy Beads Polymer Clay Tutorial (Intro Vol-017-1) - Duration: 1:26.

Hi guys, it's Cindy Lietz, your Polymer Clay Tutor, and in today's video I'm going to show

you how to make a Poppy Bead.

And these are quite a neat little funky bead with rippled edges and a neat little Black

circle in the center.

And you can do it in any color combination that you like, I worked with typical kind

of Poppy colors here, but you could also go with another color combination and then just

make a mystery flower of your own.

You'll need some different tools for this.

The first set that you're gonna need is the Studio by Sculpey Style & Detail Tools, and

that's this set here.

And they have styluses on one end and little rubber shapers on the other.

And then you'll also need the Studio by Sculpey Etch 'N Pearl Set, and that's this set here.

There's 3 sizes of these, and they've got a sort of concave, little circle on one end

and then long pointy needle type tools on the other.

As far as colors, I'm going to use a color recipe called
